#dungeon meshi #izutsumi #marcille donato #chilchuk tims #I still stand by my tags on the Izutsumi character study piece I did in January - but I will repeat myself on a few lines here:#I *really* love this character. I love that all of the dungeon meshi crew are complicated and have difficult to love components.#But Izutsumi is a particular kind of hard to love. I foresee a lot of people being turned off by her abrasiveness and lack of teamwork.#She is very self-centered and openly goes against what the party agrees on.#She's a picky eater in a story that is 50% about eating good and healthy food!#It is in part about her growth but admittedly even *then* she remains rather true to her self-centeredness.#Even though she isn't as nice or funny or compassionate as the others...Izutsumi is still someone worth loving.#Even the more difficult people are someone worth loving.#And those people in turn are people who have something and someone they love.#She may be a girlcat but she is the most human of them all.#I hope that if you are an anime only watcher and are feeling put off by her at the moment; you'll give her a chance.#By the way: *yes* I worked very hard to draw that skateboard pose. It was worth it.#EDIT: HAPPY 500th POST OF POORLY-DRAW-MDZS!!! What a comic to commemorate the milestone with!

MYSTERION!!! just another different flavor of kenny #are you sick of seeing me draw him yet #anyways. i made the poncho follow the shape of an M to recreate the M on his original design on his chest #but i also have green lines on his undershirt that travel up his arms and onto his chest to recreate the shape of an M #if the hood were to ever be ripped off #gave him the sort of police utility belts because he was close to the police in his first episode #and also just because theyre cool lol #ALSO I STOLE THE SPRAY PAINTED QUESTION MARK ON HIS HOOD i really like how it looks i think it was vicchaosz here on tumblr who inspired me #made the poncho ragged because. yknow. he dies a lot. that thing is not gonna walk away in tip top shape.#kept most of the colors the same with only a few changes like his boots and his underpants (which i changed to shorts)#OH AND MY FAVORITE HAPPY ACCIDENT!!! the underside of his hood was too dark in contrast to his shorts so i added some lilac to lighten it u #and it ended up looking like when mysterion goes into his ghost form in the game AND ITS JUST. UGH. going to look at houses with one of the boys because yall need a bigger one with more rooms now that ale and rudy have officially joined the polycule and the agent is really working the kids angle for "you and your... husband?" and ofc it's johnny who goes with you and he's feeding into it by only referring to them as "the boys" that by the time you've settled on a house and you get the agent to do one last viewing so they can all come see, her head fucking explodes first when she sees "the boys" and again after they all take their turns giving you and johnny your initial smooches, and the smile on johnny's face tells you this couldn't have played out as perfectly even in his dreams

#my art #dreamworks trolls #trolls 3 #trolls band together #john dory #creek trolls #the orange troll is actually a deleted troll from the og movie known as Aspen Heitz #he has green hair in 3d and blue in 2d so i mixed the colors to get the hair i used here #any way #also i used chongos comic as like a reference for the posing and stuff #and like this is what it looks like in the comic but when put into trolls #it lind of looks like Aspen is like comforting his boyfriend creek #and i did not intend for that i just noticed it while coloring and i was like welp #and did not fix it #maybe im just overthinking it #it may just be the closeness due to troll proportions #also the holding hands on the shoulder #but it was in the og so its here too #also i love the scary jd render #whyd they make him so scary ill never know but man does it make for good comedy #i was orginally gonna draw jd too but then when i sketched him he just looked like the render and i was like you know what-#i also thought of using a fake png but that qas too much #so you get real png jd

After doing some research on the types of pets people had in ancient Greece, I'd like to imagine that Helen is the sort of person who has a whole menagerie of birds — and she loves each and every one of them very, very much.
