But I do have a name for it and I call it

"The amazing digital creator's"

With that being said I want to draw three of my favorite designs from other people's "AU" with my favorite design for my "AU" so here we go!!!

[Also caution I drew all these in traditional art so you're going to see a lot of grid lines so be wary don't judge me please ˃̣̣̣̣̣̣︿˂̣̣̣̣̣̣ 

-first one being @sm-baby ragatha design I love her so much he looks so sweet I really wanted to draw her with my version of ragatha Who very much looks very different

These next two drawings are fan art for the same person I really love @ner5y toon "AU" so much and there pomni design she looks like a wet cat.... Also I wasn't until I started drawing the design that I realized I made a lot of them very very tall my pomni almost the same height as Jax ( in case you're wondering the only characters who hight didn't change was Jax)

This is really my favorite drawing of my own version of Caine but it was the best I could really do and it's also 3:00 a.m........ I'm so tired  ( ͒ ́ඉ .̫ ඉ ̀ ͒)  but no matter again will I ever post anything about my you no so you get a snippet of what Caine is basically a giant he can hold everyone in the palm of his hand I love him I love all these designs of my own and of the artist's versions please check them all out they're amazing

I do actually plan on making everyone else's design as well- (whenever I get the motivation, that is)!! So far, I've only got Pomni and Jax' robo designs down tho :')

Jax' design was so tough for me for some reason, as you can see from my.... many attempts........ (ignore the random robot head doodles, those were practice)

As for the lore, uhhhhhhhhh- I kind of just needed an excuse to draw more fun robots, so the story isn't really all fleshed out... Why was Pomni denied? I have no idea! It's up to your imagination, I suppose :D

can i have a pomni x mute! reader? reader uses sign language, but the digital circus makes a pop-up appear to write out what they have to say :)

I hope this is alright! Also I hope you don’t mind I put the reader signing in brackets [ ] to show that it’s a pop up!

Being mute was usually an issue for you since you could never really find many others who could actually use sign language like you, so it made things a little difficult a lot of the time. However, here in the digital circus, whenever you sign something, a pop up will appear with what you’re saying, which is very convenient for you and the others, as the others didn’t know sign language either.

Though Pomni noticed that despite the fact that the digital circus translates what you’re saying via pop up, you still look… unhappy. She was not going to stand for it. You helped her when she was having problems, and now she wants to help you in return.

You were just doing your own thing, relaxing and doodling in your notebook, as you didn’t really have much else to do before you and the others would get wrapped up in one of Caine’s little activities. You didn’t mind the activities, but sometimes it could get out of hand.

You looked up from your notebook as you heard a knock on the door before it was opened a few moments later. You smiled faintly as you saw it was only Pomni, your best friend here in the digital circus. You sat up, setting your notebook down and signed to her,

“[Hey Pomni, what’s up?]” You had pat the spot beside you and she sat down beside you. “[Is Jax bothering you again? If he is, I’ll say something,]”

“Oh, no, no, that’s not it at all. I just wanted to come check up on you is all.” Pomni put her hands up in defense.

“[Alright, I’ll believe you.]” You shook your head, “[I’m fine, so I’m not sure what you mean by checking up on me.]”

“I know, but I’ve noticed something…”

“[what is it?]”

“Well, it’s like you still seem a bit unhappy. I’m not sure what it is, but I want to help.”

“[Oh, uh, it’s not a big deal, Pomni, I promise.]”

“Are you sure? Because I wanted to ask you… if you would teach me sign language. I only know a few words but I would like to learn more, if that’s okay?”

“[You.. want me to teach you? But there’s really no need, the digital circus shows what I’m saying.]”

“I know that, but I know it’s bothering you.”

“[what? No way.]” Pomni gave you a look of “oh really now?” Ah. She knows.

“[Okay, yes, it does kind of bother me. I’ll teach you sign language.]”

“Wait, really?”

“[Of course! I don’t mind it at all.]”

“Oh, alright. So, uh, should we begin?” You nodded in agreement.

“[with pretty much everything you learn, we’re going to start with the basics.]” you then proceeded to slowly sign the alphabet along with her. The good part about the pop up is that it helped her to see which letter you were signing. You two had spent the next couple of hours learning the basics of sign language, until you decided to call it a night.

Over the course of the next few weeks, you have been teaching Pomni sign language, and surprisingly she had caught on pretty quickly. The two of you would end up having conversations in sign language, which you were pretty happy about, which made Pomni happy as well.

However, there was one thing she had learned that she had yet to show you. She had learned this one all on her own. She had learned how to sign ‘I love you’ and she wanted to tell you, but she wasn’t feeling too confident about it, so she decided to talk to Ragatha about it.

“Come on Pomni, I know you can do it. Tell Y/n how you feel!” Ragatha had told her, trying to encourage her to tell you how she felt towards you.

“I dunno.. what if they don’t feel the same way?”

“You don’t know until you tell them, Pomni.”

“I… guess that’s true but I’m still unsure..”

“Come on, give it a try. If they say no, then I’ll be there for you. I promise.” Pomni sighed a bit and nodded,

“Alright, I’ll do it.”

“Great! If I remember correctly, I’m pretty sure you’ll find them in their room.”

“Got it. Thanks, Ragatha.” She turned and made her way towards your room, where you were lying in bed, reading/doodling/etc.

“Y/n!” You heard a familiar voice say as you heard a knock on the door. You smiled faintly and set your book/notebook to the side as the door opened.

“[Hello, Pomni. Did you need something?]” you tilt your head slightly as she sat down beside you.

“Well.. I just wanted to hang out and talk. And… there’s also something I want to say to you.”

“[Oh? What is it?]” you were intrigued now.

“Well… first of all, I just want to thank you for teaching me sign language. I’ve always been curious about it and you’re a great teacher.”

“[oh! Thank you, I’m glad you think so.]” you smiled softly as you pulled her into a hug, which she returned happily.

“Well.. that’s not all.” You give her a look of ‘go on, I’m listening.’ Pomni then proceeds to let you go from the hug, pressing her fingers together nervously before she signs four special words to you:

‘I love you, Y/n.’

You were caught off guard by this, not expecting it at all. You never taught her this, but you figured she had learned it on her own from what you had taught her, but the better question is… she loves you?

“[I love you too, Pomni.]” you signed back, a bright smile on your face as you kissed her cheek.

“Really? You do?” Her eyes lit up at your response, making you chuckle in response.

“[Yes, I do. I was planning on telling you, but it seems you beat me to it! I was absolutely terrified of the thought of you rejecting my confession and my feelings…]”

“There’s no way I would do such a thing, Y/n.”

“[I’m happy to hear it, Pomni, thank you. Now that’s out of the way, you want to just… hang out in here or something?]”

“Yeah, sure, there’s not much else to really do.” You nodded in agreement, the two of you are end up hanging out in your room for the rest of the ‘day’ just talking and enjoying yourselves and each other’s company.

Monsters, Monsters Everywhere!

Plot: Jax reads a scary story about monsters to the babies.

Heavily based (and quoted) on a Baby Looney Tunes episode called “Duck! Monster! Duck!”

It was nighttime at the Digital Circus, and the babies were playing in the nursery before bed.

Gangle and Orchid were coloring in their coloring books, Paisley, Pomni, and Ragatha were riding on a rocking horse together (with Pomni almost getting nauseous), Zooble was building a block tower, Kinger was playing with his toy insects, and Jax was reading a book about bunnies.

"Uh-huh... interesting..." Jax nodded as he flipped through his book.

"Whatcha doing?" Paisley asked as she walked over to Jax.

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm reading this marvelous book!"

"Nuh-uh, you're the youngest out of all of us. You can't read," Ragatha replied as she and Pomni walked over to the pair.

"Yeah, I can," Jax argued.

"No, you can't," Paisley and Ragatha teased in unison.

"Yeah, I can."

"No, you can't."

"Yeah, I can!"

"Oh, yeah? Prove it," Paisley challenged.

"Okay, you're on. I can read this whole book by myself," Jax scoffed.

"Hey, everyone! Jax is gonna read from a real book!" Ragatha called out to everyone while Jax tried to stop her; too little, too late.

"Jax can read? This I gotta see," Zooble said nonchalantly.

The rest of the babies gathered around Jax as he was sweating bullets. If only he kept his big mouth shut.

"Alright, here goes," Jax gulped as he opened the book he was reading. "Once there was a time when-"

"Excuse me, Jax. If I may, but it's actually 'once upon a time'," Kinger pointed out.

"Well, Mr. Know-it-all, I'm reading the book and it says 'once there was a time'. Now, do you want me to read to you or not?"

"Sorry..."

"Anyway... once there was a time when there was... uh... a clown princess, and a..." Jax continued as he flipped through the pages. "And a clown prince. They lived in a beautiful... circus kingdom, where there were a zillion balloon horses and birds in the sky."

"Boring," Zooble sighed.

Zooble wasn't wrong. The babies were incredibly bored by Jax's "story". Even Orchid was falling asleep.

"Uh... horses... birds..." Jax kept going, trying to figure how to spice up his story and prove he can read. "Oh, yeah! There were also monsters in the trees!"

The babies gasped in shock, except for Zooble, who was unamused.

"Yeah, and there were monsters in the kingdom lake," Jax said, causing the babies to gasp again. "And there were monsters that lived next door to the horses' stables!"

"No! Not next to the horses' stables!" Gangle cried out as she hugged Kinger tightly.

"There were so many monsters in this kingdom, that they would sneak into the castle and hide under beds, closests, and even toy boxes."

Caine opened the door. Bubble was carrying a tray of baby bottles on top of his head.

"Okay, kiddos, time for bed," Caine said.

The babies, sans Jax and Zooble, cowered in fear.

"Bubble, I told you not to give the kids sugary snacks before bedtime," Caine muttered to Bubble as he handed the babies their bottles.

"Gee, that was some story, Jax," Zooble said. "However, Caine read from that book before and I haven't heard a thing about monsters in it."

"That because I made it up," Jax smirked.

"I knew you couldn't read."

"What can I say? Why read when you have a big imagination? You should've seen how jumpy I made everyone!"

"Just be careful and make sure that imagination of yours doesn't make you jumpy," Zooble rolled their eyes.

"Don't be ridiculous," Jax scoffed.

Caine was tucking Gangle in when she pointed at the closet.

"Is everything okay, Gangle?" Caine asked.

Gangle shook her head and pointed at the closet again.

"Monster..." Gangle gulped.

Caine flew over to the closet and opened it.

"Silly Gangle, there's no monsters in the closet," Caine chuckled.

"Caine…" Pomni whimpered as she pointed under her crib.

"Do you think there are monsters under your crib, Pomni?" Caine asked.

Pomni nodded as Caine checked under her crib.

"It's okay, Pomni. No monsters under here, either," Caine said confidently.

The ringmaster then went over to Orchid's crib to tuck them in. The stuffed zebra was clutching onto their blankie for dear life as they pointed at the open toy box.

"Everyone can relax. I assure you all that there is no such thing as monsters and there are no monsters in this room," Caine told everyone as he shut the toy box and turned off the lights. "Goodnight, my little superstars."

Caine and Bubble then left the room.

"'Goodnight', Caine says..." Kinger gulped. "I'll be lucky if I can close my eyes."

Kinger managed to close his eyes and fall asleep.

"I hope Caine's right about monsters not being here," Gangle said to herself.

This gave Jax a clever and mischievous idea. He grabbed a flashlight and shined it on the wall that was on the opposite side of the cribs. Jax began making shadow puppets of various monsters, which scared everyone (all except for Zooble). He even made a shadow puppet of a centipede and it frightened Ragatha to death.

"This is gonna be my best one yet," Jax grinned as he made a shadow of a dragon.

"Heh, that's a cool dragon. Not gonna scare me, though," Zooble said as they went to sleep.

“Oh, no! The monsters! They got me!” Jax fake-cried as he climbed out of the crib. He continued fake-screaming as he crawled over to the dress-up chest and opened it, where there were multiple hand puppets inside.

“Do you think Jax will be okay?” Pomni asked Orchid.

“I-I d-d-don’t kn-now,” Orchid stammered, still clutching onto their blanket.

Jax raised a vampire puppet next to Orchid’s crib. He shined the flashlight on the puppet and made a hissing sound. Orchid and Pomni screamed and hid underneath their covers.

The bunny switched puppets and grabbed a witch puppet. He went over to Ragatha’s crib and shined the flashlight on the witch, making a cackling sound. Ragatha shrieked as she crawled behind her pillow.

Jax proceeded to scare Paisley with a werewolf puppet. After that, he went over to Kinger’s crib. Jax did his best to scare the sleeping chess piece with his monster puppets, but to no avail.

“Wow, Hoo-ha’s a sound sleeper,” Jax muttered.

Jax then crept over to Gangle’s crib and shined his flashlight on a Frankenstein puppet. Gangle began crying as the rest of the babies all screamed in terror.

The bunny quietly snickered, thinking that he fooled everyone until the lights were turned on by Zooble.

“Jax!” The babies yelled in unison.

“Okay, what’s going on, Jax?” Zooble glared. “I knew immediately it was you when I woke up to everyone screaming.”

“I got you! You should’ve seen your faces!” Jax laughed.

“Huh, what? Is it time for breakfast?” Kinger yawned as he woke up.

“That was not funny, Jax!” Ragatha scolded.

“We should tell Caine on you,” Paisley angrily added.

“You even made Gangle cry!” Orchid scowled.

“It’s not very nice to be scaring people,” Gangle sniffled.

“Especially when we’re supposed to be sleeping,” Zooble yawned.

“Oh, you guys are no fun,” Jax rolled his eyes as he returned to his crib. “Well, you won’t have to worry about being scared tonight because I’m exhausted.”

Zooble turned off the lights before heading back to their crib.

“Everyone in the circus knows there’s no such thing as monsters,” Jax chuckled to himself as he fell asleep.

A Few Hours Later…

Everyone was sound asleep in the nursery when a tapping noise was heard from outside.

Jax woke up to this. He stood up and looked out the window. The tree branches were the cause of the sound, but he didn’t know that. He looked around the nursery and saw scary shadows all around him.

“A space alien!” Jax gasped when he saw one shadow. He then saw another shadow where he thought it was a cyclops. He then saw a sea monster, causing him to scream and hide under his bedsheets. “The monsters are gonna get me! They’re gonna get me for real this time!”

Caine came in the nursery to see what was going on. He turned on the lights, which caused the rest of the babies to wake up.

“Jax, Jax, it’s okay,” Caine said as he went over to Jax’s crib and picked the frightened bunny up. “There’s no monsters in here.”

Jax stopped screaming and looked around.

“Hey, there’s no space alien… no cyclops and no sea monster either,” Jax realized as he laughed with relief.

“See what I said about not letting your imagination make you jumpy?” Zooble remarked.

“Yeah, you’re right. Hey, can someone hand me that storybook?”

Jax pointed at the book he read earlier and Caine handed it to him.

“What do you want it for?” Caine asked as he set Jax back in his crib.

“I’ve got a lot of reading to do,” Jax said as he began flipping through the book. “Maybe one of these more calming stories can help me sleep.”

Since I’ve gotten just a little obsessed with The Amazing Digital Circus I thought I’d make an OC for it, especially since there’s a few AUs I really like and couldn’t help but think how I would design an OC to fit into them. So here’s my TADC!OC, Grif. 

More information about them under the cut.

-Grif is genderqueer and is fine with people using whatever pronouns they want for them. Some days Grif feels more like a particular gender than another, and might only use a single gender for himself during that time, though he’s never bothered if someone uses a different gender for him during those times. Currently, I’m using male pronouns for him, it’s what feels right, but that could change. 

-Grif appears to be a plush gryphon. Specifics about his appearance are as follows:

Light grey minky fabric for body, covert feathers, and outside of ears. 

Dark grey minky for his beak, his flight feathers, the inside of his ears, and the claws on his forefeet. 

Long dark grey faux fur for tail tip. 

Inside of his beak is red felt. 

Eyes are embroidered, but the iris/pupil can still move. Dark green iris, black pupil, white sclera.   

He has visible stitches down his midline, both on his back and his underside. His ears, legs and wings also have visible stitches where they attach to his body. 

When standing on all four feet, Grif is around the same height as Pomni. However, if he rears up on his hind legs, he’s almost as tall as Jax.

-He can sorta fly, but he’s not very good at it, and honestly finds it too much effort for little reward and would rather just walk places. He glides a lot more frequently, since sometimes it can be quicker to just jump off a ledge rather than try and find another way down.

-He's not a big fan of small talk, but does like listening to people ramble about things they like. He tends to stay silent, unless something he likes is being discussed then he can get very excited and animated, or he’s trying to cheer up a friend, which he isn’t always great at, but he tries his best.

-He likes singing and listening to music, fantasy novels/movies/shows, doodling, and just hanging out quietly with friends.

-Can be jumpy with unexpected loud noises, or sudden fast movements. Too many in a short period can cause anxiety attacks, where he’ll run to find somewhere quiet and dark to hide until he calms down, or failing that he’ll curl up and cover his head with his wings.

-Relationships with other cast members: 

Likes Gangle, Kinger and Ragatha. 

Neutral with Zooble, Pomni and Bubble. 

Dislikes Jax and Caine (Caine for being too loud and appearing at random, Jax for being a bully).
