- neptune 1H 🤝 pisces rising, noticing their eyes first. the water influence to these placements adds something that draws you in like a current, no pun intended. i used to work with a pisces rising, and she literally looked like a pretty fish (lmfao) big, shiny eyes. either of these placements can find it incredibly easy to appear sensual or seductive.

- speaking of water placements! i’ve also noticed pisces placements tend to take a lot of pictures around water. beaches, hot tubs, rivers.

- this can also be said for air signs (esp. libra) but with things they enjoy! i’m always seeing personal interest posts from libras, aquarians and geminis. music, video games, political causes, shows they’re watching, food, celebrities, etc. anything they like, they post. anything.

- i’ve never laughed harder than when i’m with people who have heavy gemini, capricorn, sagittarius and leo placements

- in my personal opinion and experience, capricorn risings are what people think scorpio rising is. i’ve only met one scorpio rising irl (that i know of) and she did not fit martian/plutonian ruling at all. celebrity examples ⬇️

1.) venus square mars ppl have trouble with balancing their masculine and feminine energies. they can feel this internally and it can make them feel insecure. one second they feel hyper feminine and the next they feel more masculine. they wish they could find a way to balance both sides of them but it’s a struggle. they could come off too strong from time to time as a result of their inner conflict (might come off too strongly feminine or masc in the moment) and then they’d feel bad ab it later

I admire your patience with those readers who need you to spoon feed them the story. Everything is in the comics but they still manage to go pass it. I can't help but feel a bit sad for them? Do they not understand what they read? Are they not attentive when reading it? I'm legitimately concerned because I function so differently I can't fathom this. If you like a story, isn't it normal to make your best to grasp it's essence and reflect on it? I know I project a lot about this, everyone works and registers things differentely of course but sometimes it's very frustrating to see people consume any media and just completely miss all the important messages in it, or even just fail to get the scenario sometimes, and it feels like it's very common now... Idk I just wanted maybe to have your perspective on this? Sorry for the long post (Been here for a few years now and your a true inspiration to me. All my luv to you! ❤️)

You know, I'm gonna be honest. I used to stress out about this... a LOT.

As a story-brained person, this is definitely something that comes naturally to me, and perhaps to you, and to many other people who are wired similarly. To us, following the path of a story in an analytic, highly detail-motivated manner and unwrapping the themes can be as exciting as lifting up a rock to see the bugs underneath. It's an exciting mental activity that's stimulating and feels effortless.

And yes, as an author who spends literally 60% of my day thinking about this comic and how to draw it, panel it, script it, make it better (I script and panel in my head constantly)........ I have trouble realizing/dealing with the fact that some people are just here to CASUALLY enjoy the story that I am lowkey obsessed with.

But I've come to realize that... that's NORMAL! And healthy.

People have different attention spans for different things.

People have varied ways to read a story and engage with it.

People have unique interests.

People don't have the same amounts of energy to devote to reading!

Maybe someone missed a detail I lovingly and painstakingly put into the dialogue because they're reading the update late at night after a long shift at work. And maybe someone scrolled past the dialogue completely and just got the gist from looking at the art, because they're in a hurry to get to practice at their favorite sportsball.

And maybe someone just had a really bad day with a really bad encounter, and they're reading the update in a terrible mood and instead of seeing MY grey-morality narrative, they're focusing on all the negative points and misread the vibes because of their own biases that stem from places of hurt.

The thing is, I have to be okay with that as an author, because I will NEVER be able to get into my audience's heads and read this comic 'correctly' for my own sake.

They will always have a slightly different interpretation of things, and they will always misunderstand details and miss clues. And sometimes, they will be wrong about the way they read a character's motivations... and sometimes maybe they won't be! That's just a part of communication. That's a part of telling a story.

An imperfect delivery, and an imperfect reception should, in my opinion, be a natural and accepted part of storytelling. We're human, and we all have a different lived experience, and we will ALL have different takes on a comic, even if it's so close that we THINK we are both getting the exact same thing. That small human interpretation variation is a home-made touch that makes it feel more organic.

In short.... Not all light particles make it here from the sun, but damn the result is stunning anyway.

While being lost in his thoughts (the thoughts being the pretty daughter of Apollo that never leaves his mind), the boy finally falls asleep.

This is a question for people who excuse Eclipse’s actions.

So I’m not gonna insult you or anything, because it’s sort of your opinion, but I will ask you some things.

1. What exactly is ‘tragic’ about Eclipse’s backstory? I mean, Moon wanted to get rid of a non-sentient code in him that made him kill kids and hurt his brother. After separating it, the code somehow gained sentience and decided not to talk to Moon or Sun and try work things out, but to try and kill them and make their lives a living hell. I don’t get it. Moon nor Sun had any idea that he was sentient. Now I understand that it sucks to be abandoned (I would know) but it doesn’t excuse; attempted murder, murder, abuse, manipulations, guilt tripping, gas lighting, death threats and MANY MORE.

2. How can you like him after he made someone (idk how to put it) and only used them, abused them and manipulated them. He is the definition of abuser. What on Earth is excusable about that? Tell me. Oh- and how could I forget? KILLED them. Granted, this time, the person did do something to Eclipse (betraying him), but it was so they could escape the constant torture and lies. And it’s not like Eclipse was planning to keep them after he was done anyway.

3. I saw people commenting on the most recent video (Ruin’s plan to kill Eclipse in VRCHAT) about how “he hasn’t even been here for a month and they’re already trying to get rid of him” and “give him a break!” But in less than a month he’s trapped Sun, Moon and Ruin, threatened to use Lunar as a battery and kidnapped Ruin so I think they’re perfectly in the right to want to get rid of him. Dude couldn’t give himself a break, it’s not their job to do it for him. Also is anyone else getting deja vu from that? Oh, that’s right, the fact that Lunar couldn’t last a month either without someone trying to kill him too. Actually, mere SECONDS after Lunar was back, Eclipse was saying to kill him.

Idk I just wanted to know your reasoning. That’s all. And I like making words into pretty colours

I have this idea in my head that Vega sees Warden as the embodiment of happiness. Like the emotion personified.

Hear me out ‼️

Vega is a sadism demon, he feeds on people's bad emotions. Therefore, he focuses on people's bad emotions more often than not. Like they're amplified to him.

Sure, Warden definitely had some negative emotions in them, but none specifically towards him (at least not mentioned), aside from the occasional remark or 2 at first when Vega first wanted Warden to join him.

I'd say if there's any reason why Vega would grow to like warden instead of just use them for his personal gain, that would be why. He's not used to feeling good emotions, at all. He's not used to feeling happy. He specifically consumes negative emotions, and from what was said about Warden not liking the taste of negative emotions, Warden presumably mostly consumes positive ones.

Now imagine Vega seeing Warden again after he died, expecting that person to immediately feel negatively towards him because of how used to it he is, only to be greeted by Warden. Why am I seeing the GAs/ELs claiming Elriels are just acting "hypocritically morally superior" when we say we want what Elain wants?

Um, idk it's because it's her fucking book? It's not Lucien's book. It's not Azriel's book. It's Elain's book, first and foremost. SJM has always talked about stories spotlighting strong female main characters.

Saying we want what Elain wants is not a bad thing?? If it's her book that's next, then yes. What she wants is the most important thing.

We are not SJM. We don't get to decide "what is best for her". In fact, acting like you ship Elucien because you "want what's best for her" is acting morally superior and condescending.

You are actually just assuming you know what is best for her. Especially when Elain acts like a ghost and loses her boldness around Lucien canonically right now. We don't get to just act like we know the character better than the writer herself. SJM will write what she wants. Elain will desire whomever she wants.

That being said, if I were to open the next ACOTAR book and I see Elain is so hurt by the misunderstanding in the BC that she spends more time with Lucien (somehow...lmao) and starts to grow feelings for him ... I WOULD ALSO SUPPORT THAT!

I have said it time and time again, and so have many, many other Elriels. If Elain had wanted Lucien from the get go, we would've also supported Elucien. Hell, I did support Elucien, until I saw how uncomfortable and resentful Elain was of that bond in ACOWAR.

And honestly, I might've even been of the opinion that "eh SJM might have them makeup and it'll be her usual reluctant mates plot" IF SJM hadn't then brought in Azriel and shown me how Elain acts and behaves differently with someone she actually wants.

If I open up the next ACOTAR book, and Elain suddenly wants fucking Tarquin or Helion.... then I would root for Tarquin or Helion. Whether it's Azriel or Lucien or anyone else doesn't matter. What Elain wants is what SJM will write as her endgame. And true, Elain could grow to like someone else.... but right now, she likes Azriel. So right now, I am supporting Azriel.

Elain's story does matter more than Gwyn's or Emerie's or Vassa's or Mor or Amren. I would say Feyre's matters the most, and Nesta and Elain are equal in terms of importance. That's how the series has been set up.

The more I think about it the more I see that Eclipse truly cares about Sun a lot...

Cause I realized that many things that Eclipse said to Old Moon seemed as if he was standing up on Sun's behalf cause Sun was unable to. And also I think that Eclipse tried to show Sun that he can get angry and has those "bad" desires because he wanted Sun to realize that he ain't that weak. And Eclipse often said to Sun that he always listens to Moon and he seemed to want to know Sun's opinion because he wants Sun to stand up for himself, to not be scared of Moon.

I've seen people saying that Eclipse was jealous of Sun.. but I think that it's only a fraction of to why Eclipse "hates" Sun. I think that Eclipse doesn't hate Sun. He just hates that Sun was always so kind and forgiving to Old Moon despite the abuse. And let's not forget that Eclipse not only was stuck in Sun's head unable to do anything but he also had to watch how Old Moon was abusing Sun and he couldn't stop it. I get it that he wanted revenge for being abandoned but Eclipse was definitely traumatised by witnessing the abuse first hand.. like he had first seats to this awful show.. and he was unable to stop it for months. He could only watch.

That's why I think that Eclipse didn't want to take Old Moon's offer of a body.. because he was terrified of Old Moon. He most definitely thought that Old Moon would abuse him as well.

Also I think that Eclipse cares for Sun also because he's part Moon and we know that Moon cared about Sun. And also I think that Eclipse despite thinking that Sun's kindness and forgivness is equal to being weak he wanted that. He wanted to experience that. He wanted Sun's kindness. That's why I think that he built Lunar to be more like Sun. And that's why it hurt him so much when Lunar betrayed him. Because Sun wouldn't. Because Sun still cared about Old Moon despite everything. Sun never left Old Moon.

Also what if Eclipse wanted to show Sun that maybe Old Moon didn't care that much.. I mean that he wanted to show Sun that he shouldn't let Old Moon abuse him.. cause Eclipse told Sun that Old Moon isn't Sun's brother anymore when he pretended to be computer or he told Sun that Old Moon wouldn't care if Eclipse killed Sun..

We could see that Eclipse was shocked by Sun's reactions in both situations.. which I think only shows us that Eclipse doesn't understand what is going on in Sun's head..

He desparately tries to help Sun but unintentionally he makes things worse.. which is truly tragic..

And what if I told you that maybe Sun's death that Eclipse foresaw won't be Moon's fault? Because what if Eclipse said that it'll be Moon's fault because he thinks that when Sun suffers it definitely have to be Moon's fault cause it was always like that? Because Moon was "always worse"..

I think that Sun won't die because of Moon or Moon's actions.. cause look at Moon now. He tries his best. He apologized to Eclipse on Old Moon's behalf. He tries to be better to Sun and keep an eye on him. He doesn't run away from everyone when things get bad - he's grieving with his family.. I bet Old Moon wouldn't be like that..

I think that Sun's death (or coma or whatever but you get what I mean) is inevitable and it'll be an eye opener for everyone (definitely for fans) who still doesn't take seriously Old Moon's abuse towards Sun. Because Sun has most of his issues if not all because of Old Moon. Sun suffers from serious mental disorder most definitely from trauma caused by Old Moon.

Another thing is that I can't wait when Eclipse will talk with Sun. And because I was thinking about how this Eclipse parallels New Moon.. maybe Eclipse will apologize.. But to whom he'll apologize first, idk.. I wish he could apologize to Sun first but who knows..

But tl;dr I think that Eclipse cares about Sun very deeply.

Also I forgot.. I really think that that one person who wrote a comment on YT that Eclipse may cry for the first time if Sun would die might be true.. I really think that Sun's death would break Eclipse's defenses completely..

This placement talks of a wound surrounding the family and home, and well, I would often search for a home because no where to me felt like home. I still feel misunderstood and out of place, BUT, I have made deep and valuable connections that have helped guide me and make me feel the love I should have had. I felt like my anger and sadness was invalidated because I didn’t feel strong. I felt worthless and disorganized. I was a mess and I still am. Idk if that’s ever gonna change tbh, but despite all, it’s true. You DO come out stronger. In every aspect I have. Home is your people it was never a place, home is your mother cradling you for the first time in a while, it’s your friends taking care of you when you’re sobbing. Home is your dad realizing his mistakes and apologizing. Home is a feeling, it’s refreshing and comforting. Home was never suppose to be stressful, or feel like a war zone. I do things unconventionally and I only realize this when I’m with other ppl. It can be as simple as the way I eat my burger, to my taste in music. Which is everything. I like literally everything. In my opinion the world overworks certain groups of people and we barely have time to do what we want and what we love. I believe life should be spent doing what you want. But we have evolved to something totally different. I think once people realize this. This will be a small step to gaining back power and actually living a fulfilling life instead of surviving. It's kinda absurd to think if you work 4 or 5 days a week 2 days should be enough to rest. And let's not forget the busy people out there who have children and a whole family half the time they don't actually get to rest on those days. This is pretty self explanatory. Mars is energetic! Moon Day gave you all the list of things you need to do & mars day you'll be ready to do them! You are usually doing things you usually don't have the energy for. I consider this a work day!

☿ Wednesday - Mercury:

This is air energy and we know our gemini's love to start mutiple projects. They love to learn and be on the go. I also think this is a great day for kids to go to school along with Thursday.

♃ Thursday- Jupiter:

Jupiter rules over education & expansion. This planet holds a large mass of energy and people are usually just ready to push everything out and wrap projects up from Mercury day. This is the best energy to end the work week/ school week off on. Your brain can take on a lot more and you still have the capacity to get work done. This is why I say mercury & Jupiter day are good days for kids. Maybe these should be the days where you actually teach kids and let them read and study.

Venus day might just be my favorite day of the week! This is when we usually get our paycheck. You want to get cute. You know some businesses let you have a free dress day or wear jeans ya know stuff like that. Your just chilling on Fridays like it's not much to do. Your in this self care energy. Getting your nails & hair done. Venus is all about self love, beauty, your style, shopping, luxury, money etc. So this day is perfect to kick start. Also a good day to go shopping! Whether that be grocery or just clothing. Venus is love as well so dates are good on this day as well.

♄ Saturday - Saturn Day:

This day you really should be taking it slow. You should be doing things that take time & patience. Idk if people notice but usually on Saturn days a lot of bad stuff happens espicially at night. So that's why I think you should stay in the house and take it slow. You should be reflecting on your week and taking time to do persistent growth. Start new healthy habits. Saturn is ruled by Capricorn. I think this is sabbath day as the religious people would say.

Hot take but idk how the ‘you rise with the moon/i rise with the sun’ became a zutara thing?

My guess is it’s the classic “opposites attract” thing, which has always been a popular trope in shipping (especially straight shipping lol). Also the whole enemies to lovers angle on top of that is probably what makes the whole thing even more appealing to people.

My main reasons for not caring for Zutara in general are that it just feels like a just a very generic straight ship that ticks a lot of the straight ship boxes: enemies to lovers, water/fire, sun/moon, hot emo bad boy/headstrong kind girl.

Even when I was a kid, I never really thought Zuko and Katara fit together romantically. I also just thought that Kataang was such a sweet couple with a strong foundation of close friendship, and I didn't think Katara could have ended up with anyone better. Additionally, Aang was actually one of my first cartoon crushes - I loved that he was a genuinely soft, kind, and pacifistic person (especially as a male character), whereas (while I love him and I know he's a good person) Zuko was pretty much the opposite the majority of the show lol.

My feelings on Zutara are also similar to my feelings for Zukka. I think a lot of people like Zukka as an ideal MLM ship because of their similar ages and them both being handsome teenage characters. But again, in general, I just think both Water Tribe siblings have much better platonic chemistry with Zuko.

But all that being said, this is just my opinion! No shade to either Zukka or Zutara fans.
