Tentang merealisasikan ide

Akutuh gatel banget ngeliat tampak depan mini market Indonesia tempat suami kerja. Cuman ya karena aku cuman “penonton” aja, ya aku gak banyak komenlah, ya.

Sampe minggu lalu aku training kerja juga di tempat ini, dan karena aku kerja aku jadi punya otoritas juga kan atas tempat ini, terus aku bilang sama suami “Boleh gak sih tampak depan kita re-decoarate? Kezel bgt liatnya???!!!” (Lihat foto before). Sangat tidak representatif, udh pada pudar warnanya, meng-hadeh deh.

Awalnya cuman ide doang tuh. Eh qadarullah, tadi malam koordinator shift tempat kami kerja ngechat “Kak Ainna besok bisa jaga di Preston?” Sebagai anak baru, aku iyakan, dan kebetulan emg lg bisa karena lg summer break kan. Terus aku langsung WA co-owner mini market tsb utk minta izin aku re-decorate, beliau mengizinkan.

Credits to my lovely supportive husband @giandarsthoughts yang mau mendukung ide impulsif istrinya ini. Sore2 keliling Coburg neighborhood untuk mencari barang bekas buat jadi ornamen hiasan, sambil aku juga ngobrol sama chat GPT, minta ide soalnya demi Allah aku clueless banget, mohon maaf anak keperawatan dan public health, bukan desain interior 😭😭😭🙏🙏

Dapet ide dari chat GPT. Aku cocok. Terus kuliatin ke suamiku, dan mencari barang2 yang mirip dengan yg di-idein sama GPT. Keliling kurang dari sejam deh kayanya trs dapet.

Dan ofkors bukan ainna namanya kalau gak ngerepotin orang lain 😂 kuchat Nada, istrinya Bang Dhiya yang memang seorang desainer interior untuk brainstorm dan ngasih ide. Aku foto barang2 yg kudapat dari hasil mulung, trs dia yg kasih ide itu untuk apa 🤣 dan juga akhirnya kami ke Kmart buat beli taneman palsu buat aksen hiasan2.

Untungnya Kmart buka ampe midnight (gak midnight jg sih, paling jam 8). Terus sampe rumah ngebongkar nyari kain batik yg dipunya, ada 2 mayanlah yaa. Tapi ngerasa gak cukup, dan ngerepotin orang lagi dengan chat di grup ibu2 Melbourne, nanya siapa yang punya kain batik bekas.

Ada 2 orang yang japri, terus paginya langsung kuambil. Tadinya mau kupotong bentuk bulat atau bunga, eh pas diliat kok motif batiknya bagus dan biar gak repot ku potong lurus aja sesuai motif wkwkwkwk. Jadi sambil, ngasir kupotong2 rok batiknya lol.

Kungerasa banget, bahwa dalam merealisasikan ide, aku dibantu sama banyak banget orang. Apalagi sama suamiku 💜

Sepulang dia nguli di Amazon Warehouse, langsung nata-nata barang di mini market (akunya ngitung duit dan report segala hal pas tutup toko). Aku cuman bantuin dikittt bgt.

Dan pas kukirim ke cici yang punya toko, dia seneng bgtttt 💜 Alhamdulillah.

Gak ada niat peres atau “menjilat” ya sebagai anak baru. Aku lebih ke rasa terima kasih aja ke cici dan koko yang mudah banget menerima aku kerja. Furthermore, pengen ninggalin karya kenang2an kalau udah gak di Melbourne lagi 💜 semoga jadi amal jariyah yaaa.

Semoga Allah juga hitung sbg pahala kebaikan. Semoga makin lengkap tokonya, sayang bgt gak dikelola serius tokonya, banyak barang2 gak restock :(
