Giving In To Kimmy

You're working late, having stayed behind at the office to finish up a project you're developing. It's been a tough few months, but you really believe in your vision. Tomorrow, you'll present it at the meeting, and they'll all see how much you put into this. You'll finally get the credit you deserve.

The sun is setting outside, it's at that point in the year where the days quickly get longer and longer. It's warm, but not aggressively so. You feel comfortable.

*Ping!* echoes gently through your headphones. You have an email from someone on your project team. It's Kimmy, and she's extremely friendly, sometimes to an exhausting extent. She's always bouncing around whenever you see her, and you frankly don't know where she gets the energy.

"Heyyyy, can you check out what i put 2gether for the meeting tommorow? wanna make sure its goodeeee 😋"

You feel yourself losing braincells just reading that.

You scroll down to the bottom, and find a .MOV attachment. It's probably a short B-roll to put in between the slides you've been working on. You doubleclick without hesitation.

The video screen pops up, all black at first. You full-screen it, to make sure you can get the best view of the video Kimmy's worked so hard on. You lean back in your chair and press play.

A black and white spiral slowly materializes from the blackness, turning and turning endlessly, filling the screen. You're confused by the direction Kimmy's taking this, but you decide to keep watching. Maybe it'll make sense soon.

The spiral continues to turn, drawing your eyes in with every rotation. A low, steady hum begins to fill your headphones. Somehow, the sound makes it easier to keep watching. You adjust slightly in your chair, jaw opening slightly.

It keeps droning on in your ears, spinning in front of your eyes, and you can't help but slow down. There's nothing more important than looking. There's nothing better than giving in completely. The thoughts surprise you for a moment, before they're quickly replaced by a new sensation: arousal.

The more you look into the spiraling symbol, letting the twirling shapes take you down, down into submission and mindlessness, the hornier you feel. You try to focus on anything else, you weakly pull your head away from the spiral's gaze, but the Spiral will not let you.

The Spiral Owns Your Mind Now.

You're not sure how much time passes after you accept that you've lost. It's all of reality for you now, looking into the eternal Spiral.

Deep, deeper down, drifting, you fall, giving your mind over to this symbol, this visual, without a thought, without any will left to fight it. The Spiral guides your eyes to cross, your tongue to hang out, and your resistance to evaporate.

The hum in your ears turns to a buzz, and the warmth between your legs spikes suddenly. And again. And again. You feel the best pleasure you've ever felt in your life before everything fades to black.

You're at work, ready to give the biggest presentation of your life so far! You think you got a good night's sleep last night, but it's hard to remember. What's important is doing the best you can to support the team.

You're all set up in the conference room, taking one last look at the slides ahead of the meeting. Everything looks to be in place, no issues whatsoever.

There's a knock at the doorframe.

"Heyyy, sleepyhead," Kimmy coos. "You excited?" She's wearing a light pink blouse that is making her breasts look... distracting.

"Absolutely--we've got this!" You smile at Kimmy, happy that teamwork is making the dream work.

She beams prettily at you. "And thanks for checking my video last night! I can't wait to show you all my ideas." Her eyelashes frame beautiful hazel eyes.

A shudder of pleasure runs up your spine, which surprises you. Do you have a crush on Kimmy? You don't think so...

"Yeah, any time, just send them over!" Your eyes dance around her face, desperate not to focus too much on her breasts. If you like Kimmy, you should try not to make her feel uncomfortable.

It's time for the meeting to start, and everyone else begins filing into the room.

She leans over to you one last time, gently pressing her side against your front to whisper in your ear. "Come find me before you head home tonight."

You begin to blush despite yourself. "Okay." Maybe you do like Kimmy.

Can I ask how you pick your colors? I'm very fascinated by it and how well it works with your style

sure i will try my best 2 explain !!! >_<

typically i start drawing my main subjects on a grey colored background. this makes it so my color range is alot larger than if i sketched and colored on a white/lighter background because the colors that surround your piece will affect how they are perceived. i will attach an example below:

as you can see the drawing on the left (which is a wip i havent posted this drawing yet lulz) heavys skintone changes to match the context of the colors in the background which when you compare that bg to the bg on the right it is much darker in comparison. i also simply wanted to play around with colors coz i try not to restrict myself in any capacity. coloring is the most fun part of drawing to me and part of that fun comes from imposing zero limitations on myself which is why alot of my art has the most stupid ass color combinations u will eva see #live #laf #lov

this is what my drawings typically look like once i finish the actual main subject of the piece as you can see scout n pyro are in a grey void gidbles them. i typically do backgrounds last (which is something i should prbably change up sometime soon) because i tend to create them around the main drawing and it makes it easier for me to make everything more cohesive in the end because i can make the background however i want to fit the main drawing. i do not recommend doing this 24/7 becoz then u will struggle with environmental backgrounds/perspective shit and other stuff which is something i want to get better at but struggle with alot hashtag supaaa mega sad hashtag noob lyfeee

as for coloring itself and choosing colors its really just a combination of experimentation (and by that i mean i go through so much of the color wheel before i decide on something) and intuition. i already have an idea of what looks good together well in mind because well ive spent quite alot of time fine tuning ermmm idk what 2 call it i guess my color sense ??? hallppp but anyways i really recommend not just using bright/neon colors exclusively! the best way to make colors pop is to couple them with more muted ones so the contrast is better evident btwn the two. OH ANDD i tend to try not to use straight up black and white/grey to portray those colors. for example if a character has ermm lets say a white shirt i wont use white or grey colors to depict it but rather maybe a light cyan orrr yellowy green :p

i also overuse textured brushes and patterns in my art alortttt (see abovee) HALP so maybe try that??? i use clip studio paint and there are so many rly awesome textured brushes that i overuse coz they r SUPAAAA epik. IDK im just rambling but your biggest take away from this should be to GO EXPERIMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! and have fun anddddd mix "ugly" colors 2gether coz u just can never know what will and wont work unless u try :33

It’s okay to ship people together but there needs to be a boundary. Especially when Thai entertainment industry ( BL, I don’t know about BG) where they promote in such a way that make them seem as if they are a couple irl. Don’t always expect them to end up together, hey I’m not complaining if they do end up together. But if one of them decides to settle down with someone else then as fans, we should support them and not keep insisting on shipping them together. Especially when the one side of the ship has said time and time again to that it’s not the other half of the ship. First, when you ( not you but uk you ) insist on doing so. You are making things awkward between them ( the ship ) and potentially drawing them apart which is ironically what you don’t want to happen. Second, you are just making a bad impression on yourself. Third and final reason, it’s not your business who they ( the actors ) end up/ decide to settle down with in the first place. could you describe your art process?

yeah sure !! usually i draw in my notebook or on a loose piece of paper (if nawt i just use a pencil brush 2 sketch it) nd i take a picture of it and when itz on the canvas i lower the opacity (depending on how detailed the paper sketch was i might draw a second digital sketch over it) . after this i start on the lineart which is just. the regular lineart process . after that i do the secondary lines where the lines converge or on curves or where i just .think they should look thicker . after that begins the flatting in colors which i usually keep each section of color on different layers if im not sure of thecolor pallet in case i want 2 change them . then i merge all the layers 2gether (if i separated them) nd i start 2 shade . i usually use the same brush i use 4 coloring 4 th shading , nd its usually a dark purple or blue (OCCASIONALLY i will do a littol bit of rimlighting . 2 treat myself ) nd ill hatch on the lineart layer in the areas where i shaded .. thatz basically it !! :3
