Eyy, lookit that! Some silly guys!

God, I love how colorful these character designs are! I had to draw Eddie first, since he's my favorite. And for some reason I was just itching to draw Howdy. Idk, like, he terrifies me with all his extra limbs but he was surprisingly fun to figure out (well, half fun, i drew his apron like this on purpose haha). I definitely wanna draw all the neighbors eventually, and I think this was a good start!

I definitely did way more than I needed to but my brain demanded the structure, so... here we are!

I was looking back at how Kaito revealed himself in the 5th trial and a certain comment caught my interest.

Monokuma already had the hint that it could be Kaito in the Exisal. And the chance of Shuichi's lie actually working is a 50/50 chance but still low with the way Monokuma responded to Shuichi.

Kaito getting the hint that Monokuma was not fooled by Shuichi's lie completely took the bullet and the blame for Shuichi's mistake. And in a way there are players that blame Kaito for this, which is what Kaito wanted since he did say "I'll take full responsibility". Thankfully I've seen Let's Players actually understood that Shuichi's lie wasn't gonna work on Monokuma. It was all left to luck in hoping that Monokuma would get it wrong. And Kaito wasn't gonna gamble on everyone's lives.

So in a way Kaito did take responsibility for Shuichi's mistake here. Shuichi's mistake was revealing the truth and helping Monokuma without a second thought till it was already too late.

Kaito did put everything on Kokichi's plan, believing it could work out but he also knew Shuichi would foil the plan. Kaito still looked at the positive side for Shuichi to keep pushing forward, even though he was minutes away from dying. But the sad truth is that Shuichi did push Kaito to reveal the plan, as Shuichi said he cornered Kaito.

Remember Shuichi is terrified of revealing the truth and this trial could have 100% rebound Shuichi back to being how he was in Chapter 1.

But thankfully Kaito made Shuichi promise him to end the killing game. It paralleled Kaede's trial but showed Shuichi's development. Instead of the quiet meek teen he was in Chapter 1, he now back talks at Monokuma.

Shuichi talking back at Monokuma will always be my favorite, this is what Kaito wanted Shuichi to do in Chapter 1 instead of blaming himself.

I feel like I could write more but I just wanted to throw this little food for thought out there.

I like how Danganronpa V3 doesn't spoon feed to the players. There's just so much to analyze and interpret in the game.

Just spitballing here: An AU everyone but Siffrin loops but with a bit of spice~.

v A good chunk of ramblings under here... v

Like Act 2, Mira, Isa, Odile and Bonnie are just going though the house. Sure, they would wonder why Siffrin can remember, but hey! They're just forgetful like that and it's not like it's good to remember everytime they die! So it's fine!

But then there's act 3... Everyone is lost and scared. They beat the king but their still stuck. First they make the best of it. Odile/Isa trying to understand how the loops work while Bonnie/Mira try to have Sif remember what The Head Housemadain said(Since every time he talks to her, they loop back). The Friendquest are mostly the same. The party starts understand Sif more. Their lack of self-esteem, his adversion to touch, and glimpse's of their shared past with the King. The angst of it all? Delicious...

However... Overtime, Siffrin appears to start to remember. Siffrin getting more nervous about missing keys and traps. Them growing more tired and asking for food. Him growing more and more self-loving of themselves. The other are helpless to doing anything, starting to put together the reason why their in the loops...

I have more ideas, but this is all to got to share now. So sorry for my writing, I am dyslexic

A week later and I’m still obsessed with the Fall Guy. Oh my gosh what an amazing movie if you haven’t seen it already I highly recommend seeing it while it’s in theaters and if you have seen it see it again! I can’t wait to buy it and watch all the bonus features!!

I love this too much so I made some for the Cuphead’s of my AUs that are a little more out of character than OG. I’m gonna do a few others like little nightmares and true demon. And I’ll also have to get to the mugmans and bendy’s of these AUs too.

yknow, i really really love the subtle(? is it considered subtle when it’s kinda in your face? i’m not sure tbh) foreshadowing here about isabela’s wilder side right before WECID

literally the way she screams out “have you lost your mind?!”, and even her expression and the way she grips the vine tighter when mirabel keeps trying to get a hug, all goes against her act of perfection, and sure, maybe we could have and maybe did assume it’s because she’s upset about her ruined proposal, but knowing what she’s hiding and what will happen later…

all in all, these little things just strike me every single time i watch this scene
