Oh wow, what a monumental step for Diew to offer this!! I very much expected it to be something God would have to ask for.

But it also doesn't feel unnatural or unearned for Diew to be willing to try, because God is so clearly different from his ex. God has done such a good job of being honest about what he wants (in big and small ways) but giving Diew the right to choose whether he's ready to step out of his comfort zone. It makes so much sense that Diew feels safe enough to trust that God wouldn't bring him into a situation which will make him feel as terrible as his ex did.

Also it was really sweet how God offered to hang out with Game first, like he's showing how it's not a one-way street of Diew having to step out of what he's familiar because God is 100% willing to get to know the people Diew cares about and engage with what Diew likes (like with the puzzles). Unlike with his ex where it was Diew being told that he needed to change to be more like his boyfriend, God is showing he wants them to grow towards each other.

The show also makes it clear they DO have things in common - eg their love of dogs, their appreciation of peaceful spaces (since it was God who brought Diew to the riverbank), and art (even if they both have different styles, they both enjoy art/drawing). This is just such a believable relationship because it really feels like 2 people who have genuine compatibility whilst also having enough differences that each finds the other fascinating and being in this relationship is growing them both.

And God really continues to not disappoint!! Like, I definitely don't think he'd abandon his friends (he's not that kind of person) but he's also making it clear that he's willing to hear feedback from Diew and is actively checking in on Diew's comfort levels. <3

This whole episode was such a natural lead up to their becoming official boyfriends. And just look at the happiness radiating off the both of them!!

The swelling music; the way everything is shot in this kind of dreamy light, with the literal fairy string lights; the way their first kiss is so so soft and God clearly looks at Diew to check if he's okay with it before continuing! Just, great job, MND!!

My friend was sad they couldn't read my one fic when AO3 went down, so I rewrote it, and am actually putting it up here for mostly archival reasons.

You were looking at your cards, sitting down on a chair placed for you, making up strategies with the blue hued cards in your hands as you waited for your robotic pal, P-03, to finish what he had been doing.

Having chosen the tech deck it was all carefully planned out with the bots help, admittedly just an excuse to hang out with the guy. You can't help but slightly smile and quietly chuckle thinking about how he masked his genuine excitement with a smug facade when you asked for help.

Unfortunately for you however, before you can turn around…

You feel something hit you in the back of your head, hard. You exclaim out, a gasp only able to come through as you fall forwards, essentially collapsing as you feel a quick yank on your arm, hear the cards scatter from your hands and a worried familar voice echos in your head. Unable to make out the words, you lose consciousness.

Waking up slowly, your vision regains the familar form of the blue hued lights again. You look around noticing how the area your in laying on the ground, it looked quickly thrown together, pillows and blankets no matter how dusty lay under you as the bot hovered nearby.

Hearing (or maybe seeing with the cameras?) you awake, you could have sworn you saw the bot's expression flicker to that of releif before hitting the default face. “You okay? You were out for half an hour and fifty-one seconds, starting to get worried.” P-03 asks, the tone in his voice more worried than you think you ever heard it before.

“Ah- y, yeah I'm alive- Hah, wasn't uh, expecting that to happen-" You take notice of the stacked cards nearby on the table as P-03 seems to flatly reply.

“Alright, that's good. By the way, you dropped these. Can't waste good cards.” It's nice to see the bot caring, in his own way. Even if he seems rather indifferent externally, you can tell he was worried when that happened to you. Though it's weird…

“Ah, thanks!” You flash him a grin as he has one of his robotic arms pop from out of the ceiling to return your cards to you, maybe he assumes you're still abit unwell from the potential concussion.

And he'd be right. Your head hurts like shit.

You gratefully take them back and quietly put them back. You finally ask as the bot hovers around, almost like a mother hen. “By the way, what happened? All I remember is.. Looking at my cards before something hit me…"

The bot pauses.

The bot takes awhile to respond, almost as if thinking, his face turning to an elipsis. “…Ceiling panel fell on you. It was a small one though. You'll be fine.”

That's strange, usually the bot prides himself in the security of his factory. With a tilt of your head you slowly nod. “Okay then… You should probably get that fixe-"

“I will.” The bot cuts you off, seemingly annoyed but also… Oddly enough stops facing you. “I have work to do. Stay here. Rest. Don't die, don't want Grimora taking you.” and with that the robot overs off into another room as you lay in the small makeshift hobble in what you now assume to be a storage closet. Why did he put you in a storage closet- bah nevermind that why's he acting so off?

Oh well… Might as well listen, your throbbing headache won't get better by straining yourself anyways.

After a little bit you finally felt better enough to walk around, going to head straight back to P-03. Waving farewell to a busy Inspector, you slink around, mostly just cuz man that hurts still to be completely honest.

After noticing P-03 isn't around, you confusedly start going around. Finally, you hear something from the trader's room. It sounds like P-03 and… a feminine voice you haven't heard before. It's certainly not the trader though.

“-lm down.”

“Calm down!? YOU aren't the one that almost KILLED them! I didn't know-"

“Exactly, you didn't know! They seem okay now!”

The sound that is no doubt P-03 grumbling is heard after. “…You show up at the worst times, and then make me argue over and over again repeatedly with you about something at one of the even MORE worst of times…”

….From what you understand, it sounds like P-03 maybe accidentally possibly is why you got knocked out. But he seems to regret it so… Maybe it'd be best you don't question the argument.

Or new voice.

You're abit too out of it to really wanna ask questions right now.

You decide to knock on the wall, making your presense known to the hovering bot who seemed like he was about to start something again. “Hey 03! You doing okay?- where's the trader actually-"

He seems frazzled almost, but tries his best to keep it cool, “Oh- you're up. Hope that means you feel better, uh- Yeah they're on break. Something about me having a foul presense and needing air.”

You don't know if he's lieing or not about that part he DOES normally have a foul presense.

“……..”

Awkward silence.

This is normally where you tell him he doesn't have a foul presense, like a lieing ego booster.

Instead you give him a grin and try to pretend like your head injury was why you're acting off.

In the end it's okay, and he let you stay abit longer than normal immediately getting the Inspector to put you back in the area, as P-03 hovered by still.

Congratulations! It was only a MINOR concussion! P-03 helped you medically as a condolence and insurance thing.

You didn't know they had that here or if P-03 specifically just favorited you over his actual underlings.

Oh well! Life goes on for the living. Which is you, you didn’t join Grimora. Yet.

It's been afew weeks since then, and things have been rather normal, recently though,,.

The scene continues… You, attempting one of the puzzles… Failing on figuring it for around an hour...

You feel something bonk the back of your head, gently this time, though it still Kinda hurts. Turning around very confused you see P-03 with his default face, and he simply says. “You're alright.” Before hovering off back to the main room.

You don't even know how to process what just happened, before the thought strikes you and you mumble aloud, “…Did P-03 just headbutt me."

Truly, an enigma and new mystery in this life.

The ever loving, forever doting, always spoiling his baby, that's the kind of dad Keigo is. I mean, putting his own childhood trauma aside, he still wants you to have the best childhood ever. There are very few things he says no to (only coming second to Dad Dabi who only says no to things that will actively put you in danger. Want ice cream for breakfast? Okay. Want to go to 7/11 with grandpa Enji? Hell no.). Child reader wants an Endeavour hero figure? Of course, darling! Here, take one from daddy's collection 🥰🥰🥰 Dont wanna eat your peas? Sorry, doll. You're gonna have to finish your plate, even if you try to look adorably menacing by fluffing up your wings.

Oh and your wings😭 You know how Rei has a weird thing for your hair (and she definitely gives you a flea bath after you hang out with hawks)? Yeah that's how Keigo is with your wings- obsessed. He takes care of them, cleans them out and even has you sit for hours if that's how long it takes him to groom them. "Its no use swatting me, baby. I'm still not letting you move an inch until I'm done. So, just sit back and relax.🥰" keigo would say as he hands his phone to watch some shows.

I headcanon that Keigo's kid will be sassy and quick as him. The two can bicker for hours, and no ones really sure whether you're just that good at arguments or if Keigo just let's you win because he loves you so much.

I can also see Keigo and reader bonding over their mutual love for pro hero Endeavour (but in very different ways💀)

Dad Keigo adores spending time with you, especially now that you're put in a safehouse with only a handful people he let's you meet. A major part of his life is feeding you. Maybe it's the bird brain, maybe it's his childhood trauma, but Keigo has to cook meals for you and he has to watch you eat them. He's not sure, but it makes him be at peace knowing that you sleep with a tummy full and a warm bed.

I think as far as flying goes, Keigo tells you to only to do it under his supervision. You know how sometimes you forget how ti breathe and then making a concious effort to breathe makes it difficult to do so? That's what Keigo thinks happens. He thinks that if you fly alone, you might suddenly forget how flap your wings or maybe you get tired and then you're just crashing down to the ground. Unfortunately for his weak heart, you don't listen to him and fly as high as you can.

Would Keigo let you go to school? Initially, yes. But it only takes one incident, something even as harmless as a stupid prank call threatening his child (Dabi did the call), and that's enough for him to go hay wire and pull you out of school and move to a new safehouse, cut off from anyone and everyone. When he has to leave, he'd either drop you off at Enji's, OR have someone from the Hero Comminsion come and babysit you.

You can pout and cry and scream at him all you want, he's not changing his mind. You're his baby, his only light, only will to live, he can't risk your life.

His life would only become more complicated if either of you get a love interest. For you, the choices are: Katsuki, Tokoyami, Izuku. For him, the choices are: Dabi, your baby mama, Miruko.

yall wanna know something I think abt a lot? teenage/ little sibling mc au's. Mc gets brought down to the devildom at like 15-16 yr, obviously there is zero romance and instead they just get kinned as the 8th sibling in the HOL.

you guys wanna know what else I think of a lot? little sibling Mc being an agent of chaos when their found family trope isnt paying attention.

I can't help but imagine that once mc is kinned they get crazy spoiled. not spoiled rotten but they know they can get away with a LOT because they're now seen as the cute youngest that doesnt know any better. but obviously they do since they are a teenager who knows how the world works.

and I mention the agent of chaos thing is because they were already attending highschool before hand, so they quickly notice how highschoolish RAD feels, so they were able to jump into the social ring a lot faster then regular Mc. and thus have the ability to get information from people who trust them/like them. so it ends up being useful to them. and now to my leading point: imagine a sort of friendship with Mephisto. its really more like, a symbiotic relationship. they are around each other for a reason. and that reason is RADs newpaper club.

it first started out with Mc staying after at RAD with lucifer to help with a few things, eventually Mc was put in a random room to hang out in after they did all that they could. which turned out to be the room for the newspaper club. after a while they get bored because their D.D.D died and they snagged a paper that was meant for the next day. eventually Mephisto enters the room, goes to tell them to leave which quickly they say "Dia told me I can be in here, if you have a problem with what the lord wants you could always go tell him that!" which shut him up fast. a good couple of minutes go by before the silence is broken by Mc speaking up and going, "You know, this is kinda boring." offended, he whips around, "excuse me?"

"theres nothing interesting here. interviews.. talking about things that everyone already knows about.. like, I could google half this junk." "I- well what would you know!?" "a lot actually. you dont appeal to any of the students here."

he glares for second before inhaling slowly, remembering that diavolo might be nearby.

"oh yeah? as if you could do better." "I could actually," "well i would love to hear it then."

he says sarcastically. though Mc speaks anyways.

mc adjusts how they were sitting and scans over the paper for a second.

"a gossip section would do it good." "what?" "come on dude, its non-sports club 101, if you want people to pay attention to you, you need to appeal to them. I was in theater for a while and we'd bribe people with free food if they sat through the whole show. this place loves drama. and lucifer being drawn riding on a unicorn isn't funny enough to get more then one person to buy it."

slowly they start talking a bit more casually and stop being so hostile. eventually Mc says that they could tell him the gossip they hear if he wants to make a part in the paper for said gossip. so, from then on they slip notes to him about student drama. which does indeed get more papers told!

though one day, someone pisses Mc off. not really that they were the one insulted, but they heard a few demons talking shit about their older brothers. so for the next week Mc takes a good amount of notes on those demons. which eventually they go to Mephisto with their notes and gave them to him. when he questions why these particular demons, he's met with a very angry "if those cunts want to talk shit and not mind their business then why shouldn't their own business get talked about." for a moment he wants to press further... but unfortunately for him he found himself actually caring about this human very much so he couldn't help but just want to make them feel better... and this much of a consititant story would draw people in so its totally not that he kinned this kid as well, totally!! so for about two weeks the gossip section has an ongoing story that causes nearly the whole school to get a paper to stay updated.

of course every bit of gossip uses code names to keep people from being outed on anything. and honestly some of the gossip might end up being people bringing it to the newspaper club themselves, so maybe a small confessions page ends up being opened.

obviously this is something a little cracked, and just a not very thought out thing that exists bc it makes me giggle when I'm daydreaming before I fall asleep<3 and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if there was already a gossip section in the school papers, but unfortunately I was never ever able to make it past the first few lessons of session 2 of obey me, which sucks:/
