oh my god you are literally saving us from the dreading hunger that we suffer from each day, every waking hour that I personally see of buff, skinny, whatever Phoenix (THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT BY THE WAY.), by now I have grown immensely numb to seeing Phoenix drawn as such but then here you come in full glory of shining light with chubby Phoenix and I forever and ever thank you

I’m glad! Allow me to use this post to talk about some headcanons I have

So Phoenix has ADHD. Feenie was unmedicated until after the whole thing with Dahlia. Once he turned his attention to studying law and doing law school, he got a prescription to help him focus his energy and mind.

AA1-3 Phoenix took the medication.

He stopped taking them during the 7 year gap because he didn’t really need them and also he needed to use that money to take care of his newly adopted daughter (which is one of the factors of his weight gain bc he’s no longer taking medication that has an appetite suppressant side effect). Also, he would work out as well, so the extra weight is both fat and muscle. Working out was one of the things that helped him get over his alcoholism that he fell into after his disbarment.

After AA4, he started taking medication again (as well as biking around a lot like he used to, so he lost some weight but bc he’s already 34/35, his metabolism slowed so he kept part of it). He kept working out because it was already a part of his routine now and he found it to be a great stress reliever. Also, he got a nicely tailored suit (paid for by Miles 💖), which works well with the dad bod he has now :)

Based on the original sprites, he’s got broad shoulders, and based on the fact that he bikes a lot, he’s got strong legs :3

islam is fundamentally horrifically misogynistic and homophobic for many reasons. the holy prophet of islam who is the face of the religion and who has formed pretty much half of the religion is a raging pedophile who dared call his child bride his ‘favorite’ wife and said he ‘loved’ her the most out of all his wives. the religion dictates that homosexuality is a horrible sin therefore gay people should be subjected to extreme brutal torture in hell for all fucking eternity. gender nonconformity is also forbidden. islam puts the burden of supposedly avoiding sexualization on young girls who just went through fucking puberty by saying they have to cover their hair, keep in mind arab countries in the gulf (my area) are islamic countries and are some of the hottest countries in the world so this makes it particularly physically uncomfortable for women during most of the year if they wish to go outside. in sharia law (islamic law) sons receive double the inheritance of daughters when parents die, supposedly because a son has more financial obligations to his wife and family and the fact that he can’t inherit from his wife if she dies but the daughter, his sister, gets to inherit half her husband’s wealth if he dies. ‘evening out the wealth distribution’ oh yeah men are known to be generous! anyways, women can’t pray or fast on their periods, they can’t even enter a mosque, because periods are ‘impure.’ sex before marriage is a sin so good fucking luck if you get married and the sex is atrocious. contact between the male and female sex in contexts outside of marriage & family is forbidden; honestly the only thing i lowkey agree with just because i would like women to stay as far away from men as possible. + women aren’t supposed to travel alone without a male to ‘protect’ them. in islam a man can have three wives if he can ‘provide in every way for all of them equally’ men are just known to be very attentive aren’t they! while women can only have one husband, and the prophet as an exception had ELEVEN wives. i’ll end this off with saying that i would dismember that fucking prophet myself if i could

I’ve been thinking about this since like,,, 7 or so months ago when I started watching Phil again and learned about how all his smps are connected. So behold this lil thing that is extremely dubiously canon lmfao

The Beginning - Phil, a mortal human, becomes the immortal Angel of Death. Human behavior, dubiously human appearance.

Hardcore - Phil goes through adventures restoring the old structures and, due to his immortal lifespan, becomes desensitized to a lot of things; and then because of that desensitization, becomes quite unhinged lmfao. Dubiously human in terms of both behavior and appearance but no one else is really around to consider him human or not.

SMPEarth - The first time in a while that Phil actually went out and did stuff woth other people, still very unhinged (cough airstriking an orphanage.) Maybe not actually really considered human by others anymore both due to the aforementioned unhingedness, the appearance, and the immortality.

DSMP - The first time he gets grounded. He gets to experience grief (Wil) and is more or less forced to be around people, up until a few days post Technoblade Execution when he’s saved from house arrest, anyway. Loses his closest friend at the end of the smp and gets more grief. Still not considered human but due to all the human interaction he’s definitely closer to one, morals/behavior wise, than SMPEarth.

QSMP (from what ive seen) - Philza is grounded again, and he’s actually forced to be constantly around people and interact with them for the whole time. In purgatory when he temporarily regains his wings he also gets back all the extra unhinged energy he lost in the dsmp. Human behavior + dubiously human appearance during everything except for Purgatory, where he picks back up the definitely not human appearance + behavior. By the end of it when his wings are totally destroyed by EK and hes now extra extra traumatized, this is probably the closest to human behavior + human appearance hes had since prior to being picked up by Kristin.

(Obligatory important disclaimer that I haven’t actually watched QSMP in full yet and everything I’ve learned of qPhil I got from animatics, clips, tumblr posts, and fanfiction. please do cut me some slack if i fudged qPhil’s character i tried my best </3)

TRSMP - now. I know Phil doesn’t intend to do lore but like. with Phil being so avoidant of the lore, the snails, and with him being grounded yet again, its pretty easy to slot him into the timeline post-QSMP (atm, this could change if he does ever lore.) And with Tubbo confirming that Phil will be able to get back his wings, it kinda feels like Phil’s being able to regain his nonhuman nature, but this time with proper human behavior that’ll stick for a lot longer due to all the bs he’s been through.

(And also the honorary mentions of OSMP and SC3

OSMP - This one gives me the vibes of either A) Enderking grabbing Phil way earlier on and managing to avoid SMPE and thereby DSMP and QSMP; or B) Phil avoids SMPE and doesn’t ever get forced to deal with other people/when he is forced to interact he just leans farther into the unhinged energy. Both times he avoids grief and stays in not at all human behavior or appearance.

SC3 - No wings and depression up the wazoo kekw. This would slot in post qsmp and would like. completely end the arc of regaining humanity. Theres no goddess and no wings to save him, and he’s as human as he has been in centuries. or something like that. Anyways human behavior + human appearance and he dies as a human)

So um where to start honestly-

1. I started my senior year (woo-hoo!!!!)

2. My grandfather died suddenly two days into my senior year and I ended being the one to write his obituary and was one of his pallbearers

3. I potentially got asked out last week, but panicked and rejected the boy leading to awkwardness (so much awkwardness). The boy will not talk to me about it even though I really want to apologize to him because I feel so so bad so today I’m hoping I’ll get the opportunity to talk to him about it

4. I’m being forced to work in a group with my best friend’s ex boyfriend and current boyfriend. I’m the buffer (honestly it could be worse, she has another ex in the class too, so I could’ve been stuck with all three)

5. I started chapter 2 of my new WIP, aka the Beatrix & Benedict WIP

6. I made bomb-ass mac’n’cheese last night, like seriously I outdid myself. And my culinary teacher *glares* needs to grade the presentation I made about it
