Can you do like a crack fic were jay is dared to wear the scaly underwear and go on the watch tower. Everyone is like listing after him. And Bruce is just done with everyone’s shit.

I've attempted to write it like a fic, I've attempted to write it as a script. Now, here comes the bullet format.

* JT uses his cover as Bruce Wayne's son to establish connections with up-and-coming youngsters of Gotham: heirs of fortune, young and already bored CEOs, etc. He gathers those that could be useful to him at high-stakes, invites-only events at IceLounge;

* There are rumors about Penguin dissapearance. The wildest one includes Jason being Penguin's illegitimate son who was adopted by Wayne to spite Cobblepot. Jason dissapeared to plot his revenge and came back to take Penguin's empire for himself. It does not makes sense but even Jason agrees, very IC;

* Isabel, when she has time and desire, cames to the games, plays gold-digging girlfriend to Jason's probably-mafia's-son persona; they are not, however, dating;

* One of the guests is the son of the mayor. Not the one Jason shot, another mayor. Jason tries to use him to outlaw all vigilantes at Gotham except licensed ones. For licensing, he will use new DA who owes him money;

* mayor's son is the one behind the rumor. He is half-convinced JT killed the Penguin. When he asks if Jason fears Batman, Jason denies it vehemently, saying he does not fear any of JL clowns, tells anecdote about partying so hard, Superman found him and his friends and made them descend the airplane. Isabel, he tells, told him off;

* mayor's son takes him on and offers a bet: JT, in full old-school Robin suit needs to make a selfie/stream from Watchtower. Jason offers a contra-bet, if Jason does it, the mayor should agree to Jason vigilante initiative; they shake on it;

* Jason does it.

That's where I'm having problems, anon, in any version of it. I just... can't... imagine... people lusting??? After Jason or whoever.

But, say,

* Justice League holds a meeting. Jason waltzes right in, streaming everything with an action camera. Batman hides his face in his hands. He tries to make it seem like he doesn't know this person. Jason tries to climb onto Batman's lap.

* Batman, having a nervous breakdown yet again, lets him climb onto his lap but promptly tosses him to the floor when he hears the word Daddy.

* Hal offers his lap and also to call him anything.

* he does it only to mess with Batman;

* Not because he's opposed to it - and he's not the only one there but. Everyone knows Red Hood's daddy kink works the othet way around. He is the daddy. This is why Kara won't start anything too.

* people who don't know or care about kink think, no matter the thunder tights, it's a bad idea to start things with Red Hood. They are right.

For more interesting and elaborate "people are lusting after Red Hood" headcanons/fic ideas, please, refere to @m00nslippers 's "everybody's crushing on Jason" verse. They have done it the best.

Me, I'm going to continue with angst train.

*As Bruce is on new anti-anxiety meds,after the incident with Tim, he can't really master enthusiasm to beat the shit out of Jason, especially during live-stream. Wonder Woman has to escort Jason out promising the next time it will be through the window. The futage is deleted, Jason's camera is confiscated, but he won the bet, still.

* Jason's followers count is through the roof.

* Ofc Jason doesn't actually expect mayor's son to deliver his side of the wager. He says he will settle for him introducing JT to his father.

* Jason charms the Mayor. Mayor thought he was light-headed trust fund child as his son's other friehds, and he doesn't expect Jason's licensing programm actualy work. Jason says, okay, if we can't eliminate incompetent, often psychotic vigilante individuals by legalising them, let's eliminate their market, their reason to exist - crime in Gotham. How? By providing JOBS. Education. Health care. It shouldn't be all about charities and fund raisers and tax write-offs, such means are never enough. It must be centralised action. And yes, rich people would still finance it. But you don't ask them for hovewer much they want to give. You tell them.

* Mayor is a good guy, okay. He is, like, sure, lets do that. Thing is, I will be assassinated, politically or otherwise, before my term is over. Before such changes could be implemented. Nah, Jason says. I'mma take care of it. How about you hire a new aid? I know a guy.

* Miguel now has totally legal job in local government that will be a start of his political career, and he will become the PotUS in 20 years.

* Jason does takes care of any threats against the mayor. The 70% rich people tax goes into practice. Gotham becomes the second New York by using the money to create new businesses to create jobs that hire locally, to sponsor education and health care. People of Gotham are healthy, educated and have job security. Crime rates are lowest ever.

* there are still villains. Jason doesn't kill them himself if they don't go after him. He warns, go straight or else, and if they do not comply or relocate, he hires Wilson.

* in 10 years, Batman retires. Jason himself is probably long dead. His buisnness is continued by Su sisters (money management) and Wingman (crime management).

* in 15 years, someone directs a biopic about a prank that saved Gotham.
