Jason continues with the reassuring kisses he'd scatter mainly across your forhead, as though trying to rid the interaction from tormenting you like he knew it would. 'Really proud of my amazing partner.' he adds, not wanting anyone elses voice to be within your head other then his own, empowering you and saying only the things that he knows to be true.

Jason would even write little post it notes filled with sweet words that linger with you for the rest of the day, even passages of his favourite book, theatrical play that reminded him of you or your relationship. He finds his purpose in filling your mind with nothing but the best of your lives that you've already shared together.

Not a single foul thought was to linger within your head as Jason held you in his arms and worshiped everything that made you you.

dick could read you better then most when he saw how distant you've become in recent times, almost as though your brain was forcing you to relive a particuarly painful moment agaisnt your will, something that had you remebering that some parts weren't as accepting as others.

He knew you needed something to help you forget, or at least lift up your spirits, in any way possible and what better way to do so then through Hayley? The blue staffy was more then willing to help you as she made herself at home on your lap, her hot breath wafting in your face, but you couldn't help but smile upon seeing her and her big eyes that stared at you with hopeless devotion...or absolutetly nothign at all as you would often joke with Dick as you cuddled and kiss her face in abundance.

Dick would also be of a great form of comfort as he joins you both, holding you aginst him as he provides a sense of beloning, a sense that everything was going to be okay, even when encountering less then pleasant aspects of life. He would even tell the times where he had to put people in their place in due to their comments towards the people he cares about, with a calm levelheadedness that often left the other person inable to get anything else negative in.

Dick would murmur reasurance agaisnt your skin if you let him, reminding you that you were who you always meant to be, nothing more nothing less and were just as equally deserving of all the happiness life can give someone. so why should you be left out? not with Dick as he would strive to make memories to remind you that you were allowed to have these moments, these moments of happiness and fufilment, to remind yourslef that he loved you no matter what and that you shouldn't live life constatly at the whims of the miserable and closeminded.

You were free to live however you choose with nothing but pride and Dick was determined to help you do just that.

damian the moment he finds you mulling over the words you had been told moments prior, trying to tiekc him that it was nothing, he knew that it was something that went a little deeper then most. That and the fact you needed someone right now and Damian didnt want that someone to be anyone else but him.

He often questions the stupidty some people have to think they can dictate how people lead their lives, who become their truest selves so freely and with a power that they could never fathom. You were indeed powerful in Damian's eyes for leading your life as your truest self, never once shying or concealing yourslef from those who have nothing but bigoted venom on their tongues, always keeping your head held up even in the ugliest of times.

Yet he knew that sometimes their words do get to you, but he refuses that to be the case.

He might not have comfort down perfectly just yet but that doesn't mean he doesn't try to bring your mind calm by having you do an impromtu art session, a session where you would doodle anything that came to your mind in terms of what made you happy; which mainly consisted of doobles of you and the dogs, alfred the cat and batcow just enjoing the other's compaionship. Damian would try his absolute best to take your mind off thing by doing things together, whether it's art or reading over his shoulder, Damian was more then willing to do anything to see you smile even if it came at his expence.

Damian is more then aware of the existance of the most foulest of beings, even has crossed swords with some of them, but never would he ever allow them to come anywhere near you, not even for a single second as his sharp words were just as deadly to cut through his adversaries with ease if they ever were to come after you; For to damain there was none more precious than you.

so guess what they released more interviews and i think given what a writing shitshow totk was and what they have been saying in all these interviews is actually painting a really bad picture; i dont have the time, nor the energy to go over every detail

but they were commenting on people wanting the more linear format back and aonuma himself basically said that he thinks people who feel like that do so only bc of nostalgia and "Why do you want to go back to a type of game where you're more limited or more restricted in the types of things or ways you can play?"

what .. the fuck, more freedom DOESNT automatically mean better??? like ... restriction can be a GOOD thing just as tooo much freedom can be BAD?? like in totk??? are you fukcing shitting me- what the hell are games even for then, has he had an awakening to the fact that he actually just loves sandbox games without realizing it???? im not playing fucking zelda for a sandbox, especially not when its advertised as a somethign else

also i hate how they kept talking around answering anything about story/lore; they go asked how ganondorf even connects to ganon since theres nothign about it in game, and all they got out was welllll we dont wanna say anything bc its up to the player; about every question you got the answer of "make somethign up yourself" which is just ... its really clear they dont actually care but dont want to say everything is meaningless actually, so they try to be vague about it and with doing that really just confirm they didnt think about it and they dont care- so no lore actually matters, nothing thats been said or established has any meaning bc they will get rid of it the second it crosses paths with their new -more freedom equals better- philosophy, they say its bc they want you to be "free" to think up anything but apparently dont realize that when there are no rules, no consistent lore or anything that it ROBS it, it stops having meaning, its fun to connect dots only when there are rules you need to work with and dots to connect in the first place, when you have an established world with its restrictions it drives you to think more creatively about things- but when there are no rules?? its fucking boring!! thats what it is!!

when you discard all rules i wont care to get invested into anything bc i know it will not be considered again, be done away with without any reason and wont have influence on coming or previous games ... bc there are no rules, anything is possible and everything can be changed any second, so nothing matters

(they also talked about the many viral videos of those very few dedicated people that make godzilla mechs in totk and how happy they are about that- i get that to some extent, but the way they kept talkign about it really just felt like it confirmed my suspicion that that whole mechanic was mainly implemented to let people do that since that gets shared around en masse making it seem like that is why people enjoy it while neither the game nor the narrative are build around it in any way ..)

it just makes all the time i spend thinking, feeling and theorizing about zelda like a true waste of time, bc nothing matters and there are no rules-

i am someone who greatly enjoys working with and around established lore/rules, its fun to me to recontextulize things by being smart or creative with it all without breaking anything or as little as possible of the established things!

if i wanted to do just do anything i want I COULD HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT bc theres nothing actually stopping anyone to just make up what they want! i DONT need canon to lose all rules for that??!!

im so ubelievably disappointed by the cocoon adaptation

it took out 90% of the manga and then switched everything they left over to a mix of transphobia and girl power

its supposed to be like 'these were girls just liek any girls in a slice of life manga youd read today, and they suffered terribly. their own country this this to them. it was horrific. it was sad. it was cruel and there was nothign they could do about it'

and they switched it to

'san is so strong that she gets out because SHE Refuses to give up!'

literally the manga ends on her being taken as a prisoner of war and commenting that they were treated better as prisoners than they were by their own country

the anime is like 'fuck yeah i broke out of my cocoon!' (and didnt seem to realize that the silk moth that IS FREED FROM THEIR COCOON BY THE HUMANS is only alive to continue the cycle of suffering

(THEY DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE THE WHITE SHADOOOWSSSSS T_T because havign her be afraid of men wouldnt be girlpower enough, i guess?? they moved the spell to later in the story and even though they still said something like 'white shadows' the spell instead just turned all the blood into flowers so that the studio wouldnt have to draw anything upsetting. they removed 'corpse storage!' they removed the sweet milk! they removed the artist girl going blind from malnutrition! they showed adults being in the cave with the girls the whole time so they were never alone! the firls didnt starve at all, so no one had to eat sugarcane!! THEY TRAVESTIGATED MAYUS ADAMS APPLE!!!! mayu was so ashamed to have tried to avoid the draft that he tries to kill himself!!!! he doesnt save ANYONE in the story and in fact advocates leaving people to die, when in the manga mayu carried the girl with a shot leg for what looked like DAYS (but mightbe been hours, still an incredibly difficult task when he himself was malnourished!)

but he end of the story San seems to outright hate him!! i litrally thought she was goig to drop him off a cliff!!

man good question i cant remember a lot of the process of making ellor, i think it was in some fugue of like 'I Need to give rex a boyfriend Now' and hehe purble. i feel i must have made him pretty quickly and thought up steps to get him to be in the right place. i suppose over the course of the years i've been imagining him less twink and with more chub, so im excited to try to implement more of that if possible!

HMMMMM [THONKS] not off the top of my head, i'd probably need to actually get writing his story to get there i think, i tend to associate characters more with things over words (unless those words are in musics >:3)

he' just a lot of fun i think, in that sort of like...subdued, impish way, like i love writing jaden, but that boy is experiencing the horrors, whilst ellor is generally (emphasis on generally, his story is about repressed emotion after all) having a better time and its just fun to write someone who's bright and curious and observant and confident. he's like a little dandy to me. plus idk i admire that even with him struggling to naturally feel empathetic towards people outside fo the individuals he cares deeply about, he still does put in the effot to do the right thing

Hello!! I wanted to ask some advice 😞 I have a fic idea but I've never posted any writing before and its like a very very specific band au and I'm scared no one will care to read it because of how much music context it requires 😭 I really admire your writing so like...what do you suggest...

(Also super excited for next kickoff ! I've never been this invested in a fic)

hii my love!! omg a band au sounds like so much funnn are you kiddinggg i would eat that UPPP. my advice would be to just go ahead n write it!!! it's super nervewracking to share work, especially if you've never shared before, so for the time being you can just write w the idea that no one else will read it except for yourself! that'll help you establish a healthy relationship w your writing & your hobby in general even before you post should you choose to post

as for the specificity n music context, i personally think thats SO FUCKIN RAD!!! i love a story where i can enjoy a romance but also have aspects outside of it that i can learn something new from or take something away from. i have read some pretty incredible fics & books, but the ones that have always had a lasting impact on me are the ones i went into knowing nothign ab a specific something, but then i leave it feeling like i've learned something i wouldn't have ever known before!!

it's a totally valid feeling though, esp in fanfiction where you might think readers want to read ab only their fave characters or specifically romance. i felt this way a lot with including the film major & photography aspect to kickoff, i feared readers would find it boring and would just want to read ab gojo x reader. i think in ch9, gojo only had like 40% of the chapter screentime and didn't even make his first appearance until like 5k words into the chapter, but i'm still really happy w the chapter and the response i got was great too. i see some of my writer mutuals break the norms n experiments w their stories all the time too, and honestly, i think that makes for some of the BEST and most MEMORABLE stories :)

as for fears that people may not see your story, i totally get that. keep in mind, i think the jjk fandom specifically doesn't really have too many long fics, at least compared to what i've seen in other fandoms, n tends to steer towards oneshot content (i could be wrong ab this but it's just what i've noticed! at least on tumblr. long fics always get lots of love on ao3 tho) so don't worry too much if you're not getting as many notes or reblogs etc as some other authors, bc if you choose to post series content, then you'll technically be in a niche category for this specific fandom. BUT i have noticed that the quality of interactions w longer stories is very amazing and totally worth being a part of this writing community for that reason!!

when i first started posting, i really didn't know what to expect since the last time i had a fanfic blog was for like two months when i was 12 on deviantart LOL. and now i'm just extremely blown away n humbled by the support. but that's the thing- you'll never ever know unless you try! again, just write and picture it that you're the only one that's going to read it, so put all that juicy music context in there n really write w that passion in mind!! (i'm assuming you're into music or bands n that's your inspiration? don't be afraid to let that interest show!!) and that's really the only thing you need to get started, after that it's just simply copy pasting n then posting :)

Not once did she seemed to actually have reflected on her behavior, heck even when she did her mea culpa admitting that she did steal fanfics, she still tried to justify herself in a "yeha but I still came up first with any way soooo"

We all know she can change, but her attitude and actions make it clear she isn't interested in changing

No one is gonna force her, if she doesn't want to change, then we will just avoid her because that's the only thing we can do, we can't force her to change or to stay the same, it has to be her who decide to make the first step which would actually require her to admit her mistakes and make an apology

Yes some people would probably think it's past the point, but the reason why people are still angry is because she didn't even do this simple act and instead went trippling down

Which again, she already did stuff like that and worse in other fandom she was in, she clearly doesn't want to change

I checked and... they aren't non anonymous, one of the person commenting is actually trying to reason with them and debunking their whole sob sob woe is me giantically long author note longer than the fic itself, in fact MOST IF NOT ALL of the non anonymous person commenting are providing further context as to what they mean by "I dislike Alearcryst and Lapicryst because people shipped them in a sexist way"

The meaner comments and even those defending her are ...from guest accounts... GUEST

And you know what it reminds me of ? That type I saw her being constantly receiving mean anon, getting worried, chekcing on her to see if everything was alright and if she needed help, only for her to delete her account, pretend to be another person, steal fanfiction and discover that she used to send to herself mean comments to pretend she was being harrassed... so naturally, my brain is wondering i those are actually real people or if she didn't just created those account herself to send herself mean messages

Why ? Because she already did it now trust is broken, I can no longer believe those, especially when most of the non anonymous and no guest account weren't being hateful and only providing further context

(also reading this note especially the Bernadetta and Alcryst part made me genuinely feel sick)

What you have to understand is that as long as she view herself as the vicitm in this situation she will not change, it doesn't matter how many hands raise to help her, she wont take any as long as she doesn't understand that she needs to change

But she won't because in her eyes she did nothign wrong, she is the victim and all that

You can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped because they don't view themselves as the problem but as a victim

The best you can do is just leave her alone and I think everyone should just do that now but given how she also mispread informations about people which could actually ruin their reputation, the best you can do is just to avoid her but try to deliver your side of the story whenever she talks about it

i might have already talked about this but i honestly cant remember if i did or if its one of my totk thoughts that keep haunting me in my head (and god knows how id find it on tumblr)

.. did they ever say how long link was gone for? like at the start? bc to me it feels like it must have been months or something given how some things are .. although others are the opposite

like the spypost alone is so weird to me, its a goddamn stupid place to put it, a SPYpost should either be concealed or in a hard to reach place with good look of the environment around it- which it doesnt have at all (despite higher up hills being right around the corner ...), who would put a spy post directly on flat ground at the castle doors?? (AND in a place where i think would have been the ONLY good place to put nothing there/dont change it- or have it bee a secret entrance into the castle you can find on your own .. if the castle was actually like a dungeon and inaccessible for the most time ...) makes even less sense if it was built before link disappeared bc wh- .. whats its purpose anyway? the calamity is gone and instead of rebuilding castle town or soemthing nearby you put the words least sensical spypost right at the front of the castle thats a dead dirty lump of rock (yes i know zelda mentions soemthing of the miasma being active or whatever but that changes nothing abotu how little sense thing darn thing makes to me .. ) (i will stand by my idea of rebuilding the ranch ruins into a little hub and tavern instead, a spypost can be a smaller thing higher up but that as a little new town and maybe with my personal little wish of having all your horses run around a ranch, of course its got little defense, this is a ranch and the calamity was gone and its not that close to the castle, its also rather in the middle of the map and a bigger wider area would be hard to miss, plus its using an old neat reference and making something meaningful out of it, soemthing this game is allergic to im- *breathes in* fine.)

death mountain, i assumed at least, cooled down with the cataclysm (.. way too serious sounding for .. largely just some pebbles falling from the sky) and it seems like theres alot of stuff built on there and even grass growing and everything, like its been that way for a long time, yunobo being dumbified by brainwash mask and the things he does also dont feel like they happen in a day or two

the other regions on the other hand ... ignoring how mcuh of a non issue the rito problem is (the oooooh blizzard doesnt even stop them from flying ..... its not freezing them either bc none of them wear any more clothes and just do business as usual .. but then food is supposed to be a problem? .... you .. you can fly ..... ... why wasnt the boss then a monster that eats everything of the region or soemthing ... a big ol worm razing entire forest, or .. you know, make the blizzard an actual problem, winds so strong you cant fly, temperature so low you freeze immediately without special armor), are just .. dealing with it themselves? and dont seem to even seek out the help of anyone else? like it literally just happend?

but then theres entire sonau research teams and people studying it but .. all the shit started to appear with the cataclysm ... so???? though zelda at the start talks about it like its been a well known every day life fact that the acnient stupid furry first king of gods holy lands was called rauru and he was a sonau (WHICH NO ONE KNEW ANYTHIGN ABOUT THE LITERAL ONYL THING KNOWN WAS THE ARMOR SET IN BOTW THAT ALSO DOESNT MATCH ANYTHING AT ALL TOTK SONAU) and his fridge wife was sonia like its just written in every history book and still somehow accurate (might i remind you its been MORE than TEN THOUSAND YEARS sicne then and nothign was known of them in botw) while no one remembers link from a 100 years ago, nor from 6 years ago, but then remembered the champions for the 100 year botw gap and then promptly forgot about them in totk (it really feels like that) BUT THEN you got kids in school that dont fking believe the calamity happend (which was defeated just like 6 years before that)

then again .... theres not a single soul on the sky islands, despite there, NOW more than ever, multiple ways to get up there, are you telling me everyones obsessed with the stupid sonau shit and then no one even tries to go up there??? arguing that it wasnt accessible until noodle zelda broke through the clouds at the end of the tutorial doesnt work bc those ruins already fell down, people must have known and no one even tried?? also they can go up there after it go opened up?? plus clearly the ruins were able to fall through also ... what even determines whether an island falls down or not? why do some fall when tHe dEmON kInG wakes up? you see it with those green sonau magic stuff but like .... who ... did that, both rauru and mineru were dead when zelda noodlefied herself and there everything was STILL on the ground? the only magical thing the constructs do is use fuse sometimes i dont think they can lift up all that shit .. clearly is wasnt rauru either bc he acts surprised about it being up here, but why does it falter when big il ganon man wakes up? mineru after the weird static non battle with ganondorf wasnt doing so hot and we have no idea how much time passed between that and the moment she goes into the purah pad (i could be annoying about that as well) either

in taburasa (tarrey town) they do all that shit with the sonau stuff, implying theres enough time that passed to make people tinker with it too so ?(though i still hate that bc its so .. shouldnt you of all people be scared of more techy bs materializing when the whole calamity is like back almost exactly like it was before? not even suspicious? no? you dont even know how it works yet everyone trying to work with it like there isnt anythign better to do??)

like with everything in this game it keeps contradicting itself, the inconsistency makes me want to rip my hair out anytime i try to make sense of it
