I talked a little about this on my twitter but I will forever push the agenda that all members of the batfam should have a form of disability or any chronic pains at this point You cant look me in the eyes and say they're well and fine (physically), bullshit when you get shot, stabbed, blown up constantly, I say you wont come out of those situations without any lasting permanent injuries, also to take into consideration on some days they're fighting gods, metahumans, aliens or hell all the above. So we're gonna forget the time a brainwashed kon-el broke tim's arm ? ( honestly im shocked it was just broken and nothing worse )

or Dick cause my boy is magnetic to bullets for some reason, got shot in the leg ( mind you in the thigh, where it have the biggest blood vessels ) closer to the knee area to which in one of the comics he did have a knee brace. Oh yeah and the very famous injury of him getting shot in the head. or Cassandra? I mean look at how shes been raised and trained by her parents. That should be enough of a reason in of itself Dont get me started on barbara cause Im still mad at dc writers deciding " ye shes been in a wheelchair long enough, lets give her a spine to make her walk so she can be batgirl again", I loved her more as oracle, that is peak barbara gordon and disability rep. Listing Bruce's canon injuries down the line would take up a whole post, my guy should be suffering major back pains and spinal deformity from bane but ofc dc would never let their dark prince have a permanent injury. Jason. Yeah, thats all Ill say. No context need to be added- If you want more context on the batfam canon injuries, a lovely person made a post on that !! I think more comics should showcase more human heros suffering alot with permeant injuries that turns into a disability later down the line.

also i am begging for people to realize that the "everything is canon" post from the sonic twitter account was a joke. it annoys me so bad that people use that tweet as a source in their arguments about sonic lore and stuff or just take it seriously at all ..... it literally means nothing it was just a silly comment they made when retweeting sonic and puyo puyo tetris crossover art but people always crop out the context when reposting it

Im not sure how to explain it but the way some people water down Lisa and buddy's trauma especially the csa feels a little misogynistic when you compare it to most of the male guys. I see a lot of people boil down lisa to just "the victim" and basically use her as a scapegoat for buzzo or brad's trauma and im like. Girl your name is in the game title how did you get to this treatment. Today I saw her flattened down in order to defend marty like i just saw someone compare him to buzzo as a way to like, scale who's worse and basically boiled her down to "the single child he raped" in order to defend marty. and oh my god. Hands in my fucking head what are you SAYING mentionning shes the "single" child. This is strange please rethink your words because its sounds like you'd treat him worse if he did it to another. Good lord. Brad was also ignored in the argument as he wasn't hurt but since this is about the lisa girls i'll keep that like short orr. Probably will

What about buddy ummm. Buddy is a weird more tangled situation because of what she does in joyful but. I still see people treat her like the devil incarnate while rando is the cutie patootie angel and brad is some. Sort of middle ground apparently but still "better" than buddy. Yeah Um I think its strange how she's basically demonized by some people like she's not some kid that went through infathomable amounts of trauma like I never see people mention much about how she's constantly assaulted and people are thirsting for her like I think i'd go insane

Brad sees her as a second chance or a lisa 2 to get his opportunity back and buzzo. I forgot if buzzo straight up sees her as lisa or that was the hallucination stuff but she's very much a good part of her torment because he has such a hate boner for brad he'll go any way to hurt him (also funny how he says he doesn't want to hurt buddy but does anyways). Rando sees her as the solution to fix olathe. She's never seen as her own person and almost all of olathe sees her as an object to use. Shes confused in a world that never meant to have her with nobody to trust or guide her

okay im not really one to defend hazbin/helluva publicly because yeah, it's got a lot of really serious flaws and a lot of my close circle doesn't really give a shit or actively dislike/are upset by the show (for good reason) but i CANNOT be quiet about how INFURIATED i feel at the mischaracterization of stolas im seeing recently? Calling him a RAPIST??!!?! I feel like it's gotta do with his original Pilot personality, how it seemed like he was gunna be a lot more of a like spoiled brat prince type but he very obviously 180'd from that. People are basically saying he cohered Blitzo into their deal. And while yes, it absolutely isn't a HEALTHY dynamic or relationship, soliciting sex from someone so they can do their job, apparently some people cannot fucking read into a character more than base level. It is so fucking clear that Stolas set up this deal because; 1. yes, he has a crush, and he's looking for an excuse to at least be around that crush. but also 2. HE THOUGHT BLITZO RECIPROCATED HIS FEELINGS. Stolas 100% thought he and Blitzo WERE ON THE SAME PAGE with their relationship. If anything I'd argue both of these characters could be at fault; Blitzo KNOWS what he's doing, the sex doesn't mean anything to him and he's leading Stolas on, and Stolas is using his position of power to convince Blitzo to sleep with him. Not that I think his royalty status matters at all to Blitzo; Stolas isn't FORCING it, and Blitzo would easily tell him to fuck off or say he isn't interested IF HE WASN'T INTERESTED. And Stolas is LITERALLY ATTEMPTING to find an alternative for their deal. He's looking for an Asmodean Crystal or something so that Blitzo doesn't HAVE to use his Grimoire to go to Earth. He's breaking the deal BECAUSE HE REALIZED BLITZO DOESN'T PROPERLY RECIPROCATE HIS FEELINGS AND HE FEELS LIKE HE'S TRAPPING HIM. I'm convinced some people just don't read into characterization properly just because they dislike something. Stolas is not a fucking rapist and I'm genuinely disgusted that some people are comparing him to FUCKING VALENTINO of all characters they are not the same IN THE SLIGHTEST. Stolas is NOT without his faults for being a little skeevy to try and get his crush to sleep with him, but he is not a fucking abuser dear LORD.
