Nice to Meet You, Where You Been? | Eddie Munson x f!Reader | 18+
Thank you to @forget-you-morelike-fuck-you for editing, you're the best!
Summary: your college roommate takes you to the annual Harrington Halloween Party, where you expect to do nothing but get drunk and dance for a night. That was...until you turn around to the person dancing against you to Eddie fucking Munson.
Warnings: strangers to lovers, praise/degradation, hook-up at a party, daddy kink, creampie, no protection, slow ish build up, size kink? maybe?, hooking up under the influence
I had a whole ass plan to write for KinkTober but executive dysfunction took over. Hopefully this makes up for it...maybe.
I have another Halloween themed fic from last year, EddiexReader with Steve if anyone is interested
Word Count: 6.1k
-
You sit in the backseat of your roommate’s boyfriend’s beater, the music bumping through the stereo as you make your way to what is supposedly the biggest Halloween party of every year. Your roommate spent the beginning of your fall semester hyping up this party as the best place to be on a Halloween night. Her insistence was charming, and you were looking for an excuse to get drunk. So, now you are watching as you pass by Halloween decorations and children dressed in costumes going Trick-or-Treating.
You don't pay much attention to what they're saying, the gist of it reminiscing on the Halloween parties they had attended in the past. Your roommate had made it very clear from the start that this guy, whatever his name was, his Halloween parties were legendary in town. He has only been throwing them for a handful of years, but if you were a young adult in rural Hawkins on Halloween night, chances are you were at this party.
You start to wonder how big this guy’s house must be if a couple hundred people have been attending every year, and it sounded like he even encouraged it.
You can hear the music bumping from the house before you even see it. It's hard to miss, a cluster of cars in the neighborhood, several people walking up the lawn towards the wide-open door. Your roommate’s boyfriend parks down the street, a spot that is probably fine to park overnight due to the nature of the party.
If there is to be a single sober soul at this party, they would be a rare sight.
You tug at your costume as you walk behind the two of them, strutting arm in arm. They’re wearing a matching couple’s costume, as salt and pepper. It’s something they could come up with last minute, him wearing a black shirt for pepper and her a white dress for salt. Their costume is minimal, and certainly they’ll get asked frequently what they’re supposed to be, but when everyone’s intoxicated, you suppose it won’t matter much.
You’re dressed as your favorite iconic Batman villain, Poison Ivy. You loved the character from the DC comics as you grew up and having a year away from your parents and in a different town, you figured it might be a time to try a new daring costume. So here you walk, arms crossed in a small green dress with fake vines pinned across your chest. You opted for some dramatic green eyeshadow and bright red lips, hoping your makeup and costume will sell the look.
Your ears are nearly bursting as you cross the threshold to the front door of the massive house from the loud bumping music. The pop music is a bit obnoxious, but you’re sure you won’t care once some alcohol is in your system.
Your roommate seems to remember you exist, escaping her boyfriend’s arms for the moment and intertwining her arm around yours. She immediately guides you to the kitchen where stacks of red solo cups are sitting, surrounded by bottles of alcohol and soda. “Holy shit.” You mutter.
“I know.” She giggles, handing you a cup and some tequila.
“No thanks.” You push it back, knowing what exactly tequila does to you. “I’ll just do a vodka-sprite.”
As you’re pouring, in waddles a lanky dude with brown curled hair and freckles scattered on his pale skin. “Oh hey, Mandy!” He greets her, stumbling as he toasts his cup. “Haven’t seen you in a while! How’s that boyfriend of yours?” He asks, spinning the lid of the alcohol he’s holding absentmindedly, causing it to flick off into the distance.
“Nate’s good, I think he’s taking over your stereo, though.” She says, moving the bottles around to make Nate’s drink, as well.
“As per usual.” He laughs, pouring a large quantity of said tequila into his cup.
Mandy seems to realize something halfway through her sip. “Oh shit!” She sputters out, a drip of alcohol leaving her mouth. “Sorry, I forgot you two don’t know each other, yet. Y/N, this is Steve. Steve, Y/N.”
“Hi.” You greet him shyly, his confidence radiating, but very intimidating.
“Hello. Me casa e su casa, and whatever, whatever. Can I just ask, who are you supposed to be?” He asks you, gesturing to your costume.
“Oh, Poison Ivy.” You explain to him, sipping on your concoction and wincing when you realize you’ve poured way too much.
Steve blinks at you, seemingly trying to make sense of your costume. “You’re—you’re a plant?”
You laugh, not in the mood to explain comic book villains to someone who clearly doesn’t know anything about them. “Yeah, sure.”
“Oh, cool!” Steve laughs, taking a big sip of his drink.
“Hey, Steve, you see much of Munson these days?” Mandy asks him, wiping her face from the excess drink surrounding her mouth.
How wonderful, more people you don’t know. Hawkins is the smallest town you’ve ever seen; everyone seems to know of everyone.
“Eddie? Yeah, he should be here tonight actually. Super dork, dressed as some character from Star Wars. Or at least I think it’s Star Wars.” He mutters, rolling his eyes in obvious affection for his friends. “He’s matching with Henderson and Wheeler.”
They shake their heads together in tandem at their supposedly dorky friends. As a Star Wars fan, however, you were fine, ecstatic even to hear that there were souls brave enough to dress up as dorky characters and that you weren’t the only one.
You follow Mandy into the living room, now bumping with a tape mix that Nate apparently brought to the party. It's a damn blast, everyone in the living room dancing surrounded by sweaty bodies, finally finding some joy as the strong drink makes you lose your inhibitions. As you continue dancing, suddenly you find yourself in a huddle of people, Mandy and Nate both dancing by you, but lost in their own drunken haze. You don’t care about that. However, something in your mind as you tell yourself you don’t care tells you to care about the person who’s been up against your back for God knows how long.
They have a good rhythm, and they weren’t all too touchy so nothing in your head raised any red flags. You turn around to face the stranger, and it’s like you forget how to breathe. One of his hands is placed on your hip, a smile on his face giving way to dimples that make you swoon. “Hi.” He greets you. You can’t quite hear it over the music, but you can certainly read his lips. Isn’t all that hard to decipher.
You smile back to him, letting a forearm rest on his shoulder. Who were you to deny such a pretty person? His wide smile expands even more, adding some pressure to your hip. The weight and size of his hand sends a thrill through you, and there’s a level of horniness that’s coming from you that you didn’t even know you could have.
Your drink is eventually finished, the cup dropped to the floor, forgetting to bother to throw it away. The gorgeous stranger pulls you in closer and closer as you continue to dance with him, his hands never dipping down past your waist, but you can tell by the steadiness of his grip that he knows how to use them. Usually, eye contact this intense would cause you to retract, looking away after that first glance. This eye contact only makes you want him more, his brown eyes exuding a type of lust you’ve never experienced before.
Or…were you just picturing this?
The hand that rested on your hip moves to frame your face, slender fingers brushing your cheek, caressing it for a half a moment. The hand moves down to hook under your chin, his thumb swiping across your bottom lip. His eyes very obviously stare at your lips, silently asking you for permission. When his tongue licks his bottom lip you nod eagerly, one hand moving to his black curls that you have been itching to touch as long as you’ve faced him.
Somehow, your ears muffle out the deafening music in favor of the chuckle that leaves his mouth. Before you could even register your heartbeat loud in your ears, he bends down to kiss you, and for the first time your brain computes how much taller he is than you. Any thought you might’ve had seems to evacuate the moment his soft lips meet yours. He kisses you with an expertise that makes you irrationally jealous of any other person who’s had the opportunity before you. He draws a sharp inhale as you deepen the kiss, offering more slobber and spit for him to wholeheartedly accept.
His hands tangle in your curled hair, thumbs caressing your face on either side. Something you're learning about this stranger is that he kisses with his whole body, and he knows how to do it well. His teeth graze against your bottom lip, tugging on it lightly. You whimper, shoving your tongue down his throat. A deep laugh escapes his throat as he meets your enthusiasm. He kisses the corner of your mouth, your cheek, and down to your collarbone. You barely sigh into it when his lips leave your collarbone, looking at you with remorse.
Uh oh. Not good. Were you the worst kisser and he was going to go find someone else worthy of his magical skills?
“Sorry, gotta piss. Beer’s hittin’ hard.” He shouts over the music, his thumb gesturing toward where you guessed the bathroom was.
“Ok. I’m gonna go get another drink.” You tell him, noting the red lipstick now all over his lips. “You got some uh…some lipstick there…hold on…” You reach out to wipe it for him, but he deflects, ducking from your thumb humorously.
“Uh…no thanks. I wear this shit with pride.” He explains, giving you a wink. “Meet you in the kitchen.”
You nod, suddenly full of nerves. You have been all over this guy for the last…however long, you couldn’t even tell. And now you’re realizing, he might be a decent dude on top of being a fantastic kisser.
Your legs carry you into the kitchen, running into Mandy and Nate. You weren’t sure where they’d been, having been lost in your own little world.
“Hi, babe!” She greets you, alcohol sharp on her breath. Whoa. She has had a lot more than you have. “I missed you, where the hell you been?”
You giggle, deciding to go for the tequila. After all, it was your literal liquid courage. And if you wanted to get that man’s fingers down your panties tonight, you were gonna need some. “Making out with the hottest guy I’ve ever seen in my life.” You proudly proclaim, taking a big sip of just straight tequila before adding some Sprite.
“Oh my god!” She squeals, letting go and forgetting about Nate’s existence. “Holy shit, I’m so fucking proud!” Speaking of him…he waltzes into the kitchen, grabbing a cup right by you and winking, apparently unseen by Mandy. “Shit, I’ve been looking for you!” She tells him, drunkenly tapping her hand on his bicep. “Hey, Y/N! This is Eddie. Remember? The dork Steve talked about earlier?”
Ouch. Mandy has no filter, as of course, she's drunk, but she didn’t have to be rude.
At least now you have a name for him. You were starting to feel bad. “Oh, I’m acquainted.” You tell her, sharing a smirk with Eddie.
“Seriously? Cool.” Mandy answers, not getting the hint. You gesture with your eyes alone to Mandy that Eddie was the guy you were talking about just a few moments ago. She gets it, but apparently forgets all about subtlety. “Wait, Eddie Munson is the hottest guy you’ve ever seen in your life?” She asks you incredulously, like it's the most unbelievable thing she's ever heard.
“Thanks, Mandy.” You grit out, teeth clenched.
“Oops.” She grimaces, grabbing Nate's hand. “We’re gonna go find a spot on the couch to make out. Sorry!”
You roll your eyes affectionately, knowing she meant no harm. Did she have to say it, though?
The smirk on Eddie’s face says everything without saying a word. “So, the hottest guy you’ve ever seen, huh?” He asks, looking incredibly proud of the fact.
You knock your tequila back, needing more liquid courage. “Yep. Hottest.”
His eyebrow raises, and he takes a big sip of his own drink. Maybe he needs his own courage. “Well, you’re probably the sexiest damn Poison Ivy I’ve ever seen.” He smirks, leering at you. His eyes blatantly rake up and down your body, giving you a surge in confidence. “You’re like a little sexy nugget of weed.” He laughs, his words slightly slurred.
“Wait, you get that I’m Poison Ivy?” You ask, finally assessing his costume. Oh, he’s Vader without the mask. “I mean I guess you are the dork they talked about earlier.” Eddie seems slightly sunken by this. “Don’t worry,” you tell him theatrically. “I’m a massive dork, myself.”
He perks up, pulling you in by the waist. “What do you say we find a room upstairs?” He asks, taking another big sip of his drink.
You raise your cup back to your lips, knocking the remainder down fast. “I say, lead the way.”
He grabs you by the hand and leads you up the stairs, pushing some people out of the way that were blocking it in the middle of a conversation. As he leads you down the hall, the music somewhat fades out and you can hear him muttering under his breath. “We better find a guest room cause I’m not hooking up in Harrington’s room, and I’ll be damned if I hook up in his parents' room.”
From that, you’re able to assess that he’s over here enough to know which room belongs to whom. He knocks on one of the doors, swearing softly when someone shouts out. He does it twice more, meeting the same result. “Ok.” He sighs, fingers crossed. He knocks twice, no answer. He knocks once more for good measure, and it can be said that there is definitely no one inside. “Thank fuck.”
As soon as you’re through the door he turns the dimmer switches on lightly and locks the door. You take off the vines, letting the pins and fake plants fall to the floor to make it easier for him to climb on you.
He watches you from the four postered bed, still head to toe in what you now noticed was the caped costume that Darth Vader wears. “So, we don’t have to do anything you’re not comfortable with, by the way. If you wanna do hand stuff, we’ll do hand stuff.”
Your gut swoops at his consideration and empathy. He seems to truly care about your comfortability rather than him getting off. You walk to him, swiping off all accessories you wore, including your shoes. You straddle his lap, pushing on him lightly so he falls back onto the bed. You attack his lips with your own, attempting to show how much his consideration for you already has you soaked. “I will do” you whisper in between a handful of kisses, “anything you want me to,” you tell him, starting to grind the tent you feel poking past your dress. “Within reason.” You add for good measure, not quite that down for anything. But if he wants to fuck you, you’re down. You’re so down. You’re so down bad.
“Fuck…do that again.” He asks, holding your hips. You comply, grinding your wet heat against him, teasing yourself, but loving the expression on his face. It's ethereal. “Fuck, baby. You barely touched me, and you already have me falling apart.”
This makes you smile with pride. A huff of laughter escapes your lips, sighing deeply as you can feel his erection growing. The fact that this man is as hard as he is when he’s this good looking is the biggest compliment in the world. You wrap his lips in a kiss again, your tongue peeking out to lick across his lip, managing to tug yet another moan out of him. You relish in the tone, the whimper that follows right after it. He really isn’t afraid to tell you how much he is enjoying what the two of you are doing.
As you continue to explore his tequila-scented mouth, both of his hands cup your ass, feeling his limber fingers bunch up the fabric of the bright green dress you’re wearing. He takes his time, giving you every minute to communicate any second thoughts. You moan impatiently, encouraging him to get under there already.
He chuckles, pulling the rest of the material up swiftly. His fingers grab at the skin of your barely covered ass cheeks roughly, the friction burning in the best way. A whimper escapes your throat, your mouth filling with the taste of him as your tongues meet. You’re sure he’s gripping those cheeks hard enough to bruise, not that you mind.
An increasing need has been growing since you first laid eyes on him, the need for him to touch you in the most sinful of ways. While his touch on your ass is electric, you are ready for much more. Your whimpers echo the thought, feeling needy for more of his touch, your hip movements going from fluid and purposeful to rigid and needy.
“What do you need, hmm?” He asks in-between kisses, one hand pushing up your dress to your waist as it caresses your bare hip. “Use your words, beautiful.”
“Need you to touch me,” the thought leaves your lips without your permission. How dare your brain betray you like that?
Eddie starts to kiss at your jaw, switching between nibbles and his tongue deliciously lapping at the skin. “Like how?” He asks in intervals, his voice soft, yet demanding. “Like this?” He grabs harshly at your ass, nails digging into the soft flesh. “Like this?” He asks again, tingles radiating down your skin as he lightly grazes your hip bone. “Or…like this?” His hand that rested on your hip bone flutters down to where heat radiates off your core, getting a feel of your soaked panties. “Oh my god, you’re so fucking wet.” He mutters, putting some pressure at the top of your mound.
Your hips start desperately grinding against his fingers, needing him to touch you. “Can you blame me?” You ask him, breath stuttering through it.
“Are you trying to flatter me?” He asks, pausing his pressure momentarily and backing off to study you. You stutter through an empty response, and he laughs kindly. “Cause flattery works, sweetheart.” His fingers move past the cotton barrier he's been making small circles against, delicately tracing along the wetness of your folds. You’re so slick, it’s like a damn slip and slide. The moment his fingers make contact with you, they’re soaked and in your juices.
“Oh shit—” you stutter, grinding on him helplessly. You can barely focus, your arms weak as you’re suddenly unable to hold your weight as you collapse on him. He's not touching you purposely, but just the feel of him sends a ripple down your spine. “Feels good.”
“Hmm.” He answers, noting the way you’re writhing so beautifully on top of him. He knew he would have you in a mess. In fact, he looked forward to it from the moment he saw you. He meticulously moves you onto your back, taking in your wide-eyed stare with a smirk. “Gonna take these off.” He mutters, fingers moving to the waistband of your panties. “Need a good look at you.”
You’re not entirely sure what he means until you see the look on his face as he stares at your pussy for the first time. His darkened stare, the slack smile he wears as he stares at you. Well not you, just the most vulnerable part of you. You’ve had a bit of experience in high school, but no one ever looked at your pussy like this. Like…it’s…
“Beautiful.” Eddie whispers, licking his lips. You watch him as he takes you in, admiring how wanted he makes you feel. Without a warning he lurches forward in between your legs, his tongue licking one long strip up your slick. Your thighs convulse, the pleasure so red hot, you can’t control the choked-out moan that escapes your lips if you tried. “Oh, you’re shaking, baby.”
His tongue moves more purposely to your clit, sucking on it and tapping with his tongue repeatedly. Your thighs clamp around his face, tensing up as every goddamn nerve is set on fire. You feel a slight huff of laughter against your puffy clit, the breath tickling you, causing you to giggle from the sensation. The giggle leads into a whimper, the small movements of his tongue sending you into overdrive. “Feels so—oh my god—I—” You stutter, unable to finish a single sentence.
He tugs your legs, forcing your knees against your chest to get even closer. A fierce heat starts in your stomach, startling the hell out of you. A great build slowly moves you, pushing you step by step over a high you’ve never reached before. Your stomach has never coiled so tightly, the heat never so intense. “Too much, too much.”
“You’re almost there, sweetheart.” He encourages you, watching every muscle in your legs tighten and feeling your abdomen tighten and release. “Oh, it’s gonna feel so good, baby. Wanna see you cum for me, see you fall apart, hear that pretty little mouth make the prettiest noises.”
Eddie slips a finger in, pumping it slowly at first, building up the speed quickly as he continues sucking. There’s something in you telling you to be embarrassed at how quickly your orgasm has snuck up on you, but from the foreplay of his expert lips and the mind-numbing words, it only makes sense.
“Cl-close…” You manage out, the heat making your way through your body, even making a stop in your head.
“Let me see you come apart, sweetheart.” He tells you, working his fingers at an unmatched rate.
The sensation sends you over the edge, your extremities shaking uncontrollably. Your eyes roll into the back of your head, a near primal moan leaves your mouth, a sound you didn’t even know you had the capability of making.
It takes you a minute to recover, Eddie working you through your whole orgasm and gently kissing your thighs until you come back to. He’s patient, waiting until your breathing slows down, kissing his way up your half-dressed torso. Eddie rests his body on yours, the tent in his pants meeting the heat of your center as his forearms support his weight on either side of your head. His thumbs sway at your temple, slowly watching as your eyes lose their glaze.
Your vision finally focuses back on him, his soft smile on his face welcoming as he watches you. His legs tense up, his muscles spasming as he resists thrusting into your heat. It’s teasing you, your hips accidentally moving upwards to meet the now wet stain on his polyester costume. “You’re wearing too much.” You tell him, whining softly.
“I’m sorry, should I take these off?” He asks, kissing you rapidly on the face right after. “Or if you’re done, I don’t blame you.”
“Done?” You ask incredulously. “Oh no, I’m not even close to done.” You tell him, giggling when he gives you a smirk.
“Just checking, sweetheart.” Eddie replies, kissing you rapidly again.
You’re finally back on earth, your hands reaching around him to look for where his costume opens. You had a feeling it would open from the back. You pull each Velcro apart one by one, your hands telling you as you move down that he’s not wearing anything underneath. You don't know if it's odd or the hottest thing in the world. Both, definitely both.
Your nails scratch at his skin at the last one, finally taking the shoulders off. You gasp as he helps you take out each arm awkwardly, only because you could finally see all the tattoos that his costume has covered up. “Holy shit.” You mutter, hands reaching out to palm at each one.
As he mouths at your neck, you push the rest of his costume down, figuring out it was a one piece. Ok. Steve might’ve been right about calling him a dork. But with his cunnilingus skills, who fucking cares? “You wanna fuck?” He asks, making his way down your neck, one hickey at a time.
You wrap your legs around his waist, tugging him down so the thin fabric meets your soaked pussy even harder. “Please?”
“When you ask so nicely, how could I deny?” He answers, leaving one last final nibble on your shoulder. He gets up without a warning, and you whine pathetically. “Jus’ takin off my pants sweetheart. Can’t put my dick in you if it’s still covered.”
You watch him pull down his pants, teasing you as it makes its way down his torso, his treasure trail, the v-line, you start drooling the moment his cock pops out. You figured he was big from his bulge pressed against you, but the material was apparently holding him back from his true length. You spend a good minute staring at it, how pink the head is, how thick he looks, it made you nearly feral.
“Enjoying the show?” Eddie asks. You glance back up at his face, heating up when you realize you've stared a lot longer than planned.
“Mmmhmm.” You tell him, not seeing any need to deny.
He lurches forward onto the bed, yanking giggles out of you. His hands roughly move up your torso to take your dress off, moving it over your head. He throws it over his shoulder, eyes raking in your tits like they’re in the Louvre. Hell, he’d take a polaroid and hang it there, despite the risk of security arresting and escorting him out immediately after.
“You are fucking gorgeous, baby.” He mutters, leaning into one of your tits mouthing at the nipple delicately, grazing it with his teeth, turning the mound into a shade of purple.
You can’t help yourself, reaching down to grab his cock. “Need you in me.” You urge him, smiling when he lets out a surprised whimper.
“Fucking—” he stutters out, biting on his lip. “Yeah, yeah, okay. I can do that.” He laughs, and before you have a moment to admire how adorable that was, you feel him line himself up. “Shit, you’re fucking tight.”
You can feel exactly what he means, the head barely pushing in. Even with how wet you are, Eddie's having difficulty pushing into you. Your mouth drops open, panting through it at the blinding pain and pleasure. He pauses, giving you a moment to adjust. “Feels so goddamn good, Ed.” You gasp, blindly reaching for him.
Blindly, because your eyes are unable to stay open from the sheer pleasure that has taken over your body.
“I know, baby I know.” He whispers, holding one hand to your face.
“Ok.”
He pushes in more, eliciting a high-pitched whine out of you. “You have any idea how fucking hot those little noises that you make are?” He asks, his voice husky and strained.
You laugh at his successful attempt at flattery, causing him to whine at the way your pussy tightens around him in sync. “Keep going.”
He pushes in a little bit more, your legs tensing around his torso as the noise caught in your throat is even louder. “You’re taking me so well, baby, what a good girl.” You tighten up at his praise, provoking Eddie to get the idea that praise is something that you desire. “Oh, you liked that, didn’t you, my good girl?” You tighten around him again, Eddie twitching in you as a response.
“More.” You manage out, your voice guttural. He pushes in just a little bit more. “Oh my god, you’re in my fucking stomach, so fucking deep!” You whine, eyes closed as you pulse around him.
“Just a little bit more, baby. You’re doing so well, such a good girl.”
“More.”
He pushes the rest of his cock in, finally able to rest his body on yours. You take your time adjusting to his size, inhaling, and exhaling with purpose as the pain subsides. “That’s a girl, take your time.” He mutters, watching you carefully.
“Kiss me please.” You whisper, opening your eyes to face the intensity radiating from his chocolate brown ones. He leans in for a lush kiss, your legs wrapping around him to pull him in tightly. His hand moves to your tit, playing with the nipple between two of his fingers. Your tongues meet, somehow knowing exactly what the other needs. “You can move now.” You whisper in between kisses.
Eddie, apparently a master at multitasking, lifts his hips without so much as stuttering in the kiss. You expected him to stop, but the new mix of sensation throws you off intensely. His first thrust causes you to shout directly into his mouth. You’re much more prepared for the second thrust, however unprepared for the force behind it. “Yeah?” He asks, pulling back and staring into your eyes.
You nod enthusiastically. “So good. Cock feels…so good.” You whine to him, legs unable to continue holding onto him as tight as they were. Now they’re floating in the air aimlessly, unable to focus on much except for how good and how deep he is. “How…this good?” The question you meant to ask was how he was so good at fucking like this, but your mouth was unable to form a single coherent sentence.
“Barely been in you for a minute, and you’re already cock-drunk, huh?” He borderline mocks you, fucking you faster with each thrust.
You grunt in response, fully accepting the label of cock drunk. “So…good, Eddie!” It’s just…fucking true, which is the only rational thought in your brain for the moment. Others are So Hot, and Big Ass Cock, and finally, Gorgeous fucking body.
“Your pretty pussy is so tight, baby, bein’ such a good girl for me.” Eddie sits up, pulling your ass down to where he can fuck you in a better position where he can hit your g-spot. He rests a hand sideways on your lower tummy, putting slight pressure on it. This sends a blinding hot pleasure into you as he repeatedly hits that spot.
“F-fuck, get-getting cl-close…” you stutter, feeling your tits bounce at the sheer force he's fucking you with.
“This is fucking embarrassing, but so am I, baby.” He mutters, starting to go at a faster rate, which you would've deemed impossible a few seconds ago. “Your pussy is so fucking good, can’t fuckin’ help myself.”
You half giggle, half moan at the flattery, not minding for one moment that he would cum so quickly. After all, he spent the first half paying most of his attention to you, so you understand if he's been pent up. While that is the reality of why, you can’t help but feel like hot shit for making someone as fantastic as Eddie cum so fast. His stamina and willingness to give on top of how gorgeous he is does nothing but boost your ego.
“Cum with me.” You beg him, also on the edge. “Cum in me.”
“Oh my god—” you make his hips stutter, and you smile with pride. “You sure, baby?” He asks, trying to make sure he covers his tracks.
“Cum in me, please, daddy!” It leaves your mouth before you’re unable to stop it, the daddy kink not quite something you break out on the first fuck most of the time.
Eddie, however, is a different breed. He meets the unexpected outburst with a growl, and you swear his cock twitches inside of you. “Of course, baby girl, whatever you want.” He grunts out. “Daddy is gonna fill you the fuck up.” He lurches forward so he’s skin on skin with you again so he can whisper in your ear. “When we go back downstairs, I’m gonna keep your panties, and you're gonna dance with my cum dripping down your fucking legs.” You tighten up around him, telling Eddie this is exactly what you wanted from him. The sweet mixture of praise and degradation makes your head spin with need. “You like that, huh? Of course, you’d like that you fucking slut.” His hips rut harshly against yours and at a stupid crazy speed. “If I catch you trying to clean yourself up, you’re gonna fucking hear about it, got it?”
You nod, entirely thrilled about this.
“Didn’t fuckin hear you, slut.”
“Got it, daddy.” You answer, right on the edge.
“You gonna cum with me, baby girl?” He asks, his voice strained.
“Mmhmm. Waiting for you.”
“Good fucking girl. I’m so close…fuck…gonna—” Eddie is interrupted by his own orgasm, which sends you over the edge with him. It’s not as intense as your last one, so you’re able to pay extra attention to the look on his face. His mouth half open, a deep moan leaving his throat. Oh god, you’ll definitely be remembering this next time it’s only you and your imagination.
He collapses on you, his chest and forehead covered in sweat. The only sound in the air is you and Eddie catching your breath together. Your breath is finally back in your lungs, but your heart is still racing against his chest. He suddenly sits himself back on his forearms, petting at your forehead and hair gently. “Fuck, please go out with me on Saturday.” He whispers, quietly assessing the expression you wear on your face.
“Huh?” You ask him, unsure you heard him correctly.
“Go out with me on Saturday. Please, I can’t fuck a pussy this good and not take you out on a hot date.” He mutters softly, placing the gentlest of kisses on your lips.
“If you think I’m letting you go after this, you’re fucking insane.” You whisper back, framing his face to grab it for another lush kiss.
Eddie sighs, petting your hair. “Thank fucking god.” He pulls out of you, tugging a whimper out of you. He gives one last kiss, before moving down your torso. You almost ask what he was doing, when you feel two of his fingers push inside you quickly.
Your head jerks up, wondering what in the ever-living hell he's doing.
“Just helping by pushing the cum back in you, baby. Wanted to give you at least a fighting chance before it starts dripping down these stunning thighs of yours.” He places a wet kiss on your thigh, one last quiver radiating through it. “You good to stand up?”
“Hope so.” You laugh, scooching your ass down the plain comforter. Eddie tosses you your dress and gets dressed back into his cheap costume himself.
You assess Eddie, fixing his hair so he doesn’t look so disheveled. “You realize my lipstick is all over your neck and face, right?” You ask him, assessing him in all his post-nut glory. How the fuck is anyone this hot?
“Didn't I tell you earlier that I'm gonna wear this shit with pride, darlin?” He asks you, giving you a smile that makes you melt. “Wanna go downstairs and make-out on Steve's dad’s stupid chair?”
“If we make out I might wanna blow you.” You admit, the effects of the alcohol and the level of his hotness has still completely taken over your brain.
Eddie groans, and you swear his pupils dilate. “Fuck, I’ll take you into the nearest hallway closet if that happens, then you can get on your knees and suck my cock off like a good girl. You just tell me, yeah?”
You giggle as he opens the door and you nod enthusiastically, pretty much already in your head that hooking up with Eddie is nowhere near done.
When you reach the bottom of the steps, Eddie tugs on your hand straight to the leather chair in the corner, having you sit across his lap as his tongue makes its way down your throat again.
Eventually, after a mere ten minutes of teasing, Eddie has to lead you to a hallway closet, where yes, you worship him on your knees with his treasure trail meeting your nose.
That was the best fucking Halloween, ever.

I’ve been looking for a fraternity to join at my new college, but none of them have really been letting me in. The only one left seems to be full of horny jocks that are dumber than a bag of bricks. Think you could help me… fit in?
FML: In
As you laid it all out in front of your friend, your plans, your goals, your desires, he just kind of shook his head in disbelief:
“I know that I’ve only known you for a few weeks, but damn that’s disappointing.”
“What’s so wrong about wanting to pledge?” you replied, “It would just make getting connected the university so much easier. Plus, the parties are legendary.”
“No I get it,” he scowled, “but really? Pi Kappa Epsilon?”
“Listen, they weren’t my first choice either. I would have preferred a group a little less… dim.” I knew he wouldn’t leave it there.
“Dim? Dim still implies some light on upstairs. You can just call them what they are: brainless frat bros. They think with their dicks and muscle their way through academics. I can’t believe you’re asking me to use my power for this.” He began walking towards the door.
I called after, “Look, I’ve seen you do crazier shit than this. You turned the guy upstairs into a dog for a week.”
He stopped in the door frame for a minute to chuckle, “If he was going to call the RA a bitch he may as well get first hand experience.”
“Please dude.” I stared at him.
After a moment he relented, “Fine. But are you sure you want this? You want to change for this? A frat?”
“Yes. And I promise I’ll get you into any party you want!”
“Fine. Give me a bit. But remember, you asked for it.”
He returned in a bit and tossed me a necklace from across the room, “Here’s your frat solution. Wear this to your next thing with them at their house.”
You inspected it. It looked like a basic chain necklace like you had seen other guys wear around “And do what? What does it do?”
He rolled his eyes, “And do nothing. It will help you fit into the frat, I promise.”
“No magic words or anything?” I asked.
He grinned, “Oh come on, think of me as better than needing all that crap. Now put it on so you don’t lose it.”
It fits well around your neck, “I’m headed over there tonight, I think it is the last event before they drop everyone. You sure this will work?”
“Trust me,” he says, “You want in the frat? You will be in the frat.”
When you arrive at the frat house, you do feel the necklace almost pulling you inside. It feels warm against your chest as you wander around, talking with some brothers and checking in with your fellow pledges. You get a sense of magnetism from it, like the necklace is pulling the frat house around it towards you. As the party kicks into gear, you focus less on the chain and more on socializing. But whatever it’s effect, it seems to be working. Brothers and other pledges are seeming to stumble over themselves trying to talk with you. Even the pledge master gives a knowing glance and tilts his head in approval. In a little under two hours, you begin to feel more at home in the house, more comfortable in the crowd. Maybe for the first time you feel a sense of brotherhood. So it is a shock when you step into the bathroom to take a piss and take a look in the mirror.
You don’t recognize the face that stared back. You blinked in confusion, assuming you had too much to drink. But no. The stranger in the mirror stared back into your eyes, copying your every move as you tilted your head and inspected your face in awe. The trance broke as you glanced down and saw the truth. Your polo shirt stretched against your chest as two pectorals firmly pushed out, flexing with each breath. Your pants had grown tight around my quads, now a good few inches short. They hugged your ass so tightly you were surprised they hadn’t ripped. Tattoos flowed down your arms, newly ripped and well toned. You noticed for the first time the power you felt coursing through your veins. You could almost feel your skin taut against your muscles as they slowly swelled. You pulled your top off to get a better look at the action.
‘Damn I look good’ you think as you admire the new cum gutters and still developing 6-pack. You try out a few poses in the mirror, just to see the muscles move. The necklace is no joke. No way PKE would drop you now, you looked like you fit right in. But, at the same time, you figured it may be time to get the necklace off. You didn’t want to change too much, and no telling how far it would go. You go for the back of your neck and and start to fiddle with the clasp when the necklace suddenly starts to warm up.
You feel the odd magnetism is no longer subtle. It feels as though the necklace is pulling against the frat house you, drawing it’s very essence towards you. At the same time, the growth within your body stops as the necklace channels all its energy towards your head. The sudden spike hits like a migraine, as you let go of the necklace and go to hold your temples. The necklace wants to finish its work. Your senses are sharpened to a point, as you feel the heat of the bros downstairs, taste cheap beer and seltzers, hear every footstep, see every muscle and bulge, and smell 100 horny men all at once. You feel the pure energy of the fraternity pull through your body as it shapes you. Beneath the pressure, your mind buckles as false memories push their way in. Memories of watching college football on TV. Working out during the summer to become a fucking stud. Playing the field as soon as you got to college. Meeting up with some brothers to get a foot in the door. Getting called a fuckboi for the first time on Tinder. Wearing it like a badge of pride.
Your brain throbbed as the energy reshaped your memories and personality, but your balls churned as it began to adjust your libido. They ached as they swelled to the size of golf balls. Your cock was rigid at attention as you grabbed it with both meaty hands and started to pump. Your body writhed as every stroke only makes the pleasure more intense. You are soon hot with the effort. An aura of testosterone and sweat formed around you as a frat funk sets in deep: a mixture of booze, yesterday’s workout, and cheap cologne. The smell only drives you more wild, and you start to feel your brain short circuit. Your mind, consumed by pleasure, gave into the pressure and lost any remaining will to resist. The necklace pulsed in time with your throbbing cock as it buried the old you. As you reached climax, you knew there was no going back. As you shot your load across the room, a new you was released. A dumb, horny frat bro ready to pledge PKE.
And then the door behind you opened.
The pledge master, apparently worried by how long you had been in here, walked in on your afterglow as you tucked your cock back into your pants.
“Hey man, you okay?” he asked before recoiling a step. You watched as he smelled your rank funk and nearly gagged. You took a step closer.
“Yeah bro, better than ever. What about you? You look like you’re about to vomit.” you said, leaning in a bit closer. You flex your muscles and let your pit stench join the lingering cloud. You feel yourself start to harden again as he tried not to react.
“Bro, you are fucking rank. You smell like a… like a-”
“Like a frat house should?” you taunted. He had stopped recoiling and seemed now to be fighting a different urge.
“I don’t know bro, you should get- get that looked at.”
His eyes were focused on your muscles as you slowly flexed them rhythmically to the music downstairs. I felt the necklace pulling him closer as he fought the urges he is having. Fuck, you remembered that feeling, that pull towards desire. You knew how to help him out though. You grabbed the back of his head and pulled his lips to your pecs. As his lips connected with your flesh and tasted the beads of sweat that rolled down your chest, he wrapped his arms around you and began worshiping your muscles. As he kissed and licked every inch of your chest and washboard abs, he gently rubbed against your rigid cock. It wasn’t long before he was licking at the fabric separating his mouth from his prize. But as he reached for the elastic band around your waist, you grabbed his hair and pulled him up.
Your mind reveled in in the power you held in your hands and the pleasure your new frat bro could cause with his mouth. But you only had one thing left on you mind:
“I wanna be in the frat bro.” You said.
He mumbled as his mouth still searched for your flesh, “Yeah man, sure thing. I’ll make it happen. You can be a frat bro. Just please let me suck on your-“
“No,” you boomed. You pulled him out of the bathroom and into the nearest bedroom, locking the door behind you. You grabbed his ass as he grew limp in your hands, “I want to be in the frat bro.” You slip your hand beneath his gym shorts and begin slowly finger fucking his tight, straight hole.
He understood his place as he slipped off his shorts and underwear, leaving his cheeks on full display.
He moaned like he was in heat, “Yeah bro. Please. I would be so honored.”
You bent him over and spat in his quivering hole before you pressed your cock against him. You didn’t wait for him to relax as you slammed your cock as deep as you could and watched him yelp in surprise. As you slowly sped up and heard him start to moan, you felt the necklace once again start to warm against my chest as its power flowed through your cock and into the bro beneath you. He too began to sweat with the funk of the frat as was remade in its image under your guidance. He was going to become just as unified with PKE as you were.

coming back to you
pairings: ex!rafe x ex!reader
warnings: angst, fluff, jealousy
summary: rafe and y/n broke up and after 6 months, reader sees him at a party—except rafe isn’t alone.
words: 2.9k
The sunset over the Outer Banks was a spectacular sight—an explosion of orange and pink hues blending into the purple twilight. But tonight, as you watched the waves crash against the shore, the colors seemed muted, like they were missing something. Much like your life over the past six months.
Six months. It felt like both an eternity and a fleeting moment since Rafe had broken up with you. Even now, the memory of that day still stung, etched into your heart like a scar that refused to heal.
"I just need to work on myself, Y/n," he had said, his voice thick with emotion. "My temper, my… everything. You deserve better than what I can give you right now."
You had stood there, tears blurring your vision as you tried to understand what was happening. Rafe was your world, the one constant in the chaos of your life, and suddenly, he was telling you that you needed to be apart. That you, his Y/n, deserved better than him. It was a noble reason, and you knew he meant well, but it did nothing to soothe the heartbreak that followed.
Rafe was your first love, the person who made you feel alive and safe in a world that often felt too overwhelming. You had been drawn to him, not just for his good looks or his undeniable charm, but for the way he seemed to understand you in a way no one else did. He could be reckless, yes, and his temper was legendary, but beneath it all, you had seen the softer side of him, the side that cared, that loved fiercely and deeply.
You hadn’t expected to be torn away from that side of him. But he had been right, in some ways. Rafe had demons to fight—his addiction, his anger, his own insecurities. And he needed space to do that. You understood that, but it didn’t make the pain of losing him any less real.
For months, you’d been trying to move on, to rebuild your life without him. It was hard. Every corner of the Outer Banks held memories of him. From the beach where you first kissed to the docks where he’d whispered how much he loved you as the sun set. It all haunted you, a constant reminder of what you’d lost.
But tonight was different. Tonight, you were determined to take a step forward, to finally put some distance between you and the past. That’s why you agreed to go to the party with Sarah, despite your initial hesitation.
“You need this, Y/n,” Sarah had insisted earlier that day, her tone firm but gentle. “It’s been too long since you’ve done something fun. And I promise, Rafe won’t be there. He’s… been keeping to himself lately.”
You knew Sarah meant well. As Rafe’s sister, she was caught in a tricky position—being loyal to her brother while also being your best friend. But she had always been there for you, through the highs and the lows, and you trusted her.
And so, you found yourself at the Cameron family’s beach house, the music pounding in your ears and the smell of the ocean mixed with the scent of alcohol filling the air. The party was in full swing, with people dancing, laughing, and losing themselves in the carefree atmosphere.
But as much as you tried to blend in, to lose yourself in the moment, you couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. Maybe it was the fact that you were at a place so closely tied to Rafe, or maybe it was the way your heart clenched every time you thought about him. Either way, you felt a knot of anxiety tightening in your chest.
“Hey, are you okay?” Sarah’s voice cut through your thoughts, and you turned to find her watching you with concern. She was holding two drinks, one of which she handed to you. “You look like you’ve seen a ghost.”
You forced a smile, not wanting to worry her. “I’m fine. Just a little overwhelmed, I guess.”
She nodded, her expression softening. “I get it. But try to have some fun, okay? You deserve it.”
Taking a sip of the drink, you nodded again, though you weren’t entirely sure you believed your own assurances. You scanned the crowd, trying to distract yourself by observing the people around you. Most were familiar faces, locals you’d grown up with, but one person caught your eye. A girl you didn’t recognize, with short, brown hair and a confident smile.
And then you saw him. Rafe.
He was standing by the pool, laughing at something the girl had said, his hand resting casually on her waist. Your heart stopped, and for a moment, you couldn’t breathe. It wasn’t just seeing him again that hit you like a punch to the gut—it was how different he looked. His once shaggy hair was now buzzed short, and he had put on muscle, his t-shirt clinging to his toned arms and chest. He looked good, better than you’d seen him in a long time.
He looked like he was doing well. Like he was happy.
You wanted to be happy for him, you really did. But all you could feel was the sharp sting of jealousy and hurt. He had moved on. And you were still here, stuck in the same place, unable to let go of the past.
“Who’s that?” you found yourself asking, your voice barely above a whisper.
Sarah followed your gaze and winced slightly when she saw what—or rather, who—you were looking at. “That’s Sofia,” she said carefully. “She’s new around here. I think she’s just visiting for the summer.”
“Oh.” You swallowed hard, trying to process the information. Rafe was with someone else. Of course he was. You had no right to feel this way, but you couldn’t help it.
“He seems… different,” you murmured, not sure if you were talking to Sarah or just voicing your thoughts out loud.
Sarah sighed, her expression troubled. “He’s been trying, Y/n. He really has. But it’s been hard for him, too, you know? Breaking up with you—it wasn’t easy for him.”
“I know,” you whispered, your eyes still fixed on Rafe. “I just… I didn’t expect this. I thought that if he got better, maybe…”
“Maybe he’d come back to you?” Sarah finished gently.
You nodded, feeling the tears prick at the corners of your eyes. You blinked them away, not wanting to cry here, not now.
“Y/n, I think—” Sarah started, but before she could finish, someone bumped into you from behind, causing you to spill your drink. You turned, muttering a quick apology, but when you looked back towards the pool, Rafe and Sofia were gone.
The rest of the party passed in a blur. You tried to have fun, to talk and laugh with Sarah and the others, but your heart wasn’t in it. All you could think about was Rafe. You caught glimpses of him throughout the night, but he was always with Sofia, and it hurt too much to keep watching.
Finally, you couldn’t take it anymore. You needed air. You needed to get away.
“I’m gonna go for a walk,” you told Sarah, who looked at you with concern but didn’t try to stop you.
“Do you want me to come with you?” she offered, but you shook your head.
“No, it’s okay. I just need a minute.”
She nodded, squeezing your hand before letting you go. You made your way down to the beach, the cool night air a welcome contrast to the heat of the party. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was soothing, and you found a spot on the sand, sitting down and hugging your knees to your chest.
You let the tears fall then, the ones you’d been holding back all night. It wasn’t fair. You had waited, hoping that Rafe would come back to you when he was ready. You had believed in him, in his ability to change. And now, seeing him with someone else, it felt like all your hope had been shattered.
The worst part was, you couldn’t even be angry at him. You knew why he had broken up with you, and you knew it was the right thing for him to do. But that didn’t make it any less painful.
You stayed there for a while, letting the tears flow until there were no more left. When you finally looked up, the party was still in full swing, but you didn’t feel like going back. You just wanted to go home, to curl up in bed and pretend that tonight had never happened.
But as you stood up to leave, you saw a figure walking towards you along the shoreline. Your heart skipped a beat when you realized who it was.
Rafe.
He stopped a few feet away from you, his hands shoved into his pockets as he looked at you with those piercing blue eyes that had always made you weak in the knees.
“Y/n,” he said softly, his voice carrying over the sound of the waves.
You swallowed hard, trying to compose yourself. “Rafe. What are you doing here?”
“I saw you leave,” he said, his gaze never leaving yours. “I wanted to make sure you were okay.”
You didn’t know how to respond to that. Part of you wanted to scream at him, to tell him how much he had hurt you, but another part of you just wanted to fall into his arms and forget everything else.
“I’m fine,” you said instead, though your voice wavered. “You should go back to the party. Sofia’s probably wondering where you are.”
“Sofia’s not important,” he said quickly, and the intensity in his voice made you look up at him in surprise. “She’s just someone I’ve been hanging out with, nothing more,” Rafe continued, his voice edged with urgency. “I’m not with her like that, Y/n. I’m not with anyone. I couldn’t be.”
Your heart pounded in your chest as his words sunk in, but you couldn’t let yourself believe them just yet. “Rafe, it’s been six months,” you said, your voice cracking. “You’ve had time to move on. And that’s okay. I don’t expect you to—”
“I haven’t moved on,” he interrupted, taking a step closer to you. “I haven’t moved on from you. God, Y/n, I’ve tried. I’ve tried to get over you, to pretend that I’m okay without you, but I’m not. I’m really not.”
You stared at him, unable to speak. His words were like a lifeline, something you had desperately needed to hear, but it only made things more confusing.
“Then why did you leave?” you finally whispered, the question that had haunted you for months slipping out. “Why did you break up with me if you still… if you still care?”
Rafe looked down, his jaw clenched tightly, as if he were fighting some internal battle. “I was scared,” he admitted after a long moment. “Scared that I was going to drag you down with me. I was a mess, baby. My temper, my addiction… I didn’t want you to have to deal with that. You deserved better. I needed to get better, for both our sakes.”
Your heart ached at the vulnerability in his voice, but there was still a part of you that couldn’t let go of the pain he had caused. “And now?” you asked, your voice trembling. “Are you better now, Rafe?”
He looked up at you then, and the raw emotion in his eyes nearly broke you. “I’m trying,” he said softly. “I’ve been going to therapy, working out, trying to stay clean. I’m not perfect, and I’ve still got a long way to go, but I’m trying. And the whole time… all I could think about was you.”
The words hung in the air between you, thick with unspoken feelings. You wanted to believe him, wanted to run into his arms and let him hold you like he used to. But you were afraid—afraid of getting hurt again, afraid that he might leave you once more.
“I don’t know if I can do this again,” you whispered, your eyes filling with tears. “Rafe, you broke my heart. I thought you didn’t want me anymore, that I wasn’t enough.”
Rafe’s expression crumpled with guilt and regret, and he closed the distance between you, reaching out to gently cup your face in his hands. His touch was warm, familiar, and it sent a shiver down your spine.
“Y/n, you are everything to me,” he said, his voice thick with emotion. “I never stopped wanting you. I didn’t want to hurt you anymore. But I see now that I did anyway, and I hate myself for it. I’m so sorry, baby. I’m so fucking sorry.”
The sincerity in his voice, the way he looked at you like you were the only person in the world that mattered. It broke down the walls you had built around your heart. The tears you had been holding back finally spilled over, and you let out a shaky breath.
“Rafe…” you began, but the words caught in your throat. You didn’t know what to say. All the pain, the longing, the love you still felt for him—it was all too much.
Before you could stop yourself, you closed the remaining distance between you and wrapped your arms around him, burying your face in his chest. For a moment, Rafe seemed stunned, but then his arms were around you, holding you tightly against him as if he were afraid you might disappear.
He smelled like salt and the faint scent of his cologne, the combination so achingly familiar that it made your heart ache. You felt his chin rest gently on top of your head, his breath warm against your hair as he held you close.
“I missed you so much,” you whispered, your voice muffled against his chest. “I didn’t want to, but I did. I missed you every single day.”
“I missed you too,” he murmured, his voice thick with emotion. “More than you’ll ever know.”
For a while, neither of you moved, content to just hold each other, to feel the connection that had never really been broken despite everything that had happened. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was the only thing that broke the silence, a calming rhythm that matched the beat of your hearts.
But eventually, reality crept back in, and you pulled away slightly, looking up at Rafe. His face was so close to yours, his blue eyes searching your own with an intensity that made your breath catch in your throat.
“Rafe,” you began, your voice unsteady, “I don’t know if we can just… go back to how things were. So much has happened.”
“I know,” he said quietly, his hands still resting on your waist. “I know we can’t just pick up where we left off. But I’m willing to do whatever it takes to earn your trust again, Y/n. I want to be with you. I’ve never stopped wanting that.”
You searched his eyes, looking for any sign that he might be saying this out of guilt or obligation, but all you saw was the truth. He meant it. He still loved you, despite everything.
“I still love you too,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper. “I never stopped.”
Rafe’s eyes softened, and for a moment, you saw the boy you had fallen in love with all this time ago—the boy who had made you laugh, who had held you when you cried, who had loved you with everything he had.
“I’m so sorry I hurt you,” he whispered, his forehead resting against yours. “I’ll spend the rest of my life making it up to you if you’ll let me.”
You closed your eyes, feeling the warmth of his breath on your skin, the steady beat of his heart beneath your fingertips. And in that moment, you knew that despite everything, you still wanted him. You still wanted to be with him, to try again.
But there was still a part of you that was scared, that didn’t want to go through the pain again.
“I’m scared, Rafe,” you admitted, your voice shaking. “I’m scared that things will go back to how they were.”
He pulled back slightly to look at you, his expression serious. “I won’t hurt you again, Y/n,” he promised, his voice firm. “I’ve been working so hard to change, to be the person you deserve. I won’t let you down this time. I swear.”
You wanted to believe him. You wanted to trust him, to let yourself be vulnerable with him again. But trust was something that had to be earned, and you knew it wouldn’t be easy.
“I need time,” you said softly, your hands gripping the fabric of his shirt. “I need time to trust you again.”
Rafe nodded, his expression understanding. “I’ll give you all the time you need,” he said. “I’m not going anywhere.”
You let out a shaky breath, relief flooding through you. “Okay,” you whispered. “Okay.”
And for the first time in six months, you felt a glimmer of hope. You didn’t know what the future held, but you were willing to take a chance on Rafe, on the love that still burned between you. It wouldn’t be easy, but nothing worth having ever was.
As you stood there on the beach, wrapped in Rafe’s arms, you knew that this was a new beginning. A chance to rebuild what had been broken, to find your way back to each other. And this time, you would do it together.

HIYA GORGEOUS!! I absolutely adore all that you write and here I am once again to request something (tbh I’ll always be here to request things 🤭). So I’d like to request…
y/n (aka me) is Elijah's best friend but she's never met Klaus, only heard about him. one day she surprises Eli for his birthday so she walks in the compound, not knowing that Klaus is there too. she and Elijah exchange hellos then talk for a bit and before they can leave (Elijah is subtly trying to rush her out), Klaus hears her voice and comes downstairs. I'll leave the details to you but she and Klaus instantly hit it off so much so that it makes Elijah jealous (he's always had a thing for y/n but never said anything be he's afraid of losing their friendship). again, leaving the details to you. can we make it a 2-parter? 1 is jealousy/angst w/ implied smut between y/n and Klaus & 2 is Elijah confessing to y/n his feelings which lead to their first time sex and possible future relationship.
Sorry love if this is too much, it's okay if you're not up for it though! Thanks for even indulging me! 🤍
Mine
THIS SCENE MAKES ME GO FERAL
18+ ---- {Masterlist} {Tag-List}
Part One
A drunken hookup with Klaus complicates your friendship with Elijah, leading to an awkward morning after.
♡♡ Thanks for the request sweet Aurora!! This one was a blast to write. But implied smut with Klaus??? Nahhh. No half-measures here. This is for all my Klaus girlies. You can't fix him, but you sure can fuck him. ♡♡
5k words - Warnings: smutttt {with Klaus}, rough sex, mild choking, Klaus being the drama, Elijah hiding his feelings & Rebekah judging you.
{Part Two}
You came rushing through the gates of the compound, carrying so many shopping bags that you could barely see. Your arms felt on fire, but a little strain was worth it all when you remembered who you were doing this for.
Tonight was Elijah's big birthday bash, put together by you and Rebekah, and you wanted everything to be perfect. Elijah had become one of your closest friends, and this celebration was your chance to show him how much he meant to you.
"Eli, I have so much stuff for the party. Where should I put it all?" you ask once you got far enough into the house.
Elijah emerged from the grand living room and came into the foyer to help you. He had an odd look on his face, but you couldn't really pinpoint it exactly. He took the bags from your arms and carried them himself.
"Don't look in them! I want it to be a surprise!" You said, putting your hands over his eyes and guiding him towards the table.
Elijah chuckled, "Fine, Fine. Are you sure all of this is necessary?"
"Absolutely." you said, uncovering his eyes. "You only turn 1040 once," you joked, causing the pair of you to laugh.
It was over-the-top as shit, but a girl had to take any opportunity to give a Mikaelson a birthday they would remember, and then some.
Elijah's smile faltered a bit as he looked around the courtyard nervously. "Will you be returning home to get ready for tonight?" He asked, trying not to sound hopeful.
"I'm actually getting ready here with Bekah, why? Have a hot date you are hiding from me?" You teased, unaware of the way Elijah's body stilled at your words.
"Oh no darling, no date, just a brother he wants to hide," said an accented voice from the second level balcony.
Elijah let out a rough sigh as you turned to see Klaus stepping down the stairs towards you both.
You had heard of the legendary hybrid of course, but since you met Elijah you had yet to run into him. In fact, this was the first time you had seen Klaus in person and were unaware of the true look of him. Which made you almost go weak in the knees.
He was hot, like 'fuck me right now hot' and it took everything in you not to drool. It didn't surprise you, all the other Mikaelsons were extremely attractive, so it only stood to reason their infamous hybrid brother would be also.
You could tell by the look on his face he found you just as attractive, and with a devilish smirk, he seemed to say ‘I will fuck you right now if that's what you wish’
"Hello love, it's a pleasure to finally meet you," he drawled before bringing your hand up and kissing it softly.
You wanted to hate him. Klaus had been notorious for so long for his tantrums and viciousness. But one look and just a touch from his lips and you knew you were doomed.
"T-Thanks," you said, pulling your hand back.
Klaus tucked a piece of hair behind your ear and ran a thumb across your cheek.
"Are you blushing for me? Can't say I blame you, love," he said cockily.
Elijah rolled his eyes at his younger brother's antics, but as Klaus lingered on your skin he felt a stir of possessiveness settle in his bones. He cleared his throat, shooting his brother a glare,
"I would love some help setting up the party for your brother," you asked Klaus, hoping to spend more time with him, his charm quite intriguing.
"It's alright, I can help you," Elijah insisted, not wanting Klaus to interact with you for a multitude of reasons.
"It's supposed to be a surprise for you Eli,” you pouted, which caused Elijah to soften at your cuteness.
"I've got it handled, Eli," Klaus teased, emphasizing the nickname you used for him.
Elijah looked between the two of you, clearly wanting to decline your request and keep you both apart. But alas, for some reason, he couldn't come up with a legitimate reason.
Klaus grabbed your bags and walked off, you began to follow, turning back to give Elijah a wide smile. "See you tonight, birthday boy," you exclaimed happily before hurrying off after the younger Mikaelson.
You spent all afternoon decorating with Klaus, who insisted you call him Nik. He was somewhat sweet but full of himself. Yet, you enjoyed his company, he had a good eye for décor and matched your vision effortlessly.
"Have I accomplished my mission?" he asked. He brought a champagne bottle up, pouring two glasses and giving you one.
You leaned against the pillar with him and clinked your drinks together. "I'd say so, yes. Thank you so much for helping me."
"It was no trouble at all," Klaus said, then smirked at you over his glass. "You are quite stunning, love."
You grinned at his comment, "you should see me after I get all dressed up for tonight," you flirted, even though it sounded more like a challenge to him.
Klaus downed his drink then placed it on the table. Without warning, he pinned you to the pillar and trapped you against him. "Oh I plan on doing more than looking tonight," he said as his hungry eyes traveled over your body.
"I see you two have finally met, how wonderful," Rebekah commented, disrupting the moment.
You laughed nervously, glad for the interruption, gently pushing Klaus off of you. As much as you wanted to jump Klaus then and there, something held you back. And you knew what, or rather, who was keeping you from acting on your desires...
"We were just having some champagne," you tell her, taking another drink.
"I see that, the decorations look amazing by the way," she complimented as she poured herself a glass as well. "Catering has arrived, they are setting everything up downstairs," she informed you, letting you know you should probably get ready.
"I'll go get dressed then. Thank you again, Nik." You smiled at him again, and he grinned in response.
"I think I'm owed a dance for my hard work," he told you as you walked away with Rebekah.
You looked over your shoulder at him and gave him a wink, excited for the party to begin.
Once you were upstairs and away from Klaus, Rebekah spoke quietly to you. "Be careful with him, he's not like Elijah," she warned you.
"No one is like Elijah," you chuckled a bit, ignoring the pang of sadness you felt at the realization you would probably never be with the older Mikaelson.
The two of you spent your time getting ready, sipping on champagne and discussing the numerous guests who would be arriving. You got a little too buzzed, but you were excited and also needed some courage to face an unknown quantity of vampires.
Rebekah always had impeccable taste, helping you pick out a skin tight dress that came a few inches above your knees and accentuated every curve on your body. Adding even more with the tall black heels you slipped on, showing off your legs.
"I'm afraid I might have gone too far," Rebekah chuckled as she applied your makeup, making you look smolderingly hot.
"You think?" You asked sarcastically.
"You look like vampire bait and I'm sure it's going to drive him mad," she snorted, taking another drink.
"Who?" You looked at yourself in the mirror and fixed a smudge of lipstick.
Rebekah gave you a knowing look, but stayed quiet and you just smiled back at her innocently.
When everything was ready and all the guests started arriving, you and Rebekah made a grand entrance into the main parlor. Elijah was talking with someone when his eyes caught you across the room, you wandered over to him and gave him a big hug.
"Happy birthday," you whispered in his ear, as his arms pulled you tighter to him.
"Thank you so much," he said, pulling back just enough to smile at you, his face growing even brighter when he really looked at you.
You noticed the way his eyes traced your figure, taking you all in. The way they darkened a bit with pure desire, making you instantly become hot all over. But it was probably just your imagination, brought on by all the champagne you've been drinking.
You almost made a move right then, but the person he was conversing with interrupted and you found yourself drawn away by Bekah and her friends. Leaving Elijah to watch you from afar as you conversed with them, laughing and drinking.
Hours later, you were still in the middle of the large group of people, even dancing to the music that was blaring through the place. You saw Elijah dancing with a beautiful woman and you wanted to be happy for him, but then the woman whispered in his ear and touched his chest, and your mood immediately soured.
You went to the bar to get a drink, deciding more alcohol might be what you needed to wash away all your confused feelings.
"Thirsty, love?" Asked a familiar voice in your ear as your body was pulled back to collide with a strong chest. You could smell the scent of Klaus's cologne and instantly felt turned on.
"Very," you said, downing your entire shot.
He spun you around to look into your eyes, both of his hands on your waist, drinking in your appearance.
"You didn't have to do all this for me," Klaus teased, his eyes on your chest as he licked his lips. "I'm a sure thing, darling, you know that,"
You couldn't help but laugh. He may have been a lot of things, but he was definitely entertaining. You shook your head, but smiled all the same.
"I only ever dress up for myself, Nik," you sassed back to him, looking up through your lashes.
A slow smirk came to Klaus's face as he leaned in and captured your lips in his. He hummed into the kiss and his grip tightened on you. He pulled away, your lipstick was still on his lips.
You giggled and wiped it off, as he ordered you another drink. Not that you really wanted one but damn, he was good at persuading people.
"I recall that you owe me a dance," he reminded you, taking a sip of his own beverage.
"Oh?" You said innocently, fiddling with the many necklaces he was wearing. "I don't remember agreeing to anything," you flirted.
"Well, perhaps a private dance then," he teased, giving you a mischievous smile.
"Maybe I'll surprise you later," you whispered, leaning in and sucking his bottom lip into your mouth and playfully biting it, loving the look of surprise and arousal on his face.
Then you turned and sauntered away, leaving him standing there at the bar to watch you. You were definitely going to end up in his bed tonight, but you wanted to make him squirm a little. Or rather, a lot.
You moved through the crowd to see Elijah and the woman dancing close, whispering things to each other. Well, actually, only she was talking. He seemed like he wasn't paying too much attention to the conversation she was having with him.
You gave him a wave and a smile, pointing at the woman and giving him an encouraging thumbs up. You don't know why you did it. Your chest did funny things seeing him with someone else though.
He returned your smile but didn't do much else before she spoke in his ear again and he allowed her to lead him out of the crowd.
You guessed Elijah was tired of his own party and went off to have some fun, and you were determined to have the same.
Klaus found you sitting on the couch, a cocktail and a plate of various snacks in front of you. You were thoroughly bored as you couldn't find him again.
He came from behind and crashed beside you, taking the glass out of your hand and finishing it, then set it aside.
"Hey! That was mine," you scolded playfully.
Klaus put his arm around you and kissed your neck. "How about you stop pretending you're enjoying yourself and come upstairs with me?" He suggested.
You laughed, and then he abruptly pulled you up and practically carried you through the door leading upstairs, pinning you to the wall at the top of the steps.
"Nik," you tried to say while laughing. "You can't just haul me off and have your way with me," you protested as his lips got closer to yours.
"Tell me to stop and I will," he taunted, bringing his lips to yours in a rough kiss.
You felt like you couldn't breathe, everything moving so fast. Klaus didn't even give you a chance to respond, lifting you so your legs wrapped around him.
He walked into a room and shut the door, setting you down on his desk. You realized that you were in his infamous art studio, looking around as Klaus hovered over you. You felt his lips on your neck, kissing every inch until you moaned.
Then he found the tiny zipper of your dress and slid it down, exposing your breasts. He smirked, reaching to tweak your nipple as he took you in. "Well then, love. Now I truly see why my brother has hidden you from me," he said huskily.
You giggled at his compliment but then you couldn't form words as he yanked the rest of your dress off you. You sat on the desk naked, save for your heels and nothing else.
"Dear lord, you are gorgeous," Klaus muttered, touching you everywhere.
You pulled him close by his shirt collar and locked lips. You bit his bottom lip harshly and he growled, his eyes flashing gold. The way his eyes changed on you was the hottest thing you've seen.
You pulled his shirt off him, tossing it to the floor before unbuckling his belt, wanting him as naked as you were. Once you had him bare, you raked your nails down his chest and he chuckled.
"You want to play rough, don’t you love?" He whispered as he nipped at your neck.
"Maybe," you teased, "what are you going to do about it?" You questioned, leaning back on the desk a little and spreading your legs for him, getting wet at the promise of a wild night.
Klaus's breath hitched when you touched yourself for him, his eyes completely transfixed on you. He was definitely intrigued by how confident you were.
"Well then," he growled before he roughly pinned your legs open, his hands squeezing your thighs harshly. He brought your body to the edge of the desk, kneeling in front of you as he ran a thumb over your dripping wet center.
He hummed at your scent as he pulled you forward a bit more to devour you, making you yelp in surprise, your hands tugging on his curls.
He was good, really good, and your toes curled at the pleasure you were receiving. It only got better when you saw his golden eyes as he gazed at you with a possessive glint, the vibrations from his own groans of enjoyment hitting you just right.
But before you could climax he pulled back and stood up, making you whimper and sit up on the desk, wanting him to continue.
Klaus chuckled at your impatience, pulling you into another searing kiss as you moaned. He broke it and gave you a smug smile, before wrapping his hand around your throat.
You were panting with need, your hand moving down to his cock and he hissed at your touch. He moved forward so he was resting between your thighs again as you stroked him slowly.
You both stayed this way for a moment, staring at each other. Until finally Klaus couldn't stand it any longer and roughly turned you around to face the desk. He pushed on your back until you were bent over on the wood, making you giggle with anticipation.
He smacked your ass hard, turning your giggle into a gasp as you looked back at him. He did it again and again until it was stinging. You wanted him so badly, it was unbearable.
You reached back for him and he lined up his cock to your entrance, sliding it up and down a few times until you were nearly shaking. He finally gave in and pushed into you, his hand tugging your hair until you arched into him, and he sank into the hilt.
He hissed at the sensation and you were about to tell him to move but he started fucking you without you needing to, hard and rough and perfect. He had you moaning with each thrust as you grabbed onto the desk, holding on tight as his body collided with yours, skin slapping as you got closer to climaxing.
It was hot and a little dirty, just what you had needed. Your moans only spurred him on as his hands explored your body while he took you from behind. The force of his thrusts causing items on his desk to clatter to the floor, but you both were far too gone to care.
He wrapped an arm around your waist and pulled you back into him, making you stand so his other hand could roam your front. He moved up to massage your breast while pinching and tugging on your nipple until you moaned. He was clearly determined to make you come first and was going to enjoy doing it.
"Nik!" you whined his name when he pinched you a bit too harshly. You felt his lips on your neck, his fangs grazing the skin as he left hickeys.
You tilted your head for him and he smirked, licking your pulse point and gently nibbling. His thrusting becoming erratic as his hand slipped to your clit to rub fast circles until your legs started trembling and you let out a scream as your orgasm crashed into you.
He hummed in approval and thrust into you a few more times before you felt him filling you up with his cum, and you giggled from the sensation. He released you from his grasp and you leaned back down on the desk, turning around to face him.
You both were sweaty and exhausted but extremely satisfied. He wrapped his arms around you and pulled you close, placing soft kisses all over your face as you giggled again, trying to move away from him.
He grabbed your dress and handed it to you before slipping on his pants, leaving his shirt off. He gave you a soft kiss on the lips and then turned away, starting to pick up the fallen objects from his desk and placing them in their correct places.
You watched him in a daze, your body tingling as you pulled your dress back on.
"So, love, my room is right next door, if you care to continue our celebration?" He said with a smug smirk, giving you a wink.
You giggled again and nodded, knowing it was probably the alcohol giving you your confidence, but you were going to ride the wave (and him) until the end.
Klaus woke to find you peacefully asleep in his bed. He leaned down to give you a gentle kiss on your forehead as you stirred slightly.
It was quite a night.
He took his time to admire your body and then your beautiful face. The way your eyelashes brushed your cheekbones as you slept, and your lips were parted slightly.
He got out of bed and got dressed, heading downstairs to find some blood and coffee. Elijah was in the kitchen reading his morning paper and looking every bit as dignified as always.
Klaus poured himself some coffee and started drinking it. He glanced around and saw there was no one else there but his brother, and he was smirking before he even opened his mouth.
"How was your night, Elijah?" He asked teasingly.
Elijah took his time to respond. He folded his paper up, placing it beside him as he eyed his younger brother suspiciously, he always had an innate sense to when Klaus was up to something.
"Quite fine. Why do you ask?"
Klaus's smirk grew bigger. He didn't say anything else and went about making himself something to eat. He felt Elijah's eyes boring into him the whole time, knowing that he wanted an answer but Klaus wouldn't give it to him just yet. He just loved torturing his big brother, even after a thousand years it was still highly entertaining.
"Your friend is an excellent host," Klaus started off with, his back turned as he chopped some fruit to put into a smoothie. He could almost hear the wheels turning in Elijah's mind as he tried to figure out where Klaus was going with this. "You really should have introduced me to her sooner."
Elijah sighed heavily. Klaus glanced behind him, and he had an annoyed expression on his face. He wasn't getting anything from Elijah so he turned to face him, his smirk returning.
"I showed her how much I appreciated her hard work last night. Several times actually, in my studio, a few times in my bed and then in the shower," he added as his smirk got wider and his tone became suggestive. "I dare say I've never been ridden so spectacularly before in all my years,"
Elijah abruptly stood, opening his mouth to say something, but that's when Klaus turned on the blender. Looking at Elijah apologetically and holding a finger to his ear and shrugging his shoulders.
"What's the matter brother?" he shouted over the blender. "You look a bit upset. You know it's not very healthy to bottle up all of your feelings,"
He stopped the blender and poured himself a glass, then another for Elijah as he handed it to him. Elijah just glared at him and poured the smoothie down the drain, setting the glass in the sink.
"That's rather rude, Elijah," he scolded teasingly. "I made that just for you,"
"Have you no shame, Niklaus?" He asked harshly, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Noooo, shame is for boring people," he taunted. "Why are you so upset? Aren't you happy for your friend? I can assure you that she enjoyed herself immensely,”
Elijah snapped. He couldn't take anymore. He walked over and grabbed Klaus by the shirt collar, and shoved him against the wall roughly, holding him in place.
"You know how I feel about her and yet you slept with her anyway," Elijah seethed.
Klaus raised his eyebrow. "If you want her, then you should of taken her yourself," he snapped, his eyes flashing gold in challenge. "It's your loss anyway," he added, shoving him back and adjusting his collar, then smoothing out his shirt.
Elijah was livid. He knew it was just Klaus's way of being obnoxious, but that didn't make it any easier to handle.
"I can't get the vision of her tits bouncing in my face out of my mind, Elijah," Klaus taunted him again. "Perhaps if you're lucky, you'll get to experience it for yourself," he said, brushing past his brother and walking away with a laugh.
You woke in Klaus' bed with a terrible hangover and an empty spot beside you. You sat up, your head spinning a bit as the memories of the night before came flooding back.
Oh God, you slept with Elijah's brother.
You covered your face in embarrassment. You got drunk, got laid and it was with the worst person you possibly could of picked.
Elijah was going to kill you. He's been protecting you from his brother and here you go, having sex with him in his bed. You could imagine how disappointed he was in you right now.
You quickly got dressed and made your way downstairs, needing some coffee and possibly a few pain pills to try and take the edge off your headache.
Klaus was walking away from the kitchen, a devious smirk on his face. When he saw you, his grin got even bigger, but he said nothing, just gave you a wink.
You turned red in embarrassment and dashed into the kitchen, finding Elijah sipping his morning coffee while reading his paper. He looked up when he saw you enter and then he folded the paper and placed it on the island.
"Morning," he started off in a professional tone. You hated how he sounded.
You grabbed a mug and poured the liquid into it. Elijah was silent as he waited for you to face him, and once you had taken a few sips, he was standing in front of you.
He pushed your hair off your neck and a flash of Klaus' mouth sucking and nibbling on you last night, appeared in your mind. You were definitely covered in marks and hickeys.
"I see you had fun," Elijah muttered, and you saw him look over your appearance, the slight smudged make-up, messy hair and rumpled dress from last night.
He wasn't usually one to judge someone else's life choices, but this was his brother and you. It seemed more personal.
You blushed and pushed your hair back over your shoulder, so his eyes would stop staring at your neck. You needed a cold shower or something, the entire night was still feeling extremely vivid.
"Look Elijah, I'm so sorry, he just caught me at the right moment and I got a little drunk and..." you trailed off, taking a drink of coffee to calm your nerves. You really didn't have any good excuse to give him.
"It's alright, you can be with whoever you choose," Elijah stated in a collected tone.
You frowned and saw him adjusting his cuff-links. A sure sign he was upset. He always did that when he was angry or hiding what he was truly feeling.
"It was just a one time thing," you added, but you felt like he wasn't listening to you anymore.
Elijah was acting strange. Sure he could be an enigma sometimes, but this was different. He looked determined but a little annoyed, and you weren't quite sure how to read the situation. You decided to steer the conversation away from Klaus and what had happened between you two.
"How was your night?" You finally thought to ask. "I saw you leave with a woman, you looked like you were having fun," you said it teasingly, hoping it would lighten up the mood.
But now it was his turn to blush.
"Fine, really. It was fine," he muttered, fixing the already perfect knot in his tie. Now that was definitely something. Elijah rarely ever got tongue tied. "We kissed and I walked her home," he added, his lips pressing together in a firm line.
"That's all? You didn't...well, you know?" You questioned hesitantly.
"One night stands aren't my forte," he replied, giving you a soft smile. "When I take a woman to bed, I make her mine," his words were possessive and he hadn't taken his eyes off you.
The two of you weren't the kind of friends who discussed your sex life with each other. So when he said this, your cheeks turned hot and your imagination went wild. The idea of him holding you down and having his wicked way with you was something you were definitely interested in.
You both were staring at each other, the tension growing by the second. Then you looked away, you couldn't possibly fuck another Mikaelson in the same twelve hour period. Besides, Elijah meant far more to you than Klaus ever could. Sex with him would probably lead you somewhere complicated, and you didn't want to ruin what you had right now.
The situation was way too weird.
"Do you want to hang out tomorrow?" You decided to ask, breaking the silence and steering the conversation away from sex. You just wanted to spend some time with him. "Maybe come up to my place? I don't work the next two days," you added, hopeful he would agree to spend time with you, even though he always did, but this time you felt more nervous about it.
It would help things get back to normal, as normal as they could be after what happened with Klaus.
"Sure, Klaus and Rebekah won't be home tomorrow if you would like to come over here instead?" He suggested, your eyes meeting his again.
He had such an intense way of staring into your eyes, that it almost felt like he was looking into your soul.
"Well, it's your birthday so whatever you would like to do," you stated, giving him a sweet smile.
Your phone buzzed, breaking the moment. You grabbed it from your purse and opened the new text from Klaus:
- I'm available if you ever need something to ride again.
You quickly put down your phone, forgetting you had given him your number. You decided you were going to ignore it. There was no way you were going there again.
Elijah looked curious but didn't press.
"I better go home," you said, finishing your coffee and putting it in the sink.
"See you tomorrow," he replied, stepping closer and giving you gentle kiss on the cheek.
You said bye to him and walked out of the kitchen to the courtyard where Rebekah and Klaus were arguing. They both looked over at you, their argument stopping when they noticed you.
"Hello darling," Klaus greeted, his eyes raking over you. Flashes of your evening together running through your mind, and you quickly looked away from him.
Rebekah looked between the two of you and you could see her trying to figure it out, her eyes widening as she stared at you. You quickly hurried out of the compound before either of them could say another word.

Stuck With You
Pairing: Mingi x Reader Word Count: 3.5 Genre: Smut Warnings: 18+, MDNI, Swearing, Alcohol Use, Explicit Activities
Why do you always let yourself be dragging into stupid drinking games at parties? It almost always ends badly.
Why you always get sucked into playing stupid party games only to end up getting the worst possible outcome was a mystery to you. Your best friend made out with her crush, you were dared to drink a shot of hot sauce, the girl you hate kissed your crush and you ended up dared to flirt with someone's dad. It wasn’t even just dares. Spin the bottle had you getting rejected by a soccer player and a hockey player and when you answered with truth instead you were asked about why your sister was so hot and you looked like a boy. You hated it but you could never say no if one of your friends begged you to play. Which is how you ended up getting accidentally locked in a bathroom with your crush Mingi, probably the most handsome guy you had ever seen and who had ignored your existence for your entire school life except to ask you for pens if he needed one, you were awesome at party games.
“So uhh…” Mingi finally broke the silence after the doorknob had come off the door leaving you stuck.
“You don’t even remember my name do you?” you sighed, your annoyance growing steadily when you realized that in a house full of drunk people you were unlikely to be rescued quickly.
“Honestly…no I don’t” he admitted looking at the floor for a few moments “Sorry”.
“Don’t be it’s fine” you shrugged your head taking a seat on the closed toilet lid.
“I’m Mingi” he started awkwardly looking everywhere but at you.
“I know Mingi we went to the same high school, I’m in your sociology class” you faked a small smile.
“Shit I feel really bad for not remembering now” he muttered, finally looking at you making you feel a tiny bit of pity for him before introducing yourself.
“I won’t forget this time, I swear” he promised looking genuine.
“So Mingi, do you regularly get locked in small rooms with girls you don’t know?” you tried jokes, trying to lighten the atmosphere a little.
“No it’s usually girls I know and usually there aren’t any locks” he scratched his neck seemingly trying to decide if you were being serious or not.
“Cool, cool. It’s my first time getting locked in a bathroom with anyone” you chuckled softly watching him relax.
“Well it could always be worse” he smiled toothily “we could be in a closet”.
“Have to admit I haven’t been in a closet with anyone either” you admitted grinning.
“You haven’t really lived then” he continued “It’s one of life's greatest joys after all”.
“I will keep that in mind for next time then, thanks for the advice” you played along then fell into silence. Mingi sat himself on the bath mat, the chain on his pants making soft tinkling sounds against the tiles. He was more handsome outside of your school uniform but you had known he would be, he was gorgeous and like the other popular kids he knew it, he had pretty girlfriends all the time and he was so unattainable to you that he felt like he lived in a different world to you.
“Still it’s not the worst dare I have had backfire on me” you broke the silence making him look at you again, raising his eyebrow to continue “I was dared to flirt with Jihoon’s dad once”.
“That was you?” Mingi’s eyes widened slightly “That was legendary. We talked about how funny it was for weeks. That took serious balls”.
“Umm thank you I guess” you turned away shyly feeling heat creeping up your neck “It was probably the most embarrassing moment of my life”.
“Yeah I guess it would have been” Mingi nodded, looking at you curiously you looked over at the sink to avoid his gaze unsure what he was thinking about while silence once again surrounded you. The only noise now being the thump of the bass coming from the music downstairs and the occasional loud cheer or laugh.
“Can I ask you something? Why do you always dress like that?” he blurted out suddenly, making you look back at him quickly.
“Uhh” you blinked, waiting for your brain to kick in “because I want…to” you replied slowly obviously sounding confused “How am I meant to dress?”. You looked down at yourself unsure what was wrong with your outfit. You were in baggy jeans, an oversized t-shirt and sneakers which you thought was a totally acceptable outfit given that you were at a party not a fancy restaurant.
“I dunno, girls usually wear tight stuff, or skirts and dresses and shit” he blushed slightly pink dusting across his cheekbones as he struggled with his words “Like you dress like a guy, which is cool but why?”
“Oh, I just like it, my sister is the pretty one so I just dress it what makes me comfortable since no one looks at me anyway why bother” you tilted your head thinking hard about how to explain that you didn’t feel the need to bother since no one ever gave a shit what you looked like. At school you wore pants, never skirts and your button up shirts were always loose fitting because they were more comfortable that way because who tried to dress up to go to school. Chewing your lip to distract you from the awkwardness of it all you got your phone out of your pocket to try to get one of your friends to come rescue you before you spent the whole night sitting in silence in a bathroom.
“I think you are pretty” he mumbled quietly, taking an interest in his shoes, fiddling with the laces. Unsure if you heard him correctly you just stared at him with your mouth hanging open for what felt like a full minute before you snapped it shut deciding to ignore what you definitely misheard.
Each friend you tried either didn’t answer your calls and ignored your messages leaving you unsure what to do next, it had only been 15 minutes but it had been awkward enough you didn't want it to go on all night. Mingi seemed to be having the same thoughts as he too tried to get hold of someone to get him out of the situation.
“I’m guessing you would be doing something far more entertaining if you weren’t trapped in here with me” you mused tapping your fingers against your thighs.
“I would probably be drunk” he shrugged, “probably taking shit with my friends or hooking up”.
“Sorry to bring down your night then” you breathed, sadly chewing on your lip again as you tried to figure out what else you could do to get out, the window was out it was both too small and too high off the ground, there was no way you were going to climb out a second story window without ending up hurt.
“Eh? It doesn’t matter. I mean I got to talk to you for the first time” he shrugged, furrowing his eyebrows to come up with a positive sounding answer making the corners of your lips turn up. Getting up from your seat on top of the toilet lid you opened the bathroom cabinet rummaging around to see if you could find anything at all that would give you an idea. You heard Mingi get up his wallet chain jingling as he moved to look over your shoulder into the cabinet.
“What are you looking for?” he questioned as you pulled out cleaners, spare toothbrushes, a hair brush and a box of condoms.
“I thought there might be something in here to help get the door to open” you admitted shyly.
“I don’t reckon condoms and toothbrushes will get us far unless you're trying to hint at something else” he teased watching your ears burn red from his position behind you which made him laugh loudly.
“Song Mingi” you yelped, covering your face and shoving everything back in the cupboard. You sat on the floor beside the door leaving more space between you and his position on the floor leaning against the glass of the shower alcove, as you listened to his laugh calm down into giggles and then silence. You could feel him looking at you but when you lifted your head to look at him he would turn away pretending he was looking at the door. After another half an hour you were starting to get cold. Sitting in a room full of cold tiles made the temperature in the room drop as the night went on, after your first couple of times rubbing your bare forearms Mingi stood again walking over to you to drape a towel over you.
“I don't think anyone will come for a while. Do you want me to turn the shower on and try to warm the room up?” he offered softly, “it's either that or you come sit on the mat with me it's thick enough to stop your legs getting cold”.
“Oh, um it’s ok I don’t want to make you uncomfortable or anything” you responded quickly swallowing hard.
“I wouldn’t have offered it if I was uncomfortable. I just don’t want you to get frozen” he shrugged a genuine look of concern crossing his face.
“Alright, I’ll sit next to you” you murmured getting up and wrapping the towel around your shoulders as a makeshift blanket. You sat on the edge of the mat making sure you weren’t actually touching Mingi as he reached up and grabbed the other towels of the towel rack. He draped another one around your shoulders and put one across your lap before pulling you against his side, making you stiffen.
“I can’t help you get warm if you are all the way over there” he rolled his eyes oblivious to the fact that he was him and you were just you, you had no right to assume that he would be willing to hold you close to him to keep you warm. “I swear I won’t bite”.
“Good to know” you mumbled letting him adjust you into his side so you were both comfortable.
“You still aren’t close enough” Mingi announced into the awkwardness of the room “Sit between my legs so your back is against me and we can pile the towels around you”.
“I’m alright” you assured him, your teeth almost chattering as he looked at you with his eyebrow raised.
“Yeah you really aren’t” he sighed his voice leaving very little room for argument “Just let me help”. You shuffled yourself so you could push yourself up on your knees and let him place you between his thighs with you back against his broad chest after readjusting the towels across your legs he caged you in with his strong legs, his arm draping around your waist to keep you tightly against him. Returning to his phone. It looked like he had messaged everyone of his friends that were at the party to try to get you out of the bathroom. You had assumed it was so he could get back to having fun but the last message he typed had mentioned you were cold and the joke was over to let you out before you got sick from it. He was being kind and caring what happened to you and it made butterflies erupt in your stomach.
After another ten minutes you were quick to realize that the butterflies in your stomach were not going to calm down and the warmth you could feel creeping up your neck was most likely embarrassment but you were still warmer than you had been and after a while you relaxed back into his hold not even minding when he began fiddling with the fabric that separated his hand from your skin. Mingi put his phone down and let his head fall back against the glass. You initially thought he had fallen asleep but when his other hand crept under the towel to rest against your thigh you realized he wasn’t.
“I’m warm enough if you wanted me to move so you can sleep” you whispered not wanting to ruin the comfortable silence that had fallen between you.
“Nah I can sleep holding you so you don’t get cold again, princess” he mumbled squeezing your waist gently.
“Mingi, what did you just call me?” you turned your head to look at him expecting to see him half asleep and not aware of what he had just said but instead seeing his dark eyes and crooked smile. Quickly turning your head back so you were once again looking away from him you felt his chest shake in a silent chuckle. His hands were still on your waist, his long fingers slapped across your stomach making your muscles twitch as he moved, you swallowed hard not sure if he was making fun of you or not. The answer to your silent question came quickly in the feeling of his lips brushing lightly against your neck making your body erupt in goosebumps.
“Do you not like princess? Would you like me to call you something else?” His voice deeper than it had been before and his breath fanning across your skin making you gasp.
“How about I call you, baby girl? Or maybe you would rather be called kitten?” he teased making you shuffle in his grip. “Ah, kitten it is then” he smiled against your skin before he pressed a chaste kiss to the column of your neck making you whimper. Your reaction only seemed to encourage him, and he pressed his lips against your neck against only this time with more want lingering behind it.
“Mingi” you exhaled shakily, enjoying his careful touches more than you thought possible were happy to let him move you however he wanted.
“I really didn’t think you would let me touch you, kitten” you smirked, slipping his hands under your shirt to get better access to you, cupping and squeezing your breasts.
“Why not?” you whimpered his thumbs circling your hardened nipples through the fabric of your bra.
“Because you're a little mystery, kitten. No one has had you no matter how much they have tried” he explained nibbling at your neck and sucking light marks into your skin.
“No one has tried” you whined as he let go of you to grip your waist again moving you so you were kneeling in front of him while he shuffled around behind you “What are you doing?”. Mingi laughed at your annoyed tone as he stood and turned the hot water on, allowing it to run down the tiles on the opposite side of the shower.
“I’m keeping you warm kitten” he grinned, sitting back down and pulling you into his lap so that you were now straddling him “Gotta heat the room up if I’m going to get you undressed”.
Your mouth fell open in surprise only for him to take full advantage and kiss you his tongue sliding against yours as you began to reciprocate. His lips soft against yours and the faint taste of beer still lingering from his last drink before you get yourselves stuck. He bunched your shirt up around you letting you know he needed it off which you pulled over your head the moment his lips left yours enjoying the look of appreciation that crossed his features before he dropped his head to kiss your shoulder and undo your bra.
“Fuck kitten you are so pretty perched in my lap with those perfect tits out just for me” he purred kissing his way across your chest while using his hands to roll you against his hardening dick.
“Ming!i” you gulped softly, feeling like you were already out of breath from the way he was treating you. Pushing his head away from your breasts he pouted until you began pushing his jacket off of his shoulders and tugging at the bottom of his shirt. Stripping himself of them you couldn't help the way your eyes widened as you ran your fingers over his beautiful torso, his broad shoulders and chest making you lips your lips in anticipation.
As the steam filled the room you quickly stood so you could tug down your jeans leaving you almost bare to him as you clambered back into his lap you couldn’t help yourself now carding your fingers through his hair as he pulled you tightly against his to suck marks onto you, decorating you with marks that only he would know where there. While his lips latched onto another patch of skin he let one hand fall to your hips, squeezing the flesh there, his fingers so long that his thumb brushed dangerously close to your core making you buck your hips in search of friction.
“Can I touch you there kitten? You gonna let me make you mine?” he purred sexily making you nod feverishly. Slowly he moved his hand so his fingers could brush against your covered heat, feeling the moisture that had already collected in the fabric making him groan deep in his throat. “Fuck so wet”.
Dipping his fingers inside the fabric he leisurely slipped his fingers between your folds collecting your juices on his fingers before pulling them away and sucking his fingers clean, if you hadn’t already been dripping for him you were sure that would have made you wetter than you had ever been. Slipping his fingers back into your underwear he began rubbing your clit with his thumb while gently pushing one of his perfect fingers inside you you clenched around it making him lean forward and capture your lips again kissing you deeply while he pushed a second finger into you rubbing your walls carefully until he found that spongy spot inside you he was looking for. Letting out a soft keen into his mouth he continued pumping his fingers into you his other hand helping you to fuck his hand as he worked you towards your high.
“Ah… Mingi… Ngh” you panted harder as his fingers sped up each time they pumped into you you could feel more of your arousal dripping out of you onto his hand.
“That’s it kitten, come for me” he sighed his mouth swallowing your cries as you came hard your walls clenching around his fingers as he worked you through your orgasm.
“You are so hot” he groaned, pulling his fingers from you and once again licking them clean “and you taste so good too”.
“Mingi, I want more” you pouted, head still fuzzy and eyes still glazed over from how hard you had just come you began desperately trying to get his belt undone.
“Don’t worry kitten I’m going to fuck you” he growled helping you to get his belt off and jeans undone so you could pull his cock from his pants, your hand pumping his impressive length while he fished a condom from his pocket rolling it on himself before letting you line your entrance up and gradually sink down it. “Fuck so tight”.
“Too big” you whined, feeling like he was stretching you to the point of splitting you in half while your eyes rolled back in your head.
“Let me kitten” Mingi ground out his voice strained from how desperately your walls were sucking him further into you. He rolled his hips carefully at first to help you adjust before thrusting up into you at an unrelenting pace, bouncing you in his lap with the force of his hips.
“Such a good kitten letting me use her like this” he groaned, continuing to piston into you. You couldn't do anything but hold on your nails leaving red marks down his chest as you clawed at him babbling his name between moans and curses your pleasure building faster than you could believe as his cockhead hit your g spot again and agin.
“Mingi.. gonna… gon… come” you mewled, feeling the coil inside you snap and white hot pleasure fill your veins and your walls began to flutter around him. Mingi moaned loudly, spilling his load into the condom while your walls milked him dry. You collapsed against his bare chest, the steam from the shower making you both sticky with sweat.
“You’re mine now” he sighed into your hair, swallowing hard “my kitten, my girl”.
“As long as you’re mine too” you mumbled wincing as he pulled his softening cock from you.
“How about I take you out tomorrow?” he smiled genuinely, wrapping his arms around you and pulling you tightly against him.
“I’d like that” you smiled back foolishly pressing a kiss to his shoulder.

i should hate you, but i can't | r.c.
synopsis: in which you and Rafe are enemies... until you aren't
my masterlist
Rafe Cameron.
There were no words to describe what you felt for the boy.
Love? Adoration? Hate? Disgust?
It was a multitude of things all stacked against each other, each battling to come out on top. He was rude, he was a junkie, he couldn't stop picking fights to save his life, he belittled everyone around him, and that was just the tip of the iceberg.
So then, why were you so attracted to him?
Maybe it was your very poor taste in men? Or yo were just unfortunate enough to be attracted to the bad guys? The possibilities were endless.
Rafe knew how much of a crush you had on him. He used every single opportunity to point it out when you would find yourself alone in his presence. Especially at the parties he would host.
You never wanted to give him the satisfaction of seeing you too much, but his parties were legendary on the whole island and your friends never missed one. You couldn't allow yourself to be the only one who wouldn't go, it would be too obvious.
That's how you found yourself in the kitchen of Tannyhill, trying to find a bottle of vodka to refill your cup.
Kooks were dancing all around you, grinding against each other, spilling their drinks all over themselves and not having a care in the world. Typical for every party held on Figure 8.
You were desperately trying not to bump into anyone, quickly finding your way towards the alcohol counter.
"Where the fuck is it?" you mumbled to yourself, not seeing the bottle anywhere on the tray.
"Looking for something?" a voice called out from behind you. More specifically, his voice.
You rolled your eyes before turning around, your eyes landing on the man of the house himself, Rafe Cameron.
Eyebrows raised, a taunting smile on his face looking back at you, the alcohol bottle you had eagerly been searching for right in his hands.
"What's it to you?" you crossed your arms, resting your back against the counter.
"Given that you are snooping around in my house, I would say I deserve to know what you were searching for so desperately, wouldn't you agree?" his tone was taunting, just like his whole personality. Living to make your life miserable.
You rolled your eyes, but couldn't deny that he was a tiny bit right. You had, after all, been snooping around his house searching for alcohol.
"I was looking for the vodka, had to get a refill and entertain myself somehow" you explained, tired of the conversation already.
"You should've just come to me and asked about it, sweetheart. You know I'd never deny you" he winked before handing you the bottle, departing right after that.
This was the interaction you always had with him. He would just come in, make fun of you in some way, proceed to sneakily try and flirt before just leaving.
It was an ongoing cycle with him.
One you never thought you'd participate in.
As the night rolled away, so did the alcohol into your system. It was well past midnight and you were having the time of your life, dancing with your friends and not having a care in the world.
The interruption came when a Kook, more specifically someone you couldn't stand being around, decided to just come up behind you and start dancing with you.
"You've got some moves on you, baby" he whispered in your ear, his hands caressing and guiding your hips against his.
You tried to pry yourself out of his arms, but the hold he had on you made it impossible. He was holding onto your hips tightly, grinding into your behind.
Rafe's eyes found you in the middle of the huge sea of people in his living room, his anger rapidly spreading through his body when he noticed how uncomfortable you looked. Downing the last remnants of his drink, he quickly made his way towards you.
"Let go of her" when you heard Rafe's voice, it was like hearing an angel. You had never been more grateful to be with him than you were in that moment.
"Get lost, dude, we're having fun" the Kook answered, gripping your hips even tighter now.
Even in your hazy state, you started pulling away from him, clawing at his hands to let you go.
Before you could even register what was going on, you felt his hands being yanked off of you, and you saw Rafe hovering over the Kook, who was on the floor holding his bleeding nose.
"Don't ever touch her, or anyone, like that ever again, do you hear me?" you heard Rafe say, his voice dangerously low.
When the Kook nodded, Rafe turned around and took your hand, pulling you through the crowd and towards the back door. He slid open the door and you were met with fresh air, your brain starting to sober up a little.
"Are you okay?" Rafe asked, taking off his jacket and draping it over your shoulder when he noticed you shivering in just your dress.
You nodded, words not yet able to roll from your lips.
"Why did you do that?" you asked after spending some minutes in silence, your mind still hazy but almost completely sober now.
You had always been able to handle your alcohol pretty well, which many times came in handy. Especially now, when you were alone with Rafe Cameron in his backyard after he just saved you from a creep.
"What?" he asked.
"Why did you help me back there?" you specified, shuffling so you were closer to him.
He shrugged, kicking his feet. "Anyone would've done the same. Plus, I don't like guys who touch girls against their wills, and you clearly looked uncomfortable while he had his hands on your body" he explained further.
You stared at him, both of your eyes locked on the other. Maybe it was the alcohol still in your system that prompted your actions, or maybe you had just been suppressing it for far too long, but you found yourself kissing him, your hands gripping onto his shoulder and the hair at the back of his head.
He was stunned for a brief moment before he relaxed into the kiss, pulling you closer and holding your waist gently.
If anyone would have seen the two of you in that moment, they would have thought the world had gone crazy. You spent so many years hating each other, making fun and just picking on one another, you had never given second thought to the feeling bubbling in the pit of your stomach every time you would see each other, when your eyes would lock in a crowd of people.
When you pulled away to catch your breath, neither of you could help the big smile that was on your faces.
"What did we just do?" you asked, biting your lip.
"I think maybe we got tired of hating each other" he teased, holding you against his body.
"Oh, Rafe, as much as I wanted, I could never hate you" you said before leaning in again, not being able to get enough of his lips.
Oh, what a turn of events.
comments and re-blogs help us grow!

— Christmas Won't Be The Same Without You.
°❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・°❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・°❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・°❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・°❀⋆.ೃ
Pairing: Daisuke x GN! Reader
Warnings: None, just fluff again :3
Wc: 1.3k+
Author's Note: Tadaa!! It's almost Christmas time baby! I'm super duper excited as it is already half of November!! Are you all ready to celebrate it, cause I sure am!
The snow was falling softly outside, coating the world in a blanket of white. The small town where Daisuke had grown up was quiet, the streets lined with festive lights and decorations. Inside his parents' house, however, there was nothing quiet about it. The living room was alive with the hum of Christmas music playing softly in the background, the scent of pine and cinnamon filling the air, and the soft crackle of a fire burning in the hearth. It was the perfect Christmas setting, and you were sharing it with Daisuke.
“Can you believe it?” Daisuke said, his voice full of excitement as he stood beside you in the entryway. His eyes sparkled with that familiar joy you adored. “Christmas at my parents’ house. I'm sure they're just as excited you are to meeting each other!”
You smiled at him, feeling a warmth spread through you as he took your hand, pulling you into the house. “I’m really happy to be here with you, Daisuke. This place feels so… cozy.”
His grin widened. “It’s definitely cozy. And my mom’s cooking is legendary, so get ready for some serious holiday feasting. You might not even have room for dessert by the end of the night.”
You laughed, feeling your stomach growl at the thought of what awaited. You’d heard a lot about Daisuke’s mom’s cooking, but this would be your first time tasting it. You could already smell the roast turkey and baked goods wafting from the kitchen.
The house was warm, full of life, and adorned with decorations that felt like they had been carefully placed with love. Christmas stockings hung from the mantle above the fireplace, each one bearing a name stitched in gold thread, and a grand tree stood in the corner, its branches weighed down with ornaments, tinsel, and fairy lights. The atmosphere was peaceful but bustling, with Daisuke’s parents—his mother in a festive red apron and his father pulling drinks from the fridge—filling the space with energy and laughter.
Daisuke led you to the living room where his family was already gathered. His parents, always warm and welcoming, greeted you with open arms.
“Ah, there you are, so you're the one my son keeps going on and on about!” His mother beamed as he mumbled something to her, seeming embarrassed she would expose him about that. She then stepped forward to give you a hug. “We’ve been waiting for you both. Everything’s ready for dinner, but we can always add more if you’re hungry before the big meal!”
“You must be starving after the drive!” his father added with a grin, holding out a glass of eggnog. “Don’t be shy, help yourself.”
You chuckled and accepted the drink, glancing over at Daisuke, who was practically glowing in his own way, standing close by with a proud smile.
“You must be excited to have us here,” you teased.
He nodded eagerly. “Are you kidding? I’ve been counting down the days to Christmas here with you and my family. I think I’ve spent almost every Christmas here since I was a kid, and this time it’s even better because you’re with me.”
The sincerity in his voice made your heart skip a beat. There was something about being here, in the warmth of his family’s home, surrounded by love, that made everything feel like it was falling into place.
“I’m really happy to be here, too,” you said softly, meeting his gaze. “It feels so... right.”
Daisuke grinned and reached for your hand, giving it a gentle squeeze before turning to his parents. “I think it’s time for us to get the party started! We still need to do the Secret Santa exchange, and I’m pretty sure everyone’s excited for that.”
His mom laughed. “Oh yes, we can’t forget about that! We all got something special this year, so I hope everyone’s ready for a little holiday fun.”
Dinner was a true feast. The table was piled high with everything you could imagine—roast turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, roasted vegetables, and an assortment of freshly baked rolls. In the center, a large cranberry sauce dish sat alongside platters of sweet potatoes and baked brussels sprouts. Daisuke’s mom had clearly outdone herself, and as you dug into your meal, you could tell that everyone was savoring each bite.
Between mouthfuls, you shared stories with Daisuke’s family, laughing and chatting about everything from your childhood traditions to more recent adventures. Daisuke’s dad was particularly fond of telling embarrassing stories about Daisuke when he was little, which had everyone in stitches. Daisuke, for his part, seemed unbothered by it all, even joining in with some of his own stories about his mischievous younger days.
But it wasn’t just the food or the laughter that made this night feel special—it was the way Daisuke kept glancing at you with that soft, affectionate look in his eyes, the way his hand would subtly brush against yours under the table, or how he’d pull you close during moments when no one was looking, as if to remind you that this was your time together.
--
After dinner, Daisuke insisted on taking you outside to see the backyard, which, as it turned out, had a stunning view of the town covered in snow. The Christmas lights from nearby houses reflected off the snow, creating a soft, magical glow that made the night feel like something out of a holiday movie.
“Come here,” Daisuke said, wrapping his arm around your shoulders and guiding you to the porch. “This is one of my favorite parts of Christmas—just looking out over the snow. My family used to come out here every Christmas Eve when I was younger and just… enjoy the peace.”
You stood with him, watching the snow fall gently, the cool air brushing against your skin. His presence beside you, his warmth, was enough to make everything feel even more magical.
“I never imagined I’d get to spend Christmas like this,” you murmured, leaning into him. “It’s been perfect.”
Daisuke smiled down at you, his fingers threading through yours as he pulled you a little closer. “I’ve been looking forward to this for so long, just to share it all with you. Christmas is better when you’re with the people you love, and that’s all I want for us.”
You leaned up to kiss him, the moment soft, gentle, and full of meaning. When you pulled away, Daisuke’s face was alight with happiness, his eyes sparkling.
“Merry Christmas, the most beautiful person I've ever seen,” he said softly.
You chuckled at his compliment as you stared deeply into his eyes in an, oh such affectionate way.
“Merry Christmas, Handsome,” you whispered back.
Later, as the evening drew on, everyone gathered around the tree for the Secret Santa exchange. You’d gotten Daisuke’s mom, and after some playful teasing, she opened the gift you’d picked out—a beautiful hand-knitted scarf, which she immediately wrapped around her neck with a delighted laugh. Then, Daisuke gave you your gift, a small box wrapped with care. When you opened it, you found a delicate silver bracelet with a charm that read together, a reminder of how far you’d come and how much you meant to each other.
You blinked back tears as you hugged him, your heart swelling with gratitude. “I love it, Daisuke. Thank you.”
“I’m glad you like it,” he said, his voice full of affection as he kissed your forehead. “This is just the beginning of our holiday together. I want to make this Christmas the best one yet.”
As the evening wound down, the two of you snuck off to a quiet corner of the living room, away from the laughter and chatter, to enjoy each other’s company in peace. With the soft glow of the Christmas tree lights surrounding you, Daisuke wrapped his arms around you, pulling you close.
“This is all I ever wanted,” he whispered, his voice full of love. “To be with you, here, now.”
And in that moment, surrounded by the warmth of his family, the love between you, and the gentle snowfall outside, you knew he was right. It didn’t matter where you were, as long as you were together.
“Merry Christmas, Daisuke,” you whispered, kissing him again.
“Merry Christmas,” he replied, smiling softly, his heart as full as yours.

I wanted to see how insane their solo stories from this video looked written out, so please enjoy!
Dan's story "The Dragon Prince"
Once upon a time, there was a boy named Dan from the House of Fire who's motto was "the fire in our ass will never die!" And from Phil, House Amazing, the kingdom of squatting. They were sworn enemies whose houses were at war ever since the great lamp licking incidence. One day, Dan was bathing his fiery drake, Kamala, when he saw a glint in the reflection of his gauntlet. It was a surprise attack from that scallywag Phil! He mounted his dragon and yelled his signature war cry: "ZING!" Phil looked down at the fire kingdom. "Hah, more like squishy kingdom." But before he knew it, Dan was on his tail, he was so close he was practically on his toe. Their beasts, Kamala and Markiplier, released flames at the same time like a torrent of lethal piss. Double K.O. They fell to the ground and lost consciousness. Dan awoke to find Phil's brain stuck in Dan's eye. He shouted, "wow, this is a moist situation." Phil roused gayly. "You saved me," he said. They locked eyes and in that moment, they knew how futile their feud was. They saved each other. Did they have to slay each other? In that moment, Phil felt something skipping down his hips. He swam as hard as he could and suddenly, he felt it, Phil had birthed a beautiful, purple egg. Dan scoffed, "the prophecy is true." "It's our child," Phil said. "The legendary worm and we shall name him Gary." The end.
Phil's story "The Princes"
Once upon a castle in a kingdom called Evony, there were two princing belonging to warring families. Tonight was the last time they would meet before the great battle. Danielo awoke, sword in hand, as he heard a shuffle at the door. Philipus walked into his bedroom wearing a panty. "I didn't mean to disturb you but I thought I should tell you that my father is bringing a dragon to the party and also a large, enchanted hippo. Danielo cried a single tear. "I don't want to die for this stupid family, I just want to be a knight with you and help old ladies cross the street." "Why must we spill blood?" Danielo smirked. "Glory and Amazon coins. Philipus said, "it's our final night together, I thought we could do our favourite activity - twerking. It might make us a bit sweaty but it makes me constipated. As the sun rose, the two knights had fallen asleep in a hay field, using rabbit shit as bedding. This was the morning of the battle, they would be on opposing side. Danielo flew into battle on his dragon Jeff, scanning the skies for his prince Philipus. Philipus raised a sword into the sky as he was silhouetted by the beast. This was not a fair fight. The war had begun. Thousands were being killed. Philipus had a secret weapon, a medieval salami. His best friend flew down from his dragon and approached him. They crossed swords. "I can't do this, Philipus," screamed Danielo. "I want to move to North Korea, start our jobs as Only Phans models." Philipus tried to reason with him but suddenly, Danielo's dragon Jeff started to breath fire at them both. It was so hot, Danielo was on fire. He had one final word for Philipus: "yeee..." as both knights burned to death. They were then eaten by the dragon as a toasty, barbecue snack. They tasted like Takis Fuego. The dragon went on to kill all soldiers and both kings. It ruled the castle in a happy, gay life with his dragon boyfriend, Allisandra, and laid a dragon egg, which he called Kip. They never saw another human again. The princes would always be remembered as the tastiest snacks in the kingdom.

Pairing: König x f!reader ft. Johnny + Ghost
Summary: You tag along to Johnny's party.
A/N: Thank you @sofasoap
"The Favorite MacTavish"
“You’re still on the fastest route.”
The navigation on loop. You focused on what you could tone out Johnny with.
Looking out the window, a blur of cars turned into a blur of bricks, that in turn ended up to just dirt and then open land. Dust. You’ve been sitting as a passenger princess the entire ride there. Johnny but insisting on lecturing you about what was expected of you.
It felt more like briefing you if you were being honest.
“I’m dead serious ya hear?” Johnny had turned and pointed a finger to you.
“You got to tone it down with Ghost.” “You were off ya trolley last time, I told ya to leave the poor man alone.”
You smiled. “It wasn’t anything too bad.”
Your mind flashed back to the last get together Johnny and his friends had. You had met the legendary “Ghost” that Johnny had worked with. A man with a skull face covering, taller and larger than any other of his teammates. A deep set British accent. (You and Johnny still argue if it’s Southern or Manchester.)
Ghost kind of bothered you that he was at a party. The man had radiated big fuck off vibes from you. It made no sense for him to be here.
All you saw was… someone crying for attention.. Or even a little competition.
You approached Ghost with a deal, if he were to out drink you, you would shut Johnny up the entire night, and if you were to outdrink him, he would join the group for 20 minutes.
The little game turned dangerous and it wasn’t until you had almost bested him in the tenth beer of the night that he almost tapped out. Almost beat by a MacTavish. It didn’t help that you were flirting with him a bit when he started to become sloppy, which you think became in your best interest.
One of the other teammates had lost it.
“Ghost is going to lose!”
Ghost looked loopy. Not even his skull painted covering could hide that. He ended up going to the cooler, bringing out 3 beers, chugging them one by one, and then remained in his stoic composure. It was truly a sight.
All of Johnny’s teammates never let that one go.
“Can’t believe Johnny’s little sister thought she could out drink Ghost.”
“I can’t believe she had him stuttering. Never heard the LT at a loss for words.”
“I think I like his sister more than Johnny.”
Johnny never lived it down, and never heard the end of it from Ghost.
“I actually don't know why I bothered bringing ya.” He continued.
You missed your older brother. It was hard seeing him a few times a year. With any opportunity to see him, including riding along to party with his teammates, you took. It helped that he had a soft spot for you.
“I won't make any promises, but I’ll leave Ghost alone.”
*
It wasn’t until an hour later that you had arrived. You remembered what Johnny had said. “No teasin’ Ghost.” “No trying to out drink anyone.” “Behave!”
You both walk up into a small beige house. There’s a plain white metal gate in front of it, but no live plants, just dirt. Endless dirt, dust, and rocks surrounding it, and a few other SUVs, Jeeps, and sedans.
You walk inside, right behind Johnny, mumbling in your head—
“No drinking, no ghosting.”
How annoying.
Once inside, you’re greeting everyone behind Johnny.
Gaz looks at you. “Well if it isn’t Ghost’s favorite little sister!”
You smile. “No ghosting tonight.”
Immediately looking toward Johnny, who was nodding in approval.
*
Much later when you're inside that you see him, along with a brand new set of faces that you aren’t familiar with.
There’s a lady with a small ponytail, some guy on a tablet and sunglasses on, and a guy who's got a black face mask on. This particular individual is more distant, pushed further away from everyone else. Looks big, bigger than Ghost.
He’s not alone, he’s got some other guy next to him talking about some game he was playing on his phone.
“Steamin’ Jesus” you think to yourself. How did this massive guy end up here?
You grab a hold of Johnny,
“Johnny, who’s that over there?”
Johnny had barely taken a sip of his 3rd beer before his eyes went wide.
“Aw Jesus Christ, no you don’t. Don’t you dare go there.” he says, grabbing a hold of your wrist.
“Oh for fucks sake, I’m just asking who the guy is!”
“Haud yer weesht! It's the same ol’ script with every single one of my teammates I swear to god.”
“Is he new?”
“He’s not with us.” He stops for dramatic effect.
Whispers- “That group over there is a different team.”
Oh.
The big guy is holding an electrolyte drink as opposed to any alcohol. He takes up the entire chair and he’s polite, nodding his head to his teammate, but quickly glancing back and forth towards you and Johnny.
“And I swear to god, you better not think of stepping over there, I’ll get Ghost to restrain you.”
You raised your eyebrows at him.
“You said no Ghostin…”
Johnny pulled you a little closer to him, then quietly (his case of quiet) says
“Do you know what those guys do?”
“Military?”
“Christ on a bike… those there are contracted killers.”
You snort.
“Yeah fuckin' right Johnny and what do you call yourself? Saints?”
“I swear you’re so daft. Don’t go near them, stay with what you know.”
“I just want to introduce myself to them, it would be rude no?”
The guy in the mask looked harmless. He wasn’t drinking, he was among friends, he was simply waiting for someone to approach him.
*
The entire night you keep thinking of ways to get over it. You’ve got plenty of liquid courage in you now though.
“Just because he’s bigger than the rest of you, you’re intimidated.” The liquid courage was bubbling up inside you.
“Fucking hell, would you drop it?” Johnny says
“I just want to talk to him, Johnny!”
You made your way over to him.
Johnny’s eyes looked like they could burst out of their sockets.
“Hi, how are you? You know what, you don’t seem bad at all, you just seem big, but that's ok.”
The man looked at you wide eyed, beneath his mask formed some crinkle surrounding his eyes.
“I just wanted to let you know that you don't intimidate me, but quite frankly you encourage me to give you a hug.”
He smiled now, you could see it.
“You’re like a huge teddy bear even, have you been to the states? They got a whole warehouse full of teddy bears the size of you.”
A small laugh from him and his fingers running through his hair.
“In fact, I kind of wish I had you as my own size for a teddy bear… what do you say?”
Before he could respond, you were yanked up, thrown over someone’s shoulders.
“That’ll do mini MacTavish..” A British accent. Ghost was hauling you away.
You felt dizzy, and kept your eyesight on the big man.
“I MEAN it! You are not intimidating you're just in need of a hug.”

taylors daughter and auntie blake lively spending time together (i saw taylor with blakes kids at the side of the stage now i cant get over how THERE AUNT IS BASICALLY TAYLOR SWIFT)
Unpaid Babysitter
PAIRING: Blake Livey/Ryan Reynolds x styles-swift!reader
GENRE: fluff
SUMMARY: exactly what the request says lol
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Morning, sweetie," Taylor greets you as you enter the kitchen. She’s standing at the stove, flipping pancakes like a pro. "You sleep well?"
"Morning, Mom," you say, wrapping your arms around her in a warm hug. "I did, thanks. What’s on the agenda today?"
Taylor turns to you with a smile, her blue eyes twinkling with a mixture of love and excitement. "Well, I’ve got some work to do, but I thought you might like to spend the day with Blake and the kids. They’ve been asking about you."
Your heart skips a beat at the thought. Blake Lively had always been like a second mom to you. She was warm, funny, and had this way of making you feel like you were the most important person in the world whenever you were around her. Plus, spending time with her Jaymes, Inez, and Betty was always a blast.
"I’d love that!" you exclaim, grabbing a pancake off the stack Taylor had just finished. "Are they expecting me?"
"Blake’s excited to see you. She said Ryan’s been on his best behavior too—well, as best as he can manage," Taylor adds with a laugh.
You chuckle at the mention of Ryan. He was always the life of the party, with his sarcastic humor and endless jokes. The thought of spending the day with him and Blake was enough to get you bouncing on your toes with excitement.
Taylor smiled, happy to see you so eager. "Good. I’ll drop you off on my way to the studio. Go get ready."
You hurried back upstairs, quickly throwing on a comfortable outfit—something that could handle the inevitable roughhousing that came with spending time with the Reynolds kids. You glanced at yourself in the mirror, running a brush through your hair before giving yourself a nod of approval. Ready.
Back downstairs, Taylor was already by the door, car keys in hand. "Let’s go, kiddo."
The drive to Blake and Ryan’s place wasn’t long, and Taylor chatted about her plans for the day. Even though she was your mom and, to the outside world, this larger-than-life superstar, she never made you feel overshadowed. She was just your mom, and you were her kid. As you pulled up to the Reynolds’ house, Taylor gave you a smile that made you feel warm all over.
"Have fun today, okay? Call me if you need anything."
"I will, Mom. Love you."
"Love you too, sweetie."
You hopped out of the car, waving as Taylor drove off. The front door to the Reynolds’ house opened before you even reached it, and Blake stepped out, a big grin on her face.
"There’s my favorite honorary child!" she exclaimed, pulling you into a tight hug. Blake’s hugs were legendary—warm, strong, and filled with so much affection that you felt like you could stay wrapped up in them forever.
"Hi, Blake!" you said, squeezing her back. "I’ve missed you!"
"We’ve missed you too! The kids have been bouncing off the walls since they found out you were coming over." She released you from the hug but kept a comforting hand on your shoulder as she led you inside. The house smelled like home—something sweet baking in the oven, and the familiar scent of the Reynolds' family life.
As soon as you walked in, chaos ensued. James, the eldest of the Reynolds kids, barreled toward you with the energy of a freight train, nearly knocking you over as she threw her arms around you. Inez was right behind her, tugging on your hand, demanding your attention, while little Betty hung back shyly, her eyes wide with excitement.
"Y/N!" Jaymes shouted, pulling you toward the living room. "Come play with us! We were just about to start a game!"
You barely had time to say hello before being dragged into the whirlwind that was the Reynolds’ household. Blake laughed, shaking her head as she watched her kids swarm around you. "Looks like you’re going to be busy for a while."
You grinned at her, already feeling at home. "Wouldn’t have it any other way."
The next few hours flew by in a blur of laughter, games, and snacks. The kids were relentless, but you loved every second of it. You played hide and seek, built pillow forts, and even had a dance party in the living room. Jaymes was the self-proclaimed DJ, picking out Taylor’s songs to dance to, which made you feel even more at home.
Eventually, Blake joined in, dancing and laughing alongside you and the kids. Her energy was contagious, and it wasn’t long before you were all collapsed on the couch, out of breath but still smiling.
It was then that Ryan made his grand entrance, sauntering into the room with an exaggerated swagger. "Well, well, well, if it isn’t my favorite unpaid babysitter," he quipped, winking at you.
"Nice to see you too, Ryan," you shot back, rolling your eyes with a grin. Ryan was always full of jokes, but you loved his sense of humor.
He flopped down on the couch next to Blake, who was still catching her breath from the impromptu dance party. "So, what’s on the agenda for the rest of the day? Scaring off potential boyfriends? Pranking Blake? Or my personal favorite—getting the kids to gang up on you in a water balloon fight?"
"Hey!" Blake protested, giving Ryan a playful shove. "No water balloons in the house!"
Ryan feigned shock, putting a hand to his chest. "Who said anything about inside the house? That’s what the yard is for!"
You laughed, shaking your head at their banter. "I think I’m good with whatever you’ve got planned, as long as I get to hang out with you guys."
Ryan raised an eyebrow. "Careful what you wish for, kiddo."
The rest of the day was a perfect mix of chaos and calm. You spent hours playing with the kids, who adored you like an older sibling.
Later in the afternoon, Blake suggested making cookies, and you found yourself in the kitchen, surrounded by flour, chocolate chips, and three very eager little helpers. Ryan insisted on wearing an apron that read "Kiss the Cook," despite Blake’s eye roll, and took charge of taste-testing the cookie dough.
"Isn’t it supposed to go on the baking sheet?" you teased as Ryan popped another spoonful of dough into his mouth.
He gave you a mock serious look. "I’m just making sure it’s safe for the kids to eat. It’s a public service, really."
Blake snorted, shaking her head as she helped Betty measure out sugar. "Sure, and I’m the Queen of England."
"Your Majesty," Ryan said with a bow, earning a giggle from Betty and a playful smack from Blake.
Once the cookies were in the oven, you all gathered around the kitchen island, munching on the leftover dough and talking about everything and nothing. It was easy, being here with them. It felt like family.
Blake must have noticed the content look on your face because she reached over and squeezed your hand. "You know you’re always welcome here, right? You’re part of this crazy family too."
You smiled at her, warmth blossoming in your chest. "Thanks, Blake. That means a lot."
Ryan chimed in, a grin on his face. "Yeah, and if Taylor ever gets tired of you, you’ve got a spot here. Though fair warning, we’ll put you to work."
"Good thing I’m used to it," you joked, and everyone laughed.
As the afternoon turned into evening, the chaos of the day slowly wound down. After dinner, which was filled with more laughter and Ryan’s terrible dad jokes, the kids started to get sleepy. You helped Blake get them ready for bed, reading them stories and tucking them in.
When you finally made your way back downstairs, you found Ryan and Blake sitting together on the couch, looking relaxed and content. Ryan glanced up as you entered, patting the space next to him. "Come join us. We’re about to put on a movie that’s probably too old for the kids but perfect for us."
You settled in between them, feeling a sense of belonging that made your heart swell. As the movie played, you found yourself leaning against Blake, her arm draped around your shoulders. Ryan kept up his usual commentary, making snarky remarks about the movie that had you both in stitches.
It was late when the movie ended, but none of you seemed in a hurry to move. Blake sighed contentedly, giving you a gentle squeeze. "I’m so glad you came over today, Y/N. It’s been a while since we’ve all had a day like this."
"Me too," you agreed, stifling a yawn. "Thanks for letting me crash here."
"Crash anytime," Ryan said, his voice softening from its usual playful tone. "Seriously, kid, you’re always welcome."
You nodded, feeling your eyelids grow heavy. It wasn’t long before you were dozing off, nestled between Blake and Ryan, who exchanged a fond look over your head.
When you woke up the next morning, you found yourself tucked into the guest bed, the morning light streaming in through the window. You stretched, a smile tugging at your lips as you remembered the day before. It had been perfect—a day filled with love, laughter, and the comfort of knowing you had another family who cared about you just as much as your own.
As you made your way downstairs, you heard the familiar sounds of breakfast being made. Blake was at the stove, flipping pancakes much like Taylor had been yesterday morning, while Ryan was trying—and failing—to keep the kids from sneaking bites of bacon off the plate.
"Morning, sleepyhead," Blake greeted you with a warm smile. "How’d you sleep?"
"Like a rock," you admitted, grabbing a piece of bacon despite Ryan’s mock protest. "Thanks for letting me stay over."
"Anytime," Blake said, handing you a plate of pancakes. "Now, dig in. We’ve got a big day ahead."
You raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What’s the plan?"
Ryan grinned, winking at you. "Let’s just say it involves a lot of fun and possibly a little bit of trouble."
You laughed, knowing that whatever they had planned, it was going to be another day to remember. As you sat down at the table, surrounded by the Reynolds family, you couldn’t help but feel incredibly lucky. You had a mom who loved you, and you had this amazing extended family who made you feel like you belonged.
And as you looked around the table,
you knew that no matter where life took you, you’d always have a home here—with Taylor, with Blake and Ryan, and with these wonderful, chaotic kids who adored you as much as you adored them.
You spent the rest of the day exactly as Ryan had promised—having fun and getting into just the right amount of trouble. There were more games, more laughter, and even a surprise trip to the park, where Ryan insisted on showing off his "superior" playground skills, only to be outdone by James in a race to the top of the monkey bars.
Blake captured it all on her phone, sending the videos to Taylor, who replied with laughing emojis and messages about how much she wished she could join in. You knew she was busy, but it still made you feel warm inside to know she was thinking about you.
As the day wound down, and it was time for you to head back home, Blake and Ryan walked you to the door, the kids trailing behind with reluctant goodbyes.
"Come back soon, okay?" Blake said, pulling you into one last hug.
"Promise," you replied, hugging her tightly. "Thanks for everything."
Ryan ruffled your hair as you turned to him. "Take care, kiddo. And remember, if you ever need to escape, our door’s always open."
You smiled, nodding. "I’ll remember."
With one last wave to the kids, you headed out the door and into the car where Taylor was waiting. As you drove away, you glanced back at the house, feeling a pang of bittersweet emotion. You’d miss them, but you knew you’d be back soon.
Taylor reached over and squeezed your hand, her eyes on the road ahead. "Have a good time?"
"The best," you said, leaning back in your seat. "Thanks for letting me go, Mom."
"Of course, sweetie. I’m glad you had fun."
You smiled, closing your eyes as the car hummed softly beneath you. You were lucky, you realized—not just for the amazing day you’d had, but for the people in your life who made every day special. As you drove away, you knew that no matter what, you were surrounded by love.
And really, what more could you ask for?
Cloak of Night, Heart in Fight
Liam stood his ground, his scrawny frame tense with reluctance. "I'm not going to some party with a bunch of obnoxious frat guys. And I don't have a costume anyway." He knew his argument was weak, but he had hoped it would be enough to deter Karen. Karen, her green eyes sparkling with excitement, shot back, "My sister Sandy has a whole collection of costumes, enough to outfit an army of partygoers. And her parties are legendary! Come on, it'll be fun." Her voice carried a hint of pleading, and Liam could sense her desire to break free from their usual routine. With a heavy sigh, he relented, knowing he couldn't resist her enthusiasm forever. "Fine, but I'm not dressing up as some ridiculous superhero or muscle-bound warrior."
Liam stood before Sandy's extensive costume collection, feeling a sense of dread as he donned a hobbit costume.
It was a simple outfit, complete with a brown robe and oversized hairy feet, but it did little to hide his lanky frame and nervous demeanor. "I don't know, Sandy. I've never been big on dressing up," he mumbled, adjusting the fake hairy feet. "Maybe I should just skip the party." Sandy, a bubbly contrast to Liam's anxiety, rolled her eyes. "That's the point, Liam! You haven't even tried. Hobbit is just you, all cute and shy. Now, imagine something completely different. What's the opposite of Liam?" "Well, I'm not exactly the life of the party," Liam admitted, his voice trailing off. "I'm not... handsome or charming, and I definitely can't seduce anyone." Sandy burst into laughter, silencing him with a wave of her hand. "Alright, I get it! You need something dramatic. How about a vampire?" She reached into the rack and pulled out a sleek black cloak with a dramatic purple lining. Liam took the cloak, his fingers brushing the soft fabric. As he slipped it over his jeans and t-shirt, a tingling sensation coursed through his body. He glanced in the mirror, his eyes widening at the reflection. The nerdy, bespectacled Liam was gone, replaced by a tall, handsome young man with intense eyes and a jawline that could cut glass. His body had transformed, revealing lean muscles and a confident stance.
"What... what's happening?" Liam's voice cracked, his hand reaching up to touch his new face. Sandy's eyes sparkled with mischief. "Some of my costumes have a little magic, Liam. You'll be this dashing vampire until midnight. But beware—if the costume gets wet, the spell won't wear off." "Wet? But—" Liam's concern grew. "What if someone spills a drink on me? Will I be stuck like this?" "Relax," Sandy reassured him. “You’d have to be completely soaked for at least five minutes. Just avoid the pool, and you’ll be fine!” She winked. “Yeah, right,” he muttered, still processing the transformation. But as the party started, he felt a rush of excitement.
The music thumped through the walls of Sandy's house, a pulsing beat that drew a crowd of students, laughter spilling out into the cool Halloween night. Liam stood in the corner, his vampire cloak swirling around him, still adjusting to the feeling of being…different. “Hey, Liam!” Karen called out, her green eyes sparkling with excitement as she pushed through the throng of partygoers.
She stepped up to him, “You really got out of your shell!” Liam shrugged, a grin creeping onto his face. “Yeah, I guess it’s alright,” he replied, his voice almost drowned out by the music. He glanced around, feeling the new confidence surging through him. “But I’m not sure this is me, you know?” “Why not? You look amazing!” Karen took his hands, squeezing them, her excitement palpable. Liam turned to her, a playful smirk on his face. “Thanks! I guess this whole vampire thing suits me,” he said, his voice smooth and confident, the words flowing effortlessly. He hadn’t realized how easy it was to talk to people now. “I mean, who wouldn’t want to be a heartthrob like this?” He flashed a charming smile, one he’d never dared use before. Karen’s smile faltered for a moment. “Just don’t forget who you really are,” she said, concern lacing her tone. “You’ve changed, and I don’t want you to lose yourself in all this.” “Changed? Come on, Karen,” Liam laughed, a sound that drew attention. “This is who I was meant to be! I feel…alive!” He gave her a wink, reveling in the way her cheeks flushed. But Karen frowned, her brows knitting together. “Liam, you’re not being yourself. You’re acting different.” “Different? Maybe I like it,” he said, his tone sharper than intended. “What’s wrong with wanting to enjoy life?” “Enjoying life shouldn’t mean forgetting who you are,” she pressed, her voice rising slightly. “You’re scaring me. I don’t even recognize you anymore.” “Maybe you just don’t like who I’ve become,” he shot back, irritation bubbling beneath his charming exterior. He could feel the pulse of the music in his veins, urging him to let loose. “Liam…” she started, but he waved her off, turning back to the crowd.
He felt a rush of adrenaline as he began chatting with a group of girls nearby, their laughter ringing out like music. Karen stood frozen, watching him with a mix of pride and worry. As Liam chatted animatedly, she couldn’t shake the feeling that she was losing him. The life of the party, he was charming everyone effortlessly, and she felt like a ghost in her own boyfriend’s life.
She hadn’t meant to start a fight; she just wanted to keep him grounded. After a moment, she took a deep breath and decided to find him. “Liam!” she called, weaving through the throngs of partygoers. “Liam, where are you?” Navigating through the sea of costumed guests, she finally located him in the bathroom, an unusual place to find someone at a party. Liam stood in the bathtub, the shower cascading water around him, his black vampire cloak clinging to his, now chiseled and handsome, body.
“How long have you been wet?” she exclaimed, her voice rising in panic. “Hurry up to dry yourself up, otherwise you’ll stay like that for good!” Liam chuckled, a mischievous glint in his eye. “It’s too late already. I’ll stay this way, whether you like it or not!” Karen's heart sank. "But...but you're still Liam. Underneath all this, you're the same person. I...I love you, and it doesn't matter what you look like." Liam stepped out of the shower, the water instantly ceasing as if by magic. He stood tall, his body dry and handsome.
"I am, and I'm not. I've always been more than just a bookish guy, Karen. This costume just helped me unlock my true self." Karen's eyes filled with tears. "I know, and I wanted you to be more confident. But I didn't mean for you to become someone else. Please, don't let this change who you are inside." Liam's expression softened, and he pulled Karen into an embrace. "I won't. I love you, Karen, and I always will. This is just an upgrade, a chance to live life to the fullest." He kissed her gently, his lips warm against hers. Karen's worries momentarily faded as she kissed him back, her heart fluttering.
Just then, a group of frat guys stormed the dance floor, each wearing a black cloak similar to Liam's.
Karen's face twisted in disgust. "Ugh, look at these guys. Why does Sandy even invite them?" Liam snorted, his newfound charm on full display. "Yeah, they're a bunch of peacocks. Who do they think they are, strutting around like they own the place?"
One of the frat guys, his voice booming, announced, ""Hey, man! Loving the cloak. Check out our new recruit, Liam! He's one of us now!"
Liam, taken aback, tried to protest, but his words faltered. "I... I mean, I..." The frat guy slapped him on the back, nearly knocking him off balance. "No need to be shy, bro! We're here to have a good time. And with your new look, the ladies will be all over you!" Liam hesitated, his eyes darting between Karen and the frat brother. "I... uh... I'm not sure about that, bro." The frat guy slapped him on the back. "Come on, man! Let's find you some hot chicks. You can't stay with that nerdy owl forever!" Liam's resistance crumbled as he found himself drawn to their infectious energy. "I... I guess I could use a change." Karen's eyes widened in disbelief. "Liam, no! You can't be serious!" But it was too late. Liam, caught up in the moment, laughed along with the frat guys. "Maybe I'll find a hot nurse. You know, the dumb ones are good for a bit of fun!" Karen's heart sank as she watched her boyfriend disappear into the crowd, surrounded by the very people she despised.
She felt a tap on her shoulder and turned to see her sister Sandy, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Looks like your boyfriend's found a new crowd," Sandy said, her tone laced with amusement. Karen's voice quivered with emotion. "Sandy, this is all your doing! He's become one of them, a brainless frat boy, and he dumped me!" Sandy's laughter echoed through the room, drawing attention. "Oh, Karen, he's still the same intelligent Liam, just with a new, improved look. Can't blame him for wanting to explore his options now that he's a heartthrob." Karen's face flushed with anger. " Improved? He's insufferable! I want my Liam back! The one who cared about me and wasn't a superficial jerk!" Sandy's expression turned serious. "Well, I couldn't stand the old Liam, always moping around. But this new version? He's a catch! Too bad he's out of your league now." Sandy winked, her tone playful yet cruel. "Maybe I'll try my luck with him." Karen's eyes narrowed. "He's not out of my league. I'll get him back, you'll see." Determined, she marched over to the costume rack, her mind racing. She needed to find a way to remind Liam of who he truly was, and perhaps, just perhaps, he would come back to her. Her fingers grazed over the costumes, and she pulled out a nurse's uniform, complete with a short skirt and low-cut top. It was a far cry from her usual attire, but desperate times called for desperate measures. As she slipped into the costume, a strange sensation washed over her. The transformation was more than physical; she felt her mind cloud, her thoughts becoming simpler, more basic. Karen's eyes widened in the mirror, her once sharp gaze now soft and vacant. She had become the epitome of a dumb blonde, a nurse who cared more about her looks than her patients.
"Hey there, gorgeous." A frat guy, his face painted like a skeleton, appeared beside her. "Looking for someone?" Karen blinked, her new personality taking over. "Yeah, I'm looking for Liam. He's, like, my boyfriend, you know?" The frat guy winked, his grin mischievous. "Oh, I know Liam. I'll take you to him. He's gonna love this." Karen followed, her hips swaying in a way she never thought possible. The frat guy led her upstairs, away from the party, and into a dimly lit bedroom. "He's in here, waiting for you," he said, his voice low and suggestive. But as Karen stepped into the room, she realized something was amiss. There was no Liam, just the frat guy, his painted grin now sinister. "You won't be needing Liam tonight," he purred, closing the door behind her.
Karen's protests were weak, her newfound stupidity making it hard to resist. The night blurred, and she gave in to the frat guy's advances, her inhibitions gone.
The morning sun streamed through the window, and Karen woke with a start. She was back in her own clothes, her nurse's costume discarded. Her head throbbed, and her memories of the previous night were hazy. She had a vague recollection of the frat boy's face, his hands on her body, and the sound of his laughter. "Oh no," she whispered, her hand resting on her flat stomach. She remembered the feeling of his body against hers and the realization hit her—she was pregnant. But with which frat boy? She couldn't even remember his name. She had to find Liam, tell him everything, and hope he'd stand by her. On campus, Karen spotted Liam surrounded by his new fraternity brothers. Their laughter rang out, a stark contrast to Liam's former self. She approached with trepidation, her heart pounding. "Liam, I need to talk to you." The group fell silent as Liam turned, his once gentle eyes now cold. "What do you want, Karen?" His voice was laced with annoyance. "I... I'm pregnant." The words tumbled out, and Karen's eyes filled with tears. "It happened last night. I don't know who the father is, but I wanted you to know. I love you, and I want us to stand this together." Liam's face twisted in disgust. "What? Fuck off, slut. Don't try to pin some frat boy's bastard on me. Get out of my sight!"
His new friends roared with laughter, and Karen felt her heart shatter. She stood there, stunned, as the realization hit her. This wasn't just about the costume; it was about who Liam truly was. The old Liam, the one she thought she knew, would never have reacted this way. But perhaps he had always been hiding behind his nerdy exterior, and the costume had simply unveiled his true self. As Karen walked away, she knew her life had changed forever. The baby growing inside her was a constant reminder of that fateful Halloween night. She couldn't help but wonder if she had ever truly known Liam at all.
Being born close to Halloween means it was always most likely you would throw a themed birthday party. Two days before the actual date, you were celebrating at a bar with your closest friends, always excited to gather all of them and your other friends.
Hours before the party, you were getting help from Robin and Eddie with the decoration, while Steve and Dustin - your not-so-baby-brother - were cleaning the house.
Jonathan and Nancy were in charge of the rest; food, crockery, cups and stuff like that. A faint rock music was playing on a boombox as you were all busy with the arrangement.
You were pretty excited this year, for the first time after getting into college you invited a few friends you got along. Not that you weren't missing having a boyfriend, but every time you'd go out with someone, it turns out they just want sex, and you didn't like that.
Pumpkins with wicked grins lined the path to the entrance, their flickering candles casting eerie shadows. A large, ancient oak tree was adorned with fake cobwebs and ghostly apparitions hanging from its branches, swaying gently in the autumn breeze. A fog machine sent wisps of mist rolling across the yard, setting the perfect, eerie mood.
It was 8 pm sharp when the first guests arrived. Mike with El, Lucas with Max and Will, who were not that young anymore either, they were all like 18, 19. You couldn't hold a grin to see them dressed as Ghostbusters, like every year they wear matching costumes.
You and your friends made a deal you'd surprise each other with your costumes, so a while after the kids arrived, Eddie knocked on the door and as you opened it, and it was impossible to miss. He had transformed himself into a member of the legendary rock band, Kiss.
He was wearing a very made up costume. He even painted in the signature black and white makeup, wearing a black leather vest, displaying his flat abs.
He wore a skin-tight, leather jumpsuit adorned with studs and spikes. Behind him, Robin was wearing a camouflage outfit, along with black boots just like Eddie.
"Wow, you took the 'dressed to kill' idea very seriously!" She said as she complimented you. As a lesbian, she couldn't stop looking at your cleavage.
You went for an Elvira look with a black, form-fitting, low-cut dress, with a slit on the side. The v-neck showed a little too much of your chest, which would make every guy look at you for more than five minutes.
"Eddie, come on dork. Stop stripping her with your eyes!" She mocked him, laughing at the way he was just frozen, still looking at you.
"Happy birthday, sweetheart. Nice choice. Gonna make every dude in this house get a boner" He tried to sound playful, but he only just turned himself in.
"Thank you so much for the heads-up. I had no idea" Ironically, you weren't really expecting that. Maybe that's why Mike and Lucas got flickered in their foreheads earlier.
Steve was more obvious and it made you laugh. He just chose to wear his Scoops Ahoy uniform, without the hat. Because that would ruin his perfect hair.
And again, what Eddie said echoed in your head, because the hairy chested guy couldn't stop staring at your breasts until you tried to pinch him. Jonathan and Nancy were wearing something very couple-like, and it was heart melting.
There were people chatting in the backyard, some were listening to music while talking and drinking, Dusty and the kids were talking about some game. The couple was somewhere, probably exchanging saliva, and you were talking with Robin, listening to her charm about Vickie, while Eddie was smoking a joint.
"Hey, where the hell is Steve?" She asks after a brief pause, watching as Eddie shrugs his shoulders. "I haven't seen him in like, twenty minutes, I think?".
"Probably fixing his hair or managing to get his dick wet" He scoffed.
Both of you looked at him in disbelief, he was just trying to mock. "Ew, Munson. I know he used to be like that, but he wouldn't do this. Not at my house at least" You respond, but he doesn't agree.
"Eh, could be. But let's be honest. The guy is charming, pretty, and has a good talk. Any girl would jump on him like that" He snaps his fingers.
"I'm gonna look for him around here. You can go upstairs" You tell her before leaving him alone, who mumbles something about Steve "needing a babysitter" or something.
You had no idea where the guy could've gone. He just didn't say anything before ghosting, and it's not like there was a way of communicating to him, unless he had a walkie. But this wasn't one of his gatherings with the kids.
You looked behind the curtains, because, you never know right? Under the table, behind the couch, in the guest restroom and even behind any door, but still nothing. Robin said she didn't see him upstairs.
She went to the backyard and asked the others about him. Until you realized you didn't look for him in one spot that anyone could fit in: the closet under your stairs.
He was sitting there with a different look on his face. Maybe tired? You didn't know. He had his back resting against the wall, fidgeting his fingers. A cup with some drink was also resting on the floor.
"Care to explain why you're hiding at my party without saying anything?" You ask, but he doesn't bother to look at you.
He shrugs his shoulders, pouting. "I'm sorry it's your birthday party. I just didn't feel like being around".
You wanted to ask, but you weren't sure he would answer you. Still holding the doorknob, you reach out your hands, so he can lift himself up, but he doesn't.
"C'mon Steve, let's try and cheer up, yeah? You want me to change the music? Is it boring?" He shakes his head. "You want something else to drink? Food?". Nothing.
As soon as he gets up, he closes the door behind you, before you protest. What he doesn't know is that If you close the door, it locks from the inside. He just locked you both in there.
"Steve-" You try to tell him, but he cuts you off.
"Can you not tell this to Robin just yet? It's going to sound really stupid" He asks, his tone was low and pretty hurtful.
"Steve, you can't close this door from the inside. We're locked in here".
He snaps his eyes and raises both eyebrows. He tries to open the door but nothing happens.
"You're fucking kidding me. I just locked the party host in the closet" He groans, yanking his head against the door.
"Yeah, thank you. Now Robin is going to think we're either missing or messing around".
Steve still has his head resting against the door, banging it carefully.
"Could this night be any shittier?" You don't get why he seems stressed, but you try to ask him anyway.
"What happened, sailor?" He chuckles lightly, almost like in a bittersweet way.
"If you make fun of me I'll get your gift back" He threatens. "Just this girl I was talking to earlier in the backyard.. I asked her for her number and she said I was a 'stupid momma's boy and that my reputation is wrecked'" He mourns.
"You know you're not like that anymore, right?" You try to ease him and reassure you don't think of him that way.
He still laughs sarcastically. "Seems like I still am". He sighs. "That's the problem. People still see me like that, and I hate it".
"Just because some random girl said that to you, it doesn't mean it's true".
Steve tries to take in your words as he crosses his arms on his chest and ponders. He hasn't been like that in ages, why would he still make it a big deal anyway? Seems like he needed to work out his self-esteem.
"Maybe you're right. How's the party?" He still sounds like he's offended, maybe he just needs a hug.
"Well, it's been pretty good until you locked us in" You joke, watching him slightly chuckle.
"You look really good as Elvira" Steve gives you a gentle side smile and you grab his hand.
"You look the same as always, sailor" Snorting, he gives you a death glance. Like, it's not the first time you see in that outfit.
"Just think you missed the boobs". Oh, that was a burn.
Walking towards him, you make sure you're pressing your sides to show a little more cleavage, and he gulps. "What, you don't think this cleavage isn't enough?" Your voice was smooth and low.
As you reach to both his arms, he tries to not stare at you for too long or he breaks. Your pleading eyes actually hold something different and it makes his boxer feel uncomfortable already. You've always thought he was good looking, even with the stupid outfit.
"I.. uh- No, it's great" He nervously laughs, his hands never meet your body out of respect for you.
You tease him as you lean against his body, and Steve is looking confused at you. "Eddie was right when he said every guy would get a boner with my costume".
He tries to hold a nervous chuckle and fails. "I don't have a boner, what do you mean?"
"Then what are you hiding in there, an ice cream scoop?" The taunting was terrible, but it makes him laugh as his cheeks flush.
"You're a terrible person" This time he holds his gaze directly at your eyes and leans closer until your noses bump. "You're incredibly sexy and terrible".
"And yet you're the one dressed as a sailor with your uniform" You retort, wrapping your hands around his neck. He feels your chest pressed against his, as well as his growing crotch.
He doesn't give you an answer, but instead he just crashes his lips against yours, holding your chin in a light grip. He tastes like beer, he smells like Calvin Klein and you don't regret this little show you're having.
It doesn't have to be something serious right now, so you just enjoy it when he slides his tongue against yours, letting out a groan to your surprise. One of his hands slides down your body, holding your waist as he tries to bring you closer to him.
You feel his hard cock rub against your cunt under the dress and it burns your skin. Grasping his lower lip against your teeth, you let out a teasing gasp, learning Steve is just about to throw you against the wall and fuck you there.
But before he even tries anything, you start kissing him again, feeling his hot tongue swirling around yours in a battle for dominance. It makes your brain twist and your stomach sink. It makes your entire body shiver.
He pulls back only to breathe, his haired chest is heavily panting and his lips are swollen. "This is what they're missing. So, fuck them" You praise.
His big squared hand grabs your cheek carefully as he uses his thumb to rub his digit against your skin. "Thank you" That's all he says.
Watching him from that position, it makes you realize he's everything Eddie said before. He is charming, pretty, and has a good talk. He's also caring, smart and gentle. If you could, you would put him in a bubble and take care of him.
You pull him by the collar only to give him a peck before sliding both hands down his stomach until your hands reach the elastic of his shorts.
He looks at you, confused and sort of lost with the action. "Here's a Halloween treat, sailor". You kneel in front of him.
The tone of your voice is barely above a whisper and it carries luxury, filling the air of the small closet. His throat is now dry as he gulps harshly. You pull down his piece of clothing before glancing carefully at his hardened cunt under the fabric.
It pulses when you softly touch his base and Steve almost collapses under your hands. He helps you get rid of his boxer, muffling his grunt when you hold it in your right hand. Your best hand, the one you know you can give a nice handjob.
But this time you catch him off guard when your mouth gives him a soft open mouthed kiss on the glistening tip of his cock. He's kinda big, and thick, and it makes your mouth water with desperation. You glide your tongue until it reaches his balls and he flinches, hissing.
"Jesus fuck" He cries. It makes you grin through his cock.
Slowly, you swallow him until it reaches the back of your throat and you try not to gag. His reflection is to pull a handful of your hair and he slowly loses it.
Working along with your tongue, you start bobbing your head up and down, careful to not choke on his cunt. You cup his balls with your free hand and softly rub them against your soft fingers.
Steve almost starts sliding down the wall, trying to hold himself up. He feels himself completely at your mercy, not knowing why it feels so good, considering you were good friends.
You hum while tasting every inch of him, feeling his dick twitch inside your mouth, dripping with precum.
He uses one hand to hold himself while the other one still pulls your hair. The sound of your throat against his dick is echoing inside the closet, while his breathing makes the air become stuffy. Your mouth sucks him so perfectly, your throat tightens around him.
"I'm not gonna las- Fuck-" He sttuters when you hollow your cheeks and suck him hard, the loud gasp coming off his mouth makes you feel so horny you almost give up on this.
The way you concentrate on your movements, always switching so it doesn't give you cheek cramps, makes him want to thrust against your mouth. But he knows his limits and he doesn't want you to choke on him either.
He watches with bliss on his eyes the way your head bobs towards him and it makes him dizzy at your sight. You look at him with lust and awe, savoring his salty liquid, feeling how his fat cock stretches your mouth so it can fit in.
Your hand falls from his balls to his hairy and thick thighs, digging your nails into his skin, listening to every moan he spills against the thin air.
"I'mgonnacum" He slurs and you feel his hips shuddering as he finally reaches his peak, washing over your throat. You swallow him entirely, his warm cum suddenly makes you feel too blissed from the moment.
Steve can barely breathe, you watch him almost gasp for air. His chest is heavily panting and sweating, just like his flushed face.
You noticed how messy his hair is. After swallowing it all, you give him a quick peck on his sensitive tip and he pulls back from the sensation.
He helps you get up from your knees, still staring at you amused. You quickly clean the corner of your mouth, licking the same spot. "God, you are fascinating".
When he leans forward to give you another kiss, not giving a shit you taste like him, the door finally opens and Robin stares at both of you in shock.
"What the fuck happened here?".
A Too-Close Analysis of the Double Exposure Treatments from Duskmourn (1/2)
Happy Prerelease Weekend everyone! During the announcement stream for Duskmourn, Art Director Ovidio Cartagena said that one of the goals of the "Double Exposure" Alt-art treatments was to capture the inner psyches of Legendary Characters. And that immediately tickled my neurons, so I decided to write a bunch about the different Double Exposures and what exactly they suggest about the different characters! This post will feature all the characters from Duskmourn who appear in the Main Story articles, with the rest coming sometime tomorrow probably.
(EDIT: Part 2 is out now! You can find it here)
The Wandering Rescuer-
In profile over the Wanderer is one of Duskmourn’s demons, seeming to show similarities to the demon depicted on the card “Vile Mutilator”. This demon in particular, and presumably other Duskmourn demons, possess the ability to kill survivors’ glimmers. The Wanderer is the only character we see in the story who has a glimmer, potentially because her will and connection to her home plane are strong enough to manifest one before any other members of the party can. So, having that connection to her home, to the place she has sought after for so many years and finally had the chance to return to post-March of the Machines, taken away by a monster… yeah, I can see how the Wanderer might be afraid of that.
Valgavoth, Terror Eater-
Unlike the other double exposure treatments, Valgavoth is the upper layer of this double exposure: he is the nightmare. He blends seamlessly into the door behind him, which is carved with a simulacrum of his core form. He is the House, and the House is Valgavoth. There is no escape from his grasp, etc.
Tyvar, the Pummeler-
Tyvar looks forward, fists raised in a fighting pose. His position suggests fearlessness, but a Cellarspawn still taunts him over his shoulder. “Oh why’d he be afraid of some random Cellarspawn” well he’s not, he’s afraid of what it represents. I posit that this Cellarspawn is the one Tyvar copies when he puts himself and Zimone into House camouflage in the main story. That action, while clever, nearly led to both of them being subsumed into the essence of the House if not for Zimone’s fateshifter. It represents bad change, the possibility that Tyvar isn’t infallible, and the way his transmutation abilities feel uncomfortably similar to that of Phyrexian compleation. But still, Tyvar stands proud and stares forward, ready to courageously curtail whatever may come. Also, only noticed this a bit after originally writing this section, but compare Tyvar’s Double Exposure card to Kona’s. Notice anything? The colors are inverted. Tyvar, the subject of the card, is rendered in magenta, perhaps showing how he is to be feared.
Kaito, Bane of Nightmares-
Kaito is surrounded by gaseous Cellarspawn who shy away from him, flinching back as though in pain. This, combined with his title as "Bane of Nightmares" suggests that there is something about Kaito that the House instinctively cowers from. Which, upon thinking things over, makes sense. He is a planeswalker: he has the ultimate trump card to ignore and escape the horrors of Duskmourn at any time. Plus, he is the only person we’ve seen who was actually able to pose a significant threat to Valgavoth, stabbing him through the chest at the climax of Episode 6. The ghastly cellarspawn are Valgavoth’s creations, and Kaito may be the only one they fear. (Kinda expect Kaito and Valgavoth to have an Ajani/Bolas or Elspeth/Norn relationship maybe.)
Niko, Light of Hope-
Niko is both layers of their double exposure, one calm and confident, the other in pain. Niko’s fears are all internal: fear of not measuring up to their ideals, fear of being forced to go along with whatever plans the powers that be have in store for them. Just as their magic creates reflections, the hand that skillfully balances five of their magic shards is reflected in agony on the "internal" layer. Yet, simultaneously, them being both layers of the double exposure seems to break the rules shown by the other cards. Extremely fitting for a master of their own destiny, wouldn’t you say?
EDIT: @greatdinn pointed out that, in the “internal” art, Niko’s eyes appear to be missing. It could be read as them squinting, but if that is the case it could suggest that Niko’s biggest fear is going blind and losing their skillful accuracy.
Marina Vendrell-
Kinda similar to Victor’s Double Exposure treatment, the wings of a moth is overlaid on top of the subject’s face. However, Victor’s moth is covered in eye patterns, while Marina’s has the shape of a skull on its wings. Victor sees Valgavoth as a source of knowledge or power, Marina knows he brings only death. Notice, too, the way that Victor stares forward, making himself a part of the moth, while Marina glances to the side, attempting to reject its existence. Marina’s only safety now is that of denial: accepting how her actions doomed the plane to an eternity of nightmares would undo her.
Nashi, Searcher in the Dark-
Hey remember that time Nashi was trapped in a cage by a group of wickerfolk who slowly picked off the other Nezumi he cane to Duskmourn with and turned them into wickerfolk? Remember how a similar thing happened when Nashi ran into Tezzeret during that one side story and Tezzeret killed a bunch of Nashi’s friends? Remember how Tezzeret ALSO killed Nashi’s birth parents and everyone else in his village? Remember how everyone who gets close to him meets a horrible fate, to the point that eventually Nashi must find it easier to push other people away, to remain isolated because the only reasonable explanation is that he must be somehow cursed to bring ruin to the people he loves? Yeah.
Winter, Misanthropic Guide-
Winter pinches his forehead, deep in thought. Layered over him is a dagger with a strange handle that morphs into the hand of a corpse. This blade is a reminder of how he betrayed and sacrificed his friend in the house in order to escape Duskmourn. The blade faces the same direction as him, as though primed to stab into someone’s back. The hand is either the hand of his friend, desiccated and decaying, and/or represents the agency he had in the betrayal. Despite his claims that anyone would do the same, it is ultimately a decision he made, a path he followed, and consequences that he is responsible for.
Zimone, All-Questioning-
Over Zimone's face is a book, cover detailed with gnashing teeth and pages flipping ominously in the wind. But, as the story points out, how can there be wind inside the house? Zimone does not know, but she wants to. She wants to know everything, regardless of how outwardly intimidating the container of that source of knowledge may be. The spine of the book makes it look like her eye is closed, which combined with the reflective lens gives her an appearance of sleeping reverie. Her desire for knowledge blinds her to other potential threats, which the House knows and uses to sow the lures of her destruction.
That's it for now! Stay tuned for when I release the rest :)
Forth Times a Charm | Jake & Y/N Seresin
Jake & Shy Wifey Masterlist | Opposites Attract Masterlist
synopsis: The three times Jake asked Y/N out, and the one time he didn't. AKA, the story of how Jake met Y/N
word count: 5.4k
warnings: cursing, mentions of past abuse, Jake gets his heart broken a couple times
— — — — — — — — —
The First time: The Bar.
The bar was packed for a Friday night. It was most of the young pilots' first night in Miramar and they wanted to celebrate before Monday rolled around. Jake had heard about the legendary Hard Deck from some of the pilots he worked with Lemoore, but it was better in person than they could ever describe. He walked through the doors and his chest immediately swelled with pride and confidence. His whole career he had dreamed of being here in North Island and getting a shot at winning that first place trophy and becoming a part of a legendary band of brothers: TopGun Graduates.
“Whew! You smell that Bagman!?” Jake’s friend Javy said, clapping both hands down on Jake’s shoulders, “Smells like jet fuel and first place to me!”
“In your dreams, Machado,” Jake smirked and the two of them ventured into the bar.
Automatically, Jake got stares and flirty glances from the women in the bar. He plastered his megawatt smile on his face as he walked over to the bar top. He knew he was handsome; perfect blonde hair, green eyes, and a chiseled jaw. The khaki uniform on his body only added to the appeal and made the muscles in his arms bulge just a bit more. Jake leaned against the bar, waiting patiently for the dark-haired female bartender to come around and take his order.
The bar was loud, a bit too loud for her liking. The only reason she even agreed to come out to the bar on a Friday night was because it was her friend Megan’s bachelorette party. But Y/N could think of a thousand other things she’d rather be doing than leaning against a sticky bar top waiting for the bartender. She gripped her ID tightly in her hand, knowing she was going to be asked for it. It helped hide how badly her hands were shaking. This was not her speed at all.
“What can I get you?” The bartender asked and Y/N lifted her eyes up from the dried water ring on the bar.
“Oh uh. . . A Shirley temple please,” Y/N blushed and the bartender nodded, quickly making the mocktail, “Thank you,” Y/N said and went to hand the card to the bartender but the woman shook her head.
“I know your mother,” The woman said, “On the house.”
Y/N nodded and took the drink in her hand and made her way back to the table of her friends. She stopped in her tracks noticing the group of khaki-clad men all around them. Now this was one of the things Y/N had been preparing herself to deal with. She knew that there was a new class of pilots coming in, her dad had been busy preparing all week for it. She knew most of them were harmless and would back off when she said her last name, but some were just too pesky and annoying to even take the hint.
“Oh, there she is!” Her friend Ashley shouted as she walked over to the table and set her drink down, “This is Y/N, she’s single, fellas.”
“Thanks,” Y/N muttered as she sat down on the stool, “Hi,” She gave a small wave and blushed.
Jake’s eyes scanned the pool table, mentally figuring out the best chance for his next shot. He had made friends with a few of his classmates already; a fellow cowboy named Cerberus and his WSO Beuter. Beuter was very talkative, already talking about how he had been studying the manual for the F/A-18, and Jake could tell that Cerberus wanted to punch his WSO in the jaw. Jake was happy that he didn’t have a backseater anymore for that very same reason. WSOs were smart but lacked all social skills.
“Hey, table of babes at nine o’clock,” Javy said, nodding to a table full of women that were being hit on by some pilots, “Damn, look at that blonde.”
Jake made his shot and then looked up at the area Javy pointed out. There was a beautiful blonde sitting at the table talking to a pilot named Yale, whom Jake went to flight school with. She had gorgeous blue eyes and a tan that made her look like she was kissed by the sun god himself. She had high cheekbones and a gorgeous smile. Jake looked at his friend, who looked like he could start drooling over the girl.
“Rock, paper, scissors,” Jake said, holding his fist out and Javy looked at him. The pilot glanced back towards the woman and then at his friend, before holding his fist up.
“Rock, paper scissors!” They both said at the same time, hitting their fists against their palms.
“Dammit!” Javy exclaimed as Jake’s paper covered his rock, “Asshole.”
“Find a new dorm to sleep in tonight,” Jake smirked and shoved the pool stick into Javy’s hands. Javy grumbled as Jake ran a hand through his hair and walked over to the table. He was practicing what he was going to say to the blonde in his head, all prepared to tap her on the shoulder and drop some stupid line. But all that went out the window when he saw her.
His mind went blank, and it was like everyone in the bar disappeared except for her. He stood frozen in his spot as he watched her climb off her stool and walk towards the bar. No one at her table seemed to notice her slip away, but Jake did. He watched her sit at the bar, letting out a sigh and leaning her chin on her hand. Penny, the bartender, walked over to her and placed a red drink in front of her, and Jake snapped out of his daze. He shook his head and made a beeline toward the girl at the bar, completely forgetting about the blonde.
“What the fuck?” Javy mumbled watching his friend push through the crowd.
Y/N thanked Penny as she set another Shirley Temple down in front of her. Her fingers found the straw and stirred the red drink around in the glass, letting out a sigh. She was feeling overwhelmed at her table with all the pilots around. Megan had ordered a round of shots and they all started getting rowdy. Y/N knew she was going to have to drive them all home later, and drunk people made her anxious. She didn’t want to go too far away in case they needed her, but she needed to take a breather.
“Darlin, I can’t help but notice,” A voice said from beside her. Y/N turned her head and noticed a blonde pilot standing next to her. He had the greenest eyes she had ever seen like echeveria plants, “That I don’t think you have my number?”
Her eyebrows furrowed and she took a quick glance over her shoulder before looking back at the pilot. His name tag on his chest read ‘Seresin’.
“Are you talking to me?” Y/N asked quietly, not trying to embarrass the pilot in case he got the wrong person.
“Sure am, sweetheart,” He smiled. Gosh, his smile was so bright, she thought.
“Are you lost?” Y/N asked again and Jake chuckled.
“No, sweetheart, I am certainly not lost,” Jake said and sat down on the barstool next to her, “I’m Hangman, but you can call me ‘your man’.”
She let out a giggle and covered her mouth with her hand at his pickup line, “I’m Y/N.”
“A beautiful name for a beautiful girl.” Her blush was beautiful as she tried to hide the pink that was arising on her cheeks, “What brings you here, tonight?”
“My friend,” Y/N pointed to the table, “Megan is getting married next weekend.”
Jake’s eyebrows scrunched at the sight of the girl. She looked hardly old enough to drink, let alone get married. He turned back towards Y/N, “How old are you?”
“Pretty sure you’re not supposed to ask a woman her age,” Y/N quipped, “But I’m twenty-one. And you?”
“Pretty sure you’re not supposed to ask a man his age,” Jake fired back and Y/N blushed again, “Twenty-three, soon to be twenty-four. So tell me, sweetheart, what brings you to North Island?”
The two of them lost track of how long they sat at the bar, getting to know one another. Y/N didn’t say a whole lot, but sat and listened intently to Jake talk about himself. He talked about growing up in Texas, winning prom king (which he didn’t think he’d get), getting to the academy, flight school, and the mission that solidified his chance to get to TopGun. He also talked about what kinds of music he likes, how chili has no beans in it, and that the Astros were going to sweep the world series.
“I feel like I’ve been talking this whole time,” Jake said as he took a sip of his lemonade. He hadn’t had a sip of alcohol since Y/N said she doesn’t drink.
“Oh, I’m sorry,” Y/N said and set her water down, “I’m just not as interesting as you.”
Jake scoffed, “I bet you are plenty interesting. What do you like to do for fun?”
Y/N sucked in a breath, “Well, I like to garden. I have this huge garden at my parents’ house, with both flowers and vegetables. My mom and I sell the vegetables at the farmer’s market on the weekend.”
“That’s really cool, Y/N,” Jake said and placed his hand on top of hers, “Hey, this might seem a bit forward but. . . Can I take you out sometime?”
Y/N’s eyes widened and she looked at Jake. Every part of her body was screaming “yes” but a small voice in the back of her head told her “no”. Her father had warned her about the pilots that came into the Hard Deck, they had one thing on their mind, and that was to release some steam. Y/N slowly retracted her hand from Jake’s and he frowned. God, she had known him all of about three hours and hated to see a frown on his beautiful face. She held her hands in her lap and smiled shyly at Jake.
“I’m not sure that is a good idea, Hangman,” Y/N said and shook her head, “You’re here for school and should focus on that,” Jake wanted to interject but Y/N stood up from her chair and looked at her watch, “I should gather my friends. Thank you for the drink, here let me-”
“No need to pay, sweetheart, I got it,” Jake said and Y/N nodded.
“Well, have a goodnight Hangman, and good luck with everything,” Y/N said and gave him a small wave before walking over to where her friends were.
Jake didn’t know much about a lot of things, but he did know that he was head over heels in love with Y/N Parker.
— — — — — — — — —
The second time: The Farmers Market.
Two weeks. Two entire weeks. 14 long days, Javy had to listen to Jake grumble about the shy girl at the bar. He loved his best friend like a brother, he truly did. Jake had been there for Coyote through thick and thin and was one of the only people that knew almost everything about him. But Javy could not stand Jake’s mopey behavior any longer, and he was starting to believe that neither could Cerberus and Beuter.
It was Javy’s idea to go to the local farmers’ market. They had a small kitchenette in their shared dorm room, and he had become the main cook for all four men. He loved going to the farmer’s market back home in Georgia, finding all the unique recipes and fresh produce. Jake stood next to him, his hands in his pocket, and looked around at the busy crowd. Cerberus had ditched them and went to look for a little keepsake to send back home, while Beuter had found some artwork to look at.
“It’s hot,” Jake complained and Javy looked over his shoulder, “I want to sleep.”
Javy rolled his eyes, “So which one do you think would taste the best with a stirfry?” He asked the vendor, ignoring Jake’s whining.
Jake didn’t want to be standing in the hot California sun while Javy looked at various homemade sauces. He wanted to be in his bed, enjoying his morning off and being in the air conditioning. His body ached from spending hours sitting in class and being in the air. It also didn’t help that his sleep schedule had been royally fucked since coming to TopGun. Even though he was an officer, they treated them like they were plebs all over again. But Jake knew that being the best of the best didn’t come with a fair and easy ride to the top.
“I’ll take two of these, thanks,” Javy smiled at the vendor and handed him some cash for the two jars of sauce, “How about you go find something to send to your mom?” Javy said to Jake and the blonde glared at him, “Dude, it’s been two weeks and you haven’t seen her. She was probably just visiting the area, get over it. You missed your chance. There are a thousand other women in the-”
“She’s here,” Jake said, cutting Javy off.
“Buddy, take a hint she turned you-”
“No,” Jake said, and grabbed Javy’s jaw, turning him to look across the blocked-off street to another vendor, “She’s right here.”
“Well holy-”
Jake didn’t stick around long enough to hear the next word out of Javy’s mouth as he made his way across the street and over to the small booth that she had set up. She had a wooden sign on the front of her table that read ‘Y/N’s Flowers’ and a wide array of flower arrangements as well as fresh vegetables, no doubt from the garden that she had told Jake about. He always imagined it was just a small garden, but by the sight of the flowers on the table, he clearly underestimated her.
She looked gorgeous, wearing a pair of overalls with a black tank top underneath. Her hair was pushed back with a white bandanna, some strands falling to frame her beautiful face. She had a gentle smile on her face as she talked with some elderly woman who had a handful of tomatoes. Y/N looked the most comfortable that Jake had ever seen her. Sure she had somewhat grown comfortable in her conversation with Jake at the Hard Deck, but here, she looked totally calm. Totally at ease as she tilted her head back in laughter and thanked the woman for her purchase and turned to help the next customer in line.
Just like the night at the Hard Deck, Jake was frozen in his spot. It wasn’t until he saw Beuter walk over to her, and lean his hand on the table, giving her a sleazy smirk and no doubt a pick-up line. Jake felt the odd feeling of jealousy course through his veins as he straightened his shoulders and walked over to the table. Her eyes danced from Beuter over to Jake, and he watched them light up.
“Hey,” Jake smiled at her, and she nodded, “Can she help you Beuter or are you just here to be annoying?”
Beuter scoffed, “I am here to look at these amazing cucumbers.”
“Zucchini,” Jake corrected and Y/N glanced up at him with a shy smirk, “Cucumbers are bumpy, zucchini are smooth. Ain’t that right, sweets?”
Y/N nodded, “He’s right. B-but we have cucumbers. There are some sliced ones on the other side with some homemade ranch from another stand.”
“I’ll pass,” Beuter said shortly and walked away from the stand.
Jake had to tell himself to not grab Beuter by the collar and make him apologize for putting a slight frown on Y/N’s face, but he also didn’t want Beuter hanging around for much longer. He watched her for a moment as she straightened up some of the flower arrangements and put out some more vegetables.
“What can I help you with?” She asked and Jake blushed, being totally caught off guard.
“I uh. . .”
“Y/N,” an older woman who looked exactly like Y/N, walked up to them, “Why don’t you go take a break? Mr. Morris has those almond cookies you like, and someone said that there’s a new food vendor. You’re always trying something new.”
“Mom, I need-”
“Nonsense, I got it,” Her mom looked up at Jake with a smile, “Clara Parker, nice to meet you,” She held her hand out and Jake mentally slapped himself for not introducing himself earlier.
“Jake Seresin, nice to meet you ma’am,” Jake nodded, “What do you say, Y/N?”
Y/N looked up at Jake and shook her head, “I’m sorry, I can’t.”
Clara let out a sigh as she watched her daughter walk away from the stand and go towards their truck parked in the lot. She looked back at the blonde boy in front of her, who had a dejected look on his face. She gave him a sad smile and picked up a bouquet of flowers.
“She’s shy. Timid, like a dog who’s been kicked one too many times,” Clara said and adjusted the flowers in her hand a bit, and set them in a mason jar, “You seem like the type who has patience.”
“I am, ma’am,” Jake said, “That’s the second time I’ve asked her out. I met her at the Hard Deck the other night.”
“I’m aware,” Clara chuckled and placed a brown bow around the mason jar and tied it, “I know the owner. I also know when my daughter gets scared of her own mind.” Clara picked up the jar of flowers and looked it over, “Cowboy flowers,” She looked at Jake, “Sunflowers, orange roses, red carnations, and baby’s breath.” Clara handed Jake the arrangement and his jaw dropped.
“Oh, I didn’t-”
“I know. But my daughter’s love language is through her flowers,” Clara smiled, and Jake took the flowers from her hands, “I’ll tell her that you liked them.”
Jake nodded and walked away from the booth to go find his friends.
The Third time: The Beach
The breeze felt nice as it whipped past her. It was that perfect mix of not too hot and not too cold to enjoy sitting on the beach. Y/N sat in a beach lounge chair, watching as her friends splash and play around with a group of aviators that had the day off. Her friends all picked their skimpiest bikinis knowing that the beach was going to be full of eligible men. Her friend, Emily, had picked out a suit for Y/N to wear, but it was far too revealing for her to be comfortable. So, Y/N sat under the beach umbrella in a longueur and read her book, occasionally peering over the top of it.
“Y/N! Come join us!” Allison called from the water, an aviator wrapped his arms around her and walked her backward into the water.
“Yeah, Y/N!” The aviator called and flipped Allison over in the water, making her squeal.
Y/N giggled at her friends. She never once felt out of place with them. She never felt like they were her friends out of pity or that she was bringing the group down. They made her feel comfortable, never pushing her out of her comfort zone and standing up for her when needed. Y/N got her joy from watching her friends have fun.
“I’m fine with my book!” She shouted back to them, holding up the beat-up copy of ‘The Fault in Our Stars’. She didn’t care how cliche it made her look, it was her favorite book. She basically knew it by memory now, her favorite passages had been highlighted and doodles covered most if not all the pages.
“Beautiful day, isn’t it?” She jumped and looked up to see Jake standing right next to her. He was shirtless, showing off his toned and tanned abdomen. A pair of pink board shorts were on his lower half, exposing his muscular legs. He looked like a Greek god who just fell from the sky. His green eyes were locked on the ocean in front of him, while Y/N was practically drooling over his body.
“Oh,” She blinked a couple of times, snapping herself out of a daze, “Yeah it is.”
Jake smirked, knowing she was totally checking him out. He decided to keep the comment to himself and sat down on the sand next to her. Y/N turned her eyes back to her book, trying to control the blush that was creeping up her neck to her cheeks. They both sat in silence, as Jake laid back on his towel, stretching out to get the perfect tan. Every so often, Y/N would steal a glance at his glistening body.
‘Stop staring at him!’ Her inner voice scolded. She was never one to ogle men like this. She left that up to her friends, who seemed to have that role covered. But there was something about the fine male specimen laying next to her that had her questioning her morals.
“Oblivion is inevitable,” Jake muttered.
“What?” She asked, snapping her head towards him. He had his sunglasses on, and she couldn’t tell whether his eyes were opened or shut.
“August,” Jake answered, sitting up, “When he tells Hazel he loves her, he says ‘oblivion is inevitable-”
“I know,” She cut him off, “It’s my- uh, my favorite part.”
Jake smiles at her, looking into those soft eyes he had been seeing in his dreams. He stood up, brushing the sand off his behind, before holding his hand out to her. Y/N furrowed her eyebrows, looking at him confused. He huffed and reached his hand out more.
“C’mon,” He nodded his head towards the ocean, “You look like you need some sunlight.” She blushed but then looked down at the towel that was covering her body. Y/N shifted in her seat, holding the towel closer to her body, scared of letting it fall, “Y/N, I’m going to give you 10 seconds to stand up before I lift you up.”
“Jake,” She sighed, “I can’t. I-”
“Are you naked?”
“No.”
“Do you have a swimsuit on?”
“Yes but-”
“Can you swim?”
“Yes, but that’s-”
“So you have no excuse,” Jake said, and held his hand out more, “C’mon.”
Y/N clenched her jaw, and removed the towel from her body, showing off the baby pink two-piece that by coincidence, matched his board shorts. But Jake wasn’t paying attention to the matching colors, he was paying attention to how beautiful she was. Her body was perfect. Her skin was perfectly sunkissed from years of living in California. The light color of the swimsuit made her beautiful skin glow. She wasn’t the pencil-thin models that are all over the coast.
Y/N could feel Jake’s eyes taking her in, making heat rise in her body and the need to cover up rise in her mind. She went to reach for her towel, but Jake stopped her, grabbing her wrist.
“You’re beautiful,” Jake said, looking right into her eyes, “Everything about you is beautiful.”
All she could do was nod, and bite her lip. She held her hand out to Jake, who took it without hesitation. But it was only for a split second before he jerked her hand and threw her over his shoulder. Y/N let out a squeal as she braced both hands on his strong back. The sound of her precious giggle filled his ears as she ran towards the ocean, holding her securely by her thighs.
“Plug your nose!” Jake called out, before tossing her gently into the water. The smile never left her face as she surfaced, and quickly jumped onto Jake, pulling him down with her.
The two of them splashed around, playing in the water, and eventually joined in on Y/N’s friend’s game of two-hand touch football. It wasn’t until about an hour into playing the game, that Y/N realized, none of Jake’s friends were there. But it didn’t seem to bother him as he was laughing and joking with Emily’s fiance, Sam.
When the sun started setting, Jake asked Y/N to join him for a walk along the sand. She had slipped her white cover-up over her body and had her hair piled in a bun on top of her head. The sky was a gorgeous color of pink and oranges, the summer sun still giving off warmth. The beach was much quieter now that most of the families were gone, and Y/N’s friends had disappeared into the Hard Deck for a drink.
“Thank you,” Y/N said. Jake turned his head to look at her, “For the uh. . . for saying that I uh-”
“For saying you’re beautiful?” Jake asked. Y/N nodded, looking down at her feet. Jake stopped walking and grabbed her hand, turning her to look at him, “Anyone who doesn’t say you’re beautiful is wrong. You are beautiful. Inside and out. I’ve never met someone quite like you, Y/N.”
His green eyes were looking right into hers. Y/N could see the specks of gold that floated around in his irises. She always believed that eyes were the gateway to the soul, and looking into Jake’s eyes, she could see that his words were true. And everything in Y/N’s being was telling her to step forward and kiss him.
But there was also that small voice in the back of her head that was telling her to run. Run as fast as she could away. That the man standing in front of her was going to do nothing but break her heart into pieces. Memories of the past flooded her mind as Jake’s hand moved to cup her cheek, brushing his thumb over the apple of her cheek. She sucked in a deep breath as he leaned his head down. It was as if a magnet had been placed between them, her body moving into his. His lips barely ghosted her’s when she took a step away from him.
“I can’t,” She whispered, closing her eyes to hopefully hide the unshed tears.
“Please,” Jake begged, “Just one date. Just one. Let me show you that I am not-”
Y/N shook her head and looked up at Jake, “No, Jake. Th-this isn’t- we can’t. I-I can’t.”
Jake had never felt heartbreak until this moment, as Y/N completely stepped out of his grasp. She whispered out a rushed apology before taking off down the beach. Jake felt like running after her. Jake knew that he should probably run after her. But his heart was in pieces, and all he could do was stand there in the sand, watching the girl he had fallen for, walk away from him.
The One time He didn't ask: Graduation
Jake usually felt joyous when it came to graduation day. To him, graduation always symbolized the next step in his career. From the Academy, to Flight School, and now TopGun. Normally, Jake would be the first one up, going to get a fresh haircut and a shave, before spending hours doing his shower and hair routine, all to make sure his uniform was perfect and his medals were shined.
But today, all Jake felt was dread.
It wasn’t that he wasn’t looking forward to his next assignment. It was the fact that he had let the woman he saw his whole future with walk right out of his arms. His mind for the last two weeks had been consumed with Y/N. Her giggle, the feel of her skin under his fingertips, the scent of her perfume mixed with salt water. He also couldn’t get the way her eyes filled with fear and the way her voice cracked when she told Jake that they couldn’t date. He realized that someone, somehow, hadn’t shown her the proper way to love.
Jake had always believed that women needed to be treated with the utmost respect. He couldn’t even fathom someone treating his sisters like anything but a queen. It made his chest ache and his heart hurt just thinking about how someone could’ve mistreated Y/N. A person, who was too soft for the world. A person, who could see no evil. A person, who could love even when hurt.
“Yo, we gotta bounce,” Javy said, standing in the doorway of Jake’s bedroom.
Jake blinked from staring down at his white dress shoes to looking up at his friend, “Yeah, I’m up.”
Javy nodded his head, watching as his friend arose from his bed. Jake ran a hand through his hair, and grabbed his cap that was sitting on his dresser. Javy placed his hand on his friend’s chest, stopping him in his track. Javy had seen the shift in his friend over the ten weeks of being on North Island. He hadn’t pried too much into it, but he knew it had something to do with the girl he met at the bar on night one.
“You good?” Javy asked.
Jake nodded, “I’m fine.” He plastered on his infamous smirk, “I’m ready to find out who won and get my trophy.”
Javy rolled his eyes, “Bullshit. We both know Dragon beat you.”
“Over my dead body,” Jake chuckled.
And Javy was right. Admiral Kazansky had called Dragon’s name for the winner of the TopGun trophy. She had a bright smile on her face and basically ran up the stairs to take the trophy from Iceman’s hands. She held it high above her head as the class cheered. Jake had to admit, he first doubted the female when he saw her, but she quickly proved her worth. He glanced over to where Bradley Bradshaw was sitting, seeing that stupid mustache and lovesick look on his face.
When Iceman dismissed the class, Jake was the first to stand up and walk right to the open bar, Coyote and Cerberus hot on his heels. Jake tried his best to keep the fake smile on his face. He stuck by Coyote’s side, letting him do most of the talking to the admirals and other officers. Occasionally, Jake would give them a tight lip smile and thank them for their congratulations on graduating from TopGun. Though he wished he finished first, he glanced over to see the young female with the large dragon tattoo on her back holding the trophy pose with the trophy and talking to some reporters and officers.
“I’m gonna take a break,” Jake said to Javy. Coyote nodded and watched as his friend walked out of the small garden at the O Club.
Jake sat down at the quiet bar, and ordered himself a glass of whiskey. He never realized how alone he truly was in the world until he saw all his co-pilots’ parents, spouses, and partners. He had reached out to his parents, but they decided to invite his sisters over instead.
“Hey Donny, can I get a Shirley Temple?” A female voice said next to Jake. He looked up, seeing the girl he had been chasing after for the whole 13 weeks, “Long trip, sailor?”
Jake scoffed, “Something like that.”
Y/N nodded and sat down on the barstool next to Jake. He looked up at her, taking in the sight of the cute white sundress with flowers on it. Her hair was curled to perfection, and the faintest amount of makeup was on her face.
“I’m sorry I ignored you,” She said, laying her hands flat on the bar top. She had been going over what she was going to say to Jake when she saw him. Y/N had basically got the script down to a T. . . but now everything had been thrown out the window. His scent was intoxicating, and it was making her brain go haywire.
“Don’t need the apology, sweetheart, my ego has been bruised enough.”
“Well then… let me make it up to you?” Jake looked up at her, his brows furrowed, “G-go out with me? I-I mean only if you want-“ Jake cut her off by placing his hand on hers. She sucked in a breath as he turned her palm and intertwined their fingers.
“I’d love to go on a date with you, sweetheart.”
