ALSO THERE TWO OF ARTHURS MOST TRUSTED FRIENDS AND I LOVE WHEN ARTHUR GETS ANNOYED THAT MERLIN IS DATING ONE OF HIS OTHER FRIENDS IN FICS

(KINGS HEAD KNIGHT X KINGS SERVANT/ADVISOR FRIEND IS SUCH A CUTE TROPE)

(OR JUST KNIGHT X SERVANT IN GENERAL)

ITS ALSO ANGSTY IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT

MERLIN WAS THE ONE WHO FREED THE DRAGON AND LEON HAD TO GO OUT AND FIGHT THE DRAGON AND WOULD HAVE INJURIES AND TRAUMA FROM IT

LIKE IMAGINE LEONS REACTION TO FINDING OUT MERLINS THE ONE WHO FREED IT (even better if it’s after they start dating)

Here’s an idea I wish I had a while ago,

You guys know the advent calendars that they make for the holidays?

What if Whumper created their own advent calendar for Whumpee? Or even Caretaker, Carewhumper or another Whumpee doing it for them.

How sweet/terrifying would that be? Everyday leading up to the holiday(s), a present is waiting for them. Bonus points if they’re found in a different location everyday and/or Whumpee has to solve a riddle to find it. This could also work for a Whumpee’s birthday.

Bonus bonus points if Whumpee does it for someone else. As a thank you for Caretaker or maybe even Carewhumper. As a thank you for Whumper from a conditioned Whumpee. Or a fuck you thank you for a Whumper from a Whumpee who’s plotting to kill/get back at them.

Steve ages much slower because of the serum so Peggy is all old and wrinkly and they’re talking then the Alzheimer’s hit and she forgets she was talking to Steve and she’s like “you’re still alive? It’s been so long!” And he’s like “well I couldn’t leave my best girl. Now when she owes me a dance”

It’d be similar but with some tweaks.

You were their favorite mortal lover and if it wasn’t for that whole god shit, they’d spend forever with you. They come to visit and you’re having this talk telling them they’ll be able to move on when you’re gone and they know it’s true but don’t want it to be true.

Then the illness hits and you forget that you were in a conversation and that they came to see you so you get excited but in a sad way. You go on about how you’re so happy to see them and you were worried they wouldn’t love you anymore if they saw how you looked now but now you’re together again and they can stay.

And they’re just so distraught on this inside seeing you like this. They’ve had lovers but they never really stick around for their last days and they’re just watching you fade away and they know they’ll have to leave again and they won’t be back for awhile and they don’t know if you’ll still be around when they come back or if you’ll even remember them.
