i was gonna watch this episode anyway but i love how korean youtube is so thorough u kinda don't have to

love that they were introduced as hankibum their sibling dynamic is so much fun. and key looks soooo good in that suit and glasses wow. key's attitude is very "this is my house let me show u how it's done" and hanhae is like quaking in fear sitting next to mijoo

u can feel the love the producers have for key in his intro sequence there's so many iconic moments and they made sure to include shinee and solo promotions and how he invented the ending fairy joke when hanhae's was mostly about how funny he is. hanhae is very loved but key is the show's star its hero its pride and joy.

key's analysis on how nolto and its spin-off idol dictation feel different is so smart and concise i rly wanna talk like him 😭😭 he says it feels chattier and younger and more casual with talking over each other and they said they're actually being quieter today following key's lead because of how much they respect him on nolto. and he says it like instead of louder he says the decibel is higher and when he's explaining how senior mc shin dongyeop isn't there and changes the dynamic because only boom is mc-ing he brings up hyeri's 4 syllable idiom for it and it's hilarious.

♡ Chan

The moment you told him he was going to be a dad he’d already be jumping with joy

Like he would absolutely be ecstatic

He’s the“babe we HAVE TO get this for the baby I know they’ll love it” or the “look at what I got for the baby” kinda dad

And when his baby girl is born he’s treating her like the little princess she is the day she’s born 

He’s so gentle and soft with her it’s literally so hard not to just coo when you see them together

If she cries his heart breaks a little and he will do everything and anything to make her stop

When she’s a bit older he’d take the extra time to pack her cute little lunches with notes when she had to go to daycare 

He doesn’t even flinch when she brings a dress to him and asks for a tea party because he’d be down no questions asked

Will put his whole ass heart into acting during play time for his daughter

And when she’s a little bit older and can have school crushes it’s going to crush Chan

Because daddy’s princess is attracting boys he deems unworthy even though he knows damn well he saw them holding hands

To sum this up Chan will absolutely adore his daughter to the depths of hell and back even  if it breaks his heart a little bit each day to see her growing up so fast

The day you told him you guys were going to be parents he couldn’t stop smiling

His reaction would be mundane but his actions would show he’s much more excited 

Like each night your bump grows he’s always talking to the baby and putting his ear to your belly and kissing it

He’s literally so excited he came home one day with like a bag full of baby clothes and toys and he’d just have the biggest smile ever

Like man really do be planning for this baby’s arrival my dude 

He’ll be extra super sweet to you too and make sure your super relaxed and comfortable anytime he can

But at the same time he’s like come on we have to go buy this, this, and this for the baby even when your only like 2 months pregnant 

And when the baby arrives he’ll be so happy and cry when he finally gets to hold his son

god Woojin would just adore his little boy like he can’t even begin to express how much he loves his son

He’d buy them matching outfits, take him to the parks and let him help with grocery shopping

And he’d allow his baby boy to adventure and explore because seeing his son be expressive and happy just makes his heart so warm

Oh and the amount of toys this boy will have will be absolutely ridiculous 

There is not one dinosaur his son wouldn't have, he’d probably have a whole bin

Woojin would be the type of dad that enjoys watching his son play and joining in every now and then rather than be the high energy chasing around the house type of dad

Though he does have his days where he can run around and be a complete jokester with his son 

But most of his time his son is either playing quietly with him or they’re napping together quietly after watching tv or Woojin read him a book

His son would be so well behaved yet so cute🥺

♡ Minho

When you told Minho he was going to be a dad he’d deadass be so proud like damn I really just created life with this beautiful human being

And you better believe he’s proudly telling the boys and family he’s about to be a dad

Though he’d also be really excited and want to spoil his child

He’d buy them all the high quality baby stuff because why the frick not

And when your baby bump is getting bigger he always talking to the baby that way and waiting for when it kicks 

And high key scolding his baby when he thinks they kicked too hard  💀

He absolutely adores the fact the he’s going to be a father for this baby though

When the baby’s born Minho can’t stop smiling and he’s just so proud of you and happy he might cry a bit 

The first stuff toy he’ll buy for his baby girl is definitely a cat no questions asked

He’d fawn over this baby girl so much because he just thinks she’s so precious

And when she’s still young he’d always have the baby carrier on him because there’s no separating the two

Minho would definitely pull small innocent pranks like the type you see on TROS 

But he does it because he just wants to see his baby girl smiling and laughing all the time while creating a strong bond with her 

And when she cries his heart breaks a little and he fake cries in hopes it brings up her spirit

He’s just got such a huge soft spot for her that when one she likes one of her “uncles” more he high key gets jealous 

And when she gets older protective Minho is out and about

He’s gotta set the rules down of absolutely no dating till 20

And when he sees his baby interacting cutely with another boy he’s highkey upset but his baby is so happy he can’t do anything about it 

So he’s just fuming off on the side in jealous dad while glaring at the little boy with his daughter

Lord have mercy on Changbin when you tell him he’s going to be a dad

He’s trying so hard not to cry but he can’t help it and is smiling all goofy and wide

God he’d buy all the toys and stuff toys just for his baby girl

He’d even buy her a matching Gyu 

And when his baby girl finally is born he can’t even stop crying and smiling because he’s so happy

When it’s his turn to watch baby he’s playing all the little princess games and probably will go as far as acting the princess's horse

Just anything to hear his baby’s laugh

And when she gets a bit older and he has to go back to the group but it’s his turn to watch her you can bet he’s in the studio with her

He just adores the way she dances and tries to sing along with the music

He’s starting this rapper young 💀

And when the whole family is together you better believes he’s planning a family picnic 

Deadass will become the dad that creates the hella extra, but cute and thoughtful lunches for his daughter 

Ugh Changbin will just love the freak out of his daughter and will highkey get jealous when she favors a member over him even if it’s just for a day or an hour before she’s crying for him

He just adores her so much because wow he really just created life with the person of his dreams

At first Hyunjin didn’t process all the information fully and he’d be sitting there for a minute smiling before turning his head back to you at neck breaking speed

And Hyunjin can be a bit dramatic… and let’s just say he almost passes out but is crying but is excited and he can’t just pick one

ANYWAYS

Hyunjin would be ecstatic to know he’s going to be a father but also a little nervous

But that wouldn’t tamper his mood for preparing for his little dude’s arrival 

He’d probably be the dad to buy his kid designer clothes, and buy matching pairs just for the family

And when his little son finally arrives, he’s so excited he almost forgets that his son was literally just born and he can’t just take him home

But he’s so gentle with his baby boy when he’s still little

Like he’s always rushing when he hears his son’s crying, always cooing when he’s laughing and can probably be found asleep with his son cuddled in his arms after a long day

And when his son’s a bit older they’re literally the perfect pair

When Hyunjin’s walking out of the room, his little boy is holding his hand with his favorite toy in his other hand dragging right behind them

And when Hyunjin’s getting ready his son is copying him the best he can 

It’s literally monkey see monkey do with these two and Hyunjin finds it absolutely adorable that his son looks up to him so much 

But they’re also the goofiest pair ever and there’s never a dull moment with these two

They’re either running around giggling or going on adventures to fun places

And when his baby boy is a bit older he loves joking around with his dad and saying stuff like “mom is the best!” just to hear Hyunjin jokingly say “you punk” and chase him around

They’re just so close and it’s honestly so adorable

♡ Jisung

Honestly at first he really thought you were joking

Like he’d be smiling and be like haha babe really funny and then he’d see your still smiling and not getting mad he found out your joke

And his face would go from haha got you to OH SHOOT U FOREEAL super happy face 

He’d then immediately tackle you into a hug but we won’t talk about that

Jisung would be so excited but won’t have any idea what he’s doing and is probably panically calling his mom every .02 seconds 

He’d definitely put in the time to figure out the best for his baby and buy all the cute baby stuffies

And when his baby girl is born he’s literally crying when he finally gets to hold her because to him she’s the prettiest thing in the world

He’d buy her all the prettiest dresses and will even take the time to learn how to do her hair 

He’d even buy her the cute bows and hair clips 🥺

And while he’s all into buying his baby all the stuffed toys and clothes he’d also be there to applaud her on the little achievements she has

And will literally record ever moment he has with her because MEmoRiEs

Like you can be at work and get the randomest, most funny or wholesome video ever of the both of them  and you’ll never know which type you’re getting that day 

And when he establishes she’s a total papa’s girl he will not hesitate to boast about it 

But let’s be real about the moment she was born they were inseparable, they’re both adorable crackheads since birth 💀

♡ Felix

He genuinely thought you were pranking him because he had seen those videos of girls who prank their boyfriends with the “baby in me” prank 

Like Felix would look at you so done and then be like babe that’s not funny

And when you don’t apologize and just keep giggling it settles in and he’d freak out for a moment 

Then he’ll  get all excited and hold you tight and be like “WERE GOING TO BE PARENTS”

And then be like brb I gotta go tell my mom about this

Like he’s so happy he’s telling literally everyone and anything he’s going to have a family with the love of his life

He’d probably become super sentimental too and just start crying because he’s just so happy

Though at the same time he’s super excited for the baby he’s literally pointing out everything baby related and trying to convince you the baby needs it 

And before the baby’s even born he’d definitely buy a baby photo album and a new camera to keep all the memories 

When his baby girl is born he’s honestly so soft and crying all over again 

And when he takes her home he does no hesitate to give her a house tour when she’s up from her nap

Felix would probably come up with a cute nickname for her like buttercup or something like that

And he'd genuinely enjoy playing dolls with her and hosting tea parties

He can’t bear to pull pranks on her though because as soon as he hears her cry he’s already scooping her up and trying to cheer her up

She’s just so precious to him and  he thinks she only deserves to spend her childhood laughing in good and loving memories

Though when she is a little bit older he probably would pull small and harmless pranks on her

 But for now he’s probably doing her hair while she discusses about her favorite cartoon with a bowl of snack in hand

♡ Seungmin

When you told Seungmin he was going to be a dad all he could do was give you soft eyes and smile because he was so happy and excited he didn’t know what to do

But when you hugged him he’d cry a little bit and ramble on about how he’s so happy to be starting a family with you

And afterwards he’s all excited to start planning asking like what color should the room be and all that good stuff

He’d be the type of dad to pick up a couple cute things he think the baby would enjoy on the way home and just silently place it in the room, which is  just so heart warming because you know he’s trying

And when he found out you were going to have twins he’d be really shocked but he wouldn’t love them any less

Like the moment he gets to hold both of them he’s a soft mess who’s all teary eyes while holding both of them

He’d be such a good dad and he makes it look easy while taking are of both of them

Seungmin could be braiding his little girls hair while also playing with his son and no one will ever know how he keeps them so calm

It’s just so cute though seeing him hold both of them while taking them out on adventures and allowing them to help him

He just adores his twins so much honestly  and that’s why he finds it difficult to get upset with them

You’ll always either find him asleep with both of them on either side of them or playing around the apartment there’s no in between 

He’s also the type of dad that enjoys his kids genuine help when he tries to make something nice for you and if they mess up the surprise all he can do is laugh

But if there’s one thing Seungmin’s very specific on is teaching his twins to clean because he’s not about to have a messy house oh no no no hunty 

Though half of the time he does help them and gets them ice cream afterwards because he can never say no to them 

♡Jeongin

When you told him he was going to be a dad he’d smile so wide and keep asking if you were for real because he’s just so happy 

He might have a little happy breakdown but that’s okay because right afterwards he’d be all excited telling you all the things he can’t wait to buy for your guys baby

Though he’d also be a little timid and alwaying making sure to get your okay with the necessary things the baby would need

Otherwise when it comes to toys he’s buying everything and anything he sees because his baby deserves everything

And when his son is born he can’t help but smile lovingly at his little boy as he’s sleeping in his arms

Jeongin would be pretty gentle and careful during the baby’s first months home partially because he’s nervous but mostly because he doesn’t want to make his son cry

Though when he’s older Jeongin’s all in for running around the house, having cute little dance parties and singing nursery rhymes with his little boy

When he’s not playing around with his son he’s probably taking him out to some picnic adventures or an amusement park

If not he’s probably amusing his son with his trot singing because he just loves the way it brings amusement to his face 

Other than that you can find them having a seemingly important conversation while sharing a bowl of fruit

When in reality their discussing about what his son’s favorite toy is while Jeongin tries to make him eat

you’ve been spending your whole week inside your apartment. most times, you allow the time to pass by laying on your bed, staring at nothing, or sleeping. you lost count of how many times your phone has rung in the last few days ― you barely even look at it anymore, except for the times you have enough energy to at least tell one person that you’re doing okay and that there’s nothing to worry about.

except, they all knew it’s a lie.

your phone has about 50 notifications from calls and messages you got from the members, your family, and friends. your heart is shattering knowing you’ve put them in great distress by making them worry about you ― hell, if you could just pick up the right amount of energy to communicate and let them in, you’d do so in a heartbeat, just to set their heart and mind at peace.

but, it’s been a long withstanding war between you and your mind when it comes to letting people in and seeing you weak. chan pointed this out to you long before you even entered the relationship, but you just can’t easily put your guard down, especially not when you’ve had it up for years.

your eyes zoomed into the little succulent placed on the corner of your room. it was given to you by chan when you celebrated your birthday last year. since then, it has made its presence known in your room, giving it a bit more personality and magnifying the air of calmness in your little nook. your chest tightened at the memory; you miss chan, you have been mentally beating yourself up since this episode started because all you wanted to do right now is to have chan by your side and have his arms wrapped around you, but your barriers renders you unable to do so.

lost in your thoughts, you didn’t even notice it when tears suddenly started dripping from your cheek… one… two... until it continuously flowed. your body felt weak, as your week flashed in your mind — the memory appears like a reel behind your lids. how you pretended to be cheerful in your workplace only to come home and be welcomed by the familiar emptiness as soon as you get home. you felt your body crashing on the floor as your chest began tightening. there’s not much room for air in your lungs but the floor is wide enough to fill up with your unrelenting tears.

if only i did things differently, surely, something must have changed? you thought to yourself.

stupid, so fucking stupid.

at this point, even you have no idea what you’re chiding yourself for. your brain will dig up all your memories, even the smallest, inconsequential things that you did — no matter how old it was. you bit your lip trying to reign in your cries, your hands crawled upwards and towards your scalp, tearing through it and locking your hair strands into a tight grip.

your clothes seems to be one of those bad decisions right now; the pair of shorts and ratty t-shirt allows your skin to be in your line of sight. the scars that marred your skin — on usual days, are faded and doesn’t bear any hold over you, for you have learned to accept them after a long warring within yourself. but, in times like this, they’re glaring reminder of everything you wish you haven’t done and a long line of insecurities.

looking down at the faded jagged lines, your eyes from your tears and at last, an anguished cry teared through your throat. fuck, i’m so sorry.

please, you whispered quietly into the empty room.

a loud, incessant ring pierced through your bedroom, making you flinch as it brought you back to reality.

your eyes wildly scanned the room, looking for the source of the sound. even the ringtone was unfamiliar, but as it continuously rang, you realized it was your work phone haphazardly tucked in one of your table drawers. moving sluggishly, you crawled your way near the drawer to get the phone. trying to compose yourself before picking the call up, knowing it’s probably a call from the office, you tried to stabilize your breathing. but, you were shocked to find chan’s name in the caller i.d.

this time, you picked up his call. you didn’t even bother hiding the fact that you were crying. as soon as his soft voice echoed through the speaker, you began to sob.

“y/n? hey? what’s wrong?” chan tried to keep his voice calm.

the ceiling looks empty, you thought to yourself as you tilt your head upward, “i’m sorry.”

chan felt like he was knocked out of air when he heard you apologize brokenly over the phone.

“no…no… you don’t have to be sorry, okay?” he whispered softly, his voice raspy with emotions as he anxiously paced around his studio, looking for his wallet, jacket and his car keys.

he knew there is something wrong the moment you dropped contact from almost everyone last week. he knew from experience that you prefer being left to your own devices until you feel okay enough to acknowledge it. but, even if you refused to let his visit you for long periods of time, he would still come knocking at your door from time to time or blow up your phone until he knows that you’re okay.

this was the very first phone call that you initiated after a week and you were crying, it was enough to bring alarm to chan.

his whole body felt cold, jittery even but he tried to calm himself down so he can safely drive to your place. he kept the phone call going, connecting the call in his car so he can talk to you while driving.

“i.. just… i don’t know, chan,” you whispered raggedly into the phone, the tears never stopping. your head began pounding not too long ago and your body felt tired. but, the tightness in your chest never eased, it’s just there, making you grow uncomfortable as each minute pass by.

“it was just a bunch of stupid decisions i made, but somehow, it still haunts me to this day,” you breathed, choking towards the end of your words. as you closed your eyes, you can almost remember how it felt, the familiar rush you felt — it was never the good kind, and it always fuels your self-hatred after every single line.

the walls and ceilings looks emptier than ever. you clutched  your shirt tightly in your fist, willing the tightening in your chest to ease and the memories to fade along with it.

while his voices appeared calm and gentle to your ears, his insides are on a turmoil, wanting nothing more than to be by your side this instant. he is scared out of his wits, he is terrified of the scene he might see when he reached your apartment. but, at the moment, the fact that you’re still on the line is enough to lessen his fear and nerves.

“baby, listen to me, alright?” his inquiry is met with silence, “y/n, baby, are you listening?” he tried one more time, his voice cracking from its calm façade.

your sobs and low hum was enough of a reply to him, so he decided to continue. “you don’t have to be sorry, okay? your scars are a reminder of a battle that you won and you’ll continue to win.” he trailed off, swallowing back his tears as he nears your place.

“just stay on the line… please… just until the pain subsides,” you whispered into the phone. shirt remaining clutched tightly in your fist with your breathing slightly labored.

he inhaled sharply, “of course, baby. just answer one question for me, okay?” when you replied with a quiet ‘yes’, he continued talking. “you’re not hurt?” there’s a silence between the both of you.

“…i think, i feel empty enough that it hurts.”

“okay,” he breathed in sharply. “okay, wait for me. i’ll be there, baby. for now, I want you to breathe through your nose. follow my counting, okay?” he parked his car before running through your building, being mindful not to alert you of the change in his breathing so he can assist you better during the breathing exercise.

“I’m right outside, okay? it’s okay. you’re doing great, baby,” he assured you before you heard the sound of your door opening and closing and there stood chan looking restless as his eyes frantically look over your body and around it, looking for any sign that you’re hurt. you heard a him dropping the call as your eyes raked over his features, as if it’s making sure that chan is not a figment of your imagination.

finding no sign of you being hurt, he began approaching you, he can’t help the way his heart clenched as he fought his own nerves. you both know it’s not physical pain that you need to be worried about right now. his arms slowly cradled you in a hug as he sank to his knees beside you. once again, your sobs echoed in the room as you desperately clung to him — both feeling relieved and scared; relieved, as you felt the familiar warmth and smell the scent of chan; scared, because this gaping hole you felt inside of you seems bigger than you’ve ever known.

his fingers went to your hair, gently stroking to offer you some comfort and kissing the top of your head.

“you’re doing great, y/n. you’re strong. this isn’t bigger than you. YOU are bigger than this, and if i have to run all the way here or call you every day just to remind you that, i’d do it in a heartbeat.”

chan moved the both of you to your bed. with your head placed on his chest, he continued his ministrations on your hair.

“… when i look at myself, i remember all the things i did in the past and hate myself for it,” you quietly whispered, staring at his shirt.

“…sometimes, when the self-hatred are fostered in my system, it makes me want to cut ties with everyone i love because i feel like i’m bound to hurt or disappoint them at one point,” you continued, occasionally clutching on to his shirt before letting it go.

“i know, i know i’ll always have you and everyone to count on. i know you’re willing to lend me that strength, chan. but, it’s been so long since i last did that, this is all i’ve ever known.”

chan’s hand slowed to a stop before he used both of his arms to hug you. “i know it’s hard for you and i know you’re trying your hardest to change that. but, we’ll be here to help you find your footing. hell, i don’t care how long it takes, progress doesn’t need to have a timeline, y/n.”

“… as long as you keep trying to move forward, that’s all that matters. your past? you’ve grown from that, haven’t you?” he said, his voice tickling your ears. you hugged him tighter, forcing your eyes shut as you try to will your tears away.

“i’m tired of crying,” you whispered.

“it’s okay to cry, it’s okay to let it out. it’s okay to lean on somebody,”

“-- i love you, i’ll always be here for you, okay? you don’t have to shoulder all of this on your own,” he said, kissing the top of your head. you looked up before placing a kiss on his cheek, the kiss lasting a little longer than usual peck. chan knew what the kiss meant – it was you acknowledging him and being grateful for him.

“i’ll pick myself up again,” you whispered, albeit unsure but when you felt chan squeezing your hand in assurance, your anxiety eased and the gaping felt like it shrunk. not by a lot, but enough to let the warmth of the person beside you to seep in. 

“i’ll be there to lend you hand, if you needed one,” and it was enough for you. back to square one, huh? you thought to yourself. maybe not, just a small mishap during the journey, i guess.

the very first work i ever read of yours, joyce 🥺🥺 i remember seeing an nct network reblog this and after reading through the summary of the series, i was enticed by the plot and i read most of your masterlist whilst waiting for the next parts 🤧 the main character’s relationship with each ‘j’ was unique to them and their interactions were just so sweet to read (except jaemin’s >:( why did my ult’s part have to be the angsty one 😤 jk jk i loved it anyways) special mention to ‘cupid’s arrow’, because that fic was an emotional rollercoaster and i loved that almost as much as i love bestfriend!jungwoo in the last part 😌

it would be a sin if i didn’t include this in my top reads this year, pun intended 😌, especially since i have a weakness for mafia aus. i haven’t had the time to read mark or renjun’s parts yet, but from what i read in this fic, i’m sure theirs are just as good, if not better. the storybuilding and the development of the plot are so detailed and intricate and that is what i love in a fic. i already reviewed this on my main with a lengthy description of my favourite parts so i’m gonna keep this short and sweet - if you love haechan, mafia au’s, and enemies to lovers, you need to read this !!

@jensungf - passing clouds + only forever

these fics hit different now that i bias jisung 😭 ‘passing clouds’ was pure angst and as much as it hurt, it was written so beautifully and i loved it so much. ‘only forever’ healed the jisung shaped hole in my heart and made me fall in love with him all over again. the first love vibes he gives off is unbelievable and that innocence was presented perfectly in this 🤧 side note: never let jisung bake for you even if it’s as a peace offering 😖

@hyucksie - in the long run + second first kiss

although ‘sweet talk’ and ‘silent treatment’ are also contenders for some of my favourite fics of the year, these two have taken the cake 😌 the concept itself of time travel and mark and y/n seeing their future child was so creative and the mixed emotions that the characters experienced seeing their future were executed so well and the ending when their actual future selves remembered the day they time travelled 🥺🥺 not to mention the sequel doesn’t feel forced at all, the story flows well, and jealous mark is a cutie 🥰

i’ve been following cat after i first read ‘i turned my best friend into an e-boy!! (and kissed him)’ and ever since then every piece of hers that i’ve read is simply breathtaking and so engaging. her style of writing is so unique and whenever i read anything of hers i feel so immersed in the fic. the dreamies as youtubers and tiktokers was such a cute concept to me and the little comment section at the end of each fic is probably my favourite part 😳 the way each member’s fic connects to the plot of another is perfect and their cameos in one another’s fic >>> (jisung telling y/n about the tiktok challenge in mark’s fic + cameraman jisung in chenle’s) i could keep talking abt this series for a lot longer but i’ll end it here, also i can’t wait for norensung’s parts 💞💞

i’ve probably mentioned my love for ‘the umbrella academy’ before but THIS !!! this series just made me love it even more 🙈 despite yangyang’s part being the only one that’s out, that and the prologue are interesting enough and seeing the 00 liners in this alternate universe is honestly amazing jxjwjxkw jaemin as three and hyuck as two is everything. the brothers’ relationship, especially in yangyang’s part, is so complicated yet so cute and i can’t wait for the rest of the members’ parts 💘

when i first stumbled across this series, i was immediately intrigued by the plot, and not just because it was about rapper!mark and singer!y/n🧑‍🦯🧑‍🦯 the side characters (dreamies + doie and jisoo) were so funny and well-written and the plot >>>> i was so invested in the twists and turns of the story, the relief i felt when the conflict was finally resolved and we got our fav musician couple !!

i love soulmate au’s but something always irked me with the permanence of your soulmate like ,,, what if you end up falling out of love with them? then what? that inspired me to write my own take on soulmates, where they aren’t found, but made. taeyong’s character here is just so full of love and you know how much i love lovable boys 🤧 (ever wondered why i ult na jaemin...?)

Both parents are Chinese but live (and raised Fei) in Aus

Fei is an only child but grew up being the eldest cousin, her parents had her very young (17) and currently have no plans for more kids

Her grandmothers are always (joking) about her giving them great grandkids

Her dad’s mum is the worst and has even asked her about taking a “pick from her band”

Fei’s has a middle name- Rayne

Another who had read the fan fiction written for her and her band

Except she actively reads them out just to laugh and she makes comments on them

Another OC who is pretty inappropriate, to the displeasure of Kun

Super close with her parents

Doesn’t like to be babied, the boys learnt that the tough way

SM/Label V put her down as an SM rookie by mistake but the fans thought she fit the NCT look

She was super excited to debut with WayV

While she was highly requested to end up joining NCT-WayV specifically she still receives hate

She’s a main vocal but a killer rapper

Everyone thought she’d be an absolute cutie, BUT with the boys she’s a fellow crackhead and on her solo stages a beast of a dancer (aka damn she hot)

Has no filter, at all, her Yang and Ten are the worst left alone. Since all three are English speakers they torment the others with teasing

She has deep regrets in teaching the boys Aussie slang because now they find it interesting and keep finding ones that are inappropriate and make her laugh way to hard.

Don’t tell anyone but she swears she misheard Yang asking her for a gobby in which she cried out laughing and asked him to repeat it “he just asked what it was-“

If she had to pick a member to date you’d need to give her a week to think of an answer because she loves them all and wouldn’t have a clue who to pick

Also can’t forget that these boys (par Xiaojun and Kun) don’t knock at all so they’ve seen more of her than she’d like but thankfully she’s usually got all the important parts covered

She’s like the child Kun doesn’t want and with her and Yang combined in teasing him it’s endless

She confides in him as a leader about things bothering her that could affect the band but only if he’s noticed first- she doesn’t really do deep and meaningfuls

Overall they get along really well and she trusts him

Ten

Endlessly teasing each other

One minute both of them are fine, maybe cuddling really depends next they are making fun of each other’s pre-debut photos

Her, Ten and Winwin are the most flexible but he’s a show off and her personality is a bit competitive so she usually out flexes him

They both like cuddles and she’s the one everyone goes too but she usually goes to Ten for a hug

Feels really awkward when she has her lows and night terrors but Ten is usually there for her so some people think that they are the closest in the group

Winwin

She buys him icecream whenever he wants

Puppy eyes do not work on her unless you are Dong Sicheng aka Winwin

She’s quite strong and can usually be found lifting him up just to annoy him

He goes to her for advice sometimes, not for any particular reason but she’s pretty good at advice and is super reliable

Very much a sister brother relationship

Lucas

He teases her for being short, the teasing doesn’t last long because she has no qualms about punching him for it

Surprisingly they don’t actually interact too much just kind of say hi how are you and what not

It’s not that they don’t they just haven’t clicked yet but maybe they will

Though when they do get along they are loud and proud

Xiaojun

Protective of him

She knows he isn’t delicate but in her nature she sees him and thinks must protect lmao

The two of them are quite touchy, same with Hendery and Ten and when they are sat beside each other in interviews they’ll secretly hold hands (or pinkies) or during lives someone has a hand on the others thigh

She’s very comfortable around him and likes getting cuddles from him when she can

If she can’t get to Ten after a night terror she tries to get Xiaojun without waking up Yangyang and they’ll sneak into her room and just talk until she or both of them fall asleep

Hendery

Crackhead central

She has this urge to out idiot him every time he does something dumb

Like stated before with Xiaojun they are touchy, these two are the clingiest though

These two are always touching, but not in a bad sense, like if these two are sat together, his head will be in her lap- vice versa or her legs over his legs etc

These two are also gym buddies, really because both are a little lazy but are also competitive but only around each other

Probably shipped together the most too because they always seem to be together and neither actually tease the other

YangYang

Oop it’s idiots time

These two don’t have a filter when left alone or with Ten - well to an extent

Remember that live where Yang said if he had a son he’d name the son Eleven

Yeah she was there and she was sitting in just utter confusion the entire time because she’d stopped listening until that point

Also that bit when he goes “anything can happen” imagine having Fei there sitting just behind them looking super confused as they turn and look at her- thanks you two you fueled rumours of her and Yang dating

Cue her saying “Jesus Christ I feel sorry for you future partner. I wouldn’t let you name the kid.”

I say this because the Chief is typically the one with the most experience and is highly capable of teaching the other doctors in the hospital

Which we know he would do on a moment’s notice

Probably specialize in diagnostics or orthopedics

And I say this because he seems to piece together many ideas really well

Which is great for diagnostics

And as for orthopedics....

Called in for the more difficult cases because he still needs to manage everyone else and can’t dwell on simple matters

Why?

I know that I don’t have a way of knowing this for sure

But I feel like he’s good at giving news in a calming way

And there’s a lot of bad news in oncology

He is also a very dedicated person

And oncology patients tend to be in and out of the hospital for years

The only thing I’m not sure how well he could handle is the deaths

This boy would probably get attached

Even if he’s trying not to

But aside from that

I see him being an awesome oncologist

He was kind of difficult for me if I’m being perfectly honest

Most things I thought of for Minho I already chose for someone else lol

In the end

I think he could be a good ophthalmologist

(An eye doctor.)

First off

And probably the least important part

The patients would have no problem looking at this man for long periods of time in an appointment

*ahem*

Secondly

Ophthalmologists deal with a large range of ages in patients

I can see Minho getting an impatient middle aged businessman out quickly

And I can also see him being gentle and patient for a ten year old who is scared of the big machines

If anyone feels a little insecure because they need glasses

I know I do

I feel like he would notice immediately and give them a well-mannered compliment

Which would help a lot

All in all

Very good at his job

He would make a phenomenal physiatrist

(Physical medicine and rehabilitation)

I say this because he is constantly working out

So he knows how to do it without hurting himself

I feel like he would happily teach others

He would patiently help someone get on their feet after a strenuous surgery

He would be ready for the long haul with a patient who needs an extreme amount of help

He’s strong af so he could catch someone before they fall

Which sounds all romance-y without me trying to make it sound like that

He would work out alongside you so that you don’t feel singled out or alone

After the patient’s recovery

He would be beaming if he bumped into you again at the gym

High key proud of you and of himself for the fact that you’re still going

For Hyunjinnie, I’d say pathology

He’s not too outgoing

As I’ve said before lol

And many pathologists spend hours in dark rooms looking through microscopes

Not gonna lie, I almost posted this with the word telescope instead of microscope lmao

He would be very attentive with his work

Which he would need to be because we all know he would have many admirers

Again, another reason he would enjoy pathology

The lab would become one of his favourite places because of this

His coworkers would really respect him because of his accuracy

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen him reading books a lot in the back of rooms

Which I’m sure he would do during his lunch break

Even on his break, if someone comes up to him needing results quickly

He would run back in the lab to help

Because that’s just who he is

Pediatrician or family medicine

He’s just so warm and inviting

This works well for most children

And puts most others at ease which is important

It’s also known that Jisung is very dedicated to his work and can concentrate really well

So it’s a nice duality

He can act all crazy and energetic to make people happy

Then turn around and stare and a clipboard for twenty minutes figuring something out without breaking concentration

I also get the feeling he can work really quickly which is good when large families want to get out of the hospital

I’m so sorry that this one is so short, I can’t think of anything else 😭

Dr. Felix Lee

The psychologist

He just seems SO easy to talk to

Whenever I read things that fans have said about him from fansigns

He seems to help them open up in a short amount of time and they leave happily

It just screams psychology to me

He could even get those stubborn patients who don’t want to be there to open up

He would also be good at psychology because he is not quick to dismiss others’ problems

It really makes it hard to want to talk to your psychologist if they make you uncomfortable by constantly dismissing you

At the same time

He will be able to be an unbiased third party and get to the bottom of your issues

Whether it’s something that requires medication

Or just a change by you and your behavior

Regardless

He would help you through it and make sure that you’re ready for the world

As a side note

Imagine randomly bumping into him at the store between meetings

He’d probably crack a dumb face and make you laugh before carrying on

Which would make you that much more comfortable at your next session

Don’t @ me on this because I’m not 100% sure

But I feel like with the way Seungmin acts

And how smart he seems

He must be really good at math

Which leads me to believe he would be a great anesthesiologist

Why?

Anesthesiologists have to constantly calculate just how much of each drug to put in the syringe to keep someone knocked out for the entire surgery

One slip up and things could go a little sideways

He also doesn’t seem too overly outgoing

And most anesthesiologists don’t really interact with the patients or their families much

As far as I know lol

And I feel like he could low key keep people a little entertained during the surgery

By which I mean making some sly jokes

Because this boy can be a savage

And sometimes a patient is just a little too much

He definitely wouldn’t speak out of turn though

Extremely respectful to his superiors

For this, most of them like him

Which is definitely advantageous

I know a lot of people said Jeongin should be a pediatrician

But I just don’t see it

For only one reason

Unless this cutie is smiling

Anyway, that just doesn’t seem good for a pediatrician

Which brings me to say that he might do well in geriatric medicine

(To explain, medicine for the elderly)

The elderly still require the gentleness that children do

But they’re much less likely to get scared away just because someone doesn’t automatically look warm and inviting

As we all know

This boy is so sweet

All the grandmas would love squishing his cheeks

And he would happily oblige
