Hello my friends!

As you may know, 2024 has been a rough mental health year for me. Depression and anxiety are an ongoing struggle. And unfortunately, that's bled into my life here.

I've realized recently that I put a lot of pressure on myself in how I interact with people. Everywhere, but here too. I really love it here, and I love all of you! I want to stay here as long as possible!! But that means I'm going to have to change some things in order to make that sustainable. Because right now, wanting to be able to do everything and not being able to has kind of made me just freeze and not be able to do anything. And then I feel awful. This is absolutely a me problem. You're all so great and what I'm going to outline below are probably obvious boundaries to all of you. But I'm saying it in writing to hopefully alleviate a little of the guilt I will inevitably feel when I start enacting them.

First and foremost, it's ok if I take breaks from writing every once in a while. If I don't produce anything new in a month, I need to trust that I won't lose all of my friends and followers. Because tumblr isn't a job and I need to stop treating it like it is. And not every idea needs to be expanded on, not every one-shot needs to become an au. Some ideas might just live in a series of little riffs or answers to asks and that's ok! That's great! It's ok to keep things short, sweet, and fun when that's what I need.

I'm also going to start forgiving myself when I can't read and comment on every single incredible work you all post. This refers to time limits, obviously, but content too. There are times, for example, when reading smut is just not what I want to do. And that's ok! I know that you know that, but I don't always know that. So I'm going to start giving myself a lot more grace when I get behind in my reading or skip something someone I love has written because the content just isn't for me. So if you start seeing me in your notes a little bit less, that's why. I still love you.

I think I'm going to clear out my ask box and start fresh. I'm sorry. I love you and I'm so happy whenever you want to interact with me. But trying to be perfect in how I answer these means that when I don't answer them right away, they just build up and start haunting me and that makes answering the new ones even harder, because I feel like I need to answer the old ones first. There are a couple that I'll probably try to get out before I purge, but not in a full drabble or what I feel like I should be doing. I need to understand that I can do quick, off the cuff, brief answers to these things. Nothing here needs to be perfect.

Ok, I think those are the major things right now. I hope this wasn't too weird and/or embarrassing. I just wanted to share where my head is at. I'll say it again and I'll keep saying it: I love you. You're great. I'm so so lucky to have made the friends here that I have. I appreciate each of you so much. hi there! first of all: i hope you are doing well in your health & family/personal matters. to go through whatever it may be AND still deliver lengthy updates on three different stories? that is WILD dude. so yeah, do take care of yourself <3 also related to the stories, this is also where one of my questions stems from (sorry, i got a couple questions into one today): how do you manage different stories simultaneously? do you use any software/app to track the storyline or something?! that is fucking impressive! as for my second question - which is YMU-related: for the Victoria arc, did you plan that way ahead for this story or was it something you plan on exploring differently? I'm still catching up on ch18 & can tell this is a challenging topic they must overcome before all is well in the soon-to-be all-Addams couple. which leads me to something that got my attention in between readings: does your fic "Addams" converse with the HAA/YMU universe in any way? sure thing they're 22 and Other Things Happen in that one shot but the whole "enid brought in during summer" and some hints that they've overcome stuff lead me to believe that they were related or in a drama-less packed size AU somehow. either way, thank YOU for your service with your amazing work. take care & i hope to see more of the stories you have to tell us :)

My health is as good as it can be right now, so we'll take that win for now. The family matters are unfortunately grim and we are waiting for the inevitable, essentially. My stories are my coping mechanism and a very good distraction from what goes on around me sometimes. How are you? 🥰

To answer your question about juggling multiple stories (four right now lmao), I use a little thing called ADHD. I have a notes app of my own characters and their descriptions, the rest of my fuckery lives and breathes inside my head. I can switch easily, which is cool!

The Victoria storyline was always meant to be a foil for Enid and a test for Wednesday, once I settled into writing YMU. people have lamented the recycled storyline from Home and Away, with Wednesday keeping secrets, but she didn't really grow from that experience. She will this time. Also the stakes are now incredibly high, but I'm not going to defend it here again. I've had a Wednesday headcanon since I first watched the show, and I cannot believe I actually get to share it now because of this story.

Very astute of you! "Addams" can definitely be viewed as in the same vein, just a different path in the world I've created. It's not their exact future now, as that will be coming soon too, but could be a fun little thought 😉

Shadow Puppets AU - Philip + “Luzura”

I am actually thinking of writing a one shot fanfic but here’s the low down of how the events of Elsewhere and Elsewhen transpire in the Shadow Puppets AU

-They don’t have to be mindful of the tides so Luz and Lilith are in the Deadwardian era for a couple of days searching first for Philip and then the Collector -While the Deadwardian era doesn’t at first appear to be quite the Savage Ages described in the history books, there is a noticeable tension between Witches and Bipedal Demons -And there is definitely a lot more bias toward people without magic, Luz has to hide her ears just to get people to talk to her -And when they finally do find Philip he refuses to talk to her at all until she reveals she’s human, though he never learns that Luzura isn’t her full name -As stated before they spend much more time together in this AU and develop a sort of father/daughter bond as they discuss ‘human things’ that Lilith doesn’t understand, including hugs, being from Gravesfield and books -Philip at first denies having anything more than a scholarly interest in books, but talking to Luz reminds him of how much he loved a particular book that “Someone” (Caleb) read to him before they arrived in Gravesfield -which Luz was surprisingly able to identify for him as actually a play by William Shakespeare -While the humans bond, Lilith begins to suspect there’s something off about Philip, but he is able to convince her that her suspicions are actually jealousy stemming from Lilith wanting to be closer to Luz -She also discovers that Philip is under some kind of curse, which dispels her suspicions for a while as well, since he begs Lilith not to tell Luz about it -When they reach the Titan Skull, Luz goes to solve the puzzle and Lilith discovers that Philip was tricking them -Philip claims that he’s trying to save her as part of a (completely delusional) scheme to let her die in this time and make sure that his door gets destroyed so she never gets trapped in this world in the future- though Lilith is uncertain how much of this was really Philip’s plan and how much of it is simply his curse talking -Once the Stonesleeper is dealt with and Philip has the Collector, Lilith punches him in the face, but makes up an excuse why and never tells Luz what he tried to do, thinking that it was more important for Luz to keep her image of Philip as a hero she could look up to than to tell her the truth -Though she does confide in her that she thinks Philip may have never made it back to the human realm after all. She keeps her reasoning to herself, however; having recognized a lot of Philip’s behaviors from Belos, she suspects that the emperor may actually be a descendant of Philip’s (Oh, how little does she know)

I'm better at writing one story at a time, but I have several pokers in the fire.

I have a couple of continued stories to add to my Snowed In sequel (After the Snow Melts).

I definitely need to keep writing my Catch of a Lifetime story and bring it to a conclusion. Then I have a couple planned chapters as a sequel to that story.

I have a few one-shots that are half written on my phone.

It may be strange, but I think it would be fun to write myself into one of my fanfics. I have a couple stories in mind for that. But as I'm an OB/GYN that means things will be happening to Lucy, and somehow she has been the victim in too many of my other stories. So I'll have to decide what to do with that....

ANNNNNDDDD my very first idea for a multi-chapter story has been percolating for over a year now. I wasn't confident enough in my writing to start with that one. The first 2/3 are angsty. It's an AU that had canon divergence from 5x5.

prior events to this au : wally travels to alola for a good couple of years in his teen yrs. brendan is champion but he’s more like a body double for may (shes stronger than him).

17 yrs after rse/oras…….

wallys become a well known and regarded professor at a young age, and decided to take his studies to the paldea region. he works as an elective teacher to naranja/uva academy, and frequently works with students who want to dive deeper into the study of pokemon specifically.

brendan, more focused on physical training rather than battling, enjoys doing most physical activities and finding nice outfits. he’s well known as the stylish champion of the hoenn region. he gets invited as a guest speaker for ??? an event. in paldea. he knows wallys zoned there, so he hopes to possibly run into him.

wally is not very happy to see brendan.

he still holds admiration for him, and holds him close to his heart, but as they’ve grown, wally finds the features he found endearing slowly becoming insufferable. namely, brendans indecisiveness.

when wally returned from alola, it was very evident that the two trainers held some sort of feelings for one another. wally, having a crush on his rival practically since theyve met; and brendan, who is making some new discoveries about himself.

brendan still doesn’t know what he wants, though. in denial and afraid to even consider his best friend that way, he scatters away whenever wally even tries to address it. it pisses wally off. hurts him more than anything, as the only thing holding back brendan is himself. brendan may be dumb, but he isn’t stupid.

right before wally became an official professor, he gave his rival one last shot; one last opportunity for him to be honest with himself before wally shelves his feelings. and brendan wimps out, says the wrong thing. so things haven’t necessarily been the same between them since that instance.

brendan tries to close the gap everytime theyre alone together, but it’s hard when wally is trying so hard to put his feelings away. brendan makes it even harder. the only way for wally to get over it is to leave, so he starts traveling again. alola, kalos, kanto, unova. eventually he has to come back home, and who else is waiting for him other than the one and only champion.

that is, until he gets offered a position in paldea. a nice region, with newly discovered special forms and pokemon. it’s a great opportunity for wally; his work and his heart. so he takes it.

wally is still warm to brendan; thats his best friend- but he becomes frigid when brendan dances between the lines of their relationship without acknowledging it. surely they can work this out while brendans visiting the region. 😇

2022 Writing Wrap Up

I wasn't going to do one of these things because I didn't think I'd accomplished as much as I have in the past couple of years, but I am thankful you tagged me, because when I looked at it, there was a lot to be proud of, and I think it's important when we work so hard to sit back and RECOGNIZE what we've done, instead of just dwelling on what we haven't.

Total Words Published: 122,327. I think. I had to do math, and my math is never trustworthy. I don’t think I forgot anything? I might have. Part of me feels like I shouldn’t get credit for Concerto, because it was more or less a rewrite, but at the same time it was a lot of work so I should get credit, heh.

Additional Words Written: 27,923. This only counts drafts I intend to actually publish some day (namely two entire Fugue chapters, the beginning of a third one, and Cadenza, a fic that will get written eventually). It doesn’t include the scribbles that may or may not turn into something, or the discarded scenes that got rewritten. This number is probably MUCH higher, but I’m not doing that math.

Grand Total of Words: 150,250. I’m very happy with that. It felt like less.

Fandoms: Mass Effect. It is the only fandom I write for. I’m a one trick pony.

Highest Everything (raw kudos, hits, comments): Of fic published this year, Cantata reigns supreme in every category, even though a big hunk of it was earned in 2021. But the comments on the final chapter alone, which is definitely 2022, are mind blowing to me. Nothing I write will ever match the top kudosed stories in the Ao3 mshenko tag, but I’m floored at how much engagement Opus gets. I’ll take that over any metric.   

Highest Kudos to Hits Ratio: I think it’s Hearstoppers Beyond the Veil. Which I find delightful. It’s such a silly, sweet fic.

New Things I Tried: Sam’s POV is off-limits in Opus, but I have some future scenes that I’m going to need in which he’s my only POV option unless I get creative. So I’ve gotten creative, and am doodling some things in 2nd person to see if I can get what I need while still filtering Sam through the eyes of someone else (in this case, a more omniscient narrator Sam is unaware of). I am pleased with the results so far enough to keep working at it.

Fic I Spent The Most Time On: Fugue. Every single chapter of Fugue feels like a dogfight. It’s such a difficult and complex story to navigate on every level. The story as a whole obviously has been the biggest time investment this year, but each individual chapter is like climbing a mountain.

Fic I Spent The Least Time On: Yours, which is a first kiss AU. It’s a fairly simple story, but it fell out of my head and onto the page with very little prompting from me, and I love it to pieces.  

Favorite Thing I Wrote: It’s hard not to say Cantata or Fugue, but of the one-shots, I’ll give it to Space Talk because I got to make a cow-tipping joke and connect it to Arcturus.

6. I for sure have a couple of old favorites that I periodically come and revisit.

I Want Something So Impure by silentfrenzy is a classic in my mind. It's got loads of Jonsa angst, and was especially something I read a lot after s8 came and kneecapped me, personally. It's a one shot, and is actually a songfic, though I forget that all the time, and is mainly an extremely cathartic fight between Jon and Sansa, showverse

 strike hard and true, crow (or i'll come back and haunt you) by Hatice is another dark Jonsa that I used to read all the time. Dark, angsty Jonsa was my absolute fav back in the day (still is, really). Really goes hard into implications of resurrection based on book canon, and I enjoy that immensely.

Of Ribbons and Barbarians by SainTalia is, unsurprisingly, another Jonsa fic, but this time set in an amazingly imagined AU where the Targaryens never came to Westeros. This is the kind of fic writing that I aspire to.

and to prove I do read fic other than Jonsa, there's also we get dark, only to shine by Elizabeth (aghraine), which is a LucreziaCesare fic, which mixes the showtime Borgias with the actual history

there are a couple others that I personally have on my laptop, but have been deleted from ao3 😩 Rip "your mess is mine" you will always be famous.

7. At the moment, I really only have one major fic idea that I've been working on and off for ages. I've resolved not to publish it until its finished, which may be a long time, lol. A couple of years ago, there was a Jonsa week prompt set that used one of the Seven for each day. I ended up writing a short one for the Smith, and then shelved it because I wasn't happy with it. I ended up reopening it last year, and trying to write a multi part series with each chapter being themed after one of the gods. The main thing that inspired me to reopen it was, uh, some chats about Sansa bathing in the godswood a la Jonquil and how that fits the Maiden theme, hahaha. I have a couple of other Jonsa ideas that I periodically work on but I doubt will ever be posted. Oh, and there is a Maris/Aemond fic that lurks in the back of my ASOIAF fanfic folder. It predates "a poison tree", but I got sidetracked with that project, lol.

13. I actually plan a lot before I write. I do a ton of outlining and spitballing before I ever end up typing anything, and I also don't write chronologically. It's one of the reasons why I struggle to put out chapters regularly, because I am rarely writing in order, and am usually writing way out in the future, before circling back. I actually have more plans for my inactive published fics, but I haven't written the connecting pieces to what's already has bee published, lol. But I do spend a ton of time just thinking about what I want to write and where I'm planning to go. Which then gets frustrating when I end up scrapping a lot, lol.

Cataloging all the HotD Daemyra fic ideas floating around my head that I definitely have zero time to write right now. In no particular order:

-First Of His Name: Realizing that he murdered his wife in pursuit of a male heir that died only hours later, that same night Viserys tells Daemon to look after Rhaenyra and restore the glory of their house, then khs in front of witnesses by stepping out the window Tommen Baratheon style. Suddenly Daemon is King, and the last line of support to Rhaenyra who lost her entire family in one day. The political mechanizations of those who want to see the Targaryen dynasty fall, a brewing war in the Stepstones, and the need for one or both of them to marry and produce heirs complicate Daemon’s long-held dream of being King. Slow burn from grief-comfort to ruling power couple.

-The Bed Is A Battlefield: One-shot set between eps 7 and 8, Rhaenyra explains to Daemon that she’s always had to keep her lovers secret for fear of what discovery would mean. But now that they are married and settled on Dragonstone with their children, she would like him to actually share her bed and not slip away in the small hours of the morning. Domestic fluff by way of Rhaenyra demanding what she wants like the queen she is.

-Vanity and Frustration: AU where Daemon and Rhaenyra marry in ep 5, and early in their marriage Daemon decides to start growing his hair out again. And as anyone who has grown out their hair knows, there are awkward stages to endure. Harmless harassment between newlyweds as Daemon grumbles about the state of his hair.

-The Last Dragon: 15 years ago, shortly after Daemon took Caraxes and fled to Essos to avoid a forced marriage to Rhea Royce, a coup executed by the Lords of Westeros resulted in the murder of King Jaehaerys and Queen Alysanne and all their descendants, as well as nearly all of the dragons. There are rumors that a few Targaryens may have escaped, and some of the unclaimed dragons fled across the Narrow Sea to save themselves -- but all Daemon knows for certain is that he’s the last of his family he knows of, possibly the last living Targaryen anywhere in the world, the last dragon rider, and the rightful King of Westeros. 

But he knows he can’t take revenge all alone -- he needs heirs, he needs more dragon riders, he needs to rebuild the House of the Dragon to a force that can burn down all those who murdered his family. And for that, he’s in need of a wife. There are no legitimate Targaryens left, at least none living openly, but there are pale-haired violet-eyed descendants of Valyria to be found all throughout Essos. He simply has to find one he can craft into a queen and the mother to all future Targaryens.

After years of searching, his sources in Essos bring him “Neera”, an orphaned young woman raised in Pentos who has the right look and strength of will to fill the role, if only Daemon can convince her that she should want to be his wife and queen, that he is different from all the other men who have offered to pay someone else money for her maidenhead. Slow burn enemies to friends to lovers, to a complication as the truth comes to light -- the truth of Neera’s birth, and the mother who gave everything to save her from the fate that befell the rest of their family.

-Her Protector: A few years after Viserys marries Alicent, Rhaenyra is kidnapped from her bed in the Red Keep late one night. She is held captive by rough men who cannot seem to decide if they should ransom her or kill her or do something far worse, and in their indecision merely leave her locked up in a cell for long weeks -- until the glorious day that she hears the screeching of dragons overhead. Her uncle Daemon has come to save her, and kills everyone who took her, then carries her back to King’s Landing himself, never letting her out of his sight.

In King’s Landing, the people rush into the streets to see her, weeping to see the Realm’s Delight returned home alive, calling her Queen and throwing flowers at the feet of Daemon’s horse as they ride through the city with Rhaenyra curled in his arms, too weak to ride on her own, too anxious to get home to wait for a wheelhouse to be summoned. It is only then, at her insistence, that Daemon reluctantly reveals that Rhaenyra is in fact Queen -- her father was killed the night Rhaenyra was kidnapped, along with her step-mother and half-siblings. If only Daemon had been there, perhaps he could have stopped it, but he had been banished by Viserys yet again. Rhaenyra swears she will never banish him, and in fact she would make him her King Consort, if he will agree.

Years pass, and Rhaenyra recovers from her ordeal and grows into a strong, just Queen, with her husband Daemon always at her side. She has borne princes and princesses, the next generation of their house, and all in life seems to be exactly as she would want it. Until a sellsword, sentenced to death for his crimes, levels an accusation that it was Daemon who planned the kidnapping all those years ago that resulted in the death of King Viserys and Queen Alicent and their children. Who is Rhaenyra to believe? The convicted murderer seeking to gain her ear by spinning an unfortunately true-sounding story? Or her husband, her uncle, the father of her children, the man who rescued her all those years ago? And even if the sellsword’s story is true -- even then, could that possibly change how she feels about Daemon?

-Yet Another Mob Story: When the Targaryen mob family split over her father’s decision to marry outside the family, Rhaenyra sided with her uncle Daemon against her father and his new wife (her ex-best-friend). Years pass in a stalemate, until one day Rhaenyra sees Daemon’s new lieutenant Criston having lunch with Alicent and realizes that Criston is a spy sent by the Hightowers. She and Daemon devise a plan to get rid of Criston without letting the Hightowers know that they’re onto them. Really just PWP, with a little murder on the side, as a treat.

-Jane Austen Emma AU: The age gap is the same! I have no solid ideas for this one but that little detail makes me crazy!

-The Last of Us AU: I’ve posted about this once before, but the basic idea a modern apocalypse AU where Rhaenyra and her gay husband Laenor and their mutual husband Harwin (and their three sons) have to try to make it to the isolated bunker house of Laenor’s sister Laena and her husband Daemon (and their two daughters), and bad shit happens along the way but Laenor and Harwin are so determined to protect their sons and their wife that they sacrifice everything to keep them safe and get them to Daemon and Laena, up to and including their lives. Eventually Rhaenyra shows up on Daemon’s doorstep in half-feral mamabear mode, absolutely willing and able to kill anyone or anything that threatens her sons, only to find that Daemon has recently lost Laena and is similarly ready to murder to protect his daughters, and they have to come to a hesitant and wary understanding and then eventual partnership and co-parenting of their collected children. Maybe Targaryens naturally run hotter than most people, so are immune to the zombie fungus?

-Dragonriders Of Pern AU: Meleys, queen dragon of Weyrwoman Rhaenys, has laid the golden egg that signals the impending birth of the next queen dragon. Daemon (or D’mon for you Pern purists), rider of bronze Caraxes, is sent on Search to find young women to be candidates for the hatching of the new queen. In the company of other bronze riders, including Corlys and Laenor, he returns to the Hold where he grew up, where his older brother Viserys is now Lord. There he meets his niece Rhaenyra for the first time, a young woman of strong will with a natural talent for the telepathic communications of dragons. When she speaks to Caraxes as though his rider hardly existed, Daemon knows that Rhaenyra is destined to be the next weyrwoman. And as he trains her in the ways of being a dragonrider, it slowly dawns on him that he would allow none but him to stand beside Rhaenyra when Syrax’s first mating flight finally comes.

Edit: omg I forgot one! This one is so clear in my head but so difficult to describe in brief, so I’ll keep it short:

-An Eye For An Eye: The night Aemond loses his eye, when Alicent comes at Rhaenyra with the Conqueror’s dagger, her downward slash hits higher than it does in canon, striking Rhaenyra in the neck in a life-threatening wound the maesters scramble to stitch before the Crown Princess’s life slips away. With what she fears might be her last breaths, she commands Daemon to protect her sons, and he swears to hear he will protect her family -- or avenge them if he cannot. While the maesters try to save Rhaenyra, Daemon sits vigil with Rhaenyra’s sons and his daughters, watching over them while they sleep and talking long into the night with Laenor. But when Rhaenyra, only barely mended, asks for Daemon to be brought to her bedside, Aemond decides that his mother’s attempt at justice falls far short of his standards, and moves to exact his own revenge while Daemon is away...

My main blog is @ghostshadowmx (though I don't use it for anything besides saving writing resources, and in the past I posted a couple LMK fanfics there)

You can talk to me! Will I respond in a timely manner? That depends on if I remembered to unpause Tumblr, or if I went to bed before 5 AM the previous night.

You can tag me! However! Keep in mind I have limited spoons and my motivation will take me 50 different directions and in the direction of that tag game is unlikely to be one of them! This does not mean I don't care or appreciate it, this just means my body/brain is shit <3

I have several tags filtered! I have a lot of "reblog this/please reblog/etc." filtered out and will not always click through anyway! Please do not mistake this as me not caring or supporting anything, I use this blog as a place to destress and distract and so I try to avoid reblogging things that will upset or trigger me.

I am anxious as fuck! If I take a long time to reply when I'm clearly online without explanation, talk weirdly, am being awkward, etc., there's a high chance I'm being socially anxious and freaking out. It's nothing personal, so please be patient with me ^^

I am part of a system! I'm usually the only one on this blog so outside of DMs (maybe) it likely won't come up, but an alter runs @the-demon-hiding-under-your-bed and I have no filter, so it's easier to have this here on the odd occasion I do reference it. I'm also a ghost :3

My hyperfixations do switch around! This does not mean I've abandoned a project or fandom, or will enjoy stuff from there any less. It just means I'll ramble about something else more, and might put said project on pause for a little bit until I come back and figure out wtf I was doing again.

My Ao3 is under GhostshadowMX! As of the current moment it consists of a LMK one-shot, a LMK fanfic my brain refuses to work on, and three angsty ROTTMNT one-shots where I refuse to Leo or Mikey a break <3 I may or may not make a post when I post something, I am super anxious about sharing my writing and often need reassurance before feeling confident enough to tell people it's there.

I will vanish for literally days at a time! In this instance, you can usually reach me on Discord (if you have me added there), as it's more likely than not me getting distracted by something. If I vanish off Discord without warning, then please do not worry. I probably just decided to isolate for a little bit and forgot to tell anyone.

Hello @shot-shock! (And... everyone else I've apparently Ghosted :[ )

I am doing well, I unfortunately got hit but the "Fandom Writer" curse that seems to occur where everything that can go wrong will go wrong when you start writing. I've had some things going on in my personal life that I just have not had the motivation to even touch my computer or even phone to continue writing here. I know I said this before but I really think I've gotten things cleaned up in my life that I can write comfortably.

So here's my plan going forward.

Paw Prints - Yes I am working on my last chapter AND the NSFW part that I'm sure people have been wondering where it is (My bad <3 ) I hope to have that out here in the next week or so and it's up to everyone's standards <3 I am still learning Tumblr so I am going to eventually get a masterlist going and get the parts linked together.

New Fics:

I have some Ideas and new fics in the works. Some I started quite a bit ago and I have one that's almost complete that I posted on another site awhile ago that was just painful to get noticed so I plan to repost here.

Afterlife: An early death for the aspiring number one hero left a bitter taste in Bakugo Katsuki's mouth. At the ripe age of 20, he was taken from the world and he was clearly not ready to go. After a long time of refusing to cross over to promised peace, his personal Reaper offers him one deal and one deal only to return to the land of the living. However they really did not play fair... Haphephobia is the fear of being touched by others, When your quirk cannot distinguish the living from the dead, you tend to develop a fear of contact. You are an ex Pro-hero who has recently rented a home from a couple who lost their son a few years back. You can feel someone residing in the home, someone with a bad attitude and only 12 months left to fulfill his end of the deal before he is forced to cross.. to the Afterlife.

-Notes about this fic, it will have dark themes that may be triggering to others so I do as you read with caution. This will be a multipart fic and I have almost all but a few chapters written so I will post this on a regular schedule. This one will be Bakugo x reader - Enemies to lovers.

The last of the Dragon Riders - Fantasy AU -

Each year under the full moon the children who have come of age will try to bond with a Dragon egg, become the new rider and prosperity to their home! Though not one has hatched in the last 120 years of the village's history. Tonight under the full moon it's your turn to participate in the silly ceremony and move on with your life. However unknown to you, an intruder has infiltrated your home in the hopes to steal one of the last remaining "Dragon Eggs" your village boasts to hold. As future leader you are tasked with the retrieval of the stolen egg to your dismay. Upon catching up to said thief, you are in for quite the surprise upon arrival, only to find a larger journey up ahead for yourself and your new found companions.

-This one is also Bakugo x Reader and will be an Enemies to lovers ( Can you tell I have a thing for it? LOL ) Fantasy AU - This one is still in process but I have a few chapters to go. I will most likely be posting a chapter of this in-between updates on Afterlife.

What I Can and Am Willing to Do:

Crossovers; I’ve always find it fun twisting the stories and universe in ways so two worlds can exist as one, or just how one person from a different world is like in another.

Reader inserts; I’m meh at them (haven’t done too many) but depending on the request I might do some. But don’t get your hopes up.

OCs; it’s fun making up characters from a different world, but I will only do my own. You want to request an OC from a certain world, great! Just if you want a specific detail (ability, world they’re from, personality trait, people to interact with, good/bad/antihero, love interest, etc;) just tell me and I’ll add that in! These OC’s can also be used for requests in the future once finished (I’ll even draw them).

AUs; I love them and and always enjoy writing them. Such as soulmates, fantasy, mafia, monsters, etc; been original made up ones you guys have in mind, I’m willing to try them out! There are just only two Aus that I won’t do, and they will be specified in my ‘Don’ts’ list.

Fluff; give me the fluff!

Hurt/comfort; some of these babies have been through a lot. And I will gladly write stories that give them the love and strength that they deserve.

Angst; I’m suprise at myself at how GOOD I actually am at writing angst. It almost scares me 😅. But just to let you know, the angst I wrote will always turn out alright and happy, even a little fluffy, at the end bc I can’t write sad endings to save my life.

happy endings; not much to say. Summed it up pretty much in the Angst rule. I hate unhappy endings, ‘nough said.

Extras; if you’re a reader of my content and stories from the fan fiction sites and want something that are not shown in the books, like an au or scene between episodes/chapters then go on and request some. Even aus or different way things could have happened in my stories go ahead and ask!

Music Videos; I like doing them, they’re fun. I’ve been making some from over the years with my hoards of photos and fan art I’ve found and saved over the years lol. But yeah, I’ll most likely post some I’ve already have, but if you have a certain song or fandom, go ahead and request!

What I Won’t Do:

Smut or any kind of NSFW; I will write kisses, cuddles, and other romance couple things, but it’s going to be very safe and PG.

Alpha/Beta/Omegas; it ties in with smut and NSFW for me, I know that’s not the thing all the time, and there are a couple of stories in this au that I like, but I don’t feel confident enough to write this while making it comfortable for me and sticking to the au. So, just to save me the pain, no, I will not do this au. Sorry if that disappoints you guys.

Yandere; I like this content on occasion, but I will not be able to write this for the life of me. I put myself in the characters’ I write shoes, as if I was living the adventure with them. So I can’t write this in that case. Angst is one thing, this is something else entirely. Again, sorry for those of you that are disappointed, but I gotta put my foot down on things that make me uncomfortable.

Sad/Unhappy endings; I kinda mentioned/glossed over this already. But I’m putting down anyway, just in case. I can write sad and angst things but I always gotta end light or happy. If I don’t, then it most likely means I’ll be doing a continuation of that particular story/one shot.
