Ooooh! So I very very much tend to think that Lilith keeps him more balanced than he would otherwise be.

Lilith makes sure he gets rest, goes to bed on time, doesn't get so hyperfocused on work or other things that he neglects his basic needs.

Without Lilith - during her absence - he's all over the place, especially his sleep schedule. Sometimes up all night. Sometimes asleep all day. Staying in his room 24/7, pushing work and meetings onto staff more often than not, and taking naps just whenever. He has his little depression cave thing
