au where I mix up all of the Ninja's powers and backstories into a slushie mess and see what happens.

So far I have:

Wu gets bitten by the Great Devourer and becomes super manipulative and toxic, as he tries to make Ninjago perfect, neat, and orderly with the Golden weapons. (Think lord business from the lego movie) Too bad he refuses to use his Oni side to obtain four arms to use them together.

Garmadon still trains under Chen and practices the Dark arts, but understands the balance of good and evil, and is filled with guilt over the fact that Wu got bitten when it should have been him. Wu, who doesn't like that Garmadon leans into "evil" practices and banishes him to the underworld.

The Green Ninja is Morro, who is biologically Wu’s son. (yeah, you thought canon morro was bad, this morro is so much worse since he's literally the weapon in making Ninjago in Wu's image) His personality is pretty much the same as canon (perfectionist, obsessive, crazy) it's just that he is in fact the Green Ninja and Wu enables him a lot.

Before everyone figures out that Morro is the Green Ninja, they think it might be Kai, who is the brother of Maya and has the power of Wind. He's Morro's replacement in this au, in the sense that he is also desperate to become the Green Ninja by whatever means necessary, and Wu pits Morro and Kai in a rivalry to see who becomes the Green Ninja. And Morro, who cannot fail his father, becomes violent and kills Kai. Kai isn't great in this au either and ends up in the cursed realm and later becomes a ghost.

Misako sees how problematic Wu is and after Garmadon gets banished, she runs away with baby Lloyd and tries to take Morro too, but Wu freaks out and thinks she tried to kidnap Morro so that she could use the Green Ninja's power for her own gain and he kills her to "save Morro," and thinks he kills Lloyd too.

Lloyd's actually fine, and just grows up at Darkley's until he gets adopted by the Royal Family, much to his dismay, and becomes the Quiet One who is willing to punch a dude to get his dad back. Because he doesn't have his powers, he relies a lot on his dragon and Oni heritage.

Nya is the only child of Ray and Maya, and when they disappear, Chen finds and adopts her, and she becomes the sister of Skylor. Despite having the element of fire, she relies heavily on mechs, and loves to invent, letting her sister use her powers while she designs Chen’s button chair.

Pixal is Ninja of Ice and still was created by Cyrus Borg, so Zane is still in the Birchwood Forest, forgotten and stuck there until Lloyd finds him and offers him a place in the cult group he’s starting.

Cole's dad dies, and while he tries to honor his dad's dancing legacy, he still inherits his powers and is forced to become a ninja. He's still a popular entertainer and pretty well known in Ninjago as such, and he really doesn't want to be a Ninja full-time and is only doing it because he's scared of what Wu will do to his loved ones. I do not know what power he should get and I am open to ideas.

Jay was raised as Cliff Gordon's son and so he's wealthy but he is also extremely talented in robotics. He and Cyrus Borg collaborate a lot and is best friends with Pixal. He does not have powers and tries to help Cole get out of the team. Honestly, I have no idea about Jay either.

Harumi releases the Serpentine after her parent sends her to a boarding school and forget about her. She does not want to be forgotten, and in a rage over it, discovers she can control Lightning.

Morro finds her and takes her in, reassuring her that there is a place for her on his team.

The team consists of Morro, Ash, Cole, Pixal, and now Harumi, all trained under Wu.

And then Lord Garmadon crawls out of the Underworld, eyes glowing purple and with four arms, demanding to see his son, and everyone starts to panic because they are pretty sure Lloyd is dead.

Damian Wayne for the ask thing

sexuality headcanon- Gay and cis, although I think that he likes to experiment with his gender expression a little with nail polish and makeup.

OTP- you know it's Damijon, such a great dynamic and how they mirror each other.

BROTP- Maps. We need more of them together. In fact, I think there should be a new team thingy with Damian, Jon, Maps, Maya, and Nika. Or just a friend group where they have sleepovers and gossip to each other.

NOTP- Him and Nika. Honestly, I would love for them to have a kissing scene like Artemis and Jason, but when they pull away, Damian goes. "No offence, but I'm now certain I'm homosexual." and Nika goes "None taken, because literally same." is it cringe? Yes. Do I care? No.

first headcanon that pops into my head- Dude is short. Like he never out grows any of his brothers. Not even Tim. No, I'm not projecting, why do you ask?

Favourite line from this character (this question is the bane of my existence lol)- "I'm a Wayne... and I'm an Al Ghul. But by being both, I can't be either..."- yes you can my sweet boy. (he's so child of divorce coded)

one way in which I relate to this character- art and animals. I love my cat so much, I would die for him. I'm also the type to ask my dad if we can keep any animal we come across as a half joke.

Thing that gives me second hand embarrassment about this character- Ian Wayne (iykyk)

cinnamon roll or problematic fave- Problematic fave, but also cinnamon roll. Yes, he's done some fucked up shit, but also consider that he's only 14 rn (I think) which is still very much a child.

I love telling this story!

I started drawing around 9 y/o and it was because my mom (who in no professional way is an artist. She works in law) was able to draw the cartoons me and my sister would see on TV.

I always looked up to mom as a little kid and wanted to figure out how to do that as well.

Time went on, I got into anime in middle school, checked out a bunch of Christopher Hart "how to draw anime books", and continued to draw all throughout high school.

Just to realize I didn't like how I was creating art.

I felt stuck and looking at the 7 years of art I did from middle school and high school I really felt I wasn't...changing.

Then I didn't change how I approached art for a few years after that. I was a workaholic so I never really dedicated as much time as I had wanted to figuring out how to change.

I tried branching out with different sources like studying Glen Keane gestures and loose western cartoon styles. Still felt stuck

THEN QUARANTINE HAPPENED 🗣️

Remember that workaholic life I mentioned? I use to work at least three jobs all at once before quarantine. Then I had no jobs. And I freaked out cause I saw my self-worth was connected with how much work I could do at once.

Not healthy, be better than me folks.

Anyway I needed a way to kill time and feel like I was accomplishing something. Then art reared her shiny ass in my face and said

"...draw, bitch"

So I did. All day. Every. Single. Day.

And there wasn't a goal to be a better artist this time. I just needed a damn project 😂. And it wasn't until the end of 2020 I saw improvement looking back to April

Also I won't lie, I made a tik tok in April, it blew up outta no where in August cause of Rock (freakin) Lee of all things. And I liked the attention. Don't be like me. I burned out very quickly due to that mindset of "make art people want to see as fast as possible!" Not make art for myself.

Anyway, by then I was use to drawing everyday. Not even full blown illustrations but like doodling everyday. And I wanted to keep that routine. So I got jobs that would allow me to at least be able to sketch at breakfast before work.

Then I got a job as a paint and sip instructor, so I was able to try painting more often

And from there I just started playing with art supplies all around. I treat art like math. My brain gets easily distracted and with that in mind, if I get tired of digital art, I go to color pencils or watercolor or gouache and then rinse and repeat.

I found some oldass Winx OCs, like from 2016 old back when I did everything on pixel bases, and I wanted to retouch them once more! especially since on god their designs were so plain lmao. They are:

Sadly I never really built them up much as characters so at most I can only give like short sentences for each of them lol.

Brook is the leader, Aura's bff, the kind of friend that'll tell you "you are such a stupid bastard" as they make you soup when you're sick. Generally nice to be around until his UM ACKSHUALLY instincts override his common sense. (Originally the OC was a girl named Maya, but I have 5 other OCs with that name and water powers so now he's a dude.)

Aura is still a Brella kid meaning she has Stella's sometimes-overinflated ego with Brandon's natural charisma, aka she's a menace. She's very outdoorsy and competitive making her butt heads with Lina often.

Lina's will make most things a competition for the fun of it and to mess with Aura. Other than that she's a kind girl with a savior complex the size of the sun and a passion for sculpting just as big, wanting to live off her art in the future.

Delia was originally a Skoom kid but now she's just a random Eraklian girl. Sweet and kind, the girl takes no shit from everyone and can and WILL beat you up if you wrong her or her friends. Has a bad habit of getting into other people's shit to try to fix the situation.

Lisandro is the kind of guy that works out because it's fun and nothing else. Just as competitive as Aura (meaning he's also a target of Lina's shenanigans) but unlike her he's very aware of his flaws and that fucks him up a bit. Is also an indie singer.

Callisto is a really really kind and sweet girl with a fucking morbid sense of humor, that loves messing with people with Terrifying Plant Facts™. Other than that she's the capital-G Gamer of the group in both the good and bad sense of the word. She plays 5 MMORPGs at once someone save her from herself.

I lived abroad for a little bit as a teen in Vietnam which was amazing and I’m planning to move somewhere abroad again next year hopefully (seriously get me the hell out of SA)

My biggest dream / goal / career choice for most of my life was to be an actor but now I’m just kinda existing with no real drive or purpose in life. But I might pick acting back up now I’m becoming more comfy with myself and my gender :) my dream role is to play Frank from Rocky.

I wouldn't be embarrassed, I mean the article's not completely empty but it's obviously been stripped down to next to nothing compared to what it used to contain, and half the cited sources aren't really relevant at all. They briefly mention the MTF porn actor who coined the term but failed to mention the scores of other popular MTFs who were vehement proponents of the rhetoric (Riley J Dennis is the first one that comes to mind). And yeah that dude in the discussion page saying he's going to be watching the page and reverting any edits he doesn't like, isn't that very wikipedia illegal? I don't edit wikipedia but I'm fairly certain that camping on an article to make sure your edits aren't edited is not allowed.

It's definitely been a trend with "progressives" to flip the script on anything they've done and can see was wrong in retrospect, claiming "no actually YOU said this, not me." It's a very good reason to keep things documented, and I have huge respect for people who keep the receipts so we can hold people accountable for the harmful bullshit they've spread around. well. robin son of batman was really the comic that like cemented damian in my heart like its so crazy the art the writing (most of the time) the characterization is so. gutwrenching like he KILLS me in that comic. idk just his struggle with having to reconcile his desire to be what he was trained to be vs his idolization of his dad. damian in his early stuff is just constantly going What do you mean its bad to be ruthless and merciless and violent im trying to be you. and bruce goes. Who??? told you that?????? very funny. to me. horrible attitude horrible behavior he’s so stubborn but i love it. and there are so many reasons that he is the way he is especially when you realize that like. damian has literally never ever had fun or let himself have fun he doesn’t know how to PLAY with other kids and the batgirl panel where steph realizes this and gets a bouncy castle and forces him to. have fun. makes me crazy he’s a little kid what the hell. and son of batman even has some call backs to previous comics like theres this part in batman and robin (i think) where damian crushes a bat in his hands bc he got frustrated to show that its just like. natural for him to act that way bc thats what he was taught to do. violence is natural. and then when damian realizes he doesn’t actually. like violence that he doesnt want to hurt people fuuck dude he’s just a little boy trying to do what he thinks he’s supposed to do and then reckoning w the fact that he’s WRONG. and theres this panel in son of batman where damian is laying on his back in the batcave and staring at the skeleton of this bat he killed without even thinking of it. and he has like tears in his eyes. the potential of his character development is sooo compelling i just wish they gave him that chance. not to mention maya in son of robin as a perfect narrative foil for damian all the responsibility to family and the pressure of a legacy and what it means, whether they placed it on their own shoulders or not. soo good. and they’re silly. also damian’s pet goliath SIIICK SICKENINGG. one punch man image. I'm sorry I answered this a little late, I was hoping to type up a nice coherent answer on my computer, but,, you said anything so,, mind I ramble? 👉👈🥺 I love this silly old man

Headcanons. Okay, so. He has golden eyes. He's associated with yellow and gold a lot, because of creation, but he prefers another colour. Not sure what.

Man's super short. Like, 150cm. Here is him next to Ray and Maya.

He's very fit, but not super toned and muscular. However much you'd need to be doing what he does.

More headcanons... like his dad and brother, he can purr, and is more flexible than most people. (Cause, yknow. The old fandom thing of dragon + oni= cat), and they also all have soft, floofy hair (an Oni trait). Because the dragon side is more dominant in him, he's relatively cold-blooded, and more susceptible to the cold than most people. (Makes having an extra warm best friend/boyfriend even better 🤭)

A more serious headcanon, he was relatively closed off after his father died. He was always more of an introvert, but Iza dying made the realisation hit him, that he's going to outlive people. He didn't really have many friends, until Ray basically decided this dude needed a friend. Ray got him to move past this fear, to live enjoying the now, rather than fearing the possibilities of the future. I think I worded that right. Anyway, they've been super close ever since. Unless it's an AU with Goldsmith, the only other person he's even remotely that close to is Misako.

There's only one more HC I can think of at the moment, and that's that he enjoys creative things, like art and stuff. His element probably plays a bit into that. He used to really like to paint, but doesn't do it much anymore. (There was a book that said Misako liked to paint... maybe they'd paint together and chat and have tea,,,)

There's the obvious ones, like Wusako, Spark, Goldsmith (AND. COMBINING THOSE. idk what their name would be, but,, maya/misako/ray/wu,,,), Waith (I think I've also seen it called Hopeshipping, which just makes me 🥺🥺🥺🥺), Wu/Libber, which one of my friends dubbed "CreativeShock". I'm sure that there's probably some more I might have forgotten.

I may have accidentally given him kids for three of those ships- Accidentally, because they all just popped into my head and refused to leave

I don't know if I have any random facts at the moment... apparently his favourite tea is white tea. Which I believe is the least processed type of tea. I think that might’ve been said in Wu's Teas, though, so take it was a grain of salt. (Or, since we're talking about tea.... a grain of sugar? :D)

I have,,, so many AUs focusing on him.... theres

Glacier dads au. Where Cole and Zane take baby Wu during S0G and go into hiding and just. Become his dads. It's very soft and sweet, most of the time.

Mermaid AU. Wu is a mermaid, as well as his family. He befriends, and TOTALLY doesn't fall for two humans (Ray and Maya). (But it turns out, Maya actually has mermaid ancestry, and eventually, can change forms between human and mermaid (she's an octopus mermaid, I can't remember the proper name at the moment.))

There's also a future part of that AU, where they're adults and have three kids and a house that's partially underwater. The kids can all change forms at will too. Nya is a regular mermaid, and Kai and Lar are octopi like their mama)

Band AU. Wus in an up and coming rock band with Ray, Maya, Lilly and Libber. They're called "Elements of Creation" or something, but I don't think they actually have powers fhdjsjm. This AU also has Goldsmith. They also have a little tuxedo cat whose name I forgot that Maya found and they rescued as a kitten.

Ice skater AU. Wu and Ray are together, and are figure skaters. However, duo competitions tend to be between male and female duos, so they search for another couple to have some partners for completions. Enter Maya and Misako. Begin them all falling in love 🤭

Family AU. An AU that goes along with the timeline of the show, the biggest difference being that Maya, Ray and Wu are all married. Kai and Nya live with Wu in the monastery after Ray ans Maya get taken away. Before being taken away, though, Maya had found out that she was pregnant again. She didn't get to tell her husbands before Krux took her and Ray while Wu was away, though :(

HAPPY Family AU. An alternate version of Family AU that branches off at around the time of Garmadon's banishment. He doesn't get banished, Ray and Maya don't get taken, and as little angst as possible happens. Lar gets to grow up with his siblings, who get to grow up with all three of their parents. Zane and Morro also get adopted. The kids get to spend lots of time with their cousin Lloyd. Oh, Ray's mother is also still alive, so the kids have their grandma! They call her Nanny :) that's what we called my paternal grandma, and. I think autumn deserves that honour :)

Alternate Timeline AU. Garmadon doesn't sign Wu's letter, and this event prompts him to leave Chen. Wu and Misako adopt Morro, and get married. Jun is in this AU :)

That's all the recent ones I can think of off the top of my head. There's also the LCA AU, Canon Divergent AU and Fantasy AU, but I haven't really touched those in years. OH and the Superhero AU. I'd like to get back to some of those but. Idk they kinda make me cringe since they're from like. Four years ago.

OH he's also heavily involved in Single Mamasako AU. He helps Misako with Lloyd whenever he can, even when he starts training the ninja. ....there's also an alternate version of that AU where he and Misako get together,, and I have also been thinking of a kinda AU that goes along with the show, where they become a thing .... around after s10? Idk I only thought of it the other day because. I love them. Wusako is cute and I'm tired of pretending it's not.

HI BBY💕 I will answer these for Mari as much as I can.

What plot points would change due to the inclusion of your character in canon?

Well obviously what happens to Rex in his life would change. He would have someone to go to for help after order 66 and someone who would always be with him for the rest of his life. He'd have kids, a little jedi son..he would've gotten to live a more full life than he was denied in canon.

Besides your face/voiceclaim, who do you think would be cast as your character?

Hmmmm...I'd really have to think on this because I just LOVE my faceclaim for Mari so much. Possibly Maya Jama could work. Overall vibe of her as a person is right hehehehe.

What fan-material would exist for your character in fandom?

Oh dude there'd be quite a lot I think. I think just based on how much she so deeply loves Rex people would be obsessed with them as a couple. But I wouldn't be surprised if people shipped her with Padme or other clones she's close with like Fox or Fives...or even ones she does not get along with like Wolffe.

Probably lots of pin up art drawn of her too because shes quite the dynamo of a woman and shes so outspoken I could see people wanting to draw her likeness quite a bit.

HAHA yeah probably. She's just so pretty and sexy I could totally see her drawing that kind of attention.

I said a little bit above but the wildest ones I could think of would be:

Mari and Padme - They work so well together I could see people liking this haha.

Mari and Wolffe - They are kinda like....enemies at first. They don't like each other but they're both super slutty....there's a very deliciously compelling story that could be told there.

Mari and Fives - Again because they're both slutty and charming and playful in the best way. They would've had a lot of fun together.

A bunch of extra characters I drew a bit ago.

Noah is a dorky softboy who likes the simpler things in life. Be nice to him >:(

Carrie can be quite headstrong. She has feelings for Cyrus, too bad the only thing he knows about her is her name.

Marvin sleeps all throughout class. If you're wondering, yes, he wears pajamas to school.

Jona is an enjoyer of emo fashion and music. He sometimes practices music with Molly.

Baily is a mild natured girl from the country side. She knows quite a bit about farming.

Bob achieved inner peace.  

Not a lot of people know much about Grey. He's quite quiet, but still a cool fella.

Elora is usually seen making the most strange drawings in her sketch book. She gets depressed if you ask her for free art.

Natali is pretty darn swift, she's the kind of girl who can outrun everyone in track and field. She tries to be modest about it.

Peach is very lax. She spends her free time making arts and crafts. Her favorite thing to make are scented candles.

Joeland hangs around the forest a lot. He knows quite a lot about foraging, just don't eat the wild mushrooms, that's bad.

Evan is a pretty mean dude, he's not very kind. He may insult you.

Matt is Evan's friend, he's also not very kind. He will also insult you.

Maya likes hanging around in the mall. Not to buy anything, but to take in the atmosphere.

James is a certified funny dude who always has a quip prepared for any situation.

Adeline is quite a fan of gothic culture and fashion.  She's also into the supernatural  

Calvin just drank eight energy drinks and is running to the closest kawaii store in his area. (it's far away)

Dean is very soft-spoken. Despite this, he's still a good team player.

Henry likes to play up his debonair mannerisms. Let's face it, it's in the fashion.

Samantha, Sammy, Sam, has a sleek sense of style. She adds on to it with her cool attitude.

Even though puberty hit Brandon early, he's still the beach loving chill guy he's always been.

Breezy is quite fond of bugs. She's always talking about philosophical stuff like some centipede's dilemma or some book called Metamorphosis.

Orian is a strange guy. Keep an eye on him, with that lax character of his, he's also quite sly.

"Alright... if you say so," Maya said softly with a smile, his promise only making it easier to believe. She was curious to see him in an environment where he seemed to excel and feel the most comfortable, enjoying what he loved doing. Was he going to record himself? Or was it live? Whatever the situation, she couldn't wait to see how it worked. With a small nod of her head, Maya just weighed both options. "We could play... or watch a movie. Maybe both? Let's see how much I suck at the game, and then we can decide," she offered, thinking that they could just figure it out later. "I am sure it will be fine... I mean, you'd be there. I am pretty sure I've heard it all by now, but I know I will be okay with you there," the brunette admitted, with a warm smile on her face. She trusted him that his intentions were not bad, and at the end of the day, she had a thick skin. If they tried to bite, she'd bite right back... just gentler.

It was the little things that counted, from being present to making sure the days went by without being on an empty stomach. Perhaps he was a kid back then to understand the bigger picture of things, just like all of them, but his actions had made a difference, and there was no doubt in Maya's mind about that. Looking down at her food as Dean spoke again, she couldn't help but smile sadly. "Thank you," she replied, wondering if there was ever going to be a day when the topic wouldn't cause her heart to drop in her stomach. What she didn't expect was for him to have gone through something just as similar. "I am sorry," the brunette muttered, glancing over at him in hope he knew she meant it. "I know... I mean, we're not here to compare our losses, but I am sure it wasn't easy on you either." Maya exchanged softly before shaking her head. "It's okay. I mean, it's part of life, right? If I am being honest, I do prefer people acknowledging the fact he was here at some point in time because sometimes it does feel like everyone but us has forgotten him... so thanks. For remembering him. It means a lot."

It wasn't too hard for him to make her laugh, and the moment he called her "dude" that was enough to just brighten her mood again. It was odd how easy it was, but Maya wasn't complaining one bit. "Well... I was kinda of a history nerd. I was the quiet kid carrying around colored pencils and would draw everything I'd seen in history books. My parents just... supported me through that, till I decided I wanted to go to fashion school," she explained, smiling softly at the thought. "My dad made me promise I would. I don't know, I just loved being able to create designs of my own, whether they were traditional or modern... or a combination of both. At first, it was easier, sketching them, but creating them from scratch was completely different... I mean... I also wanted to be a vet back in the day, but designing just gives me peace of mind. It always did. And since I promised my dad.. I didn't want to let him down." she explained, trying to give him a more direct answer.

She smiled again at his compliment, highly doubting that would be the case, but appreciating it nevertheless. "You're too good to me, you know that?" Maya muttered, knowing that despite her lack of general confidence, she knew that her pouting game was strong. Years of using it against her siblings meant she had mastered the art of it, to the point she felt confident enough to even show Dean playfully. "I'm not sure if it's all of Providence Peak, but let me tell you it gets me places," she teased. "Whether it means getting extra sugar in my coffee or an extra donut." Maya added, giggling.

The siblings' code was important to keep the balance, especially in a large family like theirs. Luckily, Hoonie was harmless... most of the time. "Yeah..? I was the sibling I couldn't say no to anyone," she responded, pinching the tip of her nose. In fact, when could Maya say no to anyone, especially if it was from a person she cared for?

"My pouty face? Okay, prepare yourself! One... two—" But before she could count to three, just when she was about to give him yet another pouty face, Dean leaned in to kiss her. She would be damned if she didn't just melt into his gentle kiss, a smile slowly forming on her face. "Yeah... yeah, it's fine," Maya muttered, already feeling butterflies in her stomach, which was unexpected if anything. Well, shoot. Now she had forgotten how to even make it, with his face so close to hers.

"Nah. I have to deal with annoying people in my chat everyday, asking the weirdest questions ever. You won't annoy me." As he ducked his head, searching for her gaze, once he found it, Dean continued. "I promise." And still he didn't really mind it. Dean had felt like he'd been able to create a good relationship with his fans and followers, so he took most of their annoying questions in a joking way. People found him funny, so funny he would keep on being. A little daft sometimes, depending on the question, but he'd always stand his ground on others. "If you're up for it, after dinner, I can show you how to play it on Playstation." To that, he was quick to add: "Only if you want. We can also watch a movie or something. Whatever you want." Because that was the point of that evening, right? Talking, getting to know one another, without the peer pressure of others staring at them or crowds. "Please. They'd be stupid not to have you around. Besides, they're really easy on newcomers, so you'll be fine. They're just... you know... men, so a few stupid jokes are bound to happen, but I'll have your back. I can't say I'll hold your hand because that would be counter productive, but, you know the drill. I got you." Besides, it was really exciting to welcome Maya into his world. Not even the streaming part, but the gaming one. The part that relaxed him and made him want to make a living out of it.

As Maya went on about what he had said about his mother, Dean bobbed his head at her words. He didn't think of himself as some sort of savior, but he did his best to keep his family from falling apart, whether it was baking for his mother or simply, not leaving Colorado as a whole as he'd always dreamed to do. "I'm sorry about your dad, by the way." He said, gently nudging her sides with his elbow to catch her attention. "I know it's too little and it's too late, but I really am. I lost my oldest brother to cancer." He shared a bit more, but that was probably the most that he would share about Pat, because he didn't want for tonight to become sad, and if he continued talking about Pat, she would probably be sad about her father and the whole evening would be ruined. "I don't really remember him. I was three when he died, so I'm not saying it's the same as what happened to you and your dad, but, you know... I understand. And I'm sorry." As he reached for her hand, Dean gave it a light squeeze. "I'm also sorry I brought it up. I don't want to make you upset or anything."

Luckily, they changed the subject and with that, came the topic of her career, and he was super interested in getting to know more about it. "Dude... big YIKES! Especially in the fashion department, right?" Wait. Had he just called her dude? Okay, okay, this wasn't a date per se, but would she think he wouldn't want to go on a proper date because he'd called her dude? Ugh! He needed to brush off his vocabulary, because his habit of calling everyone 'dude' might have cost him a date with a nice woman. "How'd you get into that, by the way?" Although his mind was racing, his lips didn't seem to be following his mess of thoughts as they continued asking her questions about being a costume designer. "You said you wanted to be a lot of things growing up, so what was it about costume design that stood out to you?"

When she mentioned him wanting to give her wrinkles, Dean figured it was safe to assume he hadn't screwed everything up but saying 'dude' to a woman like Maya. "I mean... I think you'd look very pretty even with wrinkles." And, shit... as she went on about her pouty face, it was very hard for Dean not to go back to his teenage self and realize that she had always been this cute. Even back in high school. And now, he was actually chatting up with her. He wouldn't say that his crush on her had returned, but he'd be lying if he said he thought that flirting with her was a bad idea. "Oh... I can see that." And Dean wasn't joking. He had even leaned a bit closer to her, though involuntarily, as he rested his chin on his hand. "I'm sure you have all Providence Peak swooning over it." Because seriously... they'd be crazy not to.

Right. Her brother. Dean remembered how scary the older man felt like to him, especially since he knew that he was into martial arts, according to one of his older siblings. One hit and Dean would've been doomed back then. "Nah, I'd never break the siblings code. You wouldn't caught me getting a glass of water to my siblings, but I'd give them a kidney if I had to." And he almost did. Maybe not a kidney, but well... details. And right now, Dean was more interested in something else than talking about her brother. Or any of his own siblings.

"But like... About that pouty face... you want to show me again?" And as if caught by a surge of courage, Dean leaned in and pressed his lips to her pout in a gentle kiss when Maya repeated her actions. "Is this okay?" He asked softly, pulling away a little to check on her answer as he looked into her eyes, but not too much to make her or him give up on the idea of continuing kissing her.
