you and ellie were join at the hip, always have been since that one day in 5th grade when she asked if you guys could be partners in a project. you two did everything together. even though you two always were seen as the town losers it never bothered you. it basically matched you were kind of losers and you liked it that way.

“come on you’ll be fine!” ellie called out from the top of a tree with that stupid grin. she had climbed up there saying it would be fun. “ellie no get down you’re gonna fall” you say trying to get her down. she just stick out her tongue and stood up loosing her balance slipping.

“ellie!” you yell running over to her on the ground. “fuck ellie are you okay?” you ask panicking as you crouch down by her helping her sit up. once she was up she burst into a fit of giggles “jeez you should’ve seen your face!” she wheezes and you hit her arm.

“i thought you broke a bone” you huff sitting back down next to her “oh calm it wasn’t that big of a fall” she says scooting over to sit by you.

you glance over at her trying to pretend to be mad your arms crossed. ellie placed her chin on your shoulder looking up at you through her lashes. “you mad at me?” she asks with a teasing pout.

you just huffed rolling her eyes “annoyed because you could’ve gotten really hurt!” you say really worried.

she kisses your shoulder and then look back at you “i know i know im sorry… just a scrapped knee nothing else” she says softly. your stomach flipped and her tone and the kiss making your angry front falter and ellie grins “wanna keep exploring?” she asks.

you look back at her smiling “yeah let’s go dumb ass.” you help pull ellie up dusting her off and grab her bag, continuing your exploration of the woods.

you guys spent the next hour or two walking g around and ellie doing dumb shit like trying to climb rocks that were way too high for your liking and catching bugs chasing you around with them.

while walking on the trail you looked over at her walking in front of you “it’s gonna get dark soon els” you mumble a little nervous about being in the woods after dark. “yeah we should probably get home” she says looking back at you turning back around “you okay?” she asks putting a hand on your back as you keep walking.

you nodded “mhm” you hummed looking at her “just the woods and dark freak me out” you mumbled and shrug. “we’ll be home soon” ellie reassured.

once you two were back at ellie’s house you kicked off your shoes looking around seeing joel isn’t on the couch “where’s joel?” you ask pointing at the couch. ellie looks up from untying her shoes “oh he’s out with tommy on this hunting trip or something i’m not sure.” you nodded looking around “got any weed?” you ask looking at her. ellie flashed you a wicked smile “under my bed” she says standing back up plopping on the couch.

you scurry off to her room crouching down onto you knees squinting trying to find anything that looks like she could put weed in. as you’re looking you find a small blue journal. curious, you reach for it sitting back on your heels as you flip through the pages. it’s mainly just small rambles and sketches she did.

you kept flipping through it when you reach a page making you stop in your tracks. it’s you. so many sketches of you, some of them you’re smiling and some you’re walking with her. next to each drawing there’s little blurbs, small notes she made,

“some fuckers we’re calling her names, she had to hold me back so i wouldn’t get mad. i don’t deserve her..”

“her head was on my chest last night, we were so close. she smelled so sweet, don’t be a creep ellie”

she was so adorable, you just stared at the drawings in awe at both the talent and the fact that she liked you. ellie williams, you’re best friend, you’re not so platonic soulmate, you’re fastest crush, liked you back. you just sat there reading over everything she wrote and how each stroke or the pen had meaning.

“did you find it?” ellie calls from the living room snapping you back quickly hiding the note book “just give me a second!” you yell back leaning back down on the floor searching for the weed.

you found a small altoids tin opening it to find a few pre rolled joints “fuck yeah” you mumbled getting back up walking over to ellie. you couldn’t help but stare at her, now knowing what you know. she liked you. holy shit!

“took you long enough” ellie teased reaching for her lighter in her bag sticking the joint between her teeth. sitting down on the couch watching her. she was so beautiful. the way she took a drag off the joint and her low pale green eyes looking down at the glowing red ember of the cigarette. her hair a brown in the dark, but in the evening sun her hair was a beautiful red color. she really was gorgeous.

“you’re staring” she says softly passing you the joint “was i?” you ask with a smile taking a hit off it the smoke burning your throat. “you okay? you seem a little.. i dunno” she mumbles watching your lips wrap around the joint. “i seem what?” smoke falls from your lips as you speak slowly leaning forward, a wave of confidence coming over you. “i don’t know you just seem off.. not necessarily in a bad way though” her voice was quiet and her hands filling taking the joint back. “i found something under your bed” you blurt out her eyes going wide feeling like her heart just stopped.

she coughs a smoke cloud coming up in her face “fuck… shit-“ she chokes out between her hacks and wheezes sitting up looking at you. you were trying to stifle your laughs resting your elbow on the back of the couch “don’t laugh mother fucker im dying” ellie says reaching for a glass of water chugging it.

once her coughing fit calmed down and she handed you back the joint looking at you “so… what exactly did you find?” she asks. “well something about smelling nice and not deserving me” you tease taking a drag off the joint. “shit dude im so sorry im really fucking sorry i get if you don’t want to be around me or even talk to me anymore” she rambles on but is quickly cut off by you sitting down in her lap straddling her hips reaching over to stub the joint out in the ash try “calm down els” you say with a soft giggle leaning in closer cupping her cheeks “i like you too” you whisper before pressing your lips to hers.

ellie let out a small gasp in shock but quickly relaxes into the kis your lips moving with hers slowly leaning back against the couch hands resting on your hips.

that’s how you ended up here. pressed against the couch your jeans kicked off and panties pooled around your ankles while’s ellie’s head makes itself a home in between your legs.

“oh my god… oh fuck—!” you moaned your fingers tangled in her hair

as you threw your head back. she had her arms tight around your thighs holding you down so your hips wont squirm too much. “feel good baby?” she asks the vibrations of her words just causing you to moan louder her tongue flicking over your clit as she takes one of her hands off your thigh using two fingers to press into you slowly curling them up.

“ellie?” you whisper looking up at her “yes?”

“what does this make us? i like you, you like me and we just fucked, so what are we?” ellie hums looking down at you her eye brows in a small frown “well we have two options— girlfriends or no labels and we just see what happens” she says softly smiling at you “i mean.. i think you should be my girlfriend” you mumbled putting your head back n her chest. “then were girlfriends” she smiles making yours grow wider “ i like that” you whisper shutting your 

eyes. she leaned down to kiss your forehead head cradling in your arms pulling the throw blanket up to your shoulders.

the next morning you woke up in ellie’s bed with her curled up behind you arm loosely wrapped around your waist holding you close to her.  she was sleeping still, her lashes rested against her cheeks, breath soft, and there it was, the morning sunshine causing her hair to glow that beautiful red. your hand slowly reached out to brush some loose strands behind her ear taking her in. she stirred feeling your hand resting on your cheek  rolling onto her back eyes fluttering open with a soft sigh. her fuzzy mind remembering last night a sleepy smile growing on her lips.

she turned back to look at you pulling you closer “morning” she mumbled into your ear kissing along your jawline. you giggled tilting your head back “morning girlfriend”

ellie smiled at the name continuing to kiss you all over “joel comes home today so i gotta get the house ready for him” she groaned lying back down. you hummed softly closing your eyes snaking your hands back around her waist “well i thought we could go get lunch at the diner together” you mumbled against her neck ellie’s eyes opening to look at you “yeah… i wanna do that” she says and then pounces back onto you burying her face into your neck while you giggled.

you two were going around the house doing chores so that it’s ready for joel. you were sat on the couch folding some laundry while ellie mopped the floors. it was a comfortable silence, you both were in your own worlds not paying much attention to each other.

ellie came up behind you on the couch putting her chin on your shoulder to watch what you’re doing “i’m hungryyyyy” she groans “when are we going?”

“soon just let me finish this round of laundry okay?” you say kissing her cheek. ellie groans going off to her room to get ready.

in ellie’s truck it was joel’s old beat up truck that he gave to ellie. she had a small dinosaur keychain hanging from the mirror and kept the cda you two burned your favorite songs onto because she didn’t have bluetooth and the radio here sucked. ellie glanced over at you while she was driving to the diner smiling “so last night”. you groaned rolling your eyes “do we have to talk about it?” “well no i was just going to ask you something. was it your first time?” she asks with a wide grin.

“maybe” you mumbled “i mean your were shaking a lot but that could just be because—“ “ellie!” you smack her thigh leaning back and she was in a fit of laughter trying not to drive off the road. “well for the most part i thought it was amazing” she smiled and kissed your hand.

at the diner you sat next to ellie and she was talking about some weird universe theories she learned about and while she was distracted you were slowly taking her french fries just to see how many it will take for her to notice. turns out it was basically half of the whole tray and when she noticed she stopped and stared down and the tray frowning and looking back at you. “where’s my french fries?” she pouted seeming genuinely upset.

you laughed kissing her cheek sliding your plate over to her where you put them all “i just wanted to see when you’ll notice” you giggled as she huffed eating her french fries.

while walking back home you were holding her hand swinging it. the birds were singing and the sun was beaming down but yet it was still cold out. ellie shuddered a bit pulling you a bit colder “it’s getting colder” she mumbled.

you walked closer to her to try and share your warmth with her looking back at her wrapping your arm around her waist “come on let’s get home” you chuckled.

at ellie’s house joel was home from his trip smiling when he sees you two “hey girls” he smiles coming over to hug ellie. “i see you didn’t burn down the house” he chuckles pulling away looking back at you “and how are you?”

“i’m good joel” you smile. “well joel we are going to go to my room see you for dinner” ellie nods dragging you off to her room seeming annoyed. you sat down on her bed as she stood between your legs you hands on her hips “you okay you ask softly rubbing your thumbs on her hips.

“he definitely knows” she mumbles “why do you think that baby” you ask against her kissing along her hips. “i dunno he just gave me those eyes, the ‘i know’ eyes” she sighs hands on your shoulders. “is that necessarily a bad thing?” you ask looking back up at her and she shrugs “i guess not but he will not shut up about it if he does.”

you chuckle pulling her down onto bed kissing her cheeks “well i think it’s a good thing… means we don’t have to hide anything” you whisper against her skin with a smile.

that night the two of you were in bed cuddled up your head on her chest and she was brushing your hair back while scrolling in her phone and you were watching tv. ellie put her phone down looking at you with a smile “you’re so beautiful” she whispered playing with your hair making you smile “you’re so beautiful” you replying looking up at her. “i’m so happy you found my journal.. i’m so happy i even wrote that down.” you pushed yourself up kissing her softly “some of that was a little… odd” you teased after pulling away earning you an exaggerated eye roll “shut up you weren’t supposed to see that”

giggling you lie back down pressing a kiss to her shoulder “i love you” you whisper. ellie cheeks grow red looking down at you cupping your jaw “i love you more…”

Sweetkit belongs to @mourningsbane ! It isn’t every day I see a eldritch horror/spooky clangen series! As an avid horror fan, I love how body horror is drawn and shown in this series! Honey is the best cat :)! But, I drew sweet today! They’re a good protagonist, because who better to explore the spooky uknown than kittens?

NettleIris belongs to @moons-of-dewclan ! I adored the art style of this series, and the fact all the backgrounds are drawn so beautifully! Even though this series tugs at my heart strings, it’s lovely! Makes me wanna go wander in the woods! Nettle is my favorite lil’ peep, best medicine cat. Plus, puffy cats are fun to draw!

ConiferSun belongs to @castaway-clan ! I love the trope of “rebuild and build anew” in clangen runs! Seeing the clan in this series slowly grow in size and for the leader to not be alone anymore was very comforting. Conifer is my favorite simply because they’re blue and just a wonderful cat in the series! They also get to look at the lady bug :)!

it's super cute and funny that his singing and his general demeanor is so fairytale esque that animals and people just love him even though he tried to destroy what they were working on . he looks adorable with messy hair. i wanna see it more. cute and blond. but also. FUCK YOU

like we went from that to this and i was like "oh my god they're gonna have a bonding moment" and i was so so happy i just,, i really thought,,,,

like he looks so pretty here!! and then javier says something so sweet and so javier-brand of affectionate and they're being funny about it and it's so cute and they're all smiley afterward in the reflections of the water so its like "awww stupid fucking idiots being happy at each other without even really knowing it i love them so much" AND THEN.

STUPID FUCKING OMINOUS REFLECTION GOT ME ALL WORRIED. BUT THEN I THOUGHT OF RAPHIE AT THE START AND WENT "nahhh thats just. yknow. the normal foreshadowing at something bigger. they haven't even gotten answers yet. it's fine" oh lynn. oh girl you had no idea.

like they're so close to the truth cmon they wouldnt dump what they need to do to stop fate AND whats going on w javier at the same time right? ha. ha. ha.

ominous panels aside POOR LLOYD,,, OF ALL THE SECRETS HE COULD HAVE CHOSEN,,, he had no idea its not fair </3 we got blushy lloyd as a result i love this panel btw he's very very cute. super duper bug of him. i really like that the artist has been drawing the two of them at this angle a lot recently they look so stupid i like it a lot

ALSO JAVIER DO YOU. HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT TO SAY. WHY DID HE ASK THAT I. JAVIER U CANT JUST ASK PEOPLE HOW DEE- WHAT THE FUCK

and then we got hit w javier being worried and i was like "man me too buddy, im worried too but im sure itll be oka-"

DEATH FLAG. WHY. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO THINK THAT LLOYD OH GOD. i read this and my worry that was briefly washed away IMMEDIATELY came back . tged is very good at giving me tonal whiplash. i dont think thats a bad thing but also its not good for my health either so. /lh

AND THEN WE GOT HIT WITH THE JEWEL OF TRUTH SECTION AND. AAAAHHH AAAAAAAAHHH the darkness that lloyd is in, he's all alone when he hears this god i . oh god i have so much to say okay

it's kind of hard to go shot by shot with this section because all my thoughts are overlapping with each other but ill try my best???

he's immediately pushed into communication between just him and the jewel and shrouded in a very very isolating darkness. there's so so so much empty space and all my yapping about how much lloyd has been isolating himself for the sake of finally protecting his loved ones kind of comes to a head here. and then we hear the truth...

lloyd is a BUG. the fact that he EXISTS is a problem that has been the catalyst of all the pain and work that he and javier have had to go through, so so early in the story. he's essentially being told that its HIS fault fate is threatening their lives. AND WOW THAT HURTS. how do you cope with being told that?? how do you manage that???

and on TOP of it all, in order to fix it, he has to choose. rid the world of this bug, or let the bug take over. THAT'S SO EVIL

the only way to protect his loved ones is to forfeit his protection over them, giving up his life. and yet the only way for him to continue being there to protect them is to lose the life of the one he absolutely loves most, javier. WHAT THE FUCK. WHAT THE FUCK WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT

the moment he hears this he falls to his knees. im so fucking ill IM SICK . THIS IS SICK AND TWISTED!!!!!!!!!!!

some more thoughts on the language and just. inherent despair of this section:

i think the choice of calling lloyd a bug is so so so heartwrenching. i don't know if it's an intentional thing by the writer/adapter or if it's just something they defaulted to since the world is considered a system, but either way it makes me so damn emotional

i'm a computer engineer, so i take some computer science classes too as part of my major, and one of those fun facts that you learn in those classes is that debugging/bugs became common terminology in compsci for a very silly reason. "bugs" as a word to describe error and defects had been present before, but it became conflated with programming due to a team of programmers actually finding a moth, a true to life Bug, interfering with their computer and thus messing with their program.

see, the JoT could have called lloyd anything. an error, a mistake, a problem, hell even a glitch would have worked. but they specifically said bug (and again whether or not thats intentional is up for debate but i will treat it like it is)

and the thing about bugs, the thing that haunts me now, is that without them the rest of the program (theoretically) works fine. if that moth hadnt entered the computer of those programmers, then their code would have been operating smoothly. the system would be chugging along well.

the knight of blood and iron would be functioning just fine.

yeah it'd be sad, yeah javier would have lost everyone, but it would have gone exactly as the program was written. the memory allocated for the class lloyd_frontera would be freed, and the story wouldn't have had to call on it, ever. but lloyd, the bug, the moth, stuck around. errors ensue.

and often, bugs are HUMAN error. it's a problem in a human design, not a natural glitch or mistake. the moth wouldn't have been able to enter that computer if it was built differently. bugs do not appear naturally. and they do not go away until you go back to where the bug appears and FIX IT. lloyd cannot fix the story, he can NEVER achieve the happy ending he's always wanted, because the program will always be bugged because of HIM.

suddenly too, all the little changes that have happened in the story thus far make so much sense. all of those events happening EARLIER than they should have completely tracks.

the choices lloyd made - to defeat neumann, defeat lacona, go to cremo, go to the capital - pushed javier's presence ahead, and i know that's like really really obvious, but coupled with this bug analogy i feel insane because

something that's very common in programming in general are function calls, where on the side you have the function written out all complete, and in your main code you can just say the name of the function. when it compiles, itll know what to refer to when it sees the name in your main code.

something else thats very common is conditionals! y'know, your classic "if (comparison here) then do (this thing here) else (do this thing here)", you might have seen this before (or not, im not sure how well versed tged tumblr is on programming which is why im explaining this)

and u think back to javier being there EARLY and oh. ooohh....

this function, this betrayal, was called early. THIS WAS CALLED EARLY because a certain character object, lloyd frontera, changed the state of javier's location way sooner than it should have happened. a bug. a bug. a bug. a bug made the code jump to this conditional. he's been a bug this whole time

and you think to when the glitches on javier first started appearing and oh. oooohhh. the object referred to as javier, disabled the "protagonist" variable on him and passed it onto lloyd. but that won't do, because all these functions for the ENTIRE STORY rely on javier's class object. how can it call on lloyd instead? lloyd should have been freed, aka the memory storing his little array of data, should have been REMOVED. CAUSE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DIE

theres more examples of this throughout the whole story that maybe ill list another day (as much as im yapping about it, its really not that hard/deep on figuring out where things were called early lol) but yeah yeah yeah. yeah this is so so evil and i cant believe i didnt put two and two together earlier. this analogy is SO EVIL WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS TO ME

WHATS WORSE IS THAT IVE BEEN CALLING LLOYD A BUG FOR LIKE. ACTUAL MONTHS. I WOULD REFER TO HIM AS A CREATURE AND AS A LITTLE ITTY BITTY BUG AND NOW I FEEL SO SO TERRIBLE BECAUSE HE REALLY WAS A BUG. I MADE A SHITPOST AND EVERYTHING (that ill prolly post later) THAT I HAD NO IDEA WOULD. AGE POORLY SOB SOB SOB

the following section is just. god ow ow OW. the shaking linework, the shadows setting in at the top with the dramatic bottom lighting, and the blur on javier as he loses focus and starts truly, truly panicking makes me INSANE. artist you're making me CRAZY!!!

javier truly has no idea either but god dammit he's trying his best to help, but how can lloyd explain this to the man whos completely and utterly loyal to him to the point of sincere devotion? if lloyd tells him, whos to say that javier - the martyr that he is - won't just give up his life for him? god that's so... GOD. GOD GOD GOD WHY AGHHH

AND AGGHHH AGGGHHHH THE FLASHBACKS TO THE P PANELS OF SUHO WORKING SO SO HARD TO REACH THE LIGHT. GOD FUCK. FUCK FUCK FUCK

ITS DIMMER ITS HARDER TO REACH AND OH MY GOD THE PANEL OF LLOYD REACHING UP EVEN IN HIS PANIC TOWARDS HOPE. THE THOUGHT THAT "ITLL GET BETTER ONE DAY" COMFORTED HIM AND KEPT HIM ALIVE BUT NOW ITS BEING RIPPED FROM HIM I FEEL ILL. EVIL EVIL EVIL EVIL

this panel of that light going out . not much words on this i just feel sick to my stomach. why would u do that.

and finally at the end of the chapter we have this incredibly HAUNTING panel of lloyd panicking. the despair here is UNREAL. the lineart is shaken and messy and scribbly, and the focus on his face and his hand gives the panel a very claustrophobic and hard-to-breathe feel and it makes mE SICK!!! IT MAKES ME SICK!!! SICK AND TWISTED!!!! JEWEL OF TRUTH I HATE YOU!!!!!!!

anyway that's all my thoughts for right now . i really really hope they figure out a loophole or something . if they dont im actually gonna keel over and die /j not literally but yknow what i mean

Just a list of things i am going to obsess over for the next two weeks about episode 3:

•"7 years of computer science for this?" HUHH?? KINGER YOU WANNA SAY SMTH? ALSO ALSO Ohhhh i can hear the theorists

•i love Martha(the ghost wife) tho? Like i want Ragatha-Gangle-Jax's side of the adventure now (i bet it's a just gonna be a ton of gossip and I WILL eat that up)

•the monster/angel thing is actual nightmare fuel i regret watching this at night

•when kinger saw the monster and seemed enamored by it i thought it has the power to remind people of their past or something. Now I'm just hurt because people pointed out that the monster-angel thing reminded kinger of his abstracted wife.

•kinger glows in the dark. he seems to remember things better in the dark. Huh

•Is jax the only one who can fourth wall break besides caine? is that gonna be important or is that just a running gag??

•kinger held his wife when shes already abstracted and didn't glitch.

•abstracted queenie calms down according to kinger. From his flashback she didn't appear hostile unlike kaufmo in ep 1. Does that mean they're not really that far away from saving?

•the part about zooble and hating their body. i can't wait for zooble's episode. I love them so much and would love to see more of their chracter development

•the animation in the part where you can only see pomni and kinger's eyes IS SO *Chef's kiss*

•i think when zooble keeps saying forget it caine takes it literally because he's an AI

•"Please don't come alive" "ok I won't" that caught me off guard

•no thoughts just that one frame of bubbles wearing Caine's top hat

•noticed some papers on the desks with drawings resembling abstraction

•gangle doesn't really do much in this episode but she is there and i love her. You're doing great sweetie.

•also can't wait for the time we touch upon the fact that caine is constantly dipping in and out of the rabbit hole of existential crisis

•Kinger doesn't even like bugs back then but Queenie got him into entomology. I am so sorry but I will never stop talking about them

•I love what Kinger told Pomni about cherishing those around you. It really mirrors the end of episode 2 and how she's starting to realize that there are people that do care about her in the circus.

A little look-back through 2024, how fun!

January

Certainly a range going on, dungeon meshi, moomin, rottmnt, and whatever is happening to Rhode. I don't think I really drew much during Jan, all things considered.

February

A failed attempt at amphiburary- school took over, or something- and a lot of oc art! overall I did more art that month and while some of it bugs me, and i dont have pleasant memories attached to it, i still like a lot of what I did. Got experimental 'n stuff!

March

Its all OC art baybe!! and some stuff included that I never posted. Rhode (the ginger with glasses) is my special little guy and I had plenty happening in a rp thing I do. You can see how his nose hadn't reached its full evolution yet.

April

Again with the oc stuff! Rhode persists! March was the eclipse, which honestly I forgot happened this year... man that feels like so long ago. Also, I did some stuff with my magical girl ocs, a rare treat! I honestly really like that art set I did, the magazine idea was cute

May-June

I did a lot of mostly complete artworks these two months, but theyre 90% oc art so I figured i could shove them together. You can see me experimenting with coloring and rendering in some of these. Also, I visited rottmnt again for a lil bit in June! Honestly I was having a great time drawing me and my friend's ocs

July

And so I discovered Reigen. Plus some more rhode n other ocs. But mostly it was Reigen. Mob psycho is great, i had a great time watching it. Kinda wanna go back and rewatch it but all for another day.

August

didn't draw as much in august, i had a really fun trip I went on that I spent the month preparing for! Love ren fairs. But what i did draw was (drum roll) oc art! Rhode, Lamp, Ann and otheres- theres a decent variety here. Still mostly Rhode, though.

September-October (and so my Michael obsession begins)

So um. Michael, amiright? honestly i have so much fun drawing both michaels, its a damn delight. ive been so happy at the reception of them from everyone too- i draw michael solely for myself but i do like it when my work makes others happy

November

Honestly some good michael art from november. plus the creation of Clear Image AU! I have less to say about these last too months, since itd be less looking back and more recapping what is basically yesterday.

December

And so ends the year.. More michael, some Lyf, some oc art, all the fun stuff. Plus... a little sneak peak at the expert testimony animatic im working on in the upper righthand corner.

Miles Morales headcannons #5

Dates with 1610!Miles and 42!Miles

So i made this at 3 am, brain half asleep, half dead, so this hasn’t and won’t be proofread 😔🤚🏻 but I still hope you enjoy EHE

1610!Miles

Now during the first dates, he’ll want to be cautious once he had actually mustered the guts to ask you out

So he’ll be sticking with the classics like asking you out to dinner, watch a movie, etc.

But as time goes by after yall started to date

He’s bound to spice it up because he already knows about your faves a lot and just wants to make you the happiest in the world

Midnight dates

I can see him just visiting your room after he’s done with Spiderman duties and asks you out on a spontaneous date because he’s missed you

“Hey there sunflower, wanna go grab some food and head up to the—“ “Miles you don’t even have to ask.”

So he brings you to like some rooftop by swinging the two of you while you held on to the paperbags of some food you guys bought

And the two of you just chill, while he sketches the scenic view (but most likely has you in it)

Dates with his art

What I mean by this is that there can be dates where he asks you to come by his place and tells you to sit down

Don’t ask just do it

Spends a good hour drawing you on his sketchbook

He does show you after!

In reference to the sunflower nickname, whenever he draws you he always puts a single sunflower on your hair 🩵 boy’s a sucker for symbolism

During these tho he likes to take pics of you on his phone without you knowing

Example is the one time he asks you to sit by his window sill and tells you to look out the window, he sneaks about a thousand pictures of you in that angle

Boy makes it his wallpaper

On both his phone and laptop

He tries to hide it cause you might think he’s a creep

You wouldn’t tho

Bonus headcannon: I see Miles having a dog, and the both of you treat it as your child. Sometimes you’d take turns with bringing your furry child home, and it has become one of Miles’ excuses to see you

42!Miles

Now this one is a lot more confident, why? Because I see this guy observing you before he asks you out

Would do heavy research so he doesn’t fuck up

Like asking your friends abt what you like or simply watching you from a distance

So from the get go, his dates are already inclined to your preferences

Like cafes that have the same vibe as you?

Movie dates to movies that you love (he doesn’t care if he hates it, how can he hate something that you like??)

Midnight dates

I see this Miles being more of a sentimental or chill type of guy

Nothing too extravagant but definitely enough to make you swoon

His midnight dates would consist of him going by your place with a bunch of food, ready to spoil you with it alongside cuddles and kisses

Like the both of you cuddled up in your bed and his arm wrapped around your shoulder while he kisses the side of your head

He also likes to whisper sweet nothings to you

“I love you so much mi querida,” “Your hair is so soft today,” “You smell really good” “Making me this addicted to you, unbelievable.” “Why do you always look good even in the dark, hmm?”

He stays there with you in his arms until Uncle Aaron is bugging him for the nth time for missions as Prowler

I am deadass sure that the only person he ever shows his sketchbook to is Uncle Aaron

But now there’s you

It takes him a while to tell you about it

I’m talking months

Like

“Did you know, I draw.” “What?” “Like drawing with the whole sketch, paint, stuff—“ “How come you never told me?!” “Just shut up and take it.”

He shoves his sketchbook to your chest and looks away so you wouldn’t see him blushing

And you see the bajillion drawings of you that he made, and he managed to make you look so pretty that it may have increased your self esteem a bit bc was this how he actually saw you? like damn

So once he showed you it was like some weight being lifted off from his shoulder

His “date with his art” would now consist of the both of you going to some place that inspires him

He makes you pose, this boy would instruct you on how to do that; the posing, where your hands should be, your facial expression, etc

He’s gonna make you his little model

Bonus headcannon: would have a cat in contrast with 1610!Miles. A black cat specifically. He would name it after some name that would be so close to yours, and he’s overly clingy to it (not as much as he is with you tho) the cat also loves you of course (but seemingly antisocial to everyone else) (its very 42!Miles behavior)
