So, idk if this has been discussed here before (been here only for the past 2 days.. will deep dive into it🫡) but just wanted get some things off my chest as this blog seems to be a safe place to voice it out.

1. In one of their recent ivs with Kiss fm when asked about how to get out of the friendzone, he agrees to some extent with Nic, but when the interviewer said "just do a me & stay there", L was immediately jumped in to agree and looked visibly nervous, clearing his throat - this solidifies my opinion that he has feelings for her is and is afraid to confront them.

2. I may be reaching with this one, but I think the cast also knows what's up with them? Like Claudia keeps referring to herself as 3rd wheel, Johnny giving a teasing smile to LN when he talks about N and Luke T glancing at them while saying "fear of falling in love" & "oh, personal advice" when LN talked about insecurities.

3. Not to forget in the friendzone or love iv, she raises her brows & hits him with the paddle as of calling him out for sending "mixed message". Also, when she says "don't call me bro, pal or dude if u kiss me" seems to be directed at him. This is the only interview I couldn't get through cause the tension between them was seeping through the screen.

They definitely seem to have some kind of attraction towards each other but holding off for some reason (in some of the interviews they did prior to the promo tour, the ones they did indoors, he keeps giving her googly eyes & scanning her face with his eyes with a smirk & he wasn't like that with claudia. You can see N doing the same to him on some instances). My guess is that N has her guard up as she said she is cynical about love and probably decided to stay friends with him as it could affect their work life (but the maks slips off time and again). I believe that they caught feelings while filming s3 and it might've surprised both of them (remember, his break up with Jade also happened around the same time, she started dating someone else right after breakup so I cant help but notice how the timeline overlaps). He had just then got out of a LT relationship & probably they didn't want to act on his feelings. I am assuming all their bottled up emotions came out with full force once they reached the end of the promo.

From what I understand, they seem to be having an on/off relationship in terms of their feelings, very much like the ross & rachel dynamic he so often keeps mentioning (he said that Polin never get the timing right which is kinda untrue considering once C realised his love he got P, he seems to be talking about Nic & himself). I think the lines were really blurred & at this moment both of them are confused as to what/how they feel.

Now coming to him dating A, I think for him he believes dating A is safer cause he isn't going to lose anything there but with N if it doesnt work out he is going lose their friendship (like it happened with J for him). He really is like Colin & in L's own words, I hope he "gets some vision" & sees "what is right infront of him". For me, it looks he is probably lost right now & acting out cause he doesnt how to deal with his feelings for N.

Writing advice below!!! Cuz I wrote a lot n idk how to shut tf up!!! 🤭🤭🤭

Honestly, I only ever liked reading, I wasn’t into writing cuz I knew if I did, I probably wouldn’t have made any sense lmao. I think it was my first year of college when I took advanced essay classes (and got an A+ in both🤭). It was suuuper good practice for me, and it def helped that both of my professors were awesome. I did stop writing after that, but then lo and behold: Spiderverse happened. That’s when I redownloaded tumblr to join the atsv community, just to see what the other atsv girlies were up to, which then led to my smut addiction (oops), which led to the creative juices juicing. I def did NOT have the confidence to post it publicly, but I figured why not!! I’m doing this for myself!! I enjoy it!! That’s, like, the cool part of writing is that, and get this: you can write whatever YOU want. Crazy, right?????

Now, the hardest part is getting it on paper. Once you get over that hill, it’s literally so chill after that. What I do is I literally just list out specific things I want to happen for sure, and I list them chronologically, from beginning to end of the chapter, Drabble, etc. I also list certain dialogue that I want to be said as well, putting them chronologically, too. I do this because I find it easy to build sort of a “scene” off of them. Call it a skeleton, if you will. Then the rest of it sort of just… comes along. Outlines r literally my bffs <3 It might also help to literally just write out what the idea is specifically; what I mean is what sparked the idea? Is it a specific action? Is it a line someone said? Is it a specific occasion? Specific location? Just take note of it, and if u read it n draw a blank, come back to it later. Also, I promise, the light bulbs are gonna come at you in the most randomest of times… trust, it will come to you while ur, like, lying in bed at 3am, about to fall asleep.

Halloween is just around the corner. I will be attending a Hallow's Eve ball. It will require masquerade attire, rather than costumes, which is a bit boring. But I’ve coordinated an outfit with a black, gold and white mask. It’s an authentic Italian mask I had delivered from Rome. Besides that, unfortunately I don’t think any of my associates will be dressing up this month for meetings. I’ve decided to wear Halloween-themed ties, and I’ve also designed a few boutonnieres that will use darker colored flowers from the garden. This way I’ll still be keeping with some of the Halloween spirit.

I hope you’ll be engaging in Halloween activities this year. If you’d ever like any costume advice, please feel free to message me. I can recommend some historical ideas. I’d imagine you’d look rather nice in a 1910s Victorian outfit.

Halloween is only a few days away now. I was doing some research on it the other day. Did you know that Irish immigrants helped bring Halloween to the US? And that jack-o-lanterns were originally hollowed turnips with lights in them to ward off spirits? Halloween is a celebration with a very interesting history. I don’t usually do much for it, but someone I work with decided to get me a costume this year. He thought it would be funny if he dressed me up as Chucky from the movie. I’m not sure why he thinks it’s funny. I have not seen that movie. I know a wig will be required.

I’ll be working on Halloween, but maybe I’ll send you a picture of myself, otherwise I don’t think too many people will see me dressed up.

I splashed water on my face and look at myself in the mirror. Eyes puffy from my latest crying session, i took notice of the scars that are still there but atleast i didn't go that far this time. I was pulled out of my thoughts when my phone started ringing..

Probably Kunikida calling to see where I am, I really wish I hadn't plugged my phone in yesterday, it's been silent for the whole week. Now I'm going to have to explain to everyone why I'm missing for the week, not that any of them bothered to visit to see me. I'll just tell Kunikida I was sick and couldn't get out of bed.

I checked my phone only to see a lot of missed calls and unread messages, I'll answer later. I can't be bothered right now. I lay back in bed staring up, I don't know what happened for me to feel like this. I guess it started when I saw Dazai and the others in a bar without me, they couldn't even bother to invite me. It wasn't even their fault I was away on a mission but it just reminded me of my past and how that went.

Now i'm here talking to no one, going back to how it all was before i joined ADA. I always thought it was normal until i met the people I know now, I can't help let the past haunt me and ruin everything I've build so far.

I should probably atleast text Atsushi, he's probably worried sick about me. I'm suprised he hasn't shown up on my doorstep but I understand. I do live quite a bit away from him. I'm also glad he hasn't shown up, no idea what I'd do. I'm scared to face him. He's the love of my life, he's been there for me since he joined. He gave me the best birthday gift even though he didn't know me. I love him with all my heart so i don't want him to see me like this.

I rubbed my eyes hoping for the tears that I felt building up to dissappear. After a while i fell asleep again, only to be woken up by knocking on my door. I groggily open the door only to see Dazai. "Dazai? What are you doing here?" He pushed me aside and walked inside. He turned to look at me, grabbed my shoulders and started talking. "Get off ur ass, stop pitying yourself and get something done." i looked at him in shock unable to say something.

I felt the tears coming up again. Dazai kept staring at me. he wiped them away.

"Staying home and pitying yourself won't help you, it will make everything worse. Go work or go on a date with Atsushi, go to a store, go to a dog park, i don't know but stop it." He looked at me calmly but there was another emotion hidden deep inside of him. I couldn't say anything, just staring at him. He slapped my cheek softly snapping me out of it and i started nodding and softly said a "yes Dazai."

He looked at me so serious, I've never seen Dazai like this. It's honestly scary to see him like this. "I'll come to work tomorrow i promise." He suddenly smiled. "Good u need to help me with paperwork!" he winked at me.

Ofcourse what else did i expect. Suddenly his face dropped again "Y/N.. Don't let whatever happend stop you or push anyone away. Everyone was worried sick about you, come to us when you need help don't just isolate yourself." i nodded and hugged him tightly.

I felt him tense but slowly hug me back. "Don't ever hesitate to ask for help or advice, just don't wallow in self pity that's just stupid." i nodded again and let him go, he walked to my fridge and took out a bottle of water.

"I'm going now, i better see you at work tomorrow" he was almost past the door when Atsushi came inside panicking. "Y/N i saw your door open are yo- Dazai?" Atsushi is here now too? Just my luck.. "Hello and goodbye Atsushi" with that Dazai left quickly and Atsushi turned to me with confusion.

I just lifted my shoulders i didn't want to expose Dazai or even explain it all. "What are you doing here Atsushi?" He looked at me nervously. "I came to check up on you.. You haven't answered any of my texts and haven't been at work so I've been worried." He cares?

I decided to stop it here i might make a second part though. I've been struggling a lot with life so do excuse the rare updates.

Also I'm working on some headcannons but for some reason i just can't think if anything I'm going to ask some friends to help me cus i really don't have any idea how to tackle that. Either way i hope you liked the fic!

hey dear! i need ur advice. ❤️‍🩹 my current weight is 82 kg (i know its horrible, i gained it on my antidepressants), height is 173 cm. my bmi is 28.

i usually eat 300-600 cal a day and then burn 500-1000 a day by running. i also exercise 10-20 mins a day. do u think i will be able to lose 15 kg in a month like this? or should i straight up fast?

also last couple of days my weight seems to be stuck on one point… idk how to get past that. i tried to burn more calories and eat less but today i woke up and it didnt help. i feel so bad,,,,,,

Based on the info you provided, you will lose between 10 and 15kg if you go like this for a month straight.

If it was fat loss only then it'd be around -10kg, but weight loss is never just fat loss. You lose muscle mass too and depending on how much of it you lose, the number of total weight lost is going to be higher accordingly (bc our bodies basically need to "burn" more muscle mass than fat for the same amount of energy).

Getting enough protein and working out was proven to minimize the loss of muscle mass when losing weight!

Now, fasting for a month straight would mean like -2kg extra (again, this number is most likely to be higher depending on how much muscle mass you lose in the process).

I understand that you want to lose weight asap, we all do. I don't know you personally, maybe you can go like this for a month straight. For most of us tho this is not achievable and will turn into binge eating pretty damn soon.

That's why I don't feel like recommending this approach to anyone really, no matter how hard their "this time is going to be different!!" mentality is lol. If you want to lose weight in a fast but relatively stable way, you can try to include like 2 days a week "off diet" when you eat like a normal human being (2-3k calories a day) and restrict/fast for the rest of the week. Yes, it's hard for us mentally, yes, it's going to make your weight loss a bit slower (like you'd lose ~8kg instead of ~10 for example), but a routine like this seems to be way more achievable for long periods of time. Btw. that's also what helped me to limit my binges and finally lose the weight I desperately wanted to lose. Way more effective than having uncontrollable periods of overeating, so I can recommend this approach.

If your weight seems to be stuck on one point, you can also try to eat 2-3k calories for a day or two. I know it's kinda counterintuitive, but actually helped me and many people that I know. Some even said that their weight surprisingly went down after a binge day, lol.

Whatever you do, please be patient. You need time to make big changes (unless you chop off your leg to lose weight or something lol) like everyone else. Take care! ♥
