It had been a long day of doing....nothing. He ate, mused, breakfasted. He was a man of leisure. Blessed enough to be able to pursue his wants and not his duties, Olivier took advantage of every moment. Clothes were for the socially confined. His body was one to be looked at, adored, immortalised in the finest oil paints one could buy. People deserved to observe the view so why bother with billowing shirts that bared so little? Pitiful pieces of fabric.

He was in the middle of painting when there was a knock on the door to his apartment. Setting down his palette, he stepped over the sheet and other various supplies before answering. He poked his head around the door and broke into a grin before opening the door wider to reveal his paint splattered chest.

"Hello, Teddy~ Looking for me?"

"Whole world's a bit of an if right now," Oleander replies, pointing it out so very helpfully, with a wryly lopsided smile. "Middle of the afternoon, so I'm assuming you've eaten breakfast, which unfortunately means most other decisions throughout the day are probably pretty if-heavy."

He shrugs, faux-magnanimously, and offers, "I usually just close my eyes and pick at random."

Magnus let out a boisterous laugh at Olly's exclamation. ❝  I know you will, son. Trust you more than I do here at this point. ❞ Which was true, Olly was the one that warned him when Elizabeth was in downward spiral that would require him to make the trip from California to New York. He also was the one that warned Magnus about the girl that Elizabeth had fallen head over heels their junior year, that was definitely no good for her. And then the aspiring actor with the smile of a salesman their senior year. A disaster averted. ❝  It'll be a matter of time until I meet them! Bye, son! ❞

❝  It's okay, go have lunch! I'm almost done. ❞ A lie that she had told plenty of times when engrossed in her plot lines and characters. ❝  I'll eat later. ❞ Another lie. A laugh came at his question. Pen still in hand, laptop open, papers strewed across her desk, she didn't look away as she answered. ❝  If I said no, would you leave without me? ❞

anyway bearnelli in the Lestappen Ice Cream Shop AU based off @lestappenforever and @thearchercore’s headcanons/fic is RBR Junior Kimi being dragged to Milan by Max ‘for bonding!’ when really he’s just trying to show Charles this cute little Italian kid who’s a red bull driver and “see! you can be a fan now!!” while Kimi is just :)ing his way through the meeting while Charles and all the regulars lamenting how red bull has corrupted this perfect little tifoso

Charles has the bright idea of bringing out Lec Employee Ollie Bearman whom he swears can help “bring Kimi back to the light side” and Kimi just short circuits cause “Omg cute boy” and Charles just sends Ollie to sit with him and talk about Ferrari, the whole store just witnessing Kimi get more and more infatuated and realize that “oh no we created another one Enzo Forgive Us”

Olly had spent an age planning his proposal to Lucius. Coordinating the timing of it with when the Eiffel Tower shone brightly in the dark of the night. He had put together a beautiful outfit each for them both to wear to commemorate. Though Lucius seemed rather concerned with attempting to peel it all off of him. "I love you to the moon and back, Lucius." Uttered softly between kisses.

"Want me to take care of you, dear, sweet, husband?" He asked, slipping his hands under Lucius' shirt to feel up his abdomen for a moment before unhooking the buttons of his shirt.

Lucius wanted nothing more than a night alone with his boyfriend. No, his fiancé, now. He still couldn't believe that they all had been able to keep this a secret from him for so long. The most romantic proposal ever and now all he wanted was to thank the love of his life proper.

Unable to keep his hands off his husband-to-be, as they rode the elevator up to their hotel room. Once they reached their hotel room, he pulled him to the bed. "I love you, Olly." He groaned against his lips as he began to work on the button of his beloveds clothing.

Henrik isn't looking at Oleander, and he's sort of mumbling. Oleander doesn't hear the words, so much as just the tone, but the tone is enough to make it clear there's a problem.

"Let's go this way," he decides, voice still light and pleasant, and he starts guiding Henrik away with a hand on his back. 'This way' doesn't hold anything of particular import, other than being away from the worst of the crowd.

Since writing hotgw, I completely forgot what the fate of Olly in the show was. I completely forgot that they villanized this 13 year old boy by turning him into an angry, silent, and emotionless sociopath who was not effected negatively by committing murder to someone he looked up to like an older brother, and whom he saw return from the dead.

And then had JON SNOW OF ALL PEOPLE willingly choose to sentence him to death by hanging. And not at all consider he was a young, traumatized boy whose greif and confusion was manipulated by older superior officers in the Watch, to do something he clearly didn't understand the consequences of, and was clearly so conflicted he was crying when he did it. This boy whose story started with Ygritte callously murdering his father right beside him, before his family and village were slaughtered, and a Thenn tormented him by telling him how he was going to eat his mother and father with a knife to his throat:

I'm not saying Olly should be plainly forgiven for what he did to Jon, but I think its obvious that in Jons absence when he went to Hardhome, Ser Alliser clearly organized this mutiny with other high ranking men, and to hurt Jon even more, manipulated Olly into helping by using his trauma against him.

I'd even argue Olly was forced into it, as the moment Ser Alliser brought this plan to him, Olly couldn't say no. Because if he did, Ser Alliser knew Olly would go to Jon as soon as he returned. Meaning Ser Alliser either directly threatened or indirectly implied a threat to make Olly get in on this plan.

And I am sure as hell saying thar Ser Alliser, Yarwick, and Marsh deserved to be hung as they were grown men in full control of their choices and actions. But I will go to the grave saying that the real Jon Snow would understand Olly's complications and never would've harmed, let alone executed a child.

Season 6 Olly was unfairly villanized to satisfy general audiences who hated him for helping to murder Jon, and season 6 Jon was unfairly characterized as someone who would not see the obvious manipulation of a traumatized child and unintentionally villanized by thus executing that same child just to satisfy those same general auidences who wanted Olly to pay.

tldr: my fic is 100% me redeeming Olly out of spite for the writers and auidence members who were way too over eager to see the death of a child
