Ok, I need to talk about it. The Five x Lila thing is uncomfortable and kinda gross to me. But mabye I'm not seeing the vision/my discomfort is not the reason it's a bad idea necesarilly. So... here are some reasons besides that on why it's just a bad idea:
1. Why give Five a love story at all? He had a love story, has had it the whole show - love for his family. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve romantic love (with an actual human), but knowing it's the last season and knowing they have only 6 eposodes mabye don't? Introducing the romance in the second to last episode? And developing it through a montague? It's not enough time
2. What's the purpose of the subway station to the story? The only characters on it are Five and Lila (later also Lila's family + Claire), they don't accomplish anything with it, don't find anything useful, don't learn anything new. It's an excuse to have them get lost there, so that they could fall in love. IT'S THE LAST SEASON! Don't waste a cool location like that! Why didn't other characters get there? Why didn't they get Bennifer there and put Ben on one train and Jennifer on another while they think of another permanent safe solution? Use the subway station for actual plot or get rid of it - and that way we don't have the out-of-character falling in love crap
3. Ok, thay are lost, it's been years, they are loosing hope, they are clinging to the only other real thing. There's no guilt? No talk of Diego, Lila's children? There's no false start? They just kiss, remark it's not weird and live idyllicly together? I don't need depressing scenes of them crying for their family and hating themselves for being together, but what we got was not a relationship created by necessity but a normal falling in love story as if Lila isn't MARRIED CURRENTLY to Five's BROTHER! There should be some weirdness, some discussion of what exactly their relationship is, what would happen if they managed to come back. It's inconsistent (with previous characterisation but that's another thing) - are they genuinly in love, or using each other? Is Lila trully happy and in love, or pretending, while being desperate to come back to reality with Diego and her kids? They seem really in love, but after Five finally (5 months!?!?? WTF that's gross) shows Lila the notebook and she leaves she makes it seem as if she's choosing Diego and her marriage. But then she cannot answer 'Do you love him?', gives Five longing glances, is holding his hand... I know that she could be confused and unsure but it doesn't seem as if she doesn't know, it seems like she acts in the way for all the scenes to be dramatic even if it contradicts what happened previously.
4. So they manage to go back, Lila doesn't immedietly confess to Diego, and when the truth comes out Five is mad? He is in the wrong! He went after his brother's wife, he should be apologetic, he should feel weird to be in Diego's home, not combative. Yeah, your love life is complicated and not everything is roses after your return but it's on you YOU WENT AFTER A MARRIED WOMAN! WITH KIDS! And you're mad at her husband for being mad at you? No, he should be ashamed. And ok, get mad later, say that you were finally happy, and now it's gone, scream it at Lila or Diego, but not from the get go. That makes him seem like such a scumbag .
5. You wanted Five to have a romance. In my opinion unnecessary, but do you. You wanted it to be with Lila. In my opinion very weird choice, but sure. Why have Lila and Diego married? We have a 6 year time skip. They could have been just co-parenting and no longer together (and never married). Why make a subplot where Diego thinks Lila is cheating on him (as a joke) to then make it a reality? Why not have Diego and Lila have this season to grow close as friends and co-parent as a unit after years of conflict and have Diego be supportive of this weird incestuous relationship? (TUA unfortunately is no stranger to that, and UA already has weird and complicated relationships all around) instead of falling apart in such a fashion? IT'S THE LAST SEASON at the very least have all our main characters go out without conflict with each other. Five's lat words to Diego were 'I'm gonna kill you'.
It seems they made this whole thing as messy as possible, but then didn't dive deep into the mess to have some actual drama, didn't adress the mess, didn't vindicate any of those characters. And if you're just creating mess and don't engage with it, and it's THE LAST SEASON mabye you should've just left it alone - Lila and Diego together and happy, and Five doing everything to be with his family, safe. I'm dissapointed.

Changing Daemons relationship with his family was such a poor idea. Daemon didnt need to hate or resent his wife and children to be a bad man. He was multi faceted already. Worse even we got hints of an alternate version where he did love them without question.
We see him sitting close with Baela teaching her Valyrian in Pentos where they looked comfortable like he was used to and happy to teach her their language. He even during Laenas birthing scene talking to the healer, being told how Laenas struggling to give birth and he just sort of whispers to himself "my brave girl". And how when presenting with the same choice as Viserys was, cutting the mother open to save the child where Viserys only asked if he could ensure the child lives but Daemon only asks "will the mother survive?" To which he shakes his head no when being told she wont, before realizing she's gone and chasing after her. And a deleted scene of him even consoling his daughters after her death.
It's like they out the foundations of their romance there and they only added specific lines to make sure no one thought he loved Laena over Rhaenyra or his daughters over his eventual sons. Not even going into how awful it was to rewrite Laena to be a "settled for second option" and then written to die a brutal death alone by fire instead of in her husband's arms.
Like, they wanted to push Daemon and Rhaenyra so badly, but like, we see he treats Rhaenyra is no better. They sacrificed a genuinly loving relationship for one that they immediately wrote as toxic and full of arguing and even abuse.
I honestly have no idea what they think I'm supposed to be getting out of Daemon and Rhaenyras relationship that they sacrifice everything else. I mean, they also definitely didnt show best anything of Harwin and Rhaenyra for the same reason. It would risk people liking him over Daemon for her just like they feared people like Laena over Rhaenyra for Daemon.
It's like they have no idea what to do about this relationship, because they're too cowardly to just follow what happens in the books for them now.
I completely agree, I've made a post on why I don't ship Daemyra here.
But let's talk about what you said, all of what you've said is true, I'm a HUGE Laena x Daemon or Daela shipper. So much so I'm planning go make a Daemon x Laena fic in the future on my fic account @ashblooddragons.
What drove me crazy about Ryan and Co doing this, is the fact they changed the Veleryons to black and then make Daemon pretty much hate Laena and his daughters. It made me uncomfortable and it's easy to have ones mind go to Racism. Especially when you add the fact he's pining for his very white niece.
And yeah if there is one person I think Rhaenyra should get with its Harwin. And them giving him little to no screen time in general but especially with Rhaenyra and the Steong boys is very weird to me.
It kinda felt like they tried to be inclusive with the Veleryons only to make them be used or ignored by their partners (besides Corlys). They kinda feel like a after thought to Ryan and Co and it pisses me off cause they were VERY interesting.
Sorry if this sucks you said a lot of my own thoughts and I also have a headache I need to take meds for. Hope this all makes sense.

After you seeing talking about less unhinged / crazy Emmet and more sad / soft Emmet, I am reminded of how I still have to figure out how I depict him in my head myself. Because like... I definetly DO get the feeling he is the more loose canon, especially in comparison to Ingo, and depending on the characterization he is also so EXTREMELY blunt it's hysterical because 99 percent of the time it comes of as rude (That fucking ... Manga panel of him speedwalking towards a trainer like "I am here to eavesdrop" lives rent free in my brain)... But I also just feel like he genuinly just isn't as... Mean spirited as people sometimes portray him you feel me? My current take is genuinly well meaning and good guy with absolutely NO filter whatsoever, which results in instances where he may walk up to you after a lost battle all "I am Emmet. :D You fought veeerrrry bad." But if you actually stick around after that and ask what went wrong he will not hesitate to give you genuinly good advice on how to improve after that, no "Trade secret " stuff whatsoever, he enjoys helping people but just can't not always say what he means whatsoever. Dunno where I was going with this honestly, I just kind of want some input from other people on this because I think characterization comparisons are neat.
Yes
I agree to all of that
Ppl like making him an absolute murder machine when anyone does as much as breathes in Ingo's direction and while sometimes its fun to watch, to see characters crash and burn in fics, it should be the au exception made for fun sometimes, like those shitty serial killer angst aus every fandom has, not how everyone portrays him everywhere and always
I like reading/writing unhinged Emmet sometimes, but only sometimes, and even then I don't pretend like he's always like that.
Also how obsessive so many ppl make him is simply weird and uncomfortable at this point
Like, so many people say "shippers dni" and then turn around and make Emmet borderline glued to Ingo and refusing to go more than two steps away while threatening everyone who does as much as looks at them, and its just.... Weird. Uncomfortable. Feels kinda messed up. It doesn't feel like sibling relationship anymore, because they make him way too obsessed and weird.
And yet they don't see anything wrong with it? Because hey, there's the dni tag, that means they can write what they want and pretend they don't see it as weird in any way despite it being weird af, right?
I seen too many fics with "shippers dni" tags that I clicked on only to find something that was borderline shipping but the author swore up and down its just how siblings are, making me have to leave the fic feeling mildly disturbed because how can they think that this is healthy sibling behavior? How can they think that it's normal in any way?
I wish it wasn't as normalized because seeing it so often is simply so uncomfortable at this point.
Ppl forget that Emmet is just a human at the end of the day, a happy train nerd who loves pokemon and trains and battling, someone who simply misses his brother and that's it. Not a monster killer machine.
He's not a villain, he's a sad, desperate man, but not a villain.
And sure, he's all smiley all the time, but that doesn't excuse making him act crazy like this. I see his smile more as a reassuring thing to make sure people know he means no harm rather than "I will laugh while breaking your bones"
Idk its just my opinion though
I just need more stories where Emmet is shown as a human.
Not a monster.

Toilet-bound Hanako-kun: Chapter 10 - The Young Exorcist (Part 2)
Previously: we had a mostly Kou centric episode! We learned more about his family, in particular about his kinda scary brother Teru. Kou made it his mission to find evidence that proves that Hanako is not a bad supernatural, which lead to some very cute bonding moments between the two boys. Kou decided that he wouldn’t exorcise Hanako because he considered him a good guy, but Hanako doesn’t take this change of heart well since he clearly doesn’t think that killing someone can be justified in any way. He goes overboard, though, and threatens Kou with his knife and it’s at that precise moment that Teru arrives and zaps Hanako with his own exorcist weapon and I was left with very high levels of stress
Now onto the next chapter!
Tumblr media
Okay I really like this cover page, because it while it can be seen as the two exorcist keeping the aparition at bay, since they’re the ones that can (and have to) do it, you can also see other nice details. There’s also the contrast between both of their expressions while holding Hanako back: how calm and collected Teru looks while Kou looks uncomfortable. And how Kou’s weapon not only is keeping Hanako in check, but is also holding Teru’s sword back so that it doesn’t touch Hanako.
Anyway, yes, it’s a very good drawing that conveys this arc very well.
Okay so Kou is remember all those times he would sneak out to watch his brother fighting against supernaturals and how cool he looked while doing so. Teru always greeted his brother with a kind smile and Kou had assumed that that was the expression he wore into battle but
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeah, can’t say I’m surprised, those are the main expressions we have seen on his face when it comes to Hanako and apparitions. Still, Kou’s face is honestly heartbreaking, he must feel so helpless
Tumblr media
I feel like I need to reiterate: his calm smile in moments like this kinda scares me, Like, I get it, I understand why he’s acting this way (he found Hanako pointing a knife at his baby brother, what’s he gonna do? let him go just like that? no, that would be stupid) but still, it’s slightly unnerving
But in spite of what his brother says, Kou stands his ground defending Hanako but Tery reaches for his bead bracelet and oh. it’s a capture weapon. fantastic, this just keeps getting better and better
Tumblr media
Hmm, idk if I’m reaching, but it kinda feels like Teru is babying his brother a little too much. I don’t know their full family situation, and while yes, Kou is clearly inexperienced in dealing with supernaturals, I feel like Teru shouldn’t dismissed what he had to say so fast although, again, the knife pointed towards Kou really doesn’t help the situation
Hanako calls out to Haku-Joudai but holy fuck Teru really is much more powerful than Kou since he can create a lightning cage so he can’t summon his tsueshiro.
This is real bad. Things really aren’t looking good for my ghost child here
Tumblr media
That’s interesting. Does that mean that Teru is just THAT much more powerful that his spiritual energy can control the lightning like that even if his weapon is mainly used for attacking? Also, does that mean that Kou’s weapon is better for controlling said lightning?
It looks like Hanako is gonna tried to defend himself with his knife but Teru just tells him that “no matter how you try to cover it up, in the end, you can never hide what you truly are” with his scary face TM. And Hanoko looked angry before but after that he looks honestly shocked
Tumblr media
It’s really something how he can looked so small and terrified while holding that knife. It conveys a very hopeless feeling, idk maybe I’m reaching
Oh wow
Tumblr media
Now this is some beautiful and haunting imagery.
I mentioned during my last recap that while there’s a real underlying danger that we can see in Hanako, but again, he doesn’t seem like a genuinly bad or vengeful person. So this description is suspicious to me. It could be true, but after everything we’ve seen so far, it could very well be a case of rumors twisting the original story of him murdering someone and blowing it our of proportion
Okay so they start fighting and I’m too scared to scroll down because so far Teru has clearly proven that he’s not someone you want to mess with ahhhh
Tumblr media
ヽ(゚Д゚;)ノ!!
Tumblr media
━Σ(゚Д゚|||)━    OH MY GOD NO NOPE NO
Tumblr media
Σ(゚口゚;)// Σ(゚口゚;)// Σ(゚口゚;)//  IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE NOOO BABY that looks so painful ahhhhhhh
I don’t want to keep scrolling but hnnnnng I must know if my child will be okay (and I know that he most likely will be but still jfc this is so painful to look at)
Kou explains how Teru usually fights against supernatural and ngl it’s kinda horrifying and yes, it looks like it’s best to stay out of range but Hanako is trapped there with no way out
And ahhhhh now Kou is second guessing himself, thinking maybe his brother was right and that Hanako should be exorcised but nooo baby you should listen to your instincts if they tell you something is not quite right here
Tumblr media
Ohhhh. Okay, so we’re dealing with a layer of self-confidence issues too. I didn’t consider it, since it just seemed like he admired his brother a whole lot, but it isn’t just that. And it makes sense, since from what we saw last chapter, Teru seems to be some kind of prodigy, and it’s not rare that Kou started to compare himself to him (not only thinking that he wants to be like him, but also seeing what he’s lacking since Teru seems to be so “perfect”). So yeah, to him, his brother “knows what’s best”, because that’s the way it’s always been
Teru says that Hanako has been near the shore for a long time and that it’s time for him to face his punishment, but Hanako seems to have something to say about that and
Tumblr media
oh. oH no.  he’s crying oh nO he looks so sad oh god ಥ_ಥ
So to Hanako, being exorcised wouldn’t be a fair way to pay for his crimes. He’s telling Teru that if he expels him right now, then nothing would be gained from it since he would just be released from the mortal plane without actually doing something to atone. And “atone” is a fitting way to put it, since from what we’ve seen, he doesn’t want (or expects) to be forgiven, he just wants to do things right, to find a way to repent for what he has done. It’s is also in line with what he told Kou before, about how he cannot let himself be exorcised yet because he has a task he has to acomplish.
And Kou is thinking back to all the ways in which Hanako has been helpful and the times when he protected both him and Yashiro. And he makes a fair point, he (and us readers too) has no way of knowing if Hanako is telling the true, he could be lying. But still, Hanako’s actions are out there on the table, and Kou needs to make his decision based on what he believes is the right thing to do.
Tumblr media
( ⚆ _ ⚆ )
Tumblr media
Σ(゚Д゚;≡;゚д゚) !!!!! FUCKING HELL WHAT OH GO D
Tumblr media
KOU YOU’RE A PRECIOUS ANGEL THAT DESERVES THE WORLD BLESS YOU
Hanako and Teru look so shocked but Kou isn’t backing down, no sir, he’s here on a mission and he’s not gonna let his new friend/tolerated acquaintance be exorcised. Also holy fuck he body slammed his brother into the ground wow he’s really not playing around and
Tumblr media
This is good. He needs to let this out or it’s gonna eat him up. And yeah, it seems like I was right on the money with the too much babying before. Kou makes some very valid points here: yes, he’s not his brother, he’s nowhere near Teru’s level of experience and he should have been more catious when dealing with Hanako, but he has also seen things his brother hasn’t. He’s seen how Hanako behaves around him and Yashiro, and how he tries to protect all the students in the school, so he’s not gonna be blinded by the “all supernaturals are bad” speech because he knows it’s not true.
He admits that he needs to get stronger and he’s confident that he wiil, And then he will decide if Hanako needs to be exorcised or not, that’s a responsability he’s willing to take. I’m really proud of him, for sticking to what he believes it’s right, even against his brother’s wishes.
And thankfully, Teru relents and decides to let Kou handle things on the forefront because he doesn’t want his baby brother to hate him. They’ve reach a solid middle ground, the only thing Teru asks is for Kou to remember what he’s said all that and to be conscious that this is Hanako’s last chance if anything happens. Next time he won’t be so kind.
Now Kou and Hanako are left alone, and Kou tells Hanako to behave properly since he doesn’t trust him fully yet and that at the moment he starts acting suspicious, he’ll exorcise him
Tumblr media
...................okay, no, I call bullshit on that. There’s no way Hanako had time to apply the eyedrops during his fight with Teru. Even if he had them handy for something, there’s no way. He has to be doing it to lighten the heavy atmosphere because he’s a little shit like that.
Ohhhhhhhhh okay we’re cutting to back to Yashiro in the library. Hopefully this will be more lighthearted, I feel like the previous confrontation was too much for my heart
She’s researching the seven mysteries but it seems like she’s not having much luck since everything she finds is about the girl Hanako-san.
OH
Tumblr media
Hello there, suspicious green haired girl that’s shown to spread the rumors in the anime and that was with that suspicous guy that sent a spirit orb to spy on my babies. How nice of you to appear...........I’m sure only good things will come out of this
Oh, looks like there’s a preview of scenes from the next volume of the manga
Tumblr media
.......It certainly looks like we have quite the ride ahead of us, doesn’t it. Also!! That white haired guy from the anime intro is finally here! Since he was right next to Yako in the intro, I’m guessing he must be one of the mysteries we’ll deal with, possible number five since Aoi mentions it right there.
Tumblr media
Awwwww they have a little sister! She looks so cute! It looks like Teru isn’t a morning person and judging from the apron Kou is wearing, it looks like he takes care of the cooking? or some kind of housework? I wonder if this means that their parents are out of the picture

Ok, so I'd like to update my take on the Ghostbusters 2016 vs Ghostbusters: Afterlife situation.
Last time I spoke with @veronica-rich , I'd like to point out that I hadn't fully realized the details of the 2016 film. I went and rewatched it, and I'd like to add more to my thoughts.
First, the film isnt as bad as some people would suggest. There were good moments I like the comedy that comes from Holtzman and Chris Hemsworths character (his name escapes me rn), there were some strong ideas present and it wss actually an ok film.
BUT
I would also like to point out the flaws of the film. And to clarify. None of these have anything to do with the fact that's it's a female version of the original, but I'll get to that in a moment.
The films as a whole is fine I don't hate it. But I have gripes. The first being the writing which, in all honesty, could have used some work. The pacing was slow compared to the original, despite having an almost parallel story format, with certain details shoved at random spots where they weren't needed or were necessary but not provided.
But there were small details I liked, like the bust of Egon in the background or Patty's uncle being one of the original Ghostbusters cast members. Bill Murray as a "antagonist" to rile iPhone of the main characters was, in my opinion, unneeded as a reference to the original film. The bust of Egon, Dan Akkroyd as the cabbie, and Ernie Hudson as the uncle were nice details. But Bill Murray and even Signorney Weaver were both just kinda unneeded. Personally, I think it wouldve been better to have say Rick Moranis somewhere in the film might've been funnier, whereas Ms. Weaver and Bill Murray I felt like were there for the popularity aspect.
And let's not forget Annie Potts as the receptionist in both films which, honestly was probably my favorite special guest from the original.
But now the plot.
Ima say it, it was predictable. The original film had an engaging plot that I always found fun to watch. And in the beginning the new film wss in fact, fun to watch. But when the villain killed himself on his device I think it just got predictable. Using himself as a sort of undead conduit to further his plan, him turning into the evil version of the logo, even Slimer driving the Ecto-1 into the vortex that wss predictable. It all just felt kinda simple and, yeah it's movie not a Shakespearean Play, but it can have a few more twists and turns to make it interesting.
Also I very much enjoyed the big goofy dance scene with the soldiers it reminded me of the big Cuban Pete scene from The Mask.
Now the ending however...
That was bad.
The final action scene was genuinly boring to watch I couldnt get into it, best part might've been when the green gargoyle thing got shredded. The squishing of everyone by the StayPuff Marshmellow man wss kinda funny but eh.
The confrontation with the antagonist was... ok. Now, I LOVE this idea of the final ghost being an evil riff of the Mascot, that was awesome and funny and I enjoyed that part. Everything else, not so much. The way they fought him was boring it just felt like a slow Kaiju fight to me. And the way they beat him is just... uncalled for. I can enjoy grossout humor or an occasional gross joke I live off crass humor the joke in the beginning with the fart coming from the front wss one of my favorites. But shooting him in the dick that just... I get it'll make most men weakened I get it but gah...
No other gripes with the plot honestly, other than too many gaps.
Now some smaller details I'd like to point out, I'm just gonna list em quick fire.
Too many references it felt lo like they're were just trying to shove as much Ghostbusters shit in the viewers face it was just kinda annoying after awhile.
Some grossout humor is fine but certain bits like the over the top puke scene actually made me feel uncomfortable and not in a funny way.
The way they used Slimer wss fine but trying to introduce a random Female Version wss just kinda weird.
Ima say it, the black chick wasnt as funny to me she had a few good jokes but she was eh.
The Zuul reference at the end just annoyed me for some reason. The entire plot was one big riff of the original with the person breaking the barrier, ghosts running rampant, the spooky ghost chick in the beginning, even something as simple as the scene in the train tunnel it was all frame for frame practically. If yoire gonna copy the whole plot just use Zuul and replace Stay Puff with the ghost Mascot.
Now, to adress the elephant in the room. Gender debate. This film is without hesitation, meant for the female and feminist audience. But to say it does not care about the other side of the demographic and is 100 percent against men isnt fully true. Like I said the ending it a litteral and figurative jab at men, and it shows throughout the film. Men are treated like a joke, the Major is am idiot with his female secretary doing most his job. Hell No Men Beyond this Point was nicer to men than this film was, and that showed Men as a LITTERAL MINORITY essentially.
And I won't be the first to admit that Chris Hemsworth is really funny as a dumb blonde I'll say it yeah, but making every other men an absolute tool was kinda unneeded. Even the cops and the people who ran the universities were basically made out to be self righteous alpha males, which can be excused as to further the plot, but it wouldve been better off just making the mayor and cops women, making the mayors secretary a man who believed in them, and even make the college professors women or at the very least make them semi understanding in their actions I get we're meant to hate them and you don't need to make them likeable, but at least make them a bit less alpha male.
I'm gonna say it one more time. I think this film is actually ok and it doesn't deserve as much hate as it gets, gender debate aside it litterally is just a female retelling of the original film.
Do I think it could've used some work? Yeah.
Do I think people should be a bit more understanding about it? Yeah.
Do I think it deserves a sequel? No not in the slightest.
This is ok yeah, but it by no means deserves a continuation. Take away the fact it's a reboot and take away the gender debate, and look at it as just some movie that exists and accept it normal flaws as a normal film.
And I personally think that it genuinely does not deserve a second film. It was ok but it was by no means sequel worthy. And honestly I am excited because the original two films earned a third film. And I'm happy to see a new film come from the son of the original director.
And that's all this film is, isnt it? A letter from a son to his father, saying "Hey I really enjoyed the story you told, and I'm sad you didnt get to finish it. Why don't I finish it for you? I'll treat it well dont worry."
I also will say this to those who plan on hating the new film just because they didnt make a sequel for the 2016 version, then by all means, grow up.
In the end it's all just a film so just learn to enjoy it. And stop hating films before they've even hit theaters. And that goes on both sides of the argument.

What's your deal with XC2? I don't like it either, with all the anime tropes it has, but I kinda want to know. You feel the same with Shulk and XC1?
I’ve watched a Let’s Play of XC1 by Chuggaaconroy, so I’m a bit familiar with it. It’s not particularly my thing, but I can respect that other people like it.
XC2 on the other hand, from what I’ve seen in Directs, is pretty much everything I hate about anime rolled into one game. Not that I’m saying anime is fundamentally bad, there’s some really fantastic ones out there! But when it comes to the overall aesthetic and character design, I kinda fuckin’ hate it.
Aesthetically it’s painfully generic, while the character designs feel VERY cluttered, while simultaniously having really boring color schemes. And that’s not even adressing that a number of female characters look underage, yet are highly sexualized. I’m sorry, but that’s just real creepy and makes me feel genuinly uncomfortable. Stuff like that shouldn’t be accepted, it should be criticized.
I’ve also had the misfortune of stumbling upon a cutscene from the game and, again, make me feel pretty uncomfortable.
If you like this, I cannot change that, but I do question it.

I'm sorry for bothering you, but I feel a little lost now. Also don't want to offend anyone, but is the problem with that "Max is bi for real headcanon" is that we talk about Max, or because it's straight adult woman headcanon, or beacuse she takes it so seriously? Well, my point I think, is that is wrong to you that straight woman has that kind of fantasies? I thought that's pretty common? I'm sorry, I just feel really stupid right now. (and bad tbh)
ah no worries nonnie I understand the confusion.
no to me the joke or the offense doesn't lie with it being a straight women who said it, it doesn make it more iffy because when its an actual queer person its done with a different intend (projection and lack of representation)
whats bothering me mostly about it is that max is someone who's in a relationship with a woman whos apart of a fascist and homophobic family and has himself never shown any kind of support towards queer people. so in any way seriously implying him out of all people is genuinly part of the community makes me uncomfortable as fuck
so I'm joking about it to kinda deal with the discomfort that it makes me personaly feel to imagine max as a bisexual man who has never shown any kind of support.
