This image is endlessly delightful to me. The first instinct is to say, as my friend put it, he has handfuls. But waist is lower down. Tits are a smidge higher up. Celebrimbor you have handfuls mostly of ribcage. Also he is yapping as if this is a normal part of conversation. Annatar looks like the colony rats in his lab just developed new, never before seen behaviors. If I walked into a room and saw this I would audibly say “that’s enough of this room for today” and turn around and walk back out. Clearly I am interrupting something, though what that something is is anyone’s guess.

Also there is obviously something queer going on here but it doesn’t even matter. We have transcended the use of queer in reference to sexuality and gone back to its original meaning. They are so fucking strange.

So I finally started playing the Great Ace Attorney game and I love it so far. Ryunosuke's adorable, KAZUMA is something else. (Those gazes!! Hot damn) I'm genuinely upset I haven't seen more fanart of him on my dash, because holy shit. I've seen so much fanart for the Sherlock Holmes guy-- sorry, Herlock Sholmes (?? I haven't run into him in-game yet. Still dueling Swan Lady Ms Brett), but I can't remember ever seeing any Kazuma art. Outrageous.

I need to be weirder about the scavengers and cannibalism...

#its been a long day... but im feeling better now. (thanks for the well wishes and such btw <3-)#(-sending my well wishes in return by tenfold bcs. damn. it seems stuff is really going around rn)#but yeah... just. augh. theres just smth about how the scavs sorta translate into more like. thriller-esque genres pretty well?#like. i feel somehow those themes compliment their characteristics? or could compliment their characteristics in a more rounded out way #sure. theyre generally a light hearted romp of absurdity with occasional themes of a not good not bad handling of 'mental health matters'#but they just really shine a bit in horrific circumstances. esp with the sort of absurdity they bring to the table #theyre odd people. even in the context of their generally weird and alien universe. and that right there feels like a trove of potential #its like. ok. the lost light crew? also odd. but thats a huge ship. full of people and variety and a sense of purpose and normalcy post-war #(normalcy being. whatever all those background folks were getting up too while plot happened around them. cruise ship stuff ig)#but in contrast. with the w.a.p crew. its an ark class ship with like. a handful of people. and a whole lot of junk and free time #both just cruising through space endlessly for years. one with hundreds of people. and one with like 6 people.#so both are technically isolated when theyre not making pit-stops planet or station side. but again. 100s vs 6 dudes.#think. top of the line cruise ship from hell with a small town sized populace vs a big shitty boat and 6 starving guys #both have the capacity to become case studies in madness. both could do really well thriller wise. but the scavs being a smaller group?#it only being the 6 of them emphasis the isolation perhaps. less variety. less change. same 6 people for 5(?) years #things could get weird fast. codependent mentalities. us vs them mindsets. an otherness about everyone else outside of their group #and then! then you add to the mix the fact that theyre eating/drinking from corpses?! *chefs kiss* awesome. love it.#non-stationary isolation + cannibalism. ough. perfect mix. a classic of maritime horror but in space! :D!#a big ship. small crew. living while knowing that as soon as you kick the bucket. your body is the meal. your body is the fuel.#no decorum about it. no faith. no belief. just perverse survival. bcs they might enjoy it. a bloody gluttony. with a bite. a sample. a taste #it takes seeing your buddy as a walking talking burger to another level. bcs every corpse you come across is also a burger. and a gas can #also fulcrum making candy out of corpses is so. particularly perfect when it comes to the horrifically absurd. just. smth about it. idk #but also also. the line. where was the line drawn for each of them? and when did they each cross it?#most of them dont seem like the type to jump head first into that. so how did they justify it to themselves? had they done it before?#and then. when did it become normal? a habit? smth enjoyable?#i might be running out of tags. but yeah. them being weirder. esp about each other and others.#nothing brings a group of people together like the overhanging knowledge that you sort of kinda wanna eat each other #(rlly wishing i could stomach realistic thrillers rn. but i just cant. gotta stick to written or artistic styles or risk panic attacks :/)#(ive tried a couple movies and shows now. and cant get through most of them. praise be synopses and peoples long rambles about them tho :D)#(nothing like reading someones passionate ramble about the meaning/symbolism of some gory nightmare without having to actually see it lol)

i’m sorry but i refuse to believe that an american wizarding school would be called ilvermorny that is such a painfully british-sounding name. idk if it’s just me but i don’t think it works well with an american accent either like it doesn’t roll off the tongue right. we speak too flatly for a word like ilvermorny to sound natural. even if it was initially called ilvermorny someone would have changed that name somewhere along the line okay trust me.

how have i seen no one talk about how good episode 4 of stardust rhapsody is like. come on. something about mace’s ability to so clearly describe disorientation is CRAZY. all of these characters each having the same but different experiences but in the end leaning on each other for support. not only that but dandy’s fear at not just the unknown but the forgottenness, the way rexx reacts when he’s about to get caught by rett’s gun, literally Everything about that episode ruled. it also ruled that mace made them roll at a disadvantage for like the ENTIRE FUCKING SESSION

When designing Triandra w prominent cutouts and a low rise miniskirt, like. Esp w the body type I'm going for w her (very thin, not particularly busty, lanky almost boney). In my heart I never want Plumeria to slut shame her. Like yeah, I do think Plumeria could be cagey about it. But ultimately, ESPECIALLY as they've been interacting with mortals more in Askr, Plumeria goes, "Oh, honey. There is not a single thing you can or refuse to do, that you have or lack, that would prevent those wretched mortals from leering at you with their vile, lustful gaze." With a heavy sigh, she adds with finality, "Do whatever you want. Just don't say I didn't warn you."

LIKE... Plumeria having this understanding that no matter what you look like, there's someone out there that's into that. And regardless of how you present yourself, there will be people who'll find ways to objectify and sexualize you. Her acknowledging, it's actually not Your fault. Unfortunately she just. this is so funny to me actually bcuz this is 100% how i talk abt my characters ages. i know what YEAR they were born and i know what rheir ages are supposed to be at the start of the story but i dont actually know when it takes place?? im really bad at math. There was a moment where rainbow was supposed to be 23 and i somehow accidentally made her 17 lmfao

#theoretically it would take place in 2021 bcuz thats when i created my object ocs but the more time passes #the weirder it feels to have it take place years in the past #i considered moving up their birthdays by a few years but like. idk i like their birthdays theyre cute :3 #bubblegum is SUPPOSED TO BE 15 and she was born july 2007 #watermelon is supposed to be 7 and he was born june 2014 #etc etc #starr is 27 and she was born september uhhh 1995 or 1997 i actually dont remember. whichever one makes sense #also that would mean building block was born in 2020 and since she's always gonna be a baby the furhter away we get #it means that she wouldnt have even been born when the story is actually supposed to take place. Like #i know their birthdays and their ages and what year they were born everybody else has to do the math #to figure out wtf is going on because I DONT KNOW #also that means that building block would be a pandemic baby lmao 😭#what was rhe vibe in nigeria in august 2020 during the pandemic. well i say that like it even happened in their universe #which there really isnt any reason for that to be true #it isnt historically important to mention like..... world war two or slavery or whatever. fucking obviously. in the context of objects #it gets messy so its better to just Not #also the months the characters were born really fuck me up bcuz jayden was born in late december #so for most of the first year that they met he would be.... younger than he actually is being born in 2003 #but since building's block birthday and exact age is the most important timeline-wise #and she was born august 14th 2020 and she's seven months old when they first meet #then it canonically would take place in march 2021 which was my original intention #bcuz that is the actual date that i first created my object ocs #ANYWAY. boring character age ramblings #but its hard to keep track of so i dont even blame the author!!!! birthdays are weird and hard to keep up w/#when you dont know exactly when your story is supposed to take place #assuming its in a normal-ish world im sure fantasy ocs dont have this problem #txt #object ocs
