"Throw it all in the trash"...said my mum as I stood in the midst of our living room holding a carton full of stuff I had taken out of our storecases of books, stationary and gifts received over the time.

This happens almost every 6 months when I deep cleanse the home and try to declutter. Whenever the new stuff out-spaces the old, I collect it and put it in a carton and then no one sees it ever again except me. I did that again this time, and when my mum asked me to throw it, I....simply couldn't. Like always. I kept it aside for a while and then sneakily took it to my closet, and secured it there.

This is me. I've always found it impossible to let go of stuff that has memories attached to it. Like a post card my middle school best friend made for my birthday with our pictures on it, like the funny song lyrics we used to write on chits during classes and laugh our hearts out on the last bench in highschool. Like the poems and sweet comments my classmates have written for me in my diary and slambooks.. like the first ring I bought for myself, Like the tulip sketches my nephews have made for me, like the first "painting" my niece made when she was just 15 months old (which is just a brush ran across a page in haphazard manner lol)

I keep it so close to me that whenever I get to open my closet, I know I have treasure hidden in it, that can take me back to the time whenever I had felt over the world. When I know, everything was perfect. Even for a day or an brief hour. But harm is when I do it with words spoken to me. Smiles given to me. I cannot throw them away from my mind either no matter how much my mind is occupied with other things. Like when one of my colleagues had literally lifted me up and didn't separate me from her embrace for a long time because she missed me during a week's leave. How my students and I would go around the campus for no apparent reason but just so we could goof around the places in the name of work. Like, when an elderly woman had smiled at me n kept her hand on my head because I helped her with something as simple as lifting her bag while we were coming down from a bus. Like, when someone had said "come back?" After I was absent for so many weeks...

Like when someone said "Forever, In Sha Allah" when I asked them if they can tolerate me.

Even if I know those words mean nothing now, but in that moment, they meant the world. And it pains me that I cannot go back in that moment and things stay as it is. I choose to live a lifetime in that one moment. Because I know, one day, everything has to be dumped into a carton and everyone will call it trash. But for me, it'll always matter. Because I suck at letting go. So, I have made a room inside the deepest chamber of my heart, just like my closet. Where all the words spoken to me, that I hold dear sparkle like glittering butterflies. But in a dungeon. Soon they'll die. And I have no choice except to make a grave out of it...that I'll avoid visiting often. But, whenever I'll need an escape...I know I'll find myself sitting near that grave, touching it ever so tenderly...because...I suck at letting go.

Chapter 3

This is how I spent most of my winter in to early spring in this village usually I would have stayed maybe a week tops in one play but I was so drawn to here or should I say him. Chilchuck was a dream I wanted to keep with me forever so when I was suprised by him handing me flowers you can't fault me for how warm my face felt.

He looked equally as red and when I took them he tried to play it off. They were simple flowers but beautiful nonetheless. It made me so happy that I gave him a kiss though not without having to tug him down to my height that man being taller than the average half-foot.

I intended to kiss kiss cheek but when he turned his head in suprise from the sudden yank his lips met mine. It was soft eyes widened looking at one another before they slowly fell shut. Arms went around his neck fingers in his auburn hair and his wrapped around my waist tugging me closer. It was a perfect kiss.

Once we separated he told me, "Happy Birthday" softly as if to not break the illusion of only us in the world in our little meadow land which unknown to him I bought because I love the memories it brought me. I couldn't help the smile that spread across my cheeks. "Thank you Chil youve made me really really happy" i mumble but with foreheads pressed together i knew he heard me clearly. I was a year older closer to being an adult but not quite there. "Can i have another kiss?" I ask he blushed before saying "geez your really greedy today huh?" He huffed playfully "well it is my birthday " i teased back "but if you dont want to i understand" i say pulling back before being pulled into another kiss.

Though this kiss was different it was passionate it was eager it left butterflies erupting from my belly and making me feel warm and I too eagerly kiss him back one kiss became two then three then came the tugging of clothes he slowly slid his hand under my blouse fingertips gently almost scared touched my skin. When I gave him another kiss he gained a Iittle more confidence and skid his whole palm on my waist feeling my skin rubbing touching before going up slightly.

His touch grazed my under breast the tip of his tongue traced my lips and when they parted his tonguedanced with mine. It was wet hot and we clung to one another 'Mine'i thought Chilchuck Tims was mine and I was his.

"I'm yours Chil wholeheartedly completely yours " I say gazing into his eyes he stared in somewhat awe and then with a tug we ended up back at the inn in my room that day was spent making love caressing each other loving each other becoming one so purely. It was truely beautiful and at the end if the night we slept in each other's arms.

A few days pass when I got a letter from my brothers messenger hawk. "Rio! My friend what news do you bring!" I say excitedly chilchuck and I were on cloud nine. Rio was one of my brothers pets he believed since we all traveled and there was no way to communicatewith each other he decidedto train the baby hawk he found who fell out its nest.

When I saw what was on the letter though my smile was wiped from my face my father was dying he didn't have long to live so I ran to my room and begun to pack. "Jimray I have to leave this will be my last day in the inn for now! Family matters I have to go is that alright?" I say but I was busy making drinks with the full house "Huh? Yeah sure go ahead will you be back? Or go on wandering?" He asked juggling many order.

"I didnt know how long I'll be gone but I'll be back please let chilchuck know I had to go!" "Had to go got it!" He called back while I ran out. How unfortunate the outcome of that day.i should have told him myself but the thought of my father dying before I could say goodbye haunted me. I didnt expect heartbreak could happen either way

cold weather

im stealing this one from you lol. growing up in canada, i've had my fair share of wild and freezing weather. but winter has always been my favourite season, and i've always loved colder weather. i was the kid who never wore a coat despite it snowing. i like the bite and chill, i like the lack of humidity and that i don't sweat as much, and i love being able to curl up in front of a fire place, or cuddling in a cocoon of blankets. the contrast of the chill and warmth is my favourite

fandom

i'll forever be grateful that i stumbled across fandoms when i was younger, because the communities i've joined (despite some drama), have given me so many friends, and so much wonderful content to enjoy. not to mention that im able to gift my own works to the communities for others to also enjoy. i love writing and reading, and recently i've been trying out doodles.

pets

im actually mildly allergic to cats and dogs, but i grew up with dogs in the house, and my friends had cats, and i love them both dearly. i always feel so soft around them, and i love being sweet and seeing them respond in kind. one of my best coping skills is to go and hug my family's dog. they're cuddly, soft, and always happy to see people. even if they don't want to be pet, just sitting in a room with a dog or cat can calm me down. one of my most treasured memories was when i was having a breakdown, and my sister's dog heard me and scratched at my door to be let in. she sounded so distressed, and when i finally let her in, she came and leaned her weight into my side and started licking my hands. she isn't usually emotionally sensitive, and it was really sweet that she tried to cheer me up like that 🥺

stories and art

this kind of ties into fandom, but ever since i could read and write, my biggest dream was to be an author. i would read any book i could get my hands on as a kid, including several math and history textbooks from school, a textbook on dinasaurs (that i became obsessed with), and little pamphlets from companies that came in the mail. i used to have my papa help me make my own little flip books, and i would hand-write multi-chaptered stories, because i was so enamoured with fictional worlds and story telling. nowadays, i have 100+ wips in my documents folder, and i have less time for original stories, but it's still just as fun for me. 80% of my free time is spent reading, and my 7k+ bookmarks on ao3 are a testament to that. reading, writing, making, and consuming art - it's like my little escape from reality. it's one of the only things im truly passionate about, and i couldn't live without it.

talking to my friends online

i don't really have a social life irl, so seeing messages from my mutuals and discord friends can really brighten my day. not to mention the multiple hour vc calls i have sometimes. it wrecks my sleeping schedule, but it's worth it bc i get so excited when i see they're online 😅

Oh man, Jimmy Negatron game! Honestly, I never played it myself (only watched gameplay a few years ago) because there was no translation for it, and my brain as a 12-year-old had not yet evolved to suddenly understand English lol But I played the first game and oh boy how confusing this game was for me considering that I didn't know about the movie lol (and one repeating soundtrack for the whole game will forever remain in my memories, Goddard-scooter though is the best part of the game, I accidentally fly off the map with it)

Black Flurp sounds like a zero sugar version of Flurp lol And also it reminded me of how goofy Negatron looks, and his beta design is somehow even funnier lol

I rewatched gameplay again and oh man, Chipmunk-Neutron will never get old lol And the game itself is just incredibly funny, maybe not entirely on purpose

and the Halloween level gives off a Silent Hill x Backrooms vibes

2. Share a snippet of an old wip that you never posted. HOOOO BOY time to pick a fic. I guess I'll.....oh boy. This was my nanowrimo fic from back in 2019. It's at 62k but will probably never be finished. Because it hurts. Don't know why I thought I could handle it. Basically an au where George and Ringo are married and have a daughter. Then George gets cancer and.....yeah. Anyways here's the opening scene of that, while everything is happy still.

The first thing Richard noticed when he woke up was the sound of his husband’s pained groan—the second thing was their alarm. “C’mon, George, mornings aren’t that bad.”

“Why the fuck are we waking up so early?” George asked, fumbling around on the nightstand until he found his phone to shut off the alarm—or, more likely, hit snooze. “Wh—why the hell did we set the alarm for seven?”

“First day of school,” Richard said as he pecked George on the forehead and climbed out of bed.

“Don’t wanna go to school,” George mumbled into his pillow.

What I'm Looking For - Brendan Benson | Kakashi → I may be a little biased with this one because it fits SO many of my favorite characters so well, somehow, but there's just something about the upbeat/tongue-in-cheek musical cues/delivery of lines such as 'I visit hell on a daily basis, and I see the sadness in all your faces' that just feels so Kakashi to me.

Happy Ending - MIKA | Kakashi → This is presumably a breakup song, but I enjoy it so much more in a non-romantic context (and the song itself isn't really boxed in with overtly romantic framing, so I appreciate that!). Anyway, some very important instructions IMO for listening to this with Kakashi in mind: everything before the bridge is about Kakashi up through his ANBU years, but when you get to the 'little bit of love' refrain, picture Kakashi meeting Tenzo, and then becoming Team 7's sensei, opening back up to Gai, adopting all the other leaf genin, assimilating Sai and Yamato into Team 7, and it keeps building with Kakashi gaining more and more loved ones to fill the hole in his heart, and then cry tears of joy with me! Just my personal suggestion. :D

Sadly I only knew 1 grandparent as the others died either before I was born or shortly after. I have since lost my dear Grammy but I have loads of lovely sweet memories of her. She lived with us for a few years and I hold that time we had with her as a treasured memory. She had a infectious laugh and laughed often. When someone compares me to her I take as a high compliment.

The dessert portion is the best. I'm usually so full from the meal that I wait a couple of hours and then sit with coffee and an assortment of goodies 😋 Ooh apple pie! Do you have with a scoop of ice cream?

Favourite member goes between Jeff (bass) and Stone (guitar). They're both amazingly creative and when watching interviews you can tell how sweet they are. Fav song? Oh man that changes daily lol But right now I'd say Dissident of their Vs. album. I've been listening that record a lot lately though their No Code record is my favourite of all time. They really took some chances (there's spoken word for example) with that one and it's not every fans cup of tea because of that reason but I love it. I love when bands try new things. Do you? Do GVF have one of those albums? That some in the fandom love but others write off.

I do really like Soundgarden and Alice in Chains. They've both been in my life forever. But I've never been a big fan of Nirvana for some reason.

Ahhhh very nice! With the big four grunge bands I mostly grew up to Nirvana and Pearl Jam, Soundgarden I absolutely adored Chris' voice and I didn't get into AIC much cause my parents didn't really listen to them and I'm starting to get into now thanks to some of my friends! As for GVF they have two EP's and two LP's AND HONESTLY I LOVE THEM ALL!!! Since I went to the concert they gave out a code for Spotify and we have a feeling it's for a new song/album so I'll keep you updated!!!

T^T i read her tokyo ghoul au and i actually didn't have a clue what tokyo ghoul was, i looked it up on wikipedia before reading it djbfkdhdjd and her exes confront each other series was really amazing too. and im rambling but her jeonghan magic au, all the stars we steal, that was probably the first fic of her's i read and it hit something in me and i really wish i could read it again like it was the first time 😔 i really loved it sm. book wise, i will never forget jodi picoult's small great things. and also like any book reader, ps. i love you is definitely a favourite of mine :') it was so touching and i just genuinely really love that story. 

i have! there's quite a lot of moments like that, but this one where i went on vacation in the mountains? we stayed at a very nice place. on the first day i was really tired so i slept til the evening, and when i woke up it was drizzling and there's was quite a breeze, so i sat in front of the open door of my room. in front was a swimming pool so i just put on some music and watched the rain drop into the pool. it was the most relaxed i had felt in a while and i wish i could go back :')

When I was a kid I was so obsessed with Spyro, I carried a plush of him from when I was like 6 to around 12. My brother won him from a claw machine and I took him with me everywhere. I actually had a panic attack when a girl grabbed by him from me too look at him, my dad wasn't happy haha. He has so many holes and my dad actually made him new felt wings when the originals fell apart. I still have him safe of a shelf ❤ he is dirty as all get out but I'll probably keep him forever
