The spring when I began to know you, I didn’t quite know what to expect. You were just another one in the wild, but somehow you left an usual impression. Your sweet voice and infectious laugh is as strong as the gravity pulling me in. Everything that happened afterwards, ain’t something I imagined back then. The way we joke and tease each other, my wandering mind as you rapidly talk about things, are something I cherish deeply. In this gloomy and doomed city, your presence is one of the reasons I have something to look forward to every single day.

The one that struck me the most is how pure and kindhearted your persona is. As has been declared by hundreds, including your beloved gen-mates. You give your undivided attention, and efforts, to every single person you meet. No matter how trivial it may seem, your long and thoughtful responses make people feel heard and valued. Something that makes people deeply fall for you, as you make them feel truly seen.

I also admire your guts and positive outlook on everything. Nothing seems swaying you, as you keep walking at your own pace, at your own time. From now on, things could be rough. Though it could also be even better. I know you can handle it by yourself, but please remember that I won’t ever let you face anything alone again. 

It might not be that long,

and I am grateful for that one moment back in spring.
