hard drives containing all my processed data seem to have failed. as far as I can tell the PCB is likely blown out, probably from me fucking something up as I unplugged and replugged them a few times on Friday trying to add a new drive. all the raw stuff is backed up in a couple other places so I'm good but still. very annoying. apparently it's not always safe to swap out SATA power cables from other power supplies so the bag of unlabeled mixed SATA power cables in the lab is no longer to be trusted

I love the niche running joke in Tales games of the Character Who Is Really Bad at Naming Things. Like you've got Karol, who to be fair is literally 12, trying to name the first ever spirit "The Splishy-Splashy Water-Colored Queen." You've got Asbel infamously changing Richard's name to "Tiger Festival" (and I think in the spin off games he also comes up with "Dragon Festival" and "Panda Party" but I could be remembering wrong). And then you've got Velvet who is entirely uncreative, changing the malak Laphicet's nickname from "Laphi" to "Phi" and coming up with potential nicknames for Magilou like "Magi," "Lou," and "Bookskirt," to name a few. It's such a silly trope but it makes me laugh every time 😂

ngl i find it a little weird and sus that we get these public “reunions” after the show where she runs to him and kisses him. just seems like a performative show, specially with scott seemingly coordinating where they should all stand and wait? which just happens to be in front of all these fans? smells fishy like PR to me

We get these public reunions because there are fans that have seats by that part of the stage and can film it and nothing more??? I’m sure her loved ones would still be waiting for her to exit the stage regardless if there were fans nearby to film it because they’re there to support her. Taylor “showing off” her partner in public isn’t new, have y’all forgotten about her posts when she was with Calvin and Tom?? She’s talked about how she felt that she needed that privacy in her last relationship and how that’s not what she wants anymore. Just because her last relationship was very private and this one isn’t doesn’t mean it’s PR; it just means that she is approaching the relationship differently.
