Oh really good!

I just had my first "exam" of the season! I'm in a tutoring course so all I did today was help other students write their exams by providing pencils/calculators/rulers/ect. It was really good, but I sweat alot because of the heat 😭

Then me and my boyfriend went out to lunch and kissed a lot :> very fun, 10/10 experience 👍

We had an awesome picnic yesterday too and I'm really glad he's my boyfriend ❤️ I love him very much.

wanted to skip school so desperately, sucked it up and went anyway cuz our teacher's gonna do bio mock practicals + the day really wasn't all that bad i'm glad i went

woke up early? who am i? (i didn't get out of bed like 20 mins before i have to leave)

washed my hair in the morning

my bio teacher did not conduct "mock practicals" however she just discussed everything about the practical exam next monday (major exp- paper chromatography, minor exp- potato osmometer, slide preparation- stomata, identification of various specimens + slides + skeletal joints) (again forever glad for the classes with less students) + i cleared my doubts about how to write my paper

brain-dumped a shit-ton about a novel idea of mine

chemistry investigatory project

folded laundry

exercise x2 (morning + evening)

read through biology ncert ch: anatomy of flowering plants (half)

redid my nails

listened + analyzed ethel cain's preacher's daughter (half)

trimmed my bangs

prepared for chem test tmr (ch: hydrocarbons - alkanes & alkenes)

overall quite productive - especially for me

i took the math exam today.. twas awful. i genuinely didnt think it would be difficult going in but WOW it was not what i expected… im dead. i was actually about to cry in front of mg friend but. welp. i dont think i wouldve done well had i studied more anyways so! change of heart is important. i have three exams tmr so i have to work on that

🕒 8 a.m. - left for school sleep deprived asf but caffeinated & motivated to get through the terrible exam

chemistry exam: i will be in deep shit when results come out *sigh* obviously i'm not happy when my friends do bad but only one comfort is that we're in shit together (they're literally the only 2 ppl i talk to in school). i NEED to do well on all my other exams, like somehow make an extraordinary improvement to show that i'm good with the other subjects and will just prioritize studying chem in the future. also made a deal with my mom that if i get above 83% overall then i'll finally get my own tab and headphones. we've been meaning to buy it for some time now, and my mom agreed only because my first tests' marks was at 64% (cuz i didn't study..). not exactly an "academic weapon" just yet.. only yet hopefully..

My sister shared with me her hyperfixation (Diablo IV) and boy is that game a menace. It is Inch Resting and the fact that it auto saves with no visible indicator of doing so really removes the built in ‘maybe pause and go sleep’ thoughts that pop up at a save point. Anyway it’s cool so far? Really easy u kinda just spam buttons and move out of the way every so often but i am also on the easier mode so.

Anyway. Its past midnight and i have a chem exam to fail tmr morning so. Wish me luck lmaoo nini yall

d-4 till chem exams, satisfied in the sense that ik what i have to do, and so far it is all very logical and making sense... so, planned to crash out u3 completely tmr, then i can start on u4 (hopefully before wednesday), then some legal revision before that external (d-3, thursday). all in all v pleased with how the study is going. 5 external exams left, we got this :>> my productivity is boosted under stress when it's external and not internalised over performance or perfectionism, so with home responsibilities being higher atm it's been v pleasant to study.

your hands reached for your hair in frustration. you were preparing for your final exam and yet you cant seem to focus or figure out the answers to the questions in your chemistry assessment book. why was it so hard to understand something that was supposed to be so simple ? after about ten minutes of staring you gave in. reaching for your phone, you texted your group of friends. [help ] [does anyone understand the empirical formula ?] your grip tightened as you waited anxiously for a reply. a ring sound came and you looked at the screen immediately. there were “no”s written all over. feeling even more helpless now, you were unsure of what to do. thats when he came to your mind. you searched for his contacts, hyunjin, before frantically typing a message in hopes that he would reply. he did mention to you once that he would be free around this hour..

even though hyunjin was feeling exhausted, he answered your text almost immediately.

the lethargic feeling from just now seemed to have vanish into thin air. he grabbed all his chemistry materials and went to his study table instantly, ready for whatever questions you have for him.

after reading his last message, it was normal that you felt bad naturally. you were disturbing his rest and yet he so kindly decided that he would help you regardless.

his heart dropped when he realised what you just typed. hurriedly, he sent another message.

it took a little convincing before you finally let hyunjin help you with your studies. at the end of the so called “tutoring” you had a much clearer understanding of whatever that was going on in chemistry class over the past month. and with that, you went to bed peacefully, knowing that youre as ready as you can ever be for the last exam of the year.

“time is up. put your pens down. i will now be collecting your examination script.” the examiner said as he made his way around the class. once you submitted your paper, you can’t help but heave a sigh of relief. as you grabbed your bag, ready to leave the class with your friends, you cant help but secretly look for hyunjin when you passed by his class. “was the answer to the empirical formula question C ?” you tried to ask your friends in an attempt to distract them as you look for your crush. “yea!” you felt another wave of relief. maybe you were gonna pass the exam after all.

your eyes finally land on hyunjin. he was so engrossed in studying, he didnt even realise you were walking past his class. however, your actions did not go unnoticed though. little did you know, a smirk started to form on han’s face the moment he saw you. “this two fools… such a simp for each other but yet too scared to do anything about it.” he whispered underneath his breath. “are you ok ? why the heck are you muttering to yourself ?” hyunjin looked at han with a confused expression. “nothing, um im just saying my prayers. yes. go back to studying.”

you kicked the leaves that have fallen on the ground of the bus stop. your exams are over, but that just means that his is just beginning. his exams are going to be even more intense compared to yours. you think for a while. maybe its best i dont disturb him for a while…

omg could you imagine if we went to the same school like what would the odds be. it kinda has subtitles?? so its like biology with concentration in xyz. i usually just leave it as bio when people ask cause its a mouthful 😭 i start my first sem of ochem tmr and i am NERVOUS bc my gen chem prof is teaching ochem and i'll let the class exam averages of 51% and 55% do the talking... but yes omg id love to be an anon how does mightychondria sound LMAO

update #1: my midterms overall were fine, except Chem and Literature (totally bombed those 2 exams but oh well-). I have one more tmr and after that i will be officially active again here and get back into lettering

update #2: i also took a break from tokrev as well (after the recent chapters i pretty much could not handle the pain). special tks to @keimisan for getting me back into kdramas after 3 years (i rly enjoyed "Extraordinary you" ty :). My current obsessions are lee do hyun and seo in guk so if anyone wants to talk about them feel free to send me tons of asks!

update #3: the lockdown restriction was lifted in my place, so i was able to celebrate my bestie' bday and also bought more stationery offline. More letterings will be coming soon now that my art block is gone as well!
