How some [more extreme] anti-shippers sound to me…
please stop cooking
ican smell the cooking and it triggers my undiagnosed allergies. please do not cook your food but instead opt for foods that do not require cooking (like carrot sticks or grape nut seeds).
• •
if cooking is absolutely necessary, please consider the following options:
1. not cooking
2. heating food naturally
thank you and have a blessed day

dungeon meshi but they are slugcats ?!?!
laios would be like. survivor. he does not usnderstand the cycle he's just here to vibe and stab the shit out of lizards and eat the mamybe.... he leeft his original colony to travel the wordl and do wahtever hte fuck he wanted honestly.
marcille is a purposed sulugcat. althogu hshe doesnt know it beacuase shes not very good at her purpose and her iterator left her in the care of a local slugcat colony.
falin .. ican t decide if she should be ascended or not? maybe shes like. super in tune with teh cycle and thats how she 'disappears' but she comes back :) and is normal :)
chilchuck is from a colony of sugcats that are small. theyre specalised for it fit ofr their environments etc. not good in fights. this man could get knpocked around by a squidcada.
senshi is like gourmand !! he's an outcast of his old colony and has been travellling around experimenting with food. i think the miners were investigating an iterators old city & there was very little food up there aside from like lizards and shit which is where senshi got his start into carnivorism & cooking as a whole (because just a single lizard is not a great meal especially for a slugcat that isn't acclimated to it yet !!!)
the demon is an iterator. i cant decide on a name (murmurs of endless wishes?) but i dont think its evil its just really tired of these random fuckkgn animals showing up in its go d damn can.

Porters Posse: Ostara/Spring Equinox/Passover/Easter Seasonal/ Cooking Challenge
Thinking about taking part? Reply to this entry - or send me a DM - and I’ll add you to the Ostara/Spring Equinox/Easter Posse list.
WHO: Anyone of any practice, or no practice at all, who enjoys seasonal celebrations, cooking, and feasting!  No restrictions, if you can pick up a spoon and stir you are invited!
WHAT: Your challenge is simple: choose at least one recipe from the Porters Seasonal Celebration Cookbook’s chapter on Easter to incorporate into your seasonal celebration and share with us photos and a write up.  I hope you will use as many seasonal and local ingredients as possible and look forward to hearing about your experience with those ingredients and locales.
Southern Hemisphere friends!  Please participate.  If the chapters on Easter don’t suit your seasonal celebration needs, please participate by choosing a recipe(s) from the harvest or Michaelmas sections.
While the recipe(s) from Porters Seasonal Celebration Cookbook should be the star of your entry Id also love to hear about other traditional favorites that you used in your celebration and any special non-cookery traditions!
Dietary restrictions?  You are welcome to adapt the recipes to meet your needs! This is ultimately about you and your celebration!
(Haven’t been able to snag your copy yet?  Click on this link to borrow it from archive.org   Porters Seasonal Celebration Cookbook)
WHERE: In the convenience of your kitchen! Though I’d also love to hear about those farmer’s markets, ditches and orchards!  Be sure to tag your post @portersposse!
WHEN: I’m opening up a broad window for Ostara/Spring Equinox/Easter. This challenge will take place between March 19th and April 13th.  Send me your entries between April 14th and 15th.  Remember to tag them @portersposse so Ican share them with the whole posse!
WHY: To celebrate the season in a way that includes everyone, and to quote @graveyarddirt ‘s Hagging Out “because it’s occasionally nice to be social in the comfort of your own home without actually having people over.”
HOW: By yourself or with family and friends! Just be sure to include at least one recipe from Porters Seasonal Celebrations Cookbook by Richard, Earl of Bradford and Carol Wilson.
Don’t get hung up on Easter being a religious holiday—I’m looking at it as a cultural date that has its roots in the past.  This is a HUGE seasonal cusp!

Don’t forget to leave me a message here or DM me @portersposse so we can add you to the Posse!

Hey could I ask for a match up with someone from Saiki? If you are going to do any romantic matchups, I’d prefer men. I go by he/him.
There’s not much to say appearance wise other than I am chubby, I have piercings, and I wear glasses. Most of my styles happen to be more comfortable stuff, such as sweater vests and hoodies. I have a lot more softer features, softer cheeks, hands, the like. I also have a serious case of resting bitch face.
I am very much the type of person to stay in their own lane. However as described by some people, when I get passionate, oh dear do I get passionate. I can be a bit standoffish to many people, with many assuming that I am a very calculated type of person, and intimidating. I do a lot of personal writing and meditation, however my favorite hobby is cooking and baking. I love making sweets for my family like scones and crème brûlée, though I usually just end up eating them alone. I also just cook regular stuff as well.
My dude. I am so pumped to write this. Like- i feel like theres many ways i could swing this and im gunna have a hard time to narrow this down but im just ready to go man, like- you threw me a metorphorical bone and im ready to rip into this thing lmao
- 🤥🤥not related but can you make coffee jelly?
Tumblr media
Saiki would take a shining to you based off your cooking, obviously. And when you make him coffee jelly for literally any occasion even if there isnt one? BOOM. Marriage papers. "For convience" 😉😉
Def just... watches you make stuff. Blank stare. Seemingly not a thought behind his eyes. He just stands there, out of the way. Uses telekenisis to get you what you need so you dont have to move around obsticles in the kitchen to get it (or risk dropping something or tripping bc im fucking clumsy and i dunno about you but ive tripped with flour and wooooo boy its rough) along with that he def helps you clean if you consider it a drag (of course you do, who actually enjoys cleaning the kitchen?) And by help i 100% mean he does it allfor you absent mindedly while he chows down on his sweets, little stars floating around his head as he enters paradise.
Also can def get down on some meditation w you, like- all this boy wants is peace and quiet. He will stil down or lay down, or however it works for you, and just... zen out. For as long as possible until nendo uses his 6th sense to track him down and drag him into shenanigans. (Or until a rock causes a girl to trip which causes a motercycle crash and a gasoline explosion and then destroys part or all of town and-)
N-E-Ways,
Im just pumping out headcanons/oneshots as fast as ican while im motivated so if you want more tell me! Send the link to this request along with your new one so i know which anon you are, okay lovely?
🫂🫂🫂❤️❤️❤️thanks for the ask, i love you!
Also i know its ooc but also im listening to this song and it lowkey tickles my brain with this character

Is Lorwolf fun?
i think it is! its obviously still very new so its a little rough around the edges in some areas but im really enjoying it so far
id say its much more focused on the breeding mechanic than the collecting one kind of similar to flight rising in that you cant really just go get wolves but you breed and buy them from other users (and theres wild wolves but those are rare (WHICH i like personally)). i also really like that theres a built in option to sell your wolves for stud so other users can breed them with their own. theres a BIG colour wheel and some nice coat types and breeds so far IMO theyre all a little samey but they arent like. identical which is good
the daily tasks imo are very fun. short and simple but theyre endless so you can just log in do as many as you want and leave. theres a like weekly event that you get "tickets" from doing the tasks in addition to earning currency which i think is cool. the events are tied to the minigames (fishing mining farming etc.). you can also earn a decent amount of the currency from them because theyre so quick you can do a lot IMO
the minigames are fun! i like the fishing and cooking best so far. i think the ones that have different levels you can unlock are a bit highly leveled (level 12 for fishing and mining before u unlock the next level) but its just the same sort of thing in a different area so i cant complain too much, just personally i would like to see it a bit different. i really like the cooking mechanic and i like that theres so many ways you can get food, and that you can discover and unlock more complex recipes. cant wait until they add more and i can play around with it :]
the campaign so far is REALLY fun. youre like exploring fighting enemies finding food etc. but theres also the actual "lore" and stories and NPCs and stuff that i think is really interesting so far and where it finishes up (theyre not complete so its short at the moment) im definitely interested in seeing more. ive done 2 of the 4 so far and theyre similar in mechanics (go fight x enemies/go find y number of items/etc.) but i think its fun. theres also a gauntlet where you just fight as high a level as you can go and get better rewards based on how far you can go AND theres a PVP option? but i havent done either of those
i havent gotten much into the apparel yet but some of its really fun AND i really like that you can do custom apparel. it seems kind of expensive to be able to make it in the first place which is understandable but a shame, but ive seen soem very interesting and creative things! i would like to dive into it a bit more once i have a bit more money but its all premium currency which i dont have much of yet
that ^ is one complaint i do have a lot of things on site are put behind premium currency while its VERY hard to get. there are ways to get it without paying for it such as selling things and custom apparel etc. and you can also "make" it with items you find but its very slow that way. i assume once the site economy stablises a bit more itll be a bit easier to come across but for now its not the best
you can also have companions little pets for your wolves. cute. you can play with them and they can fight with you in the campaign and you level them up and stuff as well. very fun
um thats about all ican really think to say so far... personally i am enjoying it! it scratches a similar itch that flight rising does while also having or expanding on features that ive seen a lot of people wish fr had over the years. plus theyre cute little puppys aw awwwwww

PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS!!!
I constantly have people telling me X thing is so basic that I shouldn't complain, but it really does takealotmore steps to do than normal people realize because they don't run out of energy from simply sitting up. They don't run out of energy from "simply cooking some ramen" and they ure as hell dont need to lay down again because they don't run out of energy from "simply" going to the bathroom. FFS, life isn't simple, most people just have the energy to mentally skip considering the majority of the steps normal things take.
Early this morning I got up, to walk maybe 10-15 feet to the bathroom (really if I wasn't dealing with fatigue right now I'd count the steps it takes to go to get to the bathroom from the room I'm staying in rn). After using the bathroom I had to lay down again. You might think it's because I was sleepy because of the time but in reality it's because I almost fell down while walking both to and from the bathroom and it took all of my "energy" to "simply use the restroom", as a result I've been fatigued most of the day because I spent the extra energy making sure I didn't fall down while walking those "measly few steps".
Normal people will never understand just how hard it is for disabled people to do ANYTHING. Plus the fact that some of us CAN have A SINGLE good day occasionally, people assume we all have good days all of the time. MOST DAYS are not good da gg s, or even neutral days, they vary quite alot. Within a single day ican have some good hours and several bad ones, but the few good ones don't mean I'm suddenly capable of acting like a normal person.
chronic fatigue weaves its way into everything. people love to tell disabled people they'd love to rest as much as we do, but they fail to understand how tired we are while we rest. we are not relaxed, we are generally pretty miserable, either from pain, irritability, or fatigue- which bleeds into every aspect of your life. being too fatigued to get up off of the couch means that you're too fatigued to get to the cupboard to pull out pans to attempt to start cooking.
the steps hidden within steps that are required to do a lot of tasks related to being a "functioning adult" are daunting, there are often way too many steps necessary to make "Simple" foods or do "simple" chores for disabled people to accomplish these tasks. chronic fatigue often means that even waking up from a nap or night's rest requires time to adjust to and power through
waking up is a process for me. im often no more alert and awake hours after i've woken than I am right after doing so. caffeine does not help fatigue- at least not at safe doses, for me, anyways. many days the act of moving from my bedroom to my living room is too much. taking dishes to the sink can be too exhausting. i have began falling asleep in front of the kitchen counter while standing because i realize the amount of steps required to clean the counters, or do the dishes, or prepare a meal that all of my energy instantly bleeds away
it's okay if you feel this way too. i have been dealing with chronic fatigue my entire life and it cost me my best paying job. i lost my ability to work because of it. it's not just you being "sleepy", you are genuinely too exhausted to function. you do NOT have the energy levels other people do, and that's okay. it's okay to let yourself be tired sometimes and address that instead of trying to pretend you're not tired.
i wish you good luck. you are loved

I'm so glad i'm too awkward and look like I would commit domestic terrorism because God am I afraid of living with an able bodied woman.
Many women are taught to clean and cook n such that they do it so instinctively sometimes that it's literally impossible to get them to not nitpick the cleanliness of a room and automatically do tasks. Like. They can never go "eh. Clean enough".
My mom beating me and guilt tripping me for being useless as a super dysphoric 12 year old did make me subconsciously respect women less (I do everything ican to ward them off irl because I flinch if one touches me) . HOWEVER I did learn to do ALL the chores so my mom wouldn't hurt me without looking hysterical for it.
Also. Thank God for diabetes ig because no one in my house can possibly cook something I would eat. So I don't get weird doting, i have to cook my own stuff.

second time these people have come over and asked me all awkwardly for 'vegan snacks' at a party my roommates throwing.
i literally just finished telling them im burnt out and underpaid ten minutes prior and im like six years her junior.
this adult woman should know enough to bring some food for herself so she can eat. im sorry but its not my responsibility to offer a selection of my food and to cook for you when ican barely afford to feed myself, and when i offer you the one thing i do have you refuse it.
not my problem and im not sorry

India is famous for its diverse and flavorful street food, and there are many restaurants and food trucks across the country that offers delicious and authentic street food experiences. EggHolic is an authentic Indian restaurant that brings you the truest taste of the Indian subcontinent.
Here are some of the dishes that you can give a try:
Egg Curry
Egg curry is a well-known dish in several world cuisines, notably Indian cuisine. It typically includes boiled or fried eggs cooked in a savoury sauce made from a mixture of spices. The recipe can be customized by using different spice blends and adding vegetables such as tomatoes, potatoes, or spinach.
In Indian cuisine, egg curry is typically prepared with a tomato gravy base and seasoned with cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Additional ingredients like ginger, garlic, and chilli peppers enhance the dish’s bold and piquant flavour. Ican be accompanied by various dishes, such as rice, roti, or naan bread, making it a fulfilling and enjoyable meal that is perfect for vegetarians or individuals searching for high-protein meals.
Egg Lapeti
Egg Lapeti is a type of Indian burrito that uses a thin omelette as a wrap instead of a tortilla. The omelette is partly cooked and filled with shredded boiled eggs, cheese, and occasionally other ingredients like onions, peppers, or herbs.
The filling is then rolled up inside the omelette, resulting in a tasty and satisfying breakfast or snack. Egg Lapeti is a well-known street food in some areas of India and can also be made at home with minimal ingredients. You can enjoy this delicious Indian dish in the convenience of your own home by ordering it from our website.
Pani Puri
Pani Puri is a popular street food snack in India and other parts of South Asia. Also known as golgappa or phuchka, it consists of small, crispy, hollow balls made from semolina or wheat flour, which are filled with a mixture of mashed potatoes, onions, chickpeas, and spices.
The balls are then pierced with a small hole and filled with a tangy and spicy tamarind or mint water, known as “pani” in Hindi. The filled Pani Puri is then consumed whole in one bite, creating a burst of flavours and textures in the mouth.
Pani Puri is often served as a refreshing and flavorful snack during hot summer days and is a popular Indian street food that can be found in almost every part of India.
Dahi Puri
Dahi puri is a popular Indian street food that originates from the western Indian state of Maharashtra. It is a type of chaat, which is a savoury snack typically made with a variety of ingredients such as fried dough, vegetables, and spices.
Dahi puri is made by filling small, crispy, hollow puri shells with a mixture of boiled potatoes, chickpeas, onions, and a tangy tamarind chutney. The puri shells are then topped with a dollop of smooth and creamy yogurt, which gives the dish its name “dahi” puri (dahi means yogurt in Hindi).
Finally, the dish is garnished with a sprinkle of spices such as cumin powder, chaat masala, and chilli powder, as well as fresh coriander leaves.
The combination of sweet and tangy chutney, spicy chili powder, and cool yogurt creates a unique flavor profile that is both refreshing and satisfying. Dahi puri is often enjoyed as a light snack or appetizer, and is a popular dish at Indian festivals and gatherings.
