Hhhhhhhhhhhh the sudden realization that there are people actually LOOKING at my stuff, reaching out, commenting, wanting to be friends, like- ...Okay, I KNOW I put stuff out there with the thought "Hey maybe someone will see my art and it will make them happy! That's all I want!" *Peoples sees my art, LIKES it, crawls into my DMs/tags me/otherwise responds and engages with it, maybe even wants to be friends, it MAKES THEM HAPPY*

WHOA! ALSO I'm suddenly plagued with the "oh boy, what if I say something really stupid and they discover how lame and what a dork I am and then leave" TT___TT Ough these folks are already so nice and I barely know them yet I hope they don't want to already leave- ....MY HUSBAND IS USUALLY THE ONE WHO TALKS TO PEOPLE FOR ME BECAUSE?? HE IS SMOOTH?!?! AND I AM?? NOT?? And not afraid of being embarrassed like I think this man just, doesn't have the ability to be embarrassed?? (That's what nine years in the Renn Faire and several years flouncing around in the Rocky Horror Picture Show cast will do to you-)

ANYWAYS I have new mutuals and followers and I never expected to have any at all somehow so HI WELCOME! I should probably make an intro post and pin it but it's gonna be a crazy weekend so look forward to that I guess!

I also like, am starting to heavily use tumblr after literal YEARS of inactivity so I feel like an old fart trying to figure out what all these new features/buttons are and do, so if my formatting is ugly I'M SORRY I have no clue to to change text colors/italics/can I even USE emojis?? having good & true friends will literally save and protect you in a million unfathomable ways. like okay we have written so many times about lovers. but the way a platonic friend laughs and cries with you. the way they hold your hand at 14 years old and at 34. the way they keep a little silver tie to you, touching base over and over and over. how you can go years without talking, only to re-meet and discover: oh shit! you're still cool!
