Please ignore my rant:

I think a huge part of the conversation about "women empowerment" with their wardrobe that Fandom misses is....there are no actual women in the conversation. The writers Kishimoto and Ikemoto are men. The artist who draws underage girls sexually is Ikemoto, a man. Female characters are not actual people with agency. They are constructs. And constructs who's every choice is ultimately decided by men in this case. Sarada isn't taking back her femininty, she isn't sticking it to a conservative society, she isn't being self expressive. She is a drawing, written and drawn by grown men, to be what grown men want her to be. This isn't to say men can't write empowered women. But Ikemoto himself can't. And Kishimoto had 20 years to try and...well. the evidence is all right there. We love our Naruto-verse girls DESPITE Kishimoto, not BECAUSE of him, most of the time. (For most of us)

Ikemoto was handed a solid design of 12 year old Sarada from Kishimoto, and tossed it away to put her in a panty-showing mini skirt, super super high heels (not even low kitten heels adult Tsunade wore as an iconic "I'm so high-level I can wear impractical shoes and still whoop Orochimaru's ass" way) and tube tops! He chose to sexualize Sarada in how he posed her (oh gif the poses, they were so bad!) and how he would dress her. He showed she wasn't engaging with her environment with her choices, she was dressed up as an object for a male artist to depict for the viewer.

That's the problem. The problem isn't shorts. The problem isn't "a little skin" because Ino had her belly out, but so did Sai. Sakura wore shorts, but they were athletic-wear. Just small redesigns, like this beautiful OP, show that the problem isn't bear arms or shorts or the silhouette, but the whole package. The one shoulder exposed, the inwardly turned toes, the super short shorts, the tube top that is impractical and every woman can tell you, the platformed heels, the dangling earrings, the way her eyeglasses are looked over top of with sultry eyes rather than looked through as visual aids as they are mrsnt to be. A kunoichi can be iconic for having ONE of these impractical elements. Let her have the long hair that would be in the way, but she is otherwise dressed practical. Let her wear the long earrings, but give her flat shoes. Let her have her belly button out, but cover the rest of her in the mesh and wrappings. Like???

Ikemoto just...isn't it. And this OP did an amazing job to take the design and stay true to the theme while making it functional, iconic, youthful, not prude (becauae being covered up isn't good and uncovered bad, things aren't that black and white) but it's still age appropriate and fun.

Forgive me OP, if my rant is out of place. You just did such an amazing job and I have a lot of opinions and feelings.

The truth is that I don't usually do redesigns, normally if I don't like it I let it go but, seriously, all the designs that this character has had have been so sexualized and not at all functional for a ninja that her specialty is combat, and I understand that a female character She can be sexy and a fighter but, in this case, the type of wardrobe does not match the situation or the personality of Sarada's character

That's why I decided to make my version, (they appeased not to say that it's better, but that it would be something more functional and also more attached to the style of clothing from the Naruto universe)

Alrighty, so I’ve been rewatching a lot of Tenna’s scenes in Chapter 3, so I’ve noticed some stuff about the timeline of the whole Toriel-Kidnapping scheme…

When Susie first goes to have a chat with him between Boards 1 and 2, Tenna’s goons have only just located Toriel in the Couch Cliffs.

The whole first Board existed to preoccupy the Fun Gang while Tenna and his people found and captured Toriel for the Knight (also of course to fulfill Tenna’s desire to entertain Kris and their loved ones again but I wanna focus on its part in the Plan here). Since they found her right before Board 2 started, the whole ‘Second Board’ business was made up to draw more time to locate Toriel… but also to wait for the Knight.

Because the Knight was not in TV World at the time, as is pretty clear from the next conversation we get to overhear about the Toriel situation.

The reason why Tenna was so insistent on there being two rounds and had to come up with an excuse for the Bonus Round later…

…is because he honestly thought he’d be able to hand over Toriel to the Knight during Round 2 and everything would go absolutely smoothly.

(Also the moment where he suddenly has to leave during Board 2 is definitely probably also about Toriel, right?

Maybe just inspecting her Prizeball and putting it by the Cold Place Tree real quick)

… but that’s the thing I’ve been thinking about, the Knight wasn’t in TV World up until, well, probably this very moment

But Tenna already has a deal with them.

Did they pop into TV World, offered Tenna the deal and then…. Went off to do something else while Tenna kept on waiting for them? What other business they had to attend to?

Were they waiting for Undyne to enter TV World in so they could capture two birds with one stone?

Were they waiting for Tenna to betray them to fulfill the Prophecy?

Or…. How literally should we take Tenna’s words that the Knight ‘appeared’?

Because King also used this choice of words and now it’s pretty obvious that he never really met the Knight themself before?

Queen also uses that same expression, that the Knight "appeared". In her case we at least know the Knight was the one who created her Dark World and she even caught it on film, so it's not an inaccurate descriptor... but it does seem to be the go-to expression to use when talking about the Knight in a variety of contexts...

If “the Knight appeared” is simply a more poetic way for Darkners to talk about the fabled prophesized Knight making their presence known in general… well, Tenna’s wording very much avoids saying who promised him that eternal audience and who exactly he made a deal with.

And… there is actually a (probable) associate of the Knight operating in TV World that Tenna has struck a deal with.

Could Kris have been the one who told Tenna to capture Toriel and keep the Fun Gang distracted until the Knight arrived? Holding both the carrot of an eternal audience and the stick of turning him off again?

Well, it does seem to fit in with Ramb's Sword Route dialogue. As someone who was there to see Kris’ creating TV World the one apparently responsible for keeping an eye on Toriel through the Second Round and beyond, and someone who is always trying to do what’s best for Kris.

Would he have played along with Tenna's scheme if he didn't think capturing Toriel is what Kris truly wanted?

It might also explain why Tenna seems so certain that the Knight has a genuine desire to help him and it won’t be that bad if he went back on their deal. Like it would just leave them mildly disappointed.

If he struck the deal through Kris, a beloved family member, he would be more inclined to assume that deal is for his sake and that both Kris and the Knight might have his best interests at heart.

But for that to be true… then Tenna sure can keep a secret! I mean, he did slip up about there being a ‘deal’ once, and there’s a few moments where he indicates that he probably knows that Kris is the one who made the Dark Fountain….

(And "a little bit why you [made the Fountain]" implies that Tenna knows there is another reason why the Fountain was made, unlike Ramb that assumed it was purely for fun at first)

But the only way that Kris being the ‘liaison’ for Tenna's deal with the Knight to work is if Tenna knows about us, if he knows that he’s got to keep his mouth shut even when it’s just him and Kris because there is something else pulling the strings. That Kris is gonna act against the Deal they themself offered because that's not really Kris in control. That when he's talking about distracting and stalling "you three", that's referring to Ralsei, Susie and the Player.

And that… isn’t totally nonsensical or anything, Tenna does seem to imply he’s ‘hosting’ Susie and Ralsei, but not Kris.

Maybe part of the reason why he’s so insecure about entertaining Kris in particular is because on some level he knows that in their eyes it’s just a way to distract and slow down their friends (and the Amoral Time Demon that's possessing them)… and yet he constantly hopes that it’s something more. He wants to prove to Kris that they want to have fun with him and that his show is worth more to them than just ‘part of the plan’.

And, well, if Tenna can really remember seeing everything that happened in front of his Light World screen, he probably knows that something’s up with their SOUL, right?

But… hmmm… well, most of the times Tenna addresses Kris it can be interpreted as “Hey Buddy I know you’re possessed now but it was also very mean how you were ignoring me while you still had your free will it really hurt my feelings ):”

Or maybe “C’mon, Unknowable Body-Snatching Time Demon, I know you’re not really Kris, but work with me here, okay?”

But there are also a few times where Tenna expresses bafflement and frustrations with the actions of ‘Kris’ in a way that makes it seem like he thinks they do have control over their actions.

Most notably, he’s very distraught over Kris’ lack of emotional engagement with his Show. He feels like his inability to make Kris ‘laugh and cry’ like they used is indicative of failure on his part…

And I mean, we can’t be sure how much of Kris’ withdrawn and stoic demeanor is genuine and how much is a side-effect of our possession… so how would Tenna know? Why would Tenna be so certain that Kris’ reactions are a genuine indication of their (lack of) enjoyment if he had even an inkling of knowledge about the possession situation?

Also, Ramb also apparently saw Kris create the Dark Fountain and he’s Tenna’s main accomplice in the Toriel-Kidnapping plot, but he certainly doesn’t behave like he knows about the Player. His offer of a game that gives Kris more ‘freedom’ only makes sense if he assumes Kris can actually play it of their own will, after all.

It would make sense for Kris to try and minimize the amount of people who know about the SOUL as much as possible… but…

That also probably means Kris had some sort of a plan to shut Tenna up when the adventure was done. I mean, Tenna’s possible endings are either ‘fucking dead’, ‘moves out of Castle Town ASAP and thus goes back to being an inanimate (but content) television’, or ‘fixed but still thrown out by Toriel and presumably still dies’...

… and these are all very convenient if he knows about Kris’ secrets. There’s no possible timeline where he could accidentally spill anything about us. But… Kris couldn’t have possibly planned for all of this, right? They must’ve had their own plan to make sure the emotionally fragile showboat in love with the sound of his own voice who is extremely found of talking about intimate details of their personal life doesn’t reveal what’s really going on to anyone else.

…Well, depending how much Kris and the Knight knew of the Prophecy before Chapter 4, they might’ve assumed Tenna was doomed to die in one way or another.

In their eyes he was just a dead man walking, and dead men tell no tales. That would be pretty grim, especially considering the implications Kris themself has a desire to change the Prophecy…

…While also being willing to use it’s inevitability against Tenna. Promising him his heart’s desires while making a plan that hinges on him being doomed.

But… hmmm… I just don’t know. Just like with anything that has to do with Kris, I’m just not sure yet… And the possibility that the Knight did make the deal in person but then had to leave to do... something also still exists, but... Well, I'm not quite sure yet...

These morons well and truly deserve each other. Notes: AND THAT’S THAT! THE MONTH-LONG "Blitzwing Gets Back His Ant Colony Confiscated by the City of Detroit" NARRATIVE IS OFFICIALLY CONCLUDED! I know I went against my own words and typed out the dialogue for this final strip, but this last week has been so demanding regarding obligations outside of the comic itself that I literally couldn’t summon the mental energy necessary to write it all out. It was because of a lot of those obligations that I had to practically battle reality to get this week’s comic strip completed at all, but SO HELP ME, I WAS going to get this week’s strip done! But let there be no mistake, this has been a fun and very enlightening experience! I learned a lot about how I draw, how I learn from my own mistakes amidst an artistic process, and even gained some insight on how short stories are written. I said I would make a comic detailing how Blitzwing got his ant colony back, and by GOD I made that happen! And I PROMISE not to take them away from him again! Even at its most stressful times, I still got a bit of a kick out of looking back on what exactly I was creating and the conversations I was getting to experience because I was creating this particular variety of nonsense in the first place. I made some jokes, I drew some ship art, I redesigned a couple characters, and, technically speaking, I even wrote a piece of fanfiction (well, a whopping eighteen combined panels worth, but still)! I have received incredibly helpful advice from my mutuals through the process of making these strips, and have been reminded of the ridiculous comedy of it all with every comment left on a posted strip that I could then laugh along with in turn! Leave it to the novice-level artist I am to BARGE into the TFA Blitzwing fandom and just start CATAPULTING the most out-of-nowhere fanon my brain could muster into it! However, as much as this may be a bummer of a bubble to pop, I want to clarify now that I won’t be doing a project like this again any time soon. I do have ideas for other comics (because what fan artist hasn’t been haunted by new story ideas while literally still trying to finish a pre-existing project), but they would probably be more episodic or even just uncolored comic strips. I don’t regret having made this series, but it took more out of me than I expected for where my energy levels have been these last few months. One silver lining to the whole experience is that my need for mental breaks led me to checking out other fans’ Blitzbee projects for motivation, which is why I’m currently on chapter 10 of that well-known Blitzbee fanfic “Showstoppers” (this is actually kind of a big deal or me because I’ve never really read a multi-chapter fanfic before)! 

Anyways, this got really long (even for me), so I can summarize it all by simply saying this: 

Notes in post: It has occurred to me that an expression I used in my notes section upon initial posting - to emphasize my intentions to complete this last strip on time - was incredibly insensitive for current events. I didn't hear about the tragedy in Texas until hours after I had already made my post, but that doesn't excuse how long it took for me to realize the carelessness of my word choice and to act upon fixing it. I offer my sincere apologies for what I had previously said and give my word to be better and more on top of these things going forward. I wish safety and health to whoever may be reading this.

"Anyone who gets ringing in their ears- you uh, have to figure out if your ears, whatever audio might be playing, or your device(s) is/are making a ringing sound often too? Sorry, on my mind because I was watching a video and I think the audio was messed up in it. Ow. A little before artfight started I was checking out the new searches and I decided to look up attacks with titles that contain "disability pride" since I wanted to see how much was there. There's not a lot But something I noticed was that one of my mass attacks was the earliest one. I can't search for it now because I'm looking up "disability pride" again and now the results are showing anything containing the word "pride" (I wanted to double-check in case it wasn't actually showing all the results.... but uh. you can see the problem here)

There very well could be people who did stuff for disability pride month that just mentioned it in the description or something but y'know... even just possibly being the first for something like this feels weird I've talked in the past how it's weird to search for characters because in the past I've wanted to show a variety of different characters or disabilities but picking tags can be hard sometimes Too specific and it's really heavily biased by what I think of and know of, but umbrella terms can still have their biases too...

and who knows how people will tag their own characters either, right? I think some of the ones I've added to these pieces were not tagged, I just found them on the front page. (I don't exactly have a consistent tagging system either, and I'll just forget to update them or not actually put enough/any in the first place) I do remember I searched "facial difference" and "limb difference" this time around, to put stuff in my bookmarks. I didn't do many characters here but you can kinda see I wanted to do a lot of those characters I bookmarked with facial differences. I didn't want to do that prep work I put in for previous years this time... I just wanted to draw character's faces.

This past... I guess it's been over a year now (wild) but while drawing faces has kinda always been the thing I do most, I've improved a lot and have had a lot more fun drawing different expressions and features, so yeah of course this is what I wanted to do

Narumitsu.

I love them. Like a lot.

Every time I think of them my heart swells.

I really can’t properly express with words how great I think narumitsu is as a concept.

I mean, the only reason I got into Ace Attorney and spiraled into glorious obsession for several months (typically my hyperfixations last just a couple weeks) was because I kept seeing fanart of them and thinking to myself holy shit. This is peak. What the fuck. Who ARE these guys?!?

I just think their dynamic is the best thing I’ve ever seen and I want to stare at them day and night, simply *existing* in multiple angles, situations, universes, media…

I want to put them under a mciroscope damn it! And study their goddamn relationship and write a damn good scientific paper about it beCAUSE it’s so interesting!!

Back to the dynamic thing, it’s just something about the classic rivals to lovers thing with a dash of childhood friends and a great amount of wiggle room for personal interpretation, their canonical moments, both of their incredibly fun, interesting personalities, and their, in my opinion, innate chemistry that mixes together so well into a DELICIOUS cocktail that can and will feed me for decades in terms of ideas, content, and happiness.

It’s just nothing like I had seen before in a ship! I mean, listen, I described it above, I know they technically fulfill two very common tropes in shipping, but their relationship, at least to me, still constantly feels unique, always fresh, perhaps precisely because of that wiggle room mentioned earlier, perhaps because the game does such a fantastic job at characterizing both characters, perhaps simply because I love them so much.

But I love them so much BECAUSE of all of the above!!

I do think the main reason is that the characters are so enjoyable to watch do practically anything; the creativity and passion of the Ace Attorney fandom always manages to astound me, I believe the fact that the very games we love are so fun, and unique, and creative themselves that has created a community with creators that like to think of new ideas, put their own twist into the characters, and THAT is what makes narumitsu so great. Maybe.

Cause they’re so flexible! They are perfect, and enjoyable in any way shape or form; you can ANGST em, you can FLUFF em, you can make them have FREAKY GAY SEX or, my personal preference; ALL THREE IN QUICK SUCCESSION.

I mean, never in my life has a fictional couple of dudes made me feel this insane and crazy and deranged. I have spent sleepless nights just reading fanfiction or, on occasion, simply THINKING about them for hours. My hyperfixation may be over, yes, but the passionate fire that narumitsu sparked in me continues to burn brightly even now.

But yes, when I first hit that Ace Attorney obsession peak they may have genuinely been all I could think of. To quote myself from a few months ago:

“WHATS THE POINT OF LIVING IF NOT NARUMITSU, YK? THEY ARE SO IN LOVE, PHOENIX YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SMITTEN AND IT CAUSES ME PROBLEMS IN MY DAY TO DAY LIFE, I COULD THINK ABOUT GAY LAWYERS TILL THE END OF MY DAYS MAN.”

And:

“EVERY TIME I THINK ROMANCE IS DEAD NARUMITSU POPS UP ON MY FEED AND REMINDS ME WHAT LOVE REALLY IS.

IT’S GAY LAWYERS.”

And truly, that’s the crux of this issue, isn’t it? Narumitsu is just so peak, in so many ways, they inspire me to keep going sometimes I swear.

Before narumitsu, I had never even attempted to draw two people interacting, because I was bad at it! But they gave me the courage to try, I met them and I saw their love, and they skyrocketed to first place in my mind’s “Neptune’s top ships” list so fast they could’ve broken the sound barrier.

And I thank them, truly, for introducing them to one of the best things that’s happened to me, for bringing me into this game’s world of chaos, fun, distress, drama, love, fear, and lots of yelling. Because I love it. Because it’s now a part of me and because I will continue to carry its lessons and the joy it has brought me forever.

So perhaps it’s that love for them, that can be felt through the screen, in every comma, in every brush and pen stroke, in every word, sentence, breath, paper mache project, that makes them so great, the love for AA and narumitsu manifesting into the most wonderful creations, shared, enjoyed, loved.

All of this is to say, in a bunch of words, that narumitsu tops, and I love them very much.

But that was the 'segment' that I experimented on - to try and convey the emotions through how chaotic/forceful the lines were, and it worked exactly how I wanted it to. Which is very satisfying.

Ever wondered what happened to the puppets stuck in the Wondrium Arena?

So did the Professor and his meat shield/bestie westie, Ryan. Instead of waiting for an answer, they planned to get the puppets out of there. They even argued with God over it, or rather the Professor did since Ryan was too mentally out-of-it from the absolute absurdity of this situation.

And what did God give to them in return for winning the argument? A bus. To drive to the Wondrium Arena with. ‘Cause what better way to rescue a bunch of dead puppets than crashing a bus into their purgatory?

I just discorvered your blog and whilst I am primarily a choso enjoyer I do think noritoshi is also a really cool character, and I really hope he and choso get a chance for a proper interaction at some point! I'd love to know what your opinion is of choso and how you think he would interact with noritoshi :) also your art is really pretty

[Choso thoughts]

Choso feels like that big brother who's stricter when training/teaching, but lenient when doing literally anything else involving his younger sibs. Although he's wearing a bored expression the entire time, he's actually super happy when around them.

I really like big brother characters so he might climb up my favorites when I see him in action. from that one popular screenshot of him giving Jogo a goofy smirk, I can tell he's got this tiny side of playfulness to him. He can be annoying if he wants to, and he sometimes does that with his brothers. 10/10 guy!

I've seen fanart and some headcanons of Choso, and I can firmly say that he's a green flag. He's the guy who would fix you without trying. HE'S NOT DOING ANYTHING, YOU JUST FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER FOR HIM.. OR SO I HEAR

[Choso + Noritoshi interaction thoughts/headcanons?]

Choso and Noritoshi are like super distant cousins/uncle/nephew right?? They came from the same jujutsu hitler, so Noritoshi is like Choso’s many greats cousin/nephew. Be fr though, if there's someone younger than Choso and is related to him in some way, that's an instant lil sibling of his. WHICH IS WHY, their relationship has two sides to it. (imo)

First up is the teacher/student aspect. 

It's no secret that Noritoshi is weaker compared to Choso, therefore, he'd want to train under him. Choso is a strict teacher, he wants his lil bros to be able to protect themselves if he's unable to be there for them, which is perfect since that's Noritoshi's comfort zone. He wants to hone his abilities to reach or even surpass Choso, so he needs someone who'd nitpick him. 

I can see them sparring, and Noritoshi having an awe struck face every time he gets taken down with a new move Choso has yet to teach him. "How did you do that? You must teach me that next, sensei!"

Choso would probably chortle and lightly nudge Noritoshi with his foot, but internally, he's screaming. Imagine your little brother saw you do something cool, and he's shouting at you to show him how to do it. That's the same feeling Choso would get. Of course, he'd show him eventually, but Noritoshi needs to get the hang of the moves he's tasked with right now before adding more to his plate.

They're both beaming with joy when Noritoshi shows progress. Well- as much as two guys who barely emote can beam. Noritoshi is proud of himself for constantly improving and Choso proud of his lil bro for getting stronger!!!!!!

I imagine they bicker often but when they're in teacher/student mode, they rarely cross each other. Noritoshi knows he's training under a teacher and Choso is teaching his lil bro how to beat ass.

The second half of their relationship is the.. older brother/older(?) brother aspect.

whereas Noritoshi is getting little brother treatment from Choso but doesn't want it and Choso annoys/coddles Noritoshi like the best big brother he is... also my favorite aspect, as shown

Noritoshi is independent. He likes his space and prefers to do things on his own. Because of this he involuntarily became the big brother of Kyoto Tech. People go to him for advice, criticism, help with assignments, and when needing to make a responsible decision, they think, "What would Noritoshi do?" You can say he got comfortable with the role of "big brother." 

So when this new guy comes along who's revealed to be family, Noritoshi deems him as a higher authority. Noritoshi's quick to go back to his old ways of respecting his superiors and it's not that difficult. Choso is older, stronger, experienced, and generally a lot more capable than Noritoshi. However, the downside is that Noritoshi would never grow a close bond with Choso if he kept this up. You can't tell your boss your worries, that's not proper! Choso, knowing this, told Noritoshi to knock off the formalities pretty early on.

I imagine this is the first time they'd ever bicker. Choso tries to get Noritoshi to loosen up a little because they're family, but Noritoshi protests that it's because they're family that he should show extra respect!

Choso probably told Noritoshi to call him brother/uncle or something so they can grow comfortable around each other. Let's be honest, Noritoshi calls his mom "mother," you won't catch him dead calling someone who he currently sees as a superior "brother." They compromise by just using each other’s name without honorifics.

Now that the introductions were out of the way, Noritoshi was now stuck with Choso coddling him. Sure it was nice at first, someone in his family who doesn't yell at him for every mistake he makes and genuinely cares for him, but.. Noritoshi feels… annoyed. Choso reminds Noritoshi of a more tolerable Todo, but he feels like Choso still treats him like Noritoshi needs him. He doesn't need Choso around, but he keeps seeing him everywhere! 

It'd be entertaining to see their dynamic. Noritoshi, the younger brother who doesn't wanna be the younger one and Choso, using that to his advantage to grow close to Noritoshi, by being the annoying older brother. He never takes it too far. just far enough that Noritoshi is saying stuff like “Preposterous!” or “This is slanderous!!” I imagine Noritoshi takes it as a personal defeat when Choso brings him food or treats him to an outing. He allowed himself to get little bro’ed..

Noritoshi would try to take the leadership role again and "big brother" Choso back in a respectful way. Maybe suggesting things he should do. Choso probably lets out breathy laughs and pats Noritoshi's head when he tries this. Then promptly goes back to doing whatever he was doing. Choso sees this as "my little brother scolding me for something." Another defeat for Noritoshi..

I can see these two bickering about the smallest things. And by bickering, I mean Choso annoying Noritoshi because he wants to take care of his little bro!!! and Noritoshi getting upset because he's not!!! little!!! he can do it himself!!!

I feel like Choso and Noritoshi would get comfortable with this though...

Choso would get a side of Noritoshi he doesn't often give to most people. They have a special bond that unites them both. Whether it be their cursed techniques or their similar childhoods or some other third option, they stick by each other. The same is true for Noritoshi, he finally has someone that cares about him and not his status. While yes, Choso can be annoying at times, Noritoshi is growing used to having him around. It would seem too quiet if Choso wasn't making him annoyed in some way.. 

of course, they'd have their calm moments. Having siblings is both a hurricane and shallow waters.

These two are stoic fucks, so I can see them communicating wordlessly. The full fucking package like nodding, shoulder shrugs, huffs, BLINKS, you fucking name it and they just had an entire conversation. They say they make it obvious on their faces, but literally, no one can tell. Some people (Arata) think they speak telepathically..........

I hinted at it in the little doodle above, but Choso would probably help Noritoshi with calligraphy. Choso is OLD so he's got to have seen some old old Japanese cursive... He'd use his knowledge to help Noritoshi improve!!!

The whole thing with Choso cooking for Noritoshi.. Its what older siblings do to coax their younger sibs out of their shell. Who doesn't like free food? Choso learns pretty quick from what i've seen and with coffee being Noritoshi’s favorite drink, he's using that.

Noritoshi: what

Choso: we’re going together

Noritoshi: I never agreed to this

Choso: don’t forget your jacket, it could get cold.

And then they go.

Noritoshi enjoys company if it doesn't bother him. So if Choso walked into his room and sat down to do something quietly, Noritoshi wouldn't bat an eye. and That's how they hang out sometimes, just in the same room and they both have a blast.

this one is just me fucking around but I can see Choso asking for advice on how to approach Noritoshi like a father asking how to approach his teen kid. Noritoshi is similar, but he's asking why this guy is doting on him and being annoying. They ask around because I doubt either of them know how to use a phone. Noritoshi is old-fashioned while Choso is just old.

hmm... I can't decide whether Choso would use Noritoshi's name more often to attach the name to a better person or give Noritoshi a nickname to avoid using it....... I want to lean into the former but hmm......
