Noteworthy details about the first two PJOTV episodes (spoilers)
First of all, every single of them ATE DOWN. just wanted to throw that out there, i'm so so impressed with the cast, everyone was perfect and gorgeous and i'm completely sat for any and all future installments. A fine piece of media. Let's begin.
Percy's confusion and bewilderment finding out that he's a demigod. "You fell in love with God.... like, Jesus????" LMFAO but seriously his frustration in this moment, thinking there's something actually wrong with his brain, feeling lost and confused and hurt and BROKEN. the struggle in that moment is so relatable to people discovering they have some sort of mental illness or neurodivergence, especially when they weren't believed/listened to etc and i think walker played this part beautifully
GROVER AND PERCY PLAYING MYTHOMAGIC TOGETHER. GROVER AND PERCY PLAYING MYTHOMAGIC TO TRAIN PERCY. I AM LITERALLY SCREAMING OFF ROOFTOPS THE IMPLICATIONS THAT THIS HAS???? ARE YOU ACTUALLY JOKING??????? IMAGINE SEASON 3 PERCY FINDS NICO AND THEY HAVE THIS IN COMMON???????????!?!?!?!?!? FEELING SEVERELY FRANTIC AND MASSIVELY UNWELL ABOUT THIS
luke's empathy towards Percy throughout-- his apologies for what happened to his mother at the bottom of Half Blood Hill, him telling P that he relates to the nightmares, the restlessness, the ADHD..... so fucking sick and fucking twisted, I will be sobbing at the ending, gorgeous job on both ends on making this relationship feel very warm and authentic and the trust starting to build. this will H U R T.
CLARISSE. she's so gorgeous and vindictive. Her beauty took me off guard initially, but she's such a spiteful little badass that I completely fell in love with her. I CANNOT WAIT to see more of her characterization, especially into season two. perfection.
Percy burning the blue jelly beans- the thing he'd miss most- out in the middle of the woods at night in a damn can, just to pray to his MOTHER. *sobbing intensifies* i couldn't ask for a more sweet, heartfelt, honest moment. the perfect addition. 10s across the board
Percy's ANGER. OH BOY this was one of my most favorite parts. I feel like we see Percy as a very happy-go-lucky kid altogether but I loved, LOVED to see his frustration and agitation from the very beginning. Everything is so confusing and foreign and all he knows is that 1. he's been betrayed or left behind by everyone he knows and 2. he's been ignored his whole life by his godly parent. His mission is to MAKE HIS DAD SEE PERCY, at ANY COST. Before he even knows who his dad is. He is entitled to feel ALL of this anger and hurt and resentment!!!!!!!
Annabeth calling Percy "sunshine". TOTAL CULTURAL RESET. I gasped. The dawn of a new age of Percabeth. I will be screaming into my pillow about this for the foreseeable future.
The entire characterization of Percy throughout the capture the flag scene. His contrast of being just a kid- flossing (lol), peeing the woods, petting a gecko, just vibing and hanging out VS. being thrown suddenly into attack from his peers that don't care about the rules, surprising himself and everyone around him with his finesse in battle, quick instincts, swordsmanship..... i'm weak fr. I can't wait to see him grow, train, become stronger and more confident.
Overall, I'm entirely floored and beyond happy. I can't wait to see more. 10/10

One thing I greatly appreciate about the 2012 series is that Raph's temper is rarely ever shown to be entirely on him, which might be hard to believe, but it's true.
Pivotal episodes that focus on Raph's temper are Turtle Temper, Slash and Destroy, The Good, the Bad and Casey Jones, Newtralized!, and Mutant Gangland.
Turtle Temper
We get our first front row seat to how Raph tends to let his anger carry him away to the point that the mission and his brothers became an afterthought, and everyone is right to be upset with him. A random, smacktalking slob isn't the end of the world, but after 15 years of hardly interacting with anyone other than your family, it only makes sense for him to be angry that this total stranger is managing to tick him off. But no one downplays the situation or tells him to just, "stop getting mad," they more or less told him to stop letting his anger do the work. Splinter said it best: "It was I who made his [Shredder's] words into weapons. That's the choice I made. What choice will you make?" Translation, you're allowed to be angry, but it's what you do with that anger that determines the outcome of things.
Slash and Destroy
This will always be in my top 10 favorite episodes solely for being such a good scenario of Raph's anger being a poison to someone he cares for, not just his family, but Spike. Firstly with his family, he's right to get mad when his comics are ruined, or when Leo constantly sticks up for Mikey, or when Donnie's experiment gets out of control and nearly hurts Spike. It's the accumulation of those things that makes him lash out and eventually take the mutagen to his room, greatly to the dismay of an already apologetic Donnie. Anyone who lives in a full house knows: he feels disrespected and stifled, going so far to wish he were out on his own.
Now for Spike, we obviously know the mutagen messed with him in more than a physical sense, but it's clear that Raph's angry venting didn't help either. Not only did Raph push his brothers away when they weren't intentionally agitating him, namely Donnie, but he's largely responsible for Slash's desire to get rid of his brothers. Slash thinks his and Raph's tempers are what make them stronger and better than the others, that they could be doing so much more without them. Raph doesn't agree with him, not even a little, because for as much as his family gets on his nerves, he'd miss them way too much to ever leave them.
When Splinter told him to meditate on it, he wasn't dismissing the fact that Raph was rightfully upset, but that he was letting his anger run on again. He needed to stop and think about why he was angry, and understand that Donnie didn't mean to nearly hurt Spike. That even though he treasures those comics, they're just comics at the end of the day. Whether or not he would've reached that conclusion without the loss of Spike is up to interpretation, but Splinter reminds Raph that he still has his brothers.
The Good, the Bad and the Casey Jones
It's a tried and true concept, but it never fails to be a good concept when Raph and Casey's tempers clash. Before that though, we once again see Raph lose control of himself due to his family and he's clearly bent out of shape over his lack of control, the guy attacked Leo without warning and has his brothers flinching away when he yells at them. His statement is an interesting one: "This always happens. I'm fine until those guys push my buttons. It's not like I was trying to hurt Leo. They just don't get it." Now couple it with this one from Leo: "What are you saying, Raph? It's not that you are angry, but we make you angry?" Raph goes on to refute that question before somewhat proving himself wrong when he snaps at their teasing.
The situation is never truly resolved because Casey leads some Foot Bots to the lair, but it's clear that Raph is half accepting and half in denial of having anger issues, and his brothers don't quite understand it themselves (explained by why they teased him and unknowingly made him feel like they weren't taking him seriously). But Leo seemed to get an idea from the earlier teasing when he tells Raph they were just "busting his shell." He doesn't say it with malice or like he was wronged, he's fairly apologetic despite the humor written all over him. And, in a way, Donnie and Mikey alleviate the situation in their own way by not reacting too much to Raph's outburst, or even when he returns. Donnie slips out a short quip and leaves it at that, because they know Raph just needed some time to himself without them messing around.
Newtralized!
The bigger focus of this episode is obviously the Newtralizer's plot for the Kraang and Slash's redemption, but Raph's temper is still front and center from the first minute of the episode. Though it's a fact that we've seen on display before, Raph getting angry because someone he cares for isn't being careful enough is still an important point, especially now since Raph is close enough to Casey to be angrily worried about his wellbeing. Though it's never directly addressed (Raph's argument is that Casey is holding them back and getting in the way), Raph learns over the course of the episode to not exclude Casey just because he's not as skilled as them.
Mutant Gangland
Lesgooo another favorite--starts rubbing my hands together. It might even be slightly higher than Slash and Destroy because Raph is less angry and more frustrated that he's stuck in the training phase with his brothers, feeling like they aren't doing any better when they can't go all out on each other. It's understandable, they just barely saved Earth from the Triceratons but most of that can only be attributed to Fugitoid's "sacrifice", then the Triceratons were the ones who finally put an end to the Kraang, not the turtles, and Shredder is still out there somewhere with his henchmen roaming the streets. Outside of feeling outclassed during their conflicts in outer space, Raph feels like they aren't doing enough.
But, since Raph pinned the blame on Splinter taking Leo's side, saying he's forcing them to hold back and that they clearly don't understand how he feels, Donnie saw an opportunity and shot back at Raph with the usual insult of him complaining about Leo all the time. That obviously makes him feel worse, and he storms out in typical Raph fashion. Splinter sets the boys straight though; aside from telling them that he won't always be there to play mediator, he tells Donnie straight up that he should grow up and could've responded in a more mature manner. They all need to learn to stop feuling the fire that is Raph and understand where he's coming from, and Donnie sees this in person when him and Mondo go after Raph and Raph doesn't immediately accept his apology.
(Excuse me as I geek out over season 4 being the season where we see them grow out of their bad habits, like Leo rushing Donnie to do something, the guys unnecessarily angering Raph, them underestimating Leo, and not taking Mikey seriously. Like, they still happen, but the boys quickly recognize when they've messed up and I just-)
Don Vizioso and his gang blows a hole in everyone's day of course, but by the end of the episode, Leo and Donnie apologize to Raph (who wasn't used to getting so many apologies at once), and Splinter reminds the turtles to not let their conflict separate them from each other.
-----
...So yeah I just really like that Raph's temper is handled nicely when it's threaded with the conflict of the episode, idk lol-

LMK Sun Wukong x Reader pt.2
~Season 5 episode 2~
“ The world has fallen into chaos, and at every step of its descent you have been there.” A deep voice echos through the portal as Y/N and Wukong fall through careening toward the ground. Wukong wraps Y/N in his arms protectively before landing on the ground, and MK and Macaque suddenly appear behind them. Y/N can only tell they are in some huge cave type area that is filled with fog as Wukong gently sets her/him/them down and pushes her/him/them behind him, he then quickly slashes his hand through the fog dissipating it revealing several figures in hooded robes.
“ What?! A second ago I was in bed, what's going on?” MK says is surprise and Y/N rushes over to him hugging him protectively, “ Yeah, the guys in the cool robes only strike when you're asleep- kind of their thing.” Wukong says in an agitation.“ What do you want?” Macaque asks glaring at the robed figures.
“ Sun Wukong, the Six-Eared Macaque, and MK the Monkey Kid. You have been summoned before the court of the underworld to answer for your crimes.” The same voice from before speaks up, “ You stand before the 10 Kings Guardians of the great cycle.” A Different robed figure with a deeper voice says. “ A cycle which has been disrupted.” A higher pitched female sounding figure in the same black robe speaks says.
“ Help me remember, what was it that happened the last time you all brought me here?” Wukong says sarcastically “ Oh right, things didn't super work out for you.”, “ And as I recall, you removed your name from The Book of the Dead.” The first robbed figure says and Wukong gives the robbed figures an indignant smirk. “ A similar crime has led to this moment. The scroll of memory was stolen, your guilt is obvious.” The robed figure with a more female voice says.
“ Wait are we on trial? Do we need a lawyer?” MK asks worriedly “ Don't worry, we watched almost every episode of Monkey Cop Courtroom Edition.” MK chuckles to himself before turning back to the court “ Uh, your honors- What exactly are the charges? Also, why is my sister/brother/sibling here?”
“ An unfortunate consequence of she/he/they and Sun Wukong having been in the same space at the time we brought him here. As for the other matter-” the first voice explains when the deeper one cuts in, “ because of your actions, the Jade Emperor fell, and now the pillar of Heaven has been irreparably damaged.” A Different robed guy says angrily, “ The pillar of Heaven.” Wukong whispers in disbelief. “ You stand accused of the destruction of this world.” The female robed figure says
“ I'm gonna… I’m gonna need a minute with my clients.” MK stutters nervously before pulling Wukong, Y/N, and Macaque into a huddle “ Okay, my professional legal advice is- we should leave.”, Wukong hums in thought for a moment picking his head up to look around. “ Not seeing a door, So l'm just going to make one.” He says taking a step back and raising his arm
“ We thought you might try some foolishness to escape justice, and so we have brought a power even greater than yours.” The first robed figure says, a portal suddenly opens and the lotus prince emerges. “ Nezha?” MK says is surprise “ Hey Nezha!”, he excitedly waves at him just before Monkey King bursts out in laugher so hard it makes him tear up slightly
“ This is your big scary?” Wukong laughs before a bigger more intimidating figure appears in front of Nezha and Wukong freezes “ Okay yeah, a little bit more powerful than Nezie”, “Pagoda-wielding General, Li Jing, new leader of the celestial realm.” The first robed figure explains.“ Nezha’s dad?” MK asks enthusiastically “ Nezha, your dad is the new Jade Emperor?”, “ The Jade Emperor cannot be replaced” Nezha states. “ In his absence, I have been charged with resolving this.” Li Jing interrupts.
“ Big ups on the promotion Li, I always knew you'd weasle your way to the top.” Wukong says,“ The world is on a knife’s edge, you add nothing but chaos.” Li Jing says with a judgmental glare.
“ Objection!” MK retorts “ Ergo, Visa V, We're guilty until proven innocent-”, Y/N gently elbows him to bring his attention to what he just said. “ No wait, forget I said that.” MK says,“ You know that Pagoda of yours isn't gonna be enough to stop us.” Wukong warns stepping in front of MK, Y/N, and Macaque almost protectively. “ Perhaps.” Li Jing says “ There was only one thing that could ever bring the Great Sage to heal, and as I have been empowered by the Heavenly Host.”
A green glowing light with a bunch of symbols appears in front of his hand, “ Stop!” Macaque yells running forward as a golden crown forms around Wukong’s head. “ I collar the beast!” Li Jing asserts, Wukong starts screaming in pain holding the area where the crown is placed. The pain causes him to stumble backwards until he’s caught by Y/N and Macaque as he falls to his knees, “ Monkey King, No!” MK yells worriedly. MK suddenly starts phasing back and forth between his normal and monkey form, “ No, no no no” MK says in a panick, and just before Y/N can Wukong reaches over and takes MK’s hand.
" It's ok kid, We're ok" Wukong says reassuring him after taking a few recovery breathes, thankfully MK form seems to stabilize. After seeing that MK is alright Y/N moves in front of Wukong putting a hand on his cheek looking at him in concern. " Wukong's fangs have been pulled." Li Jing says turning his back to them, " Father, these four they're not-" Nezha starts. " Control yourself." Li Jing asserts " This side show is over.". The two start toward the portal they came through.
Y/N suddenly sees red and turns toward Li Jing and the court. “ Where do you think you're going?!” she/he/they yell taking a few steps toward them “ How dare you! Get that pain crown off of him right now!”, “ You would do well to hold your tongue mortal. Though you are insignificant, do not think you can not incur our wrath.” the first-robed figure warns. “ You intentionally caused pain to someone I care about, I think you should be more worried about incurring mine.” Y/N says darkly with a murderous glare before the four suddenly fall through another portal into some type of jail cell in the celestial realm.
Macaque leans against the wall with his arms crossed and Monkey King sits on the groaned cross-legged while MK tries pull the crown off of Wukongs head, “ Didn't Mr. Tang's past life guy put one of these dealies on you originally?” MK asks. “ This one's somehow tighter.” Wukong says gingerly running a hand across it “ I really really didn't want to wear one of these again.”, Y/N gives him a sympathetic look as Wukong just glares at Macaque. “ Classic, I get all the punishment and you get to mope." He snarks.
“ Maybe going to jail wasn’t on my agenda for tonight.” Macaque retorts annoyed, “ Oh, so you think this is my idea of a good time? Trapped in here with you?” Wukong asks angrily. “ Ok, ok enough.” Y/N says trying to calm them down, the two continue to glare at each other as a tense silence passes over the group.
MK slightly breaks the tension by going back to pulling at the crown until his fingers slip and he nearly falls, he then jumps up on Monkey Kings shoulders trying to pull it up that way. “ Wow that is…that is really on there.” He huffs before trying several different ways. “ Nearly got it.” He says before getting launched into the wall “ I don't have it.”, MK slides down onto the floor as a yellow see through portal appears behind him. The lotus prince himself stands on the other side much to MK’s excitement. “ Nezha! you bustin’ us out? ah, amazing!” He says happily before it turns into nervousness “ It's uh - it's tense in here.”
“ This is.. not what I wanted.” Nezha says sadly,“ Weren't you meant to be busy guarding the Jade Emperor's power?” Wukong asks in an accusatory tone “ Don't tell me daddy Jing took over that job too.” He chuckles to himself “ You got demoted?!”. “ Just stop.” Nezha asserts in frustration, the portal opens up and Nezha steps through closing it behind him. Wukong fans four strands of his hair out into the hallway with his tail while Nezha isn’t looking. “ Someone's trying to destroy the pillar of heaven, and my father-“ Nezha starts.
“ Quickly jumping in here, what's the Pillar of Heaven exactly?” MK interrupts appearing behind him, “ If the old legends can be believed, the pillar is a mystic energy that holds back the primordial chaos.” Nezha explains.“ It’s what lets the world be- the world.” Wukong adds, MK hums sliding to sit down next to him. “ Yes, good.” MK says “ Now do it like Tang.”, “For real?” Wukong questions. “ Helps me learn.” MK says with a shrug, Wukong can’t help but look over at Y/N to almost gage if MK is joking and she/he/they just shrug and do an I-don’t-know noise. He groans before begrudgingly going into a Tang impression.
“ Legend tells that the Universe was born into chaos. Long ago, a sanctuary was constructed. This world, protected from the chaos by the pillar of heaven.” Wukong explains, “ and someone’s trying to break it.” MK states. “ Not for the first time.” Wukong says in his normal voice, MK wags his finger at him making a Nuh-uh-uh sound. Wukong groans in frustration before going back into the Tang impression, “ it was broken once before. Chaos poured into the realms until the goddess Nüwa mended the pillar with the mystical five-colored Stones.” he explains.
“ Sounds like someone needs to get those stones and get to mending.” MK asserts, “ The kids right.” Macaque agrees “ Which begs the question why you're here instead of out there working on a rock collection.”. “ Exactly.” Y/N agrees, Nezha sighs and looks down “ My father-“ he starts. “ Doesn't want anyone looking for ‘em.” MK guesses popping up right next to Nezha “ Interesting. Suspicious”, MK starts walking back toward the other three. “ Yes, what- what's he doing?” Nezha asks confused.
“ Ignore it, it’s his lawyer bit.” Macaque explains, and Y/N nods in agreement while Wukong chuckles at MK’s antics. “ Best attorney monkeys can buy.” MK says flattening his hair back “ Hmm, if I was a secret enemy trying to break a magic pillar… I- objection!- to people looking for the magic rocks that can fix it as well.”, “ My father is not the enemy.” Nezha states.
“ I mean…” MK chuckles “ He put us in a cell, and a pain crown on Monkey King's head.” he rushes over sort of hugging Monkey King before leaning on his head for support “ You know, it's not… it's not best friend behavior.”, “ This was a mistake.” Nezha says turning away from them. “ Nezha, wait.” Y/N says and just as he turns to look back at her/him a voice from outside the cell grabs his attention.
“ Yeah, super was.” Wukong calls, “ What? No!” Nezha says in concern seeing all four of them outside the cell. “ You always fall for the clone bit!” Wukong laughs, “ Now you're stuck inside, and the real uses are out here.” MK says. “ I'm a clone” the Wukong, MK, Y/N, and Macaque that are in the cell say. “ No!” Nezha yells desperately before using his staff to burst through the portal into the hallway trapping all four of them against the wall.
“ Told you you always fall for it.” Wukong laughs just before they all burst into an orange-ish yellow smoke, Nezha quickly turns around to see the four of them already out of the cell and trying to sneak away. “ Someone's trying to destroy the world, and I'm not going to let anyone stop us from saving it.” Wukong asserts, “ Here comes jailbreak kid!” Wukong and MK both call talking strands of hair and creating several clones that waste no time in tackling Nezha and trapping him under them.“ Wukong!” Nezha yells angrily as the four take off running away from him, “ Sorry Nezha. We love ya, but we gotta run.” Y/N calls over her/his/their shoulder and Wukong chuckles at the situation.
The four burst through the wall and out onto the path through the celestial garden running at full speed, MK nearly rushes off the side of the path which leads to a deadly fall before he just barely stops himself in the edge with a scared yelp. “ Come on kid.” Wukong chuckles pulling him back onto the path as they all continue to run for their lives getting chased by several celestial soldiers throwing a variety of weapons at them which they have to dodge, “ Why is it always like this when you come here?!” Macaque asks in an accusatory tone and Wukong laughs.
What must be a celestial army leader steps in front of them with a whole squad behind him causing them to stop, “ That's far enough prisoners.” the leader says unsheathing his sword. “ This guy thinks he's the main character.” Wukong chuckles, he and Macaque quickly work together to knock him out and take his sword. “ Oh my Great Sage.” MK says fearfully upon seeing the large group of soldiers in front of them. Wukong and Macaque look like they are about to strike when Y/N puts a hand out to stop them. “ Please, allow me.” Y/N says sweetly before rolling up her/his/their sleeves
In a flash Y/N has the whole group of soldiers taken down and out of the way, MK, Wukong and Macaque look at her/him/them in sheer disbelief. “ Wow.” Macaque says impressed, “ I know right?” Wukong says his tone laced with adoration and all but literal heart eyes. The four continue running leaving the incapacitated soldiers behind, “ We have to get outta here.” MK says. “ Yeah.” Wukong agrees “ but you're really not going to like how we do it.”, “ What?” MK questions. Suddenly, Wukong pushes all three of them off the side of the path with an “ Alliup” jumping after them sending them all falling towards the mortal realm. “ Wukong!” Macaque shrieks angrily while Y/N and MK yell in terror.
Wukong chuckles taking out the sword he took from the guard throwing it below them, the sword suddenly stops in mid-air as a yellowish portal appears around it and once the four reach it the scenery below them changes a familiar street where Tang, Mei, Pigsy, and Sandy are hanging out in front of Pigsy’s noodles. Wukong and MK fall directly onto Sandy’s truck while Macaque grabs onto Y/N creating a portal below them that slowly pushes them back up to the surface once they fall through it. One of the tires bounces off the newly demolished truck landing right in front of Sandy and Mei before the same sword falls off somehow hitting the tire to which Sandy makes a disheartened noise
“ MK! Good-a you to show up for work-” Pigsy says “ 8 HOURS LATE!”, MK laughs nervously as he rushes down from the truck. “ Yeah, we have to go.” MK warns, “ Does that have anything to do with the ominous cracks being back?” Tang questions pointing to the sky where a large crack appears. “ It's okay, we've got a plan.” Wukong assures putting an arm around MK, “ Oh, do we?” Macaque scoffs “ We don't even know if these magical pillars healing stones exist!”. He and Wukong growl angrily starting to get in each other's faces but Y/N steps in between them forcing them apart and MK walks a few steps away. “ What if going after the stones is just another tricky plan by some tricky plan demon?” MK questions worriedly and his voice finally gets Macaque and Wukong to stop trying to kill each other “ Like if this is exactly what they want.”. He lets out a defeated sigh hanging his head, “ What if we really are chaos?” He asks quietly.
“ MK. You are not chaos” Y/N says feeling sad for him before walking over to him putting an arm around him, “ Listen bud, the only thing I know for sure is I don't trust anyone who isn't standing here right now.” Wukong says trying to comfort him “ If those stones are important the safest place for them is with us.”. “ Uh, what stones?” Pigsy asks confused, just then many of the celestial portals appear in the sky above them. “ Feels like we’re still missing some pretty important information.” Tang says nervously
“ We’re sort of on the run from the celestial realm.” MK says nervously rubbing the back of his head, “ What?!” Pigsy yells. “ We can explain everything.” MK says, at that moment beams of light come down from the portals and the group is surrounded by celestial guards. “ Later! We can explain later!” MK says anxiously.
“ Probably wish you hadn't smashed up Sandy's new truck right MK?” Mei asks appearing next to him, Mk makes a questioning noise looking over to the demolished truck. “ Oh!” he says taking out the staff “ here comes Monkey Kid!”, he brings the staff down onto the truck and uses its power to rebuild the truck which sends out a wave of energy that blasts the guards several feet away. “ Everybody in!” Mei yells pointing to the newly rebuilt truck, Y/N and MK take off following after her. The sound of Wukong yelling in pain stops Y/N, MK, and Macaque in their tracks only for them to turn and see him on the ground with his face contorted in pain and Li Jing behind him using the power to activate the pain crown.“ Wukong!” Macaque yells worriedly, “ No!” MK and Y/N yell rushing to his side. Y/N steps in front of him protectively while MK checks to make sure he's alright, and after a few seconds MK starts phasing in and out of his monkey form again. “ I suggest you back away from us now.” Y/N warns glaring at him angrily, “ This foolishness is over” Li Jing says
Before he can open the portal to Pagoda Macaque appears in front of him pushing his hand out of the way to separate the connection to the pain crown on Wukong, “ Kid. Go save the world.” Macaque says as a portal opens up below them and they start to sink through. “ What? MK says in surprise, “ No” Wukong and MK yell trying to move through the portal to get to him. “Macaque!” Wukong yells just before they fall through right into Sandy’s newly rebuilt truck that is speeding away from the city.
MK looks out of the window just in time to see the purple-ish shadow figure disappear. “ He’ll get away right?” MK asks looking to Wukong expectantly “ He always gets away.” he says “ Right?”. Wukong looks down sadly and doesn't say a word, Y/N puts an arm around him allowing him to rest his head against her/him/them to recover from the pain. “ Even if he's trapped in the Pagoda for now, we’ll find a way to get him out.” Y/N assures. Wukong slowly ends up nuzzling his head into Y/N’s neck before falling asleep exhausted for the pain inflicted by the crown.

My Opinion On Season 2, Episode 2.
Hey, Everyone! It's honestly time for me to review on Season 2 Episode 2. I will go back to finishing my Season 1 rants, but I'm going forward to plan out to structure my critiques and analyses in separate posts. One will focus on detailing my opinions on the episodes through pros and cons reviews supported by facts, while the other will delve into deeper analysis, theories, and more. I'm going to do this for now on to avoid overwhelming myself by consolidating everything into one extensive post.
Upon reviewing this episode, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency with which Brittany completed it in 7 months, as opposed to the approximately 12 months taken for the first episode, despite its shorter duration of only 9 minutes. This observation raised concerns for me regarding the pacing of the episode.
Pros
The best part about this episode is that it provides interesting things here and there to look at and theorize later on. Including things such as deeper insights into getting to learn Ajaceare's pure counterpart name, "Ajacent", and some depth to her character, such as her family's background (her sisters). Additionally, wanting to learn more about Lycanthropy's lead, and provides additional lore surrounding Iris and his family's royal castle, notably the presence of a graveyard housing former Spheres who once served at the castle.
Furthermore, Ajacenus stands out with what could arguably be having the best character design I've seen in the series so far. I'm not joking by this. Finally, ACTUAL good character design in this show
Cons
As previously mentioned, the pacing of this episode felt hurried from start to finish, with a noticeable inconsistency in the overall writing quality. Firstly, the biggest problem here is, "the conversation between Iris and Circusic". I wanted much more from this. The conversation between them went something like this from my point of view.
I know their is definitely deeper meaning in this conversation, but if I look back on it without doing any analysis, it's honestly quite silly to watch for me.
Iris seemed displeased by Circusic's reappearance, displaying surprise and persistent inquiries about his well-being, seeming to pretend to care about it, while dismissing Circusic's responses.
Iris: Hmmmmmmmm...? I'm just sooooooo wondering on about how this handsome ponytail skater is alive and breathing so well right next to at this point after getting uncorrupted... 😂😂😂
Regarding Circusic, his demeanor towards Iris seemed agitated and somewhat peculiar. Upon awakening, his behavior took a confrontational turn, with statements like "YOU SHOULD ONLY WORRY ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PRECIOUS HONEYCOMB-HEADASS GIRLFRIEND!!", acted a bit sussy for some reason, and than just skedaddles out of the home to god knows where. I'M LIKE BRO WHAT WAS THAT!!! 😂😂😂
You just get revived by purification magic from Orange and started taking your shit from your abrupted behavior here in a manner of seconds toward Iris and than LEAVE!!! I'm starting to miss having Circubit around more than this dude showing up on my fucking computer screen...
Secondly, all of you all are sooooooo happy to see Ajaceare and Lycanthropy make their amazing comeback here. Guess what... IT WAS INCREDIBLY BRIEF, LASTING ONLY AROUND 5 SECONDS, WHILE LYCANTHROPY RECEIVED A SLIGHTLY MORE SUBSTANTIAL APPEARANCE!! All Ajaceare here was doesn't seem to care about anything else after Circubit gets ass-clapped and goes back to stealing more tree pieces. Bro... 😂😂😂
Final Verdict: In conclusion, Season 2, Episode 2 receives a rating of 5/10 from me. It is VERY lore heavy, but felt rushed and it was pretty mid tbh. While the episode had its merits, such as a sense of urgency and some interesting moments here and there, the quality of writing in this episode was mediocre and hurried. There was a missed opportunity for deeper and meaningful character interactions, notably in the swift exchange between Iris and Circusic. Additionally, the highly anticipated return of Ajaceare and Lycanthropy fell short of expectations, resulting in a somewhat underwhelming experience.
Facts I've Learned In This Episode
1. Ajacent is Ajaceare's pure counterpart.
2. Ajacent has sisters, such as one of them is named, "Ajacenus".
3. The Royal Graveyard contains deceased Spheres who used to formerly work at the Royal Castle.
4. Lycanthropy has a lead.
5. I could pretty much say that most of the monster shapes lives at the mountains.
Good and Bad Qualities
Bad
Poor writing quality
Minor animation errors & poor art designs
Terrible pacing
The characters interactions between Iris and Circusic's conversation was disappointing and abrupt
Good
Lots of lore dumping to get you theorizing more :/

The Sign - Ep 11 of DOOM
No, it's not a mistake, it was the famous episode 11 of fucking DOOM. Traditionally, in episode 6, we should have had their first kiss! That's the law! 😤
Look, I don't even mind their another fight, especially since it's technically possible to explain what's going on. What I didn't like was the EXECUTION of all this and how Tharn was portrayed in this episode: as a dick and as an idiot. Tharn's anger could be explained because Phaya was pushy, agitated, and aggressive. Why Tharn keeps rejecting Phaya could also be explained, because we learned that not only his parents died, but also his first love. But why is Tharn in this episode simply so awful, stupid, out of character, inconsistent with his previous behavior??? Literally in the previous episode, Tharn goes out of his way to clear up the misunderstanding, doesn't hold a grudge at all, spends time with Phaya, lets him sleep over at his place, tries to protect Phaya, talks to the abbot about him and the Dr. Chokeanddiealready, and the abbot CLEARLY tells him what he should do, and when Phaya annoys him and Tharn swings at him as if he wants to hit him (like earlier in the scenes when he's angry with Yai), he… stops himself and just smacks him lightly in the arm. He's also downright sweet with Phaya, whether he wants it or not 🥰 And in this episode, Tharn is just plain terrible towards Phaya, ignores him in an unpleasant way, treats him icily. This punch was also completely unnecessary, Tharn is a grown man, a trained cop, and he completely screwed up the situation. He is unable to handle Phaya, and instead of de-escalating the situation, he only makes it worse. What further pissed me off was that Tharn never once stopped to think WHY Phaya is like this, to analyze what Phaya was saying to him, he just goes back to his old method of gaslighting Phaya and then states that he doesn't want to see him and this is the end of the matter for him (while previously Tharn was visibly concerned about Phaya's behavior and pressed for a resolution to the conflict). What is even more incomprehensible to me is that their situation is unique AND THARN KNOWS IT, both of them have strange dreams, visions, both of them are aware of the strange connection between them. Phaya wanted to talk to him about it, warned him about the dangers, and Tharn simply ignored it all, pushing Phaya away. It was horrible and also inconsistent with Tharn's caring and forgiving nature. He never once wondered why Phaya was so agitated, why he was so angry at Dr. ChallengeacceptedIwillkillyoumotherfucker. Even Yai literally told him why Phaya was like that, and Tharn still ignored it. What I don't like is how harsh Tharn is towards Phaya, but as soon as his "rival" shows up, Tharn acts like a jealous, hurt boyfriend, secretly staring at Phaya and his "girlfriend" having a great time. (Making a cockblock out of this nice girl was funny the first time, but it's tiring the second time. Just... stop.) There's this trope I HATE: The Evil Rival makes The Not-So-Smart Girl trust him and not The Good Handsome Guy, the audience cheers for The Handsome Guy and sighs in annoyance at how Blind and Stupid The Girl is. The Girl is in trouble because of The Bad Rival, The Handsome Dude saves her , she realizes that she misjudged him, throws herself on his neck and APOLOGIZES to him for not believing him "I was so Stupid and Blind and you are so Smart and Handsome, what would I do without you". 🤮 And I'm afraid that's where the plot of The Sign goes. That they will make a stereotypical Dumb Girl of my Tharn.
So far, Tharn had rejected Phaya too, but this was more like an exciting dance and Phaya was never hurt by it. Besides, even though Tharn "rejected" Phaya, the series provided us with a lot of content, a lot of great scenes of them. There was ZERO quality content in this episode, the episode simply did not spark joy.
What did I like?
Phaya/Nee relationship. It was 10/10. There are often sibling scenes in series that I know weren't written by someone who has siblings. Phaya and his sister's conversations and their behavior was 100% real 😊
Yai is a best friend, a brother, a supporter, someone you can always count on. If only Tharn would listen to him just once 😭
I was so happy when The Sign dropped a potential lesbian couple out of nowhere, the show just keeps on giving
Cat! A cat with its tail raised, which means it's happy! 🥰
Tharn with a magic aura. Did Phaya actually see this?
beautiful Garuda/Wansarat scenes. I've already criticized this episode enough, so I won't bother with my strongly worded opinion about this pathetic montage of seconds-long scenes and focus only on the pretty 😄
Khem and Tonghtai, their love scene was so… free, unstaged, with the wardrobe malfunctions, with them being silly and goofy, so… real and absolutely hilarious 👍👍👍
*takes a deep breath* Phaya Tharn has been giving us 200% so far, in this episode we got a measly 2% on which I somehow have to survive until the next episode. Which probably promises to be even worse, because we will get more of Tharn's TRÄUMA, oh joy. So I plan on feeling sorry for myself at the end of this year and wallow in self-pity because The Sign was mean to me 😭😤 (passing 🍹 🍹around)
Edit: oh! I also liked that Phaya's sister looks more like a Tharn's twin actually lol
Edit2: I'm guessing that "I promise, that from now on I'll always listen to everything you say" doesn't extend to Tharn 😑 I need more 🍹

Back to the Future: The Animated Series, s01ep11 "Gone Fishin'" Review and Commentary
Previous episodes linked HERE
In this episode: Marty, Jules, and Verne try to undo one of Doc's deep-seated childhood traumas, only to end up sending his life wildly off course.
I shall preface this by letting anyone reading know that Tumblr has been messing up my gifsets and pictures in my previous posts. Gifs and pics that should be side by side end up enlarged and stacked vertically when viewed on the dashboard through a desktop. I've been unable to figure out how to fix it and have no clue why it's doing this to me. It is a source of great frustration and makes me not want to do these reviews anymore. But I'm trudging along. Just wanted to let people know in case it looked wonky. It's not on purpose!
Alrighty, let's dive in.
Okay, so this episode has my favorite live-action opening segment in the series thus far. We begin with black-and-white footage of Doc, accompanied by him doing a voice-over where he explains that he was visiting the 1920s. As he's doing the voice-over, the Doc on screen is just waving at the camera the entire time, and it is delightful. He becomes increasingly frantic as the waving goes on.
Doc goes on to explain that he'd been in the 1920s to meet Thomas Edison and get him to autograph a very large lightbulb, which we then see as we return to the "present day." Doc immediately drops and shatters it as he's showing it to us.
Quickly moving on from the tragedy (he says he'll make a return trip to get extra bulbs autographed) Doc goes on to talk about the '20s—silent films in particular.
"I'm sure you've all heard of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton," he says, "but only the real film historians among you recall Daredevil Brown. Talk about a Hollywood success story."
Hmm...well, that's an intriguing little piece of info, isn't it? Who is this Daredevil Brown?? Doc leads us into the cartoon to hear the full story. "It all began with a fishing trip," he tells us with a haunted expression.
We shall find out the reason for this expression shortly. Into the cartoon, we go!
While working in his lab, Doc is approached by Verne, who hands him a flyer for the upcoming "Father and Son Big Mouth Bass Off." It's apparently an annual Hill Valley event, and Verne really wants to go with his dad. Doc, however, reacts with immediate terror, crumples up the flyer, and quite literally begins convulsing as he tries to tell his son that he can't go. He then stumbles into the living room and collapses on the couch, still in an agitated state.
Jules decides to show Doc his new invention—a helmet that allows you to watch TV without disturbing others in the room with the images/sounds, and Doc figures trying it will be a good way to get his mind off of the terror he just experienced. Unfortunately, it's a rerun of The Andy Griffith Show, which, if you're familiar with it, has an opening sequence of the main character going fishing with his son. Doc rips off the device and runs straight into the wall.
I don't know about all of you, but I think Doc might have experienced some fishing-related trauma?? I mean. Just a guess.
Also, I would like to point out that throughout much of these opening scenes, Doc's eyes randomly turn blue, which is the second instance I've noticed of a character's eye color changing mid-scene (the first was in Swing Low, Sweet Chariot Race). And I'd really like to know why this was happening. Whoever was in charge of character eye color, you dropped the ball here. You probably didn't think anyone would be scrutinizing this series closely enough to notice 30+ years later, but you were wrong.
Getting back on track here, Jules and Verne sneak into their parents' bedroom that night with a plan to figure out what's going on with their father. Jules has invented a device consisting of an in-ear piece connected to a screen that allows someone to view the wearer's thoughts. Y'all, Jules is 10-years-old, and he's incomprehensibly brilliant. He just whipped up an invention to see a person's thoughts. This is something that can be put to horrible use if it falls into the wrong hands.
As they use the device, miniature versions of Jules and Verne appear on the screen and "travel" through Doc's brain. They pass a "brainstorm," a long pathway containing his "library of knowledge," and then come to a huge wall.
Whoever was in charge of spelling, you dropped the ball here, too. Admittance is spelled incorrectly.
I sincerely am curious as to how these mistakes slipped by and made it into the completed versions of the episodes. In a way, though, it kind of adds to the fun.
Jules gets a readout on the screen that says: "Memory block, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, August 5, 1926." With this information, the boys now know that something significant enough happened to their dad on this date that a gigantic wall was erected in his brain to block the whole thing out. The mini versions of Jules and Verne on the screen get out pickaxes and chip away at the block until they break through and can see the memory.
In a show so centered around time travel, I must remind myself to suspend my disbelief in these absolutely absurd and impossible moments.
Anyway, Jules and Verne access the hidden away memory and see their four-year-old father fishing. As he casts his line, he falls into the water, nearly drowns, and is terrorized by various sea creatures.
Nobody is around to run to his aid as he splashes around and calls for help. Jules and Verne feel it's their duty to travel back to that date and stop Doc from having this terrible, scarring experience.
As they sneak the DeLorean out of the garage, they're caught by Marty, who has decided it is of the utmost importance that he make a visit to Doc's house at 11:30 at night to get his hoverboard. Jules explains their plan, to which Marty replies, "Milwaukee? That must have been when Doc stayed with his oddball Uncle Oliver." And I must say that I like that Marty knows this little bit of Doc Brown trivia and that Doc has obviously told Marty at least this one story about his childhood.
Marty agrees to not tattle on the boys if they let him tag along? He tells them he wants to travel to a time when he'll be smarter than Doc. Off they go to 1926.
"How much can a little kid know?" Marty asks as they approach Little Doc, whom I will just refer to as Emmett from here on out. Everybody look at him, please.
As Marty immediately discovers, he is not smarter than this four-year-old version of his friend. After jokingly asking Emmett what he knows, Emmett replies, "Several languages, the Periodic Table, the constellations of the Northern Hemisphere, and the Encyclopedia from 'A' to 'Grrr.'" (He hasn't made his way through the FULL encyclopedia yet, evidently.)
While I know that this cartoon can hardly be considered canon to the world set up in the trilogy, I love that Emmett can speak multiple languages and wouldn't mind at all incorporating that into my general Doc Brown headcanons. I just wish he'd mentioned which ones he spoke. German is likely one, but I'm not sure about the others.
Emmett tells his new friends that he's waiting for his Uncle Oliver to take him fishing "like he promised" and then directs their gazes up to where Uncle Oliver is—wayyy up in the air—attempting to break the record for flagpole-sitting.
We quickly learn that Uncle Oliver is obsessed with trying to set records, perform wild acts, and become famous. Marty tries to persuade him to take his nephew fishing, but Uncle Oliver isn't that interested in Emmett—a trait that seems to be common amongst the Brown men. I am looking at you, Erhardt! >:(
Marty, Jules, and Verne opt to just take Emmett themselves, and Jules is able to get his future father to stand in a spot where he won't fall into the water. Instead, Marty falls in, lol.
While teaching him how to properly cast, Emmett ends up getting his line hooked to the underside of a small biplane and carried away.
The plane is part of a nearby stunt show, and Emmett gets taken along for the ride as it does loops and tricks in the air. Everyone watching from the stands is impressed by this young performer, and he quickly wins lots of adoring fans. When he's approached by a camera man who asks if he wants to be a star, Uncle Oliver's eyes turn into dollar signs, and he jumps at the chance to be Emmett's manager.
"All I wanted was to go fishing," Emmett points out. Too bad, buddy, you're about to be exploited by your uncle for fame and fortune. Uncle Oliver signs a contract with a famous producer who says he'll make Emmett a star. Marty and Verne are psyched by this development, but Jules (the only one with a brain) points out that they've seriously altered their father's life. The boys decide they have to monitor the situation closely.
From there, we go to Hollywood, where Emmett is quickly thrust into stardom. We see a clip of a silent film he's in, which includes a scene of him dangling from a very high clocktower by his suspenders, falling and bouncing around on a building's awnings, and landing in a fountain. He's dubbed "Daredevil Emmett" and quickly garners many fans.
Little Emmett's amazing feats capture the entire country, and he's soon got his own line of comics, a drink named after him, and multiple other products. He's on the radio, in the newspapers, and is being talked about all over.
Emmett is less than enthusiastic about the whole ordeal, but Uncle Oliver doesn't see any issue with it. He's loving living vicariously through his nephew and brushes off Marty's concern that all this daredevil stuff isn't good for Emmett. We then see the very lavish life that Emmett and Uncle Oliver are living.
...how long have Marty and the boys been in the '20s for all of this to be happening?? I mean, this all started with taking Emmett fishing, and now they're living in Hollywood; Emmett has become a movie star, has a line of products named after him, and has moved into a massive mansion with his uncle. Have they been in 1926 for months?
While Marty, Jules, and Verne are having fun in the pool, Emmett asks if he can swim with them, to which Uncle Oliver says no. He doesn't want to risk Emmett getting hurt, which would hurt his career. Emmett storms off angrily. Marty once again voices his concern for Emmett's well-being. This time, Oliver almost listens, but then he receives a phone call with an offer for Emmett to go over a waterfall while he's inside a barrel, and Oliver can't turn it down.
On the day of the stunt, Marty and the boys discover that the man behind the idea is D. W. Tannen. When Emmett expresses concern about the safety of everything, D. W. assures him he won't actually be going over the falls; a dummy will be in the barrel, and people will just think it's Emmett. Except, surprise! D. W. is lying, and he has no intention of switching a dummy into the barrel. He wants this to be real, and that means sending a four-year-old child over the edge of a waterfall. Nice guy.
Thankfully, Marty, Jules, and Verne, overhear D. W. talking, and Jules forms a plan to save his father. Marty's evidently a key part of the plan, and he and Jules have this exchange, which makes me laugh.
Jules's plan is to have Marty serve as a tightrope walker in the opening act—complete with gum stuck to the bottom of his shoes to keep him from slipping. While the crowd is distracted by Marty, Jules will stick a mini, spare flux capacitor to the barrel (which will have Verne in it, not Emmett) and transport the barrel someplace else.
Oliver, who is not in on the plan, actually gets a chance to redeem himself as he sees the barrel start to go toward the waterfall. Thinking his nephew is actually inside, he dives into the water to try to save him, finally coming to his senses about how money-hungry he'd become. Marty pulls Oliver out of the water, the barrel goes over the falls, and it's transported out of harm's way via the flux capacitor.. Back on the dock, Oliver and Emmett are reunited, and Oliver takes his nephew fishing.
With everything set back to normal, the boys return home, where they discover that Doc is now eager to join the father-and-son fishing tournament. The end!
Back in Real Doc's lab, he teaches us about gravity.
He also ends up dropping that bowling ball on his foot.
And that's the end of the episode. This one is a lot of fun, and I LOVED seeing the young version of Doc. He's adorable. I'm glad Uncle Oliver saw the error of his ways, but it took thinking his nephew was about to die going over a waterfall to change him. I wonder if Doc has any male family members who weren't terrible??
Anyway, good episode. Join me next time to watch Doc spiral into an existential crisis after thinking he's used up all his brainpower.

The chemistry!
This episode was perfect from start to finish. I feel so blessed to have seen it.
Perth and Chimon are damn good, they manage to convey every emotion in a very vivid way, every dialogue flows in a fluid and natural way, there are no awkward moments or too abrupt cuts and the music is also beautiful and always perfectly in theme.
I read several criticisms about their kiss but honestly it entered the top 10 of my favorites, because both they and the direction were incredibly good at conveying that it was their FIRST KISS and not just "the first kiss between the two of them" but the first ever. With the added bonus of it being their first, spontaneous kiss between men, which is certainly a quiet way to admit what they both like, when words fail them.
The way Sailom slowly gives in to the kiss, resisting at first, probably until it became clear to him that Kang was serious… I was so moved!
And I still am, I think I will live in a state of agitation and butterflies in my belly until next Friday. And I still have to watch "I feel you linger in the air" and tomorrow there is "Only Friends" OMG will I ever make it to next Friday alive?!
Nobody touches "Dangerous Romance" I SWEAR it's the Thai Boys Love of the year together with IFYLITA. I'm hesitant about "Only Friends" only because I can't consider it the best of the year until I know for sure that both Ray and Sand won't be given a sad ending and that Mew is indeed the real mastermind and psycho bitch of that show LOL.
#dangerous romance#bl drama#dangerous romance the series#only friends the series#only friends#i feel you linger in the air#perthchimon#kanghan x sailom

Episode review I guess!!
After looking at today's episode I uh
god damn the references
like I've seen others talk about it and while I don't see all of them, it's definitely really interesting
so, spoilers, obviously
the Shrek dating sim was an interesting choice, especially for the hunky shirtless Shrek like cmon also combined with the clingy GF asmr we get the cringiest most hopeless bisexual to ever exist
might I add, as a crack theory to be funny since there's no real evidence for it, but as a funny headcanon, perhaps that is his type in men, and perhaps maybe kind of 3 aligns with his taste and maybe that's why he called him rizzless in his head in the elevator.... as someone who is trying to deeply understand 4, I think about that scene a lot. it's such an intimate thought since it's only in his head and he doesn't actually say it to anyone
Also the 3 related searches really have a vibe if you ask me. the vibe that they need to really up their communication skills. there's no way 3 just randomly threw toilet paper over his castle, there must be a reason
anyways
this is like, top 10 worst communication skills moment in history, he is so... easily agitated, which is very noticable if you look more. Especially with the elevator. They have so much unresolved tension, I want them to sit down with a couple's psychologist or what is it called
although based on this, he does care and he's trying, I can just feel him about to cry because 3 refuses to talk to him after hurting him and him doing his best to try and get 3 to forgive him, like... my god, beautiful, they should show more of that
like I wonder how it actually went here. what did he actually see to question whether 3 showers. he probably searched his stream to spam his chat about 3 not showering
like I know the supporting the homies is so real but based on that kind of search, he definitely went in there to call 3 stinky, like, I can't see it any other way
but he did at least regret it after wards, he definitely hurt 3's feelings and dignity with that, I think it would make a funny crack-esque fluff fic with the 2 about it. But yeah, I'm glad that 4 can actually get himself to apologise, although it is strange that he has to search how, it is an interesting touch. me personally wanting it to be him panicking so much about him losing his Friend over this that he doesn't know what to do so he has to search it vs the people who write him off as an asshole who would imply he did it because he doesn't know how to do it because he's a piece of shit like that
honestly, thinking about it, I'm likely the one right about it, he definitely cares about 3, that's for sure
now I'm trying to think what the shampoo and conditioner thing could possibly mean here. It's so specific so I can't really put it anywhere in my head. It doesn't fit the narrative set up before it
so I think it's best to write it off as being unrelated, although it would be funny if he searched it to roast 3 further in some way about how he also needs to wash his hair better or something like that. it does lightly fit
also some that preceeds the 3 shenanigans, the addicted to pasta thing is crazy. I wonder how he could find something like that. Idea he may have searched it because he was wondering about Mario's addiction to pasta. caring about him in a weird way or something. not much else way to interpret it, besides it being a reference that means nothing but that's boring, we don't like doing that in this house
also it's not like 3 starts everything,
I'm sure 3 wasn't happy about whatever this is implying......
now this implications here, as unfortunately, this can be read in many ways
but regardless, we all know the crew knows the fans and we all know that regardless there's a layer of fruity slathered on top of this thing, especially since they're shown together like this
what the implications could mean: big event in june=pride month, I can't really think of anything else, besides them shittily teasing something big coming in june like this. which sounds stupid but kind of interesting at the same time
also his tsundere search baffles me. he used the word himself. he knows what it means. is this here just to cement the idea that 3 calling him and only him baka is meant to be recieved at least a little bit unironically? that it's not just stupid haha? did he need to check just in case? Is he affirming 3's love for him (<- getting into stupid brain territory) ? also this ep truly confirming 4 to rizzless, awesome
now this. not going to lie, I'm having a hard time to believe he's 178 cm tall. I think he's lying. he is short to me forever and ever
also look at him lying about being a virgin, or maybe he thinks gay sex doesn't count
the religion: shrek makes me think Shrek was his bisexual awakening, it should be, it makes sense and it would fit him, especially with that dating sim, that's my headcanon now
also him reaching acceptance about the toiler paper, truly, a fanfic was written right before our eyes, it would be a beautiful crack fic. we were shown a scenario with 3 and 4 without them even interacting directly in this episode. truly, the power of the gays <3
that's a bit. too specific, why would he search it. what is he dying....
beautiful amount of spam mail, canon compliant with how bad he is with computer security
however I'm quite stuck on the salsa dancing. now this may be a long shot, and you may call me crazy, I'll allow it, but what if that's what the sexy dance would've been in wotfi 2023? I know it's probably not but there's that tiny bit of possibility. I mean there's like... no way they would've made him pole dance or some shit on youtube, but salsa... yeah, it would've definitely been interesting, especially if he actually tried and dressed for the occasion (feminine style, we know he isn't 100% against dressing up like that) it would've been awesome, now I lament the gay it could've given us
I trailed off a bit, huh? well that's just how I get
you should've seen the way I went off about 3 in my head and how I think about him in general but I decided to spare the world of such burden
tbh congrats if you managed to read all this, Idk why I speak so much
#Nicc-thinks#smg34#I mean I talk about it it's right there#I'm obsessed with analyzing how their dynamic exactly works

Hi bestie~
Its me again- anon who watches summer night lmao.
I need to vent a little bc this show is so funng like istg-
Sarah or Sara- or whatever her name is literally the funniest bitch out there. She comes up everytime to Lune and Star and unprompted starts saying shit like: oh LUNE once held my HAND and I've not been normal since then hehe-
Girl keep doing whatever you're doing this is so crazy i love it.
Star and Lune even though, they're cute continue to be the most boring people to walk this earth. IDC IDC; I said what I said.
Ivy is literally an angel, nobody touch her she is my precious girl. White, continues to be the coolest guy out there who respects people and seems to be genuilly the only one to check on everyone ( but who will check on him... the preview is wrecking me already..)
Also THE GAYS the GAYS !!! YAAASSS we got a kiss :3 even if it was a little out of the blue! Still very cute. Loving this poor-rich boy dynamic.
Ok thats all- VENT OVER :)
How are your opinions so far on the plot?
hello bestie!!! <3
so glad you're back bc the fandom for this show is a dry desert on here lmao.
but anyway I'm enjoying the show more as it continues; I'm so glad Lune finally got somewhat of a personality after dating Star lmao, he's still passive and she's still childish but they're cute somehow lol.
Sera not missing a single opportunity to announce to Star that her and Lune used to share an eraser and did piggy back rides is so hilarious to me bc like gurl be fr lmao. I also love how they're somehow bringing in a new girl every episode to mess things up lmao like this is all so unserious 😭 But I love it.
But anyway White and Ivy are definitely my favorite people, they're such good friends to their besties and they just have adorable personalities. I wasn't sure if I was on board when they started hinting at them as a cp as they have more of a sibling dynamic but now I'm sold lol. Let it sail. Definitely also helps that Dunk and Lookjun are winning the acting game in this show lol (who knew).
tbh I kinda hated the JewelTan scenes this week I don't get why Tan got so agitated and that kiss was uncalled for and awkward. I hope they fix things in the upcoming eps.
But anyway the show is growing on me and I really hope this sets the tone for their upcoming lakorns bc I'm in desperate need of some good content lol. too bad it only has 10 eps :(
xxx
#summer night#summer night the series#gmmtv#more shows like this for 2025 pleeeaasseeee#i just miss the good stuff yknow#everything sucks these days#im pretty excited for the others in the lineup though#also there are countless bl actors that need to be freed lmao rip#personally its time to put some of them in str8 stuff lol#if yknow yknow#like isnt it weird how careless phuwin and dunk are in this?#much to think about

Naked Dining ~Love, Life and Liberation~ Ep 10 Stray Thoughts
Last week, Komachi decided to take her shot and tagged along to their cooking outing. Things were awkward as hell for everyone involved, and so Souta has resolved to do his best to move on. He's decided to see if things will work with Komachi. Mahiro witnessed that moment, and now has to eat that bowl of shit he made for himself.
Even the way Souta frames having a partner feels in line with a demi or ace read. He talks about having someone to watch over you.
She woke up to make a bento and it looks tasty. I feel like I'm too lazy to make all of these side dishes.
Komachi always has to ruin it with her competition with Mahiro.
He put the house up for sale. 😭
I don't know who this new boy is, but same, Ryu. 😐
Episode 10: Agitated Coriander
This meeting is so awkward, and Souta looks mad.
I'm so relieved that Souta at least finally learned about the nature of that hug with Ryu.
I get that these cooking events aren't necessarily a private matter between the two of them, but bringing Kousuke feels petty.
And now Souta thinks that his grandmother approved of Mahiro and Kousuke, so he should further back off.
They are literally flirting in front of Souta. I've avoided being mad at Mahiro up until this very moment. This is the meanest thing I've seen in BL since The Eclipse.
I feel a little bad for Komachi, seeing how she's also feeling the energy here, but she knew he was into Mahiro when she jumped into this.
Oh, no, Souta. Please don't involve Komachi in this.
I'll let Komachi have that slap. Souta deserved that.
I'm also glad Kousuke could feel what was happening.
Mahiro is just so bad at listening to Souta.
I'll be looking at the moon, but I'll be seeing you.
It's been a long time since I felt like I wasn't rooting for the romantic leads in a BL, but here we are. I don't like the way Mahiro let things play out this way this episode. This felt cruel to everyone. I'm genuinely upset.

zuko has one of the best character developments in tv history
(this "essay" has been on hold for like 3 months but i've finally finished it, so enjoy!)
i will literally fight people on this, he's one of my favorite tv characters ever. now, i've rewatched avater the last airbender probably over 10 times in full, so i would say i have a pretty good idea of his character development. i want to preface this by saying, like everything else i post here, this is just my opinion. please feel free to add your own opinions and comments! now, into the world of avatar:
i think it's important to start from the very beginning, when zuko was just a kid. we don't see much of his childhood from before azula was born, but i think it's safe to assume he was loved and praised by both of his parents before she came around. if you've seen the show, then you know a lot of zuko's character in the first season and part of the second season is desperately trying to win his father's acceptance and approval.
we see zuko slowly becoming more and more jealous of azula in the flashbacks to his childhood, watching her become his father's favorite. a great example of this is the flashback where azula showcases her firebending abilities to firelord azulon, and she quietly taunts zuko when she is praised by her father and grandfather. zuko gets agitated and wants to show off his own skills to prove himself, but is unable to produce a powerful flame like azula. he's embarrassed, and feels inferior to azula (season 2, ep. 7: zuko alone). there are plenty more examples of this sort of thing but i'm not going to get into it.
another thing that really created the divide between zuko and azula and ozai, was zuko's relationship with his mother. while his mother loved both azula and zuko, she obviously favored zuko. i don't think this is necessarily a bad thing, but each child being favored by a different parents definitely creates a sort of rivalry. i know she favored zuko because of the way he was treated by his father, but i don't think it made things any easier for him because it just reminded him how much he disappointed his father.
obviously, a big turning point for zuko was when he was challenged to an agni kai by ozai, which really stuck the idea that the only thing he ever wanted to do was please his father, and in his attempt to do so he was banished instead. we see a flashback of this battle in season 1, episode 12: the storm. the thing is though, the cause of the agni kai was because zuko simply spoke out of turn at a war meeting, which really shows how ozai thought of zuko, though it was no secret to begin with.
moving onto season one, obviously we see the result of zuko's childhood trauma in the very first episode. the only thing he wants to do, or thinks he wants to do, is to earn his father's approval. he's desperate to find and capture the avatar, simply because he wants to be accepted. i think it's easy to see that deep down, zuko is not a bad person. he's angry and he feels rejected by the person who is supposed to love and support him. even in the first couple of episodes, you can tell he's not truly like that. take the middle of the first episode, for instance. he tells iroh that he needs to find the avatar, because his honor relies on it. you can see from his character design that he has bags under his eyes, and he just looks and sounds exhausted. i think he's just so tired of being angry all the time (season 1, episode 1: the boy in the iceberg).
throughout the entire first season, you can see more and more of zuko's past come out, like in the episode mentioned in the previous paragraph. it's not until the final episode of the first season that we start to see zuko's true self start to come out. when zuko and zhao are fighting and zhao slips, zuko's automatic response is to hold out a hand to him, forgetting about the fight. of course, zhao is stubborn and doesn't take it, and dies, but this tiny gesture kind of starts to show what sort of person zuko really is, even if it's for only a split second. another instance from this episode is when iroh tells zuko he is surprised he's not so focused on capturing aang at that moment, to which zuko simply replies that he is tired. it makes me think that he's starting to slowly realize he doesn't really want to capture the avatar, he's only doing it to, once again, please his father and earn back his honor.
as we move onto the second season, we can see zuko's development really start to pick up. in season 2, episode 1: the avatar state, azula visits iroh and zuko, telling them that ozai wants them to come home, only for them to find out later that they were going to be taken at prisoners. at the end of the episode, iroh and zuko cut off their top knots, seemingly signifying a sort of newfound freedom from the control that they've felt from ozai. what i mean by "control" is not necessarily real, physical control but moreso emotional control. even when he wasn't there, ozai still had somewhat of a hold over zuko, the "promise" of his honor back, the "promise" of his love and support. by zuko cutting off his top knot, it kind of shows that zuko is beginning to be less afraid of his father's power, and is starting to let go of the idea that he needs to earn his honor back. he's slowly starting to see his father for who he truly is, with less doubt in his mind that his father doesn't truly care about him.
another big step in zuko's journey of development and self discovery was in season two, episode five: avatar day, when zuko decides to travel alone "to find [his] way in life". i love that he's still at the beginnings of his development but it's becoming really clear as to where he's headed characterwise. after all he does for lee's family, which granted, isn't much but is still something, he's shunned away from them when it's revealed he is a firebender and prince of the firenation. these interactions are extremely important in aiding his development: it would be extremely unrealistic if everyone just accepted him as a firebender even though he helped the town. from a moral perspective, it feels as though the people of the town should be grateful for his help, but at the same time the townspeople have valid reasons to be angry and afraid of any firebender that might pass through, especially one from the royal family.
the next major event for zuko's development was in season two, episode seventeen: lake laogai. this is the episode in which zuko makes the bold decision to set appa free after finding him in the undergrounds of ba sing se, as well as finally giving up his guise as the blue spirit. starting with the obvious, setting appa free lets more of zuko's true self come out, and while he still holds a lot of anger, resentment, and trauma towards a lot of things, he ultimately decides to do the right thing to help team avatar. as for his blue spirit persona: this is the first time i'm mentioning it here, but it was a thing within the first two seasons, though moreso in the second season. the blue spirit is something that's like a persona, someone zuko can be when being himself just gets to be too much, something to hide behind. zuko throwing away the mask once and for all is a good representation of him not wanting to hide anymore.
this leads into quite possibly one of the most important moments of the series: when azula kills aang in the avatar state, and gives zuko credit for it. in season two, episode twenty: the crossroads of destiny, zuko finds azula in ba sing se, and when given the choice between azula and iroh, he chooses azula. he chooses an attempt to what he thinks is regaining his honor. this moment was an excellent way to show that no matter how much growth he may have had over the first two seasons, at the time, he ultimately still cared so much about satisfying his family that he threw away everything he had built up to in that moment just to please them.
moving onto season three, beginning with the first episode. zuko and azula have made it back to the fire nation, but zuko is still wary because he has a strong feeling that aang is alive. his instinct is right, of course. but i also think he feels wary about being home because even though his father has congratulated him and says he's proud of zuko, he still doesn't feel like he "deserves" to be there, 1) because he didn't really kill aang and 2) because i don't think being home with his family quite sits right with him after everything he's experienced on the road. he also deeply regrets betraying iroh in that split-second decision he made to side with azula.
one of the biggest turning points for zuko is in season 3, episode 11: the day of black sun, part 2: the eclipse. zuko confronts his father and tells him that the avatar is likely alive, and how he only ever wanted ozai to love him. it's at this point that zuko truly lets go of his desire to please his father, because he realizes ozai is truly a bad person. he vows to help aang learn firebending and to help team avatar defeat ozai. after this encounter, zuko has finally stopped trying to please his family, and begins his journey to find and help aang.
eventually he finds the gaang and joins them to teach aang firebending. katara is the least trustful of him, though she learns to trust him after he takes her to find the man that murdered her mother. zuko also gains the trust of toph, even after he accidentally burned her feet, the trust of sokka, by taking him to the boiling rock to save his father, and the trust of aang, by going with him to learn the true root of firebending. all of these events together really emphasize how desperate zuko was to prove that he no longer wanted to harm aang.
this is proved even more when aang suddenly goes missing before sozin's comet, and zuko leads the search to find aang. while they do not find him, june leads him and the rest of the gaang to the order of the white lotus, where he reconciles with iroh. he feels immense remorse for abandoning iroh, and of course iroh, being the amazing guy he is, says that he was never angry with zuko, he was only afraid that he had lost his way.
the final moment in the show that cements zuko's development is in the final two episodes: season 3, episode 20: sozin's comet, part 3: into the inferno and season 3, episode 21: sozin's comet, part 4: avatar aang. during this episode, zuko engages in a comet-enhanced agni kai against azula. he is able to use the skills he learned from when he learned of the true roots of firebending from the dragons, and that ultimately helped him win the agni kai. azula was fighting zuko with anger, while zuko was fighting with composure. this also showed how the recent events had changed the two characters: azula was known to be calm and calculated, while zuko was known to have a short temper.
however, without katara's intervention, zuko would not have won against azula. as azula was preparing to strike zuko with lightning, she notices katara behind zuko and attempts to strike her instead. she fails, as zuko jumps in front of katara to save her. as zuko struggles to recover from the strike, katara realizes that it is up to her to finish the battle. she freezes azula in a block of ice and chains her to a sewer grate, ultimately finishing azula off. she had finally gone insane and was just so exhausted of everything.
the reason this moment helped to cement zuko's development is because before, zuko was never one to accept help. he always felt that he needed to do everything on his own, and the fact that he was able to let katara finish the battle for him says a lot about his development. not only did he accept the help, he truly no longer cares about "getting credit" for winning the battle.
before i end this, i want to take a moment to talk about this idea of "honor" that zuko seems to have throughout the series. as we've already clearly established, he wants to please his father. but what does this honor really mean to him? to me, i think it changes throughout the series. throughout his childhood and the first season, his honor means making not only his father proud, but the fire nation. he had all this pressure of being prince of the fire nation, and i think he was terrified of disappointing the fire nation, because he's simply not like them. although he was raised with the idea that trying to take over the world and win the war was "good," i still don't think he ever really believed it like his father or sister did. i think that's likely the doing of his mother, who kept him grounded. she likely did not approve of the war and the fire nation's plans either.
during season one, i think his idea of honor mostly stays the same, although i think it shifts a little bit. while he still wants to please his father, it's more desperate, and i think he's starting to feel the exhaustion of trying to be perfect for ozai.
in season two, his perspective of what honor means to him begins to shift a bit more. he's on his own for the very first time and he gets to think about his childhood. as season two progresses, i think honor begins to mean that he should honor himself and his own values rather than whatever his father wants him to do.
finally, in season 3, his idea of honor is concrete. he has finally gotten to a place where he doesn't feel like he needs ozai's approval to gain his honor. he has finally realized that to gain his honor back, he needs to respect himself and his own values.
all in all, zuko is one of my favorite animated characters ever created and as you can probably tell, i think he has one of the best developments of a character in tv history. thank you for (hopefully) reading this, and i'll see y'all in a couple months probably!

Daryl calling Laurent creepy seems OOC (except for s1 Daryl) but Daryl was already very cold towards Henry and probably thought he was useless or at least he didnt want to have anything with him. He only cared because he was Carol's kid.
He barely shared any scenes with Carl and when he said " i would have died for him" ir was, to me, only becaise it was Rick's kid. In that regard, he would have died for Henry too.
The only kids he really cares about are are Judith and RJ because he actually had time to have a growing bond with them.
Even Sophia, he only went though hell to find her because he was really, deeply, though unable to admit it at the time, devoted to Carol. If he had time to bond with her, that would have been different (with Carl though, they had 8 seasons, and no excuse : bad writing. Thank God they fixed it with Judith mainly, and RJ).
All this to say that he doesnt have "a thing" for kids, to me. But Laurent is probably gonna change that, and well, Aaron sid say "you re going to be a gread dad one day" or something like that so.. this has to led somewhere, even 10 000 seasons later, right?
I dont think he's gonna find Laurent creepy anymore after a few eps. He s probably gonna care for him a lot. Laurent is mysterious and interesting to me.
And i dont mind anyway, as long as the endgame is Caryl and team family.
Just my two cents of course
Well, I think Daryl was more agitated that he had to look after the kid Carol adopted with another man rather than at Henry's naivety, but yes, he did it for Carol. If we choose to accept deleted scenes as canon, we could say Daryl wasn't very kind to Sophia or Carl at first. I don't think he had the skillset to deal with kids in the early days of the show, but his bond with Carol and with Rick taught him how to bond/ look after their children. Then there's Lydia, who he also wasn't kind to at first, but she was introduced as an antagonist, so that explains that. With Laurent though, Daryl's attitude reads as insensitive to me, and since the kid isn't presenting himself as a threat and he doesn't belong to someone he's had time to form a bond with, I'm just not sure what's prompting it. It feels off.
I'm not saying their relationship won't grow. Of course it will. But we're meant to believe he'll grow so attached to him, he starts to feel torn between his family back home and the new connections he's made. That's what the synopsis suggested, didn't it? That's what gives me pause. Because Daryl is a character known for his loyalty (to TF) and for taking a long time to form meaningful attachments. So I'm very skeptical a bond that deep between Daryl and Laurent can be properly earned in 6 episodes. I expect it to feel forced and I expect it to undermine what makes Daryl Daryl to me and to cheapen the endgame for Caryl and for TF. If the next 5 episodes prove otherwise, I'll gladly take it, but that is my biggest concern at the moment.
Thank you for dropping in your two cents. I appreciate it!

TWDG S1 Character Opinions
At first, I was gonna do a ranking but I soon realized how fruitless that was as I enjoyed pretty much every main character in Season One and don't wanna do any injustice any character.
Lee - Literally who doesn't love Lee (except Larry). He is a rational, patient father figure who takes it upon himself to take care of Clementine. And to the end of his life, he keeps that purpose at the top of his mind, crossing a sea of dead and devising a way to get her out of Savannah safely. He also gets points for the open sesame joke ( and his great sense of humor in general), the way he raises his hand when questioned about his interest in civil war history, being a black protagonist, and so on and so forth.
He has the unsaid sadness of losing his family and not even the chance to lean on anybody because he doesn't want his past crime to be revealed. He has to perform a balancing act of keeping the group together through starvation and their arguments. He stacks the responsibility of a child ontop of that. 111111/10 character!
Clementine - She's literally my daughter. She's everybody's daughter--you adopt her the moment you see her. She's quiet at first but has streak of mischief and resilience. When you find out she's been led on by the stranger with her parents being the carrot on the stick, you realize that the disappearance of her parents affected her way more than what she let's on. She might seem "tough" (and to some degree she is), but she's also a child and we shouldn't expect her to just get over anything. I find the stranger leading Clementine away after stalking your group to be one of the stronger horror elements in TWDG and its an aspect I think about a lot.
As time goes on, we see Clementine grow up with Lee no longer around. The man who protected her will be replaced with adults who don't treat her like the child she is. She suffers from their incompetence and toxicity and is forced to make calls she shouldn't have to make. This constant reliance on her factors into her adoption of AJ, as not only have his parents died, but she wants to take care of him just as Lee took care of her, and sees herself as the most fit to do so.
Kenny - Oh goodness. He makes me feel confused, and not even when talking about his season two incarnation. I like him lots and lots. I hate him, sometimes, also. I feel confused. He has a very funny onscreen presence, but sometimes, quite an offensive one. I'm speaking from the place of someone who would be affected by his bigotry for a multitude of reasons.
Kenny starts as a cowardly man, but someone who is willing to run into the fray for those who are on his side. He comes back to save Lee and considers him a good friend. If you agree with his decision to kill Larry and protect everyone in the locker room, he'll work with Lee to kill Danny and grow even closer to him, making him one of your closest comrades and a ride or die once his family's gone. Being there for his family was one of the caveats that kept him from coming to the rescue, outside of general self preservation. I don't think if they were still around he would've jumped down for Christa.
Another big thing with Kenny is his explosive dogmatism. You need to agree with him and do it HIS way. If you don't, it's a whole argument. I love when he starts shit in Episode Three with Lilly and then he's like, "We can work this out! Everybody calm down." KENNY!!! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO STARTS STUFF! YOU'RE THE AGITATOR!
Katjaa - I love her so much! I love her design, I love her voice, and I love the way she handles shit to the best of her ability. Not only is she willing to get sad and bloody (even before the apocalypse, being a vet and all), but her awesome bravery (is that the word I should use?) when she's holding onto Duck as he's dying. That is an incredibly painful thing to do but she remains so memorably steel-faced (like that expression she gives is seared into my brain), knowing that as a parent that she should provide Duck comfort in his last moments (UNLIKE KENNY, WHO CHICKENED OUT AT THIS POINT!) even though she has to be so close to his suffering.
She's often gentle but she can be stern when the time comes. 12/10 no notes!
Duck - Awh, he's adorable! I will never understand why people could hate this kid. He's literally just a busy body. I was personally on the other side of the spectrum, being pretty low-energy at that age, but I'm not gonna hate on the little guy. He didn't do anything wrong. I will always get a laugh at how no matter how explicit you were that they were all eating Mark that Duck will pause for only a second, look slightly confused, and then resume eating. It's so funny and I respect his disengagement with the situation at hand. He's perfect.
Carley- My favorite thing about Carley is the fact that she never dropped the reporter voice. She's locked in. She's one of the most "regular" people--and not in a bad way. She's kind, funny, and thoughtful. I don't know how she didn't figure out that there were no batteries in that radio, though. I like her lots and lots.
Doug - My experience with Doug was secondhand because one of my relatives picked him by accident. Poor Doug! Anyway, I like him a lot. He's very funny (I say that a lot don't I?) but he's got that reasonable bravery. He saves Carley and in his last moments, he protects Ben. Personally, I like Lilly shooting Carley on purpose better than accidentally shooting Ben but I think its something more interesting and scary for Ben to grapple with.
Glenn - For the short time we spent with him, he was incredibly funny. I liked him a lot and how he just always spoke his mind no matter the circumstances.
Lilly - OOH! OKAY! I LOVE LILLY!
She has obviously been treated like terribly by her dad despite how much love she has for him, and because she acts tough about it, she expects the same of others. The fact that Larry is so quick to tell her to "shut up" and that whole anecdote she tells in the fourth season does reflect something nasty about her home life. I didn't read much into the "he's probably gonna keep treating you like shit" line in reference to Larry and just thought it was funny because it's a weird thing but I soon realized that was her reaction and she just expected others to cope like she did.
Now, do I think Lilly's toughness is just a front? No. I do think she was actually tough, but too much is too much. Starvation, apocalypse management, and watching your dad be murdered while you're restrained/trying to revive him is pretty traumatizing--no matter how much of a dick Larry was. I don't think her anger, sadness, or general mental breakage lessens her toughness in the slightest, but her actions eventually run counter to morality (see: shooting Carley in the face).
Mark - lol this guy had it rough! He was introduced and eaten within the same episode. I like his smile when you offer him rations and his small jokes. He's one of the more average characters but 1) that is not a bad thing at all and 2) we don't get a lot of time with him. I really liked getting to know this guy before he got hammed.
Mr. Parker - Loved his jumpscare!
Travis - Talking all tough and he didn't even learn the rule of not tripping during the apocalypse. Better luck next time.
Ben - Jeez. I should have been nicer to this guy.
Starting out, Ben is very awkward and clumsy but that's to be expected of a high schooler. He fumbles and is not held in the kindest regard by the rest of the group, who seem to see him as incapable. He struggles to prove otherwise.
Yes, trading with the bandits was wrong, but there is a question of if his isolation from the group made the desire to have his friend back that much stronger rather than telling the group about the offer and seeing how they handled it or even if they would be concerned about his problems as a newcomer. Sure, Lee, Glenn, and Carley were willing to help that woman in the motel, but there are a lot more caveats to dealing with human enemies.
I love the shock of his initial confession and even though he picked the worst possible time to tell everyone else, the guilt of all those deaths would weigh on anybody and I don't think he was equipped to make the best decisions.
Looking back, dropping him was a terrible decision and I probably would have pulled him up if the zombies weren't so close. Maybe I was also a little jealous at how tall he was.
I'll pull him up next time. His death was also way more painful than expected and I do really believe he didn't deserve to die at all.
Andy - He's my favorite of the St. Johns which is a hard ground to clear. He is just so unapologetically evil it rounds back into comedy. Nothing is ever his fault and nothing he ever does is wrong. And he could've kept getting away with it if it wasn't for that meddling Georgia State professor.
Danny - He was so committed though! I heard they had some icky things planned for his character originally but I'm glad that it didn't make it into the game or canon because him being the "loyal dog" to cannibalism makes him a character you can love and hate. Also he talks to the cow.
Brenda - Literally all she wanted was to run her dairy, man. It's hard raising two kids and managing a farm. I love her voice and I would totally be eating like Duck because I know her barbecue was blue ribbon worthy.
She likely has the most conscious of the St. Johns which is...not a high bar but she seems to not want to be involved in the act of murder. She wants her hands clean and her men slow-cooked.
Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Joleeeene - Love her crossbow. Her story is horrifying but well told as an aside to the episode. I wish she got to see her daughter again because what happened there is terrible.
Bandits - Ew.
Chuck - I like him. I love his speech about "you're not boy, you're not a girl"--he said nb rights! But anyway, he popped in and died in like the next episode with his body discovered in like...the episode after that. Shame what happened to him but I like the time he had.
Christa - Tough but incredibly fair! I like her lots. I like how she was portraying herself as willing to walk away from the group but she's also willing to cut Lee's arm off for him after like...a day of knowing him. She was a rider.
It's hard to find the words to talk about her, but don't take that for disinterest.
Omid - Funny. I have said that a lot in this writing, but it is still true. He is very cushy and pleasant and definitely a well-placed bright spot after everything that happened in Episode Three.
Vernon - I love his name and his dry sense of humor. And also he got that devious lick in the end.
Okay, so I wouldn't give him flack for stealing the boat for his crew if not for the fact that he was leaving a child, or possibly two children, without any food.
I like the small taste of betrayal before the bigger one in S2.
Brie - I love this cheese. I like her design a lot too.
The Stranger - Bro this is why stranger danger PSAs are so important. GET OFF OF MYSPACE MAN! He was CREEPY and deranged and though I understand why somebody would think he came out of nowhere I do like his conclusion and think his part is very well done.
I think it was an extremely interesting thread of the story that I wouldn't expect in apocalypse media. To take a child away using means well known to us in current year. The parallel of a guardian who sought to protect her as soon as he met her to a man who had bad intentions as soon as he got the opportunity. Pretty good!
And also the bowling bag head reveal was hilarious. Way to respect your spouse.

im sorry if this may come out as a deeply personal question but i really wanna know what each different person’s experience is. how do you deal with bpd? how do you exactly cope with?
don't fret! i don't mind at all! i think it's so important to learn from others, whether it be their shortcomings or successes, especially with BPD because who knows us better than others going through it? ofc... not counting professionals LOL
first, you need to be gentle with yourself, as much as you can. it's easy for our brains to go into fight mode, even over the most minute things, and as hard as it is in the moment, you need to recognize those intense feelings as fleeting. you won't always be in a splitting episode and acknowledging where your emotions are coming from, that it's your bpd agitating the situation, is helpful on its own.
another thing i try to keep in mind is taking PAUSES. when we're triggered, our minds become a battlefield. we don't want to hold our tongue and we want to lash out, either with ourselves or loved ones. exploding at others does not help and it never will. this is a lesson i've had to learn and relearn time and time again. bpd sucks because it can totally unfurl your progress in a flash. you need to recognize that this is NEVER a successful method for dealing with your feelings towards others. our words will 9 times out of 10 blow up in our face. no one wants to be yelled at, especially over perceived slights. i've broken down, gotten mad at friends, and completely ruined bonds because of it. but going back to being gentle with yourself, don't let your failures dictate your future. i've lost close friends because of my inappropriate outbursts and i wish icould say i learned how to cope better after losing people but i didn't. so now, i hold my tongue as best as i can and combat my thoughts with affirmations like reminding myself that my friends understand and are doing their best, just like i am, and don't deserve the brunt of my bpd just because i feel volatile in the moment.
usually when i'm in a high-stress moment, i take a step back from everything, kind of like a protective measure for myself AND my friends because i know how my bpd exacerbates the situation.
all i can say is be kind to yourself; we're all humans learning how to navigate this world, we're just given an extra course :)
#lots of love and lightyour way!!!!!#never be afraid to ask me these things!!! i love talking about it and openness is key

My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E14 (“Deal Game, Test of Wit”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
My thoughts after watching Season Three, Episode Fourteen:
01. Why, Kirisame, why? :(
02. A second look at the Medusa, and at Kohaku and Ginro's heroism! They're absolutely correct to have completely faith in Senku and their friends!
03. The stars in this opening song are honestly just GORGEOUS...
04. It's very cool how in the previous two times we saw the opening song, Kohaku and Ginro's petrified statues are in shadow, because the scene would have been a spoiler - but now that it's happened, we see a different, more colorful version of the shot and it clearly shows them now. Awesome detail, animators! :D
05. The title of this episode is, "Deal Game, Test of Wit!" :)
06. Yuzuriha has been revived! Taiju's so respectful!
07. Gen's right - she's so good and fast with those stone statue puzzles now!
08. Chrome's back, and Kaseki's now very confident that he and Chrome are maker buddies!
09. It was very sweet of Suika to make a paper hat for Ukyo... who has also now been revived!
10. Umm... thanks for the close-up shot of Kohaku, Ginro, and GINRO'S BLOOD having just been turned to stone... :'( Also, how did they get into that pose, when Kohaku's face was clearly apart from Ginro's body while they were turning to stone?
11. Everybody looks sad and concerned, but Chrome looks agitated, and Senku... whoa, look at his right eye! :O That is a serious, SERIOUS expression! He means BUSINESS!
12. (Although... I THINK his fist was clenched in the manga...?)
13. Would have liked it if Suika had expressed a bit more concern about Kohaku... She just dove right into the Soyuz information XD
14. The five wise generals are off! They're gonna collate their information, and strategize about the next course of action... and... four of them are going to explain to Chrome how they know there's only one Medusa...
15. I like how Chrome pushed everybody's panels apart while he was asking for clarification XD
16. "He runs the show" shouldn't be an idiom that Chrome would use... There's theater shows, but still, I don't think he'd be casually using that idiom... AND Amaryllis agreed. I suppose the Japanese dialogue probably directly translates to something else, and this was just the closest phrase meaning-wise?
17. Mozu! And Taiju!
18. He is speaking so languidly... he really is not threatened at all by the kingdom of science. And I'm so glad Taiju can protect Senku and Yuzuriha this time, by putting himself between them and the enemy! Although he MAY have done that in the second season as well; I should check sometime...
19. Before, it was Ryusui, and now, it's Ukyo who's the one who is thinking to get at least one person out alive!
20. Don't feel bad, Amaryllis! The kingdom of science really need the information you gave them! Of course you had to come!
21. Good job, Chrome! :) You intuition is totally baad! :D
22. It's just weird how smooth and curved and cartoonish Mozu is the anime. He felt like a huge, powerful threat in the manga, but here... I don't know; the way he's drawn makes him seem a bit goofy?
23. Poor Gen... XD It's up to you! Everybody's lives are depending on you!
24. Senku, shh! You might get us all killed! XD
25. Manipulation technique #00: "Pretend your weak card is your ace of spades!"
26. Manipulation technique #01: "People feel more solidarity with you if you're next to them, not opposite them!"
27. Manipulation technique #02: "Try saying something that's a little bit off-the-mark. The urge to correct you will be so strong that they might sign on to something they never intended to!"
28. (Hah! Mozu's power may be one hundred, but according to the arithmetic battle, Kohaku's is one thousand! :D ...Of course, I think the old system also put Ginro at one hundred, so... um... maybe they're not using the same units... XD)
29. ...See, that Mozu frame was supposed to look menacing, but he just looks so silly in the anime for some reason...
30. I suppose that glowing aura around the Medusa makes it otherworldly, but there's NO way Ibara would hold it while it was still glowing XD He's much too cautious to do that!
31. Does Mozu have the same voice actor as Tsukasa? Their voices sound a bit alike...
32. This hidden, almost-evil-looking face of Gen's is like the face he made in Season One, when he had the idea to get everybody in Ishigami Village to make a telescope for Senku's birthday! :)
33. Manipulation technique #03: "It's called psychological reactance. When you feel like you're being forced to do things, your need to maintain control causes you to reject things!"
34. What is that tied-up part on the back of Ukyo's clothing...?
35. Manipulation technique #03.1: "The way to win a deal isn't to make the other person feel defeated. It's to show servitude, setting out a false red carpet for them and stuff. That's what really matters!"
36. Oooh, Senku and Mozu are shaking hands, formalizing their (super temporary, haha) alliance!
37. It's cute that Mozu was really surprised out when he heard Senku's voice through the earring - and very understandable!
38. He's so extra; he has to be ROWED back XD
39. Gen was so worried and relieved... but he did an AMAZING job negotiating for the kingdom of science, and more importantly, for his friends! :D He's such a talented mentalist and manipulator! :O
40. And Chrome's just like, "Well, as long as Mozu's planning on killing us LATER instead of RIGHT NOW, we're good!" XD
41. Gen totally deserves all the congratulations, and a very long, relaxing break!
42. "Mozu joined the party (for now)!!" And he beat up his fellow Treasure Islanders (which Gen seemed to approve of XD) in order to make them believe that he's an even stronger warrior than... himself, hahaha!
43. And that's it for this episode! Gen was, without a doubt, ten billion percent the MVP for this episode; his negotiation tactics were incredible! :O I have a theory about the episode after this one. I can't talk about it now because it would be spoilery, but I will when it's safe to do so! The next episode's title is "Battle in Three Dimensions," and it's going to air tonight! :)

OK before we follow the end of the journey of our beloved byronic heroine and wives Yvette and MC i need to do some announcements:
I'm very busy with fanfic so once i finish Yvette route, i will write the other routes in the same way i did with Yvette initial: seasons reactions instead of episode for episode.
Don't worry i will not stop writing reactions, indeed I announce that after this i will write the reaction of Wrath[SWM].
And after her you can vote which route i should write reactions. Here the choices:
With this 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1.
Let's go with Yvette Holte S7(and the last season) E1:
After the calm before the storm Yvette made her choice, so MC did her choice as well...
she pondered her life post love-removal will, she will feel empty? Stil herself but unable to romantical love? Before she can mull over further, Joice always the best mom ask her if she is sick, bad, someone hurt her(Vuzass even in the death is still causing trouble), that her loved one left her, Joyce reassure that while she loved MC father it's also true that she love other man as well and did her best to give MC all the love she needed and she know future is scary but she must marry Yvette because she is a keeper!
Me: Yvette, best wife ever!!!
After the sweet mom and daughter talk, MC go the deadly sin to decide the next moves, Vinca grumbles about bad news, Trudy talk about ice creams while Lazareth ask Yvette what is it. Yvette say that she must master her control on fire while being careful to not messed up the smothering the fire. They start the training MC noticed that the fire are lured by her.
MC: I'll give Vinca a club.
Me: I love them!!!
Yvette training isn't going well until MC incourage her and Lazareth remember her that she is in control of the fire not the contrary...but then an earthquake literaly shake the things up and Vinca save MC ftom a bad fall, yo both surprise (Vinca finally consider her a friend eh? Our tsundere😁☺). Vinca and MC proced to have a pivate chat and bluntly say she know her plan and MC caustically answer back that Yvette plan is unacceptable only for Vinca to counter she would do her plan the heck that will accept MC plan and suggest that if MC wish to go through her plan must plan it PERFECTLY!!!
After the long day Yvette and MC do a well deserve cuddle.
While MC is planning her next moves, Yvette is enjoy this moment (their typical day is the calm before the storm....), since happiness love to avoid.
They made love since they didn't know what will happen tommorow, they become one as their worries dissapear for now.
Me: Enjoy this moment my byronic wives!🤤
Yvette call MC her dream becoming reality just for her, MC ask to make her dream a reality so Yvette feel her skin to skin, of all MC sound dhe made for Yvette to hear, teasing MC to frustation and to Yvette amusement, to touch her in any ways: fingers, lips, tongue while saying MC to be a good girl, to see the end of this ordeal of a journey and enjoy a peaceful journey, to make love everyday,
They fall asleep....only to MC to see Yvette frailing in her sleep!!! MC wake her up asking what's going on...
Me: Oh no.....😭😭😭😱😱😱😰😰😰.
Alright! S7 EP2: 3, 2, 1, here we go!
We left our byronic heroine with Yvette wake up from a nightmare and with the omnimous words of something bad was on its way.
Me: The Not-demon i'm afraid.
MC comfort Yvette and to coax from what is going on, but Yvetts is too agitated to give an sensate answer, throught she's successful able to calm Yvette down and fell asleep.
Its morning and the lovebirds are tempted to be lazy cats but MC promised to her mother that she'll not worry her, Yvette stated MC mother is the only one she's willingly to share since family are a true treasure...
Me: Oh Yvette, are you thinking about your parents 🥲?
While she knew that her friends×family Vinca and Laz will do anything for her, she miss all things that are supposed to be unconditional.
Me: Vuzgamad, dam youuuuuuuuuuu!!!
MC comfort her saying her love is uncodintional and Yvette reciprocated her words with hers: MC is her home now. Then she asked if she can go MC home with her
and of course MC agree. So once at Mc home, Joyce being Joyce take Yvette and work together to prepare an earthquake kit: mother and daughter in-law (i said it correctly?) bonding time 😊. Joyce grab Yvette hands 😱 but luckly our badass is in control and the best mom admire Yvette's nails and she should take care of it, only for Yvettd smugly saying that she can buy helps if needed. Joyce wisely stated that having many people willingly to help (her) but
