#This drawing is kind of personal to me #I recently graduated (CUM LAUDE WOOOO!!!!) and its like. not to get depressing #but when i was younger i was never sure whether i would make it to this point #When i was going through what i consider to still be like. the worst time of my entire life #This fictional character was there for me and she was something for me to latch onto and cope with #eGem helped me a lot with being able to process my emotions at the time but also helped me to reflect on myself #which i think is a big reason as to why I'm really happy with where i am with myself right now #I'm going off to uni next school year to study astronomy!!! which!!!#Im also doing because of eGem!!! I couldn't resist a redraw (paint?) of this frame from Light Fades To Rain, such a hauntingly beautiful scene that I know will stick with many for a long time.

Apart from digital colour correction, this was done completely with watercolour and gouache paints🥰

Don't expect much interaction from this, lol, but look what I did! A whole page of doodles dedicated to this silly man from Kaiju No.8!

I loved drawing Kafka's different expressions both in human and kaiju form. It was a fun challenge!

Kafka is definitely my favorite from the series. His personality, motivations, and interactions with the other characters are such a breath of fresh air compared to usual shonen protags. It's probably because he's older... And I love that! 🩵

ratio's presence in amphoreus actually a bug, fixed on his birthday (cn)/the day before his birthday (us). i am devastated this is a truly catastrophic loss how could i ever move on from this

anyway while i haven't started on the amphoreus quest yet i have done a run of the remembrance calyx and look at the enemies that is literally ratio right there

they contain "rationality" sourced through fighting? they were created "not for spreading knowledge"? they disseminate the "disease falsely known as philosophy"?? ratio would fit perfectly here come on but he's been removed. i mean sure it wouldn't make sense for him to be there anyway but ): ): ): please if not a rerun then at least let me see him in the story mihoyo

When San begged to save Wad's life, he said he wanted to repay Wad's kindness because Wad came from an influential family and saved San's life even though he was pinned as a bad guy.

San now has the influence as his family owns the entire block and he saved Vee's life even though Vee is being pinned as a bad guy.

Regardless if Vee really is Wad, San is fulfilling his promise.
