Like it SUCKED, but it was a little funny
#moss mumbles#reading d/an ho/wells book rn bc i never read the whole thing and i wanted to#and some bits of it are rly helpful for me#but cbt gets mentioned#and it just reminded me of when i was like 14#undiagnosed#and these poor people were trying to help me through social anxiety. meanwhile whats ACTUALLY wrong is autism#that meant putting me in social situations only made thinsg worse#anyway yeah it made me giggle#shout out to the Healthy Minds worker that compared treating social anxiety to treating a fear of spiders#i didnt have the heart then to tell you that ive been terrified of spiders my whole life and its only gotten worse with exposure to them#but if u ever see this then i probably should've told you that. im sorry

Y'all, if any of my teachers ask me something and I am in a position where I can't just say that I have ADHD (considering as I can't get a diagnosis right now), I might just have to say that 'I am clinically incapable of prioritising tasks'.
