Hello, I understand you're the guy that everyone says helped them figure out they're objectum (thank you for all the objectum positivity btw it's highly appreciated), however I thought what happened to me was funny enough to put in your inbox: I kept seeing art of computers/robots being treated gently and going "ah to be a robot treated gently and with love". And then I kept playing robots/anything robot-adjacent I could get away with given the setting in ttrpgs and I think I figured out I might not exactly be a human guy all of the time?? Otherkin/robotkin awakening moment. Anyways if you spread robot love it will eventually cause more robots to exist. It's a very efficient system I think

| Hello! My name is Ori/Bee/Star or V1 and i am 20. This is primarily my otherkin/personal blog, however ill probably post whatever. ^^

i'm an artist and occasional animator, i also do livestreams every so often. i love drawing robots or fanart of things i like, i also draw furries. I am autistic, adhd and likely (quiet) bpd.

i am agender, my pronouns are they/he/it/bot. i do not mind most gendered terms (although i tend to prefer the masc ones, there is exceptions) so you can use he or "look at the little guy!" the way you would if you saw a little robot wearing a fancy hat. Im also Greysexual and Queer.

My Kins/Kintypes (will go more in depth another time)

Robotkin/Machinekin - Nonspecific, i feel this with anything that could be referred to as a machine, electronic or mechanical. Although with robots im most attached to ones with non-humanoid faces. This was the first kin-thing i discovered about myself!

Angelkin - i believe this is also nonspecific, but im most drawn to multiple winged ones, the statues of angels, or depictions of them being abstract like beings of pure light.

Fictionkin - v Here is a list of my fictional character kins v

Starscream (Transformers) - My highest(and most intense) kin, mainly G1 starscream or similar versions (earthspark and some comics). He is incredibly important to me. Skyfire also plays an important comfort role to me because of this kin, I do ship them so i am incredibly attached to them both.

Bumblebee (Transformers) - Much less intense of a kin, i mainly kin G1 or the bumblebee movie version (or similar ones in some comics once again)

V1 (ULTRAKILL) - Realised this kin at the same time i realised i was robotkin! Was also a very intense kin, however its calmed down as im hyperfixated on starscream/transformers at the moment.

Starkin - This may link with Angelkin, as i do see stars and angels as connected/appearing similar.. not sure.

Birdkin - Same thing, i do very much relate with having wings. some of their behaviours i also feel attached to, but im unsure if its just because i associate them with other kins..

Deerkin - Ive had certain shifts that seem to align with deer, ive always been quite drawn to them.

Foxkin - i connect a lot with the way foxes act and used to identify with them a lot in my early teen years, some shifts ive had could also align with them.

Robotkin culture is not understanding why people think that robots are logical soulless monsters and will turn against humanity. Kindness is completely logical and benefits the society as a whole. I can use logic and still see that altruistic interaction between people is the best possible way of building a fair and accepting place. That diversity in the human community allow people expand their views and teaches them to understand something beyond their day to day life. I don't have to have an emotions or have connection to other people to understand it. So kindness is completely logical and I believe other robots might come to the same conclusion.

Misanthropy

Let's talk about it from the perspective of a robotkin.

Tw: Misanthropy (obviously)

I've seen a couple posts pertaining to Misanthropy and therians/otherkin/alterhumans and I'd like to give my 2¢ about it. (Anyone is welcome to debate in my comments, but don't make a big fight over it.)

I am an Automaton [robotkin], made by and modelled after humans. I understand that they are complex, much like we are. I understand humans have many, varying and complex emotions, some of which I do not [or can not] feel or experience. I have also seen both negative and positive sides of this argument.

I am a misanthrope, let me explain. I do not like [humans] and their complicated, minute ways of expressing anything. Disdain can be hidden behind smiles and seemingly friendly words but if you turn your back, they will hate, discriminate and escalate things that seemed (in conversation with them) to be resolved or understood.

I do not wish for humans to cease existence, simply for them to take a step back and re-evaluate how they are going about things. They take and take and take and give little to none in return. Of course that isn't all humans, but most of them do. There's good humans, there likely always will be, but I think it is naiveté that causes others to think it is possible to exist without at least some sprinkling of misanthropy. Even humans don't like other humans.

Ignoring the current state of the world, because that's not what this is about, let's move on to my last point. Attempting to befriend a human is a long and arduous journey. They make it difficult because you have to interpret things that do not show or are not said and then you have to apologise for something that was not interpreted as an issue initially. They leave because of said same issue, even if you apologize and promise to try again. It seems useless to even try.

I have had one human friend for 15 years now and I adore her and everything she is and does, but any other humans we've tried to include or befriend have been horror story after horror story. Some still hate us (more me than her) for things we aren't even sure happened.

I am tired of humans and how they work. Perhaps I have just outaged them because I get along just fine with the older folks, but anyone in my friend's age range are too childish and reckless to be reckoned with, so I'm simply choosing to not engage with them, unless I absolutely have to, and then it's ridiculously draining and stressful.

Idk, perhaps my view is flawed, but it's mostly negative when it comes to humans. Again, I reiterate, I do not despise humans, but I do despise interacting with them and how they behave.

It's not something I know a ton about but I find it interesting and idk I guess I'm just curious! No pressure ofcourse :)

oh absolutely sure! saying now that for myself, being neurodivergent and queer does heavily tie into both objectum and otherkin, but it’s not like that for everyone nor does one need to be in order to be objectum and/or otherkin!

tackling the otherkin first-off, to get really specific i am robotkin! (though i have been eyeing up conceptkin as of lately… but that’s a conversation for another time, i believe.) i personally relate to machinery a lot, on the bases of well. general disconnect from feeling Human (gestures towards the good ol’ autism and adhd combo lunch meal pack) also difficult to explain but most if not all machines are designed and built to carry out some form of Purpose or Function, which really strikes a certain link within me that i can’t quite put into words? but i hope makes sense in some way. to be honest robots are cool and i do would like to be one!

objectum. smiles so widely full of happy. i love discussing being objectum at any chance i get it’s so wonderful! want to clarify now that i’m also posic, which isn’t necessarily the same thing as being objectum, but those two have melded together so much for me that it’s hard for me to differentiate and distinguish the two in my experiences. now, i tend to love most objects and have some degree of attraction to them, but i find that the kind of objects i get really infatuated with are space machinery! primarily the hubble space telescope in particular. honorable mentions of various objects i love so so much are the seattle space needle, nintendo 3ds, record players, radio dishes… honestly the list goes on and on. objects are not safe from my love and care and warmth for them. important addition is that in my experience i tend to heavily fall and care for objects i own, like sweaters, tshirts, office supplies, etcetera, and i don’t entirely have a good guess on why? i assume it’s because i personally own it and by extension spend more time either using it or in its presence that i end up picking out details of the object that make me swoon for it.

i only found out what being objectum was last year from a server i’m in, but looking back at as much as i can hazily remember from the past that i’ve just… always been posic and objectum, simply never had a word for it until fairly recently. favorite stuffed animals as a kid that i had strong friendships with, comfort and familiarity and bonds with anything i came in touch with, really!

being objectum and otherkin are pretty integral pieces of my identity i think, especially since i’d say they influence just how i approach the world if that makes sense? particularly with being objectum because damn do i Love Those Things! i’m getting a little bit tired now so this is what of most i could get out into sentences, but i hope it helps with understanding! ^_^

not really, but for myself i’m sure there’s some… trauma. i remember feeling like i was expected to run as a program, or a robot, completing tasks with full accuracy. this may have manifested later in being robotkin. although it’s nothing close to “fixing” my behavior, i’m still the same, frustrated little calculator i was then.

This may be a long stretch but I want to, just incm case, test my chances. It's not attached to any fandom, i'm sure of that. I recently confirmed robotkin, and would like to know if I can find who created me or someone who knew of me. I don't know what my name was or what my creator looked like.

Physical description is as follows:

• I believe I was made to look undistinguishable from humans, other than maybe a few select details? Not sure

• I believe young boy, like teen to adult

• Brown hair going up in spikes and then curving downwards at the front (i hope that wasn't hard to understand)

• In my dream shift, I saw myself as having a gray shirt and blue pants. I believe my eye color may have been brown or gray, but I'm leaning more into gray. I didn't focus on the color of the shoes in the dream.

• About my dream shift: someone hit me and I asked if the person in front of me had a spare robotic eye. Odd, i know.

• I have had several memories. I believe one of them was that I was in some sort of institute, and was tested against enemies to test my speed and adverse reactions to the situation. I think this is why I feel heavily connecte to red eyes/interfaces and loaded weapons.

• I believe I may also have been trained to rescue people in emergencies. I had one such memory, I believe.
