This week was so calm and peaceful cause my stupid ass coworkers weren’t here. And by that I mean they showed up, clocked in, and disappeared and got paid to do??? Whatever it is that they do. I assume walk around. Or sit outside. For like 6 hours a day. They only come back to have lunch.

But today they decided to stay, not working of course, cause the new hires can do all your work for you. Do I really care that they’re not doing anything? Eh. I’ve gotten used to them being completely unreliable and I prefer when they’re not here. Cause them being here=noise. It’s annoying that they keep complaining that “young people don’t work” when they are literally not doing anything. But I’ve grown so used to them doing fuck all that it doesn’t bother me anymore. They can leave. They should leave.

What bothers me is that when they aren’t working they cannot shut the fuck up. Oh my god. Shut up.

I don’t understand why can’t they just go somewhere else. They did it all week. Why not today. Gtfo. There’s plenty of places to sit and be as loud as you want outside. And the reason for not going outside can’t be to avoid the heat because they keep it way too warm in here. I’m sitting perfectly still and I’m sweating. Which is another reason why I want them to leave so I can turn on the damn air. And yes I’ve tried to turn it on when they’re here and they turn it off not even 10 mins later cause “it’s too cold”.

- the way you turned around and even Luffy was shocked, (you looked like pre-timeskip law college drunk, missing an assignment, drank 10 cups of coffee law)

- you looked in the fridge to see a couple extra sandwiches, and you tried to reach inside and grab it. But your depth perception was so off that you were I think a foot away from grabbing it 💀

- luffy was a saint, waiting as patiently as he could as he watched you struggle and fall asleep a couple times as you tried to grab a sandwich

- when you finally grabbed it, cutting open the paper wrapping was going to be…. A rollercoaster-

- grabbing the scissors, you literally almost sliced one of your fingers off multiple times, you had Luffy looking like this right in front of you

- man is scared for your safety. But he still let you struggle until you finally got it 😭 when you slowly handed it to him, he made you sit down and eat the sandwich

- man was literally trying to shove it all in your mouth because he thought you were just low on meat (he thinks it’s meat itself is a vitamin)

- *snoring*

- in the end, nami slapped him and made him go help you upstairs to get some much needed rest, and Luffy hugs along with it :)

- the fact that you can stay up that long is amazing to this man, and without a single nap? Damn that’s admirable 😂

- staying up for that long comes with consequences though, and they were hitting… HARD.

Ok so blood of Zeus might be clouding my judgment a lil bit, but I feel like he wouldn’t be that mad if Hermes tried. He’s his son, so he can have a free pass every now & then. Zeus is more amused by his antics than he likes to let on, & he’s kinda curious to see how far Hermes is willing to go with a joke, even if it’s at his own expense. If he manages to get a really bad spot, he will immediately turn the tables, but that just lets Hermes know that he was letting him do it all along so he’s not REALLY as mad as he’s pretending. & Zeus totally uses some of his lighting when he’s getting revenge, so Hermes definitely paid the price

Fuck you Poseidon, I’m making him the most ticklish out of the big 3 because I think it’s funny & he’s a lil bitch who deserves it 💙 Hermes loves how easy it is to get under his skin & annoy him, & he gets soooo pissy & fed up when he tries to tickle him. He’s so defensive & tries to use his trident to block him, but Hermes is always just a lil too fast & zips around to poke at his worst spots & send him into a fit of giggles. He’s got this really deep rumbly laugh that gets louder the longer it continues. Hermes will try to make air bubbles in the water when he flies around him & that alone really tickles, so add in some mischievous hands to the mix, & Poseidon really can’t do anything but laugh. Afterwards tho, he will absolutely try to strangle him or maybe even use his trident calm DOWN Zeus, I barely scratched the bastard!

Again, boz got me tweaking my characterization, & since we haven’t really seen Hades in epic, I’m gonna lean on that & some other characterizations I’ve seen. But Hades is more quiet & calm than his brothers & even when he’s annoyed & pissed off, he tries to appear cool & collected, so it takes a while for Hermes to really get under his skin with his normal methods of bothering people. But Hermes had kinda psyched himself into believing that there’s no way Hades is ticklish, until he accidentally tickled him & now he never knows peace. He claims he’s just trying to lighten the mood, he needs to smile more, etc. etc. & Hades honestly doesn’t mind it as much as he thought he would. Probably because it’s Hermes, & he knows that’s just his way of having fun. & hey, he realizes that he’s rarely happy & when he is, it doesn’t last, so the fact that Hermes actually wants to check in on him & make him feel better is kinda comforting. So for the man in charge of ruling over the underworld, he can appreciate being made to laugh against his will, as long as it’s a rare occasion & Hermes keeps his fuckin’ yap shut

I’d love to write more fics with the gods, whether it be for epic or boz! starting off with sports, i feel like he’d be an active guy. not like gym bro buff craig kinda stuff you see, he’s definitely a lanky beanpole. but i feel like he does a few sports so has a bit of muscle

first off, basketball. i’m a truther for this one, i don’t see it a lot tho. like, i hc him as being pretty tall, and i don’t have much like canon advice to back this up but that and the fact that there’s a basketball in his garage in tsot- but i think it jus fits him tbh. and also because it’s funny, he’s a total fucking loser nerd, but since yk i’ve gotta stick to canon sometimes, he’s technically popular and attractive, he definitely has like a jock alter-ego or smth stupid like that LMAO

he definitely seems like a hockey guy. like- the enforcer is so him. he’d totally wanna beat people up just cus he can. also i think he’d be a really good skater- i think he’s a pretty well balanced person physically. also, i see kyle as doing hockey, and they’re definitely close. i just see them being friends making sense, so now theyll have a sport together. also- because im insane, ike does hockey too and kyle and craig help him practice

this is a basic one, but sleeping. he’s the heaviest sleeper ever, literally sleeps 24 fuckin 7

he’ll never admit it, but he kinda likes school. not because he likes sitting around all day or listening to teachers drone on and on, it’s because usually he can talk about things. in classes he enjoys, it’s his favorite thing ever. i also see him as that one kid who literally never studies or pays attention and yet has all A’s in every class.

Anyways! Your family is up and coming and keep getting in the way, and they find out about a bodyguard posting for the boss’ kid. Marco’s got some fake (or real) documents of some like, ex military combat doctor stuff and some letters of recommendation from like idk shanks Or something so he’s an easy pick. And he’s good at the job, not the least bit weird or overbearing. Polite. Never complains about where you wanna go or what you wanna do, just taking in any info he can.

And then dun dun dun arranged marriage for combining families but the person you’re supposed to marry is the worst. Like gross disgusting. And as the wedding approaches Marco realizes that well, he’s gonna be out of an info source anyways once you marry, so maybe the jig is up. But he’s gotten fond of you, and maybe at this point they have enough to totally sink your family. But he doesn’t want you to come to any harm! So he slips a little something into your food and out you go while he takes you back to his family.

And like damn at first it’s like red flag omg creepy you just got kidnapped but then you realize…: well now you don’t have to marry that icky guy, and Marco isn’t a bad person …. You’re given more freedom to come and go here too, without constantly being under your father’s control so maybe it’s not so bad…. And really Marco is so sweet and a much better match than that other guy anyways. And he did this for you after all, bc he couldn’t let anyone else have something he wanted

Lisa Frankenstein (2024)

JayBell: We’re starting spooky season early! There are good things and bad things about this movie.

One, I love Kathryn Newton and I like that they reallllllly lean in to how weird and dramatic and unstable her character is. Cause truthfully, you would have to be off your rocker to make the bizarre decisions she does throughout the movie. Like no normal and rational person would make these decisions, but it does make sense for her character.

I also really enjoy that they give her a caring relationship with her stepsister, even though they are totally opposites. Honestly, it’s probably the most developed relationship in the movie, and I like that. It’s unexpected, especially with the evil stepmother and the brainless absent father.

On the other hand, the relationship with zombie boy feels kind of lackluster. The whole time I didn’t feel like she actually cared about him at all, but she was just using him to make herself feel better. So their whole "relationship" isn't that romantic in my opinion, and her love confession at the ends feels meh to me.

Also what on earth is with the father? I still can’t figure that relationship out, and it’s weirdly not acknowledged in the movie.

So yeah. I think if Kathryn Newton wasn't the lead, this would be a much worse movie. I think Cole Sprouse does an okay job considering he has almost no lines, so he's there, but almost like an afterthought.

But I have to admit I was invested and entertained, which is honestly better than I expected.

Anzie: I don’t know where to begin. First, I’m sooo ready for spooky season. Second, I recall this was released for VALENTINES DAY. What a power move. I also want to put out the disclaimer that the concept this movie exists in the same Diablo Cody universe as Jennifer’s Body cures some of my soul’s ailments bc Jennifer’s Body holds a very large part of my poor little broken teenage emo heart. Soo just that alone can cover the few qualms I have.

I loveee Kathryn Newton and her acting in this is so phenomenal she’s such a gem. I love how she sulks and scrunches her body and her costumes are amazing. The stepsister is adequately irritating and Carla Gugino as the evil stepmom??? What a performance.

Now the plot. I’m here for it. But it got freakky. Ok so she hangs out alone in a cemetery- it’s the 80s and her mom was murdered. She’s in love with a grave bust??? She goes to a party?? (Seems her not her vibe? but okay) takes pcp- I at points was convinced she was just in one long pcp trip or dream. And I can even get behind the unbelievable notion this guy came back to life- it’s spooky season.

And I might be slightly underwhelmed that Cole Sprouse neveeeeer spoke but I guuuuuuueesss since it’s frankenstein I’ll forgive it bc what was I expecting??? The mutton chops are too much tho.

Anyyyyways the serial killing plot for body parts was unique if unhinged and I totally agree with JayBell that half the time I was convinced her step mom was right and she did need to be thrown in the snake pit (a murdered mom gets a girl at least some meds or therapy right?) - I love that to get him “electrocuted” like in the og story they used the broken tanning bed. I do have to say there are parts and especially the last murder and body part added to Frankenstein kills me and I rather wish I’d never experience, but I’ll add it to my collection. I’m glad Lisa did end up surviving and Frankenstein could talk bc I love a happy ending- and I was totally gonna riot if to avoid the cops she died in the tanning bed.

Oh gods did it hurt. More than you expected to be honest.

Annabeth was by far the person you had been closest with and had been there for you every time you could recall. You of course loved all your siblings, but you and Annabeth were inseparable. Blame it on the fact that Annabeth had been the one to find you in the mortal world, but regardless you two had a special bond.

It was just a few hours short of the time Annabeth had intended to leave, and you hadn't seen her all morning. Your only solace last night was that Annabeth would spend most of the morning with you, spitting memories from the last 5 years, or sitting in the comforting embrace of silence as Annabeth packed the last of her things.

Instead you woke to an empty cabin, every trace of Annabeth's belongings wiped from her bunk and desk. Even the spot at the breakfast bench where she normally sat was barren and cold.

Trudging across the lawn from a painful breakfast you heard a shout from afar. Turning you head, you could see Annabeth frantically waving you down from the strawberry fields. Percy, Jason, and Piper had been only a couple feet away, and you presumed they had been out doing something, keeping Annabeth from breakfast.

Jogging over, Annabeth began to meet you halfway, and when you were close enough, she pulled you inter her arms.

It was one of the good hugs, squeezing tight and a slight rock as you started to tear up.

"Why do you have to go now?" You asked though a teary haze.

"I'm not leaving forever," She replied, "We can visit, and before you know it you're going to be attending New Rome University too, majoring in biology, or law if you're still into that."

Annabeth smoothed you hair and wiped your tears with the edge of her sweatshirt sleeve.

"When I come back in the fall, you and I can go pick out pumpkins, crash at Percy's place, and watch Halloween movies while we carve them. And don't even get me started on our plans for Christmas break."

You smiled lightly, knowing well that Annabeth probably already had an itinerary booked by the minute.

"Distance makes the heart grow fonder, eh?"

You nodded reluctantly and let yourself melt into one last embrace.

Now, I know Taylor believes in all the destiny and soulmate thing but there's different types of soulmates. You can have more than one. I think that's the case here, they had to meet cause they had lessons to learn with each other and when those lessons were learned they couldn't work anymore

Dougie was around for a good few months. They got together(ish) in November 2013, his camp announced they weren’t together anymore in January 2014 (basically saying a PR friendly version of Matty’s unhinged emasculated by her thing like basically they said “our boy Dougie went on some dates but decided he just wants to be friends with her”) and then in March they were spotted on a date at a Fun. concert (sitting with just Lena who was at that point with Jack) and I think they were seen again in April but I can’t remember where and I’m lazy rn. Obviously not the grandest love story of our time but 6 months with half of it seemingly hidden on purpose is really not a total nothing either like Tom Odell.

Taylor was obviously smitten with Joe from when they met but she also didn’t do terribly much about it (unless they did hook up around April 29th which like idk I sorta feel like they might’ve based on the vibes I get from the song) until after Tom and Taylor gets smitten all the time (see: Enchanted). Joe was well on his way to being a Dougie but then imo he offered what she wanted post Kimye - so a normal life - and he hadn’t lived much of an abnormal life so that seemed cool to him because he liked her and then it worked for a while but they had their share of problems (because everyone does) and they didn’t work on theirs enough and then she blew up fame wise all over again but bigger than ever (or anyone ever tbh lol) and wanted the positive attention she was getting and he was like “this wasn’t the plan??” and it sucked a lot and she felt trapped and stuck and he was distant and she reconnected with Matty and eventually we got to Joever lol.

with different timing, I don’t think they’d have gotten to 6.5 years. And the only way imo they could’ve worked forever is if 1) they sorted at least some of their problems out 2) if Taylor had indeed started to fade post Lover like she’d expected and transitioned into indie but traditional indie not Swiftie Indie like now.

Listen, fandom may be the like The Wild West ™, but that’s not an excuse to become so delusional that you think it’s ok to stalk a celebrity, invade their privacy and literally see them as an object.

I was in fandom when I was younger, saw the cringe, bad sides of it and also plenty of good. I’ve somehow always had a knack of following the right people and accounts that keep in line with my ethics around this. Too many people don’t consider their own ethics when it comes to this, though. They don’t always consider their consumption.

I know different stories are floating around and getting mixed up but either way, that whole situation with the girl seeking out Pedro and becoming disappointed needs to be actively condemned.

I know I can only speak from my perspective but I feel like majority of his fans are not like this. But a bad apple can spoil the bunch and it’s also on us to make it clear that that behavior is just not acceptable.

Pedro is a human being. He deserves for his boundaries, space and privacy to be the utmost respected. I know these kind of incidents are sadly not new in fandom spaces but you have to do the best to be the good in it.

I came back to fandom after ten years and I’ve been very happy. I’m writing again, I’m enjoying my time and making friends. But I’m also slightly jaded because, even tho I work to stay in certain spaces, I still sometimes come across sad stuff like this in the cracks. Any follow I give is with the discretion of staying in spaces that promote healthy, positive fandom interaction.

Pedro doesn’t owe any one, anything. I am appalled and disappointed this happened, and I’m putting the vibe out there for this to not happen again and no more. I hope he knows how loved and respected he actually is and that we support him and his decisions, wholeheartedly. (Decisions as in, how he chooses to interact from now on, social media, etc)(not that he has said anything, he could totally be moving on like it’s whatever. But just saying!)

Please please please be normal with real people, especially one who has not only given so much, and been through so much. But one of the few who is a genuine ally, always consistent with his values and is such a genuine & kind human being. (At least, in my opinion!)

Hi Sammy…I get really good and comforting vibes from you so even tho we don’t know each other, so I feel like I really would love to hear your advice on this🥺 I moved across the world recently and found an internship and I’m crushing so SO badly on one of my colleagues. He’s kind of my superior in the sense that he has a higher position in the firm but he’s only a few years older than me and isn’t my boss. At first I was extremely intimidated by him and never spoke but as weeks passed by we got more comfortable around each other and he’s actually so helpful and nice to me. My other colleague told me that he usually always works solo and is very introverted and doesn’t like to help or be bothered but I feel like he’s the opposite with me? He includes me in stuff he does and isn’t cold at all when I ask for help, in fact he often asks me if everything is ok. When we’re out for drinks with my other colleagues I also felt like he was lowkey flirting but in a soft manner? As in teasing me? Also, I’m home for the holidays now but before I left he told me he would get me on board his work once I get back so that I could be more involved and I know he doesn’t do this normally. He also tries his best to include me in the firm’s activities and remembers basically everything I tell him. I was so happy with the way everything was evolving but my boy best friend told me that he’s only like this because he wants to sleep with me and that I should give up this crush immediately because there’s no positive outcome to this situation since we’re colleagues and nothing can ever happen between us. And that made me feel really sad and shitty about myself, like it’s impossible for a guy to just like me? I feel like girls know when a guy just wants to sleep with us and that’s not the vibe I’m getting from him, I feel like he genuinely wants to help me evolve and is genuinely nice to me. But then again some men do use the method of first befriending you, making you feel comfortable, and then kinda just using you :/ unfortunately it's happened to me so you can never truly be safe. But personally, I think you should just assess how he interacts with you, you know? Detect the genuineness in his words and actions. If he genuinely cares about you and tries to make you a better person in the workplace and overall is just a kind person, I think you can honestly judge when things like that come from a man's heart.

I think the only harm that comes from dating a co-worker is that if your relationship ends badly then that can really impact the environment of your workplace and may backfire on your own mental health (cough cough what happened to me, my relationship ended badly and seeing my ex at work just made me feel meh). In that situation only either of you leaving the workplace or switching departments would put you at ease (for example, I quit but my ex still works there). So generally people avoid dating co-workers for that reason, but if you vibe with someone and feel a genuine connection, I'd say it's worth the risk!

I need to stop drinking so much soda again; I’ve started drinking like 2 cans of baja blast, and sometimes the pineapple Mountain Dew~~ it’s so good~~~

I’ve been taking my medicine with water, and Ned to keep that going~~~ I also need to start hopefully having a set time for my medicine instead of taking it when I get up~~~ but that’s been working fine~~ but I took it at 11 am yesterday, so might make 11-08:00 standard for medicine and hopefully stay with it~~~ some semblance of a schedule, so hopefully I’ll keep my sleeping schedule more ‘normal’.

idk why I use restricted mode on YouTube, cause it disallows watching BrianMP’s animal crossing GameCube speedrun, along some videos in some playthrough series that seem totally fine and not objectionable at all. No idea why~~~ tho maybe being careful online is a good thing?

I need to eat only when I get hungry, and ONLY when I get hungry. Eat until satisfied and not overly full, then stop until I get hungry again.

after getting that tooth pulled that I did; I was afraid to eat anything for the next 24 hours, then only started eating soft foods until it stopped feeling weird, and can now eat pretty much anything ~~~

but after that, my weight in pyjamas was around 62.15 kilograms, to 62.55 kilograms when I’ve ate something normally. Losing weight~~ yay~~~ cause I’m overweight for my height anyway ~~~~ but I’ve been eating too much I guess~~~ or that stunt and being afraid to eat for that long slowed down my metabolism ~~~

now sadly after eating stuff lately I weigh 63.90 kilograms if I eat too much ~~~ and now weigh like 63.15 kilograms ~~~

I’ve been stuck at around 64 kilograms FOREVER ~~~~ and either need to track calorie intake more, or only eat when I actually get stomach growling hungry.

tho I’m no longer obese for my height, just overweight~~ but I want to get back to how I was as a teenager in school, tho the doctor mom took me to was worried I was underweight actually… but I hope to get there again~~~

I think a bmi and a calorie calculator thing said that I should be 41-55 kilograms, at 150 centimetres tall. And the calories to maintain my current weight are 1,500 roughly.

thinking back on it I’ve been on a weight loss journey ever since November of 2020 I think? And have been stuck in 64 kilograms forever it seems~~~

also my internet keeps going out~~~ idk why~~~~ maybe the router needs cleaned, maybe needs replaced~~~~ we got our internet and routers at the same time and my siblings doesn’t do that~~~ but mine dies and seems to restart sometimes leaving me without internet for an entire night I’m awake sometimes ~~~ idk why it does this….
