i think a lot of people are calling viktor’s reaction to waking up changed and then almost immediately leaving for zaun unrealistic and like… yes it would be. for someone whose mind has not been affected by the hexcore. he speaks differently, he hears sky’s voice through its influence, he can no longer feel the cold, or the warmth of jayce’s hug. he walks away from jayce because he can no longer feel the affection that kept them together, and he sees no logical point in remaining when they have no common ground anymore. he might not be a machine externally, exactly, but his mind certainly isn’t human anymore.

Everyone's out here making angst about the Scott, Cleo, Pearl, and Impulse team or insisting it's going to end terribly, meanwhile I'm out here interpreting this as a double date. Scott and Impulse are a slow building cute lil romance meanwhile Cleo and Pearl are toxic yuri with every issue ever but they kiss about it. The argument could be made for a polycule vibe bc I do think Impulse and Cleo could be interesting.

it seems like the yj showrunners’ biggest fault is just not telling the stars that signed on later on in the show the exact type of show and plan they want to carry out. the moment nat died i immediately felt i had to make peace with the fact every single one of the adults would most likely be dying one by one because at the end of the day this show is a through and through tragedy and no one is getting a happy ending. like i really thought van’s death was so beautifully devastating and that the emotional impact wasn’t cheap or anything. it was tragic!! just like nat’s and lottie’s, and of course the moment there could be a light at the end of the tunnel for any of them it’s going to get swept out from underneath them because that’s the name of the game here!! it just seems as though they needed to emphasize all this in a much bigger way to the adult tl actors and have overall better communication (secrecy be damned) to avoid these post episode interviews that do not look good for the showrunners at all
