Reigen has an older sister that’s never talked about in the show but it was in one of those Q&A things (sorry for the blurry image, it’s the only version I have and I got it from Chatter HAHA)

I haven’t shown my face around them in years, but it seems like we have some misunderstandings, so I’m thinking of going home once a year from now on.

SO HEAR ME OUT I made a joke that Inukawa and Reigen were actually related bc of the photo similarity and also bc during my telepathy arc rewatch, I was working on a project for my brother, and so I was looking down a lot and not at the screen. And I kept somehow mixing up Reigen and Inukawa’s voice lines because I didn’t realize how similar they sounded until they were in a place together?

And since Reigen has that older sister, what if Inukawa is actually her kid, meaning he’s Reigen’s nephew but neither of them know that because Reigen’s sister doesn’t talk to him and thinks he’s a criminal. (And the two of them never made the connections between the family names)

I didn't really understand if you played on both the eng and jp servers of twst or exclusively on the jp one but just in case, would you happen to know if the ghost bride event already had a rerun in the eng version ? The internet is unclear and I have to know if I should start grieving Lilia's perfectly dapper and formal sr card :(

I'm just on JP, so I'm not sure! I don't think Eng has had a rerun yet... (I have been informed that Eng has in fact already had a rerun, sorry! please do not listen to me re:anything happening in Eng, I do not pay enough attention 🙇)

though if I remember right you guys never actually got the original, you've only gotten the rerun version with Idia in his groom outfit and Idia + Lilia cards (they didn't have cards or outfits in the original, Idia was getting married in his hoodie and school pants instead) (and, look, his fancy little tuxedo is probably my favorite card of his, but there is something so incredibly on-brand about him being shotgun-wedding'd to a ghost princess while wearing orthopedic sneakers).

that said the trend these days seems to be to release a new card with reruns, even if it it's pickup-only and doesn't actually factor into the event, so I think it's unlikely Eng will get another run at Ghost Marriage before JP does (so they can introduce a new card). but who knows! they've made unexpected decisions before, so you guys might just get a straight-up rerun or something. 🤷 fingers crossed for you! everyone deserves a grampa vampire in a spiffy little suit to throw bouquets at them!

Still thinking about Steve having a tremor as a result of everything he went through. Some days he can hide it but others he has to half fill his mug so he doesn’t spill his coffee, has to steady his hands against the table when he’s eating, has to slide his money across the counter when paying for his groceries. He hates that the upside down is still affecting his life, hates that he can’t pretend that time didn’t exist. His friends all know about the tremor and do their best to help without being obviously about it. Robin will handle the change with customers, stack the more flimsy shelves. Nancy writes anything Steve needs, making sure to copy his own handwriting as closely as possible. Dustin takes food over from his house, making sure there’s no peas or sauces that can be spilled. rereading the hivebent commentary makes me so annoyed that people are never really willing to analyze the actual effects that alternian culture clearly had on every troll, especially the highbloods. pretty much the only troll who ever actually gets taken in the context of her upbringing is vriska.

no one ever seems willing to think about the character arcs of trolls like equius and terezi, who are also bluebloods with extremely hypocritical and toxic understandings of the people around them-- equius is boiled down to a gross creep who is just like that naturally and definitely didn't get it from his society in any way, whilst terezi is scrubbed of virtually all her flaws and turned into a strange sort of based love interest character who is all about being gay and too cool to be tricked by any of the alternian propaganda. quadrants? classism? how silly! terezi would never believe in stupid shit like that. she's quirky! and GAY!

despite the fact that equius and terezi both obviously have much, much more to their personalities than that-- and the alternian empire is informing way more dangerous things about these kid's beliefs than "kiss annoying people".
