ok so I saw an angst concept a while back about how if Roman goes too long without positive attention, he starves and gets thin because compliments feed the ego and that's Roman.

but now I'm in a different mood and I'm like "what if Thomas puts out an absolutely brilliant video that goes viral and gets a ton of positive attention?" maybe Roman would get fat and just GLOW with how big and pretty and happy he is, and his partner(s) would give him lots of attention and praise about how big and healthy and happy he looks

THIS IS SO CUTE. both the original concept and the inverse, BUT I LOVE WEIGHTGAIN

he gets a ton of positive attention and compliments that please him, and he doesnt even realize how well fed he is on the attention as he simply glows with the praise over the next few days. he reads comments, soaking in the approval of both viewers and the other sides, and it takes about a week for him to even realize he barely fits into his clothes anymore! hes been so occupied with how good hes felt he hasnt realized how much his body has changed to reflect that! but his lovers notice

janus is the first to comment on it, cupping romans round cheeks and telling him hes simply radiant. is he proud of himself? does he feel good? he should! and roman is just so giddy that hes immediately scooping janus up and kissing him plenty, but the others are so infatuated with his happiness that theyre praising it for him too, and that constant influx of positive attention and affection only has him getting bigger and rounder, basically smothering his lovers when they cuddle, which they absolutely dont mind!

and his partners make it their mission to keep him so big and healthy and happy from then on out, because hes so pretty and pleased that they cant imagine him ever being downcast or thin again!

So I'm leaving work and something darts in front of me, maybe 10ft away, too fast for me to see what it is. Peek around the tree blocking my path and I see this

Just like... a whole ass hawk. Dude's gotta be about 1.5ft tall. Massive fucking bird. And it's just staring me straight in my soul like this, even as I try to move ahead. It didn't budge. And there's only this path back to my car unless I want to walk on a busy highway. So I have the option of Death By Raptor or Death By Truck.

So I walk in the poison ivy filled patch off the sidewalk. Guy still isn't moving. Still staring me directly in the eyes. And I do this thing when animals are behaving strangely where I'll talk to them, so I'm just like, "Hey, man. I don't know you. You don't know me. This feels really threatening. I'm just trying to get to my car, dude. Can I get some space please? You're a big fucking bird. I see those claws. You could kill me right now, but I'd appreciate if you didn't, ok?"

It didn't move until I was about 2ft away. Again: I'm as far from it as I can be without walking into the street. It clearly wasn't going to budge. I walk past, thing flies up (silent, btw. Scary) and lands on a brick wall a little further ahead

Anyway. Weird guy. Nearly shit my pants when I noticed a bird big enough to carry off a fully grown cat was just... there, staring me in the face, unwilling to move away from me, a human, something it should see as a threat. I watched behind me the whole rest of the way to my car, just in case this bird decided to help me shed this mortal coil. 10/10 experience. Super cool guy.

Bruce Wayne is canonically a very handsome man (he is called a "pretty boy" and he is in his 40s, for fuck's sake), and he is pretty famous as a rich philanthropist who doesn't want to leave his awful cursed crime infested city. So, there must be a ton of people thirsting over him on the internet. Fancams, edits, fanfics and imagines ("kidnapped with Bruce Wayne 😍 by a Gotham rogue"), the whole charade!

And anytime one of the batkids stumbles on a thirst post, they have the most dramatic disgusted reaction, loudly gagging, before sending the link to the batkids chat, because if they must suffer, then they should all suffer. Clicking on a link in this groupchat is like playing russian roulette, and getting rickrolled is a good ending.

Eldritch/not-entirely-human Grunkle Stan stories have been eating away at my brain, so I have a silly little concept of Mimic!Stan.

He and his Mystery Shack are both mimics that lure tourists in as a literal "tourist trap" to gather and devour them! Since the house is alive, it raises a few (read: several) child safety concerns that lead to a LOT of rules to be created for Dipper and Mabel to follow when they eventually arrive, such as:

Be careful not to get lost in the winding hallways! The Mystery Shack is bigger on the inside, and you don't want to end up in the wrong areas.

Don't go through randomly appearing doors, they may eat you.

If you think you feel the walls around you breathing and the floor beneath you shifting, no, you don't.

If you think the walls feel a bit damp, you're imagining it.

Watch your fingers around windowsills! You wouldn't want to lose any of them.

Don't linger too long under the doorframes; it may start feeling like they are slowly constricting around you.
