This song's had Dark in a fuckin chokehold the past few days ajahdhdjsdjdjsjd the lyrics REALLY like,, put the love and devotion (and. obsession.) she feels for people into perspective, he feels! Growing up we never really cared much for this song but something about it just clicked one night and now it's one of our most played songs this past week DHDJSJSIDJZ

Next up is a softer NIN track, Lights In The Sky! I wasn't around for this but I have memories of this song helping us with a really bad break-up,, despite the lyrics hinting towards this song being about drugs apparently JFHDJSFJ. The way this one is played is super pretty, definitely gives off space vibes, and it's one of our go-to songs for helping put us to sleep!

Saeran's AE Day 1

First off, summary of day 1. V knocked out everyone with a sleeping gas [everyone's asleep until the end of the day :(] because he needed saeran to rescue saeyoung. Saeyoung's in custody of their father, who's working with the boss of his secret agency! And apparently rika and v made a deal with the choi twins father. He wanted to see saeran or else they'll really kill saeyoung. So v needs saeran to rescue saeyoung, and saeran needs to go there alone.

And here's my take for day 1.

Okay, oh god where it i even start?! First off, baby saeran gained some weight and im glad he's been healthy. I love this Saeran, i love how he acknowledges both ray and the dark saeran.

And saeyoung... oh my precious little redhead. Ngl your side profile here is doing smthng to me but please, please stay alive.

I know i’ve said this a dozen times...but Walker just keeps getting better and better and better! With every. single. episode. I loved everything about this episode so much and again! Jared live-tweeting it was the best!!! I watched this episode at 3 am lats night again help.

OK SO CRDIREZ BEAUTY EPISODE!!! YES! I loved loved loved loved the development of their friendship in this episode SO MUCH! 

First scene Cordirez and them badass rangers catching bad guys together YES!!! Walker trying to find out Micki’s middle name is so cute pls. 

I really enjoyed the case they worked here as well. It was both deep and emotional and that twist! YEPPPP SIGN ME UP.

THE BAR SCENE WITH WALKER AND MICKI. AGAIN THEIR FRIENDSHIP! The episode title fit so well here and I’m glad Micki and Walker have really reached a good understanding on a friend and partner level. THEY\RE THE CUTEST PLEASE I LOVE THEM.

-I love how this show is really taking the time to address the difficulties someone like Micki- A Female Latina would go through- the sexism, blatant disrespect and disregard. Micki’s character is also something that’s very well written and acted(Lindsey ily) and portrayed extremely well. One of my favorite things about Walker is how he really trusts Micki, views her as an equal, and wants to earn her trust, not demand it. It’s perfect(cordirez breakdown time). Micki is also slowly letting her fences down around him and it’s a huge and very delightful to see step. I love and adore their friendship and chemistry so much. 

MICKI SPEAKING IN SPANISH IS AN OFFICIAL TURN ON FOR ME BYE.

That last scene with Walker and his mom was so touching. Walker’s relationship with his parents is so sweet. His mom hugging him and comforting him when Walker said he missed emily so much *cries* I just wanna hold him please. 

August being worried for his father’s happiness I JUST. YOU SWEET BOY. I really think messaging Twyla was a baaaaddd move though.

WALKER AND AUGUST SELFIE. The way Walker so easily just picked his son and brought him to him, made him family photographer and that scene. THE BEST. 

I genuinely don’t think anything happened between Twyla and Walker. But we’ll have to see.

oKAY SO. Captain James??? It’s just an on and off thing. Do I trust him? Do i don’t? Why did he take those surveillance vids out??? I trust Liam with it and i’m glad he’s looking into it and all. The last Tricki scene mY HEART. ‘’you wanted a hero so you drew one. then you became one’’ Micki is going to be such an inspiration I love her. And the way they interacted, Trey getting a job!!! And Micki’s excitement, THEIR HUG!!! ‘’hugging is one of my superpowers’’ TREY BARNETT I LOVE YOU.

THAT LAST SCENE WHY LEAVE IT LIKE THIS. WHAT IS HAPPENING WHY DOES WALKER OR DUKE APPARENTLY HAVE TO GO BACK.

Anyways! As you can see the entire episode was so enjoyable and I loved it. The best part of this was definitely the Cordirez friendship development and i cannot wait to see where it goes from here!

Richie Tozier was the bane of your existance, at first you were so happy for your mother meeting him. Mainly because you knew she was lonely and that she didnt actually like going out for dating. Meeting him was a completely different story though. 

When you met him, your mother had invited him over for dinner. Thinking you wouldn't be there, as a just in case you weren't ready to meet him. You were completely fine with it considering that night a guy you'd met also asked to take you out. You said yes, completely hopeful about the entire thing and made sure to look your absolute best. But the whole thing was a bust. He expected you to put out while acting so entitled to you. 

"If I'm not being driven home, I'm breaking your goddamn nose." You said to him.

"Fine, fuck like cant you give a guy a break? I was a gentleman to you sweetheart." He said, reluctantly driving you to your home.

"Um no you showed basic human decency then expected me to bend over for you. Fuck that. If that's how you wanna be then I want no part of it." You responded, clearly taking none of his bullshit. Guys like that always pissed you off, acting entitled and getting pissed when you said no. Definitely not someone youd ever want to date seriously. 

Him driving you back home was fine, you got out of the car quickly just in case he wanted to try anything and when he drove off immediately after you got out you knew you made the right choice. Seeing the two cars though made you a bit reluctant to go inside, remembering your mom saying she was inviting her boyfriend over. 

You walked in as quietly as possible, and sneaked over to your bedroom. You sent a quick text to your mother telling her you came back early but youd be staying in your room and to just pretend you weren't there. She responded with asking if everything was okay, and that she was glad you got home safely. You told her youd talk about it the next day. And then turned your phone off, and changed. Passing out immediately afterwards. However the next day, you walked out of your room to get breakfast and you literally saw the hottest man just cooking in your kitchen.

"What the fuck?" You said aloud, wincing at how loud it actually sounded. He turned around startled, holding a spatula and stared at you.

"Oh uh. Hi. I'm Richie." He said awkwardly, because to be fair it was obvious he stayed the night, and who would walk in to know why he stayed the night? 

"Y/n. I didnt know you stayed the night." You said accusingly. 

"Uh it just happened. Too much to drink ya know?" He joked.

"No not really. Im not 21 yet." You said with a straight face. Of course you did know but you weren't going to say it when your mom could hear you. He shifted awkwardly and winced at the burning smell behind him. Quickly shifting away from you to salvage the food. 

Y/n! You're up!" You heard your mom say, "This is Richie." With a smile on her face. The light in her eyes was back, so you pushed back your distaste. She was happy, so you would be happy for her too. 

A year later had you actually living with him. It wasn't terrible, but now he was your step father. A good one at that if you were going to be honest with yourself. The year of getting to know him made you actually like the man. A little too much. Your whole style changed just so you could see his reaction. You discovered the most adorable outfits that still made you look a little older than you really were. When he ended up paying for your college tuition you were incredibly grateful for it, and you think that's when everything started changing in the way you looked at him. He wasn't the hot guy your mom was seeing, he was your stepfather. Your really hot stepfather. When the dreams started you had no idea what to do other than continue having some of the most filthy fantasies youd ever thought of before. Sometimes Richie would sneak into your bedroom in these dreams, and he'd fuck you like you were someone who made a living for it. A week later you found out your mother would be leaving for a business deal. Apparently people really liked the fact she was married to Richie Tozier, and loved the fact someone who was so rich was with your mother. It made you hate it, they never played attention to your mother before she was seeing Richie but it helped pay the bills Richie refused to let your mother and you deal with. Saying he wanted you both to enjoy everything he could possibly offer. You both were incredibly grateful, and you both took advantage of the fact he said it. You would buy the most elaborate cutesy but sexy outfits that your mother never seemed to notice thankfully, and started to call Richie daddy. Which he seemed thrilled with at first but then you could catch the faintest tint of pink on his cheeks. Like he was thinking about you the same way you thought about him every night. The day your mother had to leave you were upset, but grateful. Richies friends were still coming over, and you still had things to do.

Richie was in a really bad space, no scratch that a terrible place. A year ago he met an amazing woman, who just so happened to have a daughter. He would have been fine with it, if you weren't so damn alluring. Your style had changed so much since he had entered your lives. Your mother being so happy you were leaving the shell you made for yourself, and testing out new styles with him paying for every single item. He had no problem with it at first. Until he saw what youd be wearing underneath, it was an accident when he saw. He could swear it on his future grave, but the times after he couldn't say anything for it. The lace, the frilly designs of the bras youd chosen, and the shortest skirts he'd ever seen in his life. When you started calling him daddy he was happy at first too. But after he saw what you wore underneath your pajamas he always felt embarrassed about it or rather incredibly turned on. You thought maybe the outfit you currently had on was good, but now fuck that. Swimming in the back sounded like a better idea. 

"Yeah, I did get married you asshats. Laugh it up." Richie said. "She has a daughter, but I dont think shes here right now-" he couldn't continue his sentence because you ended up walking down the stairs in the most skimpy bikini he'd ever seen in his life. Everyone stopped talking watching you come down the stairs and jumping down the last step and smiling at them.

"Oh! Sorry, I just wanted to go swimming in the back ya know? It's such a good day to just lounge around in the pool." You said, smiling prettily at the group. Bill was the first to break the tension by smiling at you, which prompted the rest of the group to do the same sans Richie. 

"Ah no you're right! It is a good day to be lounging at the pool." He said, then he stretched his arm out to you. "Bill Denbrough, and you are?" 

You batted your eyes at the him and gave a coy smile. "I'm y/n, Mr. Denbrough. I have to say I'm a huge fan." His eyes lit up, no one would like to say completely that they loved his writing. "I especially like how the endings are, everyone always told me I'd hate the endings but I think even if they were bad they fit the story you made." You said, finally shaking his hand. His face fell a bit, but he brightened again. You did say that the endings fit for the story itself, he couldn't be upset with that. 

"I'm Stan, hi." One of the other men said reaching his hand out to you and firmly shaking yours. You felt so fucking small next to all of them now. When Eddie introduced himself he was red faced and seemed to be struggling to talk. You pretended to not notice the reaction and just smiled at the group. Richie was just standing there still shell shocked at the fucking gall you had introducing yourself to his friends like that. When you turned around he could tell Eddie was about to pass out, you might as well have been wearing nothing. He almost scowled, as he quickly ushered the group to the living room and away from you venturing out to the back. 

You were back inside a few hours later. The sun finally setting for the day and you felt at ease. Richie looked pissed seeing you in your bathing suit earlier and knowing his best friends were oggling you but youd figured he cooled off enough by now. You sneaked back inside, drying your hair as you closed and locked the screen door.

"So you wanna tell me what the fuck that was?" A voice asked. Oops, you guessed he was still pretty pissed from earlier.

"I dont know what youre talking about. I just introduced myself to your friends and went out to the pool daddy." You responded innocently, turning to face him. "It would be incredibly impolite to ignore guests here." 

Richie took a deep breath, his face scrunched up in anger. "Its not funny to do that to my friends. You know they're older than you, they could be your father." He said.

"Yeah but they're not. You're not my father either." You said, looking at him. "I didnt do anything wrong. I introduced myself and then I left so you could spend time with your friends without worrying about me." 

"Y/n-" Richie started.

"Richie. It's not my fault your friends want to fuck me." You said, cutting him off. "I dont think I'd say no to it either. Your friends are pretty hot." 

Then you were pushed against the wall roughly, hands secured around your waist and a leg shoved roughly between yours. "Don't say things like that y/n." Richie whispered in your ear. "Don't say you want to fuck someone my age y/n."

The door chimed as you walked into the coffee shop, immediatley seeing Emily beam as she saw you made you loose a tension you didnt know you were holding. After leaving your last job abruptly you had been busy trying to get your shit together and through the struggle you were glad to take a break to see your old babysitter and childhood friend Emily.

"Hey (y/n)!" She stood up, you noted motherhood suited her well. She seemed more at peace now.

"Hey Em!" You looked down to see Cristobal sweetly sleeping in his noteably expensive stroller.

"So..." she seemed eager "I was talking with Miguel and we know you're...well...looking for a new job and place to stay so we thought it'd be perfect if you stayed with us as Cristobals full time nanny."

You were caught off gaurd to say the least "Oh, uh that does sounds great but i dont have any experience really."

"Dont worry well figure it out and ill be there in the beginning till you settle in. Trust me."

You thought you didnt have many other places to go either way and being in a stable enviornment would be good for a change. Fuck it.

"When can i start?"

Nannying was going better than you thought. It helped that Cristobal was more than well behaved but also you kind of had a knack for it. Not to mention the mansion Emily lived in. You needed to check with Miguel about taking Cristobal to the park, going to his office you just found Nestor standing next to an empty desk.

"Sorry-I I didnt know anyone was home, he was getting fussy so.." you trailed off as Miguel stood up giving you a look you couldnt read. You looked over to Nestor and he looked upset.

"Dont worry mija we were just finishing up." Miguel said, like he meant it.

"Actually" the strange man stood, still undressing you with his eyes. It was starting to piss you off.

"Miguelito i think we should wait till my party next saturday to...finalize this deal huh?" He said with that same grin.

"Por supuesto" miguel said as he ushered the man to the other side of the room, talking to each other in spanish too quiet for you to decipher.

You felt stuck in your place. You focused on Cristobals breath against your chest. Trying to let it calm you. You noted more of the man. He looked dangerous. Emily told you Miguel was a international businessman and you believed her till you came here. You werent stupid enough to ask exactly what he did but you also werent stupid enough to believe he was just a businessman either.

The men came back and stood in front of you for a beat.

"You're a part of the family now mija, this is our job as the women." You knew that comment was true, you saw it with your own eyes and that made it sting even more.

You were doing it for the sake of Emily and her family you told yourself. Plus you did look amazing in the dress.

You tugged at the zipper of the dress, it wouldn't budge.

The music was loud as you walked in. People were dancing and the mariachis were amazing. You were thankful to sit next to emily and dita. You felt eyes on you from men and their wives. You tugged your dress up. Definitley not the most revealing at the party but apparently it was enough.

"Its because you are not married" Dita told you, a comforting hand on your shoulder. "They are jealous" She smiled. It didnt make you feel better. You tried to focus on the drink in front of you.

The man from the house yelled joyfully and drunkenly in spanish and started walking toward the table. The men quickly stood up and met him halfway. Ushering him into a private room smoothly. Not before you made eye contact and he winked. You held your shudder.

The night went on and you found yourself almost having fun and forgetting the dangerous people around you.

You went to the bathroom as Devante and Dita danced.

You were looking for the bathroom when you felt a heavy hand on your waist. You jumped and turned. It was the man.

"Hello pretty women" he said with a accent slurred with the smell of strong alcohol that pinched your nose.

You backed up to find yourself against a wall. You started to look for a way out but his hand got harder on your waist, moving to hold your hip.

He leaned in speaking breathy spanish against your ear you couldnt understand on your best day. You took the opportunity to side step, noticing his henchmen about 10 ft away watching, glocks on their hips. The situation sank your stomach. You wouldnt be getting out of here.

"(Y/n) ive been looking everwhere for you." Dita shuffled past the man grabbing your arm and pulling you away. "Miguel needs to talk with you." She said louder than necesarry.

You were at a near jog down the hall. She stopped and turned you when you were safely away but not into the main area.

"Are you okay mija?" She held your hand. You felt tears welling.

"Men like that will ways exist and here, you will find them in abundance. It's important to stay close to us. They prey on the lone wolf okay?" You nodded. She wiped the tear you didnt know you shed.

She stayed with you till you calmed down.

"Brave face mija" she said as you walked back into the room, back to the table. Nestor and miguel were there looking directly at you, worried, trying to read your face. You forced a smile. Understanding what being in this family meant. It wasnt good. It wasnt bad. It was just your life now.

Nestor quickly sat next to you. Emily eyeing you, sympathetically. They were all too smart to not put together what happened. She touched your thigh, you flinched. She removed it. You could see she made a heartbroken face out the corner of your eyr but you couldnt bring yourself to meet her eyes.

"Im okay i promise. Just..shook up" you were honest. She nodded. You knew she felt terrible.

The night continued. Nestor wanted to kill him and he knew how he would do it. He shared looks with Miguel. He shook his head. Not yet. The second you walked out, holding ditas arm like it was the only thing keeping you up his stomach twisted. Rage ran down his back.

When he didnt see that bastard Diego and didnt see you, his mind raced and he was about to go down the hall to kill that fuck when Dita grabbed him.

"You can't. It has to be me." She didnt have to explain. He knew why. It killed him to turn around and walk away from the situation as his mind let dark thoughts in of what he was doing to you.

He kept looking at you, he could see you trying to be brave but under the table your leg was shaking and you were fidgeting with your hands.

"Come outside with me baby" he leaned over so only you could hear him.

You looked over at him standing with his hand out. You were thankful. Did he just call you baby? It sounded good coming out of his mouth.

You took his hand. It was calloused and strong. It calmed you down almost instantly as he led you outside. When people saw him coming they almost fell over themselves to move out of your way.

The cool air felt good on your flushed cheeks. He let go of your hand and led you to the balcony. You leaned on it, embracing the night air.

"Its really beautiful out here, all things considered." You chuckled.

He looked worringly at you, "Thank you Nestor." You grabbed his arm.

Fuck, his name sounded so good in your mouth.

"You're welcome." He watched as you leaned against the balcony. He wanted to touch you, tell you, youre beautiful but after what happened thats not what you needed and he knew it.

You stayed like that for awhile, in each other's silence. The muffled sound of the mariachis relaxing you.

You felt your eyes getting heavy.

"Dont get tired now its not even 1am yet." You looked over, surprised he noticed.

Fuck he would do just about anything you asked. Crawl on glass in the snow, change your oil, anything as long as you kept smiling at him like that.

"But it's probably best to go inside right?" You sighed.

"I think so."

You grabbed his arm as you walked in, holding onto him and keeping your eyes on the table.

Time passed and you struggled to stay awake, you leaned on Nestor's shoulder without thinking, you froze. He moved over to make you more comfortable, moving his arm around you but not too much. You snuggled in. Damn he smelled good too. You closed your eyes, feeling people looking. Fuck em.

You were stirred up by Nestor rubbing your upper arm "hey, hey, time to go."

You stirred, never really falling asleep but not present for the end. Everyone was filing out slowly.

Nestor was looking over to Miguel and Diego. He shook Miguel's hand. He didn't look away as he put his coat over your shoulders and walked you all out.

You noticed Emily smirking at you, making eyes at Nestor's jacket around you.

"-Ah." She cut you off. "You don't need to tell me anything." She smiled.

You smiled back, happily getting in the warm car and doozing on and off on the way home, catching Nestor look at you in the rearview mirror made you blush.

You all made your way inside as you felt the emotional fatigue of the day in your legs.

Nestor was waiting by the front door. Not for you it seemed. Just taking a moment.

"Can i be out here with you for awhile?" You asked, ready for him to say anything.

"Yeah."

"Thanks for tonight, for taking care of me."

"I know you can take care of yourself (y/n). I just didn't want you to feel alone out there." He spoke softly, sitting next to you.

You stared at his face for the first time it seemed. He was beautiful. You dared to glance down at his lips.

He followed your eyes. He wouldn't move qn inch on you tonight. He didnt want to chance pushing you but fuck did he want you so bad.

You weren't used to initiating, you could see he wanted you but wouldnt move. You closed the distance, stopping just short to see if he'd react.

His head just barely titled up towards you, you took it and kissed him, you being the one to take control felt good. You wondered if he was usually like this.

man its so fun reading this comic, im legit enjoying every part of it. yeah, its pretty long and tedious at times but if you find the right amount of will power and jokes, its fun the get through it. thats how i got through most of act 1, i started making jokes about the characters and the system of the sylladex (which STILL frustrates me) and then act 2 became the imp soap opera inside joke. glorious, let me tell you. 

but im glad its giving you weird nostalgic vibes! maybe for me in a few years ill look back to 2019 the same way people look back to 2009. its endearing, i really love this community so far. you lot are legit so nice and sweet and its amazing. i can tell yall grew well with each other over time :)

on that note, of the “in complete dark about everything” i seriously, really do not know much about homestuck. can i PLEASE mention that out loud for you all. like nothing at all, or well barely, i just know its loved and it gets better. i knew about the introduction with a game and the apocalypse and there were aliens. but besides that, and also the image of a grey gremlin imp man who i guess we havent met but i will probably point out when i see him appear in the comic, i legit have no idea as to where the next 7000 pages will get me. im just gathering the kids will enter the game? theyll all beat their gates? dad will be rescued? and uhh more characters. but thats not my point, my point is that apparently im also weirdly good at predicting things??????? so much that people are getting suspicious that ive already read the fucking comic. kallies been laughing at me for the past DAYS because of that. apparently EVERYONE IS ON MY CASE ABOUT IT. there’s a list apparently being made about predictions i have said? and some are scarily accurate according to friends. but everybody refuses to tell me which one of my jokes are considered predictions. but then the thing is, EVERYTHING I MAKE IS A JOKE SO HOW AM I TO GUESS WHICH ONES I GOT RIGHT LMFAO. THERES SO MANY. I wanted to talk about swsh bc I’m almost done with post game and I needed to write down my thoughts somewhere so. Here we are. Story spoilers ahead btw. Also a lot of gushing abt the rivals bc they’re my children now

I have. So many feelings about this game. tbh the story could have been so much better (and there was potential for something great. But I think it’s mostly bc I disliked how they built Rose’s character as the main villain, more about that later) but the characters... they’re really good.

First bc they gave us Hop and his insecurities as the rival that always loses even though it’s his dream to be champion too - something I’ve always wanted to see in a rival ever since Blue left me hanging (though I understand, as he was the very first rival and we couldn’t have a full plot heavy pkmn game back then), and that I felt was touched upon in Cheren but not really worked with? Anyway. I’m glad they took the time to add his insecurities and his need to keep up w/ Leon to his character and how he grows past it later, it made me actually feel bad for having to take his dream away from him at the end (though!!!! I’m really glad he’s training to be a professor now, bc it really does fit him better! Making his own path and all that) A very good character imo, definitely going into my fav list. The fact that he takes his Wooloo off the team when he’s conflicted abt his fighting style and puts him back in after making up his mind still makes me a bit emotional if I’m going to be honest :’’)

And then there’s Bede. God he’s!!!!! Such a good character!!!!!! How I missed having a rude rival like that! I loved the way his story was handled (though I did wish he’d appear a bit more...but that’s just bc I like him way too much;;), from starting out as a stuck up jerk to getting tricked and then finding a place to belong after Opal took him in. I have so many thoughts abt him. About how he speaks so politely even though he’s a stuck up brat, about how he wears a watch that is way too big for him bc it was a present from Rose (and how much it fits his character as someone trying desperately to fit into a role he’s been given by a man who didn’t even care to get his wrist size right), how after he turns into the fairy gym leader the watch is nowhere to be seen bc, as Opal says, he doesn’t have to follow anyone’s whims anymore and- at the very end! How he hijacks the competition to battle you bc his disqualification was unfair and he deserved to stand there! The way he looks so much happier and smiles as he accepts defeat! I love this kid so much. also bc his entire color scheme and pkmn choices are my complete aesthetic, the fairy fam is literally A+ (also god will we ever know what happened to his parents??? What’s “ran into some trouble”?? Did they die, or did they abandon him bc of money issues??? @/gamefreak I NEED ANSWERS)

Marnie was adorable too, her slight accent is a very charming addition to her character and the slight foreshadowing of her ties to the last gym were great! Also she’s so cute. I wanna become a team Yell member after seeing her smile. She’s a dark type specialist man!!!!! That’s so cool!!! Why are the rivals so cool!!!! And her relationship with Piers is so cute too, they’re great siblings. I loved that when Piers asked her to become the next gym leader she was like “thanks brother, but I refuse. Im gonna be champion! :)” . Her cheering made the end fights so much better. I just wish we had some more interactions between the three rivals bc hop and bede’s fight was great but I wish marnie interacted more with them ):

Sonia and Leon were also very good. Watching Sonia find herself in her research and become a proper professor during my travels was SO SATISFYING YALL HAVE NO IDEA. Her interactions with Leon were so great too, and I’m very happy that she’s good friends with Nessa! Leon is a dork and I also love him, and I kinda enjoy that they both took the role of investigators and let the kids continue w/ the gym challenge by themselves (finally some responsible adults not leaving all the problems for 10-13 yr olds to solve am I right!). Also, LEON PLEASE TELL YOUR BROTHER YOURE PROUD OF HIM HE REALLY NEEDS TO HEAR IT!!!!

but I’ve praised swsh long enough so let’s talk about Rose. I felt like he was an attempt by nintendo at first to try and portray a corrupt businessman but they ended up not following through w/ it and the end result was....that. Don’t get me wrong; there are some points abt him that I enjoy, like the terrible fact that he basically ‘adopted’ a kid to use for his own benefit and couldn’t even remember his name properly, and that he wears dorky clothes off work. But they tried making his motives sympathetic and they didn’t make any sense??? What’s up with “being worried about the future of Galar” when he LITERALLY ALMOST CAUSED THE APOCALYPSE?? Being worried about not having enough energy for the country to survive after like 10000 years ain’t a good motivation for putting everyone in danger, chief.

 And here’s what they could have done: show just how corrupted by his own mentality and power Rose was; show him charismatic on the outside but completely apathetic to the people and justifying his actions by wanting Eternatus’ energy to keep modernizing Galar at the expense of some casualties bc hey! As long as the country will live on and keep progressing, what’s the problem with some lives being lost along the way if its for the greater good? Show him as the evil rich businessman he was meant to be! One that can’t understand that giving a pokemon and a golden watch to an orphan and “saving” him doesn’t give Rose the right to use him and discard him like a tool, one that tries to manipulate the Champion to do what he wants bc he’s given him the fights he wants and promised his family would be safe; just give me a character I can properly hate without feeling disappointed! You’ve done it with Ghetsis and Lusamine, you can do it with Rose too! Commit to your evil rich apathetic businessman plans, nintendo!

I felt both Oleana and the weird hair twins were better antagonists in this front. I even thought like SHE was the true villain and was using Rose’s apparent naïveté as a well intentioned but stupid rich guy and her position as his secretary to get what she wanted at the beginning; alas, that’s not what happened unfortunately ): but she had a proper motivation and enough foreshadowing for me to suspect her and still think she’s cool (her backstory is great for example. I was so surprised when she used a Garbodoor after all those cool lady pokemon!) the twins are both stupid looking and Swordward and Shieldbert are TERRIBLE names, but I feel like they’d be more iconic as main villains too.

Harley looked up from his phone, hearing his uncle’s angry voice.

“What the fuck?” He muttered under his breath before getting up and opening his bedroom door.

“I need to know everything you know involving Thompson.”

Harley eyed him confused “Has age finally caught up to you? I’ve already told you everything I knew.”

“I’m not fucking around here Harley” he pushed his nephew to the side & made a gesture to the far wall. A projected screen of text messages between an unknown number and Peter showed.

Harley followed his uncle then frowned at the screen projected on his wall “What’s that?”

“This is a conversation between Peter and who I believe to be Flash Thompson. So this is the last time I will be asking, tell me everything you know in regards to him. “

Harley walked closer to the wall, swallowing as he read the messages. “What the fuck? When did this start.”

Tony turned fully and eyed his nephew “Wait so you’re telling me you had no idea of this?” He gestured again, and more screens appeared with more crude messages

Harley’s eyes widened “What do you take me for? If I knew what Peter was being put through Flash would be fucking dead!!!”

“Tone Harley.”

“Fuck this. He is so beyond dead. I don’t even care.”

Tony grabs Harley by the scruff of his neck. “You’re not going anywhere.”

“Fucking let go of me. You’re not the boss of me Stark” Harley seethed and fought his uncle, trying to break free.

“Harley calm down!” when the teenager refused Tony hauled him back and grabbed his arms, putting them behind the teens head and holding tight “Stop it Harley. Harley!” Tony raised his voice as the blonde kept refusing to settle

“Fuck you. I hate you. Let me go!”

“Well I love you and I can do this all fucking day.” Tony snarled

“Boss?” Friday called out

“Yes Friday?” the older man answered gruffly, still restraining his nephew

“Incoming call from Karen Sir, Should I patch it to you directly or over loudspeaker?

“Let it come over loudspeaker.” Tony gripped the fighting teenager harder and Harley stopped fighting all together upon hearing about Peter

“Tony!”

“Hey Babyboy, been worried about you.”

“Yeah uh I’m sorry about that.” Peter laughed nervously “I uh forgot my phone.”

“Yeah I noticed.” Tony said dryly, giving his nephew a look that clearly meant don’t fuck up before letting him go

“Everything alright? You sound weird.”

“I’m fine, where are you?”

“Don’t lie to me Tony, I’m just at Aunt May’s. Calling you from my suit, but Friday probably already mentioned it.”

“I’m better now that I know you’re okay sweetheart. Your coming back right Pete?”

“Yeah of course, I just went out to visit May but got sidetracked. “

Tony frowned as Friday silently brought up Karen’s report of Peter’s Vitals “Peter...”

“Did you get into a fight? Did Flash get to you?”

“What no. No! Flash? “Peter sounded confused “Why would you think Flash got to me?”

“I’m looking at your Vitals report Peter.”

“Dammit Karen, stop ratting me out to Friday. But still that doesn’t explain… Oh.”

“Oh?”

“Anthony Howard Stark, were you snooping in my room?”

Tony swallowed, noticing Peter’s tone didn’t sound angry. “It’s hardly your room anymore!”

“You hacked into my phone.” Peter stated.

“Well to be fair, Friday just helped me figure out your passcode, I didn’t even need to hack it.”

“She helped you?”

“I thought it was your birthday but Friday told me to try something else and it worked.” Tony shrugged at Harley’s eye roll.

“Whatever, either way you didn’t need to go into my phone!”

“Apparently I did!! Because you weren’t about to be 100% truthful!” Tony started to raise his voice

“That doesn’t mean you get the right to go through my shit!”

“Yes it does! Peter Jesus Christ don’t you see that he could seriously fucking hurt you. “

“I’m not doing this now. Imma go.”

“Peter wait! Let me come get you.”

“I’m not planning to leave yet.”

“Well let me come get you in an hour.” Tony asked, knowing how much Peter hates it when Tony raises his voice and despite what most people think, Tony hates it too.

“I think I need to be alone a bit Tony.”

“But you’re still coming home?” he asked nervously

Peter sighed “Yes. Regardless of you being an utter ass, I still love you so yes I’ll be home.”

Harley smirked “Well how about Happy? He could pick you up.”

“Harley? Wait. You’ve had me on speaker this whole time?”

Tony ignored Peter’s question. “So Happy can pick you up in an hour.”

Peter sighed again “Yeah have him pick me up then. But this isn’t over Tony. Bye Harley. Bye Tony.”

“See ya in a bit Parker.” Harley said at the same time as Tony said “Love you Petey.”

Which made Harley shake his head. His uncle really didn’t know when to leave a person alone

“Love you too. I’m hanging up now.”

Tony looked at his nephew when the call disconnected “What?”

“You really like Peter don’t you Tony?” Harley walked over and sat down on the bed

Tony followed Harley and pulled the desk chair closer to the bed. Sitting down on it he said softly “Yeah I kind of do like a lot.”

“You get crazy when it comes to people you care about.” The blonde stated

Tony licked his lips but nodded. “Yep and hopefully I didn’t just scare him away.”

“I know he wouldn’t want me to tell you this but Uncle I doubt you could scare Peter Parker away the hardest you could try.”

Tony rolled his eyes “You don’t need to flatter me with bullshit Harley.”

Harley leaned forward to look Tony dead in the eye. “This isn’t bullshit. I know for a fact he’s in love with you. Like the marrying kind of love. He doesn’t tell you or me what goes on because he knows Flash’s dad works for you and you would stop at nothing to teach Flash a lesson. Peter doesn’t want anyone to pay for some idiots actions by proxy. “

Tony looked at his nephew for a minute before speaking “When did you become so wise nephew.”

Harley shrugged then looked at the text messages on the wall “When did these start anyway.”

Tony looked at the conversations and went between pages with a flick of his wrist “The first ones in this conversation start 2 months ago.”

“Months? I’ve only known about Flash being a complete dick since a few weeks after you got together. And these are only what he has left on his phone”

Tony raised an eyebrow “What do you mean only what’s left?

“I know Flash was a bit of an ass to Peter for years. Something had to have happened to make him switch from basic dickness to this shit.” Harley states.

Tony eyes widen “Why didn’t I think of this sooner. Friday?”

“Yes boss?”

“Scan Peter’s phone for deleted messages from that unknown number. Before you try and say anything, this is for his safety.”

“May I call Ms. Potts for confirmation as she also had the protection of privacy protocol in place?”

Harley snorted, knowing full well how Pepper would react to their snooping.

Peter shook his head as he pulled his mask off. Heading back into the living room, he had walked into the hallway to talk to Tony and clearly that was a good idea. He took a deep breath then forced a smile on his face as he walked in.

“All good?” May asked from the couch

Peter nodded. “Yeah they were worried about me but it’s all good now.”

“They’re not the only ones worried.”

“Whatcha mean?” Peter asked as he sat down beside her.

May tilted her phone screen so both of them could see it. There were Facebook messages from both MJ & Ned.  May tapped on Ned’s chat bubble “See?”

Peter read through the messages then leaned ahead and pressed on MJ’s chat bubble and shook his head “They’re like the FBI.”

“Should I be worried Peter?”

“Oh no, not even. Flash was bugging me again and I just told him how it was and I haven’t had a chance to really tell em about it”

May nodded in understanding. “So they’re just hearing gossip from other kids?”

“Exactly.”

“Shouldn’t you call them then?”

“It’s okay, they’ll be fine till I get back to the tower. “

“Peter…”

“What? I’m here to see you not spend all afternoon yaking off to my friends.” Peter shrugged

May gave him a knowing look “But you were quick as shit to tell Tony Stark where you were. “

Peter blushed “And?”

“And from Ned’s messages you left school early with Harley. But your best friends have no idea what’s going on. MJ even told me she called Harley.”

“May its fine, I’m fine. I swear. Nerds honor.” Peter raised his hand and made the Spock symbol.

May shook her head and handed him her phone “Message them from my Facebook at least, I’ll go crazy if I have to deal with much more of Ned’s mothering.” She got up “How’s some cocoa and Greys Anatomy sound for a bit?”

“Fine! And sounds great, don’t forget the marshmallows.” Peter took her phone and created a group chat with MJ and Ned

M: Hey guys Its Peter, Im alive and well. I left my phone at the tower and am with aunt may! You guys are like the fbi, you don’t need to worry so much.

N: DUDE OMG WHY ARE YOU USING MAY’S PHONE. DID SOMETHING HAPPEN HARLEY WOULDN’T TELL MJ ANYTHING

MJ: calm down weirdo, glad your okay loser. Seriously tho what happened to your phone? You don’t go anywhere wo it.

M: Wow ned nice yelling at me through texts. I just came home and left my phone back @ the tower. I was just beyond done with today and had some much needed Chinese. Sorry if Harley gave yall a tough time

Peter closed the chats and deleted them. “Hey May. I’m just going to use your phone to tell Mr. Stark not to send Happy out for another hour or two okay?”

May walks in with two hot steaming cups of homemade hot cocoa. “Actually, you can just text happy yourself.”

Peter raised an eyebrow “Text Happy?”

“Yeah he’s the second conversation. Hand me my phone.” She passed him one of the mugs as he handed her the phone.

May sat down beside her nephew then pulled up her text app, clicking on her second conversation which was with one Happy Hogan.

Peter watched her curiously. “What are you doing texting Happy?”

May almost blushed. “I’m allowed to have friends Peter.”

“Yeah of course but Happy?”

“What’s wrong with that?”

“Well he’s Mr. Stark’s driver!”

She raised an eyebrow “and your point? You don’t see me prodding you about being around a man half your age in almost all your spare time!”

Peter looked at her and debating on saying more but she was right. While May didn’t know fully just what went on during his time with Iron man. She was exceptionally cool about it.. He let him come and go from the apartment to the tower without much fuss. While it really weirded him out the thought of Happy and his aunt spending time together. She did deserve someone, especially a nice someone. After Uncle Ben passed away there hadn’t been a lot of successful suitors so who was he to judge.

Peter smiled “Well I’m happy for you then.”

May smirked and shoved him “Don’t be so excited, we’re just talking. We haven’t gone on a date yet. “

“Well do it!! Happy is a standup guy and he puts up with Harley and Mr. Starks antics so we know he can handle you.”

May flicks his hear “rude. Anyways! What do you want me to tell Happy.”

Peter started laughing and took a sip of his drink “Just tell him we’re going to watch an episode or two of Greys. Then I’ll be ready.”

May nods and types for a moment before sitting her phone down on the table. She picked up the tv remote and got Netflix started.

“Ready for some Mcdreamy time?”

“Always” Peter said with a grin.

Im sorry your probably gonna be seeing alot of these posts because I am friggin PISSED and no Im not saying this ONE THING ruined the game for me or that the game is bad thats not my intention I personally gave the game a 8.9 so clearly I enjoyed it I just didnt enjoy THIS shit

The romance between Sora and Kairi omg its just SO BAD it makes my danm blood boil because it didnt HAVE to be this bad but you wanna know why it was so bad this game and worse than any other game in the franchise?

Because Kairi was off the island

You heard me right, Kairi being off the island and put onto the battlefield destroyed this relationship for good and turned it into the biggest friggin joke its ever been when before there were actually some decent moments between them but this? this was downright laughable and so forced it felt like Sora was being held hostage and forced to say and do the BS that he was and it just felt uncomfortable to watch

Like him saying ‘Im strong with you Kairi’ which apparently in JPN he said ‘your strong Kairi’ which somehow makes it better to some people but bruh both are equally bad and equally laughable because neither of them are true

Kairi’s not strong and never has been, Kairi is just a love interest and has never been anything else from the moment she was introduced all she was is Sora’s love interest and that was literally all there was and all there still is to her character

Oh well without Kairi Sora wouldnt be alive she was the only thing keeping him tethered to the real world and lit his way back

So tf what? she deserves a friggin medal because she ‘believed’ ? dont make me laugh, wow Kairi’s one big moment of use was just ‘believeing’ in Sora which literally every single other character does but when Kairi does it suddenly its the biggest contribution anyone could give her because thats literally ALL she did so yea bravo Kairi, you believed

Know who ACTUALLY did something to stop it a second time? Namine, Lingering will, The past keyblade masters, Yen Sid, those are the ones who actually DID something that made a difference and ACTUALLY kept them alive this time

Kairi literally barely kept him alive, brought him back to the light, just for him to nearly die all over again and her whole role ends up being a total failure that changed NOTHING

So yeah congratulations, her biggest moment amounted to nothing

Oh and dont get me started on that stupid hug Sora gave Kairi when she was about to get struck down by Terranort

Bruh dont give me that ‘he was moving too fast’ or some crap like that so he only had time to do that, BULLSHIT did you SEE how fast Aqua came at Riku in the ROD? Sora managed to get between them and shield Riku with his keyblade in literal seconds, but with Kairi he just hugs her?

You see now why I say this ship is laughable in this game and forced af? that made no danm sense, even if he would of pushed her out of the way it would of made more sense then just friggin hugging her as if thats really gonna stop anything

Bruh Sora and Riku had a more believable romantic moment in that entire ROD moment with Riku saying Sora’s name and then Sora appears to help him save the day and they summon a friggin rainbow keyblade, and then Aqua is about to friggin body Riku with literally only seconds to react Sora manages to protect him

Now I’ve seen people try to argue well everybody really was useless or needed saving in this game so its not just Kairi

BULLSHIT and lemme tell you why

Yea its true people like Riku and Mickey who are far more experienced still struggled and needed saving but guess what? they were DOING something, they held their own they didnt just friggin stand there they put up a danm fight and DID something that actually CONTRIBUTED

I mean bruh Riku and Mickey were literally fighting by themselves at the end of the game against THREE PEOPLE, again BY THEMSELVES holdin their own while everybody else had atleast 1 person helpin them, Aqua with Ventus and Kairi with Lea but Riku and Mickey? solo and doin the danm thing idc if they eventually get defeated or knocked out or struggle alot the point is their DOING something or atleast friggin TRIED to do something

Aqua gets roasted alot too but we’ve seen what she can do in BBS, she held her own and even fought and beat Vanitas, again even if she eventually was defeated or knocked out etc like her Vanitas fight in KH3 again she friggin TRIED and friggin DID something

Ventus got bodied but again we’ve seen what he could do in BBS and Ventus is no pushover, he unfroze himself with sheer will power and his glare was enough to give Xigbar [now Luxu] PTSD everytime he sees him or someone who reminds him of him, he too took on Vanitas and tied even though he didnt WIN he didnt lose either so his performance against Terranort in this game I agree was underwhelming but understandable given thats still his friend but he still did something in the end and wasnt totally useless

People raggin on Lea need to STOP because its thanks to him Kairi didnt get friggin smacked down early on because he took the danm hit for her and got sent flying instead of her defending her danm self

Keep in mind Kairi and Lea got the EXACT SAME TRAINING and even HE reacted with common sense but Kairi? even AFTER SEEING Lea get sent flying after defending her that STILL didnt make her defend herself and she just friggin STOOD THERE

Or how about when both Kairi and Sora got knocked back and Lea literally fought Saix and Xion and Xemnas BY HIMSELF to protect them

Gtf outta here man and put some respect on Leas name because he DANM sure deserves it for all the crap he took from Xemnas and the utter disrespect of having his keyblade I assume broken or damaged, being shot by multiple lasers AND having his hand stomped on by Xemnas this man was still TRYING even with all odds against him and being clearly outmatched he still TRIED

Meanwhile Kairi just gets her arm grabbed, I wanna make this very clear

She is not lifted off the ground like Sora was with young Xehanort, she was not pinned to the ground, she was not backed into a wall, she did not have both arms forced behind her back NO

Her feet are planted firmly on the ground, she has one arm being pulled above her head but she has another free arm which may not be her dominant arm but is still better than having none and she does NOTHING

She doesnt try to get her other arm free from him

She doesnt struggle or pull away from him

She doesnt try to turn around to lessen the pain of her arm being pulled behind her

She doesnt stomp on his foot to try and get him to loosen his grip on her to give her a chance to break free

Know who was in a similar situation and handled it way better with no battle experience?

So dont tell me it wasnt friggin possible for her to do anything in that situation because thats utter bullshit and you know it, Kairi didnt even STRUGGLE she didnt even TRY to get free

She used her free arm to reach out for Sora to ‘save’ her though, but not to even attempt to free herself

Yet THIS is who people are hoping is the main playable character next game to go rescue Sora?

Girl couldnt even save herself yet yall think she can rescue Sora? what a joke but unfortunately some people are actually serious about this and actually want a playable Kairi after this travesty of a performance

Before yall had good arguments, Kairi WAS inexperienced and she DIDNT have any battle training so she really COULDNT contribute or do much but that all changed in KH3, now she DOES have the SKILLS and the TRAINING and the means to be able to contribute and DO something and theres absolutely no more excuses why she shouldnt

Kairi says herself, this time I’ll fight too, this time its my turn to protect you

And when she fiiiiiiinally gets the chance to do all that, everything the fandom has wanted and waited years for her to finally be able to do, this is what she does

THIS is Kairi off the island, THIS is battle ready Kairi, THIS is Kairi DOING something and by doing something I mean NOTHING but getting in the way like Sora said years ago when he left her back on the island which now makes total sense because this is what happens when Kairi goes with Sora to the battlefield

Now we know what Kairi is truly capable of if you give her a weapon and the training to use it, absolutely nothing

And people actually want playable Kairi next game xD

Honestly I somewhat blame the fandom for this because I wouldnt be surprised if Nomura tried giving her a more active role because the fandom desperately wanted this for years and I guess this was his attempt at throwin them a bone but to be perfectly honest? he should have just left her ass on the island atleast then she had an EXCUSE to be useless but because he tried to give the people what they wanted and actually gave Kairi combat skills he just made Kairi 100% justifiably hateable now and I am so glad to see more people finally turn on this chick because the excuses for her has finally run out and its about danm time she got the hate she deserves because Sora deserved better

I think thats the part that hurts the most, I can accept Sora dying but its HOW he died that I cant accept and do you even need to guess how it was? thats right, saving Kairi

Listen Nomura, you tried and failed miserably, its time to stop, seriously, its time to stop, Kairi had her chance and she blew it and now its time to let it go and bench her ass on the island like you been doing out of everybodys danm way and leave the rescuing of Sora to Riku and everyone else who is actually of some danm use and knows wtf they are doing

Kairi can just stay on the island and ‘believe’ since thats apparently all shes good at doing, let her just ‘believe’ that Sora will come back while Riku and everyone else actually do the work of getting him back and she just be there to greet him when hes back

Im hoping the secret ending is hinting at us playing as Riku trying to save Sora because Im all for that, but if they really try to shoe horn playable Kairi in after all the negative reaction from this game Im not saying I wont play it but it will definitely make the game unenjoyable if majority of it has you playing as someone you strongly dislike instead of Riku whos actually a pretty popular and beloved character amongst majority of the fandom while Kairi is descending to one of the most disliked

So Im hoping Nomura has learned from this and just doesnt even try with Kairi anymore, just stop it

This game would have been so much better if he’d just manned up and took the risk and just abandoned Kairi in this game by letting her actually STAY dead and Sora accepts this and moves on [of course over time not instantly] but with the help of Riku and everyone else by his side Sora’s able to move forward and live on keeping Kairi in his heart forever and at the end instead of what we got hes just sitting on the beach watching the sunset while everyone else is playing and he takes out and looks at Kairi’s charm remembering how he didnt get to give it back to her this time but then all of a sudden a paopu fruit washes up near his feet which is unusual but he picks it up and as he does notices something in the distance but is blinded by the sun but he can vaguely see Kairi before she fades away, similar to how Axel saw Xion here

Lets say Kairi is holding the other paopu too, and once she disapears Sora cries for a moment but wipes them away and smiles knowing that Kairi’s still with him, he then proceeds to take a bite of the paopu fruit which would tie in perfectly with the title screen showing Sora with his back turned and a bite taken out of the paopu hes holding

This way Kairi’s importance to Sora is still in tact but shes no longer here to get in the way or need saving AGAIN, her character ends on a high note and Sora grows from the experience realizing that he cant save everybody no matter how hard he tries some people simply cannot be saved and he just has to let them go even if he doesnt want to

But nope, instead Sora dies saving Kairi like in KH1 and its just not sweet, its not even bittersweet, its more of a slap in the face than anything and Sora has zero growth from this, it just changed from Kairi needing saving to Sora needing saving and honestly we JUST saved everybody else and already we have to save ANOTHER person? its just ugh man I cant

Theres plenty more things I didnt like besides this but this is the one thing that pissed me off the most because I never expected it to be THIS bad

Also I know I use Sora and Riku as a comparison alot but that isnt because Im some salty Soriku shipper whos just mad my ship aint canon because honestly I dont give af when it comes to Kingdom hearts pairings I could literally care less about any of them hell Roxas could marry a tree for all I care or form a three way with Ven and Aqua I DONT CARE the only pairing I ever had a problem with is Sokai and thats because of my strong dislike for Kairi more so than the pairing itself and I think Sora deserves better than Kairi so this isnt just some bitter Soriku shipper because like I said I DONT care but I do somewhat ship Soriku, just like I somewhat ship Roxion and RokuNami and some older ships more out there like Sonami or Namitas etc no one cares but you get my point

I dont care about Kingdom hearts for the ships theres far more important things going on than to be worried about some stupid pairing, but Sokai just leaves a bad taste in my mouth everytime its even mentioned

And now no matter what they do with Kairi or Sokai in the future it wouldnt change a thing because after KH3 its irredeemable, the damage is done and theres no undoing it unless you give it one long ass arc like Riku to slowly redeem it but I doubt Nomura cares about the romance and Kairi enough to actually dedicate such an arc for it so yeah the damage is DONE

My bet for next games playable characters, Riku, Aqua, Roxas, Ventus, Xion, those are the only ones who make sense to me since they all have the strongest connection to Sora and are capable fighters and I feel Aqua although not having a strong connection to him like the others she would wanna repay Sora for saving her so thats my bet

CHAPTER 33

LORI

 Did he want to break up with me? I thought suddenly. The thought felt like bomb went off in my body and there was hole where my heart once was. I looked up at Cody, meeting his sad eyes as he seemed to look right into my mind.

"Do you want to break up with me?" I asked, voice cracking with every word.

"No...no, Lori. I don't want to. I just want the best for you. I want you to be sure that this is what you want and that you are not settling for me because I'm the first guy to really give you any romantic attention. After seeing you with Miles last night, it really made me wonder if I am holding you back from something or someone who could be better for you. Kim told me all about Miles, yesterday. She was hoping you would give him a shot because according to her, you're the only one he has connected with and opened to. She said he was working up a nerve to ask you out. At the time, I felt bad for this kid, knowing you were with me and he would never get the chance to have you the way I have. Then I came home and saw what I saw. It was then that I realized, you deserve someone your age. You should be with someone who can show you off, brag about how beautiful and amazing you are, that can take you out in public without worrying who you might run into. You could be with someone who Kim can know about and go on double dates and have fun. You shouldn't have to suffer through secrets and lies just to be with me. You do not deserve to be hidden away like a bad secret from Kim. Maybe you should take some time, think about what I'm saying, and think about if this is truly what you want."

I was crying at this point. I wanted him to shut up and hold me, tell me he wants me and that no one else can have me. I hated this -- hated the fact that this was happening, and he wanted me to date other people instead of him. All just so I wouldn't have to hide and sneak around. But Cody was all I knew and wanted. I had never had any interest in a boy or man like I did him.

"I only want you," I said as tears streamed down my face, "I don't want to give anyone else a chance or whatever else you said. So what if we have to hide and sneak around. I know it's not ideal and that sometimes it sucks but it's worth it if it means I get to be with you. You're the one I look forward to seeing, hearing, touching every day. I have never felt this way towards another person. But you know what -- whatever. If you want to break up with me, just say so. Don't give me this shit," I stood up and made my way to the door, done with this conversation and needing to get away.

"Lori, that's not what I want, that's not what I'm trying to say..." he called after me as I walked out the door, wiping the tears from my eyes as I headed to my room, ignoring his attempt to quietly call out for me.

2 MONTHS LATER

 I am now 6 months pregnant and I am carrying my baby well not hiding it like I used to I found last month what I was having which is a girl Kim is excited she has already started buying baby clothes I even heard that Cody is happy it’s a girl. Me and my mom was back on good terms but not my dad he still didn’t wanna talk to me so my mom had to sneak a little to talk to me.

Me and Cody haven’t spoken to each other over a month when he tried to speak to me but I shot him down and he haven’t said 2 words to me and to be honest I wish he would try again I would be lying if I said I didn’t miss him cause I do. But with Cody when I ran into him in the hall he looked different.

I hadn't noticed it that he looked like he hadn't slept in days and so depressed. I hoped it had nothing to do with our break-up. I realized then I hadn't really seen him closely since we broke up, he apparently been at work according to Kim. I never questioned it, but now I wondered if he really went to work or if he went away to keep distance between us.

Me and Miles started dating and right now we were almost halfway through the movie when we ran out of popcorn and Miles left to get more. I was zoned in on the movie when he returned and placed the popcorn between us again. I grabbed a handful and readjusted in my seat before I realized his arm was now around me. I turned my head to look at him, he was paying attention to the movie. I slowly sat back against his arm and leaned toward him to get comfortable. I guess this wasn't so bad, but it felt weird...but not like, a bad weird, just a different weird. This was going to take some getting used to. I turned back to the movie, wondering if I would ever get used to being with someone other than Cody.

The movie ended, and I sat in the theater with Miles, waiting for everyone to leave before us. Miles asked me what I thought of the movie and I told him how much I enjoyed it. He grinned, pleased with himself. He gave me a half hug as his arm was still around me. Finally, after waiting a few moments we stood and stumbled over popcorn containers and drink spills to leave.

"I had a good time tonight," I told Miles when we reached my Jeep. I leaned back against the driver side door.

"Yeah?" he asked, "I wasn't sure if it was too cheesy for a first date, typical dinner and a movie theme."

"Okay, the theme is a bit cheesy, but it works. I really enjoyed the food and the movie was awesome,"

"Great. I'm glad. So..." he trailed off.

"So?" I asked.

Miles leaned in toward me and placed his hands on my hips. I looked up at him, wondering if this was going where I thought it was going. We hadn't kissed since the night in the pool. I didn't think he would build up the nerve to do it again. I reached up to place my arms around his neck and gently pulled his head down to mine.

"So?" I whispered, wanting him to make the next move.

He took the hint and met my lips with his. He tasted like buttery popcorn was the first thought that went through my head. I wanted to laugh but managed to keep it to myself. His lips were soft, and his kisses were sweet and kind.

I waited and waited. We continued to kiss for a few more minutes before breaking apart. I looked up at Miles and his face showed he was happy with our kissing.

"I should probably head home," I gestured to the Jeep behind me.

"Oh, yeah. It is getting late. I'll see you tomorrow night," he kissed me once more before we parted ways.

I pulled up to the house the same time Kim did she was looking around just like I was there was at least 4 other cars in the driveway.

“Who’s here?”

“Cody’s friends most likely a very rowdy bunch, I’m not staying I need to drop my books off and change and get the hell out of there are you staying?”

“I'll just be in my room” we went walking in and the smell of hot wings and weed. Once we walked into the livingroom it was 4 guys 3 girls and Cody they was playing video games football video games and talking and laughing.

“KIDS ON THE HALL” a guy yelled and everyone looked at me and Kim.

“I’m not a kid dick neither is preggos over here and there’s no smoking in the house”

“Says who this is my house I make the rules run up stairs with yall”

“Don’t be rude hey Kim” a lady said walking to us hugging Kim.

“Hey Sarah, Sarah this is Lori, Lori this is Sarah”

“Hi”

“Hello, so your Lori nice to meet you” Sarah said and smacked Cody upside the head.

“Quit it bitch”

“You’re the bitch bitch I hate him if yall are hungry feel free to eat”

“No I ate already”

“Im going to change so I can go” Kim walked away leaving me standing there with Sarah who smiled at me like she knew me or something.

“Do we know each other?”

“Oh no I know about you Cody told me about yall you broke his little heart who knew he had one right”

“I did what?”

“Sarah leave that damn girl alone and come sit back down with me” I left the livingroom and went upstairs and stopped by Kim’s room and leaned on the door.

“What’s wrong huh? You haven’t been yourself in a while tell me”

"I don't know," I shook my head,rubbing my belly, "I think...,"

I stopped, what was I supposed to say? I couldn't tell her anything about Cody. I couldn't tell her that I was heartbroken. I needed time to come to terms with everything and figure out how to see and live with him every day without wishing we could turn back time. I hated how I felt, I wanted to simply disappear for a while. I wanted to go home. I wanted to talk to my mom and have her take the pain away, to make things better.

"I think I am homesick," I told her, it was slightly true. I did miss my mom. I would give anything to have her here and helping me. I couldn't tell her about Cody either, but I could pretend my issue is with another guy without her pushing me towards him like Kim would.

"Aww," Kim wrapped her arms around me, embracing me hard, "I'm sorry, Lori. I never thought you would be homesick. It never occurred to me. I have my brother, and he is here for you too, but he isn't your mom. Maybe you should call her," she suggested.

Maybe I should, I thought. I smiled at Kim and thanked her for the talk. She was a good best friend. I left her in her room, returning to my room to call my mom. I got a bit of a talking to when I told her the baby was a girl and why I didn’t tell her sooner but overall the conversation was good. I told her a bit about Miles, school, and how much I missed her. She told me she wished she could visit me, but money was tight. I understood but still wished the same thing.

Episode 3: I really am booboo the fool - Dan

First off, I want to start off by saying, Nik you will missed. 😭❤️ So, we get our immunity challenge and of course, it’s fucking puzzles. I am AWFUL at puzzles, and I’m just afraid I’m going to let my tribe down. 😔 That’s the last thing I want to do. I don’t want to be the reason we lose, and I don’t want an easy target on my back in the event that we do have to go to tribal.

Ya know what I just love? One of my closest allies going home over T*m and now we have to do a fucking puzzle comp against his ass. I hope and pray his tribe like throws so they can vote him out. Also I love that I have a fucking machete and then FORGOT to go straight and use my machete to hack through the jungle to probably get some sort of reward. I really am booboo the fool

Well i did my puzzle. I hope we win immunity because this round there hasnt been much talk. So im nervous that I might be left out and can be an easy target. Im nervous amd kinda scared if we lose. I hope im not a target.

Welp, we lost. But not by a lot. My score wasn’t terrible I guess. In this game, I trust Dan and Grace the most with Zach up there too. The fact that Zach is exiled is good I suppose because Dan hinted at possibly wanting to vote him since they never talk. I didn’t like that idea, so I’m glad he’s safe at Exile. I would definitely prefer Chips to be the vote since him and I haven’t spoken, but I’ll go with just about anyone at this point.

Ok i didn't send this cuz i didnt know if i would be there. Nik should have kept his mouth shut and ryan or gavin would have left which would have looked a lot better for me. Those 2 are gonna gun for me and ill gun for them right back. I'm trying to get on a good side with austin or brandan. Glad we won so i can relax thank god zach is dumb and left lol

y'all, I might be in a pickle! I feel like i've connected with pretty much everyone on my tribe???? This might be a first for me because I usually let socializing take a back seat to my strategic/physical game, but mama might be onto something here. My worry is that I will spread myself out too thin. the good news is, that people are openly talking game with me and saying names. 

Daulton has thrown out Chips, which is a decent option, but not one I really want to pursue at this precise moment. While I trust daulton and want to work with him, I think I need chips here. Chips and I don't always see eye to eye, but we're from the same stomping grounds. there's respect there. Obviously if he's the vote, I'll vote his ass out, but I think I need other options. Keaton seems like someone I want to work with, and also livingston.  They both have expressed interest in working with me, which I love bc I do enjoy talking to them about life and stuff. I am hoping to form a little thing with them. ALSO jessie wants to work with me kljfalksjfa I literally CANNOT yall. I feel like I'm making so many deals but what am I supposed to say to people? NO??? haha Grace seems interested in working with me but she also leaves me on read constantly so i'm not sure about that. I gave josh a heads up he was getting votes last time so I think i'm in good with him as well? not entirely sure. I certainly said his name a lot last round, but I didn't write his name down?? idk if he knows of my involvement haha. 

for the most part though, I feel pretty good about this tribal so far, but I'm sure in approximately 20 hours I will be spiraling out of control flkjasldkf

I don’t want to toot my own horn or anything, but Livingston and I created a 4 person alliance with us two, Grace, and Keaton this round. We all decided that since Livingston’s name was being thrown out there that were should counter it with Chips since his name is also out there. Josh’s name is a choice too apparently and Dan heard his name but not Livingston’s, so maybe Livingston isn’t a target, but just to be sure, we’re voting Chips.  And I got Josh on board as well as Dan I think, so the numbers are there regardless of what Jessie, Maynor, and Chips do. I’ve been subtly pushing for Chips all day by just telling people that I haven’t talked to him as much but not really saying I wanted him gone, and it seems to have worked out somehow that the person I really wanted out is now leaving (or should be). Zach being on Exile sucks because I feel like he’d vote with our 4, but after he returns, we should be able to have him become a 5th for us. We’ll see how this tribal goes though. 🤞🏻

ooooof. The person I would have liked to vote out this round is on exile, so I love that for me! It's not that I don't like Zach, I just know he's good and a big threat and likable. So if we could have figured something out to get him out that would have been awesome. I think when he comes back i'm gonna message him incessantly to build an ounce of a relationship with him lmao. 

But anyway, onto the vote, three names got floated to my knowledge. Those names being livingston (hard no from me), josh v (meh), and chips (pls god yes).  So I was rolling with the josh v vote because it was safe, until miss chips made me mad. I told chips I had heard Josh's name. I did this because chips said he wanted to work with me, which is cool. But when I told him that he said to me "I think I wanna message josh and see what he's being told about the vote" i'm not sure how that convo goes without chips telling him that his name is going around and that it's potentially coming from me. So obviously I went to my main squad alliance of keaton and livingston and filled them in on the tea. In the meantime, I messaged daulton and asked him if he had any updates because he had floated chips' name by me last night and I was hoping to fuel that fire again.  He told me the three names I said above and that he was leaning toward chips. I said cool, sounds good. I don't want to vote josh or livingston, pitched an alliance between myself, josh, and daulton, and now feel pretty secure with most of the people in the tribe, as long as people don't talk and spill too much about their allegiances flkajsdfklajs. 

I'm really not trying to play a messy game, I am just trying to be more socailly forward than any other games I've been in, and I really feel like it might be paying off.
