I was skimming Shanks' wiki (as you do) and found that little snippet about him being implied to be related to Figarland, so I rewatched Film Red but does this not just straight up?? confirm it?? lol???

(wiki said “non-canonically” and i know that just means in relation to Uta but I'm like. put that together with Roger finding Shanks in a chest from God Valley (which is one hell of a lore drop from a movie limited bonus volume) + the fact that Figarland was there and assuming that was when Shanks was a literal baby, we might as well have Shanks' whole story as a child already, huh
