Meet my new addition to my healing toolbox 🌟🙌🌟 1️⃣ Ready 2️⃣ Steady 3️⃣ GOOOOOO Healthy mind, healthy body with quality life. ❓ Why cold bathing? ➡️ reduces inflammation, pain & aches ➡️ improves mental health by reducing stress hormone cortisol and triggers the release of endorphins ➡️ improves sleep, metabolism, digestion ➡️ increases body's immunity against viruses ➡️ good for circulation ➡️ healthier skin This evening I tried it and spent 3 minutes in a 9.8 degree water. The goal is to cool it down to 2 degrees and have cold bath 2-3 times a week for 2-3 minutes, as part of my daily, healthy rutine.
