Hi It is me back at it again with sentitwin telepathy au propaganda. Heres felixs live reactions to adrien and marinette not being able to kiss each other for a painful amount of days
i think you will be pleased to know this propaganda worked, my dearest moonie. upon seeing this art i immediately went into a frenzy and realized i needed to combine my âtwin telepathy auâ with the đ€Žđ»princess and the pauper auđđ»ââïž to maximize the senti-twins' suffering.
here's a bit of an excerpt from what i wrote đ
What color was Henry IVâs white horse? FĂ©lix stared at the page before him, even more baffled by the abundance of lines beneath the exam question. Glancing around, he found no sign of confusion from the other students filling the auditorium. While some were sneaking glances at the professor stationed down by the podium, or checking the time on their phones, most were bent over the exam booklets, scribbling away as though every question on the test made perfect sense.  It was a trick. It had to be. Maybe FĂ©lix hadnât done all the readings for this English History class, but he was certain this particular question hadnât been on the study guide. Gray, came Adrienâs voice through the bond. FĂ©lix started at the sudden interruption, dropping his pen to the floor with a loud clatter. Several of his classmates turned to look at the offending noise; the professor was already glaring his way as he bent to retrieve it. Would you stop that? FĂ©lix shot back, hunching in his seat and dropping his head so low to the paper, he could no longer see anyone else. Iâm in class. Henry IVâs horse was gray, not white. FĂ©lix pinched the bridge of his nose, trying to look like he was concentrating rather than being pestered by his twin. Are you some kind of historical horse expert now? Most horses that look white are actually gray, Adrien explained with more gusto than FĂ©lixâs history professor had ever demonstrated. Their dark coat loses pigmentation over time. There are some pure white horses, but theyâre a result of cross-breeding techniques that didnât exist during the time of Henry IV. FĂ©lix put his pen to the page, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. Is that what they teach you in prince school? he asked, writing out Adrienâs answer word for word. That fancy royal education better not disappoint, Your Highness. Iâm surprised you didnât already know the answer, Felix. Adrienâs thoughts turned smug, a hint of glee slashing across the brooch on FĂ©lixâs chest. Since you always paid so much attention whenever I had lessons with Kagami. FĂ©lix ducked his head again, face hot as he moved to the next question. Sod off.
basically what's happened is, felix and adrien were separated at birth. adrien went to go be the prince of france while felix was raised as a filthy peasant british boy. they find out they're senti-twins when felix steals the peacock miraculous đ
it's also love square prpr so all those adrinette almost-kisses would definitely happen, and felix will DEFINITELY be making those faces as he judges his loser twin (even though felix himself is just as big a loser â€ïž)

Hang in there! [ 1 ]
Decided to start a new story! This story will contain the 'tinies as pets' trope, don't like don't read. Though I suggest you at least give it a try, it gets better for our poor kitty.
Next
Cw: pet trope, mentions of death
Felix rested on his tiny bed made of scraps of fabric, enjoying what little peace he had before the store opened.
It's been two weeks since he was brought back here- or was it three? Time tends to blend together while you're sitting on a shelf all day. You just try not to think about it and wait for the shop to close for the night.
His last home was... normal. Nothing remarkable about it, but nothing great either. He was given as a gift to a young girl for her birthday. He hated kids, they'd always try to get their dirty, grubby little hands on him. Lifting him up, ruffling his hair, pulling on his tail.
On his third day, Felix couldn't take it anymore and decided to snap back. When the girl tried to reach for him, he scratched her hand. She immediately started crying and called out to her dad, who promptly slammed him back in his cage and brought him to the girl's mother. While the dad angrily screamed about how much of a waste of time and money Felix was, he simply looked down and tried to tune out the screaming, covering his sensitive ears.
The parents both decided to return him to the pet store.
He didn't know how to feel about it, he's been returned so many times that he should be used to it by now. Yet, every time he gets put back in his box on the store shelf, he feels...
Wrong. Bad. An ungrateful brat. Hopeless. A waste of time. Don't you know how lucky you are? How many like you live on the streets, wishing to have a home? Nobody wants a kitty that doesn't like being touched. Nobody will want to love you. You should just be put down.
Felix's ears twitched as he heard the bell chimes coming from the front door, meaning that Sandra was about to open the store.
Sandra was good, as good as a human working in a pet store could be anyway. She respected his personal space when she could, she listened to his needs, and she always looked heartbroken whenever he was returned.
Felix shielded his eyes as light streamed in from the windows, clearly annoyed by the sudden brightness. He turned around and buried himself in his makeshift blanket, not yet ready to face the day.
Soon, Felix heard the sound of fingers gently tapping against the front of his plastic enclosure, followed by a sigh and the sound of his water and food bowls getting refilled. He was grateful that he lived inside one of the more high end pet stores, which could afford to feed its pets clean water and pieces of fruit, instead of the usual hard, brown pieces of what could be barely classified as food.
After he heard the box close, he slowly got up from his bed. No point in delaying the inevitable, he knows that Sandra wants to talk to him every time he's sent back to the store.
Holding the oversized bell strapped to his neck as to not make any sound, he made his way over to his food, eating it as he looked outward towards the rest of the store. His box was placed on a higher shelf, so he had a good view of the various aisles. It was a pretty small store, so there wasn't much to see, really. There were some posters and advertisements on the opposite wall: One of them was listing some offers on animal centric products, another was promoting the adoption of pets, showing a happy kid holding an equally happy looking tiny with bright orange fur, a pair of tufty ears and a fluffy tail.
Felix let out a sigh. He knew that some pets just wanted to be adopted, he knew they would find a home and a family who loved them. He also knew that just wasn't gonna happen to him. The sheer amount of times he'd been rejected was enough proof of that.
But that poster wasn't what bothered him. No. The picture on the wall that he hated with every fiber of his being was the one right in front of his shelf. Perfectly framed by the edges of his prison, was a small image of a tiny holding onto a piece of string, with the words 'Hang in there' written above it.
Felix didn't know what was worse. That the tiny in the picture resembled him so much, short lavander-gray hair with matching ears and tail; or the phrasing above it. 'Hang in there', a phrase so innocent, yet such a mockery of his situation. It kept reminding him that whatever happens, no matter what he did, how many times he was returned, how many times he cried and screamed and begged, He was doomed to stay here.
He stopped trying about two years ago, after he finally understood that he wasn't worth the time. When he gave up on trying to please others just to be loved. He won't even touch the toys I bought for him, he's nothing but a waste of money.
Eventually, Felix heard footsteps approaching the shelf, so he knew his time was up. Sandra's face appeared in front of his box, a bit too low to be at eye level. She was pretty short for a human, though still a dozen times taller than him. The slight elevation always gave him a sense of reassurance, he hates having to look up to speak to a human.
"So... how was it?"
Felix put his food down, taking a deep breath before opening his mouth, "Really? Is this what you settled for?"
Sandra sighed, "Felix, I know you don't like to talk, I just wanna make sure you're alright."
The quicker you tell her what she wants, the sooner she'll leave. "It was a kid, really young. She kept touching me so I scratched her."
Sandra's calm smile faltered "Felix, I know-"
"You should've seen the dad, he looked just about ready to fling me off the table when she started crying."
"Felix-"
"And then he brought me to the kid's mom, and she said I should've been put down, and then-"
"Felix."
Felix stopped talking and turned towards Sandra. She was looking at him, her expression seemed angry, but her teary eyes said otherwise. "You know I don't like it when you talk like this."
"I'm just telling you what happened, you're the one who asked for it."
Sandra pinched her nose with a sigh. Good, now leave me be. We both have better things to do.
"I'm sure you noticed that while you were away, Oliver got adopted."
Oliver, right. The other tiny that lived in the box with him. Felix noticed he wasn't in the box last night, but he knew he'd get to know why the next morning.
Oliver was young, with large eyes, a stubby tail and bright orange fur. He was sweet, cuddly and joyful, everything a happy family would want to adopt. Felix was just waiting for him to be taken so he could be alone in the box again.
"Good for him, now I'll finally be able to sleep without hearing him snore. Can I be alone now? You're gonna attract the first customers of the day here and I do not want eyes on me first thing in the morning."
Sandra gave Felix a desperate look, "Come on, at least try to open up. I'm sure you'll eventually find someone you'll enjoy being with."
Felix just ignored her and turned back, wrapping himself in his makeshift bed. Sandra decided not to press him further and just left, ready to open the store for the day.
Felix was left alone with his thoughts, staying under the covers as to not draw any attenion to himself. That's how he spent most of his days, avoiding unwanted aknowledgement from customers. The last thing he wanted was humans seeing him and try to talk to him, much less touch him.
Sandra's words burned in his head like a forest fire. Try to open up, you'll find someone who will love you. She repeats that every time someone returns him, as if saying it the fiftieth time will finally make it happen. He hated being bought, he hated being returned. He hated being owned, being played with, being touched and prodded and thrown around. He hated being treated like a child, like he can't decide for himself, he hated Sandra, and everyone who bought him, and he knew that they all hated him. He hated this place, he'd rather just stay under these covers forever and die alone than being someone's plaything again-
There was a gentle knock on the front of his box.
Fuming, he tried to ignore it. He's not in the mood to talk with Sandra. He knows he'd say something he might regret.
Another knock, slightly stronger this time.
That's it. Felix threw the covers off himself and towards the front of the box. She had it coming. Felix stood up, moving towards the clear plastic wall that separated him from the human on the other side.
"Can't you leave me alone for one second?! Why is it that out of all the other tinies in this forsaken store you just have to come and annoy me?! The fact that you 'care for people like me' doesn't give you the right to-"
Felix stopped in his tracks. The human in front of him was, in fact, not Sandra. His brain short circuted, unsure of what to do. His mind screamed at him to hide back under the covers, but said covers were right in front of the human. To get them, he'd have to get closer to the front of his cage and, by extent, closer to the human.
Felix was frozen in place, feeling the unwanted gaze of the giant in front of him. He wanted to run, to hide, curl up and disappear. He gazed into those large blue eyes waiting for that door to open and for fingers to start grabbing him, because customers never read the lable saying to not touch the pets-
But then, the human left.
Felix's knees suddenly felt like jelly, and he fell to the ground with a distressed sigh. He carefully made his way over to the front and grabbed his blanket, when something caught his eye.
The human was at the counter, talking to Sandra. And Sandra was looking at him.
Oh, no. No no nonono. Not now, not so soon. I just came back-
Felix watched as Sandra started walking towards the shelf. His shelf.
Felix hurried quickly towards the darkest corner of his enclosure, burying himself in his own bed. Closing his eyes, he braced himself for what was about to happen.
Felix heard the door to his enclosure open. "Felix here has been with us for some time, he was brought here when he was a young kid."
There was a moment of silence, and Felix knew exactly what was expected of him. Like hell I'm going out there.
"Today he's a little grumpier than usual, you see. He was adopted last week but didn't realy fit in, so..."
Yes, I'm a lost cause. Don't bother with me and just take someone else, I'm sure there's plenty better choices.
"He really likes his personal space, he tends to get a bit overwhelmed by too much noise."
You're really outing me right away, huh? Felix didn't know if he should be mad or grateful for that.
"He's a bit of a handful... Are you sure you want him?"
No.
"Yes."
Fuck.
That voice sounded so calm, so sweet. Felix wanted to throw up.
Felix immediately felt the box being removed from the shelf, in a procedure that he's already been subjected to dozens of times over.
Sandra brought him to the back room, gently laying down the plastic enclosure on a table. After what felt like hours of silence, she finally spoke up.
"Felix, please come out."
Silence.
"Felix, you know you can't stay there. I don't wanna force you to come out."
No answer.
"Felix, how many times do we have to do this?"
Felix sighed. He knew making a fuss wouldn't delay the inevitable. He also knew that he was being childish, but he didn't care. "I don't know, how many times do we have to do this?"
Felix got up, straining his neck to look into Sandra's eyes. "Do you think I enjoy this? Do you think I like jumping between homes, having to deal with everything that happens to me? Do you think I like the idea of having an owner?"
"Felix, you know how I feel about this. These are the cards you've been dealt, you should try and make the best of what's been given to you."
"Why do you want me to get adopted so bad? Can't you just let me be?"
"Felix, you know what happens when a pet spends too much time here without being adopted. You've been in the shop for six years, I don't want you to-"
"Well, maybe I do deserve to go to the pound. Maybe they'll finally put me down, then I won't be such a nuisance anymore!"
Warm tears pricked Felix's eyes, his throat was sore and his lungs were burning. He refused to look at Sandra's eyes, afraid to see the guilt? Pity? Disappointment?
He didn't say a word as he was washed, dried and brushed. He was soon set into a cage with a matted floor.
I've done it countless times, I can do it again. I just hope it'll be quick this time.
The cage was brought out of the back room and deposited on the front counter, along with some paperwork. His paperwork.
Sandra's voice spoke from above. "Is this everything? Or do you need anything else?"
The other human was silent for a moment, before bending down to be at eye level with Felix. "Do you need anything else?"
Oh, great. so you're one of those.
Felix scrambled towards the back of the cage when those giant blue eyes fell on him, shaking his head. The human shrugged, once again moving out of Felix's line of view.
"No thank you, I'll just take him and this toy."
"Perfect! Now you just need to sign the adoption papers, Mr..."
"Luke. Call me Luke."
Luke. Felix didn't bother memorising it. It's not like he'll need it anyway.
Felix heard the sound of paper being shuffled around. This was his least favourite part of the adoption process: The deafening silence, the suspance, the fact that those documents meant that this human owned Felix, without asking any opinion from his part.
Felix's thoughts were interrupted as the cage was lifted up, and he was brought to the soft ground with a quiet 'oof'. Sandra gave her best smile as she bid farewell to felix, but he didn't bother to turn around to look at her. I'll be back in a week, so why even bother.
The cage was set onto the front seat of the human's car and secured with a seatbelt. The human sat in the driver's seat, and immediately turned to face Felix with a smile.
"So, what's your name, little guy?"
You already know it.
"Not a talker, eh? Me neither."
Then stop talking.
"My name is Luke."
I'm not stupid, I heard you the first time.
The human gave Felix a weird look, turning the car on and messing with the radio knob. "Do you like music?"
Please don't choose anything pop.
The radio eventually settled onto some smooth jazz, and the car started moving. Felix tried to tune out the noise, wanting to get as much sleep as he could.
I just hope he doesn't have kids.
-----------------------------------------------------
Phew! That was the longest chapter I've written as of now.
I really enjoyed writing this story, and I have a lot of ideas for its future. I know the pet trope is a bit of a risque subject in the G/t community, but then I remembered that morality is relative and fiction is fiction.
I want this story to be a bit more serialised, less centered on romance and more on the characters and setting. That being said, I thank everyone for reading, I encourage you to send me asks and suggestions, to like / reblog (which would really help out), and to check out my other stories.

Everyone Gets Lost in SALTBURN.
Including me, as I've gloried in this film three times -enduring the annoying Academy aspect ratio format (writer/director/filmmaking genius Emerald Fennell explained this ratio was used to accommadate the squareness of the estate and to enhance close-ups).
I love films that are bold and audacious; ones that are polarizing and divisive because that means it has touched the audience - for good or for bad - they have been given food for thought. Now, you may savour it, or vomit it out but you will wolf it down. I don't see how anyone could look at this film and be bored.
TL;DR
WARNING: MORE SPOILERS THAN ROOMS IN SALTBURN
THE GOOD
EVERYTHING. Barry Keoghan owns every single frame of this film. He gets to use so many colours in his acting palette and while I don't have faith in the Academy, I hope that they nominate him at least.
Same goes for Archie Madekwe as Farleigh. He is the Tom Wambsgans of SALTBURN (complimentary). He's a hanger-on who hates the other hanger-on. Fennell could have just written him as one note - just nasty and cruel bully, but he had more dimensions than that.
We get a glimpse at how he hates that his mother has to beg (by way of Farleigh) for financial support. He could have just been someone who held the attitude of, "I've got mine, now get yours", but it bothers him that his mother is struggling. He hates that he lives a pampered life while the footmen are ignored. I especially love how he has no shame over being taken care of by the Cattons. Kicked out of 3 schools for blowing teachers? Oh, well. Sir James' connections will get him somewhere.
He sets up Oliver to karaoke to The Pet Shop Boys' "Rent" and when Oliver remarks, "Felix, I think this song is yours too." (a line that never failed to pull a reaction from me), Felix doesn't tuck his tail between his legs. He's not embarrased. No, he gladly takes the mic.
Then there is Rosamund Pike who is never not fantastic in everything. Elspeth is so droll, so cutting, yet so loveable.
Pike tosses out these lines that carry such humour in it, effortlessy. Like Farleigh, Elspeth is someone you probably should dislike - not batting an eye when discussing Pamela's death, judgmental, gossipy - but she, like Sir James are charming. Their obliviousness comes across as a mere quirk in their personality versus a deal-breaker.
The humour. This movie is so funny. What I appreciated though is that where most directors would put laughs to diffuse the preceeding scene, Fennell plays it straight. You are sat there without any quip or hammy performance to distract from Oliver drinking Felix's cummy bathwater and lapping the drain for good measure.
Or from Oliver and Venetia's menstrual blood swapping. Or grief stricken Oliver humping Felix's grave. The laughter, however comes from the audience. I've seen it three times so I've experienced three different audience reactions and I was surprised by how much people laughed (and gasped. Or closed their eyes), when to me it was serious bizness.
The first screening I attended had a Q&A with the film's composer, Anthony Willis, and he said that when he does panels with Emerald she always apologies to the audience for the pervisity. Why apologize, Emerald?! Talk your talk!
The only scene I could think of where humour was added to diffuse a scene was when Oliver kills Elspeth and he's draped over her trying (and failing) to put her limp arms around him. I think that was necessary so audiences can go into the end scene of him dancing victoriously through his ill-gotten estate.
-When Felix starts clueing in that Oliver lied. The way the unasked question where they pull up to Oliver's home. You can see that he's taken aback by a supposed addict would live there. Then you can tell the realization is falling on him when he spots the lawn being watered because what hardcore adcict would care about maintaining the lawn? But it's the "Gone Fishin'" sign that made him realize he's been duped. Jacob played it so well because it was very understated. Even the entire scene with Oliver's parents (played by Dorothy Atkinson who displayed that same fierce love of her child in "Pennyworth" and Shaun Dooley who's usually playing a tough nut.).
THE BAD
The bad actually has nothing to do with the film itself. It's the perception of Felix that Jacob Elordi and Emerald Fennell holds. They both paint Felix in the most terrible light with Elordi saying Felix is scarier than his character in EUPHORIA and Fennell calling him callous, misogynistic and racist. While I can see where she paints him as such in the film (leaving Oliver to walk his bike back to campus, not talking to the girl/s he's going to have it off with, just hitting her on the butt and walking off with her, having the very tone-deaf attitude of "not seeing race" by telling Farleigh that he doesn't care that he's "different" from them. But does that make him a truly awful person? Maybe it makes me an apologist because I can see how Felix's life of privilege makes him oblivious on how to treat people.
Fennell says her direction to Elordi was that Felix is a bad kisser and bad at sex because he never has to try; he doesn't need to impress. That makes sense because if one is wealthy and/or conventionally beautifully those things does the heavy lifting and grants you a ton of leeway. Since it works for him, why would he even think he needs to pivot on his behaviour?
I just don't see Felix being a terrible person. He ran interference for Oliver at the bar, he tried to get someone to hook Oliver up with a friend, he ditched the graduation party to support Oliver after the "death" of his father. Duncan was so crushed by Felix's death that he couldn't even close the curtains. Liam or Joshua (the Footmen Farleigh said Felix didn't know the names of) ran off crying after closing the curtains while Felix's body passed by. You would think if he was such a horrid person the staff wouldn't be so affected by his death. He pushed Oliver to stay for dinner at his parents house because he could see how much it meant to them to just have homemade SpagBol and cake.
He may be oblivious and has blindspots, but I'm not buying that he's abominable.
THE REST
-When Venetia is telling the story about the doppleganger, there's a window to the garden behind her and you see a man in a pink shirt walking past, then we cut to the reactions at the table to her story and Felix is wearing a pink shirt. Could it be Felix's doppleganger? A harbinger of his death in the garden? If we take Felix seriously, Saltburn is inhabited by Felix's dead granny. What's one more supernatural occurrence?
-In the credits are images that alludes to what has transpired: we see a spider because Venetia tells Oliver Sir James calls him Spider-Man because she skulks and she says he spins his web, she thinks he's more of a moth (I say he's a kitsune. He's a shapeshifting, beguiling trickster.).
There's a puppet on a string - and that has a dual meaning of the shoebox theatre of Catton family puppets that Felix examines when he first arrives at Saltburn and latter stops in front of at the end when he fixes their memorial rocks atops it; and also how Felix was ultimately a puppet master. There's also an ouroboros and a pair of glasses, which I loved seeing because Oliver sheds his glasses when he gets into Felix's circle. We eventually realize that they were merely an affectation. A costume he adorned to get in order to get into the character as humble, unassuming scholarship kid and shedding him once he was ensconced in Felix's circle.
-I ponder whether Felix truly considered Oliver a friend. Ewan Mitchell's Michael (the other asocial scholarship kid) warned Oliver that Felix would get bored with him. Venetia tells Oliver that she likes him better than the last one. Her words seemed like this is Felix's folly and he does this all the time and Oliver was merely another stray. Then we hear from Felix that a friend he invited had a fling with Venetia and it ruined his friendship. Maybe Felix doesn't get tired of these guys, but they make a mere (perceived) misstep and he ends the friendship. We see it almost happen when Felix yelled at Oliver for making a fuss about the state of his dorm room. Which is why Oliver deployed Operation Dead Dad - he needed a gambit in order to not lose Felix's friendship.
There were a few times where Felix could have ditched Oliver, but he didn't. If he's as flighty as people perceive him to be then I think he would have just made an excuse for Oliver to not attend the fancy dress party. Cancellation wasn't the only option. He could have just pulled an Elspeth and had Sir James make Oliver leave in the dead of the night.
Instead, even after everything he now knows about Oliver's deception, Felix looks crushed after their talk in the maze. His anger from earlier seemingly turned to sadness. Maybe his apparent dejection stemmed from what Oliver said to him: how he was just giving Felix what he wanted; thus (screw you Farleigh, "thus" is a good word) probably making Felix ponder whether everyone around him are playing roles - court jesters trying to appease Felix their king and no relationship he has with anyone outside his family is authentic.
Or maybe Felix had sexual interest in Oliver (because I don't think anyone had a romantic interest in each other in this film; sexual/carnal/opportunistic, yes)? It's powerful when someone obviously wants you. Even if you didn't have any prior interest in that person the, "What if?" or "Why not?" aspect comes into play and you want test how far it could go. Venetia told Oliver, "Felix doesn't like to share his toys. Even the ones he doesn't want to play with anymore." Maybe he just liked male attention, but had no intention of following through. I don't know. Maybe Oliver wasn't the only unreliable narrator.
"I wasn't in love with him."

Why Alastor works where other's fail.
So anyone who follows my blog knows that I have a large distaste for the growing amount of characters who act like villains but always get sob stories in an attempt to make me feel sorry for them. The most glaring example being Felix Fathom from Miraculous Ladybug
I'm expected to feel bad for this character and feel sympathy for him but his actions are indistinguishable from the villains of the story.
Yet, I don't in fact, I hate him. And I was sure I'd hate this archetype until I watched Hazbin Hotel. And Alastor, despite being a similar type of character swiftly became my favourite.
So what makes Alastor a good character and Felix fail as a character for me? Well, a big part of it is Alastor is a lot more fun to watch.
youtube
Pretty much every scene he's in Alastor steals the show completely. With a combination of his VAs impeccable performance, the animation distorting in various ways to enhance his creepy effects, and of course that constant smile. Felix doesn't have anywhere near the level of charisma and charm to make it work.
Probably the biggest factor is who these characters direct their hatred and malice towards.
In Alastor's case, while he's clearly not a good person his actions do actually benefit Charlie and Vaggie. The protagonists of the show and ideally the characters you root for. Who does Alastor antagonise? Vox, a character who is depicted with every negative stereotype of CEO's ever, and Adam, the main villain of the story. While he does rile up Lucifer, the bitterness is mutual and hilarious.
Felix on the other hand? He claims to be against Gabriel, but his actions end up helping him and making the lives of two people who have done nothing to him, and in Adrien's case outright love him and do everything he can to help him, suffer. I'm sorry but if a character causes the hero to do this
They are a villain.
But another major factor is simple. Alastor isn't annoying. What do I mean by that? Well, despite Felix's claims to love Adrien he's caused him quite a lot of trouble. The main instances being gaslighting his friends by pretending to be him and insulting them, then betraying Ladybug making his life as Chat Noir much harder. Yet he's never punished for it and we have to listen to him whine about his daddy issues. Alastor does let slip that something else is going on but he never whines about his "Tragic past" If anything he seems to want to make sure nobody finds out, he even threatens Husk for even mentioning it.
youtube
Nobody likes seeing bad people go unpunished or go on about how hard they have it. Oh? You blew up a building because your child died? Cool motive, still terrorism.
Felix however never shuts up about how hard he has it, and make it everyone else's problem to the point where I lose all sympathy for him.
youtube
Yes Felix, your life is so hard and tragic. Now can we talk about the time you did this?
youtube
Or this
Or THIS?!
youtube
Sexual assault, giving a terrorist magical artefacts and betraying an innocent girl, framing your cousin in the process, and Genocide. But you know... he had a hard childhood.
So maybe I don't hate the archetype. Maybe it's just a bad idea to try and make a character's archetype go against everything they've shown.
In Alastor I see a monster who's taking down other monsters and the narrative shows him as that,
In Felix, while the story wants me to see a tragic anti-hero, all I see is a spoiled brat.

Watching all the Case 143 challenge videos has obviously got you pumped up to learn the dance and shoot one with your boyfriend too, even if you can't exactly upload it anywhere. It's just for your eyes to see, and since Hyunjin is the definition of perfection when it comes to dancing, so you just know you have to pull out on all the stops.
And that's the reason why your next day off finds you putting the choreography tutorials on play on the screen, tights and a tank-top on as you thank the heavens he's been called in at work. "Let's do this," you think to yourself, vowing to wow him when he comes back by having nailed every single move.Â
Lucky for you, one of the things Hyunjin truly loves about you is how when you put your mind to anything, there's literally nothing distracting you till you're satisfied. So it's no surprise that the ringing of your phone goes unnoticed next to the speaker as you sit with one leg sprawled on the floor, trying to learn how to turn your body with your hips pressed to the floor.Â
What does come as a surprise though, to him anyway, is when he comes home a couple hours later, much earlier than what he had expected or informed you about, and you're still in front of the screen, groaning a little as the intricacies of one particular arm wave continue to elude you. "Why does this have to be so damn hard," you whine to yourself, completely ignorant of the way he's leaning against the doorframe, having caught up to your plans the second he stepped foot into the house.
He can't help smirking as he watches you do the "143 I Love You" part, loving the triumphant smile on your face as you nail the point move in a single try, pride at you and love for you making his heart swell. But then he sees you come back to that one stupid move that's been irritating you for hours, and instantly notices the frown on your face when you just can't seem to tackle it no matter what you do.
An annoyed groan doesn't take long in slipping past your lips, a sheen of sweat coating your forehead asyou stretch your muscles, turning around for a second and the doing a double take when you finally realize he's been there the whole time. "How...long have you been there?," is a completely futile question on your part once your jaw is done hanging open, an grinning Felix there to greet your boyfriend from the paused screen.Â
"Enough to know you need help learning that move," he says, pushing himself off the frame and leisurely walking over to you. "And you're in luck, since an amazing dance is here to teach you," he adds, wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you in for a quick kiss. "Eww Hyun...I'm all sweaty," you whine, pulling away, and it makes him chuckle as he reminds you that you never seem to mind when he's the sweaty one.Â
A couple minutes of your regular playful banter, and then you're in work mode again, his arms snaking around your form as he teaches you the step. It's like he completely turns into someone different though, scrutinizing every step of your feet and every flick of your wrist with utmost precision, almost scary. But you know it's because he wants you to match his pace like you always do, and you can't help smiling at the thought.Â
Fast forward to nearly an hour later, and you're dressed in your favorite couple outfits (because when you're dating Hwang Hyunjin, that's totally a thing), and absolutely destroy the dance in your first attempt. A much-deserved kiss ensues, followed by a couple of proud pats, and before you know it, you're cuddling on the couch happily reading all the praises and compliments from the members and both of your families, because there's no one who hypes you up more than Hyunjin himself.Â

I Hate To Admit ~ Bang Chan [Request]
WORD COUNT:1.6K
PAIRING: Chan x GN!Reader
GENRE: Angst, fluffy
A/N: I made it a fluffy ending I cant help it.
The longer that Chan sat there listening to the rain outside the window the more he began to grow uneasy about everything he had done that day. It was his turn to release an Skz-Record and he'd written something from the heart, something he'd been holding back on for so long that he needed to get out. Now it had been out in the world for almost eight hours and he was already wondering about you, had you seen it yet? What did you think about it? Did you even know that it was about you? Would you even care that he had done something like that?
The clock on his desk began blinking as it reached midnight and he knew he was going to have to head back to the dorms sooner or later but he didn't want to. As much as he loved being around the boys he needed some time alone, time to think about everything he had lost and he didn't want to go back yet. The boys all knew who the song was going to be about which meant they were going to have a million and one questions about you, why you had left in the first place, why he'd written such a sad song and why Chan would never tell the boys what had truly happened to you. Going back to them met admitting that he missed you and he did, he missed you every minute of every day but he could never say that out loud to anyone but himself. There were times where your voice still echoed in the back of his mind and being at the studio was one of the moments he still felt as though he was close to you. Imagining you sat on the chairs behind him waiting for him to finish one of the pieces he was working on. He still pictured you waiting up for him at the dorms, sitting in one of his shirts playing video games or passed out on the sofa so tired from waiting for him but you would always be there.
"Chan? You ready?" He snapped out of his daydream as he glanced over at the door, his manager had been watching him for a few minutes debating about interrupting the young man's thoughts.
"No, I'm...I'm going to work on this a little more," He lied as he turned back to the blank laptop screen, he was already so tired it wouldn't matter if he stayed in the studio that night he just didn't want to go home yet. Not to an empty bed where he couldn't sleep, he couldn't sleep without you by his side which is why he had begged you to stay with him but you didn't.
"You told me you would never leave! You promised!" He yelled out as you stood across from him in the dorms, throwing your clothes into a bag as you tried to leave as quickly as possible. Tears welling up in your eyes as you tried not to look at him, looking at him you would see how much this was hurting him but this was a once in a lifetime opportunity and you couldn't give it up. It was your life's work and someone was finally taking you seriously, your dream was to be a writer and now that was finally able to come true he wasn't willing to let you go?
"I'll be back Channie, I need this." You breathed as you placed your bag over your shoulder, heading towards the exit when he took hold of your hand. The familiar spark you always felt jolted through your body only making you cry harder at the thought of leaving him. The two of you had spoken about it before, you'd managed a long-distance relationship when he was away on tour, it would be no different. You would be back sooner than he could think about it but he was set on never letting you leave.
"I'll be back...I need this, you know how much this means to me." You tried to let him know gently that this was your dream but he was blind to everything, all he could think about was the promises you had made that you were now breaking.
"You lied to me. You promised that you would never leave and now you're leaving." His voice cracked and you turned to look at him, tears rushing down your face as you reached your hand up to touch him. You hadn't seen Chan this upset since the survival show and it broke you to see him with his eyes so red and tears staining his cheeks.
"You said you would support my dreams." You reminded him but he stepped back from you, shaking his head as he let you walk out of the door, leaving everything behind without trying to fix it.
Chan never should have let you leave the way you did, it was one of the biggest mistakes in his life. He should have made up with you before you got on the plane and left the country to be far away from him, he didn't have to be as selfish as he was but he couldn't see a world without you in it and to this day he still couldn't. How could he ever forget the way you were, how could he not remember all of the little things you did that made him smile and even things that would annoy him but that he still loved about you? He always regretted never responding to the texts and calls you left him when you landed for your new job, he ignored you, ghosting you and telling the boys to do the same.
"Fuck," He mumbled as he looked down at the photo of you he had on his desk, he'd never moved it from the moment that he put it there. It was a photo of you and him together after the boy's first award win, you were holding onto him tightly as tears rushed down both of your faces. You had the photo framed so that you could prove to Chan every day how much you supported his dream and how much of an amazing achievement he had won in the past to keep him motivated but now? Now it felt like a person torture device sitting on his desk, painfully reminding him that although you had supported him he hadn't done the same for you.
Staggering into the dorms that night he stripped out of the drenching wet coat he was wearing and hung it up on the coat rack to dry for the next day. He scratched the back of his neck as he walked through the hallway and into the living room, glancing over at the sofa as he saw you sitting there.Â
"I'm too tired," He mumbled as he began rubbing his eyes thinking that the image of you sitting there, in his shirt was just all in his head but as he glanced back over you were staring at him. Two cups of hot chocolate on the coffee table as you waited for him to come and sit down.Â
"You wouldn't be so tired if you got some decent sleep," You quipped as you moved over on the sofa, Chan's mind raced as he stared at you. He must have fallen asleep in the studio it was the only explanation for you to be sitting there so calmly as if nothing had happened.Â
"Channie, please...We need to talk." You whispered as you waited for him to go and sit beside you, he hesitantly walked over and took the drink from the table, sitting down expecting everything to fade away as he woke up.Â
"The song." You whispered again placing your hand over his and that was when he knew it was real, that you were truly sitting across from him and touching him. That you were back.Â
"The song," He repeated, placing his hand on top of yours as he waited for you to say something else but no words could express what you were feeling. You had been on the plane flying home to see him when the song dropped, making you rethink everything in your relationship if there was even one to go back to.Â
"How did you know I was coming back?" He questioned as he looked at you and then to the time, it was almost 2 in the morning and he never would have expected to find you here.Â
"I came as soon as I landed...Felix let me in and I slept in your bed for a while...Then I figured you'd probably come home at some ungodly hour like you used to," You laughed softly remembering all the times he would come home late like this, it never once bothered you because you knew how much he adored his word and you would always make sure he slept when he came in.
"But...Why are you back? I thought the job was what you wanted," It had been everything you wanted but it was awful, you were completely miserable the whole time because it wasn't as fun as they had made it out to be, promising you all these amazing opportunities only to make you an errand-runner. Not having Chan in your life made it all the worse, with Chan by your side you felt like anything was possible.
"I didn't want the job if it meant I never got to see you again...Plus...They kind of sucked, I became an errand-runner." You mumbled as you laid your head on his shoulder and just like that it was as if nothing had changed. The four months you spent apart never happened and Chan was just glad to have you back in his life and in his arms where he was never going to let you go without telling you how much he supported you.Â
"We'll find you something good, something better...I will support you...I promise." He whispered as he laid a small kiss on your forehead, you hummed tiredly as you relaxed against him just happy to be back in his arms once again.

cold sun †han jisung
â genre : soulmate au; fluff; angst
â word count : 2,6k.
â warning : slight swearing
â summary : in a world where one will lose something if their soulmate doesnât reciprocate their words of love once they turn sixteen, jisung is willing to take the risk so you wonât have to bear the burden.
â note : i just realized how i always tend to write for jisung when i'm down :')) anywho this piece is a little different than what i usually come up with but i hope y'all enjoy it âĄ
Itâs the first day of the week.
âHey, Y/N. I like you!â
And Han Jisung is really annoying.
Those words come out so easily. It's casual in a way that makes you bury your red nose deeper into the soft fabric of your scarf, which makes your footsteps quicken unknowingly as his voice chases after you loudly. Either way, this isnât the first time Jisung has said so. In fact, itâs become a habit for him to remind you every other day.
Thereâs no particular reason why. Or at least thatâs what you think.
Itâs the end of the week. Jisung decides to hang himself upside down on your bed while youâre stressing over a presentation. âHey, Y/N.â A cold winter breeze comes rushing against the perplexing glass of your window, shaking the frame violently before all motions come to silence.
Until, âY/N, Y/N, Y/N,â he creeps up from behind you and chirps into your ear.
âWhat?â you let out a groan of displease when tempting warmth embraces you whole, prompting you to drop your attention and looking over your shoulder.
Jisung pouts, âYou didnât answer me.â
âItâs because youâre annoying,â you sigh.
âAnswer me when I call your name,â he pulls you in a fraction tighter, careful enough not to hurt you but firm to not let you slip away at the same time, and cradles your neck warmly, âSo Iâd know that youâre still here with me.â
âAlright, stupid.â
The all too familiar gummy smile returns instantly. âHey, Y/N?â
And you canât help but roll your eyes. âYes, Jisung?â
âI like you,â he giggles into the hug, âI like you a lot.â
Han Jisung really is annoying.
Heâs annoying because he talks too much. Heâs annoying because of how he always asks for your notes after a gaming night with Felix just to nap in class. Heâs annoying because heâd drop you in a heartbeat for a single slice of cheesecake from Jeonginïżœïżœs momâs bakery. Heâs annoying because of how well he can get along with everyone.
Chatty, down-to-earth, easy-going with a lovable smileâattractive, very attractive.
Itâs the week after that. âWhat...happened?â
âHe lost his voice,â Jeongin sighs, looking like he genuinely wants to facepalm himself against concrete while walking with an incoherent Jisung to school; expressive hands with his mouth agape and all.
You tilt your head, â...for real?â
âFor real.â
After a few seconds of eyeing Jisung struggling with converting whatâs in his head, you exhale deeply and quickly rummage through your backpack, âJust stop, you look ridiculous.â And he does just that, zipping his mouth metaphorically and giving you those typical puppy eyes. âHere, use this.â
His eyes light up like stars when you rip off a page from one of your notebooks and offer it to him along with a pen. Truth is, youâre expecting something as predictable as âI like youâ or âItâs alright itâs just the worst cold Iâve ever caughtâ. But then, whatâs displayed on the piece of paper right now only baffles you.
Park is going to murder you if he sees some uglyass tear in your Ochem notes :)
A forced grin splits your lips open. âNot if I murdered you first and then the entire school and then myself.â
The first genuine smile blossoms on his lips when you give him a mini-sized notepad and pencil the day afterâhis sixteenth birthday.
And Jisung decides this is it.
It happens when the sun hasnât even come out yet and the irritating blue light from his phone reads 5:32 AM.
It happens when he sees your reclined figure leaning back against his mattress, his pupils tracing your delicate features. Perplexed emotions fill his eyes to the brim, fulfillment bursting within his chest when you stare right back at him with such purity. So pure that it seems you can do no harm to him and neither can he.
âHey stupid,â you murmur quietly, shoving a notepad and pencil against his chest, âHappy birthday.â
Jisung gives you a bright smile, opens his mouth, and snaps it close mere moments later. Sixteenth birthday. Early in the morning. Tired grins. The fondness of being so disgustingly in love.
He canât help but lean in and caves into the taste his soul has longed for as long as he can remember.
Two weeks have passed since Jisung has lost his voice.
Nothing has differed if youâre being completely honest. Han Jisung is still annoying. His lack of ability to speak doesnât appear to be a problem to him at all. He loves chatting with people even though heâs more of a listener now. But with the small notepad you gave him a few days ago, being socially active is the norm for him even now.
Thanks to his rather short-period experiences of observing peopleâs expressions and how their features contort in certain ways when theyâre feeling certain emotions, Jisung catches onto your mood more quickly during bad days to help you release your inner turmoil by scribbling down something stupid on the notepad. Itâs kinda nice like this, youâd think to yourself sometimes.
Other times, youâre more scared that you might have forgotten what his voice sounds like.
âNo wonder you got a fucking cold. Stop taking midnight showers already.â
You wave Jisung over when he closes the wooden door to your bedroom, droplets dripping from his hair as he scratches his stomach tiredly. His hair is a mess when he lazily crawls onto your bed, the cushion beside you dips slightly.
His index finger pointing at his post-shower head and a shit-eating grin are all you need to snatch the white towel around his neck.
âI donât know if youâve noticed,â you mumble while rubbing the cotton fabric into his hair, âBut youâre awfully upbeat for someone whoâs lost their voice. Canât you at least pretend to be sad about it?â
A noise of protest escapes his throat like second nature as your eyes carefully read the quick movements of his mouth. âAnd can you not be so mean to someone whoâs lost their voice?â
A faint smirk creeps its way up to your lips. âStill like me now?â
Jisung thinks hard for a few moments before jumping out of bed to snatch his notepad from your studying area. Of course, I like you. I like you a lot. Your heartbeat momentarily spikes at his scrawny handwriting. Just when your gaze is averted away to cool the blush on your cheeks, he tugs at your sleeve again and points at a different mess of scribbles. Youâre more gentle when Iâm like this. And youâd always find me if I ever got into trouble. Whatâs there for me to be sad about?
âAnnoying little shit,â you swallow your pride and let him settle his head against your chest.
His presence melts into yours during the hardest hours of the twenty-four, heartbeats on heartbeats and warmth on warmth. Your one regret is that youâre unable to register his tears that night, only the incoherent, breathless hiccups almost as to desperately call out your name.
Itâs been a month since Jisungâs lost his voice. And the night when he kisses you for the second time, his notepad is long forgotten next to your pillow.
I-canât-talk. Give-me-a-break.
Jeongin. Cheesecake. Please? Pretty please?
Iâll fucking kick you.
Wait, thereâs homework?!
...so youâre telling me LMAO isnât how French people laugh?
âThis is what youâve been doing during breaks huhâŠâ you mumble under your breath while lazily flipping through the papers. The occasional âI like youâ-s do pop up every two pages or so, which is more than enough to make you smile like an idiot. But that is until a peculiar paragraph yanks your attention by its neck and tosses it against a brick wall.
Mom, promise me youâre not going to cry.
He made auntie cry?!
I lost my voice for real now but it wasnât supposed to be like that at first. I just wanted to mess with Y/N and freak her out for a day.
Iâm seriously going to punch him.
She was a lot softer toward me after that, you know. I know itâs extremely selfish of me but I just canât help being so happy. Iâm sorry, mom. I really am.
Han Jisung you fucking idiot.
I was going to surprise her on my birthday by saying âgood morningâ out loud but nothing came out. My voice was gone.
Guilt, anger, remorse take over you. You knew nothing of this. You never once questioned for a logical reason behind the loss of his voice and kept moving onward as if itâs not that big of a deal. You didnât suspect it as a kind of prank, either. But you still care, all this time! You have been doing everything in your power as a way for both you and Jisung to treasure himself even if he canât speak anymore.
I went to a check-up last week. Nothing came up. Iâm sorry. Please donât cry.
However, without fail, the obnoxious part of you will keep wandering back to the concept of soulmates that has been engraved so deeply into the society youâre living in. It makes no sense to you that Jisung lost his voice for no reason right before his sixteenth birthday. This explains it all now.
Itâs going to be okay, mom. Because I have Y/N. I know she would come running toward my side over and over again even if she canât hear me anymore. I really donât know what Iâd do without her in my life.
Jisung knew the penalty for being the first to exchange any words of love yet he still did it. And you were too busy overlooking that stupid pride of yours to say those three words back.
Itâs getting to the point where Iâm starting to forget what I used to sound like. Iâm sorry. Please donât cry.
Jisung fixes the strap of his backpack, looking up at his mom after slipping into his sneakers. She ruffles his bed head and hands him a small white box with Jeonginâs bakeryâs signature logo on it.
He tilts his head in faint confusion, peering at the box of pastry in his arms.
âGive it to Y/N on the bus, okay? Her parents arenât home right now. You know how she would always skip breakfast when theyâre out of town.â
His eyes light up instantly in realization and Jisung nods, preparing to bid her farewell. Just then, his front door comes flying open. It canât be a mere acquaintance because there are very few people other than his parents and himself who know of the spare key hidden under the welcome mat.
As Jisung turns around, heâs keenly aware of your teary eyes already trained on him. Which in hindsight, makes no sense. As a result, panic rises within the hollowness of his chest, his lips falling agape but no coherent words come out.
âY/N, sweetheart,â his mom flinches, slightly caught off guard, âIs everything okay?â
A scowl stretches over your contorted features as you shut the door loudly. âWhat the hell is this?â you question, shoving the familiar notepad into his chest. âA prank? A prank?! Do you think that this is funny?â
Jisungâs frantic eyes move to read the paper and every single color on his face drains tremendously. He easily recognizes the peculiar paragraph by how much lighter the ink is compared to the rest of the messy lines because his pen was running low and his hand couldnât stop shaking.
Your voice.
His eyes avert back to look at you. His brows furrow timidly and shaky breaths burst from his lips almost like a desperate cry for help. Thereâs too much he wants to say, too many things to explain, and too many questions running through his head that he canât process what to do next. He might just overwhelm both you and himself.
I need to hear it again.
And you might not stay by his side this time.
âOkay, donât answer me then, I guess,â you chuckle lowly, dipping your head and turning around.
Jisung grabs at your sleeve instinctively and drops the pastry box, his gaze empty and all too knowing. Sorrow glazes over his starry eyes when it starts becoming hard to breathe properly. The outlines of his lips are moving non-stop yet nothing comes following after that.
âI donât know what youâre saying,â you rasp out and tug at his hand. Then it hits you. Heâs like this because of you. Jisung lost his voice because of you.
His mom cuts into the conversation, âY/N, you donât understand!â
âIâm sorry, auntie,â you smile sadly and take off running into the streets.
You, in the midst of your self-loathing and guilt, allow your feet to go wherever they want as your vision spirals into a blur. A single droplet threatens to fall when a forceful hand yanks you back to reality.
It takes Jisung a moment to regain his regular breathing pace. And when he finally gets it, all he can do is call out to you with the same inaudible sounds and the same desperation in his eyes. It seems as though heâs fully aware that the prank was the stupidest, most irrational thing heâs ever done. But thereâs more to the ocean within his eyes than just remorse.
âI already told you,â you clench your jaw and slap his hand away, âI donât fucking know what youâre saying!â
A deep sigh. âWhy am I mad? Of course, Iâd be mad! Itâs because of me that you lost your voice! Itâs because I like you, too! Yet I never said it back⊠You lost your voice because of me! Don't you get it? Why can't you just hate me for the sake of it?!â
You miss his voice. You miss it a lot.
You want to hear it again. You want to hear him call you by your name. You want to stay up late and talk about anything to the ends of the Earth and back with him. You want him to be the obnoxious, chatty Han Jisung you've always known.
You miss how annoyingly loud he is.
âY-Y...Y/NâŠ!â
Jisung collapses onto his knees, a hand on concrete while the other is on his neck. His chest rises and falls unevenly, muffled noises of discomfort echoing deep down from his throat. Despite that, what you heard just now, is his voice.
âAnswer me when I call your name. So Iâd know that youâre still here with me.â
âI promised you, didnât I,â you spread your arms and smile warmly, âThat Iâd always answer when you call my name. As long as I can still hear you, I will come running toward you over and over again. Doesnât matter what it takes, doesnât matter where you are.â
Jisung lifts his head and tears come rolling down on his cheeks. His throat feels swollen when he stutters with difficulties, trying to convey whatâs in his head, âY-Y/N, donât- donât go! Please donât leave me...!â
âCome here,â you close your eyes with the widest grin on your lips, âIâm not going anywhere.â
Only when Jisung grows closer and throws his arms around you, sobbing into your uniform do you convince yourself that all of this isnât a hallucination. The hug is a lot stronger than what youâd expect. First of all, you nearly fell over from the impact and your arms are pinned so tightly to your sides that you feel like your ribs are going to snap.
Everything is so overwhelming that all you can say is, âOw.â
âSorry,â he mumbles into your hair and loosens his arms a bit so you can loop your hands to the nape of his neck and hair.
âYouâre so annoying, Han Jisung.â
He purses his lips, sniffling, âYou tried to make me snap on purpose. Meanie.â
You quirk a playful brow, âStill like me now?â
âYeah,â Jisung smiles, âA lot.â
Because he knows that he has you. Until every last star in the galaxy explodes as a supernova, Jisung has you.

Chan Request!!
Pairing: Fem!Reader x Chan
Warnings: Language and Mature Content (Not really smut since the request didnât seem to ask for it)
Genre: Idol AU
Request:
A/N: lots of people seemed interested in this one so...
When you woke-up that morning, you immediately reached out to the left on instinct, expecting contact with another sleeping form. It was your first sign that something was wrong, fingers ghosting through empty air, and you peeled your eyes open to confirm that Chan was already gone.
You grimaced at the faint flicker of irritation in the pit of your stomach because this was the third morning in a row in which Chan had left with no prior warning. The pattern was getting old.
Did he think you wouldnât notice?
Of course you were bound to notice. Chan was supposed to be your partner. That invited a level of trust and transparency that simply couldnât excuse these continued absences when you needed him.Â
It didnât used to be this way, especially at the beginning of your relationship. For the longest time, you had both tried to hide it from the rest of the group, especially knowing that your managerâs would disapprove, but it was hard to lie when Seungmin accidentally walked in on you and Chan with the latterâs cock down your throat.
Still, the honeymoon phase of your relationship lasted for a long time, and even when you had problems along the way, you and Chan always managed to work things out.Â
It was the best part of your deep connection, but recognizing how distant he had grown lately made you reconsider everything. There was a point when you could hardly leave your bed without Chan finding a way to initiate something like getting each other off or managing a quickie with Chanâs hand placed over your mouth to keep your moans to a minimum.Â
Frowning, you forced yourself to leave the lingering warmth of your bed sheets, squeezing your legs into skin-tight jeans, abandoned on the floor from when you had quickly thrown off your clothes before going to sleep last night.
It was another unpleasant reminder of Chan because after waiting hours for Chan to come home, you figured he had decided to spend the night at the studio. But you were vastly mistaken when he slunk into your room at around 4:00 in the morning, whispering a greeting to you after sliding under the sheets. You had slept more soundly once his arm was around your waist, deluding yourself into believing that you could forgive him for staying out so late.
Especially since Chan worked so hard to produce the songs that decorated your groupâs track listings, and with the album deadline approaching for the end of the month, he was practically working himself into the ground,Â
There was also very little time in his overcrowded schedule left for you, and that certainly didnât bode well for how much you longed for Chan between your legs....
âY/N! Breakfast is ready!â
âComing,â you shouted back at the door, annoyed that someone had interrupted your daydream fantasies.
Especially since it was the closest you had been to Chan in weeks.
It was probably Jisungâs interruption since he insisted on being the annoying little brother you could rarely escape, but it wasnât his fault that you were in such a bad mood.Â
âGood morning,â he immediately chirped when you opened the door, gaze bright with mischief.
You grumbled a greeting in return to your bandmate. âWhy are you on the girlâs side of the dorm?â
Jisung scoffed. âOh, so Chan can have all the access he wants, but Iâm the one scolded for just saying hello?â
You rolled your eyes at his tone. âWhatever. Who cooked this morning?â
âFelix did,â Jisung replied, and you perked up a bit knowing that one of your youngest group mates had taken the time to flex his impressive cooking skills - it had to be better than Changbinâs attempt at frying eggs.
âLetâs go,â you said, dragging a petulant Jisung behind you as you both sauntered down the staircase together, joining the others in the part of the house where everything opened up into the common area.
Your managers didnât mind so much when you were all together in the shared space of the living room and kitchen, but that certainly didnât stop unmitigated romps between your male and female colleagues.
Your group was a rarity in the music world: comprised of twelve members, including eight of the boys and three of your closest girl pals who had all agreed to audition with you on an unforgettable summer afternoon.Â
The fact that you were all accepted into the same company, under the same group name, was even more of a blessing in disguise. You could always rely on them whenever you needed advice, and you had steadily grown closer to the rest of the guys over the years.
Next month marked your fifth-year anniversary (it concurred with your 1st-year anniversary with Chan), and your group was planning to release an album to celebrate, including some previously unreleased gems that Chan had kept hidden on his computerâs hard drive.
Everyone was excited, but the tension of trying to be the best and accomplish everything on time was always weighing heavily on all of your group matesâ shoulders.
Chan was, of course, taking it worst of all, and you were seething beneath the surface when you spotted him at the table sitting between Changbin and Hyunjin, eating breakfast with his eyes glued to his phone screen.
Why didnât Chan ask you to come to breakfast with him?
âY/Nâs here,â Jisung announced, abandoning your side for his usual spot between Lisa and Sana.
Several of your group members mumbled greetings, but you were disappointed to discover that Chan hadnât even looked up from his phone.
âThanks, Felix,â you whispered when you sat down next to the blonde-haired singer, immediately peeling into the croissant that he served you.
âIs everyone coming to the studio later?â Minho asked, summoning your attention. âWe need to go over the choreo one more time.â
Your muscles screamed in protest, but you reluctantly nodded your head. Meanwhile, Jisung let out an exaggerated groan at the thought of another six-hour practice.
âYou need it the most,â Minho teased him, and you smiled at the good-natured jab between the two.
At the same time, you watched as Chan rose from his seat, depositing his plate into the sink. You rose to meet him halfway to the door where he stuffed his arms into the sleeves of his leather jacket.
âChan, do you have plans tonight?â you sheepishly inquired, wincing when you realized how ridiculous it was for you to walk on eggshells around your boyfriend and group mate.
âBusy,â he grumbled, and he didnât even bother to look in your direction on his way out the door.
Later on at practice, there was an obscene amount of sweat in places where it shouldnât be, and you were just about tired of Chanâs constant criticism.
For the entirety of your dance practice, Chan had taken every opportunity to berate your group members for even the most minor of mistakes, including your own.Â
âY/N!â Chan barked, and you flinched at his harsh tone, sucking in deep breaths to satiate your demanding lungs. âWeâve been practicing this for weeks!â
It was the fifth time that he had stopped the song at the introduction of the chorus - the part where you were supposed to do a backflip into frame.Â
Apparently, Chan thought that your form was sloppy, and you bit your tongue to snap back at him. Obviously, he couldnât seem to comprehend that you were hurting, and he was forcing everyone to endure hour after hour of constant movement.Â
âGet your head on straight!â Chan insisted, and for some peculiar reason, it wasnât anger or frustration with Chan that had you pausing.
It was a far more heart-wrenching combination:
Sadness.
Bitterness.
Shame.
They bombarded you all at once, and you barely managed to swallow back the onset of tears before you were storming out of the practice room, ignoring Chanâs calls of your name.
It was instinctual for you to find refuge in the empty studio rooms on the top floor of your company building - where most people tended to avoid.
You could always find solace in the quiet between four walls, pressing down against the keys of the electric keyboard attached to the big, fancy computer monitor.
The same tedious note played over and over again, but it seemed like the perfect metaphor for your life at that moment.
Especially your relationship with Chan.
But the silence was never permanent, and you used the sleeve of your jacket to wipe away the fresh evidence of tears when you heard the door to the studio room opening.
You immediately turned around, heart-sinking in your chest when you realized that it was Changbin instead of Chan.
âHey, Binnie,â you said, feeling his gaze on you as he entered the empty studio room.
âWhat happened earlier?â he asked, always blunt and straight to the point as he drug a chair closer to where you sat.
âJust frustration,â you said.
âWith yourself?â Changbin asked, but his tone left much to be imagined, and you grinned at his astuteness.
âWith Chan too.â
âYeah,â Changbin nodded - like it made perfect sense. âI can tell.â
âHeâs been preoccupied with the album,â you said. âI get that itâs more important than me.â
âHey!â Changbin protested. âYou know thatâs not true.â
His soft and sympathetic tone almost made you start crying afresh. âHe doesnât have time for me anymore.â
Changbin was quiet, studying you intently. âChan gets wrapped up in what heâs doing too easily. Itâs like this zone for him, and nothing else is allowed in that zone except for music and lyrics.â
âSo, thereâs no space for me?â
âI think there should be,â Changbin countered. âAnd you need to tell him that.â
You sighed at the thought of confronting Chan after everything that had happened earlier. âI donât know...â
âBe honest with him, Y/N,â Changbin said, and he reached out to squeeze your hand in reassurance. âEveryone knows that Chan loves you more than anything.â
âHe has a funny way of showing it,â you scoffed.
âSo tell him that,â Changbin said - like it could be so simple.
Or....maybe it was?
That night, you knocked on Chanâs bedroom door twice before entering at his gentle inquiry.
âHey,â you said, hesitating in the doorway.
âY/N,â Chan said, and you were surprised to see him close the laptop screen, patting the empty spot next to you on the mattress. âCome here.â
You swallowed hard, forcing your feet into gear as they brought you to his bedside. âI didnât want to bother you-â
âYouâre not,â Chan said, and his gaze was chastened as he sighed. âChangbin talked to me earlier...â
âOf course he did,â you grumbled, planting yourself next to him.
âYeah...â Chan trailed off again. âI guess I owe you an apology.â
You frowned. âFor what exactly? Seems like Iâm the one who got in the way. Guess you havenât really needed me these past few weeks.â
âAre you kidding, Y/N?â Chan frowned, leaning up to kiss you suddenly and unexpectedly. âOf course I always need you.â
You could barely contain your smile, pulling apart to sigh happily at his reassurance. âItâs just...I know we have the album, but I thought we could still do the little things like we used to.â
Chan nodded, gaze contemplative. âIâve been ignoring you without even realizing it.â
You allowed your eyes to fall. âAnd in practice today...â
âThat was uncalled for,â Chan interrupted. âI shouldâve never raised my voice. The stress Iâm feeling shouldnât punish everyone else...especially you.â
His tone was earnest, and you could feel your shoulders dropping with every word. âChangbin was the one who said I should talk to you.â
âHe was right,â Chan said, leaning in closer again. âYou can always come to me, yeah?â
âI really didnât feel like I could,â you admitted.
âThen thatâs my fault,â Chan said. âItâs something I need to work on cuzâ weâre in this together, Y/N.
He smiled then. âYou arenât getting rid of me anytime soon.â
You giggled at his teasing. âI canât help it that I like you so much.â
âThe feelingâs mutual,â Chan whispered, eyelids drooping when he watched you move your hand against his thigh, coming to rest at the interesting outline at the front of his sweatpants.
âIâve also really needed you.â
âAre you gonna put me in my place, love?â Chan asked, and you hated the arrogant smirk taunting you just as much as your shameless act of groping his cock through the front of his pants.
âYeah,â you grinned. âI can do that for you.â
It took less than a second for Chan to roll over top of you, grinning in a self-satisfied way as he slowly pulled your shorts and panties down your thighs.Â
You watched him with a contented groan as he threw them into the floor, parting your thighs to make room for him. Closing your eyes at the first swipe of his tongue against your slit, searching for a familiar mess of curls through a narrowed line. âIâll make it all better, love,â Chan promised, and your fingers shot out to find purchase against his strong shoulders, arching your back at the promise of a night you couldnât possibly forget.

âBabe, get dressed, weâre going out.â
You look up from your work to see your boyfriend looking at you with a soft smile, leaning against the door frame with his arms crossed.
âWhatâs the occasion?â you ask playfully, knowing fully well what day it was. You see him pout, puppy eyes glistening out of sadness over what you had just said. You guys simply stare at each other, you getting more and more amused at Felixâs sad expression with every passing second. How could your boyfriend be this cute? You would never understand, but all you knew was that you felt lucky.
Eventually you let out a chuckle at his antics, finding it hilarious how he kept his childish act up for god knows how long. âBabe, do you seriously not know what today is?â you could practically hear the pout in his voice, as he walks closer to you, and seats himself on the bed. He wraps his arms around you, pulling you close to rest on his chest, and pressing a soft kiss to your exposed shoulder.
âHmm, no?â you tease him further, loving how whiny and pouty he gets when you tease him. You expect him to whine even more, but the next thing you know, his lips are right by your ear, hot breath fanning across your skin.
âWell then how about you get ready, and I show you what day it is, hm?â he whispers lowly, his deep voice sending shivers down your spine. You could practically feel your heartbeat racing, and the slightest bit of wetness at your core. Felix knows how his voice affects you, using it to his advantage whenever he wants you to do something. All you can do it nod and ignore the uncomfortable wetness in between your thighs. Felix presses one final kiss to the back of your ear before getting up himself, and heading to the living room, of course before telling you to be ready in thirty minutes.
-
You had never gotten ready so quickly, slipping on something that was comfortable yet romantic at the same time, then brushing on some light makeup. You were never really the makeup person, but you knew today was a special day for both you and Felix, so you decided it would be nice to put on a little bit. Once you finished up in your room, you step out into the living room, footsteps loud enough to make your presence known to your beautiful boyfriend, who was currently on his phone playing some sort of game. Looking up from the screen, his eyes widen at the sight of you, his jaw dropping.
âWow.. fuck I mean... wow.â he stammers, not being able to get any other word out of his vocabulary. You giggle at his lack of vocabulary, feeling his hands wrap around your waist to pull you closer to him. He presses a soft kiss to you lips, then pulls back, and whispers, âfuck y/n. you really drive me crazy.â
-
You still had no idea where Felix was taking you, and you had probably asked him at least fifty times while in the car. You were genuinely surprised he hadnât told you to shut up yet. The two of you had been driving for at least half an hour, and you still could t tell where you were going. Your boyfriendâs hand was on your thigh, while the other one was on the steering wheel, and you caught yourself staring at him face, letting lost in his features.
His beautiful plump lips that you loved to kiss so much. His adorable freckles that adorned his face so elegantly. His sparkling eyes that held so many shining stars. His fluffy hair that you loved to run your hands through when you two were cuddling. You were so terribly in love with him, and you couldnât have been more grateful that you ended up with someone who loved more than anything in the world.
âYouâre staring baby.â you hear a chuckle rumble out of his chest, deep voice lacing each word with class. You felt your cheeks flush at the realization that Felix had caught you staring, and so you buried your face into your hands out of embarrassment. You hear your boyfriend chuckle again, and then suddenly the car stopped. âWeâre here.â he says, and you peek out between your fingers to see a beautiful sight in front of you.
A gorgeous river adorned with evergreen plants and dainty flowers, and fresh grass. And even better? You two were the only ones there. Your jaw dropped in awe, eyes wide from the beautiful sight in front of you. Felix really went above and beyond just for you?
âAngel, close your mouth, and follow me.â he whispers against your temple, kissing it gently, before grabbing your hand, and holding a picnic basket with the other. He drags you to a sunny, secluded area of the beautiful scenery, placing down the blanket, then motioning you to sit down. You watch him open up the basket, him pulling out small treats and snacks.
âI baked them myself,â he smiles proudly as he pulls out a small box of brownies. You couldnât help but smile at how adorable your boyfriend was, interlacing your hands, and pressing gentle kisses all over the top. You here the sweet melody of his giggles, deep voice raising in pitch as his blinding smile shines beautifully.
âYouâre so cute Lix.â you say, scooting closer to him, wrapping your arms around his waist, and pressing gentle kisses on the exposed skin of his neck. The small rumble of his giggles roar through his chest, and you felt your heart swoon at the sweet music of your boyfriends laughter. You plan to continue your loving on his neck, but all of a sudden, you feel the smoothness of chocolate in your mouth, soon realizing it was Felixâs famous brownies.
While chewing on the chocolate treat, you threw your head back in amusement. You really were so lucky.
-
The both of you spend hours at the site, smiles written across your faces, and arms around each other. You had gotten through all the food, loving how each treat and snack practically melted on your tongue. In between each bite, Felix planted a gentle kiss on your lips, sometimes even nibbling on your lip simply to rile you up. At some point, his teasing had gotten to be too much for you, so you settled yourself in his lap, surprising him, and simply planting your lips onto his, your desire already being written through.
Felix immediately kisses back, hands immediately going to wrap around your waist, as yours go to tangle in his hair. What started as a simple kiss soon turned into something more passionate, as he groans against your lips. You feel his pants tightening underneath you as you grind against him, returning the teasing.
You seriously thought you would get away with your teasing, but oh boy were you wrong. With your midstrations, Felix growls, grasp tightening on your waist, and pulling away from your lips, satisfied with the string of siliva connecting the two of you. âYouâre so naughty baby. How about we take this back to the car so I can show you some real pleasure?â he says deeply in your ear. Feeling the wetness rush through your panties, you nod at his suggestion, and stand up with shaking legs.
You were in for a ride. Literally.
-
The sound of you whines fill the car, Felixâs hot tongue sucking on your clit, two fingers deep inside your cunt. He runs his tongue along your folds, tasting your sweet wetness; you felt like you were in bliss. The squelching noise of his relentless pace of his fingers stretching you out made you feel like you were in cloud nine.
âYouâre so wet, and all for me, hm?â you feel his deep voice resonate against you, the vibrations sending shivers up your spine. He continues to suck and lick at your wet core, eating you out like it was his last meal. You whine as you feel his teeth graze against your clit, nibbling gently, before taking it in between his lips to suck on it, all while continuing to push his fingers in and out of your heat.
Feeling the familiar knot in your stomach, you knew you couldnât last much longer, and it was obvious to Felix by the way your walls were tightening over his fingers, and the pitch of your moans and whines were raising. âAre you close baby girl?â you hear him ask, and you mutter out a quiet âyes.â You could feel your release approaching, but Felix being the little shit he was, he pulls away before you could come.
âWhy?â you whine, annoyed that he didnât allow you to come when you were so close.
âI want you to come on my cock angel, so how about you ride me like a good girl, hm?â
You nod wordlessly, not being able to respond as you clamber into your boyfriendâs lap. Hands going to his cock, the tip was bright red and leaking with precome. You line it up with you entrance, and sink down, the both of you sighing in pleasure.
âF-feels so good.â you moan out, feeling every inch of his cock filling you up beautifully. âShit, youâre so tight for me.â he groans out, hands going to wrap around your waist tightly; that was surely going to bruise.
âMove whenever youâre ready, angel.â Felix whispers against your lips, before kissing you softly. Thighs shaking, you lift your hips, before sinking back down on him. You continue your movements, thighs slowly starting to ache as you feel yourself getting more desperate.
It didnât help that Felix was nipping at your neck, slowly moving his lips up to your ear, before whispering lowly, knowing how riled up you get from his dirty talk.
âSo good for me, yeah? Riding my dick so beautiful, like it was made for you.â he grunts out, hands traveling down to your ass to deliever a harsh slap. You moan out at the tip of his cock hitting your special bundle of nerves, throwing your head back at how good he was making you feel. Taking this as an opportunity, Felix tangles his fingers into your hair, griping it tightly to keep your head leaned back, before sucking dark marks against your neck and collarbones.
You could feel yourself getting closer to your release, walls tightening around his cock, making him groan out in ecstasy against your neck. The knot in your stomach was so close to bursting, and you knew you wouldnât be able to last much longer.
âF-Felix please, Iâm so close.â you whine out, burying your face into the crook of his neck.
âCome for me pretty. Show me how beautiful you look when you come.â
The knot pulls tight in your stomach, as you release all over Felixâs cock. Your walls tighten around him, making him groan and come deep inside of you. You both spend minutes calming down from your highs, attempting to catch your breaths. You felt his forehead rest on yours, and you feel yourself smile, feeling the love radiating from your beautiful boyfriend.
ây/n?â you hear him call you gently. You hum in question, waiting quietly for his response.
âI love you.â he simply states, sealing it with a gentle kiss. You smile against his lips, eyes gazing at him with sheer adoration.
âI love you more. Happy Valentineâs Day baby. Thank you for another year.â

Hamilton AU
THIS IS ANGST!!!!!! Jdjsjdhwjdh plus word vomit i just wanna get this out of my system
Gold trim, Fancy wine and the smell of arrogance in the air floated onto a big room of elite people whom had their heels on the dance floor sweeping themselves to the music of violin.
It's the winter ball for the finest people, in a manor the known escell mirun and florian aguis lived.
Felix as the only son of the hosts, weren't as delighted to attend such lavish events but he stood in the ballroom full of unfamiliar faces feeling yet kinda out of place.
women and men from high born families are offering him a dance, trying to win him as if it was a competition on who's going to take him by the hands.
"Good grief, this is the last straw I'm getting out of here" The lad said to himself, feeling the presence of the nobles highly overwhelming
He took a deep breath as he strides out of the venue to take a fresh breath of air, away from the these people whom named elite but never even once he saw someone who caught his eyes.
as he walks away from the loud music, he helped himself by having him welcomed to florian's garden, it was the place which he always saw intriguing and looking at the plants his father took care of will always be enough to take him out of the royalty chaos.
the moon beams down strongly this night, and as he moves forward he caught his gaze onto you, who slightly jumped due to his presence.
"HI!"
the moment then suddenly turned magical for his sight, he thought he never saw you around nor have been familiar by your presence but one thing was for sure you had him captivated.
he admired you in which seemed to me a split second but in his eyes everything went in slow motion.
'I'll never forget the first time I saw your face I have never been the same, Intelligent eyes in a hunger-pang frame and when you said "Hi", I forgot my dang name set my heart aflame, every part aflame'
This is not a game'
"weren't you supposed in the ballroom?" despite being stunned intimidating words came out of his mouth 'fuck' he muttered to himself as he slightly bit his bottom lip in unreadable embarrassment
"Sorry i really don't know if i wasn't supposed to be here but these nerium oleander caught my attention" You said with the most apologetic voice ever but keeping yourself away from the flower
"You know about them?" he asked very surprised, it was a flower which can only be identified for those who knew what it is capable of.
"Oh i do!! I'm just surprised to find them here
they are very rare and is one of the most poisonous flowers found existing i just never knew I'd found them in this place" You gave him a gentle smile as you fixed your posture, offering him a handshake
he took you by your hands, he was as breath taking as he looked he gently shook your palm as he introduced himself
"My name is felix escellun"
"Y/n" you replied
"I never really saw you around here, where's your family from?" He asked as he wondered from what royal's you belonged to.
"I'm just a messenger from one of those families in the ballroom, i never really seemed fit to be there but they still took me here. But that's unimportant when i become one of the greatest warriors in this place, I'll make a name for myself!" You said with a glistening sparkle on your eyes, and hunger ready to take on everything
'So this is what it feels like to match wits with someone at your level, What the hell is the catch?
It's the feeling of freedom, of seein' the light It's Ben Franklin with a key and a kite You see it, right? '
your conversations lasted in long minutes, both fascinated by the things you shared to each other the way you were both unsatisfied and wanted more in life, more than what everyone tell you to be.
you have the same outlook in life, the same want for change everything was said equal agreement as if harmony existed when both of you met.
the conversations went sweeter as the moments pass by, you were subtly flirting and though he pretends not be affected his cheeks say otherwise. The comfort is amazing, it was like everything is meant to be there.
felix observers your features attentively, how you thumb away your hair carefully and way your voice change as you speak of the things you love truly.
if only he could take you away from the place you're in, far away from everyone to protect you just because you deserve it and he'll be happy to see you fluttering your wings and fly.
"You really have a wonderful home! I felt like romeo and juliet somehow met here as their love story was told" You said all, cheery with your cheeks touching your eyes as you smiled.
"Maybe ours could start here too"
you said with a slight blush on your face, you knew it was an embarrassing line but you took your shot anyways.
"Page one opened" Felix replied with a smile ghosting his lips, he felt like it was too good to be true but his feelings lingered, it was his first time meeting you but you took him places he's never been before through all the things you've made him feel in one night.
He decided to take you inside of the hall, hands intertwined together as he offered you a dance it you were both having a great time, and familiar figure walked by the two of you and greeted
"Who is this person felix? they're ethereal"
Scylla, His sister said, her stance was elegant and everything about her is of finest goods.
Felix saw a different glow onto his sister's face, something he never saw before.
"This Y/N, Y/N this Scylla my sister"
"Sister? You're just as majestic scylla! if It takes being in a war for us to meet then it would've been worth it" You complimented.
"I don't wanna be rude to my brother here, but would you mind if i take them for a small dance!?" Scylla smiled with a sly smile on her face
'this one's mine' she whispers, but felix gave an annoyed snort in disbelief
'you wish scylla'
Despite the small banter, felix lets you dance with her sister who took a liking to you
it was a wonderful night but he realizes the most important things throughout the night.
it was already time for you to go, He kissed you knuckles goodbye as he looked at you
"We'll meet again that's for sure" felix smiled as you wave him goodbye
"I'll be back here again!"
A year has passed and crowds cheered onto the moonlight, fancy decorations painted same the tall walls where the ball once happened, golden trims of fabric greeted the newly weded couple whomst hold the most genuine smiles on their face.
familiar faces flooded the ball room, eyes all fixated to the stars of the night, it's finally time to reminisce how sweet their first meet was, and as the visitors applauded sage lesath stirred up the crowd to welcome another important guest
"Alright, alright
That's what I'm talkin' about
Now, everyone give it up for the maid of honor
Felix Escellun"
The crowd shouted louder through his presence, hands clapping and glasses clinking in celebration, Felix smiled as he raised a wine glass on his left hand.
"A toast to the newly wedded partners from a brother who's happy for the union and hope you provide!"
he smiles yet the hint of bitterness tickled his cheeks, he looked onto your eyes with regrets but it was masked up with his facade
"I've never seen scylla with such passion in her eyes before you, you bring the best of my sister i knew she'd be right for you. Writing the first letter for both of you to bond deeper is something i never regret doing"
"May you two always be satisfied"
His gray eyes then sparkled with tears ready to gush down any moment from now, not because of joy but for the choice he made, To let his sisyer be happy, and let you go onto her arms now as her wedded partner.
It was the hard choice to make, the jealousy in his heart tugs as he fantasize how would it have been if he just didn't give you up, but he knew scylla has never been this genuinely happy even once in her life before you.
everything flashes on the back of his mind, his responsibilities as the heir, and everything in his shoulders he wanted you, he really did
and this is the only way he could have you in his sight.
'and i will never be satisfied'
THIS IS THE MOST PAINFUL SHIT I'VE WRITTEN I'M- KSHSISHDUW I CANNOT THIS WILL HAVE A PART TWO FOR REDEMPTION!!! I'M CRYING

Random 11:00pm urge to retry writing my OCs Felix and Olivia
(Soft, Safe, Willing, Vore)
Another long day. Olivia just wanted to lay down and rest for a while. Her eyes were already heavy from working and driving but she had to stay awake for just a little bit longer, her house was just around the corner. She pulled into her driveway contemplating just sleeping in her car. She did have to work early tomarow anyway so why not. She did love her job, it was her dream job and it paid more than she ever hoped for, but it exhausted the hell out of her. Before she got out of her car she saw a shadow slip behind her house. She made enough money to live alone in a two story suburban home. A nice big front and back yard, white wooden fence, rose bushes along the sides, and a metal mailbox with her last name specially imprinted on the side. Her neighbors wondered how her life went so perfectly, able to afford the best house on the block and live alone. At least, her neighbor's thought she lived alone.
She jiggled the door knob forgetting to unlock it, getting annoyed that her mind was turning to mush. Her eyes were too heavy to look for her keys, closing them and starting to feel around in her purse until she heard a click from inside the house. The door unlocked from the inside startaling her for a second. Walking inside she didn't see anyone that could've unlocked the door. "So you wanna play this game tonight." She sleepily said almost not closing the door on the way in. All the curtains were closed and most of the lights were off with the exception of a few lamps. On the marble counter was a bowl of her favorite type of soup. She hung her jacket and purse onto the knobs neer the door and started to eat, not noticing what was coming up behind her. A large hand creeped out of the shadows, curling her hair around its finger. "Not right now, I just want to eat then sleep." She said and the hand slowly withdrew back into the shadows.
She walked upstairs, leaving the bowl on the table and got dressed into warm pj's. They felt like they had just come out of the dryer and were just too soft not to fall asleep in immediately. She tried to fall onto her bed but fell short by a couple feet, falling onto soft carpet. "Good enough" she said reaching up to grab a pillow off her bed. She couldn't get her arm up high enough to grab any, now just trying to grab a blanket to make one fall down. As she finally grabbed a corner of the blancket to tug on, one of the pillows fell on her. She knew exactly who dropped it on her. "Thank you" she quietly said, her face pressed into the carpeted floor. She slowly rolled onto her back, pressing the pillow to her stomach. "It feels so nice to have you in their. Don't worry, I'll let you out in the morning. For now just sleep, it's safe." She heard a low growl from the other side of the bed as here arms were grabbed and she was dragged under the wooden bed frame. She closed her eyes as gravity seemed to flip around her like a mini roller coaster settling onto her back. It was soft and warm, her eyes were only slightly open but she could see the pink and green plush fabric she was laying on and the two arms holding her in place made of the same fabric. "That's my line." Her boyfriend said in a soft voice sounding a bit jealous.
"Come on Felix, you think that I'm trying to out pred you." Olivia said trying to roll onto her stomach. "Well you can't really out pred me, your using a pillow and you haven't even eaten anything alive annnd... that's an inanimate object." Felix said trying not to let Olivia slip out of his grasp. "You used to be an inanimate object, just my favorite plush that I slept with every night." Olivia said finally overpowering him staring into the black and speckled blue that was Felix's eyes. "Ya, but your dad turned me into your favorite boyfriend, do you want your dad to turn the pillow into someone and we can fight over your love and..." Felix was saying before he got cut off. "Eat me." Olivia said putting her chin on Felix's lips. "Eat you? No I'm not going to eat you, that's weird and deffenetly not safe. What if your dad found out or if someone around the neighborhood..." Felix was saying before getting cut off again before he could "protest" anymore. He acted like they haven't done it almost every night, knowing full well it was perfectly safe. He couldn't hurt her in there even if he tried. He only digested cloth, fabric, feathers, and pillow stuffing. That included her pj's that he would always put in the dryer when she got home, like putting a snack in the microwave.
Olivia stuck her hands and forearms into Felix's mouth, slowly rubbing his tongue with her thumbs. "Eat... me... nowww." Olivia said slowly and tiredley, shoving more of her arms into his mouth. A hum of delight escaped Felix's throat at the taste, she was always so tasty and it always felt better to eat her than just a blanket or a pillow. His stomach let out a low growl as he subconsciously gulped her arms down. "But what if I can't let you out or you have a panic attack. I don't want..." he was cut off again by Olivia sticking her entire head into his mouth, her arms were already down his throat and she was trying to inch her way deeper into Felix. Guess playtime was over as he couldn't resist it any longer, and started to swallow.
Felix swallowed, tasting every part of her as she went down. He swallowed again and again, he could feel her hands entering his stomach as he started to gulp down her legs. It was fluffy all over in his stomach, a feeling she knew all too well and she couldn't wait to get in and sleep again. They both loved the feeling of Olivia slipping into Felix's stomach, Olivia being smothered by fluffy strands of grey silk and cotton and Felix feeling his stomach swell and her weight helping him sink further into their bed. She started to curl into his fluffy stomach, only her feet remained out of Felix's mouth. She shoved her face into the walls of his stomach knowing full well that it was sensitive. He chocked swallowing her feet needing to sit up and let gravity do the work so he could catch his breath. "Keep doing that" Felix muttered as he felt the full weight of Olivia sliding into his gut. "Only if you give me back rubs" she said starting to knead into his stomach walls. Felix started to rub his bulging stomach where Olivia's back was and she was kneading the inside of his stomach like dough. They finished with the double massage and were starting drift off to sleep for the night. "Do you want to take a sick day tomarow. We haven't done anything fun outside the house in forever." Felix said nodding off to sleep. "We'll see. Good night ya big softy." "Good night my sweet sugar cane."

A/N: I wrote this for the Sylvix Server's Secret Santa Event last year. Read here on AO3 for better quality! And follow me on Twitter here! @Satodee1 on Twitter drew an AMAZING fanart for this fic as well! I cannot believe I've been blessed so. Please take a look here and give them a follow!
----
Let go the fear of falling in love.
#
So, hereâs the thing: Felix doesnât date anyone that isnât his sabre.
One, there isnât time. By day heâs almost a professional athlete with dozens of fencing titles to his name, and by night heâs a business student double majoring in Marketing and Finance. His days are full of workouts and conditioning, a carefully maintained diet, and when the sport isnât on his mind, his academics are.
Two, thereâs no interest. None. Whatsoever. Felix has never once looked at another person and thought, Yes, I would like that one.
Which brings him to his current problem: thereâs an annoyance in his face that some might think is pretty if they liked overly bleached hair and heavily lacquered nails. Gum pops in her mouth. She twirls a long tendril of hair around a finger like the love interest from a nineties sitcom.
Felix doesnât just hate; he loathes and despises. Less so the girl and more so at being perceived as a romantic option. He feels as though he does a pretty good job selling the fact that heâs entirely off of the market, even going as far as snarling at hopefuls. Apparently, some people are just infuriatingly stubborn.
Or maybe just oblivious. Felix is starting to lean towards the latter, watching carefully as the girl stares back at him, dreamily.
âSo, like,â she says, punctuating the words with a giggle, âIâm a big fan. Of you and you know, your fencing.â
Felix is a hundred percent sure that she has no idea what sheâs talking about. What he says instead is, âIâm studying.â Neat and simple, and not even mean. Hopefully enough to fend her off. Heâs almost proud of himself.
She blinks at him like sheâs trying and failing to process what heâs just said. âSo, that bout last weekend,â says the girl, relentless in her pursuit. âYou really honed in the touches, winning before the time limit.â
This surprises him; maybe his earlier assessment is incorrect and sheâs honestly a fencing fan. Felix meets her gaze and she stares back, smacking her gum, hair still wrapped around her finger, and eyes glinting.
Right, no, sheâd just done her research.
âThank you,â says Felix because heâs not entirely an asshole. âBut as I said, Iâm studying, so if you would--â
âIt was truly riveting,â continues the girl, clasping her hands before her. âYour form is just exquisite.â She says the word like heâs a prized pig.
Felix is losing his patience, his fingers tightening around his pencil and squeezing tighter and tighter. It might snap under his grip. Itâs happened before.
âLook,â says Felix, his tone hardening just a modicum, âI appreciate--â
âSo, how about grabbing a bite to eat together?â asks the girl, batting her eyes at him in an exaggerated flourish.
Felix opens his mouth to say something rather nasty, but heâs interrupted by someone dropping into the chair next to him. âDarling.â An arm finds its way slung around his shoulder and Felix goes rigid. âIâm sorry that Iâm late; got stuck in traffic. You know what rush hour is like.â
It takes everything for Felix to not grab the manâs arm and break his wrist.
Before he can do so though, the man looks to the girl and says, âA bite to eat? All of us? Group dates are always fun.â
The girl, to her credit, looks about as flabbergasted as Felix feels. âUm--â
âUnless you meant alone with my boyfriend?â
Felix immediately starts, turning to look at him incredulously. âBoyfriend--â
âMy mistake,â the girl apologizes immediately. âI didnât, um, realize that you⊠Anyway, thank you for the chat!â And with a wave, the bleached-blonde bimbo takes her leave.
Felix whirls onto the man next to him, immediately shrugging out of his grasp. âWhat do you think youâre doing?â
The man is lightly tanned, cheeks dusted with a spattering of warm freckles. His hair is auburn and unruly, curling wildly around his forehead and ears. His smile is crooked, a dimple forming at the left corner of his mouth. Handsome, if Felix likes people. He doesnât, he reminds himself.
âSaving you,â the man says. âReally, she just wouldnât let you go. Itâs astonishing really, I could feel the leave me the fuck alone vibes radiating off of you from across the shop.â
Felix blinks at that. âI didnât need help.â
âI think that you did.â
âI didnât,â repeats Felix, unable to let go of his stubborn need to get the last word in. Glenn used to say that it was the best and worst part of him.
âYou could have just told her no.â The man pauses, thumbing at his chin as though heâs amused. âYou donât seem the type to be nice and gently let someone down.â
Felix isnât; heâs the type to throw books at people instead, and be brutally blunt about what he does and doesnât want. âI was distracted,â he finally says, âIâm studying for an exam and she just caught me off guard. I promise you, had I been on my game I would have done far worse.â
The other man cocks his head to the side, watching him, and Felix already hates the calculating gaze. âYou really go all in, donât you?â he asks. âJust no fucks given as to what people think about you?â
âIâm not here to date, Iâm here to go to school.â
âHow boring,â says the man.
âI like boring,â says Felix.
Thereâs a beat and then, âIâm Sylvain.â Sylvain holds his hand out for a shake. Felix stares at it as though it might bite him, but Sylvain waits patiently. âYou owe me at least yours.â
There isnât a chance in hell that this man doesnât know who Felix is; his face is plastered across every Garreg Mach University billboard this side of Fodlan. Still, Felix has been raised with manners and he can hear Glenn rolling over in his grave.
Felix hates manners but sucks it up.
âFelix,â he says finally, still ignoring Sylvainâs hand. âThank you for the help, but I donât need it. Now leave me alone. I donât have time to entertain jockstraps like yourself.â
Sylvain eventually puts his hand down and watches Felix for a long moment. Felix doesnât like the slightly amused grin that seems permanently attached to his face. âGot it,â says Sylvain eventually. He stands and throws his bag back over his shoulder. âThen this jockstrap will take his leave.â
Felix almost feels bad, prompting him to say, âMy appreciation is honest. If you hadnât stepped in I mightâve snapped the girlâs neck instead.â He expects him to run off at such vivid imagery, like so many do.
But instead, Sylvain just throws his head back and laughs, before leaving him be.
#
âDo you like Adrestian Barbecue?â
This one cuter than the last, pert little nose and wavy locks of brown framing her face nicely. Felix still isnât remotely interested. âIâm studying,â he says, trying his best to sound at least polite. Heâs not very good at it, but the woman pays it no mind.
âThisâll only take a moment,â she says. âIâm wondering if youâd like to go get lunch or something? Thereâs a great new place thatâs just opened up off of Twenty-Fourth Street, and--â
âBabe,â someone cuts in, leaning over Felixâs shoulder, their cheeks barely inches from each other. Sylvain, Felixâs mind supplies before being annoyed that heâd remembered. Felix hadnât seen him in the shop for a few weeks. Sylvain to his credit doesnât sling his arm around and immediately drop into the chair without permission, he just hovers next to him. Waiting.
A slight improvement.
âSylvain,â says Felix. Then pauses, unsure how to continue. He swallows and then, âYouâre late.â
Sylvain chuckles. âTraffic.â
Felix huffs, a little emboldened. âThatâs the excuse you used last time.â
âAnd itâs still true,â says Sylvain.
âUm,â says the woman whoâs been interrupted. âI was trying to ask--â
âMy boyfriend to lunch,â cuts in Sylvain. âYes, I saw that. I can barely get him to go out with me, what makes you think that heâd have a go with you?â
Felixâs eyes nearly bulge at the aggressive raking. Sylvain seemed like a nice man the last they met, but perhaps Felix has underestimated him. It sounds like a jab straight from Felixâs book.
The womanâs mouth falls open and she gawks but quickly recovers. âRight,â she says. âMy apologies, Iâd thought-- Never mind that. Have a wonderful day Mr. Fraldarius.â
Felix cringes as she turns and walks away.
âMr. Fraldarius,â drawls Sylvain, falling into the chair next to him. âI really do have a habit of coming to rescue you.â
âI didnât need to be rescued,â says Felix, acerbically. âIt isnât my fault that you insist on butting in where you arenât wanted.â
âSo, you wanted to go grab lunch with her?â
Felix closes his eyes, pinches the bridge of his nose, and lets out a frustrated grunt. âAbsolutely not.â Sylvain doesnât say anything, just watches him with unwavering patience. Eventually, Felix says, âLook, I appreciate your willingness to help, but--â
âYou know, I could just pretend to be your boyfriend and theyâd leave you alone for good.â
Felix blinks and then he scowls. âWhat?â
Sylvain shrugs, noncommittal. âYou study here nearly every day. I study here too. I finally stepped in because you seem to get attention all of the time and it does nothing but annoy you. Seriously, people have no boundaries.â
Felix wants to tell Sylvain that he has no boundaries either, but decides not to fuel the fire. Instead, he says, âThereâs no reason for you to help me, you would gain nothing from it.â
âSome peace and quiet. Do you know how hard it is to focus on schoolwork here when women and men are trying to approach you? I come here for the quiet, not to watch the latest episode of Blind Date.â
Sylvain has a point; the people who approach him tend to be rather loud about it. Felix thinks about the proposition for a moment. âNo,â he finally says. âYou donât have to study here. Go elsewhere.â
âItâs preferable to my dorm,â says Sylvain, not bothering to elaborate. âAnd, I think thatâs why you study here as well. You hate people and would do anything to avoid them entirely. Even if it means studying in public.â
Felix cringes because Sylvainâs nailed it on the head; the general public is less invasive than Ashe is. His roommate is nice but needlessly curious. âI donât need your help.â
Sylvain opens his mouth to answer but stops when the barista comes by their table. âFelix,â he says, smiling kindly. âIâve brought you a refill, yeah?â He drops a take-out cup to the table. âJust let me know if you want more.â
Felix nods, his lips quirking the slightest bit. The boy has always been nice to him and unfussy. âThank you,â says Felix, genuinely.
The barista leaves and as Felix reaches for the cup, Sylvain raises his eyebrows. Felixâs mood immediately sours. âWhat?â snaps Felix acerbically.
Sylvain points to the cardboard sleeve around the cup. Felix turns it around to find the baristaâs name and number written in curling script. âOh, for fuckâs sake,â says Felix. But, at least the barista has the decency not to accost him publicly. Felix rubs at his forehead.
âSay that I take you up on your offer,â starts Felix, already wanting to pull them back, âwhat are you expecting in return?â
âNothing,â says Sylvain. Felix meets his eyes, narrowing his gaze as he watches him carefully. âHonestly,â continues Sylvain under the scrutiny. âI also like to study in peace, but I donât like to sit at tables alone. I work better when thereâs someone else there, even if itâs not to talk.â
âThatâs the dumbest shit Iâve ever heard,â says Felix.
âSo is every person on this campus thirsting after your mangy ass. Itâs a mystery to me.â Sylvain bites back just as hard as Felix, it seems. Felix respects that, if only slightly.
âFine,â says Felix. âBut only because Iâve got tests coming up and Iâm tired of being bothered.â
âItâs a deal then,â says Sylvain. âWe study and pretend to be dating, reaping the benefits of a quiet and quaint coffee shop.â
âYouâll have to be convincing,â says Felix.
âSo far, itâs worked.â
Sylvain holds his hand out to shake on the deal and Felix looks at it warily. Then, with a resigned sigh, he takes it. Sylvainâs hand is wide and warm, and it makes Felix want to pull away. He hates closeness and doesnât do well with physical contact. When they part, Sylvain smiles and then finally drops his book bag from his shoulders, settling in.
Felix hopes to the Goddess above that heâs not making a mistake.
#
Felix wants to hate Sylvain on mere principle, but they fall into an easy companionship. Felix hates it, hates that he doesnât dislike Sylvain. But, Felix doesnât quite like him either, and itâs the last thread of hope that he hangs on to.
A week into the charade, Felix is still stunned by the fact that Sylvain actually studies. He expects Sylvain to joke or flirt incessantly. He hasnât; Sylvainâs quiet when they sit at their table in the corner of the coffee shop, nose-deep in a math text.
Felixâs gaze narrows slightly when he reads the title. âYouâre taking Calculus III?â
âNo,â says Sylvain, eyes not leaving his book. He flips a page, looking bored. âItâs a prerequisite, so Iâve already taken it, but sometimes I have to revisit.â
âAlready taken it?â Sylvain taps another textbook to the side and Felixâs eyes widened. âOrdinary and Partial Differential Mathematics?â Felix can not for the life of him, think of a degree that would require a course like this.
Sylvain hums. âYeah, itâs my required math for this semester.â
âFor a jockstrap like yourself?â The nickname has stuck and so far, Sylvain hasnât stopped Felix from using it.
Finally, Sylvain looks up, eyes crinkling in amusement. âI like math,â he says simply, âand Iâm good at it. Itâs an easy course for me.â
Felix isnât sure whatâs easy about math that he doesnât even grasp the purpose of, but Sylvainâs only proven himself to be a weird man at his core. Sylvain looks at Felixâs book in return.
âStatistics,â says Sylvain. Felix has a distinct impression that heâs not remotely impressed.
âA requirement,â says Felix. âIf I had a choice, I wouldnât take math at all. But itâs part of a Business degree.â
âBusiness.â Sylvain snorts. âWhat a boring degree. Arenât you here for fencing?â
âOn a fencing scholarship, yes. Thereâs no future in a sport, though.â Felix narrows his eyes at him. âSomething that you should probably learn.â
Sylvainâs got the build of a footballer, though, so Felix knows that heâs likely on that track. But, Sylvain doesnât really talk about himself much, let alone his schooling. He has a tendency to watch people carefully with a gaze thatâs far too knowing.
Felix never likes that look, like Sylvainâs mind is far away and thinking. A thinking Sylvain is likely a dangerous Sylvain. Itâs always the ones you least suspect. Glenn would have been best friends with this dolt.
âWhat?â says Felix, annoyed.
âNothing,â says Sylvain, turning back to his textbook.
Felix frowns but doesnât push to ask more.
As the weeks pass, things shift from a tentative, peaceful study, into an actual friendship. Felix wants to hate it; a large part of him wants to loathe it because he doesnât like people, nor does he like it when people admire him in return.
But, Felix has learned in their brief time together that itâs not all bad. Not every person who is friendly with you wants something in return. Being a Fraldarius has severely skewed the way that he views the general public, but Sylvain seems to have no idea what his roots are, thank the Goddess.
Itâs led to a low-key relationship, full of quiet jokes and genuine care. Felix grudgingly accepts it.
Like always, Felix finds Sylvain holding their table in the corner, a cup of coffee already ordered and waiting for him. Bernadettaâs handmade mugs might be odd and a little bizarre, but they serve drinks all the same, even if it loses its heat more quickly.
Sylvain once berated him for his wasteful use of to-go cups and Felix relented without much of a fight. Much to his irritation.
âOne large red-eye, black as your soul,â says Sylvain, pushing the cup towards Felix. âI think he threw in an extra shot this time.â
Felix grunts, noncommittally, drops his bag to the ground and slumps into his chair. The mug is hot to the touch, so it must be fresh, and Felix leans over to inhale deeply. Sylvain makes a gagging sound which causes Felix to glare at him.
âNo judgment,â says Sylvain. Then he pauses. âActually, a lot of judgment because only stone-cold dicks can drink that dredge--â
âGo back to the field,â snaps Felix, before taking a sip. Itâs dark and bitter as it burns through his veins. Perfection, really. Sylvain just has bad taste.
âAlways with the jock references,â says Sylvain. âAt least you havenât called me jockstrap yet.â
âApt name for someone like yourself.â
Sylvian blinks. âWhat does that even mean?â
Felix huffs. âAn athlete, you dolt.â He takes another sip. âYou make fun of my sport enough that it's only appropriate that I do the same.â
Sylvain is quiet for a long moment and then he bursts out laughing. âWait, wait,â he starts. âYou think Iâm an athlete? Why?â
âYou're built like a footballer,â says Felix. âInfuriatingly tall and broad.â
âNot to say that jocks are dumb, or anything, but with my courseload what makes you think that I even have time to think about playing a sport?â
Felix thinks for a long moment, coming to realize that even with their burgeoning friendship, he knows next to nothing about Sylvain. Heâs easy to get along with, theyâve fallen into an easy routine and Felix even finds that studying flies by with little to no thought by his side. Something about Sylvainâs quiet presence in the coffee shop makes it easier to focus.
Still.
âWait, you donât?â asks Felix. âWhy didnât you ever say--â
âI thought that you were just insulting me, I didnât think that you actually thought that I--â Sylvain stops, laughing again. âIâm sorry, this is hilarious. It shows just how bad you are with people. Pure comedic gold.â
âYou said you were on scholarship!â
At that, Sylvain raises an eyebrow. âYeah, an academic one. Astronomy and Astrophysics.â
âAstrophysics?â blurts Felix incredulously.
In retrospect, itâs painfully obvious, he thinks. Suddenly, the textbooks of differential calculus and other various maths and sciences he canât pronounce make a hell of a lot more sense. He reaches out, lifting the book that Sylvainâs currently working from, eyeballing the title.
âSteller, Galactic and Extragalactic Astronomy,â Felix reads. Then he moves to the next. âStatistical Quantum Mechanics.â Felix meets Sylvainâs sheepish gaze. âYou arenât joking, are you?â
âIâve wanted to understand the planets ever since I saw Star Trek as a kid--â
âAre you really basing your degree on a television show that you watched growing up? One that isnât even that good?â
Sylvainâs mouth dropped open. âOh, you did not just disrespect the best television show to ever have been created.â
âIâm not having this conversation,â says Felix. âI have an essay for Business Statistics, and itâs going to be hard enough to focus knowing that youâre doing experimental math over there.â
âTheoretical math,â says Sylvain, coyly correcting him.
âWhatever,â hisses Felix. âHonestly, being a footballer would be less annoying.â
Sylvain frowns slightly. âThan being smart?â
âWhat?â Felix scowls. âNo, that isnât what I meant. I donât give a ratâs ass how smart you are, but really, Sylvain-- Star Trek?â
Sylvain lets out a long breath and Felix realizes that he must be used to being judged. Sylvain doesnât have the typical look of a scientist when you think about it. Heâs handsome and well built, looking like he spends more time on a beach than a mechanics lab.
Felix has the decency to be at least a little bit embarrassed for assuming, not that heâd publicly admit to it.
âLook, just go back to your book,â says Felix. âIâll go back to mine. And if I have any math questions, Iâm going to expect your help.â
At that, Sylvain lets out a little chuckle, different from his usual boisterous laugh. It takes Felix a moment to realize that itâs a genuine moment from Sylvain, one where heâs let down all those walls heâs carefully put up.
It seems that heâs even more guarded than Felix is, something of mild interest. If Felix took an interest in things. He doesnât, he thinks, but itâs more like heâs trying to convince himself.
âAlright,â says Sylvain. âBut I donât know how much help Iâll be. Simple math confuses me more than this does.â
What a ridiculous thing to say, but itâs not as annoying as the way that Felixâs mouth twitches into a near smile.
#
In the aftermath of Felixâs assumed snafu, Sylvain makes irritating strides to get to know Felix better. Irritating, because Felix has come to learn that he likes spending time with the genius of a chump, be it lunches between classes, or dinner after their study session. A variety of low-commitment activities that are usually full of small talk that Felix is angered he doesnât hate.
âJust to be more convincing,â said Sylvain, doing most of the talking like always. Felix was inclined to agree, considering that Annette told him that Sylvain wasnât his type and the idea of the two of them together seemed frankly, odd.
âI donât get what the issue is,â says Annette, one day that seems like eons after Felix struck his deal with Sylvain. Itâs past winter holiday and creeping into the spring, warm enough to catch a snack at the crepe stand after Annetteâs yoga class. âAre you bothered that you like to spend time with him?â
âNo, thatâs not--â Felix pauses. âIâm not good at making friends.â
âWeâre friends,â says Annette, shoving a mouthful of crepe into her mouth.
Felix wants to remind her that they met after she asked him to dinner, and it was the one time heâd said yes. It lasted about thirty minutes before they both decided dinner was a bust and went bowling instead. Annette kicked his ass, looked pretty while doing it and heâd felt nothing in return.
Instead, he says, âYou're persistent.â Itâs half-hearted and he doesnât really mean it, but Annetteâs cheeks puff up anyway.
âOh, Felix! Youâre evil,â huffs Annette, but she never stays mad at him for long, turning her attention back to her food.
âSylvain is⊠different,â says Felix, as they sit down on a bench.
Annette nods sagely. âI mean, yeah, isnât that why you like him?â
âHeâs sufferable.â
âI mean, Iâll admit, heâs an odd choice and definitely not your type but--â
âWait, Annette,â says Felix. âDo you think that I actually like him? As in romantically?â
She blinks at him, confused. âI mean, donât you?â asks Annette around a mouthful of food. Sheâs never been very ladylike, but itâs a breath of fresh air at the end of all things. Normally it would endear Felix. But.
â What?â snaps Felix, eyes immediately narrowing. âOf course I donât, this entire thing has been a ruse to get people to leave me alone.â
Annette chews at her food thoughtfully for a second and then says, âBut you enjoy spending time with him.â
âIâve made that apparent,â says Felix. âIt vexes me.â
âYouâve admired how smart he is.â
âInfuriatingly so, but itâs useful when we study.â Felix pauses. âDonât tell him that I said that.â
âYou spend your free time with him,â says Annette, gesturing at Felix with her crepe. âThis is the first time Iâve seen you face-to-face in like a month, but you go out of your way to see him every day.â
At that, Felix starts, mouth snapping shut as he thinks. Annetteâs right, he does go out of his way to spend time with Sylvain. And if they canât meet properly, itâs texting. Sylvainâs usually the one to greet him in the morning with a corny horoscope that neither of them believes, but still laugh about. And Felix is usually the one to say goodnight, even if it isnât warranted.
It feels wrong if they donât share words at least once a day.
âAnnette,â says Felix.
âHm?â hums Annette, cheeks bulging around the last bite of her crepe.
âAm I in love with him?â Itâs rhetorical, of course, and dreadful in tone, but Annette answers anyway.
âWould that be a bad thing?â
âNo,â says Felix, mouth parted in awe as though the heavens had just been explained to him. Or, Sylvain explained theoretical warp theory and Felix finally understood it. Thatâll never happen, but--
âI love him.â The words come easier than he expects and they fill him with unexpected warmth. He wants more of it. Heâs also afraid of it, but if thereâs anything that Felix is good at, itâs striking something head-on with force.
He hasnât lost a fencing match in nearly three years.
Annette, blessedly, is quiet for once, just watching him process his feelings. And when heâs done, when Felix comes to his conclusion, she asks, âDo you feel better?â
âYes,â says Felix, and itâs honest and true, and strangely welcome. He hasnât felt this good in years. Certainly not since Glenn passed.
âGood,â says Annette, âNow go kiss him.â
Felixâs answer is dumping the rest of his crepe directly into her lap, the loss of his snack well justified.
#
Because Felixâs life is apparently a romantic comedy, he expects things between him and Sylvain to become awkward.
It doesn't. In fact, everything is disgustingly normal. They keep their study dates, emphasis on the study part. Sylvain still greets him with his coffee order, and on the few occasions that Felix beats him to the shop, he greets Sylvain with his ridiculous white mocha, extra whip.
There are a few differences, Felix supposes.
When Sylvain leans over to help with a math problem, Felix turns to him. They meet eyes more often than not. Felix willingly covers Sylvainâs dinner, which raises an eyebrow because heâs notoriously stingy.
But, if Felix seems off, Sylvain never mentions it or broaches the topic. Itâs aggravating, how easy it is to just keep to the routine. And itâs not that Felix doesnât want more; ever since his talk with Annette, he finds himself entertaining the idea further.
Heâs done a lot of thinking. Sylvainâs handsome, there isnât a doubt about it, but thatâs not what pulls Felix to him. Sylvainâs smart as a whip and doesnât mince his words. And yes, he puts walls up and dances about things personal, but Felix does the same.
And lately, Sylvainâs started to pull those walls down, comfortable in Felixâs presence.
No oneâs ever comfortable around him and Felix is struck by how much it means. Feelings are hard and love is even worse. Felix isnât quite sure that itâs worth it.
But, he hasnât written the idea entirely off.
âFelix?â
Felix blinks. âI, er--â
Sylvainâs mouth tugs slightly downward at one side. Concerned. âAre you okay? You seem distracted.â
âFencing,â blurts Felix. âThe big tourney coming up.â
âYou mean the one two weeks ago?â
Okay, so, Felix has been more distracted than he cares to admit. Itâs all Sylvainâs fault. âSylvain, itâs nothing. Iâm just tired. School is draining. The usual.â
âTired,â says Sylvain, unconvinced. He leans back in his chair, arms crossed and watching Felix carefully. Curse Sylvainâs perceptiveness and his ability to look right through people.
âLook, Sylvain--â
âFelix Fraldarius,â drawls another voice. They both turn to find a familiar face framed by bleach blonde hair and twirling a lock around her fingers. Thereâs the snap of gum in her mouth as she chews open-mouthed and unflattering.
Immediately, Sylvain is on the defensive. âHey--â
âHold it, golden boy,â says the girl, âI know you arenât really dating. Heard it one day after you grabbed a bite to eat.â
Sylvainâs face darkens. âHave you been following us?â
The girl makes a face at the accusation. âUgh, as if. It was a coincidence, I swear, but what a wonderful one. Means that Iâve got a chance.â
Felix immediately bites back, hackles raised. âI already had little interest, but as of right now, thereâs not even a remote possibility of you having a chance.â
âIs it really so hard to just give it a go? You might even like me.â She bats her eyes in a pathetic attempt to appeal to him, but all Felix can think of his tanned skin dotted with freckles and sun-kissed auburn hair.
âDoubtful,â says Felix, dryly.
It takes only a second for her features to change dramatically, from coy and shy to contemptuous and sneering. âI wonder why I even bothered,â says the girl, before nodding to Sylvain. âClearly your taste isnât as good as I would have thought. Havenât you heard the rumors about him?â
Yes, ad nauseum. From friends, the general public, even Sylvain himself. His problems with women and dating, and commitment issues. His brother and father, and the pressure of family legacy. At first, from those around them whoâd heard of their dating, whoâd seen them hanging out. People who felt it their duty to warn Felix.
And eventually, Sylvain himself whoâs recently opened up about the heavy baggage that he carries around, shouldering it without much of a complaint. If anything, Sylvainâs the one looking out for others.
So yes, Sylvain doesnât have a stellar reputation, but thereâs a lot more to a person than whatâs seen on the surface. A lesson that Felix has spent the last half-year learning quite unwillingly.
âDo you think yourself superior?â asks Felix, eyes narrowing at her. âYou have no concept of personal space, nor do you seem to comprehend the words ânoâ and ânot interestedâ. Sylvain could murder someone in cold blood and still have twice the worth that you hold.â
âItâs a wonder, why you would even consider him,â scoffs the girl.
âObviously itâs because I love him and despite the terrible things the lot of you gossip about, he makes me perfectly happy.â
The table goes quiet, both the girl and Sylvain staring at him. Likely, for different reasons. Felix didnât mean to say it so plainly, but heâs never been good at pulling his punches, even when it comes to verbal lashings.
Besides, she brought it upon herself.
And against all odds, Felix feels wholly and utterly satisfied, not a moment of regret at his confession. He takes a sip of his coffee, fingers curled around his mug tenderly, meeting her gaze head-on.
âYou should leave,â says Sylvain, before the girl can even respond. She opens her mouth to retort, but stops when Sylvain smiles at her. Only it isnât a smile, itâs a nasty-looking smirk, more like a wolf thatâs about to pounce its prey.
Wisely, she backs off, huffing in annoyance as she turns and leaves.
And then there are two, sitting at a table in silence. Felix is oddly comfortable, sipping at his drink while Sylvainâs mouth opens and closes. Thinking about what heâs going to say. Felix supposes that heâs opened the inevitable can of worms.
âSo,â starts Sylvain, âcorrect me if Iâm wrong, but when you said that you love me, it sounded pretty genuine.â
Felix scoffs, he canât help it. âI always mean the things that I say.â
He expects Sylvain to bolt, to run away, to want nothing to do with this. Instead, Sylvain smiles, small and real, regarding Felix with a kind of warmth that immediately sets him on high alert.
âWhy are you looking at me like that?â asks Felix, testily. But Sylvain only chuckles, soft at first and then louder. âReally Sylvain? Youâre laughing? Right now?â
âSorry,â says Sylvain, âItâs not actually funny-- okay, thatâs a lie, itâs hilarious.â
Felix frowns, sneering defensively. âIs the idea of me loving someone, least of all you, so entertaining?â
âNo, thatâs not it.â
âThen what is it?â demands Felix, exasperated. Sylvainâs not one to beat around the bush, but he canât seem to find his words, too busy being amused by Felixâs feelings, to his utter embarrassment.
âItâs because I love you too.â
Felixâs mouth falls open because thatâs the last thing he expects Sylvain to say. He doesnât answer, gaping openly at Sylvain, floundering for an explanation. Eventually, Sylvain finds himself, clearing his throat slightly.
Sylvain looks to Felixâs face and then his gaze drops to where his hand rests on the table. Considering. Felix really hopes that heâs not planning on taking it, but Sylvain does, fingers tugging at his palm gently.
Felix lets it happen, settling on the explanation that heâs just not like himself at the moment.
âFelix,â says Sylvain, this time quieter and more serious. He thumbs at Felixâs knuckles, the touch soft and hesitant. âIâll admit, Iâm a little bit relieved.â
âIâm annoyed,â says Felix. âIâve been annoyed since the moment I realized it because all Iâve been able to do is think of you. Itâs infuriating in the worst of ways.â
Thereâs a moment that passes as they watch each other, Sylvainâs hand practically burning around Felixâs. And then, Sylvain says, âFelix, can I kiss you?â
Yes, Felix thinks. Itâs such a foreign feeling that he nearly pulls away but he doesnât. Heâs determined to indulge. Itâs about time heâs enjoyed something in his life.
So, what he says instead is, âIf you must,â the words clipped but his usual crustiness softer than normal. It makes Sylvain smile at him again, looking at Felix like he can see right through him.
Sylvain leans forward smoothly, cupping Felixâs jaw in his other hand. Heâs still looking at him, like heâs some sort of treasure, paused right before Felixâs mouth. And that makes Felix impatient.
Felix is the one to close the distance, sealing their lips together like a promise. Sylvainâs mouth is soft under his, but he responds eagerly, his han moving to the back of his neck. Felix has never really put stock into the whole sparks flew and things were felt nonsense. Turns out that heâd been wrong and that kissing is kind of everything. All he can think of is Sylvainâs presence and the solid weight of him as he leans in.
Sylvain licks into the kiss, but only just barely, coaxing a tad more than just a mild response from Felix. And Felix can feel his skin burning bright red with strain, or embarrassment, or maybe just the idea that theyâre doing this in public.
He doesnât care, Felix wants more, fingers curling into Sylvainâs shirt and tugging slightly.
Eventually, they part because breathing is necessary and even Felix requires air. Regrettably. He wants to go back in, to kiss Sylvain again, just one more time before he gains his senses back and thinks better of it.
But first.
âYou know, Iâll kill you if you hurt me,â says Felix, fingers tightening their grip around Sylvainâs shirt.
Sylvain laughs, leaning close to Felix's ear and pressing a soft kiss there. âI know. But thatâs a chance Iâm willing to take.â

Watch it - Flip Zimmerman (fluff)
Request by anon: So I was thinking what if Flip liked the only female officer who is really feisty and talks back to the sexist officers, she gets hurt during a mission and Flip goes to see her and she teases him and accidentally makes him confess he likes her? Thank you my love
Thank you so much for requesting a Flip imagine. Hope you like it. Enjoy my loves. xxx
âIâd advise you to keep your mouth shut, if you want to go home, without a nice, black eye gracing your features.â, (y/n)s eyes were focused on the file in her hands, smirking as she listened to Flips chuckles, eyes challenging David, advising him not to keep on talking. The officer huffed, turned his back on (y/n) and Flip and stormed out of the office, muttering something under his breath, that would probably enrage (y/n) even further.Â
Being the only female officer in Colorado Springs came with certain prices to pay, you had to have a tough skin, being able to talk back to the sexist officers, that told you, that you belong in the kitchen and not in a police station. (Y/n) was grateful for the many hours, where her older brothers had roughened her up, showed her how to defend herself, probably where her foul mouth came from.Â
Flip Zimmerman, the officer that worked alongside (y/n), admired her, not only because of the way she would talk back and take nothing from anybody, but also for her loving personality, knowing that sheâd always have his back. Heâd find himself watching her from across the room almost every day, Flip would still call her ârookieâ, loving the smirk that would tug on her lips as sheâd ram her elbow into his side, telling him to âwatch itâ.Â
Despite her hard shell, (y/n) liked to sneak a few homemade cookies into the station, all for Flip, would bring him coffee every morning, telling herself, that she was just being friendly. Of course she wasn't just being âfriendlyâ, (y/n) liked Flip a lot more than sheâd let on, but this was a secret sheâd keep locked away from everybody.Â
She got pulled into the KKK case relatively quickly, shadowing the members alongside Ron as Flip would take on Rons personality. The boys would worry about her nonstop, trying to tell her to âkeep backâ, ignoring the way sheâd glare at them, not listening to their commands. Deep down sheâd adore the way Ron and Flip would try to protect her, ignoring the fluttering of her heart as Flip would slightly pull her behind his massive frame, keeping her from throwing herself into the fire.Â
âPsycho Killerâ by The Talking Heads blasted through Flips car as he drove (y/n) to where theyâd meet Jimmy, he was smoking a cigarette, drumming his fingers against the steering wheel, singing the lyrics. (Y/n) couldnât stop laughing, Flips voice got higher and higher, emphasizing the âOh, oh, oh, oh, aye-ya-ya-ya-yaâ, he chuckled, loving the smile that she wore on her lips.Â
His voice turned more serious as the song ended, âyouâll stay with Jimmy, alright rookie?.â, Flip grasped her jaw, tracing her skin, smirking as she ripped her face away from his hold, âdonât tell me what to do, Zimmermanâ. (Y/n) kissed his cheek, shot him one last glance before she climbed out of his car, sheâd stay behind with Jimmy, observe Connie and see what the members were up to.Â
Jimmy blabbered about god knows what, (y/n) tried her best to swallow down the groan, that was about to leave her mouth, she truly did, but, she didnât sign up for this, didnât become an officer, just to stay behind in a car and âobsereveâ. "I'll go and find a toilet, you stay here, alright?â, Jimmy took another drag of his cigarette and stepped out of the van, not picking up the relieved sigh that fell from her lips. (Y/n)s eyes were focused on the street, slowly moving her body forwards as she watched Connie leave the venue and walk towards her car.Â
âWhat are you up to, Connie?â, she muttered, (y/n) didnât think twice before she started the car and began to follow her, not caring about Jimmy or the way Flip would have her ass later on. It took a while, till Connie parked her car, âshitâ, (y/n) watched her fumble around with the mailbox, only now realizing, that Connie was about to place a bomb. (Y/n)s hands were getting sweaty, she grasped her gun and stepped out of the car, set on stopping Connie from going any further.Â
But as Connie ran towards the car and shifted the package underneath, Rons car shot around the corner, âfinallyâ, (y/n) moved towards the car, knowing that she should try and get the bomb. She seemed to move on autopilot, not noticing the way Ron was being beat up by a cop, nor did she notice Felix car nearing. She was laying on the crosswalk, desperately trying to grasp the package, her mind seemed to be shut off, she didnât think about the risk she was taking, only trying to keep everybody nearby safe.Â
â(Y/n)!â, Rons voice ripped her out of her trance, ârun.â, her natural instincts seemed to kick in, making her rise from the floor and beginning to run away from the car, but a loud bang made her freeze on the spot, a massive heatwave embraced her and ripped her off her feet.Â
(Y/n) banged her head on the pavement, groaning as she wrapped her arms around her head, trying to protect herself from the explosion. Her head was spinning, she felt blood drip out of her nose, her breathing seemed to slow down, the last thing she heard was Flip screaming âundercover cop, fucking idiotâ, then everything turned back.Â
Flip was focused on Ron, helping him out of the handcuffs, ignoring Rons annoyed âyouâre lateâ. âIâll call Jimmy and (y/n), letâs see if-â, Ron jogged towards (y/n)s frame and called Flips name, screaming at Patrice to call an ambulance. âFucking hell, rookie.â, Flip whispered as he sunk to his knees next to her, checking her faint pulse, his heart was rapidly beating, all the different scenarios were running through his mind, he was desperately trying not to think about the âwhat ifâsâ.Â
He followed the ambulance to the hospital, anxiously sitting in the waiting hall, only leaving to smoke a cigaret, trying to calm his nerves. It took them a while, to flick her together, she had a few broken ribs and her nose was slightly cracked, Flips hands were still balled into fists as he thought about her injuries, hating himself for not being able to protect her.Â
âYou can go in now, if youâd like.â, the nurse smiled at him, eyes ranking up and down his frame, hoping, that heâd notice her advances, but Flip couldnât care less. He stormed into her room, eyes finding hers, he let out a relieved sigh, grasped her hand, âyou look like shit, rookie.â. The sound of her chuckle hallowed through the room, a small âfuck youâ fell from her lips, her whole body was hurting, she felt exhausted, though grateful, that Flip was right there with her.Â
âGod, I was so scared, (y/n), you promised to stay with Jimmy.â, he couldnât help but scold her, âyou could have died, rookie. What would I do without your annoying ass chasing me through the department, huh? I canât lose you.â. Her eyebrows were furrowed together, she was intensely watching him, âoh, stop it Flip, you would have done the same.â, she felt way too tired to keep on fighting with him. She patted the space next to her, telling him to crawl into her bed and wrap his big arms around her frame, (y/n) needed to feel him close, desperate for some kind of safety.Â
He squeezed himself into the bed, (y/n) placed her head on his chest and yawned against his skin, smiling as he ran his hand through her (y/h/c) hair. She could hear his heart rapidly beating against his ribcage, Flip felt nervous, still a bit shaken up, from finding her unconscious earlier on. âI need you to promise me something, rookie.â, he whispered, Flip closed his eyes, trying to sort his thoughts, âPromise me, that youâll never do something as reckless as this again.â.Â
(Y/n) grasped his hand and interlaced her fingers with hers, âwhy do you care that much?â, she whispered, hoping, that heâd finally voice out, what was going on inside of his head. âBecause I love you and I donât want to imagine a life, without you in it.â, Flip rasped out, he was freaking out on the inside, the tall man felt scared, truly scared, not one to talk about his feelings, simply like that. A chuckle fell from (y/n)s lips, she closed her eyes, âI love you too, Flip.â, she was drifting off into another dreamless sleep, not noticing the relieved sigh, that fell from his lips.Â
It took (y/n) a few weeks to recover, Flip had stayed by her side, heâd read to her, had watched some television with her, while she was cuddled into his side, keeping herself from moving around too much. People would cheer for her and Flip as theyâd finally return to the department, not being able to hide their relationship, their glances, smiles and stolen touches had been way too obvious.Â
Ron was currently on the phone with David Duke, Flip was sitting on Rons desk, right next to him, surrounded by Jimmy and Trapp, (y/n) placed between Flips thighs. All were trying to tone down the volume of their chuckles, (y/n) pressed her head into the crook of Flips neck, giggling against his skin, he had his arms wrapped around her, holding her tight, barely able to stop laughing.Â
(Y/n) felt grateful for her boys, knowing that theyâd have her back no matter what, just like sheâd try and protect them for the rest of her life, hopefully side by side with Flip.Â

Youâve always loved the summer. The feeling of freedom, no responsibilities and the exciting prospect of unknown adventures always brings a smile to your face.
Today is the same way. You take in the feeling of the sun warm on your back, the breeze through your hair as you ride your bike across town. The first day of summer has come, and you canât wait to spend your days with those you hold dearest to you, like your best friend Mia.
Mia has been your friend since you were three years old. It started as two toddlers running around the playground together, your mothers keeping a watchful eye as you run through the grass and chase butterflies until your little legs give out. Many playdates were spent that way, slowly forming a bond that you knew would continue on through time and fallen leaves with the changing of each season.
Each year that past brought you new experiences. New classes, birthdays, crushes, heartbreak-- everything the two of you could've gone through together, you have. Your families even, are attached at the hip this point.
Take her older brother, Chan for instance. Only three years older than his sister, he took on the protective older brother role for you as well. Driving you to practice, helping you with homework, you name it. Although he can be a little annoying sometimes, as âbig brothersâ can be, you wouldnât trade your friendship with him for the world. Which was why you were heartbroken when he was signed to JYP and off to South Korea, to pursue his dreams of making music.
You were proud of him, absolutely. He had worked so hard his entire life and you knew he was destined to do great things. The airport send off was sad, but promises of facetime calls and letters sent brought you slight comfort.Â
Years went on, and your friendship with Mia, as well as Chan, never changed. Now graduated from high school, this summer was the most exciting one yet. Going off to college in the fall was daunting, but knowing that you wouldnât have to worry about it for at least another three months meant that you could truly relax, and take in the newfound freedom that comes with being an adult.
Well, kinda.
You pulled up on your bike in front of Miaâs house; the large front porch with the cutest little swing out front reminding you of all the times you spent with her there after school. Images of hours spent running around the front yard and 25 cent lemonade stands fill your head as you make your way to the front door, not even bothering to knock because you knew Mia was home.
Setting your shoes at the door, you call out for your best friend. âMia? Itâs me, Y/N!â you say as you peak your head into the living room, finding no signs of life. âIn the kitchen!â you hear her say and you immediately turn around to walk through the doors.
When you walk in, your heart soars as you spot a certain curly haired boy standing with her at the counter. âChan!â you scream and basically knock him over. Itâs been at least 4 years since youâve last seen him, and the surprise makes your day better already. He gives you a hug and laughs his signature laugh, and you can't believe heâs actually here. âWHY didnât you tell me you were coming home?!â you say as you smack him on the shoulder. He pretends to be hurt and rolls his eyes. âThen it wouldnât be a surprise, dummyâ he says. Itâs only then that you realize thereâs someone else in the room.
You look over and immediately recognize Felix. You were obviously a fan of Stray Kids, how could you not be? This was the first time youâd met any of the other boys in person, though, and you blushed when you realized he was even more handsome than the videos made him out to be.
His blonde hair frames his face perfectly as he looks up at you, and you take in the way his freckles paint his face like the most beautiful constellation in the sky. You take in the shape of his nose, and his lips, the cupidâs bow prominent and his lips turned upwards into a shy smile. You realize that youâre staring, and the blush on your cheeks darken.
Chan clears his throat, aware of the awkward atmosphere as he laughs quietly. âRight, right. I forgot you two have never met. Y/N, this is Felix. Felix, this is Y/N, Miaâs best friend.â He says, gesturing between the two of you. Mia makes eye contact with Chan as the two of you awkwardly say your hellos, wiggling her eyebrows, and he waves her off. âItâs nice to finally meet you.â you say and stick your hand out. He stands up and does the same, shaking your hand softly. âItâs nice to meet you too! I hope we can get to know each other,â he says. You were no strange to how deep his voice is, but hearing it in person is completely different. The timbre of his voice sends a feeling up your spine that you havenât felt in a long time. And then it strikes you. Theyâre here, not in Korea.
âWait, why are the two of you here? N-not that I don't WANT you here or anything I just- youâre normally an ocean away an-â âRelax, Y/N,â Mia says, cutting off your confused rambling before you can dig yourself into a deeper hole. âChan is home for a vacation and decided to bring âLix along! Isnât that exciting?â She says, glad to have her brother back home.
âYep! The company decided we all needed a long break since weâve been working so much this year, so weâll be here for the next two months!â Chan says, and you beam. The whole summer! This opens up a brand new world of possibilities. âSo,â you begin, all three of them looking at your expectantly.
âWhat do we do first?â
____________________________________
The first few weeks of summer are always the most exciting. Everything is a first. Movie nights, late night trips to the local diner, and catching fireflies in the backyard seem just that much more fun. You also got the chance to reconnect with Chan, and build a new friendship with Felix.Â
Felix is an excitable soul. Always one for random adventures, the anticipation of the dayâs activities always evident in his eyes that seem to sparkle at every moment. When it came to sleepovers, the two of you always seemed to be the first ones awake. This led to many early morning (if you call 8 am early) impromptu breakfasts together, sitting the Bang family kitchen and talking about anything and everything. Felix is incredibly funny, always having a reference or a joke up his sleeve no matter the conversation.Â
Take yesterday, for example. The summer carnival in town is in full swing, and Mia thought it would be a great idea for the four of you to go. You get up bright and early and head over to their house, knocking on the door excitedly. Your breath catches in your throat when Felix opens the door. He had clearly woken up not too long before; His hair still a little messy, and a sleepy smile adorns his face when he realizes itâs you. You canât help but giggle, he looks so cute in the early hours of the morning and it makes you want to reach up and push his puffy cheeks together. âOh, h-hey y/n I didnât know youâd be here so soon...I-Iâm gonna go get dressed,â he stutters, letting you into the house and then rushing upstairs.Â
____________
Once everyone is ready to go, you all pile into Miaâs car and head over to the carnival. The car ride is filled with singing along to the radio, windows down and taking in the sights of the city as it slowly wakes up. Something about the summer brings everyone outside, you think to yourself as you pass families sitting in patio areas for a nice breakfast and people out walking their dogs through the city streets.
Pulling into the parking lot, you bounce in your seat with excitement. Itâs just opened for the day, and you can see the rides begin to move and lights turning on, adding to the atmosphere. Youâre sat next to Mia in the front seat, but you can see Felix through the rearview mirror. Your eyes meet for a split second and you turn away, noticing the way his eyes sparkled when they met yours. âHeâs probably just excited about the fair,â you think to yourself, shrugging it off.Â
Chan and Felix are the first two out of the car, followed by Mia and then yourself. The walk to the ticket booth was short, but was filled with Chanâs excited noises as he talked about everything he wanted to do while at the carnival. It was the first time heâd been in almost 5 years, and he said it was something he had missed while overseas.Â
Waiting in line at the ticket booth, you take in your surroundings as you wait for the others to buy their tickets. People have now actually made their way inside, and you can hear the music coming from the various games and rides all around you, along with the screams of the people already on some of the rollercoasters.
Youâre broken out of your thoughts by Felixâs deep voice, hearing him say â2 tickets, pleaseâ to the lady at the window. Confused, you tug on his sleeve and look at him. âFelix,â you start but he smiles and shakes his head, opting to wrap your hand around his own arm as he says âDonât worry about it, I got it.â
You feel butterflies in your chest at the action, but try not to let yourself be so easily affected. Instead, he pulls you along with Chan and Mia, and you make your way into the park.Â
âSo...what do we ride first?â Chan asks. He looks over to you and Felixâs intertwined arms and raises his eyebrows, giving Felix a look that luckily you didnât see because you were too busy trying to decide if you wanted to play a game first or go on one of the rollercoasters instead.
âLetâs go play one of those first!â Mia chimes in, spotting one of those games where you throw a baseball to knock down some bottles. Sheâs always been the competitive type, so itâs no surprise to you as she walks over to the games, teasing Felix that he doesnât stand a chance up against her.
This declaration of war seemed to spur something on in Felix, determination in his eyes as he watches Mia knock nearly every bottle down. She looks at him as sheâs handed her prize, a little pink stuffed monkey from the middle shelf that she holds dearly to her chest. âBeat that, Felix.â she laughs as he steps up to the game booth.
You stand beside Chris and Mia and watch as Felix begins throwing the baseballs. With ridiculous precision, he knocks down two bottles. Then another three. Then another two more. Youâre all watching in surprise as Felix knocks the rest of the bottles down with his final baseball, eyes wide and Mia pouting, realizing sheâs been beat.
The bell dings, and the carnival worker cheers as he tells Felix to pick anything from the top shelf. He grabs a plush, cartoon cat toy and immediately turns around and hands it to you. âHere, you can have it,â he says, a blush adorning his cheeks. Your expression mirrors his as you take the toy and hold it close to your chest. Mia and Chan both roll their eyes at the innocent display of affection. Neither of them can believe that the two of you are so absolutely oblivious to each otherâs feelings.Â
_______
Many rollercoaster rides and carnival food later, the sky is beginning to grow dark. The day was spent playing rock paper scissors to decide who rides with who, who pays for food, and who holds the otherâs things when the ride wonât allow everyone to ride together. Itâs the most fun day youâve had in a long time, and youâre thankful that you get to spend it with the people you hold dearest to you.
The sun slowly setting is making Felix look absolutely beautiful, and you have to stop yourself from constantly staring at his skin and the way the sunlight makes his freckles stand out even more than normal.
Once you return to the Bang residence, everyone goes off to do their own thing; Mia to take a shower, Chan to play some video games, and you decide to go to the backyard. Opting to sit on the bench off the back porch, you smile as you see fireflies blinking throughout the yard. Moments like these were your favorite, the calm breeze through your hair as the air is still a little sticky; once the sun sets it will cool down, so you put up with it for now.
Youâre a little surprised when you see Felix come to join you outside, you thought he had been playing games with Chan upstairs. âHey,â he says with a smile. You nod your head and he takes a seat next to you. âPenny for your thoughts?â He asks as he notices the far away look in your eyes.Â
âIâm just thinking about how much fun this summer has been. How much today has been. Thank you for the stuffed animal, by the way.â You say with a blush on your cheeks. He rubs the back of his neck, feeling embarrassed and a little nervous. âOh, yeah, no problem I mean, I know you like cats so..â âYeah..â you say, both of you trailing off into a comfortable silence.
âYou know,â you start off, âIâm really glad Chan brought you back home with him. Itâs nice to finally get to know you,â you say quietly. Felix smiles and moves a little closer to you. âYeah? I agree. Iâm glad I came with him, too.â he says. Heâs close enough to you on the bench that your shoulders are touching, and the proximity makes you nervous. You can feel him looking at you as your eyes wander across the back yard, watching a bunny run into the bushes. You turn to look at him, and heâs so close that time feels like itâs stood still.
Heâs moving closer towards you, and your breath catches in your throat. Is he about to kiss you? Your mind is going haywire. His lips are less than an inch away from yours, and you close your eyes out of reflex. One slight move and he could jus-
âHey guys! Letâs go get dinner, Chan says heâs paying.â You and Felix jump apart as Mia is suddenly at the back door. Scrambling to your feet, you canât look Felix in the eye, embarrassed by almost getting caught with what was about to happen. âO-oh yeah, sure!â Felix says, just as startled as you are. He lets you head in the door before him, and you try to shake the butterflies when you remember the feeling of him so close.
____________
Today, itâs Mia who wakes up before the boys do, so the two of you wander into the kitchen, making breakfast for everyone before Felix and Chan wake up. Mia passes you the pancake mix that sheâs just finished making, and you sprinkle some blueberries into the batter that youâve put on the griddle. âWhoâre the blueberries for?â Your best friend asks as she cuts some more fruit to put out for everyone. âOh theyâre for Felix, he likes blueberries,â you say as you absentmindedly wait for the pancake to cook enough to flip over.Â
âYou know, Felix seems to have taken a liking to you,â she teases, popping a piece of watermelon into her mouth. You roll your eyes at her, a sense of false hope spreading in your chest. âI donât know what youâre talking about,â you say, hoping that you can convince her and possibly yourself, that thereâs nothing there.Â
âCome on y/n,â she starts, âthe two of you literally ditched me and Chan the other night to sit outside and stare at fireflies before dinner. And don't think I didnât see how close he was to you when I came outside! You just need to say something to him already. Iâm begging you.â She watches you take the pancake off the griddle and place it on a plate, grabbing the bowl of pancake batter and starting on another one.Â
âI donât know Mia, maybe he wasnât trying to kiss me! Maybe I just had something on my face! Felix is a nice guy heâd do that kind of thing for me,â you reason. In your mind, it was so far from believable that Felix could have any type of feelings for you. Heâs and idol, surrounded by some of the prettiest and most talented girls around, thereâs no way heâd settle for someone as normal as you.
âI see those gears turning in your head, y/n, donât think too much of it otherwise youâre just gonna make yourself sad. He IS a nice guy, but I also canât lie to you and tell you he doesnât look at you the way Chan looks at every dog heâs ever seen,â she laughs.Â
You were about to open your mouth to argue, but youâre saved by the sound of footsteps coming down the stairs. Chan comes first, Felix following close behind. Both of them have clearly just woken up, probably from the smell of the pancakes that you just remembered you were making. Luckily, you noticed just in time to take them off the stove and put the remaining pancakes on everyoneâs plates.
âGood morning sleepyheads. Glad you could finally join us,â Mia jokes as she places the boysâ plates in front of them âOoooo blueberries!â Felix says as he takes a look at the pancakes on his plate, and Mia shoots you a knowing look. You kick her under the table, and remain quiet as breakfast begins.
_________
The four of you decided that staying inside was the best course of action, the summer weather was in full effect today, and none of you wanted to face the July heat. The day was spent making lemonade, sharing youtube videos and playing multiple rounds of uno, laughter filling the house because Chan and Felix were hellbent on making each other lose (which Felix did. A lot.) It was so normal, you had almost forgotten about the little moment you had with Felix last night. Almost.
Later in the afternoon, Chan speaks up all of a sudden. âHey, Mia, remember we need to head over to Auntieâs house really quick, like Mom asked us to this morning.â He said. Looking confused, Mia walks into the living room to look at him. âWhat are you talking about? Mom didnâ-â she stops her sentence when she sees that Chan is looking at her urgently, eyes flitting between you and Felix, who are currently engrossed in a movie on TV.
Catching on quick, Mia nods her head. âOh, yeah, thatâs right. Auntieâs house.â You look up when you hear her voice. âAuntieâs house? That sounds fun, letâs go!âÂ
âNo!â Chan says quickly, and now he has Felixâs attention as well. âItâs a...family thing,â Mia says, trying to save her brotherâs ass so they donât get caught. âRight, right. Itâs a family thing so you canât come weâll be back see you later!!â Chan say as he pulls Mia out the front door. Raising your eyebrows, you question your best friendâs weird antics as they shut the door. âOoookay,â Felix laughs once the front door closes. âWhat do you think theyâre problem is?â You question and turn back to Felix. He looks a little nervous, and youâre unsure why. âNo idea,â he says quietly and turns back to the tv.Â
Heâs sitting far away from you on the couch, and the urge to move closer to him is growing stronger by the minute. You try to control yourself and focus on the movie, but itâs getting harder as you replay the moments from yesterday in your mind. You try to get comfortable where youâre seated, but for some reason no matter how you sit, you can't manage to stay still for more than 10 seconds.Â
Felix looks over at you occasionally, wondering if youâre uncomfortable being alone with him. Thereâs no way, right? Youâve spent plenty of time alone with him in the past month and a half, if he had made you uncomfortable, you wouldâve said something, right? And why did Chan and Mina just run out like that? He doesnât remember ever hearing their mom mention anything about going to their auntâs house this morning. Was he just not paying attention?Â
Youâre still moving about on the couch, and curiosity peaks in Felix.
âAre you okay?â Felix asks, looking over when you move for the fifth time in half a minute. âY-yeah! Yeah Iâm ok. Just a little cold,â you say, trying to play off the situation. He shifts a little in his seat, wondering if heâs really about to do what heâs thinking about doing. And before he knows it, he opens his mouth and is doing exactly what he was afraid to.
âI mean,â he begins hesitantly, âyou can always..come sit over here with me, if you want. No pressure! But you know..if you want to,â He blushes, but extends his arm against the back of the couch, an open invitation for you to cuddle into his side. Thinking about it for a moment, you figure thereâs no real harm in doing so, wanting to satisfy your need to be close to him in hopes that it'll stop the feeling in your chest.
You were wrong, it doesnât help the feeling in your chest at all. If anything, it magnifies it ten fold. You scoot over to Felixâs side of the couch, tucking yourself into his side and getting comfortable. You relax in his hold, and Felix feels a sense of relief wash over him.
You try to get back into the movie, but just as you get comfortable again, a very intense romantic scene begins in the movie. The two characters are about to meet their inevitable downfall, sharing a dramatic declaration of their love. The desperation in their voices are evident, knowing that if this so happens to be the last moment they ever have on earth, then theyâll be okay with it knowing that neither of their feelings were unrequited. .It doesnât help that Felix keeps looking over at you every thirty seconds.Â
You feel Felix tense, and he turns to look down at you, your head now rested on his shoulder as you got comfy in his embrace. He wants to hold you like this forever. He panics a little, realizing how close your faces where when you turned to look up at him. He looks into your eyes and immediately melts, it reminds him of the other night, when he was just so close to finally kissing you. All he would have to do now, in this moment, is grab your jaw and pull you forward and then heâd be kissing you.
So thatâs what he did.
It was a quick kiss, and Felix pulls away just as quickly as he pulls you in. âI uh..I am so sorry. I don't know what came over me if you never want me to do that again I wonât and we can forget that it ever happened I am so sorry,â he rambles, and you laugh at him. âFelix,â you say, turning to face him properly, âYou have no idea..how long I have wanted you to do that.â You confess, cheeks turning red. He giggles. Giggles. Thatâs all the incentive you need to pull him back to you and capture his lips in another kiss.
You move to straddle his lap, your hands tangling in his hair and his immediately landing on your hips. You want to stay with him like this forever, youâve decided. Running your hands through the soft tresses makes you realize that no one has ever made you feel the way that Felix does. He is home to you, and you know immediately that you donât want anyone else. He moves to touch the skin thatâs exposed right at the bottom of your tshirt, and a content sigh passes your lips. Felix uses the moment to slip his tongue in your mouth and you just let him take over, too lost in the feeling of him to fight for any type of dominance.
You roll your hips against him and a deep groan comes from his chest. You kiss him a little harder, and his labored breathing matches your own. You were now immensely glad that Mia and Chan were nowhere to be found.
His lips move to your neck, and the noise that comes from you does not go unnoticed by him. Heâs guiding your hips against his now, bucking up into you and youâre getting lost in the feeling of him. Looking at you, Felix just wants to thank every god that has ever existed for letting him be with you in this way. In this moment, you are the only thing that exists to him. Even if he has to leave in a few weeks to head back to Korea and his idol life, his heart belongs here with you. And you'll wait for him each time, you know you will. This felt like destiny, and youâll be damned if a body of water comes between you and him ever again.
________
Mia and Chan take their sweet time coming back to the house, deciding to go get dinner and hoping that their idiot lovestruck best friends have finally gotten themselves figured out. They walk through the door and smile as their met with the sweetest scene ever. You and Felix are asleep on the couch, completely wrapped in each other.
Needless to say, the state of Felixâs hair and the dark markings on your neck are enough for the two of them to silently fist bump as they walk to their respective bedrooms.

Jordam âIt was not necessary for you to gift me anything,â Adam insists, staring down at the small box that Jordanâs holding out to him.
âIf I thought it was necessary I wouldnât have done it,â she tells him, rolling her eyes at his hesitancy to take the gift before grabbing his hand. She turns it so that his palm is facing up and places the box on his hand, then wraps his fingers around it for him before letting go. âLook how easy it is to accept something youâre not expecting.â
He sighs heavily at her mockery, still eyeing the parcel suspiciously. As though no oneâs ever given him a gift before. She supposed that maybe no one has, the more she thinks about it. At least not for a very, very long time.
âWhat is it?â he asks slowly, and she returns his sigh and folds her arms across her chest.
âWhat wouldâve been the point of me putting it in a box if I was just going to tell you what it is?â
âI do not pretend to understand the Valentine's day traditions anymore,â he answers bluntly, and she wonders not for the first time why she even bothered. She knows that he wouldâve been perfectly happy to let this day pass as any other, but this is something sheâd been wanting to give him for quite a while now, but every time sheâs tried heâs found a way to refuse it and claim that itâs unnecessary. If itâs a gift, he canât give it back or refuse it.
âJust open the bloody thing, Adam.â
He frowns at her but caves in, delicately untying the ribbon with more care than sheâd expected and cracking the box open to peer inside. âWhat is this?â
She grins at him as he pulls the key out of the box and looks at her curiously. âItâs a key, genius.â
âThat much is clear. A key to what?â
âMy heart,â she can barely keep from laughing even as she says it. He just frowns at her, clearly not amused by her teasing. âItâs a key to my apartment, you idiot.â
âI have already told you-â he begins sternly, but she holds a hand up to cut him off.
âI have a card to get into your place, I want you to have a key to get into mine.â
âYou were given a card because this is your home just as much as it is mine.â
âAnd I want my home to be yours just as much as mine,â she argues, but he holds the key out to her.
She rolls her eyes again and takes it from him, but then steps up close and wraps her arms around his waist before sliding the key into his back pocket.
âHasnât anyone taught you that itâs rude to return a gift?â she scolds him quietly, smirking up at him when his expression softens and he seems to be giving in.
âVery well,â he answers after a moment, seeming at a loss for words and perhaps a little overwhelmed by the amount of trust in him that her gift hints at.
âBesides, what if something happens one day and you need to get in? I donât want you breaking my bloody door,â she adds, trying to lighten up what has somehow become a very intense atmosphere over what she thought wasnât quite this big of a deal.
He chuckles - one of her favourite sounds - and surprises her by winding his arms around her in return and pressing a kiss to the top of her head.
--
Faya Felix is far too excited. At least thatâs what Mason keeps telling him. But really, Felix feels that heâs exactly the right level of excited and no amount of ridicule will convince him otherwise. After all, this is his first Valentine's day. Well, not his first obviously. But his first one that he gets to spend with someone that heâs actually in love with. Maybe⊠maybe heâs not excited enough, even. Maybe he should be dressed a little nicer, maybe he should have planned something a little fancier, maybe he hasnât gone all out after all, thereâs always room for improvement, maybe thereâs still time to-
âBreathe,â Nate speaks calmly from beside him, and Felix frowns up at him.
âWhy?â
Nate sighs, endlessly patient usually but even he is starting to tire of it, eager now for Maya to show up so that Felix can stop stressing and just get his big night under way. âYou know what I mean. Relax.â
âIâm relaxed,â Felix ignores the disbelieving quirk of an eyebrow that Nate gives him, his gaze darting around the room before shifting back to the door of Mayaâs apartment.
What if she hates it? What if sheâs mad that he let himself into her home? But then she gave him a key, right? So that has to mean that sheâs okay with him being here without her, right? But what if sheâs mad that Nateâs with him? No, thatâs silly, she loves Nate. What if she just doesnât like what heâs done in here? Oh God, he doesnât even know what colours she hates. What if she hates pink? What if she hates red? No, pink is her favourite colour. But red? What if she hates it?
He eyes the red streamers twisted and twirled around the pink ones that heâs hung around her apartment. Too much work to take them down now with the way theyâre all wrapped together. Heâd never finish it in time before she-
His chaotic thoughts are interrupted by the sound of a key in the door, and Nate gives him a comforting pat on the shoulder. âSheâll love it.â
âWeâre about to find out,â he answers with uncertainty just as Maya steps through the door and looks around the room in shock.
Oh God, she hates it. She hates it so much. So much that sheâs⊠laughing? Wait, what?
âWhat have you done?â she asks, still chuckling as she walks over to him and wraps her arms around his waist. He returns the hug automatically, though heâs not sure what to make of her reaction. The way Nate gives him a thumbs up and a wide grin as he quietly makes his way out of the room offers a little comfort, though.
âUm, well. Iâve never spent Valentine's day with someone that I love, so I wanted to make sure the first one was special,â he explains, hoping that his reasoning makes as much sense out loud to her as it does to him in his head.
She lets go and steps back so that she can look up at him and heâs relieved to see that sheâs smiling. He awkwardly gestures around the enthusiastically decorated room. âSo what do you think?â
âItâs perfect!â she answers, the brightness of her smile and the excitement of her answer matching the bright, colourful way heâd decorated her living room. âI agree, this year should be extra special.â
âOh, good,â Felix breathes out a sigh of relief.
âBut you know,â Maya adds wrapping him up in a hug again and resting her cheek against his shoulder, âI really wouldnât care where we were or what we did as long as we were together.â
And just like that all of his anxiety about whether or not heâs doing Valentineâs day right is gone, because he realises that he feels just the same way.
--
Manner Dear God, why is he here? Itâs bloody Sunday, itâs her bloody day off, and sheâd assumed that it was his day off as well. So why in the name of fuck is Tanner at the warehouse, going out of his way to ruin her weekend? Morgan had assumed that heâd have more important things to do. Like go and pick up some desperate man or woman from a bar somewhere and shag their brains out. Because isnât that what guys like him do with their free time when theyâre single?
But no. Here he is. Standing in the doorway now, leaning against the frame and grinning at her as though itâs supposed to mean something.
âYou got anywhere to be right now?â he asks before she can tell him to go away, and she raises an eyebrow at him before giving a slight shake of her head. âCome with me.â
She stares at the hand heâs holding out to her, then shifts her gaze up to meet his and her face twists into a glare. âNo.â
âYou know you want to.â
âI really donât.â
âIâll make it worth your while.â
Oh, fuck him. Fuck that sexy smirk and that sexy tone of voice that he only seems to use on her, it gets her every time. She huffs, hoping that she still looks as unimpressed as she did when heâd first shown up, and gets to her feet, ignoring his hand.
âWhere are we going?â she asks despite herself.
âOut.â
âOut where?â
âItâs a surprise.â
âI donât like surprises.â
He grins over at her, âI thought as much.â
âDonât you have anything better to do with your time than annoy me?â she voices her thoughts, trying not to let the way he looks back over at her and lets his eyes crawl slowly over her body before he answers get to her. Trying, and failing.
âSomething better than you? Unlikely.â
âWhat makes you think Iâm gonna let you do me?â
âA hunch,â he grins again before they both fall quiet, Morgan growing more and more curious the further into the woods behind the warehouse he leads her.
Finally he stops and turns to face her, and she just looks back at him with a frown of confusion on her face. Thereâs⊠nothing here. Absolutely nothing, and theyâre so deep into the woods that she can barely even hear the birds chirping anymore.
âHear that?â he asks after a moment, and she listens carefully for a moment for what heâs talking about but comes up with nothing.
âNo?â
âExactly.â
âI donât get it,â she really doesnât get it. What the hell is he doing?
âI know the noise gets to be too much for you sometimes. So if you ever just need some silence for a whileâŠâ he trails off and spreads his arms, looking around the tiny clearing that heâs led her too.
She could hug him. Literally hug him. But sheâs not going to.
âYou dragged me all the way out here to show me where I can find some silence?â she says instead, and a small smile crosses his face as he nods. Heâs not buying her hardass act for even a second. He turns and starts to head back in the direction theyâd come in, apparently not expecting her to join him.
âThanks,â she mutters before he can get too far away, and he turns to face her, walking backwards for a moment with the same tiny but satisfied smile on his face.
âHappy Valentineâs, sunshine,â is the only answer he gives before turning back around and leaving her to her peace and quiet.
She hadnât even remembered that today was the fourteenth.
