For me there were several instances that was clear that they dont get along well. Outside the happy family narrative I thought it was basically a consensus that their rs had issues.

There were several times that Tae tried to sell some narrative and Namjoon didn't even bother playing along.

Yor is a good singer- she sang lullabies to Yuri all the time when they were kids and things were difficult; and she sings them to Anya whenever she's having a bad dream and needs comfort. Loid sometimes will listen in whenever she sings to Anya cause it reminds him of his mom doing the same thing years ago.

Finally, cause it's me and I wanna yell about Blue Lock- I think Nagi is a surprisingly good singer? He's one of those people who have tons of hidden talents, you know? Maybe one day he hears Chigiri singing something under his breath (credit to you friend for the hc that Chigiri can sing :3) and joins in cause he recognizes the tune- it's likely from an anime they both watched at some point. People are so used to celebrity drama trending on twitter they think anyone with a scrap of publicity owes them constant life updates, selfies, and photos of their private jet, and a constantly updated instagram of what they had for breakfast that day. It's stupid, because 6 and his team are literally a small group of friends posting on youtube like literally any normal person. They're not some huge deal, they just got unlucky enough to have a fandom and actual talent go into their content. The internet has an awful tendency to form parasocial relationships and treat online creators as idols and it needs to stop. I've seen fandoms for channels who were quite literally run by just a bunch of college aged dudes fall apart. And that's not unusual, you'll find lots of channels with a similar demographic. I can not understate how much ISPP are just normal people and them being super private is ALSO normal. Not everybody likes blabbing every detail about themselves for the world to see because you don't NEED to know any of that. After all, I don't see y'all putting yourselves on blast on tumblr?

I like it here on tumblr, where I can just continue to shout to the void and ignore the fact I’m being perceived. I like the silence. I like the lack of response sometimes. Maybe I am a little overstimulated by social media. Just a little.

I set things down for a little today after having a rough day. It was nice. I wish I had the ability to do that more often. I am considering making this place my official ramble zone. Perhaps I could spout my head off about the things I don’t share on my louder more spotlit plaforms. It’s nice to take a breath from where you’re constantly viewed, you know? I think I’m tired.

I miss LMK. I feel like my active public expression of interest has been watering itself down because of how much I’ve been avoiding LMKtwt. I have fun in lmktwt sometimes, don’t get me wrong. But like I said, sometimes social media can be so overstimulating. Twt especially. It seems there’s a problem consistently in lmktwt these days, so I’ve been avoiding it a lot. I keep indulging in other interests to cope with hiatus as well. And while I know this doesn’t mean I love LMK any less, it does leave me sad at the thought and fear that what would happen if I fell out of love with this show I love so dearly just bc I’m overstimulated and tired by social media? I won’t think too hard about it. I’ll let things come as they do. I’m still very much in love with LMK. Perhaps I just need a bit of a break. But I love my community and the people I’ve brought together in this community.. sometimes, however, it’s hard not to worry that eventually I will wrap things up in this fandom and say goodbye to a chapter that I hold dear to me. I worry that my audience will not stick around. I wonder if it matters to me, if it should matter at all, if I’m wrong for caring? So I’m taking my time to remind myself to love my other interests, to find value in the cherished moments I’m experiencing now rather than worrying about situations that haven’t even happened yet and might very well not… I’m reminding myself that who cares!! Who cares if people don’t stick around after I eventually move onto the next fandom, people come and go all the time in life and it’s okay to find a new audience that will enjoy my stuff. I like the peace that stepping away gives me.

I feel refreshed. Thanks for listening, silly tumblr followers. If you see me a little inactive on Twt, assume I’m busy or simply just keeping distant from it for my own sake. f1twt has been popping off since the race ended too. someone posted a clip of lando asking his engineer to "SPEAK up" bc you know, his engineer was giving him important information about the tyres and gaps to other drivers at that point. heaven forbid lando want to actually hear that information. anyway they posted that clip with this big rant about how "if yuki told his race engineer to shut up, we/f1 would be attacking him instead of laughing about it" and i was genuinely sitting there reading all of the replies like. people just say things without even listening to the 5 second clips they're discussing anymore because you can very clearly hear him ask his engineer to SPEAK up. it doesn't even remotely sound like shut up. Either way why are you not just.. taking this directly to the admins? Cos I can tell you now, if it is that rp then they don’t look at blogs like this lmao. I know someone who’s friends with the admins and the whole point of the inviting thing is to reduce the amount of toxicity and stuff because new joiners are vouched for by existing ones (but they still uphold their rules from what I’ve seen). But also, people really aren’t that selective? Sure they could be more interactive and make more effort in dms. But feed in general is pretty quiet, it has a lot to do with timing. But people are also more likely to comment on people they’re close to because activity isn’t pushed as much as mkay rps. It’s meant to just be a chill place without all the pressure to be active. If you want a more active place, then I’d suggest joining somewhere else instead. But interactions are also a two way street. Everyone I’ve reached out to since joined has replied. I was anxious about joining in group chats due to thinking like you and that it was selective but when I eventually did start talking in the chats, my muse was welcomed into the conversation and people were engaging even if they had interacted before. It is unfortunate that sometimes you gotta put in a little extra effort with some people to keep a conversation going but eventually you get the effort back from most. But thats gonna happen no matter where you go. My general rule of thumb is that the less active they are in general, you’re gonna be more likely to have to put in more effort. But There’s quite a lot of people there overall, the most active of which (in my experience) will happily reciprocate interactions and chat to you muse! But think about your muse too! Obviously in terms of other people, they shouldn’t pick and choose based on who a muse is. But ooc, you might find it easier to start interactions on a different mise? I was struggling with a muse I had their previously because they’re very introverted, so putting myself in their shoes I struggled to try and think how they’d initiate interactions especially with some of the louder muses there. I switched to a more outgoing muse and it helped me ooc to feel more confident in reaching out because my muse is openly very friendly (because im not my muse so my ability to talk isn’t the same as my muses; I’m acting as my muse, not portraying myself through my muse).

Let It Fall

He can do it just right: not too high, not too low. The pitter-patter is getting louder, so Levi shifts his hold of the umbrella, arm steady as he does. He grips the curved handle, his gray eyes scanning the dirt road while he waits by the subway exit. More people edge past him, the sound of heels and boots clicking in haste.

Levi chews his lip, raindrops hitting the tip of his lashes before sliding down his cheeks.

And today's his lucky day.

It's a torrential downpour--dark skies and thunder rumbling above the metro. People are running for cover, hoods up, capes on. A few are shielding their head with a briefcase or a purse.

"Umbrella, Ma'm? Sir?"

His friend is on the move. A man hands him a few coins and Levi silently watches as they traverse the pedestrian lane. By the time they reach the other end, Farlan is soaking wet. The man, on the other hand, is completely dry underneath. Levi knows this is part of their job.

Praying for sunny weather won't stop the rain, but hope springs eternal.

He's a nobody, though. An ojek payung. Just some random stranger who holds umbrellas up for those who can afford to spare him a few bucks through the day.

Unlike him, Farlan is good at this. He's more attentive to strangers, more charming with the way he speaks. He's taller, too, so it makes more sense that people would opt for his minute service without the slightest hesitation. Others would stare at Levi first, eyebrows raised at his deadpan expression when he offers to provide them some cover from the rain.

He's still mulling it over when Farlan whistles at him. "Levi! Hurry up!"

Two people are standing by the station. One umbrella can't cover the both of them, so Farlan directs his gaze at Levi with a nod and that's the signal for him to help. Farlan assists the man, leaving the other unintentional customer to his friend.

So Levi steps in, umbrella held up high for the person, but--

"I think it's better if I hold it, don't you think?" They smile at him.

"No, Ma'am, Sir," he stammers, not knowing what to say. "I can do it."

Their smile widens even more. "Oh, but you've been doing it all day. Allow me?"

The stranger gently pries his fingers from the handle and raises it even higher for both of them. Their hand is larger than his, fingers so slender and nails so well-kept. Levi swallows, mesmerized. Above them, the skies rumble even louder.

"Ready?" He looks at them. He has nothing else to offer his arm.

Thankfully, the person accepts it.

"Lead the way," they say, hooking their arm under his.

Together, they cross the road where this person could catch a cab by the shed. Judging by their expensive coat and the leather briefcase, Levi can tell that they're a corporate executive. A few cars pass them by the intersection, puddles of rainwater splashing at them as they go. As soon as they reached the crosswalk, someone honks at them, headlights flashing. They whip their head towards the incoming vehicle in a panic.

Before the truck can do some damage, Levi coaxes the stranger closer to him and steers them to the side in the nick of time. "Be careful," he says. The coast is now clear, but his grip is still tight.

"Did you just pull me by the waist?"

He immediately lets go. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it, I was trying to--"

"Thank you."

"What?"

"Thank you." Their eyes are too kind. "I know it's strange, but you make me feel safe," they tell him, almost too cheerful for someone he's never met before.

It's so out of nowhere, so out of place, and even though praying for sunny weather won't stop the rain, maybe in this part of the city praying works in some other ways.

Once they reach the shed on the opposite end, the stranger hands him a crisp paper bill. "Keep the change. I hope to see you again...?"

He knows what they're asking for, so he gives it to them. "Levi."

"Levi," they say it again. "It's a beautiful name."

He stands alongside them by the shed, waiting. If only time could stop, he would have loved to get to know them even more. To let the rain fall again and again so he could spend more time underneath the umbrella with them. To let a million other things pass them by so he could stare at nothing but their eyes.

They hail a taxi almost so soon, and Levi holds the door open for them.

Before he closes it, he can't help but ask, "What's your name?"

The stranger smiles again, like they knew he would. It's quite an unexpected meeting in the middle of the city, but they give it to him nevertheless. "Hange. Hange Zoe. It's a pleasure, Levi," they say, knowing they have nothing to thank but the rains above them.

I have so many things I wanna say about chapter 138 and I am so sorry I only got to it now. I think most Levihan fans already said what I wanted to say but either way, I’ll just give some thoughts I entertained when these came out. 

Coz first of all… 

As a Levihan shipper, I am obviously ecstatic about this but as most people know, I come from a household where everyone is not too enthusiastic about Levihan. They are so very enthusiastic about INVALIDATING LEVIHAN in particular that my sister and my parents who don’t even watch AOT just come up to me while I’m staring at Levihan art on tumblr and go… 

“What are you doing?” 

“Staring at art.”

“Oh, is that the one couple you like who don’t even love each other or smthg.” 

Cause apparently my sisters who watch AOT and my boyfriend have been SO vocal about invalidating Levihan that even my parents now are on ship that they aren’t even a thing and I’m just delusional but yes, since I live in a house where literally ‘shipping Levihan’ is on the same level as ‘the curtains are blue so the narrator is sad’ type of interpretation, I will start by mentioning a more pragmatic argument to this whole Levihan and Eremika parallel. 

While I am one of those who can definitely see that yes those were clear parallels, there are some louder people( mostly Eruri shippers) who think that LH fandom is just grasping on straws and trying to diminish their supposedly canon ship( because EL and EM ackerbonding thing) so I was wondering what is your view on this?

So, to break down the argument...

It’s a war story blah blah blah. And besides Mikasa loved Eren from the start blah blah blah. 

I think this is an argument I see a lot. Because Yams is writing a war story and I think a lot of people are suggesting that it’s a war story here is no way anyone can be canon or anyone can have romantic relationships. 

AND I HATE THIS TAKE. Relationships are human nature. Yes, being arromantic exists but I don’t believe that in a fictional space, romance can ever NOT exist. Because most---or scratch that--- I believe all humans will search for companionship and I do not believe it is ever reaching to jump from whatever companionship exists between people and contemplate the potential of romance, except incest but that’s another story. 

Yeah because if there’s no kiss or sex then it’s not a romance apparently. 

Well guess what, we’re all reaching then, cause only Eren and Mika got the kiss. But lemme drop some social experiment I did. 

I actually showed the Eremika and Levihan ‘Let’s live together scenes’ side by side to a colleague at work who doesn’t watch AOT and she told me, WITHOUT CONTEXT, that she prefers the scene between Levihan more than Eremika and the reason behind that is because there were undertones, specifically in the Korean translation’ that Hange was tired, and there’s this apparent romantic-ness to it when you dream of something when you’re tired and when you dream of a particular someone. 

Because here’s the thing, when you love someone, when you decide to be in a  relationship with someone, that person will be your HOME. And now that I think about it, it definitely hits for me more, because when Hange was tired, when Hange was completely exhausted and spent, she dreamt of a future with Levi. 

And don’t you think that it’s more romantic that ‘despite everything, she thinks of him’ compared to ‘she constantly thinks of him?’ Because I dunno, when someone is constantly thinking of someone, there’s actually no effort really needed for the feeling to grow, but when ‘they think of someone, despite everything.’ There’s this idea that the relationship can withstand more things and that means they thought long and hard about it. 

Their life is so interesting and eventful, yet at the end of the day, there exists someone who still shines brighter than life itself and that’s why ‘Despite everything, she thinks of him’ rings brighter than ‘she constantly thinks of him’ for me at least. 

Probably a personal preference thing but either way… Just my take. 

Western people don’t consider running away ‘romantic?’ 

This is something I’ve discussed with filo moots multiple times and this is something I’ve thought about reading the Japanese and English translations, reading the Filipino Soc Med AUs and having my friend read the Korean ones.  

The Japanese and Koreans are quick to see the romantic undertones, a lot of my Filipino moots are quick to see those romantic undertones too. But we have the western fandom on Reddit going ‘Yo Erehisu foh evah’ and people saying ‘Levihan not canon they didn’t kiss.’ 

But YO both of my parents are ‘tanan’ (runaway in tagalog) babies. My mom actually ran away with a man and wasn’t allowed to talk to her dad until she graduated. My dad disobeyed his parents to marry my mom. They were setting my dad up with another woman and they were going to have a big wedding and everything but my dad was like…

NOPE Imma run away and marry this woman. 

And can I just say, my parents are the MOST unromantic people but they literally disobeyed their parents, ran away together, literally risked their relationships with their parents to make it work. 

And my parents are one of the few people in their family who are still in a happy relationship even after 25 years of marriage. 

Okay, I admit, sometimes running away is a dumb decision and shouldn’t constantly be romanticized. 

But I don’t think a lot of people understand the gravity of what ‘tanan’ entails. Legit, it was emphasized in 138 already, if Eren ran away, Paradis could have been overrun by military soon. And if Hange and Levi ran away to the woods, ‘what would there have been left for them? 

And in real life, my mom literally gave up her relationship with her dad to try to make the relationship work. My dad gave up the comforts of marrying a rich woman in a lavish wedding to marry my mom. 

They literally had a civil wedding, went out to eat Chinese noodles and China town as a post wedding meal and 25 years later, they have one of the strongest relationships I’ve ever seen. 

AND NO ONE RUNS AWAY WITH SOMEONE FOR THE LELZ. So yes, running away with someone will always be romantic for me.

And the Ackerbond?

Something I always find myself asking. Why do people want the Ackerbond to actually be a thing? Because if the Ackerbond were real, then wouldn’t that invalidate all Eruri and Eremika even more since we know they’re just trapped in the relationship like Stockholm syndrome or something? 

And besides didn’t Yams debunk that chapters ago?

So maybe Yams got it from them?  My memory on that convo is hazy but it’s only possible that he built Eremika from there. And Levi and Hange’s development is just incredibly different that I don’t think Yams thought that far to do it. 

My theory here is that Yams is writing a war story and he only has one way he could have ever shown romance in a war story and that’s through ‘running away’ so I believe the parallels are unintentional but I genuinely believe that this was Yam’s way of showing romantic undertones. 

And I personally do not think that Levi and Hange would have ever kissed in that time in their life, at least intentionally and I hoenstly commend Yams for doing such a good job with the subtlety of the romance because I’ve literally seen so many great characters in other stories completely butchered by a poorly done romantic subplot so I aint complaining about these romantic undertones. 

But either way,

I hang in the Japanese fandom a lot and there have been lots of fandom discussion on Levihan becoming endgame if 132 didn’t happen. And there are actually articles on this putting Levihan as endgame along with Eremika so I’m kinda suspecting that invalidating Levihan is an anime-only fan and reddit fandom type of thing.

Kageyama x Reader Headcanons

I’m currently working on a Part 2 of my Karma x Reader fanfic after being on a break, so enjoy these headcanons while I work on it! ^^

Okay so Kageyama would be really nervous at the beginning of your relationship- he may be a confident volleyball player but he’s a shy boi when it comes to holding hands and stuff you know PwP

Because he’s never really focused on relationships, he’s inexperienced so he’s never really known where to start

But then when it comes to you- he just seemed to be at his best potential so much more-

So many things about you made him fall in love-

He feels like the luckiest guy in the world (stop making me feel extra single TwT)

He’s a total tsundere

I feel like he would keep your relationship a secret at the start because he doesn’t want other people (ahem, Hinata) teasing him about it.

Eventually you guys would become closer so he would be less shy

I can just picture Kageyama giving you his hoodies (how cuteeee TwT) when it’s cold or just whenever you feel like it

You guys have to have study dates from time to time because you know how this boi’s grades are O_O

One time he forgot his notebook at your house so you dropped by the gym after school the next day-

And that’s how Kageyama’s team found out about you PwP

“Bakayama, you have a girlfriend?!”

“Shut up boke...”

Honestly Tsukishima and most of the team (especially Tsukki) would be surprised- “The King of the Court has a girlfriend?!”

“Y/n, how do you deal with him? He’s like the Grouch in real life!”

To them, it was impossible for someone like Kageyama Tobio to have a girlfriend, but to you, it was most definitely possible

Kageyama just acted differently around you- it’s just something about you that brought out his tsundere side

After the team found out about the relationship you would stay and watch their practices after school

Eating meat buns at Coach Ukai’s shop was the best part UwU

You guys would rarely have couple fights, most of time would be about how he spent too much time on volleyball and overworking himself and barely sparing enough time on your relationship

It would almost always end up in Kageyama ignoring you for a two weeks at most

Most of the time you were the one to confront him after a fight

But he would overcome his stubbornness sometimes and come up to you

On dates you guys would watch Netflix on his couch and cuddle, or if you guys feel like it, to an amusement park

Overnight stays at his house end up with star-gazing on a hill at 2 am if you guys can’t sleep

(I know what your dirty mind was thinking- stop it QwQ)

You two would go grocery shopping together on the weekends if you both are free (you bet there will be lots of milk in your shopping cart OwO)

I feel like your first kiss will happen a few months into your relationship, when he gets comfortable enough

Cheering him on at his volleyball games really boost his confidence

Like, it is scientifically proven that Kageyama Tobio loves it when you attend his games (he won’t admit it but-)

Sometimes you even compete with Oikawa’s fangirls by screaming “Karasuno!!!! Fight!!!!” louder than the entire stadium!

Or maybe even just “Kageyama-kun!!!! Do your best!!!”

He would call you Y/n-chan and you would call him Tobio-kun OwO

I want to say sorry for this, but I need to speak. I love the jikook community here, I like that we are safe at least here, I had to close my twt account for a bit because what is happening is awful. Shippers, solo akgaes, the amount of people hating on jimin and jikookers is growing more than ever. I know that you all say here that it’s only a small part of fandom,but it’s the part that is louder, 1

no one checks tumblr or other sns. Medias, big accounts and bts themselves are there, these people have power. This growing bullism frightens me like hell, so much that today I thought that it will be better for bts to go away for a bit, many will probably go away from the fandom and maybe it will be peaceful, or who knows just for once they could do the fanservice these people want, let them party and leave everyone alone. 2

I opened an account in the hope to find people alike, people who love bts for the music, I found none of this, jimin is my bias yes, but I love everyone but it seems like you can’t love jm and jikook and also love tae, nope people will attack you. What makes me angry in particular is that they are cancelling us, because in their minds we hate tae, when they do not do the same thing with people who really defame him on daily basis. I’m starting to think they all are shippers and 3

really don’t give a damn about him…I’m tired really, so tired. They do not deserve this. They always spread love and positivity, just to have hate and toxicity… 4

Hi anon...I completely understand your frustration and weariness. I saw all of the drama from twitter yesterday. I don’t understand this cancel culture mentality. Look at the evidence for yourself, before jumping on a train of accusing people of being toxic. I believe Jikookers are unfortunately being targeted, because they have called out Taekook Lives on her lies, manipulation and mistranslations, which have been proven time and time again, so Taekookers are mad and going after any Jikook account they feel they can mess with.

Do I think all Taekookers are toxic accounts? No I’ve come across some that are actually quite reasonable. Do I believe all Jikook accounts are angels? No I’ve seen some that can be problematic.

Taekookers always assume because Jikookers don’t think Tae and JK are in a relationship that we are ALL somehow Tae antis, which is just stupid in my opinion. I as I believe many other Jikook blogs do, love all the boys as individuals first and foremost. We love them as a group and then we love Jikook as the couple we belive them to be. I nor most Jikookers I’ve seen hate on Tae. There’s not reason for us to do so. We know that all the boys are close, so why would we need to hate on him, just because we believe that JK and JM are in a relationship? It makes no sense.

Now it is unfortunately different on the other side with with a lot of Taekookers. They do hate on JM because of his close relationship with JK. It’s just crazy to me. You don’t have to believe they are in a relationship, but you also don’t have to paint JM as some gay cover for the real gay relationship, which is the stupidest things I’ve ever heard in my life. You don’t have to paint JK as some evil mastermind always trying to make Tae jealous using JM, or Tae this person who is always sad, because JK is hanging with JM. Like what type of relationships have these people seen in their lifetime to believe that these are great relationships?

Anyway, I’m getting off topic and this is getting long. All I can really say anon is, just continue to enjoy the boys and what they mean personally to you. Enjoy the music, love Jikook, take in all the content we receive with joy. When it gets to be too much, just take a break from social media. Walk away from it and recharge your batteries. Do a hobby, read a book, be with family. I do this often for my own sanity, to not let the toxicity of what this fandom can unfortunately bring sometimes.
