What do you think Sams internal reaction was after the siren told him Dean wanted him? Do you think he fully realizes how obsessed Dean is with him? I would love to hear your thoughts on this :)

i do think sam is fully aware of dean's obsession i mean he caught on so quick on what was happening when he saw nick and dean pulled that knife on him look at this motherfucker's face

there is no surprise here, not a moment of "wait a minute", because man he knows

what i find really interesting is sam's anger

"is that why you slutting all over town?" we don't usually see this type of talk coming from sam, he is so disgusted with the siren, and it's not like other creatures didn't take advantage of the their bond before, they do it all the time, hence the "you're my weak spot, and i'm yours, and they know it"

but the siren's approach was different. it was really sexually charged for one, and they weren't trying to save each other, they were put to pit against each other, and they were already at odds, the tension is building, and now this fucking dude comes and says he's the perfect little brother dean wants. meaning: sam's lacking. and he knows it, and hates it. i think that just adds to sam's frustration and later guilt. i mean remember in s1 the "no matter what i did, it was never enough" it was about john, but now it's about dean. sam is never going to be enough, and in s4 he's trying so hard. he's doing what he can with what's he's given. yeah, he gets a little cocky, because he truly believes he's doing the right thing, and dean's dismisses that so easily, and now comes the siren and that's another slap in the face really

and dare i say if there's one moment in the series sam thought about brother-fucking this is it lol it crossed his mind right after their fight, thinking maybe it could be for the best, y'know? he's aware of dean's obsession, they already did the violence part, but since they can't kill each other and they're still tense, might as well get on with it and do the sex part, release the pent up anger

Just finished part 2 of season 3 and I don’t know what to do with my life
