Were you named after anyone?

Nope! My mum found a name she really liked long before she got pregnant, and I ended up with that name! My dad didn't really get to have a say in it at all Hahahah!

When was the last time you cried?

A couple of days ago.

Do you have kids?

No!!! I used to want kids when I was younger but now I'm indifferent to it. I do not want to get pregnant, but if I someday have the opportunity to adopt or foster a child then I probably will. There are too many kids out there in need of a loving home.

Do you use sarcasm a lot?

I think so? Yes?

What's the first thing you notice in others?

Probably their body language and how they interact with people.

What's your eye colour?

Blue/grey. Used to be really fucking blue when I was younger but not so much anymore.

Scary movies or happy endings?

Depends on my mood, but I am a sucker for a good scary movie!

Any special talents?

How do I even answer this? People tell me I'm good at singing, but most of the time I don't agree with that.

Writing, reading, playing piano and guitar, overthinking, sleeping—

God, I've done a lot tbh. Football, handball, swimming— I used to dance for years but it's been a long time since then!

5'7 I think. We don't measure height in feet in Norway, but I'm 170 cm!

Probably English and natural science.

Dream job?

I don't know. It changes all the time. I just want to find a career that gives me joy and where I don't dread going to work as soon as I wake up.

do you have any lawlight or death note metas/analyses?

Not necessarily revelatory or anything, but something I have been thinking more about recently is how both Light and Matsuda have such a desire to be seen as good boys, but it manifests in distinct ways. Matsuda doesn't have ego behind it in the way Light does. Light wants to be good and understood as good, but to him goodness necessitates perfection and so any bad he does has to be justified and made to serve a greater good. The whole damn world has to be reshaped so the bad of his actions can be reframed as good. He's so, so afraid of not being good. Matsuda wants approval and appreciation, and he's often seeking it like a puppy. But he's got no illusions about his fallibility. He wants to do good and be told he did good (like so badly), but he's never thought himself to be perfect nor has anyone else treated him as though he were. So when he messes up or gets ragged on, there aren't mental gymnastics that are employed to explain away his mistakes. Because making mistakes is already consistent with his self-perception. (Unlike Light lol).

And when Matsuda, in the end, shoots to (potentially) kill, he doesn't need to believe himself pure or divinely exempt. He makes a decision in the heat of the moment -- partly to intervene in an attempted murder, partly in self-defence, partly because he's doing his job, partly because he's hurt and betrayed. Is it for the greater good in some definitive, provable way? That's not really something he can know, especially not in that very moment. But he tries his best and he wants to help, and if he fucks things up he'll admit that. Anyway, these are half-formed thoughts but I've just been thinking about these two praise kink boys LOL.
