Currently reading: idk, probably star trek fanfic my friend @rubbertplant was writing to give my opinion on it. i often read through my own stuff too lol, like whoah i wrote that??? ADHD has taken everything from me including my capability to read though, for real. ive been thinking of trying to listen to some audiobooks recently though, this cannot continue... its just that i also have no ears disease so idk how well that would go. determined to try though

Last song you listened to: havent been listening to music so much bc ive been playing videos instead but my last.fm has all my spotify listens so itll stay up to date on whatever i listened to last. currently seems to be “please play-bite” by pinocchioP. i often just let spotify play me whatever it recommends anyhow so theres variance. and i only started this account like a few months ago max so its not really a full picture of my music-listening

Last movie (in theaters): its not really a movie, but if it counts, the first ginga nagareboshi gin stageplay (recorded and released in finland in theaters with subs)

ginga was always huge in finland for some reason. idk. the anime is so violent though that i got really afraid of bears for some reason. theres so much blood... i never read the manga either i just knew of the anime and partook in my share of wolf roleplays (dogs were uncool! so i didnt do dog roleplays. iirc that really was my reason).

2010. one of the first things i coloured digitally... i painstakingly cleaned the scanned pencil lineart with a mouse

2011. i had gotten my first drawing tablet as a birthday/xmas gift and practiced a ton around this time (more than just wolves lol)

Last series I watched: trigun stampede. even changed my phone bg into vash... but millions knives is probably my favourite. he just does everything wrong and makes his life worse. and everyone elses life too bc he sucks. but hes multifaceted so hes also my meow meow and whatever. i hope a ford explorer drives over him

if it counts though, ive seen some star trek TOS episodes and movies because my friends have been watching them. im not super into it but its always fun to hang. i also dont watch a lot of stuff. i dont even know what i do. guy who doesnt read or watch things but listens to jerma videos on youtube without actually looking at them while i “draw” and “write”

Craving: food honestly. i should cook something lmfao. i also want soda so bad but i dont have any. id make some tea but its disgustingly warm in my house so i only want cool drinks. could kill for a nice milkshake or a smoothie rn i think

Tea or coffee: tea... im the only finnish person who doesnt drink coffee for real. also got really into loose leaf tea bc i befriended a chinese lady who is really into tea and has a tea shop in the city near where i live

Currently working on: drawing this and trying to think how i want to do it. somehow want to incorporate flat colours and maybe shade his body naturally, and make the blood look realistic instead of flat colours... hmm not sure yet what i want to do

other than that im trying to proofread the chapter of my ryanyuri fanfic i already published because theres a lot of typos and strange sentences in there but its been a chore bc my body breaks down when it gets too warm smfh... not looking forward to when my apt goes over 30 degrees celsius it is unlivable. im also trying to complete a “lookbook” of my tnb sims. but i always start huge projects that take three million years to complete and im really slow lmfao

Welp welcome back to my random rambles im just gonna talk bout alot of random stuff mainly my stories so here for go lets hope this is understandable

Story/maybe comic stuff

Turning of the orange | The Strawberry Patch - Old soon to be remade/written stop motion strawberry shortcake zombie movie me and my dad were making when i was in elementary schoolish. We unfortunately didnt make it that far since he had to leave often and for long times cuz work, but recently i found my old tablet with all the pics and my notes so rework time baby. Im about to use all my years of angst/horror writing to fuck these bitches up even more

The Butterfly Effect and It's Consequences | The Phoenix Effect -

The Butterfly Effect is my main rottmnt fanfic series. About my little rottmnt oc's (Ame) life and how the gang adopting them into the family changed everything mostly for the better but the bad things kinda got alot worse. Idk been focusing on the phoenix effect more

The Phoenix Effect is kinda an extension of that. Its basically the same thing but adds the cass apocalypse series into it. Basically how future Ame being there also changes things and how oopies mystics powers are hard to control after being half dead in stasis for about 12 years hope Ame does trys to leave to protect everyone from himself only to get kidnapped putting everyone in worse danger also oopies isnt that the super dangerous alien someone accidentally freed awhile ago

The Future Diary - So i watched The Hot Box's video on the anime future diary and well here we are

Another rottmnt oc thing. Ame obtains a diary from his future self being like "hey so the world is gonna end soon here's how i think you could possibly stop that. Pls dont do this all alone ur like 5" and ame decides to do it all by himself.

Got all eight chapters planned out already with two already at stage two (aka fully written out just needs to be edited and stuff). I just dont know how to use ao3 in this sense or how to tag stuff plus i got anxiety so its just sitting in my notes app

Video stuff cuz yes

Currently working on a few more special videos. On my channel ive technically reached 100 videos (i unlisted alot of old ones/never posted a bunch more so technically i reached that months ago but shhh let me have this) plus i got 135 subs now so celebrations are in order. Idk what to say bout this, am making a video using the ok ko ending song idk the name, one is a fake collab a friend made and another is an original meme a youtube mutual/friend by association made. Plus like so mant mini things for my ocs, Dimension and Watcher are gonna get so much development and cute couple moments.

Also everyone else is gonna go through so much trauma my gods its gonna amazing.

Also ive been trying to like voice things, audio quality sucks cuz im working off of my tablet but like ive voice a few of my own videos (only one posted) and like its so fun i wish i had proper stuff to do this so i can do it more

Character stuff

Watcher - *slaps religious trauma onto them* bitch gets sacrificed. Okay okay so Watcher, wasnt always Watcher. Before they used to be Ena a simple kid who was sent away for reasons i havent thought of yet to a church. Blah blah corruption, Watcher gets sacrificed for not falling in line blah blah they were saved and given a second chance.

Dimension - *slaps alot of anxiety and identity issues onto her* bitch got issues. Same as Watcher, Dimension wasnt always Dimension. Before she was Ellie a poor girl hated by her whole town because of the lies their mother spread about them and their father who had left years ago. She only had one friend, Watcher. Somehow they managed to make contact with each other despite being in different universes. Eventually Dimension snapped and went on a killing spree, slowly ripping apart her world in the process because this wasnt supposed to happen (think spiderverse canon events but different ill explain later) with her world crumbling around her, Dimension messages Ena one last time, not knowing Ena was already long gone, and accepts what they assume to be death only to fall into whats basically the anti void from utmv, gets corrupted and became a villain technically more of a multiversal criminal.

(For time and length reasons im cutting this segment short)

Multiverse stuff

OKAY TIME FOR WORLD BUILDING

How does what happened to Dimension's universe work? The way i explained it is like spiderverse canon events but different, but heres the details. Idk how to explain this but bare with me

Imagine each universe as a game in a folder on a computer. Each game has different code, story, art assets basically all are mostly different.

Most games are coded to have very specific story events and when something goes wrong everything breaks. Like take a spaghetti thing of code that shatters the moment you try to do something like trying to talk with an npc while having a status effect and thats how some of these worlds are like. And Dimension's was very much one of those worlds, and her breaking down like that shattered the code of their world and everything fell apart.

Im too tired to continue but my main multiverse is like one big computer own by a game creator who only sometimes knows how to make a stable game

currently reading: a book about the history of chaos theory by james gleick, ulysses by james joyce (on audiobook; im not that smart), the house of the spirits by isabel allende, and a book about mosquitos by some guy, idk, the book isn’t next to me at the moment. recently i decided to stop trying to finish books before i started a new one because that just ended up with me not reading anything. it’s not normal for me to read four books at once but it’s more fun. also for another project i’ve been winding my way through a ton of fanfiction from fandoms i’m not in about content i’ve not consumed which is a hilarious and fascinating and sometimes perplexing and sometimes quite beautiful journey that i suggest you all try

last song: last song I heard was that one by journey that goes ANYWAY YOU WANT IT THATS THE WAY I NEED IT ANYWAY YOU WANT IT but the song i currently have stuck in my head is cotton by the mountain goats bc i guess i’m just that bitch

last series: this could be taken a couple of ways i gues...the most recent series that i watched a new-to-me episode of was schmigadoon! the most recent new-to-me series i completed was Loki. and the most recent series i watched an episode of was 30 rock. the most recent series i listened to (aka had on in the background) was parks and recreation. (i watch too much tv.)

last movie: i don’t really watch movies tbh. i watched the recording of much ado about nothing with david tennant and catherine tate a few weeks ago? i guess that was kind of a movie. and also i watched the last 20 minutes of jaws a little while ago (ive never seen jaws) but that was just because my dad was watching it. idk man movies are usually both too long and too short for me. too long for my attention span, too short for my desired level of character development.

sweet, savory, or spicy: sweet and SALTY. i hate spicy savory is okay i like sweet i love salty and i am a SLUT for salty-sweet

craving: i crave textures and i always have. right now i’m addicted to the texture of polymer clay. i will literally play with it to the detriment of other activities in my life lol it’s...a problem.

tea or coffee: coffee. preferably iced. with milk. or cream if i’m feeling indulgent. which honestly is most days.

currently working on: my mental health, writing/editing like four different fics god help me, collecting every single fact about kenneth parcel from 30 rock, screenshotting every single hat frank wears in 30 rock, editing always sunny episode transcripts so they are a) correct and b) include stage directions, my mental health, reading and taking notes on a lot of fics from a lot of fandoms to identify common trends among all fanfiction and also unique trends within specific fandoms/pairings, my mental health, reading those books i mentioned above, reorganizing folders on a shared drive at work, trying to play the piano and sing at the same time without making mistakes, organizing the photos i took at a wedding last week, daydreaming about other projects i want to work on, and my mental health. but mostly i just sit around thinking too much while hyperfixating on mixing different colors of clay together until they either look cool or turn grayish brown.

i recently learned about rick riordan's writing being stereotype ish and like... not the good stuff i thought it was. now im sad bc there r so many issues with like representation and like i can't really do anything about it :( i feel so useless bc all i can do is educate myself? and idk if i can enjoy any of the books anymore... idk i just feel bad about myself thinking they were good representation. i'd like to talk abt this with my younger sibling but idk how... sorry im really lost rn.

hey... ive been seeing that too, and honestly im also pretty confused. from my point of view, rick did do a few things wrong, but he didnt seem to do them intentionally. im really bad at reading people, so this can be wrong, but from what i can sense, he really tries to be inclusive as much as he can, but him being a white, cis, straight male doesnt really make that his strongest point.

i know he made mistakes, but i personally cant stop enjoying his books. they are one of my "hyperfixations", and they were one of the only things i had when i was going through really tough times... plus, they were what brought me and one of my best friends together... i have a deep connection to those books, and i realize that they arent perfect, but they are a big part of my life that i just cant let go of.

its like harry potter: its been a part of my life since i was 5. my 7th birthday was harry potter themed, and it was all i knew gow to talk about for years (probably between my firsts "hyperfixations" and the one that lasted the longest). i have too much of an emotional connection with those two series to stop enjoying them. jkr is just a terrible person, thats a fact, but that doesnt mean we cant enjoy hp anymore. for me, its heartbreaking everything she does, but i decided just to not support her anymore. i wont buy new book editions, i wont go watch new movies, and i wont buy merch.

sure, rick did a lot of things that arent really nice. but he did open a lot of doors. a little while after i finished the heroes of olympus series, i started questioning my own sexuality, and having nico there was actually pretty helpful. it showed me i wasnt alone. the stereotypes can be (and are) harmful, im not going to mask that, but i honestly dont have that much authority or knowladge to talk about this.

i am part of a few minorities he represented (sexuality and gender minorities, and neurodiverse people) but not all, so its not my place to talk about the other side of things.

i still have to do more reaserch, and if i said anything wrong, i apologize. i tried my best to be as uncontrovesial as possible, and give you my personal expirience on that. various people have various expiriences, and im in no place to talk about those

i wish i had people to tag and help you, but i only follow a couple pjo blogs, so i dont have much stuff.

i really do reccomend you do a deep dive in the fandom and the books, so you can conprehend the situation better, and draw your conclusions and opinions from that

and about talking to your sibling: i would suggest aproaching them with a certain character (piper, for example) and talking to them about who she is and how she was potraid, and also look in the point of view of people in her place (native americans, in this case). you could do that to as many characters as you want. be pacient, depending on your siblings age, they may take a while to understand, but if you explain it properly, after doing your reaserch, they will understand.

ARE YOU STAYING HOME FROM WORK/SCHOOL?

yes and it makes me real sad that i cant be up at school with all my friends. Im privileged enough to be supported by my parents at the moment so i dont have a job. but this sort of staying home and not going anywhere is not at all different than how my summers normally go because all my friends live in philly and my friends from high school live an hour away. the only thing to do for me to go out for fun is to go with my mom to the grocery or like hobby lobby lol the only significant things to do when im home are all an hour away. basically i get up go for a run come home and walk the dogs take a shower eat lunch and then in the afternoon i paint or do class stuff and then i help make dinner and spend the evening with my parents playing animal crossing or doing digital art. literally its the exact same as what i do in the summer.
