Guy in the video: "Now that's in botws DLC (...)"

Me: "Just say totk. ... Wait, botw had real DLCs. Fuck I forgot about that."

#dragon's stupid thoughts #I'm doing better now #i only played botw two times. once on the wii u when it released #and years later on the switch. with the dlcs unlocked this time.#the thing is... i just never played the DLCs. a lot of people say this monk is one of the greatest fights or characters or something?#but i think it's just that moment this guy awakes that makes people love him??? idfk #got first introduced to this guy in aoc and didn't like his voice/the noises he did and thus never played him ever again #means it was the first time i saw the actual botw fight of this guy and man I was surprised to see almost identical #attacks/movesets like kohga has.#much to think about again #maybe i should replay botw to remember what happened there #but god do I hate the blights #from the visuals but also from the battle #my biggest turn off for playing botw #i prefer totks bosses by FAR #i love all the bosses in totk

Random Toxic Puppet Zelink I drew because I just missed my lady and Master Puppet Zelda so much❤️

And...I'm gonna tell ya a secret: I am a bad person who enjoys drawing Link fu***d up and suffering way too much😩 Also, if you are wondering, Link is wearing the Depth outfit. The front piece was removed and placed on his leg... I needed the outfit "sexified" 🤣🤷‍♀️

I'd draw this outfit way more often if the hood didn't hide Link's facial expressions so much. It's really REALLY is my favorite TotK Armor Set! So...GOTH!! Glory to Puppet Zelda!

#THAT FINAL FIGHT #DUDE #GUUUUUYS #Like the music building up was SO amazing #When the fight started the intro and Link drawing his sword was epic #It turned into the standard fair boss fight and I was just trying to get through it after that #BUT WHEN HE SWALLOWED THE SECRET STONE DOCUXHQWMFOCUCYS #THE DRAGON FIGHT #I WAS SCREAMING AND CUSSING AND SQUEALING AT FOUR IN THE MORNING #YO #IT WAS AMAZING #the rest was nice too 👍🏻😂#The story coming full circle with Link actually catching Zelda was wonderful #(I’m sure she didn’t aspirate on water at all while unconscious in a lake nope)#(It’ll be fine nobody has been smashed by the surface tension of the water so I’m just gonna wave my hand and say ✨game magic✨)#Her saying ‘Link…I’m home 🥹’ OH MY HEART #Great game love it #That boss fight definitely elevated it #tears of the kingdom #totk #tears of the kingdom spoilers #totk spoilers #legend of zelda

I’ve found about half of the Koroks in BOTW at this point (in my master mode playthrough) and that’s all I have left to 100% the game.

So I think imma go beat Ganon (if I can I’m gen so stressed hahah) and start TOTK and leave the remaining little dudes for cozy gaming times 🤙🏻

I have many thoughts (old and new) from this time playing that I might share because!! I really love this game and I think some of y’all do too!!

Also! New chapter and possibly a ficlet/oneshot hopefully next week!

Between losing my dad and the semester kicking my ass I haven’t had much motivation to do anything but rot in my free time, but I’m starting to feel a bit better!

been playing minish cap and i just finished the palace of the winds and that was one of the most stressful boss fights i have ever done. but i pulled through with one half heart remaining and have now forged the four sword 🎉

#it was right up there w totk ganondorf in how stressed out ive been in a boss fight #trying to charge up my sword to make duplicates in the right pattern all while dodging projectiles...#i had a bottle of milk and two fairies and i used it all.#not to mention the whole dungeon is just mean!!! soo many precise jumps and wizzrobes!#and it fakes you out gives you the boss key and then its like syke this is only the mini boss #ur only halfway through the dungeon..#id in alt text #great game tho 👍 for sure the cutest zelda game i looove the minish <3<3 link is so cute #i love how he tucks ezlo in when taking a nap...and then shakes him awake

I have once again stumbled my way through another dungeon. Dungeon 4 of 9. 47 days until Echoes of Wisdom.

#I'm playing the Link's Awakening remake in preparation for Echoes of Wisdom so I can get used the controls and combat for a top down Zelda #legend of zelda #links awakening #the amount of times I accidentally fell in the deep water before I got the flippers and drowned...#me and my husband were laughing so hard at Link's drowning sound and animation #I'm not very good at this #I'm a beginning gamer just trying my best #I beat BOTW and TOTK so I know I can do this... eventually #modern gaming is not very welcoming to newcomers #most people have a lifetime of practice with games and I feel like I'm still learning how to walk #thanks heavens for walk-throughs #I even beat the boss without dying this time #I had half a heart left but it counts #I still love Zelda though #(I forgot to take a screenshot so this one is from Google)#now to go find more heart pieces and seashells #i need all the help i can get #my gamer husband is very encouraging

after six years of the game being out and after three and a half years of me actually playing the game i have finally beat botw. did u know finishing video games is. fun,,

#hey its not as bad as norn9 where im only a third in after six years. and rhythm thief took me a genuine decade #im very good at taking my time #MY IMPRESSIONS its a good game :) i think i had a little over 100 hours by the end. one thing about the final boss fight though -#it made me kinda miss like true classic zelda scripted boss fights LOL but lots of fun!#some of the dlc stuff i couldnt do like the champions ballad and the sword thing RIP had to look up the cutscenes later~#theyre tough! but also my playstyle has always been a bit of. just run and go for it #planning and stealth is not my strong suit. by the end i was running directly up to guardians and just killing them before they killed me #i can eat kebabs faster than they can shoot lasers. i am unstoppable #the soundtrack was nice! subdued obvs since its open world #but the standout tracks are really standout. of course i love rito village night ver being dragon roost island #and the hyrule castle theme turning into zeldas lullaby in the internal parts hit me #and of course the main theme is iconic. i like the version with the hard break in the middle the most i love that cut so much #i know people edited it out and in the live version its not as harsh because its live #but i LOVE IT i love it so much. mix of synthetic breaks with a fantastical and traditional sounding theme. awesome #that whole 3 and a half years before i got a copy of the game (i wanted to beat skyward sword first) i didnt look up like anything #didnt pay attention to anything people were saying. heard something about it being open world. heard some speedruns were like an hour #and i heard the theme. and i listened to that theme on repeat for all those years. so so good #now i will probably do that for totk- not knowing anything about it for three years until i finally play it LOL thats how it is so far #people have told me about it. but truthfully i wasnt really listening. sowwy. i was focused on botw orz #but i wanna play something different now. take a break. also wait until i can find someone selling totk used for under 70 cad KJDLJFKDSJDKS #i am NOT paying nearly a hundo for a videoed game nintendo you cant make me #maybe now i should finish all the other games in my backlog. or i could start 5 new ones. hmmmmmmmm

btw. tulin totk is my little baby boy and I've adopted him nobody else can have him

#yunobo is still annoying but i like him better in totk than botw #sidon is obviously perfect even if i'm too scared to go back and finish the boss fight yet <3 #and riju is a badass. can't wait to get a goddamn mirror to start the next part of her quest she rules #also. having the spirit guard things is So useful to me as a combat challenged player #i have tulin and yunobo with me all the time now and they take out the blademasters for me <3 love that #totk #totk spoilers

#totk spoilers #literally all spoilers below dont read this if you dont want spoilers #hit the credits for totk and the first thing i said was I miss ganondorf #overall it was a brilliant game and i loved it so so much and its leagues better than botw and oughh #i have issue with the plot....mostly the Imperialism Good roite that it took #was kind of hoping for something different i suppose but that is on me mostly #look we all wanted ganondorf to either be out buddy of have the nuance of ww ganondorf #he was fucking superb in this game Do Not get me wrong but man. ilour first ganondorf since tp and i just wanted more for him 🫠#when imposter zelda was going around hyrule i genuinely thought maybe they were gonna go with an evil zelda plot #imagine how cool that would have been....i got played #rauru being evil or at least morally grey and controlling zelda and ganondorf being Right and also my friend would ahve been so good :(#but anyway!!!!! i really liked a lot of other things about the plot!!! dragon zelda was devestatingly good #the fact that we had a Find Zelda quest and yet she was one of the first things we see on the sky island at the start of the game #áaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (dats me yellin)#superb and traumatic #i really like botw/totk zelda actually and she was very good in this game and the haters can eat my nuts 😊#the boss fights were great #colgera being my fave and the ganondorf fight was so good and tense and eeeeee #the end phase against dragon ganon with zelda was really fun!!!!!! even if ridiculously easy i wish it wasnt just dark beast ganon 2.0 #anyway my final verdict is banger game but ganondorf deserves better and also dlc when

Oh my god Tears of the Kingdom might just be my new favorite game of all time...

#my god this game #i just beat the final boss and OH MY GOD I HAVE SO MANY THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS #I'll say that pokemon black has been my favorite game since I first played it as a kid 11 years ago #and then MHW joined ot as tied favorite back in 2018 or later #those are imo the 2 best games of my 2 far and away favorite franchises #and I have only played 2 zelda games being hyrule warriors as a kid with a friend on my wii U and then botw a frw months ago #and this game comes out #and single handedly manages to be just as good and as loved by me.as my long time 2 favorites of all time #AND THAT ENDING ESPECIALLY #this is a masterpiece #if you have a switch get this game #and if you don't then get one soley for this game #this game is the best game so far this decade and it's not even THAT close #tho gow ragnarok and elden ring are decently close i suppose #zelda #the legend of zelda: tears of the kingdom #the legend of zelda tears of the kingdom #tears of the kingdom #totk #tloz totk #legit almost teared up #and I haven't had a media tear me up since 2018

still not done with the game right now but why was the wind temple & boss fight the best one in the game lol i went their first and it set the bar so high. the other temples and bosses were fun but so far nothing compared to the climb up to the wind temple & diving thru colgeras weird body. the music was also so fire
