APPARENTLY SO 😭 I thought I was 5'4 for the longest time but moving in with my 5'5 partner showed that I'm taller than them by a hair and so I'm 5'6!! HELL I could even be 5'7, but I haven't checked in a hot minute!!

Probably one of the biggest pet-peeves I have with Baldur's Gate 3 is that the elves are too tall!! What do you mean my drow rogue is just as tall as everyone else, he's 1.64/5'5"!!!! He's a little guy!!

it's weird. when I initially stopped shaving and cut my hair off I was pressured about both. I was explicitly told to go back to shaving and long hair. It sucked, but eventually I got over it and enjoyed it and was living my best life. And now, all the sudden, without anyone actually saying anything, I am feeling that pressure again. I am genuinely considering both, even though I don't want either.

#I have one? friend who I see semi-regularly who also has short hair and doesn't shave #literally everyone else I am friends with/know/everyone in my family/etc does #I'm going to six flags with friends this weekend and they all talked about spending hours in the shower doing full body shaves #every single woman I work with shaves and has at shortest a bob #I just want to feel not out of place #I don't like feeling like I stick out like a sore thumb #in pictures of me with other people it's almost jarring how different I look from everyone else #don't look like any of the women and have too much tit to look like a man #and no one I mention it to seems to get it. I've tried talking about it with my sister #and she's like 'I feel the same way :( cause I like a different kind of fashion and I'm not small and skinny enough'#and I don't want to downplay that or say that isn't happening and doesn't suck #but she has hair to her ass!!! she wears makeup! she shaves regularly!! she likes shopping and dresses and being pretty!!#she is gorgeous! and it's so obvious and like yeah maybe she feels out of place but visually she is not #I very very much am. I exclusively wear like 80% men's clothes at this point #I'm not sure I know anyone else who does that???? and it's very obvious that's what I'm wearing!!!!!#I can get along with other people and have similar interests and stuff #but I still feel out of place cause I don't visually fit in and it sucks

I'm obsessed with how fucking short the current PF2e party is. Our wizard has said he's thinking about taking Enlarge just so we can be taller than NPCs sometimes.

Crafting update: I somehow managed to hit myself in the ear with a chair so instead of crafting I have an icepack tied to my head lol

#the person behind the yarn #injury mention #it's not that bad an injury just a bruise I'm just allergic to all NSAIDs so ice is my friend #I am being safe using the ice pack for a limited time and do not have the ice pack directly against my skin #(in case anyone was worried)#I have a rolly desk chair and it's one of those big semi-fancy ones #because it's my dad's old chair but it broke and will no longer go up or down #luckily I am short so the shortest setting of the chair is perfect for me #but! big fairly heavy chair for a rolly chair #I have one of those mat things under it so it can roll on the carpet but it keeps sliding under my desk #so I had the brilliant idea of sitting on the floor and pulling on the mat thing to get it back out from under the desk and where it belongs #and it worked! I just did not think about the fact that the chair was ON the mat #and that when I pulled the mat the chair would also move #weirdly this marks the second time I have bruised an ear with a chair #but the other time I hit the chair and it stayed still. This time it was vice versa lol

I'm so sad that people think Weiss is ridiculously short. She's 5'3 without the heels and Ruby is like an inch taller. They gave us exact heights in cm but period still thinks she's so small!

I can't handle the lies and slander about her 😭

Also I swear if anyone brings up "but the heels!" I've cut off all the heels of team rwby and the heights were not that different! Ruby is still an inch taller than her! There is no big difference! Y'all made it up!
