so i am an avid lover of the fic theme where theo can’t/won’t sleep around other people, but then falls asleep next to liam

but i was thinking about it and i kinda want to write a fic where the first person theo ends up falling asleep around is jenna

How do you think Jenna and David find out about Thiam? Do you think they just figured it out because Liams their son and they know him, or do you think they maybe caught them? Maybe they cornered Mason and Corey when they hang out at their house like "we know something is up with Theo and Liam so spill" or do you think they called Scott and was like "your Liam's Alpha which means you know whats going on and as his parents we have a right to know and keep him safe" and Scott as his frantically stammer his way out of it like "he's not in trouble I promise he's just dating Theo WAIT I DIDN'T MEAN TO TELL YOU THAT". If they did find out on their own, how long did they wait to tell Thiam they knew the secret or do they just never tell them until Liam eventually confesses?

Bonus question: which secret do you think Liam was more afraid telling his parents; that he's a werewolf or that he's dating Theo? Not that he's bi, specifically that he's dating THEO

So this one is interesting, and I might end up taking this in a slightly different direction than you meant, mostly because I think they probably find out that he’s dating Theo the way any parents of high school students find out they’re dating someone—pretty casually and without that much fanfare. Liam just says something like, hey I’ve got a boyfriend and I’m bringing him to dinner so you can meet him, or something like that, and that’s done. I like to imagine (and write) Jenna and David as very open and understanding and close with Liam, so I wouldn’t see Liam even really considering needing to hide it.

What I do think becomes infinitely more complex, is Liam/Theo/the pack telling Jenna and David about Theo’s past. At the end of the day, whatever else he manages to make of himself, Theo is a murderer. He was a spy, and he spent a long time helping three maniacal mad scientists not only hurt people, but terrorize them. And at one point in time, his plan was to kill Liam.

So whatever hesitation or secrecy exists between Liam and his parents about his relationship with Theo, it’s about how to tell them about Theo’s past in a way that gives them a shot at understanding who Theo is now, in addition to who he was, and how he got there, the choices he made, why Liam trusts (and loves) him now.

Luckily, in my mind—they get there. 😊

roger named himself after roger davis from rent. one of his core memories that developed his love of music was going with uncle theo to rehearsals of a community theatre production of rent he was in when roger was 5 (theo had promised to babysit that day, forgetting that "oh fuck, i have rehearsals", so he got permission to bring the kid along). theo, of course, played roger davis in the show, and watching him sing one song glory is what pushed our roger to take up music.

corvax is like. the former gifted child of his siblings. when they were kids, null saw corvax as his favorite of the triplets bc of his intelligence. once null disavowed the three for betraying him (specifically saying that corvax wasn't as smart as he thought), corvax kinda took it personally and has been chasing the high of being the smartest person in the room again for literal centuries. he doesn't take insults to his intelligence kindly.

valerie's the only member of the human trio with a normal, happy relationship with her parents. roger's folks disowned him, and jenna's parents aren't uncaring but they are very strict and put far too much pressure on her for her to feel super positive abt them. meanwhile, val's folks are just. normal and happy and supportive parents. she doesn't wanna get them involved with all the demon stuff, but...

leothra does not care about keeping her existence a secret from humans, including val's parents. she is very much an obnoxious roommate to the stone household, and val tries to reign her in as best as she can, but it's not easy. she has enough restraint to not set the carpet on fire, but bothering the hell out of val's parents (and dog) is always on the table.

jenna tried out a lot of different sports at school before unlocking her passion for swimming. just about the only sport that she was allowed to try out for that she ignored completely was softball, and that's only because she rightfully thought it was bullshit that girls weren't allowed to do baseball instead. she liked volleyball fine, but fucking hated track.

orcinca's a bit of a wanderer, and will sometimes go off on her own without saying anything for a few hours during periods of downtime. she almost always gravitates towards bodies of water (perryton is very close to lake erie), and will just spend her time moving through the water and singing to herself. lots of perryton citizens have reported seeing a huge silvery silhouette of an unknown fish moving around the lake and then suddenly disappearing.

Roswell, New Mexico: You Get What You Give (4x05)

I don't know, y'all. I just don't know, this one was not a super fun watch for me.

Cons:

So I have a bias, I know I do. I watch this show for Michael and Alex, and I won't pretend otherwise. So yes, part of my disenchantment with this episode is no Alex, and no mention of Alex being missing or in trouble. I really wish that by now we had at least Michael or the others starting to realize there might be a reason to be worried about him. I get that actor availability is a big factor here, but I think they could have handled this better. I guess I'm just a little bummed out. This is the last season of this show we'll ever get, and Alex Manes, at this point, is probably going to be gone for more than half of it.

I am really, really, disappointed in Jenna Cameron's story-line this season. I like Jenna. She's never been the world's most interesting or complex character, but she has some good energy, and her relationship with her sister always really warmed my heart and made me feel for her in a big way. But to have what looks like Cam's last episode end like this? To have her come back after a full season away, and to have her still be feeling regret/angst over what could have been with her and Max? God, that's just so... lazy, and lame, and not at all what I wanted to see! Why not give her a more interesting story? She's just there to give Liz and Max relationship advice and be a little moody about her own loneliness and then leave? Jeez.

I'm finding Liz and Max suddenly exhausting, and I wish I didn't. Max having to deal with his new powers, and lying to Liz... I don't know, haven't we been here before? It's just an endless cycle on this show. There are only two conflicts for couples; either they're fighting because they're keeping secrets, or else one of them has to be yoinked into the quicksand to keep him offscreen for most of the season. Can't we be a little more creative about this? I don't like this nebulous "things are too complicated" sort of vibe. Can't we just see them working things out and moving forward as a couple? I'm tired.

And man, I really wish I didn't have to do this, but... the Kybel stuff? God. I wanted to like this. I really, really wanted to like it. I ship the hell out of these two and I wanted to be able to celebrate their kiss completely. But I can't.

Isobel suddenly being like "Anatsa taught me to love again, but she's not my person"... I mean, I don't hate this line, but the timing of it is awful! Isobel and Anatsa broke up, and she flew straight down to Mexico... it's been one day. Isobel, what the hell are you doing, here? And I'm sorry, but it wasn't even a good kiss! The lighting was terrible, too many shadows, it was super short before the cut-away... I want to celebrate that it happened at all, but it just felt so weird and fake and like Isobel was just acting all cute and flippant, while at the same time talking about how she'd just lost someone truly worthy of her trust in Anatsa... not to mention how annoyed I am retroactively about basically all of them time we spent on Isobel/Anatsa, because it now really does seem as if she was just there to waste time waiting for Kybel to start.

Pros:

I'm hesitantly putting Maria and Dallas's story this week in the "pros" section, because while I wasn't super entertained by any of this, I do think it has strong potential. I like Maria exploring more about her mother and her family's past, and it's interesting to see Dallas and Theo in flashback. What a twist, that Dallas had a life outside of his pod for a while, before, ostensibly, his father was found by Project Shepherd and he ended up in that lake! I'm very much on board with learning more about Dallas and his whole deal, and I do like the pair of Dallas and Maria being investigators together. And Dallas coming over to tell Michael about the tree, and Michael excitedly having answers for him... that was adorable. Such good energy between these two, I love that they've become family in this way.

I do like finding out more about the Valenti family, even though I had my problems with the Isobel stuff. Eduardo having a secret daughter is ridiculous, yes. But it's the kind of ridiculous that I sort of love, because that's the kind of show we're watching. The stuff with Kyle and Isobel was actually pretty good right up to the last scene; I like that she confided in him about Anatsa, I liked the cute tension between them, as Isobel is letting herself be comforted by Kyle just being there, and Kyle is uncomfortable and pining. All good stuff. See above as to my problems with the final scene, but I can admit it's still nice just to watch these two spending time with each other.

I loved the Maria and Liz scene at the end! I want more friendship time on this show, and these two besties always warm my heart when they actually get to talk. Maria tells her about the loss of the visions, but thanks her for giving her a future. Liz expresses her worries about her relationship, and how things can never be as simple as she and Max want them to be. While I'm frustrated about Echo, I do enjoy Liz getting to talk it out with her best friend.

I'm missing Alex, but I will admit this was another good Michael episode, for the most part. I love how much he's grown, how hard he's trying to keep the peace, do the right thing. The scene with Max, where he encourages him to be honest with Liz, was a lovely example of this. He admits that he still has trust issues, but that he always regrets not letting Alex in. Just the self-awareness without self-recrimination is huge, coming from Michael. And then we see how he navigates going under cover, learning more about his planet and his family, bonding with both Clyde and Bonnie, both to find out how to stop any evil plans they might have, but also to genuinely learn more about where he comes from, and how he might be able to help other people like him.

I especially adore that image of Michael sitting in his house and looking up at the projection of Oasis. What a perfect culmination for his character, to be inside the home he's chosen with Alex, and looking up at the home he always yearned to discover. I love how at peace he seems to be with the happiness he now has, and how that allows him to learn more about where he came from without using it as a coping mechanism. Fingers crossed they can follow this thread through in a satisfying way!

So there you have it. At this point I feel like we probably won't get Alex next week, or the week after that, and I'm pretty sad about that. But doing my best to take the show on its merits and review what's actually there, I still have to say this episode was not one of my favorites.

Manon was installed in her office - laptop open and an iced coffee next to her - currently giving a lecture in organic chemistry. She knew half of the class wasn’t paying attention. Knew that the muted microphones and turned-off cameras meant the student was scrolling down TikTok or sleeping or not even in the same room as their computer. But as long as she got through her lesson undisturbed, she didn’t care. It wasn’t her fucking problem if they didn’t want to learn. Organic chemistry was awesome.

Online classes was a challenge though. Manon needed to be in a physical classroom, needed to have a chalkboard to write on, needed to pace around, needed to do crazy and borderline dangerous experiments.

She had been a high school teacher for 6 years now, and she loved her job - most days, at least - but her students could never know that.

In those 6 years she had built herself a reputation of being the uncaring, cold and slightly manic science teacher. This was naturally because she had learned that the teens respected her if they were terrified of her. Nothing would beat the look of pure horror mixed with awe she had seen on the faces of twenty 16 year olds that one time she poured ethanol on her desk and then lit it on fire.

But now, instead of getting to do those kinds of experiments, she was confined to a small office in her small home, with nothing but a laptop to teach her students. It was driving her crazy.

Even if she preferred teaching in a physical classroom, Manon had to admit, she had gotten the hang of Zoom pretty quickly. They were only in their second week of online classes after all.

This lesson was going great, all things considered, at least until a message from Kyle Williams popped up on her screen. She couldn’t stop the look of horror on her face as she read it.

Kyle: Wait…isn’t that the same bookshelf Mr. Havilliard was sitting in front of yesterday?

Nora: OMG

Nora: It is!!!!!

Omar: Are they living together??

Manon tried ignoring the chat, tried continuing with her lecture, tried stopping the blush that was currently spreading on her face.

Kyle: Are they dating or something?

Ellen: I bet they’re sleeping together…

Ellen: Or what if they’re secretly married???

Freddie: Come on, can you imagine Ms. Blackbeak married to someone?

Kyle: And Mr. Havilliard of all people…

Theo: So they are sleeping together then?!

Nora: EW! I don’t wanna imagine them sleeping together…

She wanted to die. She had to quit her job, had to leave town, had to go away…she could never step foot in her classroom ever again…

Ellen: But now that you mention it, they always look at each other really weird

Theo: And they are staying in the same house atm…

Omar: What if they have kids?!

Freddie: Ms. Blackbeak does not have kids

Freddie: I have never even seen her smile, imagine her with Mr. Havilliard

Jenna: I’m freaking out over here…

Kyle: Omg, now I can’t stop imagining them having sex…

That was enough, she needed to end this before she died of humiliation. Then she needed to say goodbye to her loved ones, because she would be imprisoned for life for murdering a bunch of teenagers.

While closing the chat window - and ignoring the sound of countless more messages - she schooled her features back into a bored look. «Okay, that’s enough for today.»

The messages abruptly stopped, and Manon couldn’t help the smirk spreading on her face, beet read as it was. «I want you to spend the rest of the lesson reading through the chapter on organic chemistry, and then I want a 2000 word paper on a subject you find interesting in that chapter delivered to me by Monday.»

Writing a paper hadn’t been part of her plan, but she needed to do something to make her students suffer, if only to stop herself from committing murder.

Manon ended the meeting, not bothering with the groans and complaints coming from her students. She had to quit her job now, anyway…

She shut the laptop, pushed her chair back from the desk, leaned her head back and closed her eyes.

«FUCK!»

Dorian was sitting at the kitchen table, grading book reports when he heard his girlfriend curse loudly, before marching across the hall and slamming the bedroom door shut. He silently counted to ten before standing up and following her.

Opening the door, he found that Manon was already lying under the cover, ignoring his presence. Dorian was curious to what had put her in such a mood - wasn’t she supposed to have a lecture right now? - but he knew his girlfriend, knew he needed to wait until she was ready to talk about whatever was wrong.

These past two weeks had been hard on them, but Manon especially. Not only because of the virus, he thought to himself. Dorian was doing okay, he didn’t mind staying inside, and he’d gotten a lot more time to read lately, but Manon wasn’t like him. She hated staying inside, hated sitting still. She might not admit it, but he knew the lockdown was challenging for her.

While slipping of his jacket, he padded over to their bed, laying down beside her. He gave her a few seconds to tell him to fuck off, before scooting closer and putting his arms around her when she stayed silent. She sighed at the contact, pulling the covers down slightly so he could see part of her face.

«Apparently, Kyle fucking Williams is in your English class, because during my science lecture today he noticed we use the same room.» Hearing the anger and annoyance in her voice, Dorian tried his best not to laugh, but as she gave him a deadly glare, he knew he had failed.

«Is it so bad? That they know, I mean.»

Manon groaned, burying her face in the covers once again. «I’m so embarrassed,» she said, her voice muffled.

Dorian let out a small chuckle, pulling her closer. Manon had been clear from the beginning of their relationship about how they couldn’t be seen together at work. He had been a little unsure of hiding it, but she had assured him that this was all about her, and all about her reputation at school, so Dorian respected her wishes. Manon wasn’t comfortable with displaying affection publicly in the same way that he was. She kept her feelings to herself, and those that were the closest to her. And Dorian had to admit, he kinda liked being the only one she truly opened up to. The only one who saw her smile and laugh and being giddy with love. It made him feel special. Even if he wanted to shout from the rooftops how much he loved Manon Blackbeak.

«It’s forgotten in a few weeks,» he said to her in an attempt to lure her out of her hiding spot.

«They’ll never listen to me again,» she complained, her head now peeking out.

Dorian pressed a light kiss to her forehead. «You’ll be just as awesome and just as scary as before, promise.»

She rolled her eyes in answer. «Why should I trust you?»

«Because you love me?» He poked her lightly in the side, now determined to make her smile.

Manon shook her head, murmuring something that sounded like «not in the slightest» into the thick blanket.

«You’re adorable right now, you know that?» Dorian teased, peppering her face with kisses. He expected her to bat his hand away, but she only leaned into his chest, sighing in defeat.

«You’re not making the situation any better right now…»

«You’ll be fine. Besides-,» he trailed his hands down her body, to her stomach, and the small bump that had begun to form, «they’ll definitely know in six months, cause we’ll have a baby then.»

Manon turned around so she faced him, a small smile finally playing on her lips. Dorian met her eyes, and found himself slightly taken aback by the amount of love and adoration he felt for this woman. «I love you,» he whispered against her lips.

«I love you too,» she whispered back, her mouth meeting his.

okay more paragraph-y wednesday thoughts

i love the pilgrim criticism, not enough to make me forget tim burtons racism, especially because the three black characters are 1) the mean girl 2) the incompetent mayor 3) the incompetent mayors son, who is kind of a bully and 4) mean girl’s meaner mom BUT i actually really like that we start getting into bianca & lucas starting episode 4. mixed feelings but i understand people wanting to avoid tim burton

i love wednesday. i love that she is deeply loyal & sometimes altruistic to the point of risk taking & self sacrifice, and her strong sense of justice. i also love her difficulty dealing with people and expressing emotions, and that she’s ruthless when pursuing her goals to the point of endangering her friends. it’s interesting that this actually causes rifts in her relationships because usually in the magical-adventure-kids genre the protags friends are willing to accept danger because of their own sense of loyalty. anyway wednesday is a good character, jenna ortega is a great actress, and the writing really doesn’t need to rely so much on often shallow morbid jokes for that to come across (okay sometimes they’re great but sometimes i feels a little “do you have any other cool slogans from hot topic?” ykwim?)

this is a broader criticism than this show, but i can’t help but feel that these streaming series that release an 8-13 episode season all at once are like the fast fashion of television. i can’t really speak to the production side, but as a viewer, as a person with a very long to-watch list who gets so overwhelmed by it she often watches youtube instead of committing to starting, idk, west wing, but can watch a season of wednesday/stranger things/bridgerton/streaming series of your choice in one or two days relatively easily. i don’t really have a point to this, im just trying to make sense of my own watching patterns lol.

this could’ve gone in the short post but i love wednesdays little friends especially enid and bianca <3 xander or xavier or whoever and bee boy are good too. theo. no. teddy. no. hold on. tyler reminds me of jd from heathers, he’s not doing chrstian slaters affection, but he reminds me of him, especially when he talks to his dad. but enid and bianca are wonderful. and bee boy when hes conscious.

Hi!! I saw a little while ago in the notes of a post that you asked what everyone's favourite fic of yours was. I've been meaning to reply for ages but I couldn't find the post again, so it's going in an ask.

Of course it's nearly impossible to pick just one of your fics as my favourite - I have periods where I can't stop thinking about one or other of them, anx sometimes I'll reread one and become obsessed with it on the second time around. But the one that I always end up coming back to time and again would have to be the lanterns were lit. I think it has genuinely been one of the most profoundly moving literary experiences of my life. Theo's grief and remorse is so viscerally real; the scene where he finds Josh and Tracy's graves! I've cried so many tears over it. His slow, wary, building friendship with the Sheriff, Jenna's pure, healing love for him and his for her. The aching hurt of his broken relationship with Corey and then the way Theo quietly, calmly decides to make the ultimate sacrifice for him, and the pack, when he's captured. The gorgeously satisfying fulfillment of the ending, the pack knowing about his sacrifice, Jenna and David finding out everything and still loving him anyway, Theo and Liam finally getting together in his hospital room. The tributes he brings to the graves! I treasure this story so much and I'm so grateful to you for writing and sharing it. 💙

Thank you—that is so kind of you to say. I’ve got my fics from other authors that I go back to for the same reasons, and to have put together a fic that gets that same kind of reaction from a reader? There’s really no higher compliment, for me.

This was one of my earliest stories, back when I felt like I was still trying to get a handle on these characters, and i know all sorts of things I don’t believe notwithstanding, I felt in my bones that Corey’s and Theo’s relationship needed more depth to it. And not just that, that Theo needed to somehow confront and be confronted by what he’d done to Josh and Tracy, and not in a way where (at first) anyone would know that it’d happened. And out came—this story. And I do really love it (and its follow-up, specifically for that conversation Corey and Theo have in Corey’s car), because it felt like getting to crack open Theo as a character and really dig out what made him so interesting to me. Namely, he isn’t and wasn’t ever a simple villain, and (being the ardent Thiam shipper that I am) Liam somehow seeing that underneath everything else is what gave him the chance at becoming this other, more settled, more worthwhile person.

Anyway, now I’m rambling at you. Thank you so much for the really, really kind ask and comment. 😊

plot based off the movie FLATLINERS where it’s two (or more if you wanna npc them) incredibly intelligent med students agree to stop each other’s hearts then bring each other back so they can record what happens when they die. but after that, weird things start happening. (this is a bit more supernatural, so keep that in mind.)

plot based off AS ABOVE SO BELOW and two archeologists go to explore the catacombs in paris and are set to be spending a month or more down there, using the resources they bring and those that have been set down there by other visitors down there. but when they get there, they end up getting stuck and we can either add the supernatural spin to it or just have them stuck and searching for a way out / to survive. 

a ROYAL, FLING TURNED MARRIAGE PLOT where one is the prince of sweden and fourth in line for the throne, meets a girl while vacationing in the french rivera. the two start a secret fling that turns into more when they have a spur of the moment wedding while traveling around. they then return to his home in sweden and the family hates her. like they despise her and eventually, after a few months of nonstop hate, she leaves in the night and cuts off contact. we can then plot more on how they meet up again or where they go from there. 

a plot based off the show FAMOUS IN LOVE where one, regular girl goes to a cattle call and ends up getting the lead role in a highly anticipated movie series. she ends up having extreme sexual tension with the male lead and the two even kissed in her call back. but they try to keep it professional once filming begins and that, on top of all the stress of being this newly turned actor, who’s interested in this fuck boy co star, causes a lot of drama and angsty things. 

anything SUPERNATURAL (the genre not show) so we could legit do tvd based plots and even do our own remake of stelena’s epic love story but in different ways and different faces even. or we could a creepy, haunted like supernatural where someone goes missing or creepy things keep happening in a house or they are ghost hunters because tbh, i’ve been watching buzzfeed unsolved supernatural.

a plot based off YOUNGER where one character is old, missed out on their life but ends up trying to relive their early/mid twenties by changing their style and pretending to be younger. but then they meet a younger person they are interested in and begin dating and it’s like oops, one day you’re gonna find out about me actually being like 35+ and then what!?

Mafia related plots — civilian and mod son/daughter dynamic, cop and mod affliate dynamic, rival mafia dynamic 

Something based off of Life As We Know It 

biker gang plots??? those can be fun???

plot based off of A CINDERELLA STORY but like more modern and with older muses sooo like... one of our characters sees the other’s number written on a bathroom stall. They get the idea to fuck with the person and text them, but the two end up taking a liking to one and begin a texting relationship. Neither bothers to ask for pictures or even each other’s name, as well. Eventually, the two meet by accident but don’t realize who the other is, and they end up don’t liking one another in person, but continue the texting, not realizing. After awhile, they agree to meet and it’s like wait, you’re that annoying person I met once??

a MEMORY LOSS plot where one of the characters was in a fire and lost all their autobiographical memories and doesn’t remember the other character. they could’ve been exes who were really important or married or going to get married and this just ruined everything. now they are dealing with all that. 

we could do chance encounter plots and see where they take us, because those really just let chemistry flow.

a LUCAS AND PEYTON or even a HALEY AND NATHAN plot. so it’s always been you sort of thing and now they are meeting back up after years apart or something like that. or we got married and had a kid in high school and we can add angst into it somehow. 

a plot where... im married to your sibling or dating your sibling and oops, i kissed you the night of one of our parties and now i can’t stop thinking about you??? and i know it’s wrong but ugh you’re like a drug to me. what do i do!?

a IM UNDERCOVER BUT IM FALLING FOR YOU plot where one character is an undercover cop and taking the persona of someone and pretending to be someone else to blend in. but they blend in too well and fall in love with someone but oops, our relationship is pretty much based off a lie and one day you’ll find out. 

a plot where IM ON THE RUN AND YOU’RE MY SALVATION. say one character is in a biker gang or one character is trying to escape a crime they didn’t commit but were apart of or like a bad, toxic relationship and they go to a whole new state and town and meet someone who ends up protecting them and helping them with their new life.

NEWLY ADDED—

Firefighter x Civilian thread — maybe they go on a blind date or something first and it just goes awful or are neighbors who don’t get along, just something to where they don’t like one another. But then there’s a car accident and the civilian person is involved and the care is catching fire and the firefighter is a witness and tried to run and save them. They successfully save them and after that, they spend every day for like a week plus, checking up on the person and they end up getting closer? Possibly more? 

Strangers in Vegas — one character is like a big world traveler, loves adventure and the other is just not like that at all. they’re very responsible and reserved and focused....but, they recently got out of a divorce. and when they randomly meet the carefree character in a bar one night, they get to talking and that same night the carefree character is like, drop everything, we’re going to vegas. and boom, there they go. 

literally anything. these are just some ideas. more to be added, of course! if any of them interest any of you, hit me up!

Theo and Hayden :)

thank you :))) my two favorite ones to talk about :)))

first impression theo: i knew that stiles was right about him being untrustworthy because of the obvious framing of his entrance but i really didn't want to believe it because,,, i mean, look at him. i wasn't one of those people who dickrode psychopath theo and i actually really didn't like him in season 5 but damn.

hayden: gonna have to be honest and say that i was one of those people who didn't like her in the beginning :( i remember thinking to myself "i don't think i like you very much" when hayden said "i said a plus one, not a plus-liam," but once they got together and she got some more screentime i didn't dislike her at all.

impression now theo: still my favorite character on the whole show, best guy, love him sm

hayden: i'm one of the, like, 4 hayden stans around, love her too, actually in love with her sometimes honestly <3

favorite moment theo: definitely when he took gabe's pain in 6.20. i think i cried when i saw that for the first time.

hayden: it's either that scene where she and liam were having that silent competition when they were practicing soccer/lacrosse, her whole "we need to save gwen!! for totally straight reasons!!!" episode, or when liam decided to reveal himself to her in the worst way possible and she punched him in the face like any normal person would do.

idea for a story theo: a story detailing what happened in the years before theo's beacon hills mission, since there had to have been things the dread doctors had him do before they found out scott had come to power. (i'm going to write this soon :])

hayden: i always headcanon hayden and valerie's parents as being dead (sorry lol) so it had me thinking about what hayden meeting liam's mom would be like and what a mother-daughter relationship they could have had when she and liam were together, because jenna, despite not even being a real canon character, seems like she would be super excited to have her around. (i'm gonna write this one too :]] so no stealing !!)

unpopular opinion theo: this is more about liam than theo, but i don't personally believe that they were actually ready to have that 6.20 elevator kiss moment; liam still seemed really hot or cold about theo at that point even if he did like him (which i do believe), and even though i fully believe that theo felt really strongly for liam during 6b, he didn't have the emotional capability to get there either - if they'd gotten together then, i think their relationship would have ended up falling apart really quickly. they needed at Least one to two more seasons of their slow burn to work in the long run.

hayden: she is just SO,,, SO overhated and for what?? i could go on for hours about why she doesn't deserve any of that. every time somebody says that they don't like hayden and give their reasons i can almost Always tell that what they're really hating her for is because A.) they're jealous of her for being with Liam or B.) they think that she's in the way of thiam, which i don't believe...she literally broke up with him and moved away. idk what else y'all want her to do to NOT be "in the way" of theo and liam's relationship lmfao.

favorite relationship theo: theo/liam or theo/liam/hayden :)

hayden: liam/hayden or theo/liam/hayden :) they're kind of a group. also tracy/hayden or gwen/hayden.

favorite headcanon theo: that he was in love with liam (duh) and that he had a really long and complicated and tragic backstory (also duh). I also like to think that he and tara had a good sibling relationship before everything started to break down for them and that he's really good at cooking.

hayden: i had a really fun time putting together hayden's backstory to answer all of the questions that teen wolf didn't bother answering, so my version of her canon is that her parents died when she was around 12, she moved in with valerie afterwards, and that valerie is her half-sister. also as i said before, i really like imagining her hanging out with jenna and missing her a lot after she broke up with liam. :(

Alex and Parker’s Snowy Telluride Wedding

No matter how you feel about snow, we think you’ll agree that Alex and Parker’s Telluride nuptials will inspire winter wedding goals. Our own GLW Collective member Jenna Elliott with One Eleven Photography was there to capture every perfect moment of this GORGEOUS snowy wedding. From the outdoor deck where they said their vows, Gorrono Ranch provided an amazing view of white-capped mountains as a backdrop. The simple elegance of white florals and greenery designed by Garden Store is the perfect pairing with this rustic mountain location, and planner Wendy Jacobs Hampton helped to bring all the pretty details together.

   What made the wedding special and unique?

The location. My family has been vacationing in Telluride since my mom was a child. It’s a family tradition. Every year my entire family (cousins/aunt/grandmother) would rent a home there and spend a week skiing and just enjoying Telluride’s adventures and beauty. Parker started joining us on these trips several years into our relationship and loves it now too. It’s a truly magical place. We felt so blessed that we could get married there, and share such a meaningful and special place with the most important people in our  lives. Multiple guests already booked return trips for March of next year because they loved it so much!

   Tell us about the gown and where/how you found it!

I’ve always loved Monique Lhuillier. I think all of her bridal designs are perfection. I tried on about six of her dresses in total, and narrowed it down to two. I had my mom with me the first time, and then had my dad, best friend, brother and aunt with me the second time to help me decide. I never thought I would pick such a princess dress, but the embroidered beaded lace bodice, coupled with the textured organza skirt just felt perfect against a snowy winter backdrop. I also thought, “when else am I ever going to get to be this glam!?”

What were some touches added to make the wedding personal?

Parker and I love our French Bulldog, Frankie, like a human child. We flew her with us and made her our flower girl. She walked down the aisle with a beautiful floral wreath around her neck. Everyone stood for her and ooh’d and ahhh’d like she was the bride! Another surprise for guests was the transportation they had to take to get to our venue. Gorrono Ranch  is located in the middle of a ski run on the mountain. It required guests to get into snowcats (fully tracked trucks with a sleigh attached designed to move on snow) to take them up to the venue. It was quite a sight! We had large faux fur throw blankets on the sleigh, and the ride was about ten minutes total through ski runs and lush tree area. On the way back at the end of the night people rode the snowcats down to giant stars and the town lit up in the distance. It was pretty unique.

What was the most memorable part of the day?

Everything about it was memorable! But there are two parts about the day that still stand out to me. The first one was that Parker and his groomsmen skied/snowboarded into the wedding in their tuxes. It was such a shock to all of our guests and the coolest experience. The second still makes me tear up when I think about it. It was the most incredible feeling in the world to have all of our friends and family in the same room with us celebrating our love. I don’t know if there will ever be another occasion in life that brings the people most important to us together again all in one room like our wedding. I’ll cherish the love we felt and received from everyone else on that day forever.

      Tell us how you met and became engaged.

We’re high school sweethearts! We started dating junior year of high school and have been together ever since. Our engagement story is awesome. I love cats, and Parker is highly allergic to them. My running joke was always, “I’m going to have to pick you or my love for cats.” One Saturday I came home and opened our front door and saw a litter box sitting in our hallway. I instantly freaked out and starting screaming out of excitement, “oh my god is there a cat in this house!?” Parker came around the corner with a kitten (Theo) in his arms. I burst into tears. He handed me Theo, got down and one knee, and told me that he loved me and wanted to make me happy in life, so if that meant having severe allergies everyday so that I could have a cat he would do it. It was the kindest gesture, and talk about true love. He had the engagement ring on Theo’s collar. Poor Parker is still currently getting allergy shots on a weekly basis. Hopefully in another six months he’ll have built up an immunity and won’t need to do that anymore!
