1) Uncaring - not like anything really changed? It’s like learning your blood type. Leo is Leo, that’s all.

2) Existential - how the heck did he miss this for so long??? Wait is this gonna change his perspective of gender for himself or is he overthinking things??? unhinged observation - we all know their colours don't match the traditional ones, but I've never noticed before that on the portraits they put Jeff in red and Virgil in green, but then they swap them over when we actually see them. In fact, //pause while Len goes to look// when they're in TB3, they're all wearing red - like all the space-rated suits, specifically are red. //Goes to check again// and Gordon and Virg are in green with TB2 in the opening rescue to match Jeff as well.

Does that mean, in 2004 verse, they wear whichever colour matches the 'bird they're currently flying because other than them needing 5 suits each... that's pretty cool can't lie good for them

ignoring the fact they look the same, I can be like ??? well yellow must be wetsuits, red is space rated?? Green is ?? tougher maybe, blue is for however many G's TB1 hits a body with when they're going crazy speeds, orange is a spacesuit for living in space etc etc

#song of the day #did I ever tell y'all that around the end of September / beginning of October I went through and listened to every Brooks & Dunn song?#every non-Christmas song at least. full non-holiday-special discography #several times as I went through I found a song I didn't think I recognized and then when I started playing it I knew the words #this is one of them!#it's off their 2001 album 'Steers & Stripes' which--this was an odd thing to realize when I first saw it #y'all know that post that's like '9/11 didn't actually start the US nationalism. there's a reason 9/11 happened in 2001'?#Steers & Stripes came out in April of 2001 and the song 'Only in America' was already on it #(and also you know. the album is called 'Steers & Stripes'. a little embarrassing frankly)#an interesting marker in tracking the shift in country music from 'love my home and people; hate The Man' to only 'love My Country'#anyway I think I got just enough time with the song before 9/11 for it to be familiar once I heard it again this October #but it didn't get enough air time after 9/11 for me to recognize it before the music started up #a shame really because I do like it #anyway it's the song of the day because I was singing it while I made dinner and then I burnt my finger halfway through the song #and broke off for a really undignified yelp and scared the cat :( poor Thomas

im actually realising im super excited not just bc E-Day Edamame is a japanese furby but bc they are also my first working 1998 since kiwi gizmo. and i turned him long so they are the only working 98 i have thats normal sized.

and even if The Unnamed (name to arrive when they are customized) worked, they are the mink furby and their fur is just not the same. the vibe is different. they aren't as fluffy

i love them, but idk. maybe its the nostalgia, bc my childhood furby was fluffy (i had an owl, rip my beloved owl furby, i miss you every day may you rest in peace)
