you weren't exactly sure how you ended up in this situation — pedaling like your life depended on it, wind whipping through your hair as you struggled to keep up with Owen Knight. the Golden Boy, the prodigy rider of his team, and the guy who was somehow charming, confident, and totally oblivious all at once.

“c’mon, you got this! just a little faster!” Owen’s voice rang out ahead of you, his laugh floating back as he turned his head, giving you a wide grin.

“you’re killing me!” you shouted, nearly out of breath. “i swear, i didn’t sign up for Tour de France training!”

Owen slowed down just enough to roll beside you, his striking blue eyes twinkling with amusement. “you did say you wanted to go riding, didn’t you? this is how we roll!”

you shot him a half-hearted glare. “by ‘riding,’ i meant a chill ride around the park. you know, like normal people?”

Owen laughed, his face bright and carefree. “yeah, but i’m not exactly ‘normal people,’ am i?”

you groaned, shaking your head. it was impossible to stay annoyed at him when he was like this — cheerful, fun, and genuinely trying to make you enjoy the ride, even if he was way too fast for your pace.

after a few more minutes of struggling to keep up with him, Owen suddenly skidded to a halt in front of a small convenience store. you stopped beside him, panting like you’d just run a marathon.

“break time!” he announced proudly, hopping off his bike and parking it. “i’m getting ice cream. you in?”

you barely managed to catch your breath as you nodded. “you better be getting me some after that death sprint.”

he winked. “of course. what flavor?”

few minutes later, you were both sitting on a bench outside the store, munching on ice cream cones. cool sweetness was the perfect reward after the unexpected workout. Owen leaned back, his long legs stretched out in front of him as he casually licked his cone, looking way too relaxed for someone who had just cycled with unbelivable speed.

“y’know,” he said, glancing over at you with a smirk, “you did better than i thought. for a rookie.”

you narrowed your eyes at him, playfully nudging his shoulder. “oh, thanks. that’s exactly what i wanted to hear.”

he laughed, bumping you back gently. “i’m serious! you’re getting stronger.”

you rolled your eyes, but couldn’t help the small smile tugging at your lips. “yeah, well, maybe i’ll be able to beat you one day.”

“oh, absolutely,” he replied, his tone suddenly serious. “i’m sure you’ll totally leave me in the dust. i’ll be crying on the side of the road, defeated.”

you burst out laughing at the mental image of Owen, the superstar rider, dramatically sobbing while you zoomed past him on a bike. he grinned at you, clearly proud of making you laugh. “but, until that day, i’ll keep being your personal coach. gotta push you to greatness, right?”

you raised an eyebrow. “oh, is that what this is? personal coaching?”

he gave you a playful wink. “of course. can’t have my favorite riding partner getting too comfortable.”

your heart skipped a beat at the casual mention of being his favorite. Owen had this way of saying things so effortlessly, not realizing the impact it had on you. before you could overthink it, though, he suddenly stood up, stretching his arms above his head.

“alright, coach says break’s over. ready for round two?”

you groaned dramatically, but stood up to follow him. “why do i feel like i’m going to regret this?”

Owen flashed you a dazzling smile, his eyes sparkling mischievously. “because you probably will. but hey, at least you’ve got me, right?”

you rolled your eyes but couldn’t suppress the grin. “yeah, yeah. let’s go before i change my mind.”

as you both hopped back on your bikes, and you couldn’t help but think that maybe being his ‘favorite’ wasn’t such a bad thing after all.

You jumped and sprinted over the rooftops of Queens with your backpack filled with loot from tonights break in. You could hear sirens on the streets below on their way to the scene of the crime, you smirked.

Though you couldn’t seem to shake of the feeling that something was missing… Oh yeah! The arachnid was missing. You stopped and looked around, Spider-Man wasn’t chasing you. You couldn’t help but feel a little insulted, who was he chasing that was more ”important” than you… unbelivable!

You jumped on to a fire escape and then dropped in to the alley below landing steadily on your feet. You heard a small sudden gasp behind you making you swiftly turn around, claws ready for action but instead you were just met with… Peter?…

”Uhhhm… Hi, how’s it hanging?” you said awkwardly. ”Hi… I-uh… it’s cool, just on my way home, how about you?” he answered just as awkwardly. ”I’m fine” you told him. ”Aren’t you that criminal that Spider-Man has been chasing?” Peter asked suspiciously.

”Yeah” you said simply with a nod. You then heard a police siren in the distance, making you instinctivley grab Peter and pull him down behind one of the dumpsters in the alley while covering his mouth with your gloved hand. He seemed suprisingly chill with it.

Once the sirens sounded to be at a far enough distance you took your hand from his mouth saying ”Sorry about that, part of the job” as you stood up. You reached out a hand to him and helped him up. ”Yeah, no worries, i get it” he said understandingly.

”You’re a nice guy” you stated and had a thought. ”Would you like company home? Queens can be dangerous this time of night” you offered. ”Are you A CRIMINAL offering to walk me home, because it might be dangerous?” Peter asked.

”You don’t have sarcastic about it, i just wanna make sure you get home safe” you said grumpily. ”Okay uhm sure, it’s this way” Peter said and led the way. ”For the record, i’m just a cat burgular and a bit of a menace to Spider-Man, i don’t commit violence related crimes” you defended as you followed him.

”Whatever helps you sleep at night” Peter joked with a smile. You and Peter walked a couple blocks until he stopped outside an apartment building. ”Uhm, this is my building so thanks for the company” he said with a small smile.

It wasn’t his actually his apartment building, his building was on the other side of the street a bit further down the block but fair enough since you’re technically a criminal.

”No worries, it was nice meeting you…” you started realising you needed to act like you didn’t know who he was. ”Peter, my name is Peter” he filled in.

”Well Peter, if you ever need help or if you get in trouble with Spider-Man, just know you have the Black Cat on your side” you told him. ”I don’t think that will happen but thanks anyway” he said.

You just smirked and then grappled away on to the rooftops of Queens to take your loot for tonight to your storage unit. Meanwhile Peter was entering his apartment in small disbeleif of what had happened that night.

this is just. a really complicated question i think

shes framed as the major hero of their divine battle, fighting for the team while m*ry is out of commission with her (admittedly hugely unique) sea-based powers. their expedition to retrieve the (mind the spoilers) amulet of trout was a really fun one and her being the only one to survive the journey into the forest that is skew is really fucking emotional. their power struggle as both become closer to concepts than people- its really strong.

i understand skewfin shippers! theyre so much. theyre implied to get unbelivably close sharing power that is essentially their soul, the knife that was supposed to twist into eachother becoming their shared salvation as theyre forced to use eachother to survive and hold on so close.

the parallels of being the land and sea makes them SUCH an appealing pair, even platonically! its so cool to see that unrelenting purple added to their pallets and ruin the gentle desaturation of their greyed out colours.

the way they both become stronger after nearly all the power leaves them, the way they end up curled into eachother in a scar of the earth like a nest they dug together to rest. its a lot.

on the other hand... she doesnt save anyone. the expansion of the forest doesnt have negative implications- the world has been ruined through urbanization and further removal of natural landmasses. he wasnt hurting anyone necessarily- it was only a threat because the power needed to return to mary so they could survive to save elo from the voidsickness that followed her fall. the world would end regardless, if mary perished.

skew's need for power leading to the thieving of mary's leftover divinity wasnt a flaw of his character, but a necessary plot device that further alienates him (PURPOSEFULLY MAY I ADD) from the main group, who all love eachother. who dont love him like that.

so: no, i dont really think dolphin is a villain, but shes certainly complex!

About two summers back, I was coming up to about the end of high school; I had an old clunker of a pc and wanted to try downloading a game off Steam for the first time. The game was tf2, and it was amazing diving into the community of such an old and beloved game and seeing how much of its influence was present in internet culture.

I discovered your art through tf2, and I scoured through your tag and archive, and I’ve stayed since then. And I was pleasantly surprise to see activity here again

The passage of time and art have always been a struggle for me as well, and I’m sorry you’re going through it too, but I hope this message from a lurker finds you well

hey hey ! i think it's so cool that you got into tf2 relatively late? and i don't say that with any negative undertone, but in a way to express how amazing it is that still today people discover this game and therefore discover its influence on people and have this unbelivable amount of crazily amazing fanworks to look into which is honestly so cool. and like. that there is still a community around. because tf2 is that good. it's also such a banger of a game on itself so good on ya for checking it out, i hope you had some good games so far <3

probably needlessly long-winded lore below the cut

SOMNIAR

Somniar is an elven mage! he was born in the Mahariel clan, but when he was very young and began to show signs of magic, he was left behind in the Denerim Alienage because the clan had too many mages. He was briefly taken in by the Surana family, but a few years later the alienage gave him to the circle where he then grew up in its walls.

Surprisingly I have thought about his relationship with Jowan despite the fact that he's a bit one-off 💀 I think Somniar grew really attached to him and was basically his shadow for the first several years that he arrived there. when he realized he was trans, Jowan gave him all his hand-me-downs so he could wear the male robes because that was almost assuredly something he could not petition the templars for.

When Jowan escaped the circle, Somniar was blasé about being kicked out and conscripted. he found it better than the alternative (tranquility) and therefore went along with it just fine. He had deeply conflicting feelings about actually being a warden, having been raised by the circle to believe that he was uniquely prone to corruption, he worried that becoming tainted was something that would make him unclean or more susceptible to the thralls of evil magic. He didn't really cope with this fear until him and Alistair became truly isolated in their wardenhood after the massacre at Ostagar and he realized he had to be this way regardless, so there was little point in being emo about it.

At Ostagar, he reconnected with another new warden recruit from his birth clan named Sylric who belongs to an IRL friend of mine! Sylric is the one who gives Somniar his vallaslin and helps him reconnect with the Dalish :)

basic overview of his game choices:

• Romanced Alistair

• Travelling party is Leliana, Zevran, and Alistair

• Specializations are arcane warrior and spirit healer :)

1. Saved the circle and rejected the rite of annulment

2. Killed the demon, saved Connor, kept isolde alive, and vied for Jowan to not be executed

3. brokered peace between the Dalish and the werewolves, cured the curse

4. killed Branka, elected Bhelen

5. did not defile the ashes. obviously

6. Kept Alistair in the Wardens, elected Anora as queen, allowed Alistair to execute Loghain

7. asked Alistair very nicely to do the dark ritual

8. SURVIVED!!!!

His post canon is defined by being warden commander at Alistair's side until the events before DAI drove them in differing directions, physically, though as they intended to return to each other. However, in the events of DAI is left in the Fade, so that obviously can't really happen.

After the loss of his husband, Somniar takes a brief trek back to Ferelden with intent of invoking some kind of revenge on the inquisition but is stopped by Advisement of Leliana (who saw this coming)

After this, Somniar goes out on his lonesome and camps at various locations over, sleeping and exploring the Fade, and remains in this constant asleep state until he has a vivid and extremely depressing fade dream (which I have written about :) ) that brings him out of it. Afterwards, he heads to Antiva to travel with his closest friends, Zevran and Sylric <3

HAWKE

Honestly my hawke isn't very complex?? lore wise I think what the game presents is accurate, but im of the opinion that as he got older he became the black sheep of the family, exacerbated by Bethany dying. copes by humor and escapism but is constantly brought back down by The Neverending Agony

my Hawke's complexities are based on his relationships with the others and less on the events that besiege him though, I'd feel bad writing out an entire list of relationship Diagnostics so I will say that:

His most close-knit and authentic relationships are with Aveline, Varric, and Fenris, most complicated (but loving still) are Anders & Carver, and the rest of the companions being his close friends that don't really get to see his most personal side. Except Sebastian who is genuinely this man's arch nemesis.

Overview of my game choices:

• Romanced Anders

• Travelling party is Anders, Varric, and Fenris

• Specializations are Blood mage and spirit healer

• Purple personality mainly, w/ secondary blue :)

1. Carver became a grey warden

2. Duelled the Arishok to save Isabela

3. Helped anders compile the ingredients with pretty much no questions asked 💀

4. Sided with the mages. obviously.

Bonus, Legacy - 5. Sided with Larius to kill Corypheus

6. (DAI) Survived the fade

Post-Fade, Hawke meets up with Carver and Anders to ensure their safety before travelling back to Kirkwall. He is all too happy to tease Varric about being Viscount but gladly helped in furthering the rebuilding effort while thinly obscuring Anders continued existence

FIRUZ

my sweet Dalish mage. Firuz absolutely loved life with his Clan. He was extremely close and familiar with his Keeper above even his own parents, and was basically the clan babysitter. Because of his incredible patience and chaos management, the clan elected him to be the one to watch over the Divine Conclave, much to his dismay.

His vallaslin are of June, the elven God of craft, which fits him well :) despite his magic, Firuz always has a higher affinity for mending and crafting things the old fashioned way. while in Skyhold (less so in haven) he spends his free time crafting armor for his travelling companions and aiding in weapon crafting, which he is admittedly a little bit less good with. He absolutely adores Dalish leather and wood weaving but finds less time to commit to it while leading the inquisition :(

Game choices:

• Romanced Dorian

• Travelling party is Dorian, Cassandra, and Varric

• Specialization is rift mage :)

• War table missions mostly used Josephine and Lelianna

1. Allied with the mages

2. Left Alistair in the Fade :(

3. Kept the Wardens in Ferelden to rebuild

4. Brought Celene and Briala back together and had them rule Orlais as a duo (mostly)

5. Drank from the Well Of Sorrows (hence why his hair turned white 💀)

6. (Trespasser) vowed to stop Solas by any means necessary

7. (Trespasser) Disbands the inquisition

After the events of the main game, Firuz mostly spends his time hunting dragons and taking care of the remaining rifts around the south. He spends a lot of time recuperating from an absolute horror show of a hero's journey, and returning to passions he lost along the way. Firuz starts the game as quite overwhelmed and jumpy about his situation and by the end has mostly entered a state of numb depression. At no point does he take well to being the leader or the hope of the people.

In the few weeks before Trespasser where Dorian has returned to Tevinter "temporarily", Firuz takes as an opportunity to finally return to his Clan, at least for a brief visit. These few days really heal something in him, and give him a deceptively good feeling about the future, which is almost immediately destroyed by the events of Trespasser.

After losing his arm and his partner, he spends a lot of time running Jenny business with Sera, and travelling to visit his friends who have thus scattered to the wind. In particular, he makes good on Varric's offer to come visit in Kirkwall and spends many weeks there overseeing the rebuilding effort and spending time with Varric, Hawke and company. Alongside this, he stays with his Clan long term. Occasionally, he sneaks to Tevinter if permitted, but never for more than a few days. I'm so excited for what horrors DA:D will inflict upon his short-lived peace

Carter Saccharo my beloved bestie Carter Saccharo forever.... Spiceberry yelling at Radiance did nothing but if Carter was there I genuinely believe she could have made Radiance feel bad about herself and her actions. Theres a fic I so very vividly remember were Carter says "you know, when you first came in, if you had broken a glass I would have turned you in to the police" and Opal said "but'cha didnt!" all smug and I think that really descibes their relationship. Carter isnt quite a maternal figure- hes more like the world's most tired older sister, and I think thats beautiful. Also, the fact that her and spiceberry were only *mentioned* to have met in the finale is so tragic- they should have bonded over their shithead wards <3

Anyways, this is my cool new original au idea for a fic. I call it "Carter has a gun and is around the whole book series" and it ends on page 50book 1 when Carter hits Radiance with the blunt of Rose's sword and knocks her unconcious, making her unable to kickstart the plot.

More seriously though, I kind of dig how hes a side character in all this. It really highlights how shes just a regular person- a regular, extremely kind woman whos reaction to a small wet beast on her doorstep (Opal) was to sigh and let them inside. And its a nice contrast to Madame Spiceberry, who helps almost to the point of unbelivably- but Carter feels very regular-person suspicious-but-kind, which I appreciate. (and like, yeah, I get it, Spiceberry is an empath, but also, girl, please dont get robbed.)

You and Sapnap were considered the chaotic couple. You'd both always scream a lot, prank everyone, and cause chaos.

One day you both decided to stream on the SMP together. You both planned to just prank people and have fun, and thats exactly what you did.

"Hello chat, how are all of today?" "I'm seeing good's and great's in the chat. Okay cool! So today me and Sapnap have planned to just prank anyone thats online today." You booted up the game and got in VC 3.

"Hello" "Hey Sapnap, what pranks should we do today? I've been thinking about just mixing everone's items up. Like we get Ponk's stuff and put it in Tommy's chest and vice versa." you told Sapnap. "Hm, I'm in the mood to burn things today and just annoy people, you down for that?" "Yeah I'm down!"

And so you both built penises and burned houses and items, Quackity even joined to help you.

"Does anyone have any netherack? I wanna build a fire penis"

"A FIRE WHAT- HAHAHA"

"Y/N HAHA I THINK, I THINK I HAVE SOME, L-LET ME CHECK"

It was one of the most fun streams you ever had in a while. Quackity was laughing and Sapnap got you netherack and helped you build the fire penis.

After, you ended the stream and stayed on call with Nick and Alex for a bit before calling it a day and sleeping.

Before you could even say anything, Sapnap butted in, "IT WAS ALL HER IDEA, I WAS BRIBED INTO HELPING HER, U WAS HELD HOSTAGE BY THIS CRAZY WOMAN." "HELD HOSTAGE YOU WERE THE ONE THAT SUGGESTED THAT"

You both went on for a good 10 minutes until you were both forced to take all of them down.

As soon as you ended the stream, you jumped on you bed face down since you were tired as hell. You heard some knocking and you said, "Come in!" Sapnap came in and plopped down on your bed beside you and started cuddling you. "You tired?" Sapnap asked. "Yeah, I'm so fucking exhausted." Sapnap just laughed at yor comment, "I also can't believe that you blamed me for your idea. Unbeliveable." you said, in a joking manner. "Hey wait a minute, it was joke, I didn't mean it-" He said defensively. You started laughing, "I know it was silly" you said before pecking him on the nose. "Now, let's get some rest" you said before falling asleep right beside sapnap.

i've finished ontwas, like, yesterday(prolly?). i didn't really write a big 'goodbye' comment under the epilogue, so, imma do it here! don't care, break the rules! note things to apprish and run!

– for me, the relationship between jamie and jack was the foundation for understanding jack. you made them co-exist together and sculptured a dynamic that made me believe he cherishes every last one of the kids in the universe as much as he does jamie -> which made me look at jamie's friends with patience and understanding, made me love skade and miss sophie. it's truly something incredible: how jack gains from the interactions with jamie as much as he gives. this is a golden example of jack's feelings towards all kids (even tho we all know who's fav and how special they are to each other)

– i think that we all hang up on every word of your story cuz your writing style- the feeling of your style is so unique and intricate. it's comforting, because it's almost like a reflection of our world – we will forget the words and people and situations, but not how they made us feel! you write with- with that- lingering sort of social embarrassment & things we all deal with but silently promise each other to look away from and forget! and, like, they happen all the time! everywhere around us! and seeing it in your writing that only, added gently, featherly, understandably, lovingly in a way that only COMPLIMENTS the story overall, it's so unbelivably COOL!! it's how you add awkwardness and realism, how you bring emotions in a new light (i've never seen anything like that! i can close my eyes and easily imagine scenes from ontwas again, like i was there). it's how you let hiccup and jack grow closer and let them comfort each other, cuz comfort kept them going and it's more important than uneasiness/discomfort/unspoken things. it's how you manage the describtion of fear, how you made me care for people in the story (so if i was out of your world, it was easy to jump in again: i just had to stop, put those shitty shoes on, imagine the dread if i had only the info they had, no hope for filling next chapters with the recovery, no certainty in the future, no nothin – and oh BOI did that WORK.)

– your world will live inside my head forever now, because it was real. for the hours i spend reading it, it was real. it is real, heavy with gravity of the main events and wide with things to imagine.

this is actually really good timing because i saw nwh about a week ago so i've had time to marinate and reflect. first let me say i enjoyed the movie and had a lot of fun watching it <3! ok now im gonna tear it apart.

this movie is so insanely complicated. its embarrassing for the mcu to blatantly copy into the spiderverse and do it so BADLY? like i have always hated time travel and multiverse stuff because its confusing but when i watched itsv i was simply blown away by how succinctly they explained the multiverse. i think the greatest strength of itsv's plot is that it doesnt overexplain things. oh theres a machine that opens our dimension up to others and it got messed up? great cool! but nwh is like okay so there's this spell and its very dangerous but dr. strange does it anyways (?) and it gets messed up because peter. talked during it. but its fine because its contained inside a little box but not really because now villains from other dimensions are coming through but its okay because we can send them home but ONLY if peter finds them and brings them to the dungeon first BUT ned also has powers now (??) and he brings the other spidermen into this dimension which like idk why they didnt just come when the villains did but whatever but also peter feels bad now because theyre gonna die etc etc etc like just the basic conflict of the movie can only be reached once you get past all these explanations and circumstances and i hate that tbh!! i dont think a spiderman movie should be that fuckin complicated!! but that's a byproduct of where the mcu is now that they want to incorporate characters from their existing tv series and characters from other franchises. they Have to explain how a sony spiderman got into this movie so they Have to jump through hoops. it sucks! but anyways

im happy with the way they incorporated tobey and andrew. it was really well done. i was so worried it was just gonna be like....5 minutes of content and just a bunch of references without any substance but it wasn't and i'll give them that. i think letting andrew's peter kind of find closure from gwen's death was really nice and meaningful. also andrew is just so funny. and since im talking about andrew's peter and gwen anyways i might as well say something controversial. i dont............care about tom's peter and zendaya's mj. LET ME BE CLEAR i fucking love and adore zendaya and i think she's great. and tom's good too. but like every peter & mj moment in this movie just made me fucking bored like they speak to each other in such a fucking serious & heavy way the whole time. there's no levity or humor between them. andrew's peter and gwen had such a good established back and forth and i think what makes her death so jarring in tasm2 is that until that point, their relationship is so light and fun. tom's peter and mj don't ever seem to have any fun lmao they dont feel like 17 year olds in a happy relationship. im not saying theyre in an unhappy relationship, either, it's clear they love each other! but it's a drag to watch them interact because every interaction they have in this movie feels so heavy and serious and then when the ending happens and they have reason act in a way that's heavy and serious i didn't really feel anything because they're Always like that. and again it's not zendaya or tom's faults i think it's the mcu's writing and the way they're so hellbent on raising the stakes until tom's peter just lives an unbeliveably horrible life. i also didn't feel sad when may died idk maybe it's me!!

now let me nitpick a little. and let me also say that i was a tasm warrior when those movies came out okay. i LOVED tasm2 like i ADORED that movie and still do. and the haters always said noooo its confusing its not well written. and now they wanna come crawling back. yeah sure okay. anyways. they didn't respect the legacy of tasm2 in this movie :( electro didn't act like the electro we knew in tasm2. in that movie, even at the end when he's about to die and nwh picks up, he's just coming into his powers for the first time and he's insecure and his vendetta against spiderman is coming from a very personal place of hurt. in this movie he's just like...a cocky guy. they gave him mcu disease. not to mention the stupid little line where curt connors is like "last time i saw you, you were a little geek" UH how would curt connors have known him?? max was very clearly a nobody who no one at oscorp paid any attention to. so fuck that. also i know ive said this many times but the lack of Any mention of dane dehaan's harry osborn is just dumbbbbb like he was the main big bad of tasm2 and he was setting up the now defunct sinister six (rip) and he KILLED GWEN. the storyline that andrew's peter is still dealing with in this movie. and he never once mentions harry. thats just bizarre to me.

i cant rlly think of anything else these are all my big thoughts. i really don't know where the mcu can go from here. this movie is so messy and complicated and that's only going to increase as the web of marvel's properties continues to tangle. they refuse to step down from their "crossover of the century" mentality because they're banking more on big, midnight premiere crowd screaming type moments than the coherency of their individual movies. if they want to keep bringing in characters from their netflix shows, their disney+ shows, their franchises owned by sony etc etc they're going to end up just making it all into a huge mess that you're required to watch every single installment of to understand. and yknow i love that tom's spiderman has reached the reset point of being who the character actually is. i feel like that was the mcu's acknowledgment that they really fucked him up by making him iron man jr. who fights crime in space with giant robot spider arms. but it cant stay that way right?? because sooner or later the mcu's insistence on making everything bigger and better is going to drag tom's spiderman into space again and he's going to become a larger scale hero again. which is fine! but it will never be as good as tobey and andrew's peters

He is an evil entity, but having a good spirit doesn't really bother Samuel, as long as they don't stay in his way. He will be on neutral territory with Mamoru.

His home country has many legends about the supranatural so seeing a spirit like Mamoru will make him very excited. He is an adventurer after all and he basks into all the unbelivable.

Nadia Nikolina Chirilă

Just like Decebal, she knows many legends from her home country and other foreign legends. She finds Mamoru fascinating to say so.

He is a big fan of supranatural on legends, fairytales and all that folklore. I can see him petting Mamoru as a Shiba Dog while he enjoys his green tea.

One way to make each character in Miraculous Better:

Marinette - Have her drop her stalker attitude for Adrien. It appeared as early as the first released episode and is creepy as shit.

Adrien: Have his message about not trying to woo Ladybug in Glaciator actually stick, and have him do more jokes and less flirting. Instead of him being a flirty joker character, have him be a partner that makes jokes to allievate the mood in akuma fights and to make Ladybug feel better.

Alya: Have her not go after Ladybug’s identity. Not just because privacy, but also because she’s supposed to have read superhero comics, so she should technically know that revealing someone’s identity is BAD.

Nino: GIVE. HIM. MORE. SCREENTIME. AND. LINES.

Chloe: Have her not be as much of a twat post-Zombizou and have her actually try to be better in season 2, like as if she learnt from Ms Bustiers messages.

Master Fu: Reveal himself to Chat Noir the same time as Ladybug, and don’t use the excuse of ‘Chat is not ready’ because it makes no sense in any capacity. If not that... have the fall of the Order of the Miraculous not be BECAUSE FU WAS HANGRY.

Ivan and Mylene: Give them more ship scenes. That’s it. It’s cute.

Nathaniel: Don’t have him rip Marc’s book in Reverser, it is completely out of character for him.

Sabrina: Have her makes more friends aside from Chloe.

Alix: Future Alix that is. Don’t make her be such a twat to Chat Noir. God was she rude in Timetagger.

Rose and Juleka: JUST KISS ALREADY

Max: Give him a better costume as Pegasus. No seriosuly. It’s a horse miraculous, yet they go for this secret agent kind of outfit.

Kim: more shirtless Kim scenes.

Luka: Have him serenade Adrien instead of Marinette. Screw your average ships was and Mr Steal yo girl, I wanna see Mr steal yo boy and Luka being cheeky as shit about it!

Ms Bustier: Have her give Chloe counselling lessons on her behavior and have her be more active in making Chloe a better person. Have there be a subplot with Bustier and Chloe and the latter trying to be a better person thanks to the former. For bonus points have there be a Bustier Vs Hawkmoth moment where both characters try to perusade Chloe to be good or evil respectively.

Wayhem: Give us more Wayhem scenes goddamit. His character growth in Gorizilla was so goddamn good, going from a fanboy into somewhat of an actual hero, and it would be cool to have more scenes with him and Adrien, considering Nino is now glued to Alya’s side. 

Gabriel Agreste/Hawkmoth: Delete the Chat Blanc episode. His characterization completely retcons prior episodes such as Gorizilla in which he refuses to hurt his son. The rest of the Chat Blanc episode was ok, but the way Hawkmoth was portrayed (as well as other reasons) make me thing there shouldn’t even have been a Chat Blanc episode if they were going to portray Hawkmoth like that. Also the episode does nothing for the Story.

Lila Rossi: Oh boy... all I can say is that either she needs a complete rewrite of her character, or the episodes she is in need a rewrite. Her character is ridiculously unbelievable when it comes to her lies, and most of the time her character only works when the other characters are made to be gullible and stupid (such as in Chameleon), which completely contradicts most characters (especially Max, who is supposed to be smart and have a high IQ, being capable of building a robot and all).

Her story needs to be redone so that her deceptions are actually belivable, and her lies changed so that she doesn’t pretends to be friends with a celebrity (Like she is 6). Or better yet, have her ability to lie come from magic (Which can explain why Adrien and Marinette don’t belive her

I would also say make her more of a nuanced character, but making her be more belivable should be a priority here. It honestly makes most episodes she is in grating to watch considering how unbelivable she is.

Nathalie: Dont use the peacock Miraculous if you can just be akumatized into Catalyst and power up Hawkmoth again. I mean seriously, its not like it was a one time power up.

Mayura: I know Mayura is supposed to be Nathalie, but it just doesn’t work for me, considering she was teased as being Hawkmoth’s boss, and having her be as such in canon could have developed the world of Miraculous even more. It does explain Emile’s condition as she wore the Peacock as well, but I feel there could have been more potential for world building if they made Mayura her own character rather than her having be tied to Nathalie.

Kwamis in General: Have them act and be more like wise beings instead of actual children. Voices and size aside, they should be doing more to advise their wielders and offer them help, rather than acting childish and aloof children who need to be cared by the Guardian. Speaking of the Guardian, why do the Kwami’s hold him in such reverence. Sure he may be kind, but the Kwami’s have existed since the dawn of creation! It would make sense for the Kwami’s to be able to know and explain more rather than Fu or any other Guardian.
